For every $100, it's only a $55 fee on top of that and that's better than most. I got on a five-month payback. But I asked the rep that if I was to come in four months into it, could I refinance? She said, "Yeah, just come back up here." She told me what to bring and what I had to do.

If I had a company and someone came in and they really needed the money to pay a mortgage or rent before eviction, I want to run my business as I'm satisfying the customer and helping them meet their needs. After a detailed phone conversation with an individual at this location, I was told that they could cash my official check. Now, if you know, what an official check is, it’s like a cashier's check only it’s the bank's money that’s guaranteed, not the account holder's money that is guaranteed. The reason I made the phone call to begin with, was to avoid wasting time and gas for no reason. When I arrived at the check cashing place, presented the check, the employee in trying to verify the check, called the company who issued me the check. She did not say anything or ask any questions and hung up. She then googled the phone number provided and because the first three digits were the same as phone scams she refused to cash the check stating because there’s a scam with that particular phone number.

Absolutely the worst place ever customer service wise. They took my payment twice out of bank account then proceed to make me jump through hoops to get refund. Was told last Friday it would be 3-5 business days to receive. Call today and after getting treated rudely, then calling back and getting put on hold to transfer to another department someone picks up the phone and lays it down and proceeds to ignore me while I can hear everything. Then when I hang up and call back I get told its 3-5 days to process then another 3-5 days to receive refund. Seriously this is how you treat a 8+ year customer!! My account is in the negative because of your company. Do not do loans through this place.

Absolutely the rudest people and worst customer service ever! I have done Business with them for over a year and when it came down to resolving a matter they were uncooperative and untruthful at best. I truly hope Kathy and Joseph lose their jobs because they’re horrible at them.

The lady in the porterville ca office was very helpful. I wasn't approved but she said I met the qualifications and helped me anyway so I am grateful to had came in to that office and to had walked out knowing she genuinely wanted to help me.

Of all the associates I spoke with, Amanda was diligent, sympathetic, and truly did everything in her power to revolve my issue. They say they help in any situation. Not true. What they don't tell you is you have to have a checking account for at least 30 days. We went into our local store and the manager said all we needed was something with the bank logo on it your account amount and a account number and routing number. We got approved for $1000 installment loan. Signed all the paperwork just to be told they couldn't do anything without an actual bank statement showing transactions. It's really none of their business what the transactions show. Waste of time.

Hello, I have been doing business with Check Into Cash for going on 4 years now with numerous different financial events. I have always found them friendly and encouragable. There always willing to help, but sometimes you have to take into account they are busy and might sound short, but they do not mean to. We as the consumers have to take into mind they are human as well and not machines. I am extremely happy with the expertise and knowledge of each associate. Plus when watching them train new people, they are complete and thorough. I normally deal the East Mesa Location, in Arizona. My only complaint is when they moved from Chandler to Mesa, But got over myself and now completely satisfied with the results. I would recommend them to anyone needing a loan and check cashing. For 2 days I had some issues with payment. I spoke with Donna both days and she was incredible. She is a positive example on how customer service should be. Not only that Donna was the best customer service representative that I have ever dealt with and because of her I will use the company again.

All the other rating are BS! HERES WHY. First of all the fact you cant reply to reviews on here is BS! And I have used this company for a long time and they always have called for me to pay. But recently they have just been charging me the x amount I owe them While I was 5$ short and I get charged 40$ every time And I dont receive compensation or any form of. And I have seen bs reviews that seem "bought" to say "I got my 40 bucks back, no problem"!!! WTF???? Also I get why I cant screenshot my bank account to show the craziness that happens which also seems weird, but it means I cant even get HARD PROOF of what the hell they're trying to do or get at.? I also tried screen recording but it was also blocked! LOL.

The latter was rude and inconsiderate, would not even recommend your store, but told us to go to WalMart or Kroger and we knew neither would cash a two party check! It seems every time I go to pay off this loan it's always more than the "current balance due". They said that's the principal when I can't even see the principal online only the amount due. The web design goes by statements from the month prior and doesn't even show what payments you've made so far or what goes to the principal and interest so you can't even make your own calculations to check accuracy. I could understand the balance change after a cycle because of interest but it will just change on random days. Last week my amount due by Oct 14 (next month) was $158.69. Now it's jump to $244.99 (Sep 27) since I checked last week. Their claim is that I was seeing the principal when that's a crock because that's where the balance always is "current balance". It was fast and got my money quickly. However I believe that if you were to place a date on the tabs of the drop durab of when you got the loans it would be better. You can also give a short explanation as to why the loan was rejected at the time so you don't have to wait in the email to expand it in full.

They don't respond to any emails but state we, "Received the information." They put me on hold for 45 minutes. They made me call back, again because they ignore your emails, before the office closed. I had almost an hour. I was on hold for 45 minutes. Each minute that passed by their auto voice keeps saying 14 mins then 15 mins then 16 mins. Unprofessional service. Seems they put people on hold for the last hour so they don't have to deal with you. I called at least 5 separate times and got same treatment. I'll never use them again.

Now mind you I paid this loan in cash so I'm like what's going on. I contacted headquarters and they told me that in August 2018 they changed their policy to if you had a open account even with a zero balance you will be charged a monthly fee until you pay the open account balance off and then close the account. I did receive something from Check Into Cash in the mail a few times this year but after opening the first two or three which them trying to get me to come borrow more money I stop opening them and threw them away.
