One time, I had fraudulent activity going on with my bank account and I had to call them to let them know not to withdraw it yet and I will call them back, because I was waiting on the bank to refund the money. The monthly payments are too much to handle because of the very high interest that is included so called them and the only thing they could do was me paying finance charges for two months which was close to $200! I am a low income retiree and cannot afford these payments. I realize I have to pay and tried asking Balance Credit if I could work something out to bring monthly payment down but they would not work with me. I do realize I should have not taken out this loan but needed help with my very sick pet. Everyone, please think about taking a loan out with this company because they do not care. I received emails from my bank with over 300.00 of NSF fees because the loan payout was debited on the same date as, the debit went through first. I applied for a loan with Balance Credit to consolidate some stuff. Their application process was really easy. It took about 10 minutes to be completed. I like that you can get it all done online. I like the super-fast response time.

A few times in speaking with customer service dept. They were or I felt they were a little eggy when I wasn't making balance due on my account finalize fast enough for them. I would say better customer service is needed.

I liked Balance Credit's rates. The application process was fairly simple. It took 12 payments for me to complete the loan. It's kinda long. It'd be shortened to six months. It feels like you're paying for forever. So that could be improved.

I got access to cash for short term needs. The only thing I do not like about Balance Credit is they do not make prepaying or paying off the loan earlier a simple process. It's the same information over and over again. That's kind of crazy. They can work on shortening that a little bit. Other than that, I like the convenience of using Balance Credit. Every now and then, they give you discounts, but not too good. They could do a better discount, too. Still, I'm cool with them.
