I first heard about Balance Credit online. We got a loan quickly and easily. It took 15 minutes. The APR was super high but I needed the money.

Balance Credit was easy to use. Their lending process is upfront in comparison to other ones. When I had questions, they reached out via email. Their website was pretty self-explanatory. Overall, Balance Credit made it easier to do what I needed to do.

I've been a Balance Credit customer for years and the customer service has been excellent. I've had no problems with them. They've been great with me.

Balance Credit does have very good approval odds and same-day funding deposited into your account. However, you and I are going to pay OUT THE NOSE in interest!!! Very predatory rates!! You will regret taking any loan from this company.

There are other entities that can charge way less. Yes funding is same day, but again it take you two years to pay the loan back again paying back almost three times what you received.

Obtaining a loan is easy. You don’t really need to talk to anybody and just do it all online. In my experience, the money goes into my bank account within 24 hours the next day. It's convenient and okay when you're in a pinch, but the high interest rates will get you. So, you have to really balance the good and the bad with it.

At first I thought the experience was seamless and the funds were deposited right away. I made my payments on time and then got an email offering an additional 4000 with a refinance. This however was almost like a bait and switch as instead of 4000 I ended up with a longer loan and only 65 dollars. I called them immediately and they refused to cancel it even though I called them within 24 hours.

Transaction handled with accuracy and in a timely manner, please know l appreciate your concern for me to receive extra money at this time. l really needed assistance from Balance Credit. I promise to repay full amount of loan and interest. l realize your interest rate is higher than some other loan companies but l agreed to your terms.

The application itself wasn’t hard. I never talked to a live person. I completed the application, got approved, and the money was deposited within a couple of days. I’m sure they adjusted the interest based on my credit score. But I probably won’t use Balance Credit again in the future because the interest rates are too high. The monthly payments are much higher than when I go with NetCredit or Off Loan. For $2,000, you gotta pay almost $400 for like 12 or 18 months. With NetCredit, based on my experience, I was able to get almost double the amount at a much lower interest, like $389 a month.

Balance Credit's loan is affordable and a lot better than some of the other companies. The process is simple, and you just do it all on the phone.

My mom had a loan through them, and so, I tried as well. The process was very easy and they do everything very well. I haven't really had any issues.

I had my first loan with them. I had no issues with the company. Everyone is very nice with this company and the loan is an easy process. I am on my second loan. The payments are not bad at all. If you need help, all you have to do is call and talk to somebody.

I accidentally picked the wrong date for my paycheck and my payment was taken out today. I called and was told it would take a week to refund. I don’t even know if they corrected the date to my actual payday. I am now overdrawn. I would think that if you can provide a loan in the same day then you can refund or give me an equivalent amount in the same day.

What I like most is no communications needed. My accounted was debited each month and when I needed a new deal, I did it entirely online. They send updates on my account which is always very accurate. I would definitely do business with them again and again. I would recommend dealing with Balance Credit to my family and friends.

I have made on-time payments for over 8 months and balance hasn't moved. I also had a previous loan which I paid off. I recently refinanced and it just added more to balance without reducing apy...which I thought it did. Why not allow people to make progress... I have already paid the amount back and then some. The fact you didn't change the rate is disgusting and usury. I have been a loyal customer made every payment on time.. I'm contacting my attorney because this is wrong.

You all have made it so easy to obtain an emergency loan, and with low payments. Everyone is always so friendly and polite. It is also easy to complete the process online. I was especially surprised on the quick turnaround from loan to the funds in my bank. Thank you so much for easing my mind.
