Good, and pretty easy, but I was confused that I was sent to Ticketmaster, I hope that it is easier next time. There are so many scams out there that it is hard to be sure that things are actually legitimate.

Parking pass not delivered until 4.5 hours after lot opened and had to purchase from another app. Waited and waited and was told it was escalated but never heard back. Messaged constantly and had people waiting for longer than we should for a reply. Not happy.

Awful experience. Despite having Icon status with Vivid Seats tickets were not delivered until the 3rd inning of the NL Wild Card game. I would be very wary of using this app for any games/events you want to see on time in full. Customer service was prompt but kept asking me the same verification questions. Not a great experience.

I have received the tickets in quick fashion. I got it within a day of purchasing it. Plus the email as well. One thing I would note is that add some transport information in there as well as it will provide really useful information for a overseas traveller myself.

Couldn’t return. Had to resell. Reselling was slow. Took several minutes for the transfer to take place. The transfer didn’t post for another 20 minutes and wasn’t accessible on the app to access tickets. 2-3 hour wait to transfer the ticket back and overall feedback time was slow.

Purchasing tickets was quick and easy, and overall my first experience was very good. The only minor inconvenience was having to download the app and then the Ticketmaster section within it. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely recommend this site for buying tickets.

I tried calling the number and I only got a recording saying that the tickets will be in my email by yesterday, but they are still not there. I hope this isn't a scam.

Was able to buy one GA lawn seat at $47 but was only given $117 when friend tried to buy a seat. Door price for same seat was $40. Charging $117 for a $40 seat is absurd. I bought Florida Panther tickets from Vivid Seats. I get the reward thing, which I thought would work out better, but it didn’t. After 10 tickets, you get your 11th one free. But if I pay $1,000 on average on a ticket, I’m getting back only the face value of the ticket. I went to Stanley Cup, the face value was $300, and I’m paying three times that. So you’re not really getting the value of the ticket back. It's like a gray area. That’s not what gets me annoyed by buying tickets at all, but that’s the worst of it. But it wasn’t terrible.

I found the site easy to use and the tickets are priced right. Many sites have very high service charges but Vivid is a lower charge. I have tried the other sites but I prefer Vivid Seats especially for my Notre Dame Tickets. So Keep up the good work.

Worst experience- I was only able to download one of my tickets and I have spent hours on the phone and no one will help me. Vivid Seats doesn’t answer and Ticketmaster blames Vivid Seats- I give up!! This purchase was for a gift but I was unable to present it in time.

I've not received my tickets, usually by now I have them. It should be made easier to get the tickets once you have purchased them. I would appreciate if the third party or Vivid Seats would let me know how to retrieve my tickets as it is getting closer to Keeneland post time.

The app is easy to use to research tickets and find what you're looking for. I also like that the tickets are sent to the app on my phone for easy access. It would be nice if a photo could be accessed while reviewing seats so you can get an idea of the view from where you're sitting.

Very disappointed to find out just a couple of days before Cat Steven’s concert, that he and his band members can’t get Visas. What kind of brainless promoters would even let this happen? Lots of people lost money! Plain and simple… I want a refund!!!

I used them to get the World Cup ticket and for other events. It’s convenient. They got all the seats and the tickets are worth having. The app is easy to use and it’s user-friendly. The price is not bad and that’s why I use it.

Because of a disability requiring an aisle seat, I bought a ticket to an event in Charlotte 6 mos in advance to make sure I was able to get the seats I wanted. Two days before the event, I was emailed tickets for seats that were $200 cheaper than what I paid for, in a different row and in the middle of the row. Customer service was of no help when I explained the situation and could I be reimbursed the difference when it was clear that I wasn't going to be able to get an aisle seat. No reimbursement ($600) and no aisle seat. What a scam. Shame on you, Vivid Seats.

Buying tickets is fairly easy, but it doesn't tell you which end of the arena the CAPS short twice. We prefer to seat at that end. We buy tickets when we feel like going to games. Capital area is awesome!

I have not received my tickets yet! App says would receive by 9/30. It is 10/01 and I have not received them yet. The app shows Confirmed since I paid but not yet Ready! Admittedly it's my first time using Vivid Seats but so much harder to deal with than other vendors. Extremely difficult to communicate with. I will not use Vividseats again. There's very little or no communication on when tickets will arrive or which vendor will work with Vividseats.

Great customer service! Seamlessly credited the “rain-out” event without me asking. My money (credit) was waiting for me when I was able to schedule another event (MLB game)… in an entirely different city and entirely different team. I’m confident that I will use Vivid again.

