About BSI Financial Services
BSI Financial Services (NMLS #38078) is a loan servicer rather than a direct lender. It also works with five different lenders to help you get the best mortgage rate on a refinance. Many times homebuyers hear about BSI when their original lender sells their home loan to BSI.
- Online account management, including app
- Assists with refinancing
- Few loan details online
- Works only with select lenders for refinancing

BSI financial is attempting to make money on fabricated late fees. Once you send mortgage payment they deposit it late after 15 or after 27 days then they claim it's late. Or BSI says they haven't received it. If you cancel it's another fee.

Numerous Issues. The phone number on their website doesn't work and is disconnected. Can't log in to make any web payments. Sent them my payment from my bill pay on the 10th and they never got it, when I questioned them they indicated they were having problems posting payments and were able to give no good reason as to why. They sent me a letter stating they were dropping my escrow - then sent me a letter retracting it a month later. Can't get thru to them on the phone. I feel like they are in way over their heads - as numerous mistakes have been made - and they are not equipped to deal with the volume they have with reference to posting payments and just account management in general. This has not been a good experience - it has been terrible.

On February 18th I notice my monthly payment for BSI was not taken out from my account. I use online banking with my bank and they cut a check on January 30th and mailed it out to BSI Financial services, P.O Box 660605 Dallas Texas 75266-0605. I called customer service and spoke to Casey ** who claims she is the Manager of that department. I explain my situation to her and ask her "if I put a stop payment the same day and give you proof where I made the payment on time will you be able to waive that late fee?" Casey said that's not her problem and as long as they did not receive the payment she cannot do anything about it.
I went on to say "can you please note my account with the check number I have as proof of my payment and as so as the stop payment is completed I will pay by phone." Casey was very rude with no customer skills and downright never offer to help in a situation that is no fault of anyone other than maybe mail service, however she offered no solution neither did she offer to try to help correct the problem. As of today I keep calling and only getting a voice mail in which I leave a message and hopefully someone will call me back.
I strongly suggest something be done ASAP with how these folks handle their customers, now I have to pay a late fee and still cannot even get them on the phone to make my payment. Please help me take this matter further so someone else will not have to go through what I am going through. I was never late on my payment and all because of something I have no control over I am being penalized.

I was an initial client with Citi Financial since inception... 2003. I did a loan modification approx 4 years ago with Citi. Then...POOF! I received a letter that my loan was sold to BSI. I verified with Citi and all confirmed legitimate. I have never missed a payment with BSI sending my payment through online bill pay. As another stated payment is due on the 1st of the month and a grace period until the 15th of the month.
Starting last month BSI started to call on the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th of the month because payment wasn't received. I spent 21 years as an Officer in the military and can "COUNT"... while walking and running. :) Also, I track my payments and payment are received around the 4th or 5th of the month. I haven't been assess a $60 fee yet, but I sense that this will occur just to prove a point.
My next plan of attack I will not discuss because best not to tell all your secrets online. I do have legal and will not hesitate to take action against a company bigger than myself. There's enough of us out there to start a CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY!! I do know that ALL pay attention to your principal and interest. Check/study your mortgage documents from your original mortgage loan and the transition to BSI... Numbers (starting balance should match). You Amortization Table may look different depending on what interest rate and loan period. The lady that commented on working at BSI... Thank you!! I'm trying to prevent consequences...

This is the worst company I have every dealt with! My loan was just transferred over to BSI. I have left 3 messages and sent 3 emails to the account manager. As of date, I have not gotten any responses back. I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional. It seems all they care about is getting the payments on time. If NOT, that is when you will hear from them.

Got a 1099-c form on mail. Said the foreclosed home amount had been forgiven and account closed, and that I had to count the money as income for taxes. Looked up on my credit report and found that not only is the account not closed but the company changed names from BSI MTG (where they closed the account on April 30, 2014) and then reopened as BSI Financial Services and now have this account listed there as being opened. How if the account has been forgiven can it still be an open account. These people just want to rip off people. Now I'm stuck with a tax bill of $25,000 with no hope of being able to pay the money. I know if a class action law is brought to this company you can count me in. I will be getting legal counsel.

I have been trying to obtain a modification from Bank of America for over a year now. In October they sold my loan to BSI Financial Services. They took almost 3 months to tell me that I was denied one week before my sale date. What kind of company does that? Why are they allowed to do this? I had to call them and they told me that verbally. I have not even received a formal letter. What is this country coming to when the bank will not honor their own government plans pertaining to the consumers. I call the consumer financial protection bureau to have them investigated. Please let us file a class action suit against this bank. We cannot afford for them to take advantage of us this way. And we need to write every government agency and get our congressman aware of this company. These big bank send their loan to them so they cannot help you.

