I really like Balance Credit. Anytime I need to renew, I have no problem. The process was quick and easy. I did it online, and it went through the process, and I got a reply fast. It was not difficult at all.

Balance Credit was always there when I needed them. They are quick to respond. Easy application and customer service always courteous and helpful. It takes same day or one business day to receive your money. I have used them a few times and will again if I need to. Interest is high but you know that from the start.

I had my first loan with them. I had no issues with the company. Everyone is very nice with this company and the loan is an easy process. I am on my second loan. The payments are not bad at all. If you need help, all you have to do is call and talk to somebody.

I accidentally picked the wrong date for my paycheck and my payment was taken out today. I called and was told it would take a week to refund. I don’t even know if they corrected the date to my actual payday. I am now overdrawn. I would think that if you can provide a loan in the same day then you can refund or give me an equivalent amount in the same day.

What I like most is no communications needed. My accounted was debited each month and when I needed a new deal, I did it entirely online. They send updates on my account which is always very accurate. I would definitely do business with them again and again. I would recommend dealing with Balance Credit to my family and friends.

I have been with Balance Credit for several years now. I have taken multiple loans out and have always had a great experience. . I have made on-time payments for over 8 months and balance hasn't moved. I also had a previous loan which I paid off. I recently refinanced and it just added more to balance without reducing apy...which I thought it did. Why not allow people to make progress... I have already paid the amount back and then some. The fact you didn't change the rate is disgusting and usury. I have been a loyal customer made every payment on time.. I'm contacting my attorney because this is wrong.

Fast response time and was able to get everything i needed next day! I was also offered a great refinance for much less APR%. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to get a Loan. The best thing is receiving the funds next day, as well as having multiple ways to pay it.

2nd time using Balance Credit and website is very easy to use. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick solution. Approval was nearly instant and confirmation of distribution was very fast. Also like the fact they do not blast you with ongoing marketing emails and texts. You can also pay off early with no penalty or extra fees. Payoff on first loan was also easy.

The process is quick and easy. It's all done online and you get the funds quickly. They market themselves as lower than payday loans, but they are still predatory loans ... a very expensive form of credit. The people are very nice, but the interest rates are HIGH. This should only be used as a last resort of credit.

Balance Credit has been very easy to work with. Once you become an established customer, they process your request same day. They should only be used short term. They understand this. Interest rate a bit high. Pay off ASAP. Request another loan as needed later. I do not think the company expects you to ride out the loan full term. To costly. Procedures to get a loan are simple and straightforward. Emergency situations is how you should use this company.

This company is delightful! Everything is done swiftly! No jumping through hoops and multiple unwanted emails with the same information!! Excellent work! They just get the job done! It was easy to apply. The only negative thing I can say is the interest rate is too high. The money was in my account very quickly. Payments had reasonable timing. They offered more than I was asking for. The interest should be about half of what it is. Other than that I'm ok.

Balance credit is a predatory lender who will give loans with 200%+ interest rates. I would never recommend them to anybody. I would sell my kidney before ever using them...DO NOT USE BALANCE CREDIT!!!

The interest rates are high, but that's probably considered high risk. Twice a month payment is not the most appealing schedule though. I would rather have it once a month, but I can live with it. I like the speed to get a loan. I don't care for the interest rates levels that you charge. I think they are quite steep compared to other companies. No one else charges 200% interest on any loan but I guess that's just me. I am glad you can repay early with out a penalty.

I’ve had 4 almost 5 successful paid off loans with your company until this 5th and last one in which I will be paying off soon! Why will this loan be my last? Because I’ve received numerous phone and emails threatening me with collections on my account due your company incompetence is handling your payback withdrawals. I have expressed this to your customer service and they don’t care and want the money asap. So getting the entire account paid off is going to take place and never will I deal with your company again since I see how you truly treat your repeated customers!

Needed emergency funds; thought loan would be extended rather than refinanced. I requested a certain amount for travel expenses; but they requested amount was used to payoff current loan; and I received about 1/8 of what I needed. In times like that; every little bit helps I guess. Thank You.

It took many, many, many days to apply for a loan, and, every time I did, it was at a different rate and a different monthly payment. That was really strange to me. Other than that, it was good. I will see what happens from here on out as I make my payments monthly.

Balance Credit are really good with helping people with bad credit. There's no penalty for early payoff and I just renewed my loan with them. If you have bad credit, I recommend applying with them. Interest rates are high I can't lie. But it did help build my credit.
