I gave Achieve Personal Loans another try since I had a positive experience with their services previously. I was pleased with the support I received from the team, especially when selecting the right type of loan. Since I no longer own a house, a personal loan was more appropriate than a mortgage loan.
The process was seamless, and it helped me clear my credit card debts and pay off a 401k loan. This allowed me to take another 401k loan to manage my taxes. I'm a repeat customer because my initial experience with debt consolidation under a different name was excellent, which made me trust them when they rebranded under Achieve Personal Loans.
One of the things I appreciated most was that I initiated contact with Achieve rather than receiving unsolicited calls, as I usually avoid cold calls, especially those that appear scammy. It's important to me, as someone in the insurance industry, to be wary of fraud. My work in California keeps me on my toes about these things.

David was wonderful. I already had a loan with Achieve Personal Loans since November. I refinanced and David was far above any person I ever talked to with Achieve. He helped me a lot. He truly stood out in terms of kindness and efficiency. In just three days, we managed to close, and I was deeply impressed by his quick processing and the care he showed.
Initially, my loan experience wasn't the best; the interest rates with my previous loan in Chicago were extremely high, and I found myself in a tough spot. My loan amount was $50,000, but I ended up paying back $85,000. David gave me hope by calling me at a crucial moment. Thanks to him, my loan payment reduced significantly from $1,425 to $1,049 per month, and more importantly, he managed to do this brilliantly in alignment with what was feasible for me.
Because he reached out to me, believing he could help despite my high debt ratio, I ended up saving about $700 a month. Prior to all this, I was using credit cards to handle daily expenses, which just added to my debt. I first heard about Achieve through my spouse, who found it while we were considering various loan options. We decided on Achieve because it seemed like the most convenient and straightforward choice for our needs. The lending process was extremely convenient, particularly the online dashboard that made management a breeze. The entire process took about 2 to 3 weeks, mainly due to our need to carefully plan financially, as I am preparing for retirement in the next couple of years.
A standout part of my experience was the assistance of the representative, Dave. His patience and ability to explain complex aspects of the loan process in multiple ways with examples was invaluable. He helped us understand various factors such as length of time, payment variations, pay ahead options, and balloon payments.
The only area where I felt there could be improvement was the rate, which is a common concern. Despite this, we've already recommended Achieve to friends, providing them with a link and mentioning Dave by name. The process alleviated a significant amount of stress for us, assisting with financial planning and cash flow management as we approach retirement.

I first came across Achieve Personal Loans when I was considering taking out a loan. Someone sent me information, and initially, I applied for a loan on my own. However, I decided to include my wife's debt and income in the application, hoping for a better rate. Initially, things seemed to be going well, but then I faced some challenges. Despite this, I settled on a 15.99% rate, which, while not excellent, was decent. I've set a goal to pay off the loan in two years, although rising costs have made it a bit more burdensome than expected.
The process of working with Achieve was relatively smooth and straightforward. I was particularly pleased with the customer service. Nevertheless, I faced some unrelated financial issues with PayPal and a foreign company, which caused significant stress. These issues highlight the complexities and uncertainties in today's financial landscape. Ultimately, I would rate Achieve Personal Loans highly and recommend them to others. They are a reliable company, and my experience was free from any significant complications, except for needing to switch my bank account for payments. I've had an account with you for years and December 2025 I found myself very short of funds. Because of the shutdown and having to buy fuel for heating our bank account was down to about 450.00 and we needed more fuel. I called to ask for an extension on Dec's payment. Your customer service lady reassured me it would be available and then set me up to skip Dec's payment. I was very happy.