Our BofA loan was sold to BSI during modification which seems to be a common theme. Then the harassing phone calls began 5 times a day until we filed bankruptcy. We attempted multiple times to modify our loan, faxing 30+ pages, waiting, then we're told "too much time elapsed so please send updated info." This got us nowhere.
Nick ** our account rep emailed and called excessively with demeaning words, even emailing the wrong people our financial information. When I tried to correct the situation I was spoken to in a condescending manner. I asked not to be spoken to that way and asked for a supervisor, I no longer get calls or emails. It is already upsetting enough to lose your home of 10 years that your kids grew up in, it's disgusting how this company does business. We are trying to short sell the property but they won't accept any offers. I'm all for a class action lawsuit, this is unacceptable.

Bank Of America sold our loan to BSI in November 2014. BSI sent information to my fiance's x-husband's address instead of the house where the mortgage is and we reside. No notification from BofA whatsoever. As soon as we found out this information we researched BSI and came across numerous complaints. Immediately, we started paying the next month's payment at the beginning of the month instead of waiting until the due date. We paid by phone along with a $20 processing fee, which shouldn't have been charged for NC.
The first statement that we finally get in the mail yesterday states that we are two months behind in payments with late fees. Not sure how this is possible if we're a month ahead in payments. Today, we received a reminder notice in the mail along with $43.62 in late fees. This is a total scam to get you behind on your payments so they can sock you with late fees and assume legal fees are next. Why wouldn't BSI Financial have sent information to where the BofA mortgage was?

I have a loan with this company at 14.25% as a second mortgage, yes, it was 2007 and I was an idiot. I have paid this loan and have been making additional payments for some time now. EVERY MONTH I have to call them to apply the extra payment correctly. BSI is not easy to communicate with. They never answer an email, and given the fact that they are east coast - I have to call by 6 PM this time or year and 5 at other times. They usually call me back right after lunch. Waste of time, I have a real job and I am busy doing work all day. Ultimately I have to call them and no matter who I get on the phone, they act like I am the only person in the world that is trying to pay my loan off early. Liars and crooks, that is all I can say.

I believe Freddie Mac the investor sold my mortgage as well but I can't get any information. BOFA told me all my documents they had to do a mod would be sent to BSI. The first person I was able to get a hold of at BSI told me all I would need was a Hafa document. Now his manager tells me I need 18 documents. They rejected my modification in 24 hours. My house is in short sale at this point but it takes a week to get anyone to call you back. They take LONG vacations. I would be interested in a class action suit as well. I am in the same boat as most of you. BOA approved my modification and two months into the trial, I get the letter that BSI was now servicing my mortgage. I received the initial letter in October. I called them as well as BOA from to confirm the letter. BOA seem surprised at the selling of mortgage, and of course BSI could not tell me anything because they said they did not have all of the paper work yet, but of course they would honor whatever I had in place. Also they said that they would be sending me paperwork. I finally received paperwork from them in November, November 12 and again November 21. The November 21 letter had the payment amount along with the payment billing info which was all information prior to my modification. Of course I immediately started calling them to clarify this, and the games begin. The no answers, the long holds, and eventually, when I spoke to my "rep" Ross, he didn't even have anything and tried to tell me that the trial amount was so low because it did not include taxes or insurance. Citimortgage told me that they forward my payment to BSI. From Oct 2013 till May 2014 I don't have a problem but starting June 2014, BSI called me, they asked me if I have a house insurance. I told them "yes I will give you the phone number" which is Farmers Insurance, then after I talked to BSI I called Farmers Insurance to let them know and I gave BSI phone number. After an hour Farmers Insurance called me and told me that everything is fine. After a month BSI called me again, they're asking about my house insurance again and I told them my insurance company fixed the problem. BSI told me they will do the escrow analysis. Sept - I received a refund check from BSI that I overpaid then after a week they said I need to pay the balance so I pay them the balance.
Now October they're calling me again, they said I have a balance for the insurance last July. And almost everyday they been harassing me. Most of the employee are rude. They've been harassing me for years and have even called my 11 yo child's cell phone refusing to tell me how they got her number. I've called them several times explaining about the bankruptcy and told them to foreclose the property which is what BOA started after the bankruptcy. BSI bought it, took it out of foreclosure and has been harassing me to short sell to save them money. They are trying to force me because the deed is half mine and half my ex. So I tried to make a payment by phone so that once again I would have verification. How are these people still in business? Add my name to any class action lawsuit that comes down. I received a letter from Carrington Mortgage in early June 2014 saying my loan was sold/transferred/assigned to BSI beginning July 1, 2014. I never received anything from BSI in the mail with a new account number, remittance address, etc. Finally on July 10 I called about it. The first person I spoke to was Angela who was very nice and told me my account number hadn't changed and that my payment was the same as well. She also said I should be receiving a letter any day detailing this information and how I'm protected under RESPA for 60 days.. Cut to July 21 I receive my first piece of correspondence from them saying I'm late and owe them over $3,200! This is way higher than my normal payment.
I called again on July 22 and was told that $3,200 figure is what they received in the transfer from Carrington. I explained that is not the case. She (Cheryl this time) said she'd submit my account for investigation to get it cleared up and it could take up to five business days.
Seven business days later (today 7/30/14) I still haven't heard from anyone. I called Cheryl back again and of course she didn't answer. I called back into Customer Service and spoke with Kathy. She asked me if I had talked to my assigned agent Nora. I said this is the first I'm hearing I even had an assigned agent. While Kathy was trying to get Nora on the line with me, she said I had an ARM loan with the modification I'd done with Carrington and that my rate increased from 5.125% to 9.5% with them and that is the reason for the increased payment. I just reread my modification agreement and NOWHERE does it mention anything about an ARM. Currently I'm waiting on a call from Nora which I'm sure won't come. I'll have to continue to reach out to her until I either get her or yet another person who won't know what they're doing. I even told them I had an Escrow Account Disclosure Statement from Carrington saying my payment would increase beginning August 1 but only by $25, not over $1,100!!!
How is it even legal to sell mortgages anyway?!?!

