It was pretty easy to get the loan and the person who originally did my loan was great. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, and processed it quickly. But the interest rate is too high. Also, I called them a couple of months ago for the first time because I needed to move my payment by one day and the girl on the phone was very rude to me and condescending. I was able to do it, though, and then it just picked right back up for the next month.

Also, I made a call to Achieve one time because when I paid last month's payment, I got a little notice that late charges were gonna be charged again. I called back to make sure that late charges wasn't gonna be charged and they told me it wouldn't be.

I wanted to cancel this loan because I already received another loan with much more favorable terms. The two loans got approved the same time. I did so within the 3 day grace period. They said I only had 24 hours. This was not explained to me. They told me the loan was already funded which is not true because they told me it would 25 days to fund. They refused to cancel the loan. I planned to pay them the amount funded and nothing else. Buyer beware. They are not in this for the consumer.

I'm very upset that you won't consider refinancing because of my low credit rating of 640.…I pay my bills every month...I'm getting more mails for personal loans...telling me I'm qualified ..It's so much lying in this country...Well I don't need you now. It's been 12 business days since our loan was approved but still no money has been paid to our account and no accounts have been paid including our Achieve account. It has never taken this long for funds to be dispersed in our previous dealings so this worries me and I am not happy about this nor do I have any confidence in your company at this time!

Achieve was willing to work with me and provide a loan when I needed a loan. Their loan process was easy and straightforward. They provided me with funds when I really needed it. So, it was quite helpful.

My interest rates are extraordinarily high. I borrowed $5,000 and I've already made eight payments, and I've only made a dent. I still owe $4,000. In the end, a $5,000 loan is gonna turn out to be seven grand, which is ridiculous. But the application process wasn't too difficult. They got back to me in a timely manner. Also, the funding was ready within 48 hours. They also seemed to be the nicest of the several companies that I dealt with.

It was way too high. In fact, I'm thinking about consolidating it because it was too high. Everything is positive except for the percentage rate. Achieve is great.

Lenora took me through the process. I had to upload my driver's license and a pay stub. But I already had those saved on my computer. So, that was simple. The rep was friendly and helpful. She made it so that we had a bit of money out of the loan to go back into a checking account. I was disappointed that we went from a 17.5% interest rate to a 25.5% interest rate. But I know that interest rates have gone up since when I did my last loan. So, it's not her fault.

The person we worked with got in and gave us what the best rates were for the kind of loan that we were doing. At the time we were getting the loan, the price was very good. He was very thorough in asking his questions and finding out what our status was and where we were. So, it worked out great because they were very workable. He called and gave us information. I was able to ask questions and they would answer my questions very straightforwardly or call and say they’ll get back to me by this time, and then they would. We had to fill out information on any of our debt and send it over to Achieve. It was emailed so that part was very simple. They were good to work with and had great customer service. It was a very positive experience.

They worked with me and let me know how the process worked. If I wanna pay something early, I have a window and I don't particularly care for that. If I wanna pay half of my loan today and the other half tomorrow, it would count against me, and I don't like that. They said I have to be in my billing window in order to make it count. If I could have had the money to pay what I wanted to pay, it would have been easier. They pay part of my bills. They didn't pay what I wanted, but they told what I could pay and they will pay it. But I'd rather pay it myself because I know what bills I really wanted to pay and get it off the table. They should let me do what I want to do. Don't dictate to me what you're going to do on my behalf. I was able to pay a bill through them. It's hurtful because I'm paying a high interest rate. But it is what it is.

Situations can change for people in the blink of an eye. Due to a devastating prognosis, I will be a bilateral amputee & the Job I had I lost so my income has dropped significantly. I am now on disability, an income that comes monthly. But I can’t get refinanced to get lower payments. I need a co-signer& for what? All of my payments are pd day auto deduction.

The original loan specialist was excellent. I had offers that got rescinded and that person told me what I could do. I had a recent deal when I called to change stuff over and the girl didn't hit the button that said, "Don't take it out of my bank account." It messed up my whole account. I'm getting penalized for it because I had to change the one to the end of the loan because it messed my account up so bad. After I pay them off, I won't do business again. Other than that, it's been a good experience. Everybody makes mistakes. I like Achieve. It's a good company. They do good business. I talked to a lot of good people along the way and they have great customer service.

