Customer gets info after running around town to retrieve documents, then the staff there mistreats you saying you need more. Customer then runs around to get more documents, comes back to Check Into Cash. The rude customer reps then tell the exhausted customer, "You're not qualified". First when you come to the store door, customer reps make you feel like a criminal. You have to show your ID to get in the door. Then they give a hard time getting a loan. They make you feel like a worthless citizen.
