    I was trying to diversify my retirement from just a traditional IRA. I decided to invest in precious metals and chose Goldco due to the recommendation from Candace Owens. The buying process wasn't difficult. It was a little time consuming, but I understood it. I had multiple conversations before I invested with my account representative. I used their site to vet them if there were any issues or complaints. They had very good reviews on Consumer Affairs, on the Better Business Bureau and on Reddit. I didn't find any negative reviews or complaints on them. I have taken recommendations from Candace Owens before on other products and always been very satisfied with any products that I purchased based on her recommendation.

    I wasn't familiar with how the process works. I have a personal account representative, so I don't have to go through any 800 queues and holes, and not know who I'm talking to. I go directly to him through email, and he responds either with a phone call or by email on a timely basis. I got to ask him all the questions I needed, and he always responded promptly. They walked me through the process of transferring money from my Fidelity IRA into this Goldco IRA. He walked me through how to decide on the coins, helped me look at all the options, and pick which ones fit me better and ones that I was comfortable with purchasing.

    This morning, I just printed all the emails that they sent me. Every time coins arrived in my account, I got an email. So, I printed all the emails, and I was going to compare that email with my invoice of what I purchased to make sure everything that I ordered has been received and is matching what I expected to be in there. Also, the representative told me I could even physically go see the coins if I choose in Delaware, which made me feel great because I know it's really real, which I plan to go physically review the coins once all them are there. That would be the final assurance that I have.

      I decided to invest in a gold IRA and precious metals after talking to other people who had done it, watching the market, and listening to different experts. It’d be safer at this stage in my career, since I'm going to be done working soon and I didn’t want to take any big hits on paper stocks over the next couple of years. I chose Goldco after reading reviews online, comparing different companies, and talking to a friend who had used them and liked the experience. My wife transferred her money into an account with Goldco first, and they did good by us, so I moved my money and went with them as well.

      I rolled over an IRA or 401(k) from the company I work for now. Goldco works with Equity Trust and once I told them what I wanted to do, they set up a three-way call with Fidelity and Equity Trust and did all the paperwork, walking us through the process. After everything was approved and they got the check, we talked about what I wanted more of and what I wanted less of as far as gold and silver. It was simple and they made it easy.

      The customer service has been amazing. They follow up on everything, do what they say they’re going to do, and call when they say they’re going to call, which is important to me. They made the whole process seamless, and I’ve recommended them to quite a few people. A couple of my children, who are not even anywhere near retirement age, are looking at moving money into gold and silver now with Goldco to build for the future. I got what I paid for, and their prices on minted coins were as low as anybody’s that I looked at. So, that was good.

      I couldn't be more happy with my experience and my decision. If I could give Robin Hubbard 10 stars I would. When I first contacted Goldco, I received a phone call immediately and then sent emails with information. When I called back I was transferred to Robin. I briefly told him my situation and told him I was interested in purchasing silver bars.

      After our conversation he sent me emails with a ton of information that basically was Greek to me, because I have never done this before and I knew absolutely nothing about it. All I knew is I wanted to buy silver. So I replied back to one of his emails explaining my situation in more detail telling him I had PTSD from my husband's suicide, and all this information that I didn't understand was very overwhelming to me, and that I needed him to answer my questions directly and explain everything to me versus sending me all that information in emails. Wow! What a "Blessing" from above Robin turned out to be. He was so understanding, extremely kind, very soft spoken, and explained everything in detail. He was so comfortable to work with and he was never pushy in any way.

      I'm so thankful for the knowledge I gained from all he taught me. No matter how many questions I continued to ask, he always answered and explained them in detail, then asked if I understood or had any questions. With my PTSD, there were times I asked a question more than once, and he was very patient with me, and answered them once again. In the end I made the decision to buy premium silver, and I can honestly say I've never felt more comfortable buying something as I did buying this silver.

      After all was said and done, I even asked him if he planned on retiring anytime soon, and he said no. I said good, because I like working with one person, and I have you saved in my phone for any future business for myself, and if anyone I know or meet that is interested in buying gold or silver, I'm going to refer them to you. I highly recommend Robin Hubbard to work with. In my opinion you couldn't find anyone better to work with. Everything I read and learned about Goldco and its policies I liked too, and I would recommend anyone interested in investing to invest with this company.

