I had contacted the Goldco site through a recommendation from one of the podcasts that I watch. Upon going to the website and putting in the initial information requested, the next screen came up indicating that I would receive a special coin if I called the number given before the representative called me. When I dialed this number, the gentleman who answered the phone did so with "hello" only. He did not introduce himself nor the company until I specifically asked who I was talking to.
