    I was getting calls from all my debtors and it was driving me insane. I saw a commercial for Freedom Debt Relief. I called. The phone call took about two hours. But I'm the one that got myself in this kind of debt, so I couldn't blame the system. I just swallowed it, and it was a relief because they took care of all my debts. But I thought I would be finished in ‘24. I was placed in Achieve without my knowledge. Since Freedom sold my balance of my loan, it's extended another year. I'm paying like 788 a month, which, when I finish, I'll certainly give myself a party and a pat in the back.

    Achieve does payroll deduction since I started this program and they take it out of my check. I don't have to call. I just make sure that they're taking it out. When I called Achieve to find out if I was gonna finish this year, they told me it was another year. The last person I spoke to said I'll be finished in June of ‘25. When I did the math, it didn't work out for me. But I already started this process. I want my credit to get better because, eventually, I wanna leave the USA. So, I just want this nightmare to finish and to finish paying. But I think it's extremely steep, especially since, I thought I was gonna be finished in ‘24 and it's extended to ‘25. So, I'm not a happy camper. I would never recommend Achieve to anyone because I don't know where they came from or how I got involved with them.

    I called a few places and because of the person I talked to at Achieve Personal Loans, I went with them. He was down-to-earth and he understood that I needed some money. He explained everything thoroughly and told me what I was going to pay for my credit score. We had a really good conversation and I believed in him. My credit score is pretty good. I don't have an 800 credit score but he said I could always refinance the loan. Then he said that if I ever got a problem, like I couldn't pay it or I wanted it lowered, I could pay on it for six to eight months then call back, get a steady payment history behind me, and we could talk then. After I was approved, they put the money right into my account in two days. Also, I have used them their website and it's top-notch. I would use Achieve again.

    I inquired about a personal loan, liked what I heard and moved forward with Achieve's application process. It was done over the phone then we signed the documents electronically. Then there was follow-up electronic communication about the application, the status and where we would be. I've got two loans with Achieve and I've had a pleasant experience both times. Every time I've interacted with an individual over the phone, it's been a very personable conversation. They were hearing, listening and understanding. They did everything that they could to get us what we were needing. On the first one, the interest rates as a whole were in a good place. But on the second one, I wasn't happy with it, but I'm not happy with a lot of things that are outside of our control right now with the interest rate and inflation. I understood that where we were was what Achieve offered. They helped us with an emergency situation rather quickly.

    My customer service experience with Achieve was not good. The reps seem to be very kind but they don’t know what they’re doing. I called and had some difficulty. I wasn't able to pay my loan and the woman told me exactly what I could do, and explained everything. She told me I had three days to be able to provide the amount of payment that she was talking about and I said I would call her back in three days. I asked if I needed any type of ID number or anything else and she said no and that everything was written down. I called back in the three days and the rep told me they don't see any notes on my account at all.

    I went to the supervisor and she was able to find the notes on the account and told me that the individual was correct that I couldn't make half of the payment on it and they weren’t willing to help me do that for the next few months. She also said the woman who initially told me that was wrong. I asked if I could make a payment right then and the supervisor said she couldn’t help me do that and I’d have to call back. I called back and again, the woman told me that she would not accept my half a payment and she found no notes on the account at all. I ended up hanging up the phone and making the payment online. The online service was down for half a day and I kept going back in trying to post the payment. It would get to a certain extent and then, it wouldn’t go through. I kept pressing the button to make it go and I would get an error. It wasn't until later in the evening that I was able to post it.

    It took too long to get the loan finalized. It was almost a month. They said it was going through the underwriter. Other than that, the experience was good.     I'm doing debt consolidation because the interest rates on Achieve and the others were exorbitant and it wasn't explained to me that way. I was trying to figure out how come my balance never goes down. I was grateful that Achieve provided me with the loan at the time but I probably would have skipped it had I known that those were the interest rates. Achieve’s reps were friendly, nice and helpful. But in the end, they were making money off of me. It's predatory in a sense. People should check them out and find out what they can offer that’s reasonable.

