After reviewing several different types of Investments and forms of Investments I decided on SILAC and Goldco. Goldco received the majority of funds for safe investments. SILAC was chosen for speculative investments. The people at Goldco work as a team to safeguard your funds. There are no hidden fees. They offer you a verity of options and you choose what is best for you. They will walk you through every step of the way. You will be happy with their services.

The way I see it, you have to do something before the dollar is worthless. One way is precious metals. That's where I put my financial sources so I don't wake up one day moneyless or penniless. That's where Goldco came and addressed all my questions and issues to a point I became a member of Robin's and Brett's team.

I needed to diversify the investments in my traditional IRA and a precious metals IRA appeared to fit my investment goals. Goldco seemed to receive the best reviews online. The entire process has been relatively smooth from application to the transfer of assets and the ultimate portfolio construction. The Senior Account Executive assigned to me was very diligent in making sure I understood the intricacies of owning precious metals. This should be an excellent addition to my overall portfolio.

I was initially very apprehensive about this purchase since it seemed so abstract. I decided to do a rollover retirement account to a precious metals IRA. Initially worked with Wells. Sometimes you don’t have a complete understanding of what you even want to ask. That was somewhat me. Wells very patiently worked with me and answered my question and added input I should have been more familiar with. Silver has just become a recent interest to me to diversify my portfolio. I normally have my 401(k) on auto pilot and not very comfortable with moving my own funds. The time to complete the transaction seemed to be quite long, some of that was Ameritrade's fault. I had stated several times that the money left over ($1,100 or $1,200) should be transferred to my individual account at Ameritrade not the IRA. It looked as if that money would be left over and my individual account is for emergencies and is now much smaller than in the past. My lady and I are putting together a down payment for a home.

Being totally new to purchasing metals we were almost totally uneducated in this process. John was very helpful, gave us a lot of information and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. So far this experience has been good and we hope to continue into the future and "grow" our retirement.

Working with Rad Brdr, I made initial contact/inquiry with a work email due to promotion popped up while I was at work. I have been unable to update my email to use my personal account despite request to make this change. Also, the call to "confirm" my purchase came from a local exchange instead of having a caller ID for Goldco or at least an exchange (area code) indicating calling from California. I did not answer due to not recognizing the number and this delayed my order somewhat. Otherwise, very happy with information provided and promotional offers. I feel confident that this is a good and "safe" investment. Thank you.

I get 15-20+ unsolicited, unwanted calls every day, but for some reason I answered Robert's. I guess his timing was perfect, I was struggling with what to do with some money in this crazy economy in the uncertain politics of today. Robert wasn't pushy and seemed to understand my dilemma. Note: "From a view point of a >60 yr. person." I have little to none knowledge of purchasing precious metals IRAs. It was very confusing trying to sign up with this 2nd Organization just to get an IRA established. Had trouble with getting the paperwork signed through the use of the computer. (Which our generation is really not that effluent with). Very little clarification or communication on E-mails they would send which was not helping trying to understand what was real required or wanting. Charges not explained to a detail for me. Didn't think it could be so easy to set up a self directed IRA. But the folks at Goldco made sure of a smooth transfer of funds from our previous broker which wasn't easy since we took an extra step of transferring to a company that it turned out we didn't want to use. Then once the funds were transferred there was no delay in purchasing our new assets and this came complete with very generous bonuses. This was my first experience rolling over a currency based IRA to a Precious Metals IRA. It was handled professionally, and with excellent communication along the way. The process was exceptionally easy thanks to our salesperson.

I chose to transfer some funds from an existing IRA to the Gold IRA with Goldco that has CNB as the custodian. I've had excellent success working with Ben Monaci, he is knowledgeable and promotes a good image for your company. Other people that were involved in the total paperwork and transfer have been friendly as well as the type of people that inspire confidence in that one has the feeling that these folks really do know their business.

I transferred my IRA to a gold and silver IRA. The representative I had told me that when they received my money he would call me and I could tell him how I wanted it split up, how much gold and silver, the premium would be a small amount, at 1 time he said it would be about $1.50 markup for the silver. I expected to pay a premium, but expected it to be within reason. When my IRA was transferred he called me and told me that he had purchased 1 gold eagle and the rest silver. The silver was 1.25 oz coins and the cost was $84.16/each. I asked him why it was so high, silver was only $23 spot price. He said I needed to not go according to spot price or oz.

This is the first time I've bought metals and everyone was very patient with me. It took a while to make up my mind but Marty just kept calling once in a while, no pressure. I'm excited for my delivery to come. Thanks everyone.

Michael was very helpful in many ways to get my money transferred from Wells Fargo, which WF was being very difficult until I finally called and David Yoo, me, WF rep did a conference call to convince WF to transfer my money.

I, like many others have concerns about my retirement funds (I am 57). I reached out to Goldco to discuss how to protect some of my assets. I explained to my rep, Carl that preserving assets was my main objective. Carl assured me he understood and that I was making a wise choice. However, Carl never mentioned the EXTREME markup that I was being charged and as of today I am 40,000 in the hole. I made this purchase in April 2021. I was treated as though I was an idiot for questioning this. I simply wanted to know why this was not disclosed when I was working with my rep. Imagine stating capital preservation as your goal only to lose 20k overnight, and as I mentioned it is now 40k. I could not be more unhappy and I feel like I was ripped off...or at minimum kept in the dark on details. Never again... I gave 2 stars instead of 1 ONLY because Ryan Sacks who works with Carl is a stellar representative.

My first reaction was fine. I was impressed with how Goldco made the process a simple one, and the 10% back on silver was a big incentive. Simone was wonderful. She is probably the best representative I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She was kind, courteous, and very patient. The trouble started after the transfer of money was placed. I did not receive any contact about the status of my order from Goldco for about a week despite assurances otherwise.
