I have a savings account with a company and I decided to apply a loan through their app and Achieve was who contacted me because we had just bought a house in June and ran up some credit card debt, so I wanted to consolidate it into one payment. And I’m happy with the rate and terms. The rate could always be lower, but it’s okay.

I heard about Achieve Personal Loans through LendingTree and decided on them because the rate sounded good. The loan was for a home improvement project. I’m building a garage and I was happy with the annual percentage rate and the terms.

My experience with Achieve Personal Loans was great! Ryan S., who was very patient and helpful, handled the loan process. Also, I only had to wait a short time to hear back on my loan approval. The cherry on top was that the interest rate is very reasonable. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I was looking for a debt relief, and found Achieve. Their annual percentage rate was a little high, but I didn't have much choice. But the application process was easy and the reps were very nice.

During the process, I had the rep’s direct number if I had questions and I also signed up to the portal so I have an account there. I received a letter from Achieve Personal Loans, with my name and current address. When I opened the letter to find the phone number to call, OF COURSE, an individual whose 2nd language was English answered the call. They wanted to "verify" that I was who I said I was, which, ironically, was what I was attempting to do with them..... I *never* applied for a loan from this company..... and when a "business letter" shows one address in the main letter (Phoenix, AZ) and another in the body of the letter (in New Jersey, another "shifty" state) - If that's not a "red flag", I don't know what is!!!!

This is my second loan with Achieve and both times have been a very good experience. Gerardo was especially helpful. I talked to him a few times and he always answered my questions right away. In fact I just referred one of my friends to Achieve. We will be calling tomorrow to set up the loan.

We were looking to do some consolidation, and my wife was referred to Achieve by her friends. The application process took an hour and 30 minutes. The rep was very helpful and answered all my questions, even the follow up questions. The process was smooth and streamlined. It was a quick turnaround as far as the funds being paid to the debtors. We have made one payment so far, but it seemed like it was the right system for us. However, I wasn’t too happy with the interest rate.

I made some inquiries online about different things, and Achieve was one of the first ones that called. They actually listened to what I had to say. I did a consolidation type loan. I talked with the guy, and we went through the whole thing. I was as happy as I could be about the rate. They sent me an online paper copy of what I had done. I looked at it to make sure it was everything that we had talked about, and I signed it. It was all done online and took about half an hour.

The first loan I had with Achieve, I called and the lady was super nice. They weren’t requiring five million things just to prove who I was and what I wanted the money for. I was on the phone with her for two hours, which is how long it took to get everything done and all the forms signed. The money was in my account a couple of days later.

When I had to reach out to Achieve Personal Loans, I had to call because you have to do everything on the phone. A gentleman helped me through it because I’m 78 and not good with phones. He walked me through the process, and I had faith in him. He took his time, and we laughed a little bit, but got it done. Everything was fine, and I haven’t had a problem. They just took my first payment out last weekend. What I did was renew my loan, I've had them for about four years now.

She was very helpful and you can easily tell she has great knowledge and wants to help her customers out. They have been upfront, honest and very helpful. This is the second loan because after the first, they offered me the opportunity to clear all my other debts and be debt free sooner. I have had a very good relationship. They are willing to answer all questions quickly and accurately.

Dealing with Achieve is a total and complete waste of time. Predatory in nature. Will call you over and over to offer you a loan from them that you really don’t want. Will badger you in to believing it would be the best thing for your credit profile. They’ll hassle you and badger you about your personal affairs that have nothing to do with your ability to pay. Total nightmare to deal with. Not worth it for a small personal loan less than 6k. I’d rather save my bandwidth for a mortgage lender. Just got to your credit union or bank, especially if you actually have the credit and means to pay. They’re not worth it.

After a hard pull, I received a conditional approval. While I understand what conditional means, there was no expectation of a denial following timely submission of all requested documents. With a credit score in the mid 700's, a 7 figure salary and no debt aside from deferred student loans, it's not rational that they'd decline a loan for 30k.

David was wonderful. I already had a loan with Achieve since November, and I recently refinanced. David was far above any person I’ve ever talked to at Achieve. He helped me a lot. He was kind and took care of me quickly. I closed in three days.

The broker responded with the statement: “The company charges what they charge…I don’t know what to tell you.” This was delivered in a condescending tone, and when I attempted to ask clarifying questions, I was repeatedly talked over.

I wanted to consolidate some of my credit card debt over a year ago and I was looking online and found Achieve Personal Loans. I Googled it and read the reviews. I called them and got my first loan. Also, if you have a three-year loan, they would come back and say, “We can make it this low because you've been paying on time for such time.” I make my payments every month on time, but I think about the interest rate, if it would ever go down because I thought it was just to pay it off. Achieve reached out to me and said, “You're making great payments. We can lower your interest rate.” They did that, and it was great. I like that a lot.

My initial application with Achieve was online, but something was wrong, so I wound up calling and got a representative. The customer service was superb. The representative did everything quickly, explained everything detail by detail and went over every account that we had. She made things so simple. She was very patient, and she made it seem effortless.

My only recommendation would be, that instead of a red-line for refinancing the loan before 6-months of payments, you did a case by case evaluation. Perfect scenario, a divorce, where 1 person has to get off the loan. I personally would rather stay with your company than going elsewhere. But that's what happens.

We found Achieve Home Loans online and their lending process has been very easy. The application to approval is completed in a week. Our lender was very friendly. He took only an hour to process our application over the phone. We did all the paperwork the same day and some the next day. Then we signed our contract. It was done really quick. We got our money within a week and we were able to pay most of our credit cards and do some home renovation as well. The overall experience was good and we'd recommend Achieve Home Loans to others.

The person I dealt with at Achieve Personal Loans was extremely professional and nice. I was impressed with how thorough and quick he was on everything. He gets major kudos. He helped me more than once and every time he said he would call, he did. We kept getting disconnected because I live in the country and have bad service, and he called me immediately right away each time we got disconnected, and that happened several times. Overall, Achieve was excellent and if I do business again in the future, I will continue to work with the person who helped me because he was fantastic. The interest rates could have been better, but it is what it is.

The interest is high, but they are nice, easy to deal with, and not judgmental. They certainly figured out a way to help with what to pay off, and they are much easier than a bank. The person who helped me out was wonderful. Sometimes, it takes me a little bit going back and forth to try to find the information I want on their website, but for the most part, it's easy to use. If people, get themselves in whatever, Achieve is the way to go.

Achieve Personal Loans has been good to me. They have always been very helpful. The debt consolidation and they have lent me or $30,000 to pay off my motorcycle and a couple of credit cards that I had, and I was able to get the max. I tried to get some cash out of it also, but they said they couldn't give me any more than $2,000 or $3,000 cash, that the loan had to be used for debt consolidation. They weren't able to give me much, but I was able to get $2,000.
