This was so easy and fast results, even customer service was a pleasant experience. I applied for a home improvement loan, was approved within a few hours, so Happy with Best Egg. I will definitely recommend them, so much better than dealing with my local bank!

I called Best Egg after I needed to up my auto payment due date. I had concerns that multiple payments would be taken out due to the new due date being 3 days later. I was assured my account was updated and only one payment would be processed. The process was quick and friendly.

I recommend them hands down to anyone and everyone. I like them so much that I will never use Upgrade, Upstart or any other online lender again.

The experience was quick, easy and done the same day. It was very pleasant overall. Best Egg got the money in a couple of days. I was very surprised. I didn't have any back and forth online and there were no complications. The first one I got was a $10,000 loan and I got that at 6%. I was over the moon about that. Then I went back and got another one for 5,000, but that was 11.4% interest. It was better but it wasn't as good as the 6%.

My experience with them was great. I got pre-approved through the app and as soon as I submitted the application, I got two phone calls right away and was funded within a day or so. The quickness was helpful. They set up auto-pay right away so I didn't have to deal with anything with that. They are flexible with the date that the payment would come out. Working with them has helped me pay off some things and get things organized.
