The negative is they’re a predatory lender and charge higher than average rates and fees. I never missed a payment and after several years they offered me another loan at the same 20+% interest rate as my last loan and that’s with a 715 FICO today. They prey on people. On top of that they never leave you alone, always calling me and I’ve never been late on a payment. They call trying to up sell another product or if you inquire about something online on their website they watching and stalking you. I asked not to be called and they were good with that but a month or two later they come back, they always come back!

STAY AWAY! We used Best Egg Flex Rent. They have caused a massive financial mess for me and my wife! They didn't withdraw the 2nd monthly payment from our account, which had more than enough money. The deduction was never attempted, according to our bank. We were never notified there was an issue. They are very good about telling you your rent payments are coming due, etc., but not in this case. They never notified us that there was an issue. Our next month's rent comes due, and they tell us on the day it's due, they can't pay the rent because we did not cover the second payment of the prior month! So now we have to pay the full rent and the balance of the second payment from the prior month!

Deceptive credit card company. I applied and was approved for a no annual credit card about three years ago suddenly, this month they had an update to their contract and decided that they were gonna move forward with an annual fee in my case. I had to cancel the credit card, which can definitely affect my credit score but if I initially knew there was an annual fee with this credit card I would’ve never applied for it.
