I appreciate the opportunity to consolidate my debt. However, the cost to Achieve is outrageous! It is like paying a home mortgage. $3,000 was added to my loan for consolidating 47,005 of debt and the interest rate is at 11.49% resulting in daily charges to my account of $15.21 ($450 monthly). The combination of upfront fees, long term double-digit interest can make this type program less attractive than marketed.

Worst experience ever. They would send me money then I would send it back to get my credit up a couple points. We're going on 4 days and still no money. Don’t deal with Richard. They will ignore you, put you hold for ever. They need better customer services cause getting a loan shouldn’t take 4 days.

It appears to me that the fee for my loan was taken from the amount of the loan. That same amount now appears added to the principle of the loan meaning I need to pay the fee again. They are unable to explain this to me in a way that makes sense to me.

I wanted to put some credit cards together and only have one payment. I have an 830 credit score, so it's not hard to get a loan. I could have gotten a loan with anybody, but I'd already had a loan through my bank and they didn’t wanna give me what I wanted. I had some options, but I wanted to get it done quick, and Achieve Personal Loans gave me a decent deal. Application was easy and when someone has good credit, it matters. I didn’t have to do anything and the lending process was short. I could have gotten a better interest rate though.

The application and approval process proceeded seamlessly. The APR is good; a slightly lower rate would, of course, be better. Post distribution of funds an attempt was made to change the payment method, but the change failed. An email was sent as a follow-up, but a response has not been received.

Achieve Personal Loans' service was good and upfront. It was all done over the phone. The phone interview was no more than 15 or 20 minutes. It asked basic questions, I got something to sign with DocuSign, and that was it. The interest rates are a tad high, but Achieve was professional and everybody I dealt with is in that same range for personal loans. I'd be happier if it was lower. But I got what I expected. Also, I need to adjust some payment dates and Achieve was responsive.

The lending process at Achieve was very easy. Everything was online. It was a consolidation loan, and it went very smoothly. The only thing I didn't like was the interest rate. I thought, with my payment history with Achieve, that I would get a better rate. I've been with Achieve for several years now. But I went through all this stuff to get this done, and then when I found out about the interest rate, I called back. They said, right now they'd have to leave it the way it is, and then after six months I could refinance it. I've been working to try to get all this in line. And my one credit card offered me a zero-interest rate. So, if I can't get it back down to 699, which is what it was on my last loan, I'll probably just pay it off with the credit card.
Another problem was, and this was personally my fault, I didn't get the loan large enough to pay off all of my creditors, because a lot of them didn't appear correctly on a credit report. I didn't take the time to go through everything. Other than that, it might have taken a week, two weeks tops for the process to be done. I wasn't satisfied with this particular loan. But in the past, I had been. It was just a very easy process, and I had no trouble getting ahold of a customer service rep at all. Every time I would call, I would get a live person. I didn't have to leave messages. It wasn't always the same person, but I would get a live person.

I did a Google search and found Achieve Personal Loans The agent was great, very forthcoming, and gave me a lot of options. He was very patient when I wasn't sure if I would move forward, but he made sure to follow up. It was great. Easy and smooth. Achieve helped me reduce my payments.

I called Achieve a lot with getting the payoff quotes because the closing kept getting changed, and every person I spoke to on that customer service team, even the ones in Jamaica and other places, was so good. They knew what they were doing. They did it quickly. They sent the pay-offs or whatever document I needed. They wrote to my email while I was on the phone, and they were friendly and professional. I refinanced a loan that would take six years to pay off. So, it started over again. But I just paid off the loan. It wasn't a confusing process. My loan officer made it seamless and did it within a matter of minutes on the phone. They explained it along the way, answered questions, and did everything quickly. It was unbelievable. The only drawback was that the percentage rate on the loan was quite high. It was about what you would get on a credit card. But working with Achieve was wonderful.

I checked the interest rates and Achieve was much lower than some of the other companies that I checked. The application process simple, didn't require too much work no more than getting the bills together, and they did the rest. Kash, our loan officer, was very nice. Everything seemed to be nice. The people are nice when you call. They had given us a due date, which was in the middle of the month. Neither one of us get paid till the end of the month. So we did our first payment, and then they moved our payment like we wanted closer to the end of the month. That was very nice of them. Achieve is trustworthy and they do their job very well.

