I wanted to pay off my credit cards and see what Best Egg had to offer me. My credit is not that good, so I did as much as I could to do my research. The application was super-easy, and then it takes a second for them to approve you. Right away, you get your money deposited within 24 hours, tops. Before I submitted and accepted everything, my concern was that a lot of people complained that Best Egg keeps drafting money out. I called and the rep said that was because people don’t sign up for them to be drafted out of their checking accounts. There is something that you have to do, otherwise they draft, plus you have to make your payment. But I did everything so I haven’t had any problems with them taking more. She also informed me to stay on the line if I had any problems. She was very helpful.

My experience with Best Egg has been great. They took a chance with me and I’m grateful, they send me reminders before they take out the payment for my loan. Nothing but a great experience thus far and I would recommend them to everyone.

I wanted to have no more problems on bills, take a few days off, go one place I would like to go and pay a bill I owe a bit too much money on. I had three different people who were explaining reverse mortgages to me and Live Well's rep seemed like he had more knowledge on the business. I told the loan officer I didn't know very much and I even asked stupid questions. She said that as long she understands, she would answer all for me and tell me what should be done. She answered all the questions I asked and she was very polite. Also, the rates and terms were good. I asked the loan officer about that too, and she explained it to me and I understood what she said. I'd recommend Live Well to anyone.

Best Egg's rates looked good. I had other things that have higher interest, so it was a chance for me to consolidate, pay that stuff down, and owe less money at a lower rate. But I would have liked for them to be a little bit lower. But we're coming off of a bankruptcy, so the rates are a lot less than what I had on other things that I had taken out two years ago. So, I'm happy. Their application process was very easy. I filled out the application and sent a copy of my last two paychecks. The total process took about a week at the most but a day of that time was my fault because I missed an email. And so, I had to wait a day because we had to make a callback.

I received a letter from Best Egg saying I was pre-approved for a loan up to 40,000 dollars. I applied over the phone and was sent a acceptance email, for two different loan terms. I choose the shorter one which was for a 3 year loan for the amount of 13 thousand dollars, to consolidate some debt. So after going through the process of sending all my information like bank and taxes information, I get a phone call saying they wasn't able to approve the loan, because of my taxes was showing a negative which is the amount of the expenses I use for gas and maintenance on my van. I have good credit and pay my bills on time. Never late. I am married, so me and my husband share expenses. The loan payment was 443.00. I'm paying 850.00 in all my own bills alone. And always on time. That's half of what I'm paying. Why are they looking at what is reported on my taxes and not my credit history and the money I make?

I was told that they could not read my documents and that I would receive a letter. I called again after two weeks and the first person told me my account was closed although I'm not sure what account meant since I never had an account.

We received a "pre-approved" invitation to apply for a consolidation loan. We have one high-interest CC we'd like to pay off quickly to save money. We applied for that amount and were congratulated that we had been approved -- they then asked for our bank login info to fund the loan. Only THEN did they ask for verification of income and then inform us that because this is a personal loan, they can only count our income as individuals and not as a couple (though we've been married over 40 years and share all expenses and income). If they had verified income from the beginning it would have saved time and frustration. Their process is misleading. I even wasted a check as we had to send a copy of the voided check.

Three months ago, I applied for a personal loan with Best Egg. The process was super easy, I was able to take pictures and send it to them. I like their rate but I still wish it was a little lower. I also wish there was a way I could pay it biweekly instead of once a month. Their reps were great and had good customer service. I had a couple of questions and they answered everything to a T.

It was easy to apply. The rates are competitive. I just wish the company allowed me to schedule a second automatic payment. I wanted to make an early payoff. Going through the website to make the second payment is unnecessary. I might have to apply for extra funds. I didn’t apply for enough.