Vivid Seats is now the only website I use for ticket purchases. It has a great website and app that are both easy to use and navigate. We have found the best pricing through this sight. Also the daily games to earn points are a lot of fun too, we pop on almost every day for that. I called customer service as we were trying to get into the concert and they sent me a link to three DIFFERENT seats and those bar codes did not work either!!!! In March of this year, I bought 2 tickets to see Wicked in Charlotte, NC for Sept 27, 2025. I immediately got a confirmation number but app said delivery of tickets would happen closer to the performance date. I contacted company days before show and 4 times the day of show. The response I got was the seller has until 2 hrs before show time to deliver tickets. I was assured by the chat agent that I would get the tickets because through Vivid it is 100% guaranteed. My 2 children travelled 3 hrs to see the show in Charlotte.

Buyer BEWARE. VIVID does NOT have 24/7 help. It’s AI and worthless. I don’t have one of the two tickets I bought for Tyler Childers tonight. and there is no one to help. Plus the ticket is not transferable so how am I supposed to give it to my daughter? AI says that some tickets aren’t transferable. BEWARE.

The tickets that I originally purchased were never received. Upon game time I was able to contact Vivid Seats ticket support. It took a while and 2 separate agents but they were able to remedy the situation and got us upgraded tickets at no extra cost.

The extra sign-in and required password change with Ticketmaster was a bit extra, BUT more frustrating was the major change in seat location that was originally confirmed. Confirmed sec 157 row 30… received sec 141 row 20. This is disappointing since this is not what was requested.

Bought two parking passes by accident, they said no refunds and I could sell them, I did the selling process and then next day asked me to repost it, wouldn’t let me post a pic of ticket. Not happy they could have just refunded and made it easy, I messaged right away.

I seemed to have received my tickets. Process was easy to understand and an email confirmation was sent when tickets were transferred. The tickets then appeared in my account and are marked as delivered. I can now access the tickets under the ticket tab and they show up as a QR code.

I do not know that any of my problems have been resolved to my satisfaction. I have had a lot by the way. Very disappointing! I know they are not at fault when an event gets canceled or rescheduled but the rest is definitely on them. I wish I didn't get stuck with credits I am forced to use with Vivid Seats. Bait & Switch, failed to deliver. I purchased what I identified and thought were specific seats to a concert and paid $75/ticket. I received general admission tickets valued at $16.65. Customer service is non-existent. No wonder why there are multiple class-action suits against this outfit. DO NOT USE!

The delivery either came late or early the day of the concert. It arrived but extremely gut-wrenching to someone with Military related PTSD (VA Disabled) and having no confirmation other than seeing that it should arrive by September 23rd. I went to bed not knowing if I had the tickets which caused a bit of anxiety. I used to order tickets as a kid and get them well before the concert (you can see when I bought these and realize months in advanced is insane for a day of/day before delivery) like physical copies. This was digital and still had to wait for a long time. Probably not gonna use this service again unless I find comfort in it but figured I'd explain my experience hah.

Back in November 2024 I purchased two VIP tickets for a festival happening next month, and spent 2k. These are physical wristbands that are mailed. At the end of August I logged in to Vivid just to review and double check as the organizers were preparing to ship tickets in September, and found that the delivery method was set to Email. I immediately contacted customer service and that in and of itself is a whole ordeal: if you call, the robot answering tells you to message via chat and hangs up on you. You do the chat and it's a super annoying bot that connects you to a live agent only if you ask a thousand times, then we you get an 'agent' they sound like a bot or dumb AI. Long story short they noted my concern and told me they'd get in touch with the seller and when they confirmed delivery method they'd reach out to me ( already ridiculous because I told them a thousand times these tickets are NOT digital, impossible to deliver any other way).

This is the first time I’ve ever dealt with Vivid Seats, and I had a specific request that had to be met in terms of where my seats would be located due to a surgery that I just had limiting the amount of contact I have with individuals beside me. The representative went way above and beyond giving me multiple options to consider, but also was able to stay very close to the price range that I had requested to begin with. The process for doing this was seamless and she accommodated everything I was looking for.

It was great to be rewarded for being a good customer! I miss the games that had rewards. I believe those rewards helped me to get a ticket to a big Reds night game for $1.49 and I ended up getting free parking as well. Great time out at the Great American Ballpark.

