Their customer support was good. They were informative and they got the result they said they could. The process was easy. It took a couple of hours to read through paperwork and sign documents. Eventually, a check showed up and they got my tax refund or tax credit. However, there was an issue at the end where I thought the money had already been deducted, but they didn't invoice me correctly or they had the wrong email. I never had a copy of the invoice, and then they called me later saying I owed them. That part, they didn't do well.

I spoke with Enzo today about a possible reduction in my federal taxes. Unfortunately, because of my current situation, there are no options for me other than paying down the debt. I had to reach out to the attorney multiple times so he could reach out to Five Star Tax Resolution Inc. But now, the people are good. I go back and forth with Vanessa. She's great. She gets back to me. However, Kaylee hasn't answered me in quite a long time. So, I'm still waiting on my tax credits. I wrote to Kaylee seven emails from September 6th of 2023, and she did not respond to me. I'm looking up until November 28th 2023, and she did not even respond to me. I called and they put me in contact with Vanessa. Vanessa usually gets back to me.

I sought Five Star in the hope of getting some of the employee retention credit money back from the government. The initial consultation with the gentleman from New Jersey was very pleasant. He and I had a very nice conversation and that started the relationship. The last that I understood from the company was that the United States government had paused the payback program for the time being and that it was anticipated that it would probably be started again. So, right now, our hope of getting some refund is on hold. On the front end, there were some forms and information that I needed to gather and submit. But 95% of it has been by email. But so far, so good. They've stuck with it and they've kept updates. So, I understand that right now we're just holding on and waiting.
