The whole process took about a month and a half. The application process was pretty fair and easy. The guy that we were working with answered our questions. But at times, it was kinda hard for us to reach him. He could've done a little bit better job interacting with us. Sometimes, we'll try to call on them when we had a question and he wouldn't call or email back. Sometimes it was a little bit of a struggle trying to reach them. They should be more available for the customer. But overall, I was satisfied. They helped us out. I'll recommend it to someone else.

My wife and I got approved for a home loan but she happened to lose her job. So the lending officer told me that we couldn't proceed because we needed her income. We needed to get out from where we were at and the next that I could do was to either get a mobile home or a prefabricated house. So I was looking and I talked to the Realtor that was selling the particular house I bought. She mentioned some different loan companies for mobile homes and I found 21st Mortgage. I'm able to pay for the property and the loan on my own without my wife's income.
When I first applied with 21st Mortgage, I was denied. I wasn't gonna take that for an answer so I called back and wanted more explanation on why I was denied. I was denied because I still had a vehicle loan. The rep said that if I paid that vehicle loan off, I would be approved. I told the rep that I was gonna pay it off. I had some money that was gifted to me from when my father passed away. Then I got approved. Everybody from 21st Mortgage was friendly. They were about three hours ahead of us from where they were located. But everything worked pretty good ‘cause we emailed a lot and the process of getting all the paperwork that the rep needed was pretty smooth.

I felt everything was smooth with the closing except the end when neither the seller and I were not given clear directions with the fact that we had to overnight the documents and my seller received her package later. Also, the seller and I were left dealing with the lot rent contract which had there been a title company involved that would have been taken care of. Lastly, if I had not been experienced in closing on a home loan I would have been lost since there was no one helping us with the closing end of things. Underwriting and my loan officer were great but the closing could have been better with clear communication.

Drew was always there for us when needed. By times I was totally confused on the process but Drew got me thought it. Our last BIG purchase was our home which we sold before we bought the mobile home. I remembered some things that needed done....but I had forgot a lot too. We love the new mobile. 1 floor easy to take care. Right now we are obligated to stay in this area (family) but at some point a move to FL may be possible and if need we will be in touch with Drew to get us that mobile as we will move to another senior community.

Because you do not use electronic communications, my wife and I sat for over 7 hours waiting for a FedEx package with closing documents. How 19th century do you want to go. We then had to wait another 8 hours for you to send the money to the seller, instead of electronic wiring to them. Very backward, to say the least. Update your systems and procedures for God's sake. I am not going to go into the backward escrow and qualification procedures. I would be writing all day long. All in all on a scale of 1 to 10, you guys are a minus 10.
Steven, thank you for your feedback. We understand how it would be frustrating to wait for documents. However, we do have some documents that require a wet signature to process the loan and is necessary in order to transfer title of the manufactured home. We do have the ability to send funds electronically but it requires the loan to be closed through a licensed settlement company. Chattel loans are not required to close at a settlement company; however, can be an option if the buyer and seller elected to do so. We are happy we were able to provide you a loan for your home and welcome the opportunity to service you in the future.

I was looking at a house and I first started talking to Rocket Mortgage, which is a sister company of 21st Mortgage, and they pointed me into that direction when I found out that they didn't deal in mobile homes. Buying a house is a big deal, but it felt like a lot of stuff went in to the process and I have a few recommendations that may not make it such a strenuous deal. They need to improve the process and not have their customers send all these same copies of stuff over and over. For instance, I filled a verification of employment form, but they wanted my employers from all the way to a year back. Other than that, they are good people and I really recommend one of the persons I talked to named Chris. We went the full 60 days of our term and overall, it was really a great experience.

First I must mention my loan originator Grant **, he was wonderful to work with. His information is Originator NMLS #**. 21st Mortgage NMLS #2280. He was patient, professional and extremely understanding whenever I got anxious. My family was looking to purchase a vacation home in a Campground community it was a park model home and we needed to finance. From my first phone call to your bank which put me in touch with Grant, until closing day we communicated on a daily basis. 21st Bank kept me in the loop the entire time, I never had to wonder where we were in the application process. The daily updates as I submitted my paperwork and as we worked to close was a godsend. Grant kept in touch almost everyday. He was always pleasant even with my numerous questions.
The process took 1 month and 1/2 mainly because of an issue with Dart appraisal which unfortunately was not as wonderful to work with. Even through those frustrating moments Grant was reassuring and did all he could on his end to rectify the situation as well as the rest of your team. It has been 3 months since closing and we are enjoying our vacation home especially during these unprecedented times. I can't thank Grant and 21st Mortgages enough for all the help achieving this special purchase where my family can build lasting memories. I would certainly recommend 21st Mortgage to anyone wanting a pleasant financing experience and would hope they could work with Grant ** so they can feel as valued as he made me and my family feel.

I was going to get a house through the bank and some things happened with the partner that I had. Then, I came to a place where I didn’t want to have to worry about all the other stuff. So, I decided to try to get into a trailer. My realtor brought up 21st Mortgage and said that they were a pretty good company. So, that was the route I went. The application process was good but on the first trailer that I was going to buy, I had a lot of issues as far as communication. I went back and forth of sending something, then they asked me to send it again and again. But what that really boiled down to was that that home just wasn't the one that was for me. So sometimes higher powers make things not work. When the second process came up, everything clicked and the response from the reps was good.
I worked with a rep named Grant but I really didn't have too much communication with him. I didn't know whether they were super busy or what, but it was difficult for me and my realtor for a minute to get a hold of him. But sometimes things get tied up in other places as far as calls to go through or not. With COVID and all the other stuff going on, I understand that it’s difficult to get back to people. But anytime I ever did speak to him, he was always polite and always very informative on anything that I ever needed. I was also really impressed with my overall experience and how everything was wrapped up as far as the escrow and the house insurance, including the information that was delivered to me via mail. They made it really user-friendly and easy to get everything done. I was wondering if I had to pay my insurance through a separate company or get the escrow involved, but how 21st Mortgage had that set up was really neat.

