I read the reviews about Achieve’s services, and I was really pleased with them. The application process was a breeze. That was really easy. It was all done over the phone, and within a matter of a couple of hours, I got an answer, and it was all taken care of. I've spoken to them multiple times on the phone, and they're very professional, and they’re really warm and friendly when you call and talk to them. They're always understanding, and they give you all of the benefits that you need to know about. It was the best decision I made.

I got an advertising letter from Achieve, and it sounded reasonable, more than the rest of the offers I get from other companies. I tried them out, and the application process was quick and easy. The rep I worked with was friendly. So far, I'm happy with the process. Their customer service was good. I had an easy and quick experience.

I came across Achieve when I was doing my online research. I went for a personal loan and was happy with the rate and terms. The application was very quickly processed. In two days, it was completed. The person was very easy to work with as well. They were very efficient and knowledgeable, and everything went very smoothly. I did not have any issues with any of the loans I've had with Achieve.

I liked Achieve Personal Loans' customer service. The person who helped me was such a sweetheart. He was the main reason why I ended up going with Achieve. He needs a raise. He was very thorough and very helpful with everything. There wasn't anything that he left out. It was perfect. Once I got everything in and everything was requested, it did not take a long time. It took within an hour or two.

Achieve Personal Loans was good. They helped me, and their process was quick and easy. They worked some different angles out for me. They gave out money pretty easy so I liked it. I got out of debt. To anyone considering Achieve Personal Loans, I'd tell them to try it.

I liked Achieve Personal Loans' rate. I got two loans through them. It was great. The guy who helped me was nice and great at what he does. He worked with me and got me to change my thing to get a better percent. He's a good guy.

The latest person that I dealt with from Achieve was compassionate and she understood my situation. She was able to assist in every way. She made sure that I had everything processed in the correct way so that nothing would be out of groove. She made sure that I had everything in place, at least for me to get what I got to get and for them to make sure that I was able to pay back. She made a very great effort in having what has to be done done. She was experienced in what she was doing. Achieve is doing a good job. Working with their team has been excellent.

We were very pleased until we were charged $316 for the privilege of signing online. We should have never been charged this. I have tried to call our representative that helped us through the process of this loan several times and he will not return my phone calls so please help us getting a refund of the $316. I was initially on Freedom Debt Relief, and then they transitioned me to Achieve after all that work that we did. Then Achieve called me again when they could lower my rate because I paid religiously. The application process was pretty smooth. I'd recommend the process to people.

I heard about Achieve through my sister and I checked it through Credit Karma. The interest was low and I decided to go with them. Whenever I call them, the reps handle me well. They respond to whatever I ask them. Achieve is a good company to get a loan from.

I'm retired and I'm trying to have just one bill, so I don’t worry about them going here and there. I took out a personal loan and the application process didn't take long at all. I did most of it online but I had questions so I didn't finish it, so somebody called me to get it done. Achieve worked out just right. They were professional and explained everything to me, and I'm good.

My mom passed away in January 2023, and I became the estate administrator. I had to keep paying her mortgage along with my own, plus utilities and cleanup, and it added up to about $20,000. So I decided to try to get a loan to pay off my car and consolidate some of my credit cards. I found Achieve through Credit Karma and qualified for $15,000. They called me last year, trying to give me more, but my credit was still bad. I work overtime and have been picking up extra shifts to improve my credit. And it did. Everything is very expensive here in California, so I’ve been working overtime and paying down my credit cards. The loan helped because my credit card interest was so high.
Before, I was paying my mortgage, the Achieve loan, and about $1,200 on credit cards each month. Jeremy, the one who called me, helped through the process. He checked my credit, it went through, and it's working out good. He was very professional. I would refer him specifically because he worked with me and made the process easier. I’ve told my son about Achieve because they bought a house and I’m going to talk to one of my friends who said she has a lot of credit cards too. I'm going to refer her and see if she wants to consolidate and have a lower interest rate.

I appreciate the opportunity to consolidate my debt. However, the cost to Achieve is outrageous! It is like paying a home mortgage. $3,000 was added to my loan for consolidating 47,005 of debt and the interest rate is at 11.49% resulting in daily charges to my account of $15.21 ($450 monthly). The combination of upfront fees, long term double-digit interest can make this type program less attractive than marketed.

Worst experience ever. They would send me money then I would send it back to get my credit up a couple points. We're going on 4 days and still no money. Don’t deal with Richard. They will ignore you, put you hold for ever. They need better customer services cause getting a loan shouldn’t take 4 days.

It appears to me that the fee for my loan was taken from the amount of the loan. That same amount now appears added to the principle of the loan meaning I need to pay the fee again. They are unable to explain this to me in a way that makes sense to me.

I wanted to put some credit cards together and only have one payment. I have an 830 credit score, so it's not hard to get a loan. I could have gotten a loan with anybody, but I'd already had a loan through my bank and they didn’t wanna give me what I wanted. I had some options, but I wanted to get it done quick, and Achieve Personal Loans gave me a decent deal. Application was easy and when someone has good credit, it matters. I didn’t have to do anything and the lending process was short. I could have gotten a better interest rate though.

The application and approval process proceeded seamlessly. The APR is good; a slightly lower rate would, of course, be better. Post distribution of funds an attempt was made to change the payment method, but the change failed. An email was sent as a follow-up, but a response has not been received.

Achieve Personal Loans' service was good and upfront. It was all done over the phone. The phone interview was no more than 15 or 20 minutes. It asked basic questions, I got something to sign with DocuSign, and that was it. The interest rates are a tad high, but Achieve was professional and everybody I dealt with is in that same range for personal loans. I'd be happier if it was lower. But I got what I expected. Also, I need to adjust some payment dates and Achieve was responsive.
