Very good as far as setting up our accts. Was not happy that we found out only after the accts. were set up that we were required to buy premium coins to get the 10% silver. The fees are a little high.

I found Goldco to be thorough, timely and precise throughout the setting up this IRA account. James Good was extremely helpful in guiding me through this process. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. Future steps in this process were outlined along with their timelines.

I had contacted the Goldco site through a recommendation from one of the podcasts that I watch. Upon going to the website and putting in the initial information requested, the next screen came up indicating that I would receive a special coin if I called the number given before the representative called me. When I dialed this number, the gentleman who answered the phone did so with "hello" only. He did not introduce himself nor the company until I specifically asked who I was talking to. I was reluctant at that time to give him any more information because I was not sure that I hadn't somehow found myself into a scam site due to the unprofessional greeting.

I had some excellent service and some that was not so helpful. Some of this involves Goldco’s partner, Equity trust. Here’s the rundown of my experience. Chaotic, stressful and unpleasant. The paperwork provided to transfer funds was incomplete. I inquired numerous times but received incorrect answers that resulted in an unnecessary delay plus a last minute run to the bank.This was a new experience but I was given the reassurance & expectation that at the time of metal selection, I would receive patience and a useful degree of expert guidance.But shockingly, much needed questions and clarifications were met with a great deal of agitation. I do not recommend this company for those without a very firm understanding of PMs; have an expectation of receiving pleasant and respectful help; or want to feel confident about their transaction.

After mailing in my 2022 tax year contribution, marked for the tax year 2022, I periodically checked my Equity account. Today I confirmed the amount I sent was posted as pending.
