I was checking on my IRS returns and found out that I was not liable for any of those years. I'm not extremely grateful to Devon ** for his guidance during the entire interview with IRS. He was very professional and caring. I would recommend him to anyone in my situation. He is very knowledgeable and handled my case perfectly. I will forever be grateful to him. I spoke to a lady today, and she went over some things with me. I appreciated that. Don't remember her name. But I've been getting letters from the IRS, and I was confused on my next payment, that's due. So she helped me out.

I was facing significant late tax fees. With his help (Luis **) my tax situation was a mess, facing significant late fees. During our conversation he called the IRS for me, with me on the line, and resolved the issue and reduced my tax bill by at least 50%. He was courteous, professional and very clear about the situation. This is a company that would send anyone to. I can't upload a receipt because I was not charged, my situation was resolved with just 1 call to the IRS.

This company is a scam. My wife and I hired this company to assist with our tax issue. The first gentleman that contacted us was Thomas **, this man signed us up took the $2,500.00 for their service and then transferred me to Jaime Johnson both men promised to help us, promise to contact the IRS in our behalf. Both promised us the moon. I should have gone with my gut and said no. I had a feeling this company was a scam. After months of no real contact other than one call or email stating all documents were sent to the IRS. Since my wife and I heard nothing. The IRS sent a second certified letter stating levies were going to go into effect on our properties. My wife called the IRS on 9/28/2026. My wife spoke to an outstanding IRS representative. My wife explained what Priority Tax Relief had done. The IRS representative stated we were not the only one that had been scammed by the company and many like them.

Very quick and helpful. Put my tax debt stress from 100 to 0.

I was cons for about 7500.00. No one should go thru this. You have a group of people who call you - Anthony B, Cheryl and Corey W and Sean. Cheryl told me that I was going to have to pay like 8000$ because I didn’t have enough tax withholding. That’s untrue. I’m retired and have a part time job. I don’t think I’ll be over 8000. I called the IRS and the IRS said to steer away from these types of businesses. They promise you everything but deliver nothing and they keep upping the price for everything they say they do.. So I asked for a refund that Anthony told me I could always get a refund if I’m not happy with the service. Well guess what? They won’t give me a refund and the gentleman Anthony B was so ignorant. All he wanted to argue.

Crystal was great today. Very attentive and able to explain everything clearly. Responded readily to our concerns.

Josh and his assistant Chris are outstanding. They assured me that things would get handled. They called the IRS with me on the line that I would know what the status of my file was. Both Josh and Chris know what the word and meaning of customer service is about.

After talking with them, they told me they could help me after paying them 2500. One week later, he said he can wipe out my tax debt for 19000. I'm not able to pay that kind of money so I lost 2500. It's not fair, I want my money back. They scam me, and they scam you, thank you.

I recently placed a negative review about Priority Tax Relief, a tax relief company i hired to resolve non filled back taxes. Originally i was unsatisfied with the service and communication provided by the Priority Tax team after paying the requested fees for their services. I was informed it was due to staffing challenges. Since I placed the original review and expressed my concerns, I feel that the Priority Tax Team has redeemed my confidence and started the process of filing my missing back yeas taxes as agreed upon several months ago.

This was so helpful! I spoke with Dominic about the issue I was having (filing a K9) and he was so knowledgeable and helped me get through the process. The assistance I received at other tax sites was not as in-depth or helpful, but filing here made the process much easier. Highly recommend!

I contacted Priority Tax over 4 months ago to help get me enrolled into the I.R.S Tax Forgiveness program. I talked with Buck at Priority Tax originally and for several weeks, I sent all the requested documents and missed years of back taxes W-2's. I was then shuffled to another Priority Tax associate Corey/Cody that was the person to file these documents on my behalf well before Tax filing process started for year 2025. Neither Buck or Corey have tried to contact me in over 2 months, I was promised that I would not have to worry about my tax situation and that I would receive Tax Relief from the I.R.S, because I paid Priority Tax the $1500.00 charge in full for their services 2 months ago. This is not a game, and Priority Tax knows that I am on a deadline by the I.R.S to correct my tax situation before wage garnishments and bank accounts are frozen.

I had a very wonder man help me with my federal taxes. I had an issue come up with state and he got in touch with the company to try and help. While he was wonderful the follow up was condescending and rude. I guess it depends on whom you speak to.

The business resolved my issue.

1st off I’m gonna say I thought this was another BS letter trying to get scam me. Let me be clear Chris ** and Priority Tax Relief is the truth!!!! He did everything he said he would!!! He got on the line with me and the IRS and I got all the info I needed!!! Thank you Chris. Because of you I know what the terms that were used. More understanding now. They do everything in regarding to tax help. Thank you again Chris **. 🤗 All of this was fixed by one simple phone call!!!! Without him asking for any money!!!!
