When responding to a text from Best Egg regarding text notifications, it opened the floodgates to an inundation of inappropriate, spam texts, many of which were in a foreign language. The nuisance of this in addition of my fear of my phone being hacked, I had to change my phone number. Since then, I have not had any problems with the Best Egg company to this point.

I've received several notifications recently concerning a lower rate loan and have been denied each time. Thus I go to another lender and get approved, however their rate is much, much higher than than Best Egg. Don't get me wrong, I love the fact that Best Egg approved a loan for me last year and this is my second with them, but the denial information they report to me appears frigid. The credit information on the denial letters don't add up, especially since the other lenders use the same credit sources to approve their loans to me. Just wish Best Egg could helped me, I could have obtained a larger loan amount at a great rate and the repayment amount would be have allowed me to make additional payments to shorten the repayment time.
