Easy to apply, quick response, funds deposited next day. Competitive rates, clear terms, easy payment options, and no penalties for early payoff. All done online, saving time and preserving privacy. 100-percent satisfied.

Balance Credit is an easy way to get credit and sign up quickly. Everything was online. It was very easy to get through, and it didn't take very long to get a reply back. I was able to get a credit line and pay it off.

I have had financial hardship twice. Each time Balance Credit was there to help me. I would recommend this company. The money is deposited into your account within the next business day. It doesn't get any easier than that. If you are in need of money, they are the company that can help you.

Wasn’t real clean on the refinance offer. Or maybe it was me that didn’t understand. But I’ve been a good customer and when I called to redo my refinance just the very next day I wasn’t given the opportunity. The young lady on the phone was super nice, but I feel y’all could have work some thing out with me. Instead I got.. "Sorry there is nothing we can do!"

Rates are outrageous and really don't encourage applying in the future. You did process request quickly. I may not return as a result. I have excellent payment history and think that should play a bigger role in reapplying and interest.

Got email I qualified for 1300 and they put 300 in my account. You c shouldn't offer an c amount then just deposit whatever with no notice telling someone. How c would you know what I wanted to do. Kind of false advertising. Not happy that I wasn't notified. All I got was your funds are on b the way so I was c assuming 1300.

I called to cancel an application before the cut off time and was told that it couldn't be canceled. I was told I had to make the payments until paid in full or pay off the lump some amount at once of $1800. When I asked the representative if he was telling me there's nothing he could do he relied yes....

I received an offer from Balance Credit in the mail. I have been looking to find a small loan to help with moving expenses ($2000-3000) and decided to take a look at the offer. I entered my information and was approved for a $2500 loan, which was perfect. When I move forward to the page with the terms, that is when I got the shock of my life. The loan was to be paid off over the next 12 months with a monthly payment of around $649 dollars a month, for a total to be repaid of $7788. The loan included a +500% interest rate. This company is a scam and is a predatory lender and my experience is completely different from the reviews of this company.

I had an account with Balance Credit from years ago and they were sending me emails saying I was qualified. I did it but the interest rate is high. I don't suggest it for anyone.

I was broke and needed a quick good loan, and Balance Credit gave it to me. The whole process took less than four hours. Their interest rates suck. But if you need money, they give it to you as long as you pay it back. When I had to skip a payment once, they let me. Then they asked me when I thought I'd be able to make the payment and I asked if they could take half a payment the next time and another half a payment the following payment to break up the payment I missed, and they did that. They were very accommodating with what I needed at that time.

I got a loan for $1,700 and I have been making biweekly payments of almost $200. Interest on this loan is 229.9% I will pay almost $5,000 in interest in 36 months. I am paying this off, this is absolutely ridiculous!!

My experience with Balance Credit has been good. I did the application online one evening and I had my money in two days. The rate was a little high, but I needed the money really quickly for a doctor's bill.

The terms are shorter with Balance Credit. I applied and the process was a little complicated. You could do it online but it kept timing out and no one ever called you. And even once it said completed online, it still timed out. I ended up speaking with reps every time. They were very quick and knowledgeable. The APR and the terms were fine.

I would call them. The wait time is usually long, which is normal. But they answered the questions quickly. They approved me based off of what they thought I could afford. And by that, they helped me pay off some hunger debts and have extra cash when needed. Living in each state has their own percentage, but if I couldn't pay regularly, they're usually good about making it affordable so I wouldn't fall behind.

The process with Balance Credit was quick and working with the customer service team was good. It helped at the time. But their loans are not going to take care of anything in the long term. It's more of a short-term.

Loan was very fast but the finance charge is very expensive but they did come through when I needed them. I would avoid them unless you absolutely need them. As I said before you’ll pay three times the amount in finance charges and your principal. I borrowed 3000 and paying back over 10500.

Balance Credit got me through a need. They are user-friendly, and I would use them again. The process was cumbersome though. I've had to go back in and out because the system seemed to be case sensitive.

Easy application process. Quick answer to application. EXTREMELY high interest rate. Unfortunately, this was the only place I could get a loan. I took it, but am NOT happy with how much I'll be paying back. Over 200% interest. Hopefully, next time I need money, I can go somewhere else.

