I did some research on Achieve, and they're a fairly stable, well-established firm. I called them up and spoke to the gentleman who I originally got the loan from. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He went over everything with me. I felt very comfortable with the whole experience, so I decided to follow through and go with the loan. The application process was very smooth. They were very professional and on top of everything. They made sure during the process that I understood what was going on. The interest rate was a little high due to the fact that I wasn't providing any collateral. It was a loan based on my credit without any requirements. If you go with a loan where no collateral is given, you're going to pay a higher interest rate. Other than that, I'm very happy with Achieve. They did a very good job with whole process from beginning to end. I'm very satisfied and would recommend them to a friend.

I went through Credit Karma and they gave me the best choice at the time and I've never had a problem with Achieve. When I need to redo it, I'd go with Achieve again. They've been good to me. I was able to pay off some debt that I had. They have a lower interest rate and that helped out a lot. That was one of my biggest deals. Their lending process was quick. Their personnel made it easy. I tried to tell Achieve and I told Trevor, the rep, a couple of times not to use the account that I had. I sent him a new one with the paperwork but he didn’t use it, and the money was sent to the old one. It took a day or two to get it back. It was more of a man thing. A big deal was made about my sending in the stuff, and we don't do checks. So, I had to go to the bank, get the check made with my name printed on it and do all these. So, that was a little bit irritating. I took time out of my day to do what they told me to do and they didn’t follow up on their end. They shouldn’t ask me to do something if they are not gonna do their part.

Achieve came up when I was looking last year and the representative that I contacted was on the ball. He was helpful and got me to where I needed to go. The application process went smoothly. I had a lockout security on my credit report, so we had to break through that. I had to get copies of my W-2s and my stuff for 10 years but that was easy to get. The rep was able to get all my information and apply it, which took a few minutes. Everything went well. The entire process took two hours, which wasn’t bad. It took 20 minutes when the representative called me the second time because I'm not locked out anymore.
