I have called Best Egg many times just to speak to them about certain things and the reps have helped me out. The interest rate should have been better because my credit score is a lot better, and I don't think it was. So, I was a little confused. I got a loan with Best Egg and they ended up giving me a second loan. I am satisfied with them giving me the loan to help me pay off a significant outstanding bill that I had and it put me on track. I haven't had any bad experience with Best Egg at all and I will give people the thumbs up to try.

My experience with Best Egg was great and fast. I liked it. It was just the fee that got me. But it was quick and instant cash. They withdraw the money from your account. But other than that, it was good and simple for me. The rep was also good. If you don't mind paying the fee and the high interest, you won't regret it. If you don't have a lot of options, Best Egg is one of the options that's good.

I'm not a fan of the recent loan you gave me for 3k. You charge 1.85 a DAY in interest. You may get my business once, but after this loan is paid off you will not get it again. This smacks of predatory lending. I have a good credit score, 100 percent repayment on time. I feel like I should have gotten a better interest rate.

Getting a human on the line, for any company these days, takes forever with an automated voice giving you a runaround that’s frustrating and takes time to get out of. I answered 1, ONE!!!!, question to an automated voice and then straight to a human. The woman I dealt with was professional but very nice. The whole call took less than 10 minutes. AWESOME!

Everything's been great with Best Egg. We got a personal loan and the process was pretty simple. There weren't a lot of hang-ups. I've used a couple other lending companies for some debt consolidation, and Best Egg has quicker response in regards to some of the other lending companies. The payment process has been really simple as well. I started with the Best Egg credit card and it's just a small $1,000. It's kind of for emergency type thing. The mobile app is a little frustrating. I feel like I'm kind of always hunting to figure out how to make a payment. The top of the mobile app is what, when and where. I'm not really sure what that tells me. The home page is confusing. But after I've done it a couple times, I understand it a little better now.

Someone tried to take out a loan in my name, and I called Best Egg 'cause it came up on one of my alerts. I said, "This needs to be canceled," and they canceled it. About two months later, I said, "You know what? I'm selling my home. I've got to improve a few things where I can sell it and get my bag." A little over a month ago, I called Best Egg and they made sure that I wasn't the bad guy, which I liked. They took the time to make sure it was me and to be secure, then I filled out the form. I did it in five minutes or less. It was really simple, and there weren't too many questions. They didn't ask very personal questions at all. They just wanted to know what I made, my name, and my address.

Best Egg's customer service was awesome. When I filled out the information online, I immediately got a call to see what services I was interested in. After I talked about what I was interested in, within a few minutes, I was able to be offered a loan. At the time, I had three offers and I asked if the representative would call me back in about an hour to mull things over. She did exactly that and she was very prompt. I decided which one I wanted to work with then within minutes, I was approved, and the money was in my bank the very next day.

The right my be high but you still saving by having only one payment and it immediately help your credit score. Where your credit union and others banks are not willing to help Best Egg is along with good customer service and a simple online navigation website and app.

The terms were the same as everybody else's so that was fair. Overall, it was fast, easy, and I would do it again if I had to. I would definitely get their quote because they were the cheapest for me. This loan helped me to pay off some debt and do a big remodel.

It was the easiest one I ever filled out. Best Egg helped me out a lot. It doesn't matter how bad your credit is because mine's only 6.39 and I was approved automatically. The rates aren't that bad and in 36 months, your loan is gonna be paid off. With a credit card, you never know when it's gonna be paid off unless you pay it off, and that's what I've done. I paid off some credit cards with this loan.

Monthly payments are just auto withdrawn from my bank account so I never have to worry about forgetting to make it. After reading an article that talked about why rich people are rich, starting off by getting rid of debt. This is what I had in mind after applying for a loan w/ Best Egg. I have 300K of equity in my home with an average credit score of 670-690. I first applied solo and was turned down; supposedly because of my income (83k) which was insufficient to support my loan request (70K). Then I applied with my household income of $112K with a lesser amount of $50K. Then I was told a 30 day late was reported on my credit report (which was back in 2020-right after the pandemic started). I thought this is bull, my attorney shared with me that these companies often pay to get a good rating with BBB and often post five stars on their website themselves.

Working with them was excellent. I got my loan in 48 hours. The rate is a little on the high end but it's doable and I understand why that is. They go for those who don't have the greatest of credit and help with that. So of course, the interest rate is going to be a little higher. Other than that, I recommend Best Egg. It's an asset.

Customer service doesn't really exist. Online, I changed by auto pay to a new bank account 2 weeks prior to auto pay. It appeared to fully process online. 2 weeks later, my auto pay was submitted by Best Egg to old bank. I contacted them by chat to inform them of their error and they said I had to "call" to make that change. That is clearly NOT TRUE as there is an option for that online. I made sure at that time they had the correct bank account info for new account. Next month, they AGAIN submitted to old account. They REFUSE to refund that money to the old account and take from the new account, claiming that I had not contacted them about it. That is a LIE. I have contacted them several times by chat and by phone. I would never recommend anyone do any business with them.

Hands down the single BEST lending experience I have had! JUST WOW! So I was first introduced to Best Egg via Credit Karma recommendations. I usually do not give those recommendations much thought, let alone click and dig deeper as I've always felt I get spammed afterwards. With Best Egg it was different. Zero spam and zero hassle. The lending and communication processes were very smooth and with little effort (and I don't have the best credit) and my loan was funded within 48 hours, not to mention the rate actually ended up being lower in my final paperwork. Best Egg has been the easiest process to get and recieve a loan. I completed the app, had money the next day. During the repayment I needed to change the date of my draft and they were so accommodating and helpful.

It was a seamless, professional, and easy experience that I've never experienced with a loan before ever. She didn't give me a hard time about it.

I was able to upload, scan the documents and then upload them. They needed pay stubs, and I'm on social security, so I had to find my social security paper and my child support paper. Go for Best Egg, but make sure you check the interest rates on the loan that you get. The interest rate ended up being high, and I didn't realize that at first. You get the mailings and they say as low as 3.5. It's never that low. I figured if someone has that good of a credit rating, they don't need a loan. Overall, I had a positive experience. I can check my account at any time. I can pay off early with no penalties.

Best Egg is just another institution to scam individuals out of their money. I was told by multiple representatives that if I made an additional payment on top of my monthly payment, that the additional payment would go totally to my principal. This is not what happened and they continued to take a higher amount of interest out of each additional payment I made. When I called to address the issue they told me my additional payment had to be made on the same day as my monthly payment in order for it to go to my principal. This detail was not mentioned when Best Egg was trying to get my business. And just like other scammers, they put this inconvenient detail in the fine print of their contract so they can say they are not liable. Please do not fall for the scam like I did.

Best Egg reps were very polite and they seemed competent. Also, the rates were competitive. Working with them was very little hassle. The application process took minutes. Then, subsequently, I went back and got another loan from them. I wasn't overly pleased with the fact that they withdraw from the checking account but it wasn't a major problem. Best Egg sends an alert, which I think is nice, and they make the statement available.