The process was very easy. It wasn't like most traditional loans where you have to submit a whole lot of paperwork. And it's very easy to see everything on the website, including what your payoff is. It reminds you when your next payment is and gives you the option if you wanna have it auto paid just as long as you have it in the account by the processing date. Also, all of their reps were very professional. There were a couple of times that I was out sick and I didn't have the leave time so I was in a no-pay status. I knew my check was gonna be short around the time that the loan was gonna come out of my account so I called and asked if I could push it back and they were always very accommodating to assist with that.

With the first loan that I got from them, the rate was lower. I wish I got a lower rate for the second loan. When you pay off the first loan, they should take into consideration that the person has paid the loan and never been late, and then lower the rate for the second loan. Other than that, I had a good experience with them.

Achieve came through for me. The process was great and it worked out. But I would recommend that they offer lower interest rates to new customers and not existing customers and maybe they'd pay off their loan a little bit sooner. I spoke to one of Achieve's representatives a month or so ago and I tried to renegotiate to get a lower interest rate from then until now but that didn't quite work out. I'd tell others to give it a try, though. Everybody's credit is different and maybe they can get a better rate than what I got. And it was an easy process. It was there when I needed it and I took advantage of it. I'm happy about that.

I always have fantastic customer service from them. I have two different loans. On one, I have a year. The other one, hopefully, just another year after that, I’ll have it paid off. The application was pretty smooth. Everything was as they say, with one exception, which I found out much later and which I'm not very pleased about. When I went through the whole application, the officer said that I could refinance in six months with on time payment to a much lower rate. I tried to do it after seven months or so and they did another hard pull on my credit but said I couldn't refinance. I got hard hit with the inquiry. They should have done the soft pull. It's been a year now with the good payments and I still have not refinanced it.

I was happy that I was approved by Achieve. I'm not happy with the rate, but the terms were acceptable. Because my monthly payment is a little high and I'm looking to see what I can do to lower it. But I haven't had the loan long enough to really qualify for anything outside of what I've been looking for. I'm looking to bring it down to at least 400 a month. Right now, it's almost 700.

I spoke with somebody on the phone who was wonderful. He helped me get the loan set up and make sure everything was correct on it. I understood what was going on. I am happy with the whole thing. When I switched from the other company to Achieve, my payment went down 200 some dollars a month. I talked to somebody the other day and asked if I could refinance it for a longer period of time. I have to move and it might be too much for almost $700 a month. I have it for two years. They told me to call back on October the 10th when it's a year.

I got a personal loan from Achieve and the payments were reasonable. It was easy to turn off and on automatic payments if I wanted to change it. So, it was easy and there were no issues. I called one time because I wanted to shut off the automatic payments so I can make higher payments.

I have a personal loan with them. I call in every month to make a principal payment because I can't make it work on the computer. Every time I talk to someone, it's a different story. The first time I called in was around the 15th of the month and my regular payment is due on the 25th. I wanted to make a $1,000 principal payment and they said that I couldn't do that. I had to do it with my regular payment on the 25th or I'd get charged more interest. I said, "Okay. Then put it down to have it with the payment on the 25th. Can I please have a confirmation number?" They said the computer doesn't do that. I'm not stupid. The computer does that. But I got a letter and that went through.

The lending process was relatively simple, and it took about five minutes. The loan got me out of a tough situation at the time. I had some work that needed to be done, and I was able to get it accomplished.

Achieve Personal Loans needs to get better customer service. I talked to two representatives who were horrible. One was blowing up my phone and my email sending me information and telling me that I was preapproved for a loan. When I had the time to call him back, I left a message and he never returned my call. I called in again and I wanted to speak with another representative. The supervisor put me through to another representative, Alex, and he said that the first representative was trying to get in touch with me to lower my payments from my first loan and to see if I was interested in taking out another loan. I wanted to ask questions and he acted like he was getting tired of me asking questions and he just wanted me to go along with what he was saying, which wasn't going to happen. I stopped him right in his tracks and I told him to have a supervisor give me a call back.

The reps explained everything in detail. They answered all the questions before I had time to ask them. If I ever have a question, they're quick to reply. It's easy to reach customer service. The payment comes out automatically.

Achieve Loans' reps are very nice people. If I asked them anything, they always did it. Everything went fine for me, except the interest rate. I owe them close to 13,000 and my payment's 400 a month. So, the interest rate is too high for me. The experience I had was very good with them until I realized, "Why is my payment $400?" And I must have misunderstood the interest rate. Other than that, everybody has been so nice when I've called them.

