The guy with Gravity Lending was real nice. Once they approved it, the process didn't take long at all. I was paying over $1,000 a month for a ’21 Chevrolet Silverado Z71. The guy got it down to 700 something. It was great for me. I'm very satisfied.

The process is super simple. I lowered my interest rate and my loan length. A simple phone call to start the process. When the loan was approved the paperwork was mailed to me with X's in the places I needed to sign. They even paid for next day shipping to return paperwork.

We were very skeptical at first about attempting to refinance. We had never tried before, and we both knew what was on our credit as we had been working to fix it. John was ABSOLUTLEY amazing. Stephanie ** did a wonderful job of lowering my interest rate and monthly payment. I was looking to refinance my car payment for a lower interest rate and I used a search engine to find a company to work with... that was a terrible idea. I started getting bombarded with phone call after phone call from 100s of companies looking to help. My experience was wonderful except for one thing. Mark ** said I would receive my March payment that I made during the beginning of the process, but I have not received a check yet and my first payment is due 4/22/2022. I was going to use that to take care of my new monthly payment for April. Brian ** has been keeping contact with me, as well. I messaged him on 4/7/2022 to let him know that I did receive the welcome packet from EvansVille and Ally emailed me stating they received the payoff and sending the title to the new lender, but he never responded. I would like an answer to know if I will be receiving that check or not.

I received information in the mail for Gravity Lending. I contacted them and switched my loan over to lower my payment by $100. The process was quick and easy along with the employees being very polite and respectful. Had one little hiccup of the VIN being entered wrong but was quickly corrected.

Well where do I begin? I was very nervous in the beginning. I was connected with Jason from Gravity Lending, through a third-party lender. Jason was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I was working with three or four companies, I chose Gravity Lending, because Jason did not harass me. He didn't call 20 times and didn't send me 30 text messages. I also decided to go with Gravity, when Jason called I had my son screaming in the background, he's 14 months old. Jason held the line, waited for me to calm my son down, and then explained who he was and what he could do for me.

From start to finish the process was easy. Osiel ** was my loan officer and he did a fantastic job making the entire transaction as seamless as possible. I honestly hadn't thought about refinancing my car until I got the letter from them. Most of the other companies have interest rates that are higher than what I originally qualified for through my credit union so I didn't bother. The rate that they advertised was appealing and I qualified for close to it. They took two percent off of my already low APR and will be saving me interest money in the long run.

Also, they are a little slower technology-wise. They can't accept same-day payments or payments over the phone. Other than that, everything was great and the interest rate was good.

They were good. They weren't cheaper. They ended up to be a little bit more, but they were fast and convenient and I felt comfortable with them, too, so that was nice. They seemed straightforward. The process of refinancing was smooth and easy. The terms were what I was looking for. I was trying to get my payment down so I'd have an overall lower monthly debt. I had two years left on it and they extended it and that worked out well. I'll use them again and I'm happy to use them again if the time comes.

I called Gravity Lending up and they had some good rates, so I decided to go with them. Chris, my rep, did well. Every bit of the way, he was around there helping me out. The application process took about a couple of days. It didn’t take any time at all. The DocuSign is a little easier but I've had a couple of loading issues. Other than that, it worked out pretty fine. The lower payment was what made me happy. It was a really good experience. If I ever had any need for any more refinancing, I'd probably go with them.

Gravity Lending sent a letter through the mail offering refinance options and at the time they came, it was convenient. I needed to refinance. It happened to come at a good time. Their rep was helpful. He explained everything in detail. He was patient with me, which is good because I am usually pretty busy. So, I wasn't very responsive at times.

Gravity Lending sent me one of those mailers that knew enough information to be dangerous where it's like, “We know what your car payment is today. And this is what it could look like.” They got me and I went for their refinance. Their application process was so easy and was what I expected in today's world. That was best in class. It was all over the phone and they gave me one little to do. We had to go get something notarized, which was a little bit of pain and I wish there was software like a DocuSign system around that. That was the one little thing that I wish that they could have made a little easier. Other than that, the guy that was working with me was great. His name was Justin.

The process initially with Gravity was pretty easy such as uploading the documents. The two individuals I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. There were some issues but overall, it was okay. The rates and terms were good and almost cut my payment not quite in half but I took off about 60%.

Using Lending Tree to see some quotes, I was automatically given better quotes for what I was currently paying. My interest rate was almost split in half. I went with Gravity Lending because Don, a Sr. Loan Officer, was the most helpful. He patiently went over everything and locked me in at a very low interest rate. Anything I asked, he had an answer. Honesty is all we consumers ask for, and that's what I got! Gravity Lending also has no fees, all of this was 100% free for me, hard to believe, but it is true. Paying way less in interest, with more money in my pocket, over the time of my loan, can't beat that.

After receiving a notice in the mail that I typically ignore, but for some reason I visited the website for Gravity to try for about the fifth time to refinance my 15%! auto loan. After the death of my husband and the resulting medical bills, I was desperately in need so took out a loan on my paid off auto from my credit union. My credit score had tanked with the loss of my husband's income so my interest rate was high. I also assisted my disabled son's family to purchase a decent vehicle but was only able to get a loan with a predatory lender due to my credit situation. Gravity Lending was great. We’re really busy, and it was really awesome that we could text to handle most of the stuff and then not have to worry about it. We could just get back to them when we could, instead of 75,000 emails. That would have been a headache. The reps were super responsive, and they didn't waste our time. The process took five days, but that's only because when we were talking, it was on a Friday, and we had to go over the weekend. They were so fast, and it was the easiest kind of financial transaction we've ever done. We had to email a bit just to scan in some documents then they had to send us something that we had to get notarized and sent in. That's typical for any kind of financial transaction. Our interest rate was almost 7%, which was awful, and now we're down to 1.9. They've also followed up just to see if we're happy.
