Do NOT accept any preapproval from them as they damage your credit, get your hopes up and then tell you NO. I would not recommend them.

After applying for a loan and being pre-approved for $22K, I mentioned to the agent that I wanted a PLOC type variable interest rate, not fixed rate. He said I'd first have to get and pay for an amortized loan first to show that I make payments - BEFORE I can get a PLOC.
