I researched online and found Balance Credit. Their process did not take long and I did everything online. With no doubt, I would send friends to Balance Credit.

I've been going through some household changes here and rearranging some things, and Balance Credit was handy. I did everything online, and their website was great.

The process is very smooth and easy. I appreciate the chance to show credit worthiness and increase my credit score. I’m also happy with lower rates each time I go to Balance Credit for a new loan. Unexpected expenses can happen at any time and I know I can count on Balance Credit.

The application process was pretty fast. If you're still a customer, they just verify the information you have and then you send it in. The finance charge was pretty high but when you need the money, you need it.

In order to find out how much you can borrow you have to provide all personal information including bank account routing/account numbers. The interest rate on my loan was approx. 225% so for a $2,408 loan I would be paying back around $5,900 IN INTEREST for a ONE YEAR LOAN. DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY.

Balance Credit always comes through with the no hassle emergency cash when we need it. Love them. I would not get a quick loan from any other institution. The payment terms are always affordable and they allow you to make extra payments when you can.

My account kept saying I needed to sign documents when I already signed them. Customer service was zero help. I was told updates would be provided to my account but I kept getting the same circle of events. I was counting on the money sooner and I ended up with overdraft charges.

The only thing is that for returning customers, the interest kind of stayed the same. I guess you don't get rewarded for being a repeat customer. Other than that, it's a good experience.

I spoke with them before I agreed to get a loan thinking I'll be paying once a month, they even agreed to that, but first month they pull money out twice. After I specified, I CANNOT PAY 2X A MONTH. LIARS.

I've been a returning customer and believe that customers who demonstrate a good payment history should be eligible for lower interest rates. Paying 214 percent is way too high. Valued customers should be offered lower rates. Just my thoughts on this.

I received email about refinancing my loan which was good at the time what I needed. I called to update my banking information, gave them new account that I was using, was told it went through and that the other account was taken off. The day after I woke up to the money sent to wrong account, the account I was told was deleted but obviously it wasn’t. That account is currently closed so this Friday if you go to pull my payment it will not go through. I work around 70 hours a week and do not have time to call and go through the process again

They've screwed my account and now not taking payments out but yet they said it was fixed. Now I've missed a payment because of them not taking it out. They said it's been fixed. Still not. They won't Cooperate with me on this. Please please don't use this company. High interest rates plus poor customer service. Very poor. Be smart and go somewhere else. Horrible place.

Easy loan process, interest rates are criminal though. Don't get the loan if you can't pay it back immediately. There is no pre-payment penalty or initiation cost so that is beneficial. Again, interest rates are outrageous. If you need cash in a pinch for a few days this will work, definitely do not recommend for long term loans. The application process was super simple. It's very easy and quick to achieve a loan. The only issue is the interest is way higher than most other places. Considering most places go down with the interest as you're a long-time customer but Balance Credit does not do that.

They’re good people and they answer any question if I call them and I need something. Everything was online. It was a pretty good process. My loan was approved right away. It took about two business days for the money to go in.

Working with Balance Credit is expensive, but it's okay. However, go with another company that is cheaper.

Something came up and I needed them again, and they were just very accommodating. Sometimes, if you're trying to get credit, some places don't want to give it to you. But Balance seemed to be looking for a way to be able to give you credit. They were also easy to use. I can use them on the internet. Very happy with them.

They have a simple process. I had some problems with my bank account for a second. I had to call somebody. But other than that, it went fine.

I liked that Balance Credit is flexible with their payment plans and they have a pretty good payment plan. I'm able to make the payments and afford it. It's nice. I chose them because I had my identity stolen twice. So I can't afford to hire a lawyer to fix my credit. But they were very flexible with my credit and understood my stripes. Balance Credit gave me an opportunity to help me get caught up with my bills and balance out since it's just me now.

Believe it or not, Balance Credit has exceptional customer service, with barely any hold time, very polite representatives and straight forward policies. They are not loans to be used frequently (as they are VERY high interest) but in the case of an absolute emergency Balance Credit is the place to go.

During the financial hardship with the COVID, Balance Credit has been handy in helping me secure funds. They help with bills. The process is not really difficult. If sometimes I don't have the funds to pay, I ask them to give me a week's time or a couple of days till I get paid and usually, they're very helpful with that. The prices are steep and the repayment thing is high though. It's a 200 and something percent interest rate, so people should only use them as much as they need them and try to pay them all back as fast as they can.