    It was pretty easy to get the loan and the person who originally did my loan was great. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, and processed it quickly. But the interest rate is too high. Also, I called them a couple of months ago for the first time because I needed to move my payment by one day and the girl on the phone was very rude to me and condescending. I was able to do it, though, and then it just picked right back up for the next month.

    Achieve's website was fairly easy to use and it provided all the necessary information that I needed to contact them. The whole process took about an hour or so to finish. There were lots of verification processes and documents to provide. So, the time it took was reasonable. Then, I closed on the loan about nine months later. I got a personal loan from them and the rate they gave me was excellent. The terms were reasonable and they were very helpful in going through the process.

    Plus, they took the time to make sure that I understood the terms, and they regularly contacted me to make sure I was still satisfied with the loan I took. They've also contacted me about renegotiating the terms for a lower interest rate. I would recommend them. They give you a loan and they want to make sure you're making your payments on time and that you're not problematic. So, they want to establish some kind of a history before they start offering you incentives or discounts.

    After a lot of back and forth with Achieve we finally got approved for our personal loan. Unfortunately, at no time throughout this whole process were we informed just HOW LONG it takes to actually receive the funds. We have done other loans in the past through different lenders and got the funds within a few days. After signing the contracting and calling customer service multiple times, we found out it can take 20 days to receive our funds. This is absolutely unacceptable when they promote a quick turnaround. We are disappointed in our choice of going with Achieve for our loan.

    The rate was fine, considering my credit rating. The application process was so easy. It took no more than a few minutes. As as soon as I got word that I was approved, I had a phone call almost immediately and we were going through disclaimers, and the loan was funded immediately. I had a great experience with the reps. It was efficient. They answered all of the questions that I had and they explained things in a way that I didn't have many questions at all. My experience has been pretty painless.     Elijah helped us and he did a good job. The process didn't take that long. We were just concerned about the rate going up because at first, it was supposed to be lower. But the more you borrow, the higher the rate. They could have been a little more forthcoming on the rate. When we signed up, it wasn't Achieve. It was Financial Freedom at first. So the dashboard has changed. It was tough to get in touch with a representative I called Achieve one time and they said that they couldn't find me in the system. So it took a while for the two companies to fully merge because I could show up on one side and not the other. But overall, working with them was still beneficial. We still got what we asked for. We did it so we can get better credit and consolidate our loan. So it was helpful in that sense. They paid off our bills.

    The lending process at Achieve was easy. The application took three to five days. However, I would have liked a smaller payment. There really was no negotiating. They told me what my payment was gonna be and really that's what it was. But I was happy because there came a time at the end where I got overwhelmed with all the payments that I had and that was a large payment. I went to my bank to pay it off. I would have been late with my payment but they did not report me as being late. They worked with me and gave me some time to get it straightened out.

    My rep at Achieve was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. However, I don't deal with him anymore and the girl, Whitney, was all in until the holidays. I mentioned that we had a loan and we were trying to find out if it was a home equity as well. She said it could throw a wrench in the plans. I was supposed to find out if I had some type of title deed in my closing. The holidays came and I called her back. Several times, I left messages. I emailed her. She never would return a call or an email. I got the papers to sign and sent them electronically to go ahead with this. But we had some questions, and she told me someone could meet us to do the closing. She sent me all the numbers because we were gonna consolidate everything and the Achieve loan. It sounded great but I never heard from her again.

    I wish I had better advice at the beginning. There could have been a little bit more explanation. When I first did this, this was a debt consolidation. But Achieve demolishes your credit before they can negotiate with your creditors. It had a high bad impact at the beginning. The hard part about it was these creditors were calling me because they wanted their money. But the only way Achieve was gonna help at the beginning is if I get all my stuff supposed to be delinquent. At the time, I didn't have bad credit. I just had bad debt and a couple of late bills. But I was handling it. I was hoping this was a better alternative. I'm still paying it, unfortunately. If I would have gotten a simple loan, I would have done a lot better. Other than that, Achieve did what they were supposed to do and it's been helping with my debts. They do everything through emails so the process is very easy to do.