We purchased our mobile home in 2018. Process was fast and very easy. 21st is a great lender. We just wish the interest rates was lower. Everything was great. If we had to use them again I definitely would.

21st is a good place to do business with. They will help you and give you more time if you're having a difficult time like myself. I just don't like all the phone calls. These is a few people there that don't have any compassion for what's going on in your life and get attitudes with you, but all in all it's a really good company. 21st Mortgage did a good job. The only thing that was weird was the Realtor that I used. I really wanted to control the documentation and content. I was getting emails from the 21st guy. But then, my realtor wanted everything to go through them to keep it all organized. It wasn't a bad experience though. The online stuff was great and really simple to go through. The updates were good too. It was a smooth process.

Called several weeks back to get info on how to pay off my mortgage and to see if I could do it over the phone. With my surprise they said the only way I could pay it off was to send a check thru the mail!! Was thinking to myself this place should be called 20th mortgage! Lol! So today I called just to double check that I couldn’t pay over the phone and luckily Valerie answered the phone! Told her what I wanted to do and she said no problem and within minutes my account was paid for!! Valerie deserves a raise or a promotion!!!

I've had no problems with 21st in the 5 years I've dealt with them. However, I've recently retired and won't get paid each month until the 21st. I don't understand why I can't change my monthly due date until, say the 20th. Please have someone explain....

The application process at 21st Mortgage took a while but that's 'cause my Realtor lives in Florida, I'm in Michigan and the mortgage place is in Tennessee. So we did everything remotely. I had to take pictures of everything. I had it emailed to me, then I had to print it out, and then I had to email it again and fax it. So it was a long process. But the mortgage was smooth. Everything was fine, but the interest rate. The interest rate's 10.5. But I had something on my credit, that's why it's 10.5.

We were purchasing a manufactured home from a family member. I applied online for a mortgage with 21st Mortgage. The process took a little over 60 days. The only thing was they put some things in my mortgage that wasn't actually paying off my family member. They gave me a down payment amount and when they added the additional things, it's just closing stuff. I would’ve been happy to have paid cash for that. They just rushed it on through. So, it would’ve been harder for them to send me all that paperwork back and then redo it, than for me to just go ahead and let it go. So, I did and it cost me some more hassles at the bank when I went to get my down payment.

The application at 21st Mortgage was an easy process. But it was a little confusing and I didn't get much guidance from the loan agent. It was mostly like, “Okay, go online and look up yourself and read it.” when explaining everything. There was a little bit of lack of communication, too. It was hard to get ahold of them. I felt like I have to be after him. There were times where I would call and it would go straight to voicemail, which I understand, people get busy, but it was quite often. Towards the end, it got a little better once my Realtor got in the middle, and between the both of us started calling in. But my agent was very knowledgeable.

The progress of obtaining the mortgage from 21st Mortgage was slow but everything worked out fine and the rep was very helpful. It took almost a month but it could have gone a little more quickly. Also, I wish the rates were lower but it works.

21st Mortgage was the only one that would mortgage a mobile home on land. Once the paperwork was submitted to them, everything was fine. The process was very easy. It took about a month from beginning to end. The interest rate was ridiculously high. But that was the only option that I had at the time. With the review of the history of 21st Mortgage, what I found online, I would not recommend them.

If we were playing phone tag or if I just needed to shoot her a quick email, she was very quick at getting back. The only rough patch was with my employment with those people. My loan officer is Shavana ** - throughout the difficultly we have had with Stonebridge/Sun home’s management- Veronica , 21st Mortgage helped answer my questions and were extremely understanding. Even though we are going through some tough times due to covid - 21st Mortgage has shown compassion and even offered different ways that may help. Unlike the manager here at Stonebridge at 11555 Culebra Rd- 21st has always answer the phone or called back when they said they would. I don’t feel like they try and help much and when I tell them what is going on they put me on hold and then someone else comes on and you have to repeat the same thing over and and then they make you feel low by saying, "Can you go to helping hands?" etc. And when you let them know what is going they call every day for me to tell them the same thing and they get mad if I don’t answer the phone call cause I just told them the day before and don’t want to tell them again and one guy told me that they can’t work with no more and said they would repo if I couldn’t get caught up and I’m not the only one they do this.
I know a few people that has a loan with 21st and we all get treated the same way just different people calling us. I know it’s not the bank's fault that the world is going thru this COVID stuff right now but neither is it our fault. We don’t like not doing what we promise we would do when we got the loan but we didn’t know this would have happened and you guys didn’t know it was going to happen as we’d cause if we did know I would not have got the loan at that and you guys would not have given me a loan at that time. Thanks. I know it’s not going to do no good but at least I spoke my mind. Trump 2020.

Thanks to covid lockdowns, we fell behind on our mortgage payment. I called 21st Mortgage to let them know our payment was going to be late, and didn't know by how much. All of our other bills were behind as well and we were trying to find some way to catch up. Shelby got us hooked up for a deferment for not only September's payment but October's as well, which will give us a chance to catch up on our other bills. We don't have to pay back a loan. Our interest rate won't go up. We simply have to tack on the two deferred months at the end of our loan.
I have heard of other deferments offered by other lenders that have to be paid back right away with high interest rates....and what good would that do? We would still be behind! This way, I know at the end of my loan, I will have two additional payments. But right now, I have money available to actually get ahead. Shelby, Emily, and Michael were all wonderful to work with, super understanding, and did not make me feel bad about admitting we were going through a rough time. If you are behind like we were, give them a call. You will be glad you did!