All the payments to Wells Fargo was returned to the home owner. We started applying again for a loan modification with BSI. The person who was handling this file was Ivette **. She quickly denied our application, when I asked her why would WF approve them before if they did not qualify? Ivette told me that WF and BSI have a different way of reviewing their files. Also, she asked for $60,000 proof of funds to be sent to them in order to review the file again. I was surprise and did a lot of research.
I was able to talk to Sarah from the HAMP Department from BSI. Even Sarah, cannot understand why Ivette was asking for this. Sarah reviewed the file again but she insisted that my husband is on the loan when I told her so many times that the loan is only on my name. They kept on scheduling the property for foreclosure while I was disputing that my husband is not in the loan. On May 28, I spoke to Leona, she told me that she will order a note to see who is really on the note and while they were doing that, they postponed the June 14 Sale Date. After that, I didn't hear from them anymore. I kept calling and leaving messages following up if they have received the note. I emailed Ivette and left her several messages. There was no response.
I finally got hold of her yesterday. She told me that she is not allowed to respond to emails. She responded to my emails several times before? Ivette also mentioned that she didn't respond to all my voice mail messages because she has a lot of files that she is working on. I requested for her Supervisor and she told me that she will talk to Ivette regarding not returning my calls. Sarah also told me that they sent the owner a letter of denial. Home owner did not receive this letter. The property was sold last Monday July 14. I was told by another lawyer that they should have given us 30 days to dispute the denial. Also, this company told me today that they do not use priority posting and does not have a copy of the record because it is private? Really? I called ServiceLink this morning. We tried to set up an online service to have house payment drawn directly from our bank account to their bank for payment. No such luck for either company. I actually don't blame the employees as there appears to be 7 of them in the entire company. They are probably overworked and don't realize they are involved with a shady company. They are a debt collection company for a reason. They have no business servicing mortgages; I wouldn't trust them to service my loan.
Reading all the other complaints about them, the only consolation I have is that it's not just me that they are screwing. This will be the next company to get hit with a class-action lawsuit against them, now that Ocwen is finished. A horrible experience from every possible angle. Interestingly enough, the welcome letter we received from the new service company had a breakdown of our account and there was a charge for "Other Services" of what should have been our impound account balance. Seems BSI kept our impound account balance before transferring our loan to another service company. They are corrupt thieves and there needs to be a class action suit brought against them.

My loan was sold to BSI Financial Services, from BofA in May of 2014, while in the middle of negotiating a Short Sale in Deed of Lieu. When BSI took over the loan in April of 2014, they informed that they do not have a SS department. They do not know what they are doing. The Accounting Manager does not have a clue. I was informed they are a legitimate servicer, and that they can service mortgages. They only are a relay for the investor. My loan type is FHA, and I can tell you that they have done the steps necessary by HUD to settle this SS started with BofA.
I have been dealing with BofA since 2009, and BofA has denied me 3 times. Once, for a loan modification, and twice for short sale, and now this new service company, is doing the same. I hope that those who write laws read these concerns of consumers. We have rights, no matter what, but in the eyes of courts, lawyers and government agencies, we do not. It is about time homeowners stand up and collectively sue all who have anything to do with Banking Regulations, from the BOG, to the CFPB, to the President who drew up this Make A Home Affordable Act. Act? That is what this is. Has anyone out there have a FHA loan, that is in default, that has been allowed to stay, been denied repeatedly loan modifications and SS Approval Letters? Let me know. All who know about my frustrations have clearly stated my file case is the most troubling of abuse of power.