    I used Achieve Personal Loans when my mother passed away a couple of years ago. It went smooth and quick. The day that my mother passed, I applied for the loan. And within 30 minutes, they called and told me I've been approved. The funeral process took three days. And on the fourth day, I got a check to pay the funeral off.

    The second time, it has been over a month yet the funds haven't been released. It has been approved. But I consolidated all my bills, having them pay a bunch of bills off. But it still hasn't been done. It got approved within two days of the application. But I'm still waiting for them to pay the debtors off that I borrowed the money for. They said it could take up to 30 days, but it has been over that. I called yesterday. And it was no big deal. I wanted to know why the funds haven't went ahead and paid these people. Other than that, Achieve made my life easier when my mother passed away. That's where you need to get your loans.

    The application process at Achieve was done over the phone and it was convenient. You sign it on your phone. It's easier with them ‘cause the interest rate is so high. But they charge a fee upfront and the rate still comes out to be the same with others. I also got 100 people calling now about how they could help me get out of debt and half of them are spam. A lot of it was determined based on my Social Security number and if I'm eligible to be granted a loan, but it was super easy. I don't use the online tools a lot, but they're simple and I like simplicity. The guy who called to follow up was really kind and nice too.

    My experience with customer service has been super amazing, especially during some of the months where we were financially challenged. I love that I can call them and say, “Hey, instead of the 15th, can we pay this on the 19th?” They've always worked with us in being flexible on moving the due date so that we're able to fulfill our part. That's been huge during this difficult time. It's been super helpful ‘cause we're already stressed, and we don't wanna not follow through with our part. It's just sometimes money doesn't come in when we expect them to. We were in a desperate situation, and my brother's closing down his business. As a result, we weren't able to keep it open, so he'll be chewing on this loan after the fact.

    This is the third time I've done a loan with Achieve. My satisfaction with the company, overall, has been good. This last loan was slow to get funded. It did happen, but it took about a month. Usually, the turn time was about two weeks. I had to do a lot of communication and a lot of back and forth with them. Everything was always professional and everything was handled, but it required a lot more hand-holding this time. My very first loan was at a much lower rate. It's higher with the third one. Still, the rates are good. They're lower than credit card rates, the terms are always good, there's never a penalty for paying extra and Achieve makes it extremely easy. Ultimately, I'm very happy with the company and the service that I received.

    It was very easy with Achieve. It didn't take much to fill out and prepare on what they asked for. But when I called up the loan guy to see if I could get a lower interest and another loan on that to finish off my debt, it was a little bit difficult so I didn't bother to. I was doing the 1099 tax return and he wanted me to get my tax papers. The tax guy was away at the time and I couldn't get to him. It was unfortunate that I didn't get to do what I planned. But for what I've experienced with Achieve so far, I love them. I referred my daughter and I'm trying to refer a friend too.

    I had an open loan with Freedom Plus when they turned into Achieve. Initially, they took all of the debts that I needed to consolidate together, and they worked with me to negotiate payments with the program. It was easy, and then they continued to help me with my payments after they became Achieve. While I wish the rate could be a little lower, I'm grateful that I'm able to get assistance through them to get that stuff taken care of for me. Their online platform is understandable and good. If it's something simple, people can find it and resolve it rather than having to call them and having them do it for them.

    The reps were always very helpful, understanding and willing to work with me. If I needed any information or had any questions, they always sat with me and talked about whatever it was that I had questions about. My pay periods fall on different dates and it's not always aligned with my due date, so the reps work with me in making sure I get my payments in on time. That's something I'm really thankful for 'cause, at times, my due dates are before my pay period. They're able to help me delay the payment until I have the funds, and then they take it out.

    Achieve's customer service was good. They've always been pleasant. The only problem I had was when I applied for a loan a few months back, I was denied. They said that I wasn't good enough for that. The only thing they could give me is around $800. I needed more than that. Either way, I've been with them for about four years altogether. When I first started with them, they had me freeze my account and not pay anything until they could get it all started. In that time frame, my credit score could drop considerably. So, I think rather than not paying anything, it's best to pay something early. As far as the whole process, it ran about an hour because there was so much you had to put in and so much information they had to get before they could get it started.