My experience with century 21st, was overall a very good experience. They worked with me every step of the way. If I was in trouble they help me find a solution a few times if it wasn't for them working with me. I would have lost my home but they stayed by my side. They worked with me not against me. And today I made my last payment on my home. It's now mine. Thank you century 21st for all of your help.

We had a mortgage 12 years ago with 21st and they were good to us. We went with them again and the reps we worked with were all very good. The online application process was a little slow and took a couple of months but I understood that because of COVID, everything slows down.

I got a first time homebuyer loan plan through 21st Mortgage. When we close, we had a little bit of a difficulty. But I don't think it's because of the company. It's because of the seller. The process was not as difficult as some people made it out to be. It was a little bit difficult because that's normal. But I would recommend 21st. They made closing the loan easy. They sent me an email explaining everything that they need to close. I exchanged an email with Myra and Lyza. They did everything okay. They sent over the list that I needed and that was very helpful to me because it made things easier. 21st Mortgage is a good company and I'd tell other that they should consider it, if they don't have any other options. 21st is efficient.

21st Mortgage is a great company to work with. I shopped around a little a bit but I was real happy with what I got with them. I pretty much applied online. The whole process took less than 30 days. I had a great experience. I'm really happy with it. The loan officer that I worked with was really good. His name was Tyler and he was straightforward with everything. He was very professional and very helpful. He helped me out with any questions I had and he told me what I needed to do. He responded right away. He was on top of everything which was awesome. We got through it really quick. It was really a painless process with him. He made it really easy for me. He did a great job. I was very comfortable with him.

Most of the mortgage lenders in Utah County only do home loans and not mobile homes loans. When I searched on web to see who does on home loans on mobile homes, 21st Mortgage was one of the first companies that popped up on the website. Their people's tag and reviews looked more appealing than the other company. I submitted a very easy application online through 21st Mortgage. After doing that, I put a random number in because I wanted to see if I would even be approved before I started searching. So I put a loan out for 90,000 to see if I was approved and they approved me right away. After submitting the application, within an hour or two, they sent me a confirmation if I was accepted or not. They automatically gave me my approval notice and a loan officer to find for that approval notice.
My loan officer's name was Ryan and I liked that he would be very responsive through emails, which made things very easy. He would answer any simple question I had. Even if it was a question that I found a little harder, he’d give me that information very fast. He did great. I was 100% comfortable working with him. He made the process very simple and very informative of what he needed next to get the loan approved or finalized.
I give my props to Ryan because everything was basically done through email, back and forth. I would think he had a lot on his plate, but every time I sent a message out, he would get back to me promptly. I liked that from him. It's a very simple process to get approved as long as your credit score’s within 21st Mortgage’s range. They have a great leniency on the way your pay period falls. If you have to make a payment, they give you a good length of time to make that mortgage payment. I'd recommend 21st Mortgage to a friend that's looking for something within budget and I already have recommended somebody to them.

When I was trying to get my mortgage ready, I'd have to call and there'd be no communication from the people at 21st Mortgage. I'd have to call again and I could never get a response. It was definitely lacking in the communication and customer service aspects. But they were the only ones that would do the mortgage for a trailer. They also came highly recommended by my agent who was helping me with the house. But if I could have gone with somebody else, I would have. It was really not a great experience. But since the closing, things have gotten much better. Once we closed on the house, it seemed like I could get communications and everything that I needed.

When I had a question, they were always there to answer it. They were always on top of stuff. I really appreciate the experience. It was a mobile home loan and there was no complication in the application itself. Everything was really self-explanatory. Whoever was looking over the application responded quickly within the day or two. I've had a home loan before and I've never had such a quick response on anything. Usually, when you get a house loan, it takes months, months and months. But 21st Mortgage responding so quickly was remarkable. My loan officer did a great job. She's got a lot of applicants so there were times when she can't take my call. But somebody that was right there in the same office answered my question and if they couldn't do it, Nicki called me back or emailed me, and we just got through it. She was awesome.

Applying with 21st Mortgage was a very straightforward and quick. I was looking at homes for sale and when I found one that I wanted, I went with 21st for financing. I submitted my application on a Friday and got an answer the following Tuesday. The rep whom I worked with helped me out with the seller of the home I wanted. I had questions about financing and he was able to answer those really quickly. The rep tried to help me out and ease the seller's concerns as the seller didn't want to send the title through mail. We had to message the seller over and over and say that was how it had to be and erase his concerns before he finally sold to us.

We were asked to send in documents two times, The Seller was asked to send things in after closing. The credit the sellers were giving us was not given in settlement because closing documents were not typed up correct..and the realtor did not get all their money and I had to pay out of pocket since seller refused to pay. The seller had to make out a personal check and drive it over to us. I know you guys are busy but it was a lot of mistakes.

I wanted a mobile home. I asked my brother who had just bought one as well which mortgage company used and he told me 21st. I went with them and the approval was very easy. The rest of the process took longer than I expected and there was lack of communication. They had to use their own appraiser when we already had an appraiser lined up and ready to go. That had a lot to do with things taking so long. 21st Mortgage should have communicated that to us. We would have paid a bit extra rather than waiting another month as I was trying to get things done before I went back to school. The rest of the process went smoothly.

We refinanced with another institution after a year because 21st Mortgage was extremely high at their best rate 6.9%. They were angry because we refinanced and retained our escrow account which was our money. Don’t trust these people, they lie and will rip you off. We have insurance with them but they are high as well and we will discontinue soon. Do not use 21st mortgage for new mortgage loans. Highest fees, high interest and high insurance. We have a complaint filed with BBB and moving to the next step Federal Trade Commission. I hope this finds someone that has good credit as we do so you don’t get ripped off. Take the necessary steps to stop these criminals.

