I know the percentage rate that they offered me was better than the percentage rate that I paid on the credit cards. So, rather than sending the credit cards $300 each a month, it was easier to send them $500 a month and be done with the credit cards. My motorcycle loan was also tied into it. I had another four grand to pay on it. At the time, it was all my payments. It was three credit cards and the motorcycle. Every month, I had to remember to pay these four payments. By getting rid of those four payments and making it one payment, it simplified my life a lot.

I make my payments on time. A week before, they always send me a text saying, "Your Achieve payment will be processed next week," just to give me a heads-up. They contacted me one time in the last year just because they're getting towards the end of the loan and they said that I qualified for a better interest rate. But because I didn't have any up-to-date payment information, proof of employment, they weren't able to process it, which is fine. I have one more year left on the loan anyway. It's almost finished.

The process has been fairly easy with automatic payments. The loan was supposed to be pulled out of my account on one particular day, but I was getting paid the day after, and I didn't have enough in my account at the time. So I called to see if I could change the date, and they were really easy about being able to change the date and then move it right back into my normal automatic payment date. As far as the price monthly, for the amount that I ended up taking out, the amount I'm taking out and the amount of time that I'm paying it over the next years, it is fair. It made perfect sense when they were explaining how everything worked. I can pay it off early if I come into better financial standings.

Plus, they took the time to make sure that I understood the terms, and they regularly contacted me to make sure I was still satisfied with the loan I took. They've also contacted me about renegotiating the terms for a lower interest rate. I would recommend them. They give you a loan and they want to make sure you're making your payments on time and that you're not problematic. So, they want to establish some kind of a history before they start offering you incentives or discounts.

We have been overrun by a traumatic illness and it was overwhelmingly exacerbated during anesthesia administered just before colostomy reversal surgery. Dreadful. (no colostomy reversal after that deadly sideline/code blue that occurred in OR). My husband was resuscitated by paddles and intubated which soon after caused several internal deadly infections. Sepsis infection in blood. Urinary and lung infections. He has been diagnosed with a beastly illness to push back against: pulmonary arterial hypertension. That has caused our life to take on some very big changes.

Every single solution (except deferral) which is a band aid; when my credit was still 763 I was helped by my agent to get a refi interview. That agent knocked me down in two seconds. Why? Not allowing the use of household income to include both me and husband and both on limited fixed incomes and we still made too much for your formula guidelines which are out of touch with some parts of the nation. My loan on 10/15/2021? was approved with 7.74 interest rate and nonissues!!

Continuing: Agent tried to help me get interview for payment modification. Nope our combined income in NYC borough of Queens, NY. Still we make too much. Bottom line my payments are too high for the amount of fluid money in my budget due to astronomical amount of medical supply and inflation, driving, food, gas everything 2-3-4 times higher in our area.

The person I was working with was really good. I could call her at any time or if I left a message, she would call me back before the end of the business day, depending on what time I left it. If it was near the end of the business day, I'd get a phone call the first thing in the morning. I really didn't have to deal with anybody. They were handling the business. I didn't have to call them. I called them a couple of times when one was paid off and I just needed to have the letter that says it was paid off. My rep said she was waiting for it from them. The communication was always open and clear. Achieve went overboard to say, "Is there anything else I can help you with? You need to have this. You need to have that." So, it was smooth.

A standout part of my experience was the assistance of the representative, Dave. His patience and ability to explain complex aspects of the loan process in multiple ways with examples was invaluable. He helped us understand various factors such as length of time, payment variations, pay ahead options, and balloon payments.

The only area where I felt there could be improvement was the rate, which is a common concern. Despite this, we've already recommended Achieve to friends, providing them with a link and mentioning Dave by name. The process alleviated a significant amount of stress for us, assisting with financial planning and cash flow management as we approach retirement.

In summary, I would describe Achieve as very helpful, with commendable customer service that simplifies complex processes.