So thus I am having to lose my home and move. Luckily I do know some laws in the real estate that since they haven't foreclosed upon me, I can stay in my home... I submitted a full package with my financial information, so they could review me for some assistance. A few weeks later I was mailed a letter stating that I was denied. When I Called them, they told me that my income was not enough. A few weeks later, I rented out a room and had an increase of pay. I again submitted a new application as my financials had changed. Today I spoke to Steven (who's a real Idiot). He had the nerve to tell me that per the investor, they were denying my modification due to fraud. He insinuated that I had manipulated the numbers, when clearly it shows on my bank statements that these are direct deposits from my work.
I have a sale for tomorrow. I truly believe that they didn't review my package correctly, and I also believe that this company would rather have my property go for sale, so they can turn around and sell it so they can make money on it. They are no help. I plan to stop the sale of my home and seek legal assistance. I am not going to let them get away with it. After reading all the other comments I see I am not the only one. This company needs to be put out of business. Their operation ethic stinks!!!

It seems like every month there's a different issue with these idiots. One in particular was comical; they sent a notice on the 3rd of the month claiming that a late fee was owed. When I called they said they were simply complying with the new consumer laws that required them to notify customers that they were late. Ironically, that notification occurred only once and never occurred in subsequent months.
I recently requested a pay off notification and they wanted to charge me a late fee in the off chance I wouldn't pay my mortgage promptly (in 11 years I've never been late on a payment). They, of course, would send me a check for my over payment. They explained this was a policy. I have owned my home approximately 9 years. The mortgage company sold my loan and sold the loan to BSI Financial Services in PA. When payments were made over the past 2 years it was by cashiers check and mailed UPS 2 Day Air and signed for. At least 3 payments that BSI Financial Services received and cashed were not applied to my loan account. In December 2013 on paper they said I was behind on payments which I wasn't because the payments they received and cashed weren't applied to my loan account. BSI Financial Services began returning payments from that point on but waited at least 30 days returning the payment sent in December 2013 from when they signed for with UPS.
When I first learned BSI Financial Services returned my funds I called them immediately and they first said they returned the funds because the wrong account number was put on the cashiers check. They did not do a search using my name which was on the cashiers check and it was the same account number I put on every cashier check I sent for at least 20 months. The day before I had already sent a cashier check for February 2014 UPS 2 Day Air. Looking at the paperwork BSI Financials Services has provided me they have used at least 2 different account numbers regarding my home loan. Again they returned the cashier check for February 2014 . 2 months worth of funds were returned in February 2014 equaling approximately $6,300. I kept calling and leaving a message to the agent handling my account and she would not return my call. Then when I'd call and explained the situation and was told they would look into the matter and no one would get back to me.
Then I was sent a demand letter of approximately $18,000 and then said they would only accept a payment of approximately $18,000 or they would foreclose. I had until February 22, 2014 to come up with approximately $18,000 or they would start foreclosure proceedings which I didn't owe the money they are saying I owed. I have faxed BSI Financial Services copies of the cashed cashiers checks from Bank of America and UPS tracking numbers. I have gotten no response to showing BSI Financial Services that I did make the payments and they cashed the checks. They are ignoring the fact the payments were made, received by their office and cashed. They are forcing me into a foreclosure.
On March 7, 2014 again calling their office and again getting another person in the office to talk to, review the dates of the received and cashed monthly payments, finding out that according to what was received and cashed I was only short approximately $40 on December 3, 2013 but now owe thousands in late fees and filing fees for foreclosure. BSI Financial Services want now approximately $23,000 to stop what has been started. Even paying the payments that they have refused which is approximately $12,600 is a big difference from what they are demanding now. They have filed foreclosure procedures on my home because of refusing to review and correct missing payments they failed to input and payments they refused to cash. This home was purchased with intentions to never sell. I need to stop this foreclosure before it is too late to save my home.