It's getting harder and harder to finance modular homes. I was buying one and 21st was the only company that would finance it. Their application process was extensive and we had to do a lot. Every time I have a question, I email 21st and I get an answer back. Going with 21st Mortgage took a long time but it worked.

I was interested in a manufactured house and when I clicked through Zillow, 21st Mortgage was one of the banks that came through as being able to give me a loan for a manufactured house. I applied online and I got a response right away. The process got a little frustrating because there was an issue with the title of the house that I chose. They couldn't give me an answer on when we would close because, from my understanding, nobody at 21st can figure out how to deal with the title issue. I was counting 30 days from when my offer was accepted and my offer was accepted back in April or May, which we should've closed towards the end of June. But then we were to close at August 13th. I was ready to move April and they kept saying in 30 more days and they need to extend it 45 days. It became a little bit of an issue because, at first, I feel like I wasn't even getting an estimate date.
At some point, it was transferred to someone else at 21st and it was a little pain in the butt that I had to redo the application and kind of start the whole process. But it wasn't their fault and it had something to do with how the seller had his house registered since it was a manufactured house. I know 21st had my best interests at heart, but it was just frustrating because I feel like it took so long. Other than that, everything went really smooth. They were able to help me and they saw me through.

I was very nervous going through the process with 21st but John, who worked out all the paperwork and everything, made me feel really relaxed. He told me to calm down and that everything will go through. It was my first time doing this and I would call him and say, "Do I have to cross the T when I write a name?" And he didn't make me feel stupid. I thought that was awesome. The underwriting and processing took six weeks at the most. The time frame was good. There was a lot of paperwork to fill out but that was about it. At the end of the day, we stepped back and looked at it and everything went very smoothly.

We were buying a lake property and 21st was the only company that works with mobile homes and manufactured homes and those types of properties. That led us to them. The application process was very easy. It was done online and it was nice being able to do it that way and follow the progression of what's going on. The application and underwriting took a little longer than normal due to what's going on in the world and a bunch of refis and things like that. I wish it was quicker but I know the circumstances and it was out of their control. Other than that, we spoke with Lindsay and we had a great experience. 21st Mortgage was the first company to reach out to me when I sent my application to mortgage companies. The process of getting a mortgage through them was hard and stressful. It took almost two months. They said I was approved and so I was excited. Even the person whom I was buying the house from got excited as well. But then 21st Mortgage kept on asking for more and more papers. At the time, there were so many emails and so much back and forth that it was very frustrating.
The rep whom I was working with though was very nice and he helped me a lot. When I would call him, he would call back right away. The emails he sent to me and my agent were fast and he did the work the way he was supposed to. Still, not all was in his hands. In the end, 21st gave me a loan and I was happy with the process. It wasn't the best experience but it wasn't the worst either. English is not my first language and 21st helped me get through things.

I was buying a new house for the first time and 21st Mortgage was one of the only companies I found that did mobile homes. Applying with them took a little over a month. I worked with their rep Tyler but he never really answered his phone. During the whole process, we only talked to him over the phone once and everything else was by email. It was hard getting answers from him at times. He should do better at getting back to the people he is talking to by phone call and instead of sending eight different emails with little pieces of information. Sometimes, I had my realtor try to get answers because we weren't getting feedback.
Also, the payment for the underwriters was very high. This is because they know that there aren't a lot of companies that do loans for mobile homes or manufactured homes compared to stick builds. The cost for stick builds is normally between 1,700 and 2,500. We paid 4,500 for the underwriter on top of the 11,000 downpayment.

She was gone for a couple of weeks because of COVID but there was always somebody to take over. The reps who spoke to me always answered my questions. However, they never gave me a date on when we were gonna close and that stressed me out. I asked for a 30-day thing and I got a turnaround that was a little more than that. We had to pay hotel fees as a result. Also, I thought I would get a lower rate because rates are low but I didn't.

When we bought our home, 21st Mortgage was one of the lenders that accepted the offer. Then we refinanced through them for a better interest rate. The application process was easy. The only thing that I had an issue with was on the paperwork, it said that there was a certain date to turn in all the required documents, and it also said it could be extended if we were making good progress. We missed that deadline for one document and they had to re-pull the credit. That was frustrating. But other than that, it was fine. They were easy to work with and knowledgeable on any questions I had based on required documents. Whoever was handling my account was very helpful and answered any question. If she didn't know, she would always get back to me or have someone that could answer my question, whether it was about taxes or something she wasn't completely knowledgeable on, in a timely manner.

A friend of mine recommended 21st Mortgage, stating that they were a good refinance company when it came to manufactured homes. I took what she sent me and letting me know that she recommended for me to go with them. We had some little falls here and there but it was nothing on 21st Mortgage's side on why there was a delay. It all fell back on my other lenders that I was previously with at the time. If they would have had things more together there, then that could have been closed out a lot faster. When I was refinancing, I had to get all the exact same paperwork that I've already given them three years ago. If the finance company is through 21st Mortgage and they got all the paperwork, it's already been done before. I didn't see any reason for me having to go back and redo it. They didn't keep the paperwork on file, which was an inconvenience. The experience was difficult for me, but I never saw illegal stuff. They gotta do the right thing, but the right thing ain't always right. I'd already paid for the house for four years before and then there was some conflict about a job. I was purchasing a mobile home and the mortgage application with 21st Mortgage was very easy to follow. I thought it was going to be harder but it was actually very smooth and cool. I was trying to get to see if I was pre-approved, so I was not sure which home I was going to purchase. So it took two months for the loan process to complete. We were looking into the trailers but we figured out that we couldn't do a conventional mortgage. We had to do the CHFA loan. we started looking into who would do CHFA loans in the state of Delaware and one of the first people we came across with was 21st Mortgage. We applied and got it pretty much approved right away. They had good rates and it was just a great experience from start to finish. Everything went through very quickly and easily.
This was my first time ever buying a home and all of the information that we had to gather was crazy, getting it all together, finding everything and getting it all with 21st Mortgage. This company is loaded with the most insane deceptive lending practices in the industry. Ryan ** was the loan originator acting as the underwriter for a mobile home purchase. During the process he states an issue over the phone, we resolved the issue. He then counters with new issues that were never discussed during the original phone call. Beware! of this company as they will string you along and cause you to lose out on a property due to their bait and switch tactics. RUN as fast as you can from these crooks! Get everything in writing because this company will change your lending terms at the last minute.

