I explained my situation to Achieve, and they were willing to do what they could to help me resolve my situation. They set up a situation where my cards could be paid off. They would loan me the amount that I needed to do that, and then I would just have to pay it back. I'm pretty much getting close to paying off the loan, which I'm happy to be able to do. They've been very kind to me and showed me a little patience. They didn't let me down, and I tried my best not to let them down in terms of repaying the loan. I would recommend Achieve based on my own experience with the people and the fact that the experience for the whole time has been very positive.

I did some research on Achieve, and they're a fairly stable, well-established firm. I called them up and spoke to the gentleman who I originally got the loan from. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He went over everything with me. I felt very comfortable with the whole experience, so I decided to follow through and go with the loan. The application process was very smooth. They were very professional and on top of everything. They made sure during the process that I understood what was going on. The interest rate was a little high due to the fact that I wasn't providing any collateral. It was a loan based on my credit without any requirements. If you go with a loan where no collateral is given, you're going to pay a higher interest rate. Other than that, I'm very happy with Achieve. They did a very good job with whole process from beginning to end. I'm very satisfied and would recommend them to a friend.

I went through Credit Karma and they gave me the best choice at the time and I've never had a problem with Achieve. When I need to redo it, I'd go with Achieve again. They've been good to me. I was able to pay off some debt that I had. They have a lower interest rate and that helped out a lot. That was one of my biggest deals. Their lending process was quick. Their personnel made it easy. What stood out the most to about the experience is the kindness and the care of the people that do the work for me. They were not pressuring me. They said, "Well, you can do this, you can do that." Everything was so easy.

Everything went well with Achieve, although we had a bit of a mix-up. Our bank changed names and the routing numbers had to be changed. I tried to tell Achieve and I told Trevor, the rep, a couple of times not to use the account that I had. I sent him a new one with the paperwork but he didn’t use it, and the money was sent to the old one. It took a day or two to get it back. It was more of a man thing. A big deal was made about my sending in the stuff, and we don't do checks. So, I had to go to the bank, get the check made with my name printed on it and do all these. So, that was a little bit irritating. I took time out of my day to do what they told me to do and they didn’t follow up on their end. They shouldn’t ask me to do something if they are not gonna do their part.

Achieve came up when I was looking last year and the representative that I contacted was on the ball. He was helpful and got me to where I needed to go. The application process went smoothly. I had a lockout security on my credit report, so we had to break through that. I had to get copies of my W-2s and my stuff for 10 years but that was easy to get. The rep was able to get all my information and apply it, which took a few minutes. Everything went well. The entire process took two hours, which wasn’t bad. It took 20 minutes when the representative called me the second time because I'm not locked out anymore.

My loan officer, Patricia, spent three hours in the evening to get it done. Very personable and professional. My rate was a bit less than I had anticipated. And the loan has made a huge positive difference in my monthly budget. It was a credit card consolidation loan and Achieve carried out exactly what they promised.

I was on Freedom Debt Relief, then they referred me to Achieve Personal Loans and this is the first company I applied with. I'd rather do the debt consolidation than what Freedom Debt Relief was offering me, because I didn't want to be bothered with the headache of people calling. Achieve's rep was excellent. She was really polite, kind, and patient, because I'm not really good with computers. The application process was easy.

I did a search online for debt consolidation. I called a couple of different places, but I liked Achieve's rates the best, and they were able to get a loan that helped me with what I needed to do. Some of the others weren't able to do that. The process took a little bit of time, but nothing that I felt was extreme for the situation we were in. The person I spoke with was very helpful. They followed through and explained everything very well. However, I was told they had an app but I can't get it to work. The website is simple and easy to navigate though.

We've been dealing with Achieve for the last 8 to 10 years. They're a great company. They have good rates. They're good people. They work quickly as well. We've also always dealt with the lady named Debbie, and she's a fantastic person to give out loans. They're a great company, and I would still deal with them 20 years from now. They get on the move, and there aren't a lot of problems. If you've already had a loan there, then they could just go back on your information, and they’d recheck it, and in 5-10 minutes, you're approved, and the money comes quickly. They just put it in your account, and you're good.

I heard about Achieve Personal Loans through National Debt Relief. I contacted them, and they offered me a loan. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful getting me through it, and the application process took a day or two. The interest rate wasn't as low as I would have liked, but everybody was very helpful.

Achieve was the first one that called me, and my overall experience with the guy who I dealt with, Clinton, was phenomenal. The process took about 25 minutes, and that was only because I had something locked on my end.

The latest person that I dealt with from Achieve was compassionate and she understood my situation. She was able to assist in every way. She made sure that I had everything processed in the correct way so that nothing would be out of groove. She made sure that I had everything in place, at least for me to get what I got to get and for them to make sure that I was able to pay back. She made a very great effort in having what has to be done done. She was experienced in what she was doing. Achieve is doing a good job. Working with their team has been excellent.

We were very pleased until we were charged $316 for the privilege of signing online. We should have never been charged this. I have tried to call our representative that helped us through the process of this loan several times and he will not return my phone calls so please help us getting a refund of the $316. My mom passed away in January 2023, and I became the estate administrator. I had to keep paying her mortgage along with my own, plus utilities and cleanup, and it added up to about $20,000. So I decided to try to get a loan to pay off my car and consolidate some of my credit cards. I found Achieve through Credit Karma and qualified for $15,000. They called me last year, trying to give me more, but my credit was still bad. I work overtime and have been picking up extra shifts to improve my credit. And it did. Everything is very expensive here in California, so I’ve been working overtime and paying down my credit cards. The loan helped because my credit card interest was so high.

I appreciate the opportunity to consolidate my debt. However, the cost to Achieve is outrageous! It is like paying a home mortgage. $3,000 was added to my loan for consolidating 47,005 of debt and the interest rate is at 11.49% resulting in daily charges to my account of $15.21 ($450 monthly). The combination of upfront fees, long term double-digit interest can make this type program less attractive than marketed.

Worst experience ever. They would send me money then I would send it back to get my credit up a couple points. We're going on 4 days and still no money. Don’t deal with Richard. They will ignore you, put you hold for ever. They need better customer services cause getting a loan shouldn’t take 4 days.

It appears to me that the fee for my loan was taken from the amount of the loan. That same amount now appears added to the principle of the loan meaning I need to pay the fee again. They are unable to explain this to me in a way that makes sense to me.

I wanted to put some credit cards together and only have one payment. I have an 830 credit score, so it's not hard to get a loan. I could have gotten a loan with anybody, but I'd already had a loan through my bank and they didn’t wanna give me what I wanted. I had some options, but I wanted to get it done quick, and Achieve Personal Loans gave me a decent deal. Application was easy and when someone has good credit, it matters. I didn’t have to do anything and the lending process was short. I could have gotten a better interest rate though.

The application and approval process proceeded seamlessly. The APR is good; a slightly lower rate would, of course, be better. Post distribution of funds an attempt was made to change the payment method, but the change failed. An email was sent as a follow-up, but a response has not been received.