I recently had my servicing transferred to BSI Financial from Citibank and I have been using a third party bi-weekly payment service (FNS Insurance Agency) for about 2 years now. FNS made my first payment to BSI and it was rejected and BSI alleges that I am late in my payments and that I owe over $8,000 to make my account current. I have tried calling the company "Customer Service dept" but no one answers. The recorded message then says "the company's experiencing busy calls and to leave a message". I did that and of course no return call. When I talked with FNS Insurance they said when they called BSI, BSI would not talk with them if a check was mailed and deposited, but no one there accounts for it - was it ever really received? (like does the tree in the forest make a sound if there is no one there to hear it)
I also tried to enroll in an online account to see if they posted my payments and the site prevented me from enrolling. When I tried to check the online "Guide" it was 46 pages of blank pages - no kidding. Like is this company for real? So, it is their word against mine and they are saying I have not paid when the representative from FNS has provided me with the check number and day that the funds were deposited. Unbelievable. I am getting screwed and there is nothing, absolutely nothing that I can do about it except complain to them - and let them decide if I have made my payments or not.
BTW...I have been making online monthly payments on the 1st of the month since 2007 and now I am suddenly not making payments at all?! In short, BSI is a SHAM and a FRAUD. They are in business for one purpose - to force every borrower who tries to make on time payments to pay late fees, penalty fees and attorney fees...AND then they force you into Foreclosure and ruin your credit rating, your finances and your personal character and integrity. Interesting business model, huh? Force every borrower into Foreclosure...sell the property and then place a Judgement on the borrowers for the difference between the selling price and loan...cash immediately flows to the risky tranches of the Mortgage Trust in year 1 with the remaining payments flowing in over the negotiated residual period...all with few and concessions from the borrower. I think that is called "stabbing the wounded" in auditing parlance.
My next step Is to start the only recourse that I can think of. Massive Section 6, RESPA complaints to BSI and the Bank that owns the Mortgage, registered mail, return receipt. Next a formal complaint to the FTC, office of Consumer Affairs, followed by the following Federal Agencies: HUD, V.A., FHFA, OCC, FDIC, FED, and the TX and PA State Attorney Generals office. Also, since Servis One, dba BSI Financial is an approved Servicer of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae, CC: I will send a my formal legal complaints to their legal depts and their IG (Inspector Generals office) to open up an investigation of the 53 complaints to the Better Business Bureau, none of which has been reviewed or worked out - along with this one and all the others on this page.
Lastly, it wouldn't hurt if we all contacted FOX news, CNN, and maybe 60 minutes, the New York Times, Washington Post and Dallas paper, since the HQ of the company are in Irving, TX and payments are processed in Dallas and other administrative offices are in Titusville, PA and Bethesda, MD. The name of the President and CEO is Gagen Sharma and the name of the SVP for "Customer Service" is Johnson-Sheely. Other employee names are online.
I also noted online that BSI was recently rated by Fitch Rating Agency. We should all send Fitch copies of our legal RESPA formal complaints and perhaps the analyst will look deeper into all the complaints filed against this small private deviant company. The only thing we poor victims can hope for is that Fitch pulls BSI's ratings and that Fannie, Freddie and Ginnie retract BSI as approved GSE Servicers and publicize the sham operation that they really are. Maybe, possibly, that might prevent others from receiving the same feckless behavior from this destructive operation that we all have - if anybody will listen or even care....

Looks like a common theme going on here with BSI/Nu View - a reoccurring nightmare! BSI became my service provider after a private investor purchased my mortgage note that was in foreclosure with City Mortgage at the time. All the reports of not being able to connect with anyone or have an accountable, competent conversation with these folks is spot on! I was days away from my family's home going to a sheriff's auction when I finally managed to strike an in-house loan modification with them. And then the fun begins.
My first payment on the loan modification was due on 7/1/12. It was made on time, as well as August's payment. Only through my following up to make sure the payments had been applied accordingly did I find out that things had already begun to get interesting. What happened next would be too wordy to explain in detail, but here's the jest of it. An escrow analysis was conveniently done in July (they had all the numbers to work with pre-modification to work into place). The payments I had made were in the amount I had contractually agreed to. I was not made aware of any escrow analysis being done, consequently, any shift in my monthly payment.
Lo and behold, I was emailed a reinstatement letter outlining the difference between the agreement I had known it to be and the new monthly payment I was surprised with. I was assessed with late fees that occurred because my payments were not made in full to reflect the new monthly payment (that I had no clue to be), the escrow shortage, corp fees, which I have since found out to be attorney fees on their behalf (attorney fees for what?) and other number discrepancies that I can't seem to get a clear answer on. I was given until the end of Sept (they will not accept payment afterwards) to bring everything current or they will proceed with collection/foreclosure proceedings. Are you freaking kidding me?
Needless to say that sending in the thousands they are demanding is not going to happen, not so much because I did have the resources they are requesting but because something is clearly not passing the sniff test here. I am in the process of seeking out legal counsel. I don't really have the resources to retain the services of an attorney either, but I'll find it! If Nu View/BSI think they are going to steamroll this guy, they have picked the wrong person!

