I first took out a 10,000 loan after purchasing a home for remodeling. A year later a borrowed another 20000. The first low interest loan was paid off yesterday. I only owe 7000 on the 20000. I appreciate the low interest rates and the ability to get my house fixed up in a hurry. Thank you Best Egg.

With the coronavirus currently affecting the world and its economy, I requested a deferred payment. To my amazement, I was approved up to more deferred payments than expected with interest. Best Egg sent me information in the mail. The rate was better than what I had before. I got an unsecured personal loan from them. I applied online, and it was very quick. It took a couple or three days for the process to be completed, and then, they deposited the check. I got a great payment plan. Best Egg did a wonderful job. Everything was great.

My experience with Best Egg initially was good. They did what they said they would do. They gave me a great rate. I paid up a bunch of bills with it, and I did some home improvement. And I did it again, and everything worked right. The third time I tried to do it, they kept denying me. They kept sending me pre-screened offers, but then when I would apply, they would deny me saying that my debt to ratio income was too high. What I tried to explain to them is that I did this on my own. I'm married, but I never involved my wife. She has an income and even though she benefit from what I did, I never involved her with it. But they never took her income in consideration. They just kept denying, and I got frustrated with them and I ended up getting another loan company at a slightly higher rate. I wasn't happy about that.

I did the application over the phone and one of their agent asked me to provide the copy of my past loan. The annual percentage rate and the terms of the loan is kind of high, but I needed to have it. And the payment plan was affordable.

The rep told me if I could verify my bank, then she would verify my employment. So we did a conference call with the bank, and she said I was approved if I wanna move forward. I felt confident with the rep. Also, the rate and terms were pretty fair.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the whole experience. However, I did not recieve a copy of the loan agreement and would like one. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the quick and efficient process. That is about all I can add.

We did a LendingTree thing one time and since then, I’ve been getting some emails every day to borrow money from various lending agencies. I looked up Best Egg four years ago and everything has been good so far. It has been a while since we established the loan and I called recently since I had a little hardship going on and I asked for a little extension for this month’s payment. The rep was very helpful. I had some grace periods accrued, which is good news, so I hope next month I can get on track, but if not, I was told to give them a call and I need to extend it again. I wish I could borrow more money because I could definitely use it again.

I saw Best Egg online and though I wasn't happy with their terms, particularly the $200 upfront, I needed money right away so I went with them. It was very easy to fill in everything, and I was approved in a matter of minutes. Then when I paid the loan off, I needed to have my date pushed up till the end of the month. My date was the first day of the month and I told them I would be sending a check but I need to extend it a little bit so the check could get there and they could process it. They handled everything very nicely and I was very happy.

This company uses classic bait and switch tactics. You give completely truthful information on income, address on line, you up load the docs they wanted etc... They run a hard credit inquiry on me, ticks my score down a point which is over 650, no negative derogatories on my credit, plenty of verifiable income via tax returns, as I am self-employed, never defaulted on a loan. They knew I was self-employed when I applied. I call them, they want my tax returns. No problem. I was told by the loan officer who had my file that my application came in as "salaried" employee and blamed it on a third party website. He said I am still good for the same deal that was offered to me upon review of the tax returns.

I took out a loan and the process was simple easy and fast. Great! Here's where it gets worse. Today is September 13th. I sent a check on August 9th and it cleared the bank on August 14th. I have been trying to get this resolved for over 2 weeks almost everyday and the best someone can tell me is that they are researching where the money was applied and that they can not apply this payment to my account until that process is done. When I asked how long the process should take, I was told 7-10 days. Keep in mind they have a copy of my check showing that it was deposited by them and cleared my bank. It has been well over 2 weeks since I started the process of trying to resolve this matter and was told yet again today that that it would take 7-10 days to resolve.
