Only place I can find that can cash personal checks! And great people in here. Very nice and helpful people. Even remembered my name after only seeing me one time. Only issue is the computer runs slow. Love how you guys are open even when my bank is closed sometimes.

I needed cash and wanted to get a payday loan. Since Check Into Cash is able to process it online and I don’t have to actually go into a store, it makes it easier and more convenient to apply online, get the money straight from my bank, and not even have to worry about running outside. The application takes no more than five minutes. There were, however, times when I do have to wait for one to two business days for it to get into my bank account, and it sometimes hurt as I need the money on that day. But, other than that, it's really simple. Check Into Cash helped when I needed it. It’s been pretty effective.

My daughter told me about Check Into Cash since she had used them before. I got a payday loan with them. The first time I did it, it was a little difficult because I didn’t understand exactly how they wanted me to do things on my form. But after somebody saw that I got started and seen that I didn’t finish, they called me and walked me through the rest of the process. The lending processor sent me an e-mail saying, “I see you got a loan started. You’re almost done.” I caught that later on in the day but in the meantime, they gave me a phone call where they told me where I was at, what else I needed to do, and got it done and got the loan. I hate getting loans but working with Sophia at the Aurora location changed my mind completely. She is very inviting and knows what she is doing. I came into the store in August to get a loan for a wedding I was attending in another state and when I say she made the process quick and simple I mean it. Since then I have referred a few people to the location and they too had nothing but wonderful things to say about working with Sophia. Check Into Cash has a store near a supermarket where we shop for food down in Lancaster, California. I was in need of some money and they were convenient. I don't have good computer skills so several times I had to call and the representative would always walk me through it. Check Into Cash helped me pay some delinquent bills. It was a way to get out of the ravine and everything's been positive.

The store manager has been working alone for months. Just got help. I like the manager but the work conditions were bad. Air condition was broke for a week. Poor girl don't get a day off. Always in there by herself. She is a very hard worker.

Overall I am very happy with my experience with Check Into Cash/Loan by Phone. But I would like to know, having been a customer for awhile, why no promotions for fee reduction is ever offered? I have dealt with other lenders and have on occasion been given promotional codes that lower the fees.

If I had to go leave my house and go down to the store, there was another lender on 38th and Crenshaw that would be closer. But I went online first with Check Into Cash and they seemed to be nice and courteous. I went on their website, then they asked what I was trying to do - the car or the payday loan - and, I put the payday loan. Then I put my name, address, and the amount that I wanted to borrow. I also had to put my checking account number, the bank, the phone number, and my email. Then they checked it and once I was approved, I got the money the next day in my bank account. When I first started, I spoke over the phone to someone. It was hard for me to get into the account on my telephone and they helped me out a whole lot. Their whole process was excellent and was completed on the same day I applied. I would tell others about how things worked with Check Into Cash and that I would do it again with them.

Check Into Cash is great. I did things online with the app which was quick and not necessarily personal or impersonal. That worked for me and it was what mostly attracted me to get a payday loan from them. I also liked that I didn't have to meet anybody because it was a time thing with my particular situation. It took me two to three minutes to do what I needed to do and the payments came right off my checking account. The loan was very helpful for me to get out of debt which was ironic because it was not really designed that way. They have high interest rates and their loans were designed on a different level. But in essence, if utilized wisely, Check Into Cash is a useful tool because of the app, the easy form of paying back the loan, and the timeline of the loan. The whole thing is designed great.

I went to Check Into Cash because they have locations. A lot of the ones online that you get a loan from, there’s no location. I got a payday loan. I went to their location and showed them the proof that they asked for like my income and all that stuff so they can verify that they should give me a loan. They would check your credit and then after that they’ll say, “Okay. You’re qualified for the loan” or “Not qualified.”

This store has always been amazing. Yes it has had many changes but for good reasons where the staff has gotten promoted to bigger positions. But the current staff is making sure to hold down the fort very well. Even though I don’t have a current loan the Steven, Maddie & Emily still greet you as you pass by!

I've gone into the Check Into Cash in Lakewood to pay a bill and it took them forever to acknowledge me. When they finally did, they were very short and rude. I'll never go back. Whenever someone watches the Parker store and Anna and Miggy are gone, it's an average experience. Not terribly rude but not so nice either. If someone needed a loan, I would recommend the Parker Check Into Cash only. These loans are extremely high interest and it's somewhat demeaning to have to pull out such a loan in the first place. I've been with Check Into Cash since 2014 and have always had a pleasant experience. I was doing well but Christmas came and my granddaughter graduated from college, so the graduation gift, Christmas gifts for our granddaughter, grandson and other family members had me wiped out. The overall lending process with Check Into Cash was very easy. I was a returning customer so they had all my information already. It took me about 15 minutes to secure the loan. There was more time to read and sign at least five documents and the next morning at 7:00, it’s already in my bank account. It's $1,200 to pay it back but instead of paying the whole thing off, I can pay it off in pieces. I told them I’d send them $600 which they took and they told me I got three more times if I want it to be refinanced. I’m a pleased customer right now and I'll recommend them.

After receiving a payday loan invite from Check Into Cash I followed up on it and submitted all my personal information. They denied me services and then sent me an email explaining how they can "SHARE " my personal information with whomever they want for whatever reasons they see fit... they falsified an invite for a payday loan to secure my personal information for their own personal gain... rip off artists.

I went in to cash my check. Judith helped me out. Stopped what she was doing and assisted me in a professional manner. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. My overall experience was great. I would recommend going to her or any other staff working since they're all nice.

I was looking for a quick loan because I thought I was going to buy a car and I needed a little more deposit. But nothing was open since it was a Sunday, so I went over Check Into Cash because they can be accessed on a computer and I could do the loan online. I got an electronic $100 payday-type loan where they deposit the cash in your account if you qualify online. While I had no problems with the lending process, I didn't realize the money wouldn't be there the day I needed it. So what I did was I called their representative and he told me that if I come down to their office, I'll get the cash right away, but if I do it online, it takes a day or two. I didn't notice in the fine print that I wouldn't get the money the next day. Otherwise, I would have just gone in on a Monday morning.