    Achieve was easy to work with and the reps were incredibly proactive. The application process was easy to go through and it was all web-based, which was nice. Also, I was never waiting for long periods of time or anything like that. The only thing I dislike about them is they call you before and after your payment is due. If you're ever running a day behind, they'll obsessively call you and I'd say that's almost a little bit excessive. I found this out the hard way when I was one day late on my loan. That would be the only thing that would deter me from ever using them again.

    Everything was lovely. There've been times I had to change my date ‘cause my check doesn't come in a certain time. I tell them what period my check comes in, so that's when they can go retrieve the money. It's a high percentage I'm paying though. I'm knocking the loan down, but it is kinda heavy.     Achieve is a very good company. I've been working with them for the last six months and they're trying to help me keep my loan as long as possible so that my credit rating wouldn't be hurt. I've been on the phone a couple of times a month every month with Victor. He's in payment solutions. I was paying half payments and half were late past 30 days. He's tried to get me in touch with every department there to get me help but I never qualified for a lower payment to help me keep it from being late.

    I let them know it was crushing because they hit my credit report very negatively. They asked me to send a survey and I explained that I need to speak with somebody to see if I could have that removed because the last thing I need is a negative on my credit report. It went down like 100 points. But a couple of times, they put a payment on the end of the loan for me to give me a month's room so that I didn't have to pay it.

    I had a loan with Freedom and they got transferred over to Achieve. I got a call a few months back from someone saying that they could possibly redo the loan I have and lower the interest rate on it. I couldn't talk to him at that time but I called back and spoke to somebody. They told me they wouldn't able to do anything and I don't know if it was just miscommunication between departments. Also, I made a call to Achieve one time because when I paid last month's payment, I got a little notice that late charges were gonna be charged again. I called back to make sure that late charges wasn't gonna be charged and they told me it wouldn't be.

    Achieve's services have been satisfactory. At the time, I was getting ready to buy another vehicle and I didn't really need the money, but they gave me the money and it helped me out. So, I went ahead and paid some credit cards and bills off. Because of my credit rating, I thought that the percentage of the loan may have been a little bit higher. But at that time, I moved further with the loan and for most of it, the lending process was okay.

    I told them back in September that I was going to have a break-in period because I was a contractor and I wasn't going to be able to go back until a couple of months after that. The VA gave me some money to take care of them, but I didn't tell them that because I didn't think that was their business. And between December 20th up until now, I've had five phone calls asking me about the loan. I've already spoken to a representative five times about how I was going to pay them and they kept calling me. They listened to me, but nobody was backtracking on what they were saying to me and I started getting aggravated.

    I applied for a loan with Achieve Personal Loans last year. They had a good, low interest rate. It was 7.5. I needed a loan to finish fixing my fence and doing some things in the house. The monthly was a little bit high, but it wasn't too bad. At the time, I had income so I signed up for it. The interest rate was reasonable, and it was easy for me to get the loan. They sounded legitimate. They were fair and positive so far. They reached out to me and they sent the money right away. We got all the information straightened out. They were able to fund the loan, and it was helpful to me at the time.

    A lot of the application process was by phone and by Gmail. They sent disclosures by Gmail, and then I spoke to somebody on the phone. They got information. They verified all of my information. They checked my credit, and it was mostly by phone and by Gmail. They sent all the information by Gmail. I looked it up to make sure that they were legitimate to get my information. They do send me paperwork periodically in the mail. They send me my bill and how much is left for what I'm paying. Achieve is legitimate. They're not negotiable for bringing down any kind of monthly payments. Those personal loans never do that anyway.

    Achieve did their job. I didn't feel like they took advantage of me or just didn't care about me as a customer. I spoke to about two people. They were fair. They did try to get me to get another loan recently, and tried to consolidate, but my credit score is not where it should be because I have a collection which I'm currently paying. They were nice enough to try to lower my rate. I would recommend them. The company is okay as long as the interest rates are reasonable and you just don't take too much.

    After my wife died, I went berserk and I ran up a bunch of debts. Finally, after a great period of time of doing this, a couple of my friends got with me and said I needed to stop it.
