Achieve Personal Loans was good. They helped me, and their process was quick and easy. They worked some different angles out for me. They gave out money pretty easy so I liked it. I got out of debt. To anyone considering Achieve Personal Loans, I'd tell them to try it.

I liked Achieve Personal Loans' rate. I got two loans through them. It was great. The guy who helped me was nice and great at what he does. He worked with me and got me to change my thing to get a better percent. He's a good guy.

The latest person that I dealt with from Achieve was compassionate and she understood my situation. She was able to assist in every way. She made sure that I had everything processed in the correct way so that nothing would be out of groove. She made sure that I had everything in place, at least for me to get what I got to get and for them to make sure that I was able to pay back. She made a very great effort in having what has to be done done. She was experienced in what she was doing. Achieve is doing a good job. Working with their team has been excellent.

We were very pleased until we were charged $316 for the privilege of signing online. We should have never been charged this. I have tried to call our representative that helped us through the process of this loan several times and he will not return my phone calls so please help us getting a refund of the $316. I was initially on Freedom Debt Relief, and then they transitioned me to Achieve after all that work that we did. Then Achieve called me again when they could lower my rate because I paid religiously. The application process was pretty smooth. I'd recommend the process to people.

I heard about Achieve through my sister and I checked it through Credit Karma. The interest was low and I decided to go with them. Whenever I call them, the reps handle me well. They respond to whatever I ask them. Achieve is a good company to get a loan from.

I'm retired and I'm trying to have just one bill, so I don’t worry about them going here and there. I took out a personal loan and the application process didn't take long at all. I did most of it online but I had questions so I didn't finish it, so somebody called me to get it done. Achieve worked out just right. They were professional and explained everything to me, and I'm good.

I appreciate the opportunity to consolidate my debt. However, the cost to Achieve is outrageous! It is like paying a home mortgage. $3,000 was added to my loan for consolidating 47,005 of debt and the interest rate is at 11.49% resulting in daily charges to my account of $15.21 ($450 monthly). The combination of upfront fees, long term double-digit interest can make this type program less attractive than marketed.

Worst experience ever. They would send me money then I would send it back to get my credit up a couple points. We're going on 4 days and still no money. Don’t deal with Richard. They will ignore you, put you hold for ever. They need better customer services cause getting a loan shouldn’t take 4 days.

It appears to me that the fee for my loan was taken from the amount of the loan. That same amount now appears added to the principle of the loan meaning I need to pay the fee again. They are unable to explain this to me in a way that makes sense to me.

I wanted to put some credit cards together and only have one payment. I have an 830 credit score, so it's not hard to get a loan. I could have gotten a loan with anybody, but I'd already had a loan through my bank and they didn’t wanna give me what I wanted. I had some options, but I wanted to get it done quick, and Achieve Personal Loans gave me a decent deal. Application was easy and when someone has good credit, it matters. I didn’t have to do anything and the lending process was short. I could have gotten a better interest rate though.

The application and approval process proceeded seamlessly. The APR is good; a slightly lower rate would, of course, be better. Post distribution of funds an attempt was made to change the payment method, but the change failed. An email was sent as a follow-up, but a response has not been received.

Achieve Personal Loans' service was good and upfront. It was all done over the phone. The phone interview was no more than 15 or 20 minutes. It asked basic questions, I got something to sign with DocuSign, and that was it. The interest rates are a tad high, but Achieve was professional and everybody I dealt with is in that same range for personal loans. I'd be happier if it was lower. But I got what I expected. Also, I need to adjust some payment dates and Achieve was responsive.

The lending process at Achieve was very easy. Everything was online. It was a consolidation loan, and it went very smoothly. The only thing I didn't like was the interest rate. I thought, with my payment history with Achieve, that I would get a better rate. I've been with Achieve for several years now. But I went through all this stuff to get this done, and then when I found out about the interest rate, I called back. They said, right now they'd have to leave it the way it is, and then after six months I could refinance it. I've been working to try to get all this in line. And my one credit card offered me a zero-interest rate. So, if I can't get it back down to 699, which is what it was on my last loan, I'll probably just pay it off with the credit card.
Another problem was, and this was personally my fault, I didn't get the loan large enough to pay off all of my creditors, because a lot of them didn't appear correctly on a credit report. I didn't take the time to go through everything. Other than that, it might have taken a week, two weeks tops for the process to be done. I wasn't satisfied with this particular loan. But in the past, I had been. It was just a very easy process, and I had no trouble getting ahold of a customer service rep at all. Every time I would call, I would get a live person. I didn't have to leave messages. It wasn't always the same person, but I would get a live person.

I did a Google search and found Achieve Personal Loans The agent was great, very forthcoming, and gave me a lot of options. He was very patient when I wasn't sure if I would move forward, but he made sure to follow up. It was great. Easy and smooth. Achieve helped me reduce my payments.

I called Achieve a lot with getting the payoff quotes because the closing kept getting changed, and every person I spoke to on that customer service team, even the ones in Jamaica and other places, was so good. They knew what they were doing. They did it quickly. They sent the pay-offs or whatever document I needed. They wrote to my email while I was on the phone, and they were friendly and professional. I refinanced a loan that would take six years to pay off. So, it started over again. But I just paid off the loan. It wasn't a confusing process. My loan officer made it seamless and did it within a matter of minutes on the phone. They explained it along the way, answered questions, and did everything quickly. It was unbelievable. The only drawback was that the percentage rate on the loan was quite high. It was about what you would get on a credit card. But working with Achieve was wonderful.

The guy I talked to from Achieve was very impressive, and I liked what he was saying, and we got along really well. He was knowledgeable and honest. I got a personal loan and the process was short. It only took a day.

I checked the interest rates and Achieve was much lower than some of the other companies that I checked. The application process simple, didn't require too much work no more than getting the bills together, and they did the rest. Kash, our loan officer, was very nice. Everything seemed to be nice. The people are nice when you call. They had given us a due date, which was in the middle of the month. Neither one of us get paid till the end of the month. So we did our first payment, and then they moved our payment like we wanted closer to the end of the month. That was very nice of them. Achieve is trustworthy and they do their job very well.
