This was a positive experience from the first request for your brochure to the final verification call. Everyone was very helpful but not pushy. When I requested 2 weeks to get my finances finalized, I didn't have anyone constantly bugging me. My questions were answered and information was clearly delivered so the I, with no precious metal buying experience, could understand. I have already recommended Goldco to a friend.

I am very pleased with my experience with Goldco. I worked with Kevin ** who explained everything clearly, was extremely nice and professional, offered his help to walk me through my first statement and answer any questions I may have. I felt confident with the whole experience.

I invested in previous metals because of the economy. Gold and silver do not lose their value. I chose Goldco after seeing it advertised on His Glory. The process of buying gold and silver was very easy, and the team was very nice to work with.

My daughter found Goldco when we were looking to buy some precious metals. The way they talked and did business, compared to the other company, led us to choose them. They listened to what I wanted and took my advice, what I wanted to do, and went on and got it done. They didn't try to sell me anything and weren’t saying it's five years to do this or that. I took some of my 401(k) and rolled it over to Goldco. I always deal with Mike. But the last time I moved some money over, it took us a week or two to get it with Mike. The lady at Edward Jones was not in a good mood. It was worse than 10 days of bad weather in a seven-day week. But the other guy there straightened it out. Goldco has been good. I can call them back, and Mike even calls and checks on me sometimes. I've had good service and good luck with everybody. It’s been a great experience.

This was my third transaction with Goldco. Each time from start to finish, and they walked me through the entire process each time. It was a complete breeze, no problems everything was exactly as they explained to me. They were very professional and explained all my available options to me. Had many questions throughout the process, all my questions and concerns were answered promptly and thoroughly. Extra shout out to Abrina with Goldco Precious Metals, she is very knowledgeable, she made it very easy for me to understand how things work in rolling over my 401k into a Gold IRA Precious Metal Account. I was with another company and they said it was gold but it was paperwork. I saw Goldco on Dave Scarlett and I decided to go with them. The people were friendly and answered my questions. My daughter was with Ameriprise, too and when I told her about Goldco, she went online while I was talking to her and checked it out. And she said if she knew about them, she would have gone with them.

I just went with Goldco and didn't even look for options, and I was satisfied with my decision. After the fact and I checked it out, I saw that they were in the Better Business Bureau and I never found any negatives. The customer service is good. They always reach out by email but if I call them, they get back to me. If I get him on the phone, the rep will work extra time. I've never had anything that I could think back and say that I don't like what Goldco did. But the people I store it with are fine too.

The buying process with Goldco is really easy. I dealt with Ryan and he was really good. He helped out, and I always could depend on him to get the stuff to me. So, I always called him and it worked out well. I'd recommend Goldco to anybody I know who wants to buy. The prices are fair. Everything's good. My experience has been great.

Rep with Ms. ** was the first person I spoke to and very friendly. The second person was Mr. **. Now Mr. ** was very friendly and helpful. The 3rd person was Mr. ** who exactly helped me with my choices. Mr. ** was very knowledgeable… Finally, Ms. ** helped me with finalizing the deal and documents and she was very helpful. So my overall experience with everything was great.

The coins bought from Goldco are, at best, difficult to sell to other dealers. Goldco charged me double the existing spot price when I bought them. Their buy-back policy is not transparent. Their buy-back price will most likely be below spot, and you will be lucky if it's near spot. Buy gold or silver eagles from Pimbex instead.

I heard about Goldco through a podcast. They were recommended, so I went with them. The customer service was good. I called and told them I wanted to invest in some silver, and the process went smoothly.

I don’t trust the stock market, and what I watched said to get your money out of fiat and into gold and silver, so that’s what I did. I got hold of Fidelity and told them what I wanted to do. Within days, I had gold and silver. It was easy. Everybody at Goldco was very nice. I had a few problems with paperwork and Melanie, the rep, was great. She helped me through it and got it done quickly. I live in Indiana and the products are all out in Delaware, so I've never seen them. But from the pictures, the products look good. I called Goldco to get information and possibly selling my gold coins. The man that answered the phone said "we don't buy, we only sell" and abruptly hung up. I didn't even have the opportunity to ask further questions. What a jerk! Avoid this company!

Certain podcasts and people I've followed for a while recommended diversifying and a lot of it made sense. Goldco is the one that I heard the most about and they were who I reached out to first. I told them I had some I wanted to transfer, and they asked for where I was bringing it from and the account number. Then they scheduled a time to make a three-way call. They walked me through the process very well, gave Vanguard the information they needed, and I verified. They gave Vanguard where to send everything, and they kept me posted once they received it. They updated me again once the metals were coming in and discussed with me how I wanted it divided up.

This was my first time ever to purchase precious metals. I did not know what I was doing. Ryan Poston very patiently walked me through every step, answering all my questions. I felt comfortable with Ryan and trusted him to give me the information I needed.

The hardest part of this whole process was waiting for my money to come in the mail to get transferred into gold and silver. I got to choose how I'd split it, and choose from 3 different packages. Don't wait to make that phone call!

Goldco makes it easy. They do all the leg work and it's quick if your bank is quick. Goldco is never the hold up. I just wish there was a way to go online and see the actual buyback options for the premium metals. It's a bit of a mystery and you have to always call to find this out.
