Gravity Lending sent a letter through the mail offering refinance options and at the time they came, it was convenient. I needed to refinance. It happened to come at a good time. Their rep was helpful. He explained everything in detail. He was patient with me, which is good because I am usually pretty busy. So, I wasn't very responsive at times.

I received a flyer in the mail from Gravity Lending to refinance my auto loan at a cheaper rate, I called them and experienced great customer service, and personable communication. I would definitely recommend Gravity Lending for your re-financing endevours!

Gravity Lending sent me one of those mailers that knew enough information to be dangerous where it's like, “We know what your car payment is today. And this is what it could look like.” They got me and I went for their refinance. Their application process was so easy and was what I expected in today's world. That was best in class. It was all over the phone and they gave me one little to do. We had to go get something notarized, which was a little bit of pain and I wish there was software like a DocuSign system around that. That was the one little thing that I wish that they could have made a little easier. Other than that, the guy that was working with me was great. His name was Justin.

Legit the easiest process I’ve gone through for any auto refinancing. My loan person Lucas ** was extremely helpful and made me comfortable using this company. Answered all my questions and took time to find me the best option for me. Plus my payment got pushed off a few months which is always a plus.

The process initially with Gravity was pretty easy such as uploading the documents. The two individuals I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. There were some issues but overall, it was okay. The rates and terms were good and almost cut my payment not quite in half but I took off about 60%.

I wanted to refinance my truck because it was high. I gave Gravity Lending a shot and the guy kept me informed. I was glad that somebody could take care of me and I didn't have to go to a bank and deal with all this. I haven't had issues and it was easy. I've been telling everybody because an extra 500 is nice. I save 500 a month on my truck note and 3,000 to 4000 on interest rate.

The rep was a real professional, down-to-earth guy who knew what he was doing. He was polite, quick and pretty tech-savvy. Everything I did was over the phone. Using Lending Tree to see some quotes, I was automatically given better quotes for what I was currently paying. My interest rate was almost split in half. I went with Gravity Lending because Don, a Sr. Loan Officer, was the most helpful. He patiently went over everything and locked me in at a very low interest rate. Anything I asked, he had an answer. Honesty is all we consumers ask for, and that's what I got! Gravity Lending also has no fees, all of this was 100% free for me, hard to believe, but it is true. Paying way less in interest, with more money in my pocket, over the time of my loan, can't beat that.

After receiving a notice in the mail that I typically ignore, but for some reason I visited the website for Gravity to try for about the fifth time to refinance my 15%! auto loan. After the death of my husband and the resulting medical bills, I was desperately in need so took out a loan on my paid off auto from my credit union. My credit score had tanked with the loss of my husband's income so my interest rate was high. I also assisted my disabled son's family to purchase a decent vehicle but was only able to get a loan with a predatory lender due to my credit situation. I tried unsuccessfully to refinance my loans with my credit union in January, and other offers were bogus.

Some of the communication wasn't the greatest. It just felt like I was in a holding pattern and didn't know what was going on. But overall working with Gravity was good.

Justin ** helped us find the right lender. At first it seemed like we were only going to go down about half a percentage point which wasn't going to be worth the trouble of switching banks. He called about a week later and found a different lender, that changed the interest 3 full points and the payment went down a little more than 50.00 month.

Gravity Lending was great. We’re really busy, and it was really awesome that we could text to handle most of the stuff and then not have to worry about it. We could just get back to them when we could, instead of 75,000 emails. That would have been a headache. The reps were super responsive, and they didn't waste our time. The process took five days, but that's only because when we were talking, it was on a Friday, and we had to go over the weekend. They were so fast, and it was the easiest kind of financial transaction we've ever done. We had to email a bit just to scan in some documents then they had to send us something that we had to get notarized and sent in. That's typical for any kind of financial transaction. Our interest rate was almost 7%, which was awful, and now we're down to 1.9. They've also followed up just to see if we're happy.

Refinancing with Gravity Lending was pretty easy. It went through supposedly. Took a few days. But it wasn't too bad. It would have gone better, but, on my end, I didn't turn it in by a certain day, so it took an extra weekend because nobody works on the weekends. It worked out for me. I was happy with it. The rep also was quick to get to me when I texted her.

Did not get the rate I was almost guaranteed with my credit score up front. Very long confusing process, a couple weeks. Very difficult to get a hold of people. Never received new loan info from the actual lender. I had to contact the actual lender myself and they acted like they didn't know of Gravity. I could have done this all myself and had better quicker results. Minus-5 stars.

Super easy transaction and great rates. Applied online and was contacted within minutes. Sent off a few copies of documents via email and got approval same day. The entire process was seamless, my car funded quickly and I received payment coupons in the mail from my new lender. Am in the process of buying another car and will definitely use Gravity Lending again! I've already referred them to two others who were also able to get great rates as well.

Getting my loan switched was easy and they made it easy for me with the paperwork. However I was told that my first payment would be in March but once I received my vouchers for payment, my first one is due in Feb. Then when I tried to ask them why via email or chat I needed a special code to be able to. So supposed to call customer care to get one then log back in to ask my question. This is not customer friendly so far.

In all honesty I am satisfied with Gravity Lending yet I'm not satisfied with the amount of the finance. I owed $17,000 on my car. Now I owe $21,000 on my car. It's like I started all over again. Yeah I'm saving a couple hundred dollars on a monthly payment but the extension of my loan has increased and my credit is in the 700 so I don't know why the finance charges so high but hey you get what you pay for. When I actually spoke with people from Gravity, the service was great. They were able to save me about 20% on my auto loan payment. However, the communication is horrible. The only way I was able to find out the status of the loan application was to continually call. I didn’t find out until about two weeks after it funded that I was approved, and that was only because I got an email from the bank which funded the loan, nothing from Gravity.