The pricing was better than other websites, but the online delivery policy isn't great. Getting tickets delivered from second-hand sale only 48 hours before an event is pretty stress-inducing. Not only that, but it helps drive second-hand sales prices up due to perceived scarcity since no one is required to deliver in a timely manner.

I have never used Vivid Seats before and was nervous to buy tickets for Sleep Token after hearing some venues may not accept third party seller tickets. We missed out on the Ticketmaster sale but snagged ours the same day for very fair prices. They were same price that tickets were going for on Ticketmaster. Tickets transferred a week before the show and we got in no problem at all! I would use again in the future.

So I bought tickets today and I’m having trouble getting them. I’m locked out of my Ticketmaster and it wants me to reset my password. None of the codes work and I been trying for hrs. I don’t get why my tickets can’t be sent directly to my Vivid account. Honestly this is horrible.

The ticket transfer was really quick! I got the email like 2 minutes after completing the payment - I see them in my Ticketmaster account but it has no barcode so I’m still a little unsure. If they end up working I will be so happy! The service fee is what made me choose Vivid Seats over other platforms so please never increase it. :)

Bought tickets 3 weeks before I flew to Milwaukee from North Dakota to see Philadelphia play Brewers, tickets were transferred from my Vivid Seats account to MLB App like told to by Vivid Seats, had tickets on my phone and receipt of sale. Day of game, tickets were missing and was told by MLB that tickets had been resold and not first time this had happened to Vivid Seats. Had to buy new seats from different vendor cost us another 300 dollars, Vivid Seats gave me the run around, told me they would investigate it and get back to me in 3 to 5 days. Been almost 2 weeks and have not heard anything back. Lost 680 dollars and had to buy another 300 dollars in tickets to get into game. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You're better off at Tikpick, so I lost around 900 dollars total, not including what it cost me to come down to see these games, not a site I would recommend to anybody.

I purchased these tickets on the 4th of September and still have not received them yet. The show is on Saturday so if someone could help me get this straightened out that would be great! I have the order number and it says that they were delivered but I have not received an email to transfer them.

I purchased tickets and the seller Vivid Seats connected me to was a fraudulent scammer. Then Vivid Seats didn't honor their 100% money-back guarantee when I cancelled the tickets. The scammed email looked like it was affiliated with University of Maryland but it was a scam. I never accepted the transfer of the tickets from that seller. Because that email address was a scam, and I was not about to open myself to any links that could cause my privacy damage or harm.

As usual I had to go back and forth on the site to eventually get my tickets sent to google wallet. Too much hassle on the web site to deal with what appears to be a simple activity. Unfortunately we are all prisoners of the system whatever system there is.

I appreciate the more cost effective tickets available. This is the first time I used this application. I usually use TicketMaster but to find seats for 15 people in one area, close to one another is impossible. Vivid seats made it possible and easy with the number of available tickets in each section and row. I have not received the tickets via my email to date, as it is still too early for the game, so I can not mention that part of the process to date.

I was promised a 15% discount because I signed up with them and was not able to use it when I signed out. It said my coupon could not be used on my order, but that information was never given to me. I think they call it false advertising. After spending almost $3000 for tickets they offer you a discount but then don’t give it to you when you check out. I’m going will be well informed not to use the site again.

The option for zero stars should be offered! My tickets were delivered September 5th for Oasis concert on September 6th. They showed up on the 5th. On the night of the concert they disappeared. If I could give this site a zero, I would. I bought a parking pass for the Hollywood Bowl in the D lot. I overpaid for a spot that said row one, space 14. As I have an ill husband, and wanted to leave as quickly as possible, I paid extra. When we got to the lot, they said there were no reserved spaces. Parking on site was $45 not the150.00 I stupidly paid. There is no talking to anyone at Vivid customer service, only by text, The only thing the “alleged” manager I texted with said, repeatedly, was what their policy was. He would not put me in touch with a supervisor. I spoke with someone at the LA Philharmonic and they said to use Park Whiz. So buyer beware.

Using a link from a credit card to obtain a statement credit. The process was quite straightforward and we were able to choose a pair of seats in a great location. My only concern is the ability receive the link to the pdf of the tickets and then to print them out as we will be onboard ship on the day for them to be delivered.

Bought pit/general admission tickets a month in advance (not sold out at the time). Tickets were never delivered. Reached out multiple times days and hours before the event—kept getting told the seller would deliver “day of” and then was guaranteed delivery 2 hours before the show. Two hours before, I was told the seller hadn’t responded but GA tickets were available. I agreed to the same tickets, but was instead offered inferior seats despite the company’s own policy promising “comparable or upgraded” replacements.

