If someone's desperate and needs some money, Balance Credit is a good place to go. The application process is a no-brainer. I just filled out the form and that was it.

I found Balance Credit online a couple of years back when I was going through a hard time and they helped me out. They provided the funds right away and they also didn't go based on my credit a lot. The application process was simple. They requested for my pay to make sure that I was gonna be able to pay back. They've done pretty well. We keep a good relationship between client and lender. However, their interest rate is high and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody, just for people who are in the same situation that I am.

My payments are way too high for the loan amount. Four Hundred twenty dollars is way too much for a two thousand one hundred dollar loan. Puts a lot of stress on paying it back. They should be about 250 is more reasonable to handle.. I will have trouble paying it back.

It was easy to get the loan but I don't know why I didn't get the whole 1300. If I have to pay back 1300 and only received 550 I will be very disappointed but if I get the rest soon then I will be ok. I know it's a lot to pay back but at least they gave me a loan.

I have had serval loans through Balance Credit. I was uncertain if I was going to be approved. I was approved instantly. No issues, no waiting. The only downfall Is the interest but other than that there's no penalty to pay it off early (which I always do).

Your service is fast and easy but it is the only service where your balance keeps going up making it hard to payoff. Most loans like this (NetCredit and Mobil Loans) the interest comes out and the balance gets lower eventually but with balance you borrow $100 and you wind up owning $300. It makes it very hard to pay off. If you took the interest from the payment and lowered the balance it would be better and you would do more business. Your way of doing business is practically loan sharking.

Pleasant, professional, understanding, no pressure, very flexible, good communication, the company goes over the entire process with you and afterwards ask you if you have any questions, and before getting off the phone they ask is there anything else that they can do for you which I thousand was nice, the interest rate is a little high than I expected but I didn’t have to go through a lot of red tape to get the loan which made it easier for me since I was already stressed on trying to figure out how I’m I going to get a loan and from who, thank you.

Balance Credit has been there to use the few times to help out with some things along with some other unexpected things that came up. So, it has been a great experience. The website was easy to get to as far as getting into it and getting everything set up. Everything went fine.

The experience was easy and convenient. Everything was done online. I was able to refinance, and that process was easy as well. The industry of high interest should be discussed by lowering the fees and making it more affordable to borrow money. It becomes an endless cycle when the fees are so high. It takes 6 months to pay back the loan. I wish the service fee and interest was a little lower and there were different options to pay the loan back. Also, it would also benefit the consumer if the loan was reported to the credit bureau.

Rates are outrageous and really don't encourage applying in the future. You did process request quickly. I may not return as a result. I have excellent payment history and think that should play a bigger role in reapplying and interest.

Got email I qualified for 1300 and they put 300 in my account. You c shouldn't offer an c amount then just deposit whatever with no notice telling someone. How c would you know what I wanted to do. Kind of false advertising. Not happy that I wasn't notified. All I got was your funds are on b the way so I was c assuming 1300.

I called to cancel an application before the cut off time and was told that it couldn't be canceled. I was told I had to make the payments until paid in full or pay off the lump some amount at once of $1800. When I asked the representative if he was telling me there's nothing he could do he relied yes....

I received an offer from Balance Credit in the mail. I have been looking to find a small loan to help with moving expenses ($2000-3000) and decided to take a look at the offer. I entered my information and was approved for a $2500 loan, which was perfect. When I move forward to the page with the terms, that is when I got the shock of my life. The loan was to be paid off over the next 12 months with a monthly payment of around $649 dollars a month, for a total to be repaid of $7788. The loan included a +500% interest rate. This company is a scam and is a predatory lender and my experience is completely different from the reviews of this company.

I was broke and needed a quick good loan, and Balance Credit gave it to me. The whole process took less than four hours. Their interest rates suck. But if you need money, they give it to you as long as you pay it back. When I had to skip a payment once, they let me. Then they asked me when I thought I'd be able to make the payment and I asked if they could take half a payment the next time and another half a payment the following payment to break up the payment I missed, and they did that. They were very accommodating with what I needed at that time.

The terms are shorter with Balance Credit. I applied and the process was a little complicated. You could do it online but it kept timing out and no one ever called you. Loan was very fast but the finance charge is very expensive but they did come through when I needed them. I would avoid them unless you absolutely need them. As I said before you’ll pay three times the amount in finance charges and your principal. I borrowed 3000 and paying back over 10500.

Balance Credit got me through a need. They are user-friendly, and I would use them again. The process was cumbersome though. I've had to go back in and out because the system seemed to be case sensitive.

Easy application process. Quick answer to application. EXTREMELY high interest rate. Unfortunately, this was the only place I could get a loan. I took it, but am NOT happy with how much I'll be paying back. Over 200% interest. Hopefully, next time I need money, I can go somewhere else.

I'm a returning customer, and I applied online and got a message saying I was approved, but after 2 days the loan would close and it would show "funding unavailable" as the reason. This happened multiple times. The call center had no explanation other than maybe you input the bank wrong or just told me to resubmit my application. After 4 failed attempts and a changes in amount requested, I was finally able to get funded. However, the rate was worse than the previous horrible rates and the amount was significantly less than I needed. This will be my last Balance Credit loan.

The fees that you are charging are outrageous. Should not be charging three times what you're borrowing and you tell people they can get one amount and then you change it at the end!!! And then when you pay it off you can't get it off your credit showing that it's paid.

The transfer never happened and I was not notified! Why you failed to notify me that the bank did not accept the transfer is unacceptable. I had written checks against the account since I was not aware of the results.

Agent was extremely slow in processing payment which should have been a quick and easy process for a customer service representative to do. It took about 20 minutes to complete a normal transaction. This should have been completed in less than 10 minutes.

I applied and was approved for the loan on a Thursday. I figured my funds would be available in my bank account by Friday morning. Given the high interest-rate of this loan, most people need it very quickly. That was my situation. Unfortunately, the funds weren’t deposited until the following Monday at which point I no longer needed the money. So now I am returning full amount of the loan and giving it back unneeded. It was just a timing issue. Otherwise I would’ve had the money and then paying on it for a while, fortunately, other things came in my way, and I didn’t need the money. I assume these loans were next business day and that would’ve been Friday. It was not processed fast enough to be of any use.

I took out a loan for an emergency and wish I had done my homework first. The interest rates are very high and paying back the loan is very hard. If possible go with a bank or credit union instead. I'm getting a loan with my credit union at a much lower interest rate.

My Experience was satisfactory. I was offered 3010.00, I looked into the offer and found out that I was eligible for 1000.00. I applied for the 1000.00 and was quickly approved. The loan agreement papers came up quickly, Too quickly. I was unable to review them prior to accepting the loan. When I did agree to the terms of the loan and electronically sign, it was then that I found out that this refinance was paying off my previous loan and received only 489.00. I would have been more satisfied if I was not rushed through the process and had been able to learn that my previous loan was going to be paid off with this new loan agreement, That being said, I might not have agreed to the offer.