There are not a lot of lenders that loan for mobile homes. I talked with a lender that did mobile homes but the age of the mobile home I was looking at was too old so they recommended 21st. They specialize in mobile homes nationally. I found 21st online. I filled out their application and send it just to see what would come back. It came back with a positive result and I started the process. I kinda made the process longer because I kept finding places and after an investigation, I didn't want them. I kept finding things wrong with the places I wanted. Each time, I needed to start over with a new home, I would have to start the approval process over. I ended up doing the many parts of the process again and that didn't make sense.
It wasn't like I was okayed to $100,000 and just go find something I liked. There was one restriction. From the beginning of the applications to the end, there were a number of days it had to end or it was complete scratch do-over where they had to renew credit and it was as if the loan never happened and we did get to that point. I had to complete the loan no matter who I was with at X period of time. I went through three different homes in that period of time. It got down to where I just went over a little over the edge by five days. It got a little stressful in the last few days. The rates with 21st are a little on the high side but that's typical for mobile homes compared to conventional homes. You're not actually buying a home because they are considered chattel. It's like buying a car so it is different.

This company was recommended to us as a way to finance a vacation property. Most of our frustration comes with working with mortgage lender, Adam M. Lack of communication is an understatement. Repeatedly asking for estimated closing dates with no response. We waited a week and half to get verification of employment - during this time we could have been getting insurance quotes had we known it was a priority. We had already from the beginning said we wanted to close as early as humanly possible and to wait until what we thought was the last of our homework to then tell us to get quotes in - which take 24-48 business hours plus it was told on a Thursday so there goes the weekend.
And then - to beat the band, per out of office reply go on vacation literally a day, maybe two before we're supposed to get paperwork to close sent us reeling. After finalizing the process - wanting to make sure our first payment is processed without a problem - email our lender and with a tone that came across as with an attitude- to rely on customer service. It’s just rude - when you know that person received a decent commission for the mortgage. At the end of the day - we're thankful to have gotten the funding for a dream but do not recommend Adam and do plan to pay this off ASAP to get away from the company.

I had a previous loan with 21st Mortgage and then I was doing a refinance with them. The process I had to go through was a little bit easier now because they already had a lot of the information. I didn't need to dig so much to get it all squared away. The first time, I purchased a mobile home through a company, and they handled most of the stuff, then they got back to me. This time, I’d done a lot myself, and it was through one of their own agents. The customer service was great. They were polite and kind. Everything that they said they needed to do, they’d done. I had a great experience with 21st Mortgage and an absolutely phenomenal experience with everybody except the title company. I was not pleased with them. They were rude people and when you call and ask questions, they act like you’re bothering them. It wasn't my fault that I was buying multiple parcels of land that were previously deeded incorrectly but I got major attitude from them. 21st Mortgage was the one who replied fastest online when I put in a request. I absolutely enjoyed the loan officer I dealt with. She was very helpful, quick to answer emails and phone calls that I had going through the process of getting all my documents. So it went real fast, it was less than a month. I didn't think it could go that fast. Also, any time I put new documents, I was able to receive the email back right away, like a quick hour to 24-hour turnaround. The only problem I had was the fact that every time I gave him a piece of paper, it seemed like something else came up. But as far as talking and communicating, it was good. My brother was trying to get the house that I bought out from under him and his house put in his name. If it would've gone faster, it would've been better for him. But as far as my end, it was all right. It didn't inconvenience me too much.

My son got 21st Mortgage Corporation from a realtor and we applied for a loan with them. Most of the discussion went through my son for applying for the loan and getting it approved. From thereon, I got emails and a lot of it was also handled by my son. It seemed like it took a long time to get the paperwork straight and once we agreed on a price, it still took almost another two weeks before we could get the loan closed. I don’t know if the issue was on the title company or the realtor but each one seemed to be going back and forth.
All in all, emailing worked but I would have liked at least one call. And if there was any question, there should be a number where I could reach a person. It also seemed like there wasn’t enough discussion with the loan officer. If I had any kind of question, it was on an email and I'd have wait for an answer, which took some time. Personal discussion and talking on the phone a little bit more would have been good as far as feeling like you're getting good service. You'd feel like just a number when you’re just an email and it takes two or three days.
Overall, 21st Mortgage wasn't horrible. But I don't know how they decide the interest rates. My son and I had considerable amount of money and our credit scores were over 800 a piece. But we didn't get close to getting the bottom interest on our loan, so that was very disappointing. I didn’t understand that and I couldn’t get an answer from them. 1.5% was the lowest that we could get with our credit score and it was amazing that we didn’t get closer.

21st Mortgage doesn't require such a high credit score. I was referred to them through a dealer and enrolling was a simple process. I had an issue with sending bank stuff and I had to know and show proof of every thing in my account. That was hard to do and I ended up having to send that in three times. Their reps explained I could just write cash. Other than this issue though, I was very satisfied working with them. Once I got everything in, things were closed within a week. They did a great job.