First, the eticket I received had no seat number. I didn't receive the 2nd eticket because I typed the wrong email. When I contacted via chat, after close to an hour I received new emails with the seat numbers. But then at the venue, 8 seats on my row had been double booked! The last to arrive were given the seats and we earlier ones had to go to the box office. They gave us closer seats and said some people sell a ticket twice. We were a few minutes late because of the ticket change. After the purchase I could see that the ticket itself was $72, but with the fees I paid $98! I used PayPal, so I don't have a receipt.

Replacement tickets are standing room only, and that was not specified by the customer service representative for the replacement tickets. I am frustrated by the delayed delivery of the initial tickets and worse replacement tickets. This needs to be fixed immediately.

I bought tickets thru Ticketmaster first but was limited to 4 only. I needed 4 more tickets in the same row (row 15 of section 11) so I had to use another ticketing platform. In Ticketmaster I specified which seats in the row I bought, seats 17-20, so we were on the end. I paid $500 for 4 tickets. In that app, I could see there was another 6 seats available in the row right next to my first order. Them being the only option for another 4 seats. Unfortunately, Vivid Seats doesn’t offer seat specific purchasing. I could only place an order for 4 tickets in row 15 of section 11. Knowing that was only place in the row with 4 seats and was right next to my first order, I made the purchase and hoped for the best.

It was a little stressful not having the tickets delivered until the day before, but I was very relieved when I finally received them today. Some extra communication between the date of purchase and the date of delivery would have eased my worries. Regardless, I was able to purchase them earlier and at a lower price through your service, which was fantastic. Had we waited for the general sale, we may not have made it through the queue at all. I am beyond frustrated with this entire experience. I tried to use my reward credit to buy a ticket for an upcoming event and every single time my purchase was immediately canceled. I reached out through the app and ended up chatting with four different senior specialist none of whom could solve the issue on top of that. I called customer service multiple times, wasted hours explaining the same situation over and over and still got absolutely no resolution. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of anyone taking ownership of the problem I was basically brushed off and told to go somewhere else to purchase my ticket. That response is insulting and unacceptable. Why even offer a program reward if I can’t actually use the credit when I need it most. At this point it feels like no one cares about fixing the issue or valuing my time as a customer. I am angry. I’m disappointed and I want answers not excuses.

When I purchase tickets from a vendor like vivid, I fully expect those tickets to arrive. When I saw that my Floor GA tickets to my daughter’s favourite band hadn't arrived yet - 30 min before doors opened - I reached out to your team. Sadly, the tickets i purchased never arrived. And by the time your team was able to confirm that they never would arrive, the other reasonably priced good tickets i had been following at the time of my purchase were no longer available.

Never had this problem of where I didn’t receive tickets on time until 30 mins after the game started. Missed start of the game. And buyer guarantee says “valid tickets in time for event or your money back.” We were stuck outside in the sun waiting for the tickets.

I purchased NFL football tickets, before purchasing I called and communicated with Andres C. to resolve some concerns I had. After Andres doing some research (because he did not know the questions I was asking), he informed me that with my package I was purchasing it included 3 hours of a pre game tailgate party including drinks and food. He also confirmed that there would be food and drinks inside the stadium. To my surprise, after receiving information from Elevate VIP there is no food or drinks inside the stadium included with the package I purchased. This is false advertising and misinformation so I would purchase the tickets. This is unacceptable, and would be greatly appreciated if I was contacted by someone with the proper authority to resolve this issue.

Prices are always what they say they are, so there are no extra fees at the end. There are many ways for payment which makes it easy and tickets come fast. Sometimes the 10 minutes to buy the tickets can be annoying but you have to be ready to pay for them.

When I clicked I got a message saying they are not available yet. I have spoken to Customer Service Live Chat three times but received NO HELP. They gave me a phone number to complain, but when I call I receive a recorded message telling me contact Live Chat and they hang up on me. Apparently I have no recourse!

Placed an order and realized it was only 1 ticket and not 4 and that apparently final and they couldn't help me switch it to 4 or cancel this order and place the 4 tickets. Accidents happen and to add 3 tickets you would think would be something they could do but not the case.

I’ve used Vivid Seats for a basketball game and I had no problems. It only took a few steps and I was in the door. I decided I’m using them again for a concert. Everyone should use this app. I will be recommending to all my friends. I give this method of buying tickets five stars.
