Jace ** was very nice and informative and patient when we were considering and weighing our options. As soon as I made a decision to not invest in the gold for the time being, he went from 0-saton in half a second. He was the nastiest, sarcastic, mean, obnoxious individual I met. If I ever choose to buy gold or know of anyone that does, I will not sent them to Gold Co due to Jace **. It was astonishing to see him go from being so helpful to so hateful. That made me realize that he is after the sale not after our well being. Sometimes people are not ready for a myriad of reasons. He did me a favor. He taught me how not to be in my own business. Rolling over my IRA was fast and easy especially dealing with Joshua Hoffman. I recommend Goldco to everyone! He is easy to talk to, answers all my questions and gets back in a very timely manner. Buyer beware. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company talks a big game, but they simply don't deliver. They will sell you gold that is mostly worthless to any reputable distributor. I checked with seven other distributors to try to liquidate my metals from my custodian and none would buy it from me. All said that Goldco sells metals that aren't of acceptable quality to most. Additionally, Goldco will stress up front that a buy back spread of 7-21% will be applied to any liquidation of your precious metals.

Goldco was very professional and informative in how to purchase precious metals. I had never done it before and they made it a smooth process with options available both in the purchase and in storage. They are courteous and timely. Any questions were answered so that I could understand. I would highly recommend Goldco to anyone.

I was slammed and lied to. Be aware!!!! Goldco is charging $70/ounce for silver and I was told otherwise on the phone call, I was told it was double, 2 ounces. When I got their invoice it was one ounce. What liars, don’t ever use them. I can’t get them to respond. This infuriates me as they lied through their teeth, I left messages to cancel. I’m not paying $70 ounce for silver when the identical product sells for $33.

1.They charged a handling fee that was almost as much as the value of the purchase. 2.They never gave me the free 10% silver as promised. 3. Now they will not even take my phone call, or return my messages. I expected better than that from a company that was highly recommended. My account value started out at about half of what I gave to Goldco, and I opened the account before the precious metals went up like crazy.

Easy to do and great customer service. Rolling my 401 K and or Profit-sharing was simple. The price is based off premium silver. They are always there to answer any questions I have. My Dad always said never mess with a person's money but these folks are solid, I believe.

I requested GoldCo's "wealth protection guide" back in March. I didn't follow through, thinking it would be a hassle to open a new account. On the contrary, it was a process made easy thanks to the knowledgeable staff (Matt, David, Margaret). My questions were readily answered, no pressure whatsoever. I rolled over a portion of my 403b, so I can now say that my portfolio is more diversified. I am glad that I chose GoldCo after checking out other precious metals IRA companies.

My being new at buying gold or silver allowed the salesperson to talk me into coins instead of gold or silver plate. It may not be the fault of the company, but it takes wayyyy too long to get the metals. I have been waiting since April 23. A long term investment that has yet to start.

My initial contact from Goldco was Mr. Robin Hubbard. I was looking to rollover my IRA. He walked me through the process answering any questions I might have. He emailed me information I could review (along with some articles) while waiting for the Goldco information packet in the mail. We had a followup phone call after I had reviewed all info and he made sure all my questions again had been answered. Then we did the application process. Everyone I came in contact with to get my IRA paperwork processed was very professional and nice! Robin was most helpful getting everything to the finish line. It was a great experience.

The economy seems to be quite shaky. We decided that it was important to diversify and try to be ready for anything that could happen. We contacted Goldco and Chris and Marcus became our contact points. These two were extremely helpful. Chris was the main contact and over the number of calls, he was very friendly, courteous and was concerned even about our health (I had a knee replacement). Chris explained everything very clearly and presented options along the line we described as our goals. Chris was patient with us as we made the final decision. Chris outlined all that was going to happen, the agreement, the document we had to sign and the people that would be in contact with us to make the final purchase. I had a very smooth transition to Goldco. I lost a lot of value in my individual IRA that was invested in stocks. The last 2 years were a big blow. :( I now feel very safe that my savings will never go down and my future is very bright. Sal, David and Diana were excellent!

Overall my experience was good with Goldco. As an alternative to being 100% in the stock market with my IRA I turned to Goldco to diversify and place some in precious metals. During the process I was presented information I had no idea about the metals market, but ended up making a decision I was comfortable with and understood. For the bulk of my purchase, American Gold Eagles, I am satisfied. But in regards to the silver portion of my purchase, I had hoped to have been shown products that didn't have such a high premium as that on American Silver Eagles.. And even with those premiums, I think that it should have qualified for the 10% silver bonus which it seemed to not be. A lot of advertising money pushes that 10% bonus but it appears that very little if any of their products qualify.