I had to go through 21st to buy the house that I was looking into buying and everything was really easy and straightforward with the application online. The guy that I worked with was Grant and he was amazing. I live in Utah and he lives over on the East Coast so we had a couple of hours difference, but he would always get back to me within 24 hours or less if I had a question or concern. We were purchasing a home and 21st Mortgage already held the seller's loan on the property. I work at a title company and we do business for them. I figured it would be easy just to go through them. Everything went pretty good but it felt like they were lacking a little bit at communication on their end. We had to hold off the closing because we had been told by the loan processor that the title portion told them that on the mobile home title, there was a reading zero and it should have been an "O". That was done by them with the seller's previous purchase because he bought it brand new and it was gonna have to be fixed. We waited for almost two weeks and she finally came back and said they were interchangeable in Oklahoma. We didn't have to worry about it. That was the only hiccup I had. I worked with Kayla. I mostly asked her questions and she did great.

We wanted to get a bigger place so we looked into a mortgage. I bank at South State Bank and I wanted to try to go through them and they said that I'd have to buy the mobile home from the dealership to get a loan from them. We were told that 21st is the only company in the area that would lease to mobile homes on leased land. The process was kinda time-consuming but Chris, the one that was helping us, was great. He explained everything to us and anytime we needed something, he was right there to answer any questions we had. It took about a month from beginning to end. It’s a high interest rate but other than that, everything was good.

It took 30 days to close the transaction and it was all done professionally in the way it should be done. I worked with Drew and he was good in every respect. 21st Mortgage financed our manufactured home. There were issues during the application process but it was not so much with 21st Mortgage. I am an out of state buyer and I was not there where the house was being bought. I'm also not near where the 21st Mortgage office that I was dealing with. Now, I'm in Nevada and the house is in Arkansas.
The longest part of the whole thing was having to wait for the title for the property to come back because the seller didn't get the property changed in their name. 21st Mortgage has a requirement that the title has to be in the seller’s name only and not have a lienholder on it. They had to submit that off to some place to get the title redone. That was the longest part of the whole process partly because of the Coronavirus that came about and being shut down for that. Otherwise, I didn’t have any problems with 21st Mortgage as far as getting the application and getting everything done. There was just the communication thing because I'm out of state. There were set times when I could make phone calls like during my lunch break and right after work.

Someone in the park I'm living in recommended 21st Mortgage to me as there were no lenders for park model homes on leased land. I chose to work with them and Drew, the rep I had was fantastic. He went through the whole application process with me and answered the questions I needed to be answered. He was very prompt with all the responses required. The application and underwriting took two and a half months which is a little longer than normal for a home but that was due to distance and other unique situations. Still, everything went smoothly and we are happy with the results. If there are other people in the park where I am looking to do the same thing I did, I would certainly recommend 21st.

We were delayed by the government not providing some of the documents like the tax release because of the coronavirus but other than that, we could have closed with 21st in less than 21 days.

I went with 21st Mortgage Corporation as they were the only company funding manufactured homes. Going with them was the worst possible experience I've had with a mortgage company. I've purchased homes before and I've never had the kind of problems that I had with them. 21st missed three escrow closing dates. They missed the first deadline that was supposed to be May 29th. Then, they missed the second deadline that was supposed to be June 9th. I worked with Joy and on a Friday that an escrow was supposed to close, she realized she never ordered the appraisal. Plus, she didn't even catch the issue. I caught it and I followed up on everything. The escrow finally closed on June 12th and by that time, I had moved to Idaho and I've had to live in a hotel for 12 days which 21st didn't bother to reimburse. This was a miserable experience.

I couldn't afford a house so I looked into a mortgage and heard of 21st Mortgage through my Realtor. I went with the basic mortgage program for a mobile home. I filled out the application and I spoke with the mortgage broker. I called back about the rate because it seemed high, but then I realized that that's pretty normal for mobile homes. Then, there was a miscommunication with a document that was needed and it was never received. If I had been informed that that was a specific thing that was still needed, I could've helped expedite that. Other than that, the application process was pretty easy.
The application and underwriting took three weeks because I needed to expedite it to meet my closing date. The rep I worked with, Ken, was pretty easy to get ahold of. If I leave a message, he would call me back within a few hours. Also, this was the first mortgage that I've gotten and I had a million questions and he was pretty patient with all the questions that I had. Working with 21st, I was able to finance the trailer that I'm living in and I don't have to rent anymore. The rates are a bit high, but they're easy to work with. If things need to be handled quickly, it's a pretty straightforward process. I would go with them again if I had to.

21st Mortgage Corporation is the only company I can find that finances the type of home I have. I did a 15-year mortgage with them and it was super easy. Everything was through email and scanning and everything. Ken was my loan manager person and he was absolutely amazing. He walked me through the stuff I didn't understand and explained them. I got furloughed during the middle of it and he was understanding and they put the loan on hold for the furlough type thing, but I didn't have to redo anything besides my proof of employment.
21st Mortgage Corporation worked it so well and Ken took care of everything. I felt really secure even though we were doing everything online and I didn't meet with someone face-to-face. The way the documents came in through the email was secured. Ken got back to me every day. He replied before I even rechecked my email. He was so fast and when I asked him to call me, he did. There were a few times when I wasn't able to get ahold of him 'cause he was on vacation and he had a voicemail thing saying he was on vacation, and then I should contact someone else and that person had all the information on files that I didn't. I still was able to do everything without him, but he still made me feel extremely safe. I was in really good hands.
The application was very easy. I filled out an application online and then Ken called me a couple of hours later and left a message. I never felt scammed or anything like that and I never felt like I was dropped either. It was just the right amount of information. I took a while because we were trying to go through some other stuff and I didn't get back to him right away. We were doing owner carry, so we weren't in a hurry. But he kept in contact with me and said that they were still there for me whenever I was ready. I've used companies here in town and I haven't even felt as secure with them as I have with 21st Mortgage Corporation. I referred 21st Mortgage to two other people after because I was just really happy with everything.