      I'd like to share one more thing that grabbed my heart in the very beginning. It was when I read that Shawn Hannity was invested with Goldco. When I told Robin that, he told me my Donald Trump, his son and Laura Trump were also invested with Goldco, and some of them were spokesmen for the company. That boosted my trust for the company, because I love and trust all of them. One last thing... Once again I want to thank you Robin for all your help, all you've taught me, for being so understanding and patient with me, and giving me a wonderful experience buying my silver, which was the very first investment I've ever made. I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart!

      My sister and brother-in-law have an account with Goldco, and I heard a lot of good things from them about it. So, I decided to go with them and the purchase process was not too bad. I loaded up the app and played around with it. It was a little cumbersome, but I found out how do it. But when I asked about how I could do future deposits, no one would give me a straight answer on it. I don't usually have 30 grand to just throw over there, so I wanted to do 500 or 1,000. And sometimes when I send them a text, I don't get a reply.

      Other than that, I was assigned a person named Lou. Then, when I put a little bit in and it wound up being $3,000, somebody different called me. I'm very leery about calls with everything going on in the world today and the gentleman that I talked to was very good. His name was David and he was a very sweet guy. He was very helpful, too.

      One thing I don't like about Goldco is that you can only get your account information once every quarter. I've had problems with banks before so I keep all of my deposits and investments in a spreadsheet. I've lost a lot of money because of people hacking into things, so I check everything every day. So, when I asked Goldco's rep for my account information, he said he could tell me over the phone. But I told him that I wanted him to do a screen print of what was on his screen and send it to me. I wanted to see what I got going.

      I've been investing in coins off and on for the last 30 years. I found Goldco through a lot of folks, some advertisements and mostly endorsements by different people who broadcast. Goldco's team is professional. They know what they're doing. I had a portion of one of my old IRAs that I had been investing in while I was working, and I decided to take a portion of my portfolio and put it to work in precious metals and just secure it. It wasn't really done because of all the craziness going on in the market. All of that is partly driving some of it, but it seemed like the right thing to do as far as separate proportion of my other investments that I've had over the years.

      The actual purchasing process was a little bit longer than I'd hoped, but that was not Goldco’s problem. That was the folks that were administering the funds from my previous employer. They don't have any control over that. They go as fast as they're going to go. Goldco is quick to get done whatever they need to get done. A lot of the delay ends up on whoever the fund manager is, and the third-party administrators. Goldco has a pretty smooth process. They're wide open about what they're doing. They ask you to make sure that you're serious about what you're going to do because it's going to impact your overall portfolio over time. They're not pushy. I have money spread out in several different funds for many many years, but this was a 403(b) that helped me park some money in savings. Once I retired, I decided to move it over.

      This is a company that operates within a position of public persona. They give the impression that they operate under the the highest level of integrity in the Precious Metals business. They are far from that. I have spent two years yes two years trying to get someone to explain to me why when I got ready to liquidate my account Goldco kept 75% of the profits. I call and will be left on hold. I call back and I'm transferred to another line and nobody picks up the phone. This last time which occurred in June of 2026 a lady told me it would be two to seven days before their customer care team could get me an explanation as to why they got to keep the lion's share of the profits of 40K of which they kept 30K. Yet they post of having a top-rated buy-back for the industry.

      I kept my gold there for three years and the results never lived up to what I was "promised" by their Representative. They said that he didn't speak for the company, he's no longer there. Looks like I am going to have to report this matter to California's Attorney General, the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation and Securities Board. They have made it very obvious that they believe they can treat customers this way and get away with it. They were sanctioned in January. I guess they didn't get the message. Endorsed by people like Mr. Hannity and the BBB. You look for companies like this to protect your investment not steal from you.

      I understand they're in the business to make money but this is like the Mafia. I was told I would at the very least double my money because of the eminent demise of the US dollar and I was suckered into it. At 68 years old on a very limited income 30K was a significant loss when you're talking about 40K total gained. I don't see any integrity or character there. I've been repeatedly lied to. You've been warned.

      I am trying to withdraw funds and find it extremely difficult. Customer service tells me that it will be 7-10 days before I can even start the withdrawal process. In the interim, I’m bleeding dollars because of their extremely slow response time and slow processing. Every time I call, I am met with a snobby attitude. Not happy!
