I have two personal loans with Best egg. And after being involved in a car accident and put on temporary disability, I needed a break from my payments until my disability kicked in. The young lady that helped me was so polite and so helpful! Seems like she actually cared about my situation and did all she could to help.

My experience to date on my loan has been very positive and I am very pleased to be a customer of Best Egg. This company truly took the time to be able to offer me a very good plan at a crucial moment in my life dealing with the death of my son.

I hope there's a phone number I can use when I have to call them with my new debit card. But Best Egg was wonderful and answered questions. I like the fast funding and easy application process of Best Egg. It was online clicking from the app. It was very convenient. The process was started through the app on the phone and then transitioned over to online on the PC. When I started it on the phone, I was able to have my application number. Best Egg tried to help me get my credit scores up. They were the cheapest interest rate. Applying was quick. It was shocking. They had already checked with Credit Karma and they had all the information they needed. All they asked me for was my bank account so they could look it in and they turned around. I had more than that what I borrowed in savings. But I wouldn't pull my savings out. I wanted to make sure I dropped my credit rating before 24 because I had taken some school classes in school and I did it through the credit card so I didn't have to turn around and wipe my savings out. And I wanted to boost that back down after I got out.

They said it would be three or four days but I got my money in my account in two days. The speed was amazing. It's been an easy experience to get money when I needed an extra pile of cash to get something done. I'm not happy that I have to pay 22% interest rate. But I tried to get a similar loan from my credit union and they said they wouldn't do it. And the rate would be as high as Best Egg, if not higher. It is what it is. They're trying to make money and they're trying to take mine.

So when when I logged on and manually made my first payment I realized that it was still going to take the automatic payment out of my account the next day (due date). Everything was done through Best Egg's website, which was super easy. The way that it was all set up is very easy to understand. They ran my eligibility right there without no effect to my credit score, which was amazing. It was based off of my credit score and my accounts that I already had. I was able to get approved or denied right then and there. And they made their offer. They told me the APR and loan length. Once I got approved, I got my funds within two days, and I was good to go.

Getting a human on the line, for any company these days, takes forever with an automated voice giving you a runaround that’s frustrating and takes time to get out of. I answered 1, ONE!!!!, question to an automated voice and then straight to a human. The woman I dealt with was professional but very nice. The whole call took less than 10 minutes. AWESOME!

Everything's been great with Best Egg. We got a personal loan and the process was pretty simple. There weren't a lot of hang-ups. I've used a couple other lending companies for some debt consolidation, and Best Egg has quicker response in regards to some of the other lending companies. The payment process has been really simple as well. I started with the Best Egg credit card and it's just a small $1,000. It's kind of for emergency type thing. The mobile app is a little frustrating. I feel like I'm kind of always hunting to figure out how to make a payment. The top of the mobile app is what, when and where. I'm not really sure what that tells me. The home page is confusing. But after I've done it a couple times, I understand it a little better now.

Someone tried to take out a loan in my name, and I called Best Egg 'cause it came up on one of my alerts. I said, "This needs to be canceled," and they canceled it. About two months later, I said, "You know what? I'm selling my home. I've got to improve a few things where I can sell it and get my bag." A little over a month ago, I called Best Egg and they made sure that I wasn't the bad guy, which I liked. They took the time to make sure it was me and to be secure, then I filled out the form. I did it in five minutes or less. It was really simple, and there weren't too many questions. They didn't ask very personal questions at all. They just wanted to know what I made, my name, and my address.

After I talked about what I was interested in, within a few minutes, I was able to be offered a loan. At the time, I had three offers and I asked if the representative would call me back in about an hour to mull things over. She did exactly that and she was very prompt. I decided which one I wanted to work with then within minutes, I was approved, and the money was in my bank the very next day.
