Easy process during application. Quick response. Instructions very clear and user friendly. Terms reasonable and conditions clear. No second guessing or head scratching. Variety of loan options and repayment schedule is a plus. Would heartily and enthusiastically recommend to others who are experiencing a temporary financial hardship and solutions limited.

The application process with Balance Credit was straightforward and could be completed online. It all starts with a pre-qualification email, where you provide details like income and banking information before you hear back. It was an easy process and the staff was consistently friendly, which I appreciated.
However, something to be aware of is that even though they claim it's not a hard inquiry on your credit, it actually is. On the credit report, it doesn't list as Balance Credit but as Sun Financial.
While I found Balance Credit fine for emergencies and quick financial fixes, I'm not thrilled about their high-interest rates. It's not a service I'd recommend for long-term use. Once you've resolved your immediate need, it's better to pay them off soon to avoid additional charges.
Altogether, I'd say my experience was good with a few caveats due to the interest terms, making it essential only for short-term needs. On a personal rating scale, I'd give my overall experience a 4 and my satisfaction with customer service a solid 5.

I refinanced my loan with Balance Credit, and my experience with them has been positive, which encouraged me to consider refinancing. The application process was straightforward and mostly online, and what impressed me was how quick it was, nearly a same-day process from application to approval.
While I did encounter some issues when I needed to change my due date and bank account details after changing jobs, the customer support team was friendly and tried to help. However, resolving these issues wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, with a bit of a wait sometimes to get through to a representative over the phone.
Despite those minor hiccups, the overall experience with Balance Credit has been extremely beneficial and I would recommend them to friends or family if needed. I've been using Balance Credit, and everything's been pretty good. I opted for their autopay feature, which makes managing payments straightforward and hassle-free. Using autopay is seamless; I set it up once, and everything works as expected. I initially heard about Balance Credit while searching for a personal loan. The main reason I applied with them was because I wasn't getting approved elsewhere, but Balance Credit gave me a chance.
The application process was easy and very user-friendly. I only needed to speak with a rep about their finance options, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. The overall process took about 10 to 20 minutes. Since then, I haven't needed to contact their customer service.
Overall, I would rate my experience with Balance Credit a 5. Their customer service also deserves a 5, as the team is very supportive. The marketing is pretty good; I'd rate it a 4, although I found the interest rates to be quite high, which I would rate a 3. However, their website and online tools are excellent, and I would give them a 5.

Balance Credit is a decent company to apply for a loan with, whether you're going for something a little more short-term as an emergency or if you're looking for a long-term like one plans on opening a business. When I have needed Balance Credit services, it has been a lifesaver. On the flip side, it's a negative. One has to temper their decision-making when applying for a loan because Balance Credit makes it very easy. If you have more than one loan going on at any time between Balance Credit and any other company, you will find financial pitfalls.
It has been an easy process the entirety of the time around. Balance Credit's lending process is very cut-and-dried, and all the information is right out in front. This is my ongoing fourth loan with them. The first time was 45 minutes while I skimmed the paperwork. Every other time after that, it has only been 15 to 20 minutes tops, just for re-verifying information. Balance Credit usually has some high interest rates. But as the system stands, it's well set up. Interest rates are generally calculated by somebody's credit score.
The only thing that I would recommend somebody taking a look at is the website because there seems to be a lot of issues with that. It never recognized my device no matter where I logged in from, even if it's a device that I've used before. It always asks for security check-ups like text-based codes. And once it's logged in, once it would boot me out, it would require me to log in a second time with a second verification code.

I got a mailer from Balance Credit and their process seemed pretty straightforward, so I figured I'd give it a shot. The application was incredibly quick and took me only about five minutes. Once I hit submit, I was approved within a minute or two. Whenever I had any questions, I simply called their customer service number, and they addressed my concerns immediately. Working with Balance Credit helped us catch up financially, which was a huge relief. It's a great way to get caught up if you're behind on something.

It took many, many, many days to apply for a loan, and, every time I did, it was at a different rate and a different monthly payment. That was really strange to me. Other than that, it was good. I will see what happens from here on out as I make my payments monthly.

Applying for loan and low repayment plan was easy and quick. Funds were put in to my account within 3 days. This is the second time I have needed funds ahead of medical payments and I was approved instantly and with no issues. My payments are automatically taken from assigned account and I don't worry about missing my payments, ever.
