Balance Credit

I applied and was approved for the loan on a Thursday. I figured my funds would be available in my bank account by Friday morning. Given the high interest-rate of this loan, most people need it very quickly. That was my situation. Unfortunately, the funds weren’t deposited until the following Monday at which point I no longer needed the money. So now I am returning full amount of the loan and giving it back unneeded. It was just a timing issue. Otherwise I would’ve had the money and then paying on it for a while, fortunately, other things came in my way, and I didn’t need the money. I assume these loans were next business day and that would’ve been Friday. It was not processed fast enough to be of any use.

My experience with them has been fine so far. The process took seven minutes. But they could have a higher balance. Also, when I called customer service the last time I think I was on hold for like 20 minutes. But they might have a lot of customers so it's not anybody's fault.

They send an email telling you it has been pre-approved and you do not get another email until the money is in your bank.

Your Rates are extremely too high for me as a returning customer. I am told that I have a lower rate, but I never see it. Your rate for returning customers needs to be a lot lower, especially for a senior citizen that only gets paid once a month.

Actually a little disappointed with my current loan. I thought the rates were supposedly to get lower each time? I should have handled my last loan differently. The process is easy and convenient. Unfortunately payday loans are not customer friendly, because all the rates are ridiculous.
