I've used Balance Credit a few times in the past, and I don't recall any issues with their service. The primary reason I went with Balance Credit again was the simplicity and ease of their application process. It's all completed online, and it only takes a few minutes to fill out the necessary forms.
In terms of their rates and terms, I find them to be slightly high. Nevertheless, whenever I need funds, I opt for them because I am confident in their service. Although the rates are on the higher side, paying off the loans quicker than the normal period has worked for me.
When considering aspects like customer service, the overall cost, and the ease of using their website, I'd rate my experience as a 4 out of 5. Despite the higher rates, I am generally happy with the service from Balance Credit and would happily recommend them.

The application process with Balance Credit was straightforward and could be completed online. It all starts with a pre-qualification email, where you provide details like income and banking information before you hear back. It was an easy process and the staff was consistently friendly, which I appreciated.
However, something to be aware of is that even though they claim it's not a hard inquiry on your credit, it actually is. On the credit report, it doesn't list as Balance Credit but as Sun Financial.
While I found Balance Credit fine for emergencies and quick financial fixes, I'm not thrilled about their high-interest rates. It's not a service I'd recommend for long-term use. Once you've resolved your immediate need, it's better to pay them off soon to avoid additional charges.
Altogether, I'd say my experience was good with a few caveats due to the interest terms, making it essential only for short-term needs. On a personal rating scale, I'd give my overall experience a 4 and my satisfaction with customer service a solid 5.

There are other entities that can charge way less. Yes funding is same day, but again it take you two years to pay the loan back again paying back almost three times what you received.