I bought a used manufactured home and obtaining the mortgage through 21st Mortgage Corporation happened really fast and pretty easy. I was prequalified for it and I generally got answers within the day or the next day. I bought a home before but not a manufactured home, so I felt left flapping out in the wind not knowing. I didn't have my own Realtor, so I felt like I wasn't being represented properly. But the loan officer answered a lot of questions and helped me through the whole thing. He was outstanding. I called to see what help we could get because husband was laid off due to Covid19. Spoke with Max ** who was very rude and talked down to me. Then he hung up on me mid sentence. I've never had a problem in the 3yrs I've been a customer. I paid my payment immediately after he hung up on me. I'd rather go without food and medicine before I'd ever call them again. I'll sell this home and be glad to never have to deal with Max ever again.

The home that I was in was purchased by my dad in 2015. I lived with him. It was already through 21st Mortgage. So I just kept the mortgage there. Everything was good when getting a mortgage with them. The documentation that I had to send to them was accepted in the way that I felt was easy and I was pleased with it. The application process as a little aggravating, but it was okay. It took about a week all together with some documents that weren't right. There were some issues with the person that had to come to meet us for the legal part of it. I had to change my plans and drive an hour away to go meet that person. If you're gonna do business with people in South Carolina, you need to make sure they can come to you. First off, we're going through COVID-19 right now. Secondly, we didn't have anywhere to meet. When my dad closed in 2015, the legal person came to the seller's home and made it convenient for them at their convenience.
The loan officer was very helpful. He helped me with everything. He was prompt on everything and answered all my questions. He knew what he was talking about. If I couldn't get him on the phone, he would always call me back. Then if he couldn't help me, he would get someone else to help me. I was also impressed with their politeness. We had a probate issue and had to settle that first on top of everything. But I'm happy because I've gotten things done pretty quickly and everything is done now.

The park had some recommended places that we could go through and they pointed us to 21st Mortgage and a couple of other ones. I've heard some better things about 21st, though, and I went with them. Everything was done well, but they need more organization. There were some multiple times where I've sent them things twice, and they said they didn't get it. The process also took about a month. They had to redo the contract once because of a typo in the serial number. Still, my agent was good with responding to me quickly and making sure I had everything.

Kayla made the whole process seamless. She was excellent. She was a woman of her word. She took care of business, she returned calls on time and she was cheerful, happy and answered every question I had. She's very efficient at what she does. 21st Mortgage did pretty well as far as I’m concerned. I’ve used them before. I'm a real estate broker, so I've used 21st Mortgage before for other clients. Because you call around and people say they do it, but they don't make loans on mobile homes. It's difficult to find one that really does it. I knew 21st Mortgage really did it. I just didn't know the rates were that high.
The interest rates are so high with 21st Mortgage because they're doing home loans on mobile homes rather than real homes. But when we first went on the website, the interest rate was high and it was 8%, about double what a normal mortgage home loan would be, but it was the only thing available. Then the next morning when we signed the application, it was already up over 8.5. It closed at almost 9%. So it was like, I'll get rid of that loan size if I can. But the process was fine and I appreciate that it closed escrow. I’ve recommended them.

I had been previously with 21st Mortgage from 2016, '17, and '18. Unfortunately, I got sick and I had to move to a cancer facility to be treated, so I sold the house. We spent a year and a half up in Tampa, Florida and after I was finally cleared with no signs of cancer and everything else, I was able to leave that area. And because I live down here in North Fort Myers, we started looking for a home. When we found one, I called 21st Mortgage Corporation. There were no ifs and buts about it because I had been treated well with them before and I figured it'd be no problem with them again.
We signed papers to buy the house during COVID-19 and the buying process took a little bit longer than anticipated. The husband of the person we were buying the house from passed away last November of 2019 and the widow was living in Massachusetts. She was in her 80s and she had to get to the Registry of Motor Vehicles, which was not gonna happen. But the delay had nothing to do with 21st Mortgage and in the end, everything finally worked out. Their rep, Lindsay, handled our mortgage and she was the best. She worked with my real estate agent from down in North Fort Myers and we communicated with her very well. I would also give everybody at 21st Mortgage a 100%. They were very efficient and they returned the calls whenever they had to. We never waited and it really was a very smooth transition.

Joe, the rep, was good and I liked him a lot. We're first-time homebuyers so he talked me through things and helped me to figure out what it was I had to find for him because we've never done this ourselves. I always had my dad to help me. We lived here before and we did an altogether loan. The application and the underwriting process took quite a while but that was partly my fault because of not knowing how to do this process and not knowing what I needed to get.
I called my bank and the bank here could not help us because it was a mobile home. They told me to try the banker gal. Our credit union weren’t capable of doing what we wanted to do. So, we were told to try Credit Karma. I called them and talked to them a few minutes and they were the ones who gave me the information for 21st Mortgage and we started from there. Overall, it went great considering we were in the middle of a pandemic. Once we got there, 21st Mortgage was quick to getting it finished up and out. When the pandemic hit, I didn't know how it was gonna go. It was nice because when I talked to Joe the next time, he assured me that we would get it finished because I was worried it was gonna be difficult.

