When I called to see if I can change my payment due date I was nervous because my previous experience with other loan companies didn't allow it. But Best Egg helped me and I was able to change it and the agent that helped me was very kind and took her time to resolve the issue. There is also options to pay weekly or biweekly and not just monthly payments. I think that's awesome considering financial hiccups happen and they are willing to help you out. I would highly recommend using their services when needed.

Loan was easy to get, APR was a little higher than I’m used to, but not as bad as other sites. Had a payment issue, called immediately and was put at ease, most important part, is they gave me the confidence that I had nothing to worry about and made working with them easy.

Best Egg tried to help me get my credit scores up. They were the cheapest interest rate. Applying was quick. It was shocking. They had already checked with Credit Karma and they had all the information they needed. All they asked me for was my bank account so they could look it in and they turned around. I had more than that what I borrowed in savings. But I wouldn't pull my savings out. I wanted to make sure I dropped my credit rating before 24 because I had taken some school classes in school and I did it through the credit card so I didn't have to turn around and wipe my savings out. And I wanted to boost that back down after I got out.

It's been an easy experience to get money when I needed an extra pile of cash to get something done. I'm not happy that I have to pay 22% interest rate. But I tried to get a similar loan from my credit union and they said they wouldn't do it. And the rate would be as high as Best Egg, if not higher. It is what it is. They're trying to make money and they're trying to take mine.

The rep was very helpful and she helped me complete the application. I got stuck on trying to set up an account so I called her. I just wanted to set it up so I could view my account and my payments. She walked me through that but I didn't set up account then. I got an email where I had to email her some stuff back. They deposited my funds in my checking account and the rate was fair. They helped me out a lot because I'm getting work done in my house. Everything went great. It was an easy process.

I had taken a loan from Best Egg and didn’t realize that I had opted in for the automatic billing. So when when I logged on and manually made my first payment I realized that it was still going to take the automatic payment out of my account the next day (due date). So I called a spoke with their customer service team and explained that I didn’t have the funds for them to take a second payment out of my account. So they offered to cancel the automatic payment that was to be taken out and got me off the the automatic billing completely. Very understanding and sincere CS Reps.

Everything was done through Best Egg's website, which was super easy. The way that it was all set up is very easy to understand. They ran my eligibility right there without no effect to my credit score, which was amazing. It was based off of my credit score and my accounts that I already had. I was able to get approved or denied right then and there. And they made their offer. They told me the APR and loan length. Once I got approved, I got my funds within two days, and I was good to go.
