I have existing loan with them, now they offer a new loan, I declined at first time, because they have very high interest and they have a fee for 20% in advance, so I have an emergency problem with a car, so I have to accept this loan, and when I was ready they put new request to get my loan, that don't happen before, I call to get answers, spoke with different people, they talk me no problem just send proof of your bank, I went to my bank, send all, lose time, and at the end they said, they need something also, I call again, they said they going to scale my loan, and at the end, nothing happened. They just apologized for wrong information, and wrong answers for the loan department, and canceled my application. They took advantage with people that need the money, terrible 🤦.

Please read. I’m posting so others do not have to experience what happened to me. Their mistake is preventing me from obtaining my mortgage loan. Best Egg Continuously failed to report my PAID IN FULL credit card balance. They received payment for my entire credit card balance on 11/25/25. Despite claiming to report every 30 days they have failed to report the $0.00 balance. I spent over 4 hours in the course of 5 phone calls speaking to Diego, Alfonzo, Jose’, Miguel and another employee who hung up on me for requesting a supervisor. They told me someone will call me back. After never receiving a call back I called again and pleaded to get in touch with a “supervisor” whose name is Chris. Again he could not answer why they failed to report. He told me the “customer response team” would call me. After explaining I had been expecting a call for days he told me that the “response team” would not respond to him either.

Advertise refer a friend and get a gift card, followed all requirements and got nothing but a runaround with countless calls and emails with excuses and false promises, once paid off will never use again.

I responded to a "preselected" offer in the mail. It said I could see the rate I would get without impacting my credit score. I never saw any rate, it went right into the application and I did not get approved. It didn't say if a lower amount would be possible....I'm a little frustrated to be honest.

I am filing this regulatory complaint regarding unlawful, deceptive, and discriminatory lending practices by Best Egg in connection with my loan application for $35,000, which was stated as “Congratulations — You’re Approved” before the company reversed course and imposed unreasonable and arbitrary documentation requirements.

What a joke, gave them all the documents they requested then they tell me they couldn't identify my identity. Stay away from Best Egg, they just waste your time, customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I believe it's just a scam to get your information.

I just can't believe how wonderful this company is. They treated me like a human, not a sack of garbage. My financial institution treated me as if I had a CONTAGIOUS disease. I've got a 745 credit score and I was turned down. I have no payment on my home or vehicles just credit card debt. I consolidated the debt and now have a very low interest rate compared to the credit cards at 28.99% about 75% less with Best Egg. Everyone very professional and truly had my interest in mind. I recommend this company to anyone that needs to pay off debt

I have had a loan with Best Egg for now almost going on 2 years paying off a high interest loan that I took out and my credit was not the greatest at the time when I took the loan out and now my credit has improved greatly and I had applied for another loan with best egg and they denied me telling me all kinds of foolishness which I don't understand. My credit was not great when I first got the loan. Now my credit is great and you deny me the loan. I would never recommend best egg to anyone Because they're a waste of time. Before you get along with them think about it and read the reviews. I really don't understand how best egg is still in business operating because they're not even helping their customers at all.

Up until July I would have given them 5 stars. My property management company used them. I'm not really sure what the qualifications are to qualify. You just apply and they pay your whole rent. And you make payments to them throughout the month and they're really great at working with you when you fall behind. However, in July they did a "system wide cancelation" of inactive accounts but didn't notify account holders that their account had been canceled. Left us without a way to pay rent for August. They've been difficult to get a hold of and accept no responsibility for their failure to notify people. Be wary.

Getting the loan from Best Egg was a positive experience for me. The rate was reasonable, the process was easy and I got the money in a few days’ time.

It was just so that they were aware that it was okay to speak to me in regards to the account. They were very nice and professional. No problems, no attitudes, no issues. I was looking to make a major purchase, and Best Egg happened to come up when they do a monthly report about whether your score went up or down and what could affect it. The offer was there right at the time that I happened to be looking for a major purchase. I had to put in my birthday, the last four of my social, and agreed to a couple of things on there. After five minutes, I was approved. Next thing I know, the money was in my account. It was quick and easy. I have cleaned up most of my credit debt and had just paid off my truck and several major credit cards. I wanted to add to my credit mix, and they said that would help improve my score.

The process with obtaining a personal loan with Best Egg is quick and easy and completely online. The service was better than expected and probably better than average. The negative is they’re a predatory lender and charge higher than average rates and fees. I never missed a payment and after several years they offered me another loan at the same 20+% interest rate as my last loan and that’s with a 715 FICO today. They prey on people. On top of that they never leave you alone, always calling me and I’ve never been late on a payment. They call trying to up sell another product or if you inquire about something online on their website they watching and stalking you. I asked not to be called and they were good with that but a month or two later they come back, they always come back!

My sister has business with Best Egg and told me about them. Their customer service was very good. It was easy and quick. They charged me in my account. It's a direct discount of the payment.

I just started with Best Egg and so far, so good. I applied online and it was easy. I've only had one payment, so far and the second one's coming up. They draft the payment. Everything has been very easy.

I know Best Egg is good. The whole process took two days. Except for them telling you the extra fee and the interest and what not, they're okay. The online tools are okay, too.

The lending process with Best Egg was very quick, simple and efficient. The application process was easy. I'm pretty tech savvy, so it was very self-explanatory, intuitive, easy and simple to follow as far as the information that was being requested. I reached out to Best Egg the next day.

A friend told me he had a good experience with Best Egg and when I got a loan from them, it was quicker than any other process I've ever gone through in the past. The reps were very professional and usually have the answer to my questions or they would find out quickly for me. They’re an excellent company when it comes to overall service.

Best Egg's loan process was a little confusing at the beginning, but when I spoke with a representative, he explained things clearly. There was one thing that he did not explain to me though. I took 2500, but I noticed that on top of that, I would accumulate extra money every week. Other than that, the communication was clear and good.