BSI/NuView contacted me about my mortgage which they had just bought from Wells Fargo. The person who first called me gave me false hope as to helping me with my mortgage payment that it could be determined by today's market value which would make my payments much less than they are now. I am behind on my mortgage because of a very nasty divorce. I was very excited to have a company offer to help me out so I could keep my home for myself as well as my 2 minor children. Then out of the blue, I got a call from Don who told me that nothing could be done so they could approve me for relocation money of $15,000.
I was stunned. Why, all of a sudden, is it a problem? This person called me one day and I did lose my mind on him. He spoke down to me like he was better than me so I finally hung up the phone. The following week, he called me 3 times a day every day. I did not answer my phone, I was still too upset from our previous phone call. Anyway today, 9/18/12, he called me again and told me again in a very arrogant voice that the investors would not approve me. He said, "Not enough profit," but would not give me details, would not tell me anything, would not give me the numbers they would not approve me for. I was so angry that he was talking to me like this. Also he said that they would approve me for $15,000 but I have to be out of my house by October 31, 2012 and for every 30 days past that date, they would take $5,000 away from what they approved me for for relocation. The foreclosure started on August 1, 2012 which is the same day they took over my loan. This person was so very unprofessional and basically gave me an ultimatum and admitted to doing so.
I have read many complaints on the internet regarding this company and how horrible they really are. I am very upset that they now have my mortgage in their possession, I am a single mother of 2 children, 9 and 13 years old, and I am trying to keep their home for them so I don't have to interrupt their lives any more than they have been since their father and I got divorced and it was a nasty one at that. I do not want to pull them out of their schools. I would love to have some help with this and what can be done. I am willing to refinance the home and I was told at first, no problem, that this can happen. Then out of the blue, it can't? And without any explanation. I feel this is unacceptable and very very unprofessional.

BSI Financial unfortunately took over my home loan with Wells Fargo on 07/20/11. It's been nothing but problems since then. The first issue was that I was unaware that BSI had taken over. I kept getting calls from NuView whom I had no idea who they were making threats, and asking me if I made payments to BSI. BSI and NuView seem to not communicate and often neither has any knowledge as to what is going on.
For nearly a year they kept telling me I owed an additional month. I spent so much time on the phone with a supervisor from NuView who said he would check into it after he talked to someone at BSI. We spoke again and the supervisor said I was correct, yet the statements I received kept saying I was still behind. The constant calls began and were non-stop. They use various numbers to call from. I'm 30 days behind and over the last few months, strange people have been coming to my house taking pictures. Last month a guy walked inside the back gate of my home and started taking pictures. I asked him who he was and why he was taking pictures of my home and he ignored me. I ran to the front of my house where he was taking pictures, and I continued to ask him who he was. He yelled "You know where I'm from. You need to call your mortgage company." I called NuView and BSI and they both denied sending anyone out to my home.
Today, a strange woman walks up to the door of my home, and snaps pictures. My daughter was heading out with my son, and asked her why she was taking pictures of my home. She did not answer. She told my daughter to get your mom. I went downstairs and this lady was still snapping pictures, and she's talking to my neighbor. I asked her why she's taking pictures a couple times and she don't answer. I told my daughter to pass me the phone to call the police. She walks to the middle of the court and gets on her phone. She comes back and tells me she’s from 3 point and that I need to call my mortgage company.
I call NuView upset where Patrick ** hangs up on me, and then another female representative. Another representative denied knowing who 3 Point was and said they sent no one out. I called BSI and spoke with a supervisor who said the lender sends out someone to check the property if you are 30 days past due. I even had a NuView representative call and ask for me on his personal phone. When I said it was me he hung up, and another NuView representative called me from a number in my area code. It's a mess. I feel they are trying to take my home. Their staff is very unprofessional. I don't know what to do. I plan to report them to the BBB tomorrow. I would love an investigation to be done for fraud. Something is not right with NuView/BSI.

I am an attorney in Georgia handling a case where BSI got a mortgage from GMAC that was only a month in arrears. BSI then gave the homeowner the runaround for three months and returned the check they sent in. Each person they spoke to was no longer available in the next call. Homeowner had to call and call and call. One operator asked for all kinds of documents to be faxed. They were faxed and then nobody knew anything about that in the next call. By this time, with no notice to the homeowners, the mortgage had quietly been transferred to RWLS and foreclosed! Sound familiar? If this has happened to you in Georgia, feel free to contact me at **. I would love to hear your experience!

