Balance Credit has been very easy to work with. Once you become an established customer, they process your request same day. They should only be used short term. They understand this. Interest rate a bit high. Pay off ASAP. Request another loan as needed later. I do not think the company expects you to ride out the loan full term. To costly. Procedures to get a loan are simple and straightforward. Emergency situations is how you should use this company.

It was easy to apply. The only negative thing I can say is the interest rate is too high. The money was in my account very quickly. Payments had reasonable timing. They offered more than I was asking for. The interest should be about half of what it is. Other than that I'm ok.

Balance credit is a predatory lender who will give loans with 200%+ interest rates. I would never recommend them to anybody. I would sell my kidney before ever using them...DO NOT USE BALANCE CREDIT!!!

I’ve had 4 almost 5 successful paid off loans with your company until this 5th and last one in which I will be paying off soon! Why will this loan be my last? Because I’ve received numerous phone and emails threatening me with collections on my account due your company incompetence is handling your payback withdrawals. I have expressed this to your customer service and they don’t care and want the money asap. So getting the entire account paid off is going to take place and never will I deal with your company again since I see how you truly treat your repeated customers!

Needed emergency funds; thought loan would be extended rather than refinanced. I requested a certain amount for travel expenses; but they requested amount was used to payoff current loan; and I received about 1/8 of what I needed. In times like that; every little bit helps I guess. Thank You.

I have been trying for over a week to get a loan. They asked for documentation, which I sent. I called to make sure they got it & they did. But when I ask about when I’ll know if I was approved they tell me they can’t give me a timeline and to keep getting told to check my account online. Every time I do that it was me to verify my bank & won't connect to it. Still waiting on response on if I was approved or not.

No problems with the loan or payments. Just wish I had double checked payment date before signing. It's on opposite week of my paycheck. It makes it a little difficult to make the payment. Not sure if I will do another loan after this is one is paid. The payment is more than I would like.

It would be great if you could pay before the due date. If you try, a disclaimer pops up that says it won't change your due date, and payment would be processed again. Guess that's one way of getting max interest, though I saw nowhere about early pay penalties and what not. Fast funding is good, for short term loan.

This is my second loan with Balance Credit. When unexpected expenses came up I fell behind on a couple payments and could not get caught up. I talked to the consultant at BC and worked out a doable payment plan to catch me up and now I’m current. I’ve always had positive experiences with BC.

This is the third time I have used Balance and it’s fast and easy. Loan comes the next day. You pay the monthly payments and once ready to pay off it’s smooth, just pay off. Balance Credit worst rates available. I received 3 loans. $1,500, $2,700 and $3,010.85. Each time the interest rate goes higher and higher and higher. Customer services are not very efficient in assisting, unexplained details Stay away!!!! They are dishonest!!!! They are proud of being no good. I NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

While I appreciate the assistance in my time of need the interest charged is beyond robbery. I feel the company takes extreme advantage of one that is in need of immediate help. There is no need to charge extortion money. Friendlier interest terms would still net the company a return of excessive money. I would like to see this interest rate lowered. Even if the company charged up to 50% interest instead of 212% interest they would still come out on top. This is not doable for so many honest people out here.

This company is a rip off with extremely high interest rates! I definitely would not recommend! The interest rates are well over 200 percent and the monthly payments are extremely high making it almost impossible to pay off as the interest incurs daily! I borrowed $3000 and paid it off before my first payment was due and paid over $400 in interest on top of the $3000.

Worsed customer service, I have my bank account on file, tell them to use it but they make me getting late. I am with my wife at hospital for cancer treatment so I can’t make phone calls, it is already hard to text and email. I contacted them in December and asked for a deferral which they agreed on but then never honored. It looks they just want people to be late. They charge so much interest and I paid it always. Like I said the very worst people.

It also was posted in my account the day they said that it should be in the account. The customer representative that I talked to was very courteous and kind and friendly.

The first time I went with Balance Credit, I was looking through the computer and I applied for a personal loan. I wanted to be approved for 3,000, and they approved me for 2,400. I was paying them back for 200, and I was able to complete that one. Then I had to get another loan, and they gave me one. I was again approved for 2,400 but I only wanted a portion of it. I asked for 1,500 and they approved that for me.

I am grateful for the loans. However, I have had many successful loans and paid them all back. Yet, this insanely high predatory loan rate remains the same. I remember in the literature Balance Credit claiming that maintaining a positive relationship would eventually lower the interest rate. That has not happened. I don’t plan to ever use this service again. Highly disappointed.

