Balance Credit has given me finance options. All my experiences with them have been great. It took a few minutes to do the application and a day or two to get the finances deposited in my account. They are a good choice if you need a good way to get some extra cash. They will assist you. You start out at a $400 to $800 limit. Refinance and you can get an additional advance.

The application process was quick and it was with ease. There was no drawn-out thing about “Fax me this, fax me that,” and “Send it to somebody and we'll call you back.” It was all done in one process. Customer service was knowledgeable and professional. They made things convenient. I wasn't jumping out through a whole lot of hoops. And I still have the ability to talk with a live person and not just communicate to an email address. When going with Balance Credit, it's not something that you want to do for an elongated period of time because the more it goes along, the more you pay. It should be a short-term only consideration.

I have Balance Credit for years. I do the application online. It's kind of a torture because it keeps you going on and on over again, filling up your last quarter or the whole Social Security number. It's the same information over and over again. That's kind of crazy. They can work on shortening that a little bit. Other than that, I like the convenience of using Balance Credit. Every now and then, they give you discounts, but not too good. They could do a better discount, too. Still, I'm cool with them.
I got a flyer for Balance Credit, and I looked at it. It was easy to get on the website and do the application versus spending more time researching around. The timing was right for me receiving their flyer in the mail. I had an emergency arise. I decided to go ahead. I thought that the flexibility of being able to pay it back with your term was really helpful. The application process was very easy. The overall process was very straightforward and really quick. Balance Credit is very accessible, and that's what you need for when the emergencies do arise.
I needed to pay for a medical bill and Balance Credit got back with me quickly. I've used them three times now and I don't like that their interest rate is really bad. I'm paying $310 for a $750 loan. Also, the other thing I would improve is it takes them a while to get to go through the banks once they pull things from your account. Times for me right now are really tough, so I'm making sure that I've got the funds in there to pay them ‘cause I don't wanna get behind.
I decided to rescind on my loan. When I called customer service I was told there will be no extra fee for me to do so. I've had an experiencei n the past with another loan companies and that was not the case. If and whenever I'm in need of a loan, this is my absolute first choice. Thank you!

When it’s your first time to apply for a loan, it takes five minutes to get everything said and done. I've done multiple loans now, so it takes me just a couple seconds to log in and get what I need. I was offered the opportunity to refinance the loan; during the closing of the new contract a window came up, I did not disagree; until now I felt that the process was easy. I reviewed the payout amount, there was a calendar, I chose 6/28/2021, the window went away, I received an email immediately that said the funds would be deposited by 6/18/2021. I received emails from my bank with over 300.00 of NSF fees because the loan payout was debited on the same date as, the debit went through first. It caused a chain reaction of NSF fees because there wasn't enough fund in the account.
The calendar reverted back to the date of the deposit; I would have never ever refinanced this loan. I spoke to two of your agents and they tried to explain that the loan payout date was 6/18/2021; that is not true, the calendar was there, I chose the date, and the window closed leaving me to assume everything was ok. Why would I agree to pay something that I knew I would not have; the date that I selected was the 28th and it is not fair. I want to be a good customer, I am struggling to get healthy again, when I say that I will pay an amount then I will do so. If I do agree, and find that I can't do as agreed, I would call, email, any way possible to tell you, that I am having difficulties making the arranged payment. the bank is threatening to close my account because that 522.26 debit went through before the arranged date; the bank is threatening to assess additional fee is the account is not satisfied.
I am not a liar, and don't like being made to feel as if I am; I could have simply continued to pay what I owed. I need this made right, it's not my fault, I feel that if the calendar is going to revert back to your decided payment date; take that calendar off of the program; have the representatives complete the final process to ensure the customer understands what your requirements are; it is misleading, some people might try to spend money that they don't have, I am not one of those people. I would never put myself in this kind of situation.

Customer service reps could not answer my questions. Questions pertaining to paying back my loan. They just would not answer me. They had no knowledge of refinancing loan or paying off completely. NO help at all.

To fill out everything, it was less than 10 minutes. Then the loan approval process was 45 minutes. The proceeds was the very next day. Process was fast and easy, and I would recommend Balance Credit to anybody.