I liked the interest rate that Achieve offered me, the service and their follow-up, and the people that I talked to. During the application process, they took my information over the phone and checked it out as far as the amount I was borrowing. They went over the loans and gave me the information to sign over the internet and I DocuSigned it, and it was a done deal. They paid all the creditors off and within three weeks, I saw positive changes on my credit report.

The reps answered everything I asked them and answered it to what I thought was good. There was too much interest on the loan, but it worked out. Achieve Personal Loans helped me out of a financial bind at first. People should try them.

Achieve's customer service was always nice and I liked them. They asked us general questions for loans like employment status and birthdate. They then ran our credit. It didn't take long to receive the funding. Our payments were $763.23 a month and it was pretty high. The interest rate was not that great as it was too high, especially with the fact that our credit was pretty good. It was 26.99% interest rate. We ended up just getting another loan to pay that one off and to get a lower interest rate.

The reps were very polite. But one thing I've had trouble since day one is I cannot seem to get the app so I can keep track of my account. I can't load it. Every time I try it, I get the loan I had before when it was Freedom and that's the one that keeps popping up.

Updated on 11/19/2023: When Achieve called me, they said they could help me pay off my current credit cards, and just attach it because of my good payment history. I liked them. They made me feel better. My interactions with them were shame-loaded but respectful, clear, and non-judgmental. And I just do direct pay. So, since we set it up, it has not been a major issue. If I've had questions, like I had to change my payment at one point, they were able to help me with that. I had to move it to a different auto date. They were all good. The loan helped pay off credit cards and gave me a little extra at the time, which always comes in handy.

Achieve Loans was passed down from a credit debt relief with a bank. They told me on the phone it’s a cheaper interest rate on my money (cheaper payment), so, I said, “Yeah.” It was all done by the other bank, registered from wherever it come from. They just swapped paperwork, and I didn't have to do anything. It didn't take very long too. Now, Achieve Loans collects payment every month. They just bank draft it, and I save money. I'm retired and living on a fixed income, so I have to watch my p's and q's. When things get more expensive, it's much higher. The payments might be harder to do in the future.

The reps I worked with were very nice. At that time, I was very lucky to have gotten a loan from them. They're very considerate, dependable, and willing to work with you.

Applying was straightforward. The rate was high, but at that time, I needed to use it. Anytime I called, the reps could answer my questions. They were all professional and super helpful.

I liked the phone presence with Achieve. What I heard was professionalism and the rep was very nice and helpful. The loan process was very easy to do though I have an issue with the additional fees you have to pay when you’re borrowing money. If you take out a loan, you're hit with an additional loan fee depending on the dollar amount. There's only a handful of people that don't charge that but it can be quite a lot, like $1000. It's absurd. But at that time, working with Achieve was very helpful. I would refer people to them. If I have a concern, I just call and it's simple.

I had another loan company and I tried to go back to them, but their process was crazy. I switched, and Achieve Loans was easier to deal with. The rep took my information and within five minutes, I was approved. Receiving the money was a problem because they were doing a direct pay and they got American Express messed up. There are two different kinds of American Express and they sent it to one that wasn't supposed to go to it. They had to wait for it to come back before they would issue me the money to go ahead and pay it off. I also had to make payments when I shouldn't have had to make payments. For all of it to be finalized, it took close to four weeks. Other than that, it was stress-free. It was a nice experience.

I reached out to Achieve. And they reached back out to me. They process everything quickly. The loan officer I spoke to on the phone got the information from me, kept following up with me until everything was done. Even to the point with the underwriter. However, the interest rate was extremely high even with my credit score and me having a bunch of paid off loans. I was sitting in the high 700s before the loan. And all my loans are paid off. I only have two open credit cards. The rest, I paid off and closed. So four credit cards, had seven paid off loans, and I still got an interest rate of 26%. Other than that, a day and a half, Achieve quickly funded me. Great communication all the way through even with the portal access.

I liked the rep's knowledge about the loan process. The only thing I had an issue with is I had already done 90 something percent of the rate before realizing the high interest rate that was attached to my plan. They should divulge that information on their interest rate and their fee that I would pay. But everything else went smoothly.

I already have a loan with Best Egg and my interest rate is 6% but Achieve’s rate is 16%. Considering that I had zero late payments and I've got an assortment of different things, they're up a little bit. Other than that, it worked out fine. They funded me. They were a day or two slower than Best Egg but Achieve did what they said they would. I got the loan but I'll end up going away from Achieve eventually within the next six months.