My experience with Achieve has been good. The application process was smooth and fast. I started off online, and then I received a phone call. I worked with Kyle and he was very nice and honest. Because people get scammed a lot. I had to be sure, because I was already scammed, that I was talking to somebody legitimate. Then he gave me his number. He said, "I'm going on a break. But within 20 minutes, I'm gonna reach back out to you," and he did. The interest rate is low, too and I wish it were offered to more people who don't have a union behind them. Because I have a nephew who's going through financial hardship right now. He can't get it because he is an entrepreneur.

I wanted my son to be a co-borrower on a loan so that it could help build his credit. Achieve was willing to do it where others weren't. The process with them was quick, and the gentleman that I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. He got us through it. We sent in our IDs, and he got us the documents to sign. It was Docusigned which is standard nowadays and I got the money two to three days later. It was great.

I've had an account with you for years and December 2025 I found myself very short of funds. Because of the shutdown and having to buy fuel for heating our bank account was down to about 450.00 and we needed more fuel. I called to ask for an extension on Dec's payment. Your customer service lady reassured me it would be available and then set me up to skip Dec's payment. I was very happy.

I tried contacting Achieve in December 2025, with a personal request. I was unable to locate an office that could find my account. I've been with you all for years. This was very frustrating to me! It was a busy time of year, and this did not help the situation.

I was dealing with high-interest debt, and my girlfriend suggested giving Achieve Personal Loans a shot. I called and spoke with a helpful representative who guided me through the setup process. I got a personal loan with an annual percentage rate of 6%. I was paying almost 29% so theirs is significantly better. The application process was quick and took about 30 minutes to an hour, but some of that could have just been me asking questions as well. Everyone I talked to were super nice and payments were all set up. I had an awesome experience and would recommend Achieve.

I called Achieve as I saw they had a very good rate for a personal loan. It was better than anything I was offered by anybody else by a lot. The process was fairly straightforward. They went and asked for the information and provided the documentation. I had to send an email with my document and they were able to close the loan within that same day.

The turnaround time at Achieve Personal Loans was fast. I put an interest into a website, and then they gave me a phone call. I did everything pretty much over the phone. The person who helped walk me through was very professional and patient, and the annual percentage rate and terms I received were better than the previous offers.

I wasn’t impressed with the company’s response time at all. In addition, the loan specialist Jeremiah was shady, slick, sarcastic, and dishonest. He gave me different information each time I spoke with him and very slow response times, stating he was too busy! Really didn’t trust him! No thank you!

I was trying to get a loan, and a friend recommended Achieve Personal Loans. I got a $3,000 regular loan and the application process was smooth and completed in just a few hours, which I appreciated given the professional handling. However, there was some confusion later on regarding eligibility for an additional loan. Initially, I was informed I could apply after making three payments, but later was told to wait until April. This inconsistency was frustrating, though it didn't overshadow the helpfulness of the first representative I dealt with. She was amazing, always ensuring I received accurate information. Despite the hiccup, the overall service was satisfactory, and they fulfilled their promises effectively.

I have one debt consolidation and one personal loan with Achieve. Their process is straightforward. The first time I applied, I did it online and then someone called me over the phone to finish the process. The process on the phone takes about 30 minutes and then going through underwriting, it usually takes about one to two business days. But it never goes into the next day and it usually gets approved. Then I get the follow-ups on when the actual funds get released.
It takes a within a week span, from starting the process to actually receiving the funds in my bank account or when they’re paying off a creditor directly so it doesn’t take too long. The specialists have been very pleasant. They go through their guidelines, read out any specifics that I need to know. I would recommend them to a friend that’s in need of personal loan support.

I have a savings account with a company and I decided to apply a loan through their app and Achieve was who contacted me because we had just bought a house in June and ran up some credit card debt, so I wanted to consolidate it into one payment. And I’m happy with the rate and terms. The rate could always be lower, but it’s okay.
The application process was very easy. The person I spoke with guided us through everything, and I just had to send a few documents. He was very patient while I discussed it with my husband. It was a very good experience. Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous.

I was looking for a debt relief, and found Achieve. Their annual percentage rate was a little high, but I didn't have much choice. But the application process was easy and the reps were very nice.

The process at Achieve was smooth. The rep explained what I needed to do and what I needed to get. It worked out pretty well. During the process, I had the rep’s direct number if I had questions and I also signed up to the portal so I have an account there. If others need a debt consolidation loan, they should highly consider Achieve.