I had been looking at 21st for a while and I knew that they were strictly a mobile home dealer. Also, I had a family member that went through them and said they had a good experience, so it was easy. I applied online and they had somebody call me within 48 hours then there were some stipulations that needed to be done. They made it an easy process. I couldn't ask for a better loan officer too. Lindsay was great. She did everything I asked and everything that I needed to give her got to her. She looked at it, reviewed it, and had it sent off in a very manageable time frame. From the start of our purchase we didn't have any communication with 21st Mortgage about anything. Even now that we have our house it's still hard to get ahold of y'all. We still have not received our appliances after being in the home for 3 weeks and y'all picked the cheapest appliances that y'all could find that are on backorder. We waited for the owner to get all the situation straight up but she wasn't able to do it. So, we ended up looking for another property. There was a brand new mobile home that we were interested in that was for sale and we got connected with 21st Mortgage. We had a conventional loan with them. They made it really easy for us. We were really happy with the person that was in charge of helping us out. He was very helpful.
The application process went fast. It was the title company that took forever to do their process of the application. The loan officer was always very polite and replied right away to questions. I’m 74. I was in an apartment for the last seven years. We wanna get away from this snow so we looked down in Texas and found a really nice place. We got a list of people that give out mortgages from our seller, the Realtor called Winter Texan. 21st was at the top of the list so we called them first. Our agent was absolutely excellent. We had a lot of questions here and there. Every time we would email or call, we would get an answer right away. We really enjoyed working with our agent.
We have a mobile home so the percentage is higher than we would have liked. But it’s the going rate so we’re pretty happy. The whole application and underwriting took close to a month. We didn’t close right after we bought the house. The closing was May 15th and we started the process somewhere in the neighborhood of April 1st.

I found 21st Mortgage online via a Google search and immediately after making an inquiry, I received a call from Drew ** and immediately he got the ball rolling. The process was easy, simple and all done online, which was perfect, due to the Covid 19 drama, face to face contact was impossible... But then again, I was in NJ he was in TN, it wasn't going to happen anyway!! Ha. But either way, he was extremely helpful, held my hand throughout the entire process and made it easy for my husband and I to purchase a 2nd home in an RV Park. Thank YOU. Thank YOU. Even though I am very behind, I am sending out a personal thank you to Justin ** who took AMAZING care of me throughout the process of buying our home. Every question was answered. Purchase of double-wide located in MHC. I was pleased with speed and overall organization of process. The only slightly negative is that I wish I would have had more flexibility on the date of signing and when my 1st payment was due.

They kept us updated on any info we needed to get together to put our papers in order to get the application going to purchase the land/home we are living in now. I just wish we would have had started getting all the necessary papers way earlier than what we did thou but this is our first time ever purchasing a home.

Once we filled out an application for 21st Mortgage, they preapproved. They started me for escrow and the rest of the paperwork, my identity, my wife's identity, my daughter's identity, all of that stuff. It was done, and the escrow took over. The whole process was anywhere from 45 to 50 days. We had to wait for a while because the Coronavirus made everything incredibly backlogged, but we finally got it done.
The people I worked with were fine until I wanted to find out what my payment was. I had a little bit of trouble communicating with the guy who was talking to us before. And I kept emailing. I finally got ahold of a rep and he said that my payment's not due until the 15th because of this current circumstance with COVID. I told him I wanted to know what the payment was, when it was due, if that was on the1st, and when is my payment book coming. They sent it to California. I told him that they have to send it to me in Tulsa. I'm buying it for my daughter, myself, and my wife. Other than that, it was fairly smooth. He did an exemplary job being that everybody has stayed home. I'm happy. I wanted to close 'cause my child wanted to move in, but most that happened, happened, so it was all right.

Even with COVID-19, this company somehow maintained a high level of customer support. I was able to fully apply online, while submitting all documents through secure portals. They always worked timely and efficiently when forwarded all conditions.

The entire process took too long. Aways seemed to need more information. I know this was a little tricky because there was a cash assist involved. The settlement papers were hard to understand. Had my Realtor call to get clarification.

All of the people I worked with through 21st Mortgage were really friendly & helpful. There was one paper that was supposed to be obtained before my closing. I wasn't informed of this until after we closed. It was difficult to obtain because it had to come from the court house which was closed. The people at 21st Mortgage were so helpful in obtaining the paper & understanding when things weren't moving quickly. I really appreciated their patience.

I was wanting one of 21st's repo trailers and a guy said that they would only finance their own repo trailer. It was either them or nobody. Their reps were all right. But they weren't kinda clear at first about who to email and stuff. I would email stuff and they were like, "No, don't email it here." I kept getting a couple of different things, but it all worked out in the end. They just need to improve on communication.

There was little verbal interaction, everything was emails, and some of the things were very confusing. I would suggest more personal phone interaction with your clients. All in all, everything went alright at settlement though.

My dad set up my loan for me with 21st Mortgage. The application process was pretty easy. My dad told me what to do about the stuff they needed like my license. 21st sends you a list of what you have to send them and you just send those. It's pretty self-explanatory. With the people that I had to deal with, I only had to call them and pay my bill once. So far, it's been pretty good.

We were going to buy a manufactured home and weren't many places doing that, and I was sent to 21st Mortgage. I contacted them and I sent all the paperwork to them. And then whatever else they needed, they sent it to me or they ask me for it. Everything with the application process went pretty smoothly actually. My loan officer answered all my questions and text me and called me when she needed anything. I felt really comfortable with her. She would ease my mind.

It was my first home purchase and Drew understood that I had never done anything like this before. I'm not technology smart, so he gave other routes of ways to get paperwork turned in to him that I needed to get turned in, in a timely manner. He would walk me through it step-by-step or tell me what I needed. The application and underwriting process took less than 45 days.