I received a collection letter from BSI Financial Services, Inc. in June 2012. The letter states that I need to pay them $24,575.32 for a mortgage I had with GMAC Mortgage. I called GMAC Mortgage to ask them about BSI and the customer service rep told me that GMAC was going through a bankruptcy or something and that they charged off my second mortgage. My understanding of a debt being charged off is GMAC cancelled the debt and decided not to try and collect it since they were going through their bankruptcy procedures. I had the second mortgage with GMAC starting in 2005 for $24,000. Now, this BSI company is telling me that I owe them $24,575.32 which is a lot higher than the original debt I had with GMAC.
I called BSI, Inc. and they told me I had to pay them the $24,575.32 or my house will go into foreclosure. I never signed any type of agreement with BSI, Inc. for a mortgage or any other type of loan. I feel I am the victim of a scam or something. BSI, Inc. states on the letter that I have to contact a company called DTA Solutions, LLC to settle my account. I called DTA Solutions and they told me that the letter was sent in error and I should call BSI, Inc.
I am completely getting the run-around from BSI, Inc. and DTA Solutions. On top of that, BSI, Inc. calls me non-stop, threatening to put my house into foreclosure. My first mortgage is in good standing with GMAC. I believe BSI is a fraudulent company. They are preying on disadvantaged people. The company is a scam. I wrote a complaint to the PA Attorney General and the BBB. They have a BBB rating of "F."

BSI is the worst mortgage service I have ever had. They don't return phone calls, hung up on me before I could even talk to anyone, never paid my taxes on my home until the county was knocking on my door, then doubled my monthly payment to compensate for their mistake and did that for four months. Now, they're doing it again. I can't get nothing resolved. They even don't answer the phone or drop your call. I just got another double payment in mail and have tried all day to get some answers and can't get them on the phone.
Finally, I got Ann, the manager of the escrow department. She dropped my call. I called back in a matter of two seconds, and she's not in. It's a crazy company. They seriously need to be investigated. Who do you call, though the only thing I know is to let their carrier get the house back. It's the worst company to deal with. They simply don't care, because they know thereafter that there's nothing you can do. It's not fair. I've never been behind on my mortgage until they took it over.

Our mortgage was recently transferred to BSI Financial Services. No welcome packet, no phone calls, no and paperwork from BSI was received. All of a sudden, I am receiving notices that my mortgage payment is late. I left approximately 12 voicemails on the one phone number available on the website and the notice. I ran into issues logging into the website. I continued to call, received not one phone call back.
I finally got in touch with someone who was more than happy to take my payment and said she would mail out a welcome letter and the paperwork for auto payments and straighten out my online account. It has been almost 2 months and I have received nothing, and have again left about 10 more voicemails with no call back because again, I received a notice my payment was late. I don't know what the hell their problem is but they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not return phone calls and set you up for complete failure. I am absolutely fed up with their unresponsiveness. If I had the money, I would sue them.

My loan from Aurora Services was recently sold and now BSI is supposedly only servicing the 2nd mortgage. I have yet to call this company and get a human being. I literally had to track down the phone number of the president's office, which was useless. They don't care, they are horrendous in every way. You leave messages after messages and they never return the call. When they do, it's too late. I have never dreamed of having a company like this handle my loan. And I will be reporting them to the OCC and any government agency willing to accept a complaint. This is just awful. Now, I'm scared about my escrow money and insurance as all I read is horrible things. My only hope is that they are investigated and shut down. Until then, I have reported them to other agencies and I believe others should do the same. They must be made accountable.

Since November of 2011, BSI Financial has been our mortgage servicer. They acquired us from CitiMortgage. I was laid off for almost a year and got behind. I tried to work with Citi, but to no avail. They put us into foreclosure. BSI wanted us to do a short sale, but I was still fighting to keep the house. I filed motions and deed transfers and eventually gave up. Christopher ** contacted me and we began to put together a deal to get the house listed. One realtor fell through and I was told that he would get another. Some time passed and there was an impending sheriff’s sale. I contacted him and he acted as though he forgot. Next day a realtor called me; we got together, signed the paper work, and sent it back to him. Christopher told the real estate agent that he postponed the sheriff’s sale to give us time to short sale the property. I received a letter in the mail that the house was sold at auction on the original date and that it was now an REO. We had an accepted offer on the house; however, it will now be on my credit as a foreclosure.
The real estate agent was confused because she listed it as a short sale. The bottom line is you cannot trust them. I called him for an explanation. He denied everything and said that he did not mislead me nor did he ever say that it is a short sale. I am going to contact the Federal Trade Commission, the Office of Thrift Supervision, SEC, and various other governing bodies. My advice is: get everything in writing and take nothing they say over the phone serious. They lie and they deny. Christopher **, I hope you can sleep at night. I would like to hear the recorded conversations that we had, but I am sure that they will come up missing. God is watching you and the rest of your swindling cohorts. Some day the truth will come out about how you and the rest of the banking industry destroyed the middle class. Christopher **, please respond to this. As for the rest of you, watch the movie “Inside Job.”