You took advantage of me. I didn’t want a 21 hundred dollar loan to pay off 1900 dollars. And you guys did that to me. Nobody would do what you guys did. Shame on you. Very disappointed with this transaction. Why would I do that. Nobody would do that the way you did it.

Easy to get but it is very expensive. I got a 1500.00 loan and started my 136.00 dollar payments in January 2024 and as up to today I still owe about 1200.00 dollars. At times I have really been wishing that they would have turned down. I was kinda hoping that by now I would be able to refinance to a lower interest rate. Anyway that's on me. As I said it's easy-to-use but be sure that you are okay with giving your soul for a little more than 2 years.

When I was okay for the loan it said I was approved for $800. I thought I would get $800, not $14. I would have never done that if to me was like a switch and bait because I was approved for $800. I should have got 800. I didn't realize that that would be taken over to the other loan that I already had. I thought that loan would be paid off and I would get $800. I had planned on getting me some new winter tires. Oh okay. I know better now.

Balance Credit is a decent company to apply for a loan with, whether you're going for something a little more short-term as an emergency or if you're looking for a long-term like one plans on opening a business. When I have needed Balance Credit services, it has been a lifesaver. On the flip side, it's a negative. One has to temper their decision-making when applying for a loan because Balance Credit makes it very easy. If you have more than one loan going on at any time between Balance Credit and any other company, you will find financial pitfalls.

It was super easy to apply online and I got my funds deposited the next day. I have used credit balance before and they are always helpful. Very good. I'll let them take all my money. Very high interest rate 210% APR, they are vampires, they suck everything out of you. This is a very ridiculous rate. This company really sucks. Don't fall for the trap. Try to find another way to get the money you need before falling for this trap.

I had a very complicated payment issue with them. My first loan I was supposed to have a payment plan, but they took the whole entire loan I borrowed. Other than that and the high interest rates they have been OK. 6/10. They really help you out when you’re in a pinch, but the interest rate is what really kills you. I have to pay $173 biweekly for 36 weeks for $2000 loan.

I am very satisfied with my service applied $ was on my account by midnight. I really don't understand why people get mad when they have to pay interest when only paying the minimum. These loans are convenient and easy to get but keep in mind, you need to plan it carefully so you can pay more than the minimum and pay it off as soon as you can to avoid the interest. There is no payoff time so you can pay it off anytime with little interest. I am currently using them right now and have my plan in place.

Balance Credit's website is very user-friendly. I haven't been needing to call them. Whatever I needed, I was able to obtain through their website. And it's very easy to manage. Once I put my information online, Balance Credit called me to do a bank verification. I was on the phone and we called my bank right away to get the verification done. Once I signed my documents and submitted those, they said they would have that to me as soon as possible. They gave me a date. And the next day, I saw the funds in my account. Balance Credit is probably the best of all those companies that put out high-interest loans. I did the application online, and it was easy. It only took five minutes. However, this is a company that I only use out of necessity. They're one of those high interest loan companies that give loans to people that can't get loans anywhere else. Unfortunately, I don't have any stories where I can say, "Oh, I broke my leg. And I got a high interest loan from these people. And they helped me fix my broken leg." Every time I apply for a loan, it makes me sick to my stomach when I see how much I'm paying in interest, but it is what it is. The loan I got is for five months at 500% interest.

Good place if you need fast cash and can pay it back quickly. I have had 4 loans and the money was there when I needed it. 3 were paid off pretty quickly, the 4th might not be paid so quickly. With a perfect payment history and 3 loans paid off, it would be nice to get a better rate than 200%. That's how they make their money, but maybe they should look into lower rates for repeat customers as my next loan will be $10k which I have already secured. Good place, but bad if you have a problem paying.

Customer service agent never got back to me about not wanting full amount and my concerns about 1st payment amount and interest rates. Money was placed in my account before the date I was told making things harder for me to handle. Was told no contract modification or ability to change amount. In my contract it said there was as long as was put in writing.

My wife got a loan through this company for the amount of $2100. The payment agreement was 185 biweekly. Seven months and $3000 in payments later, the balance is only going up even after keeping up to date with all payments due to their ridiculous APR. This company preys on people who are desperate for money to get by, just to lock them into steep payments for extensive periods of time. This loan has been a financial parasite from the moment I've known the company's name.

Balance Credit is extremely expensive but outside of that, it was easy to use and the application process was thorough, which is making me feel safe about it. It has a good flow. It felt safe utilizing it because everything matched, everything was exactly the way it should flow, and there was no perception of any mishandling of my information. I would just like it to be a monthly product. I use another company that has been outstanding in the sense of being a monthly product and somewhat less costly. The monthly product is at the very least much more convenient than a biweekly one.
