I was getting calls from all my debtors and it was driving me insane. I saw a commercial for Freedom Debt Relief. I called. The phone call took about two hours. But I'm the one that got myself in this kind of debt, so I couldn't blame the system. I just swallowed it, and it was a relief because they took care of all my debts. But I thought I would be finished in ‘24. I was placed in Achieve without my knowledge. Since Freedom sold my balance of my loan, it's extended another year. I'm paying like 788 a month, which, when I finish, I'll certainly give myself a party and a pat in the back.

I called a few places and because of the person I talked to at Achieve Personal Loans, I went with them. He was down-to-earth and he understood that I needed some money. He explained everything thoroughly and told me what I was going to pay for my credit score. We had a really good conversation and I believed in him. My credit score is pretty good. I don't have an 800 credit score but he said I could always refinance the loan. Then he said that if I ever got a problem, like I couldn't pay it or I wanted it lowered, I could pay on it for six to eight months then call back, get a steady payment history behind me, and we could talk then. After I was approved, they put the money right into my account in two days. Also, I have used them their website and it's top-notch. I would use Achieve again.

I asked if I needed any type of ID number or anything else and she said no and that everything was written down. I called back in the three days and the rep told me they don't see any notes on my account at all.

It sounded great but I never heard from her again.

I wish I had better advice at the beginning. There could have been a little bit more explanation. When I first did this, this was a debt consolidation. But Achieve demolishes your credit before they can negotiate with your creditors. It had a high bad impact at the beginning. The hard part about it was these creditors were calling me because they wanted their money. But the only way Achieve was gonna help at the beginning is if I get all my stuff supposed to be delinquent. At the time, I didn't have bad credit. I just had bad debt and a couple of late bills. But I was handling it. I was hoping this was a better alternative. I'm still paying it, unfortunately. If I would have gotten a simple loan, I would have done a lot better. Other than that, Achieve did what they were supposed to do and it's been helping with my debts. They do everything through emails so the process is very easy to do.

It was very easy with Achieve. It didn't take much to fill out and prepare on what they asked for. But when I called up the loan guy to see if I could get a lower interest and another loan on that to finish off my debt, it was a little bit difficult so I didn't bother to. Can you go ahead and debit out of my account tonight?" If I call before 5:00 in the afternoon, they go and do it. I give them a plus for that. Normally, when you call in for something like that, they're supposed to charge you a fee, but they always waive it. That's nice of them for doing that.

Everything was lovely. There've been times I had to change my date ‘cause my check doesn't come in a certain time. I tell them what period my check comes in, so that's when they can go retrieve the money. It's a high percentage I'm paying though. I'm knocking the loan down, but it is kinda heavy. Also, I had trouble trying to understand the gentleman I last dealt with. But Achieve Personal Loans helped me with my need. They gave me a little more than what I needed. It took care of a lot of things, but it makes it longer for me to pay back.

As far as the new loan statement, they do it well ahead of time so you get a reminder. The fellow I worked with made the process easy and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

My initial loans were with Freedom Plus. Achieve bought out Freedom Plus. One loan was a personal loan for my daughter's wedding, and the other one was a consolidation loan. I've always gotten wonderful service from Achieve. They should keep up the good work.

He's tried to get me in touch with every department there to get me help but I never qualified for a lower payment to help me keep it from being late.

I had a loan with Freedom and they got transferred over to Achieve. I got a call a few months back from someone saying that they could possibly redo the loan I have and lower the interest rate on it. I couldn't talk to him at that time but I called back and spoke to somebody. They told me they wouldn't able to do anything and I don't know if it was just miscommunication between departments. Also, I made a call to Achieve one time because when I paid last month's payment, I got a little notice that late charges were gonna be charged again. I called back to make sure that late charges wasn't gonna be charged and they told me it wouldn't be.

They were helpful. I got a consolidation and it worked out well. I would recommend them.

Achieve's services have been satisfactory. At the time, I was getting ready to buy another vehicle and I didn't really need the money, but they gave me the money and it helped me out. So, I went ahead and paid some credit cards and bills off. Because of my credit rating, I thought that the percentage of the loan may have been a little bit higher. But at that time, I moved further with the loan and for most of it, the lending process was okay.

The rep was good. He was understanding and very professional. He did my breakdown on my annual salary and what I was able to get. I didn't get the complete loan because I have a co-signer, but it was close to what I requested. I would definitely recommend people to Achieve Personal Loans. They were the only one that gave me close to what I needed to pay off my debt, and the monthly payback is feasible. It’s enough time to pay it off. They also said I could pay more than what I pay if I wanna pay the loan off quicker.

I wanted to cancel this loan because I already received another loan with much more favorable terms. The two loans got approved the same time. I did so within the 3 day grace period. They said I only had 24 hours. This was not explained to me. They told me the loan was already funded which is not true because they told me it would 25 days to fund. They refused to cancel the loan. I planned to pay them the amount funded and nothing else. Buyer beware. They are not in this for the consumer.

I'm very upset that you won't consider refinancing because of my low credit rating of 640.…I pay my bills every month...I'm getting more mails for personal loans...telling me I'm qualified ..It's so much lying in this country...Well I don't need you now. I'm gonna get myself out of credit card debt myself. And I'm gonna pay you off too ...I'm just keeping my promise to pay you off. How you gone deny me a refi and I'm already paying you monthly on time....If I could get rid of you now, I would.

It's been 12 business days since our loan was approved but still no money has been paid to our account and no accounts have been paid including our Achieve account. It has never taken this long for funds to be dispersed in our previous dealings so this worries me and I am not happy about this nor do I have any confidence in your company at this time!

I can't seem to find a phone number or address to make banking changes. I am having great difficulties lately accessing any of my emails, How about text or phone? I am grateful for your loans so far but I screwed up recently and want to change accounts...SAME BANK.