My husband and I were with Bord Gais as they offered cheaper electric bills. The bills got increasingly higher so we switched back to ESB and were paying the bill weekly as best as we could. BSI took over the debt and we had had over three phone calls a week. The bill is at 34 euro. This is a disgrace. Neither I nor my husband are now working with four children, three of which are under the age of 3. I really hope somebody can do something about this as I am under so much pressure to pay our bills. I'm worth more dead than alive!

I have a very serious problem with NuView/BSI Financial regarding my current mortgage. They acquired this mortgage from CitiMortgage last August. I was in the process of a repayment plan that included $5900 worth of past due mortgage payments amortized over a 12-month period. I have made all of the payments on time and have completed the plan with documented payment history from Citi. BSI has been submitting past due notices since last October claiming that I owe them initially $7600 and then $5400. I contacted them immediately and have been working with Freddy ** (NuView) to identify where this amount is coming from. Mr. ** has been researching this for several months and each time he tells me that it must be unpaid fees from CitiMortgage. I provided him with proof of payment, CitiMortgage repayment agreement and cancelled checks.
While this research has been in process, NuView/BSI has turned over this to Johnson and Freedman, a foreclosure attorney in Atlanta to begin default and foreclosure proceedings. I received 4 certified letters without any signature on the correspondence. I am unable to reach anyone at Johnson and Freedman that can provide me with answers. My deadline is March 20, 2012 and I need immediate assistance and relief. I have been making my mortgage payments to BSI/NuView on a timely basis and there is no reason for any of this to take place. Please let me know the best way to proceed and avoid further embarrassment and legal complications. BSI/NuView has reported the past due amount to all 3 credit agencies and it has damaged my credit standing.

BSI Financial Services took over our loan from Wells Fargo in March or April 2011. Ever since then, we have had nothing but problems. We have always escrowed money for taxes and insurance and since BSI took over our loan they have not yet paid our insurance premium. We found out through our insurance company that we had no coverage (through a hurricane) and our two vehicles were also not covered as they are tied into our policy and they would not let us pay part of the premium due. After many phone calls to BSI and MCM Capital (the main lender), nothing has been done.
A lot of promises to fix the problem, but insurance premium is still not paid. Now we have to pay it ourselves, even though the money is escrowed and part of our mortgage payment. We are not behind on our mortgage payments. I do not understand how a company can conduct business in this manner. I can only imagine where we are going to come up with this money for insurance within the next two weeks. I think BSI Financial should be seriously investigated! We will be getting our lawyer involved. No homeowners insurance coverage or car insurance coverage unless we come up with a premium payment within less than two weeks.

My escrow account has not been managed correctly since BSI Financial took over my mortgage. Every bill for insurance and taxes has gone unpaid unless I hassle with multiple phone calls. I have called 12 times to try to get my recent home insurance bill paid. They never actually answered the phone. They just sent me to voicemail. I have not received a call back from BSI, even though I left 4 messages. I finally just scheduled a bank payment from my checking account. This is the worst customer service I have had in the 9 years since I have owned my home. I pay my mortgage on time every month. I am seriously considering refinancing just to get away from BSI.

Mr. Downs initially applied for a mortgage modification and was denied because he could not provide the documentation fast enough. Mr. Downs does not have access to or own a fax machine or a computer and was repeatedly told to fax or obtain information off the internet of which he could not do. We applied again in February and was working with Latasha Garret who said she would submit our req for modification. Several weeks into that and calling to check status Latasha Garrett was MIA and no one could find Mr., Downs file.
i again sent everything over and the file was given to Miranda Vogus who said Latasha shouldnt have said she would submit the file and I explained that it didnt matter what Latasha should or shouldnt have done. She is a representative of that company and they should uphold and support what she said she was going to do. A subsequent submission was denied for too much income that doesnt exist even by their own admission of calculation and when challenged Miranda Vogus also went MIA and would not answer emails or phone calls. Another call to the main number yielded no results as well.