I'm a returning customer, and I applied online and got a message saying I was approved, but after 2 days the loan would close and it would show "funding unavailable" as the reason. This happened multiple times. The call center had no explanation other than maybe you input the bank wrong or just told me to resubmit my application. After 4 failed attempts and a changes in amount requested, I was finally able to get funded. However, the rate was worse than the previous horrible rates and the amount was significantly less than I needed. This will be my last Balance Credit loan.

The fees that you are charging are outrageous. Should not be charging three times what you're borrowing and you tell people they can get one amount and then you change it at the end!!! And then when you pay it off you can't get it off your credit showing that it's paid.

The transfer never happened and I was not notified! Why you failed to notify me that the bank did not accept the transfer is unacceptable. I had written checks against the account since I was not aware of the results.

Agent was extremely slow in processing payment which should have been a quick and easy process for a customer service representative to do. It took about 20 minutes to complete a normal transaction. This should have been completed in less than 10 minutes.

I applied and was approved for the loan on a Thursday. I figured my funds would be available in my bank account by Friday morning. Given the high interest-rate of this loan, most people need it very quickly. That was my situation. Unfortunately, the funds weren’t deposited until the following Monday at which point I no longer needed the money. So now I am returning full amount of the loan and giving it back unneeded. It was just a timing issue. Otherwise I would’ve had the money and then paying on it for a while, fortunately, other things came in my way, and I didn’t need the money. I assume these loans were next business day and that would’ve been Friday. It was not processed fast enough to be of any use.

Balance Credit's process was standard. It took less than a day for the whole process. It's a high cost loan so you have to know what you're getting into before you get into it.

My Experience was satisfactory. I was offered 3010.00, I looked into the offer and found out that I was eligible for 1000.00. I applied for the 1000.00 and was quickly approved. The loan agreement papers came up quickly, Too quickly. I was unable to review them prior to accepting the loan. When I did agree to the terms of the loan and electronically sign, it was then that I found out that this refinance was paying off my previous loan and received only 489.00. I would have been more satisfied if I was not rushed through the process and had been able to learn that my previous loan was going to be paid off with this new loan agreement, That being said, I might not have agreed to the offer. However I am satisfied with the help from what I got, It came at an Ideal time. Thank you.

The only thing is that for returning customers, the interest kind of stayed the same. I guess you don't get rewarded for being a repeat customer. Other than that, it's a good experience.

I spoke with them before I agreed to get a loan thinking I'll be paying once a month, they even agreed to that, but first month they pull money out twice. After I specified, I CANNOT PAY 2X A MONTH. LIARS.

I like the easiness of the process. I entered my information online then it gave me an amount that I qualified for and the option to pick how much I wanted to borrow within that parameter. The interest rate could be lower.

I used them a couple of times in the past. They've been pretty good to me. They treat you very nicely and courteously. They answer all your questions. They make sure everything is detailed properly as far as checking your information and your account status and getting the account set up for the money, ‘cause then we have to deposit into the account properly, which is perfect for me.

I am happy to have received my loan except interest rate could be lower since I'm a returning customer. Service is very fast although I had to complete application twice as I signed forms and had to resign them both applications a second time both applications. The first application expired saying I hadn't signed application when I did twice. Second application went through though.

I've been a returning customer and believe that customers who demonstrate a good payment history should be eligible for lower interest rates. Paying 214 percent is way too high. Valued customers should be offered lower rates. Just my thoughts on this.

I received email about refinancing my loan which was good at the time what I needed. I called to update my banking information, gave them new account that I was using, was told it went through and that the other account was taken off. The day after I woke up to the money sent to wrong account, the account I was told was deleted but obviously it wasn’t. That account is currently closed so this Friday if you go to pull my payment it will not go through. I work around 70 hours a week and do not have time to call and go through the process again

I've been with Balance Credit for a while and always had automatic withdrawal as that's how it was set. I've never had a problem till Aug. They've screwed my account and now not taking payments out but yet they said it was fixed. Now I've missed a payment because of them not taking it out. They said it's been fixed. Still not. They won't Cooperate with me on this. Please please don't use this company. High interest rates plus poor customer service. Very poor. Be smart and go somewhere else. Horrible place.
