The team at GoldCo is very professional and provides the safest environment to handle financial investments. Their ability to make you aware of all options available but you still make the choice.. Everything is on a recorded call for your safety followed up by photographs of products purchased and placed in your personal vault.

I was called about 20 minutes before when I was told the market would be closing. I was not given any prior notice as to what they were proposing for me to buy. The process and pricing was explained well to me but I had to make a decision immediately to lock in those prices but I was only left with minutes to make this decision. I am having buyer's remorse. I should have taken my chances and researched what they proposed, instead of feeling pressured into making this purchase.

In discussion with Mr. Johnson he was very informative on the subject matter and benefits of holding gold and silver and the upside of both. He explained how the current changes in the world economics was a good indication that holding gold and silver as part of my portfolio was good balance.

I finally connected with an account executive and asked him 1) to stop all the other calls/emails from account executives and 2) to give me pricing. That was 12/21/22 and I'm still waiting for the pricing three weeks later! All the reviews I read seem to be internally written.

What I was sold was 200+% over spot??? Collectable is not what I thought I was getting. I don't collect, I stack. Feel burned. I was told the price would go up at the same rate as spot with these coins. But the price is so high to start with, I have my doubts.

It was beyond challenging trying to transfer my IRA to your company. Everything seemed to be done in duplicate. The incoming wire transfer which I was told had to be resent as it disappeared in 3 days was completed & notification-of receipt was received. Then 10 days later the wire transfer signature request was still coming thru in my email asking for a signature, My funds had already been transferred to Goldco already. I did pick out my coins yesterday but I’m still waiting for a call back as it was late & had to be requested before they were gone.
