I am beyond frustrated with this entire experience. I tried to use my reward credit to buy a ticket for an upcoming event and every single time my purchase was immediately canceled. I reached out through the app and ended up chatting with four different senior specialist none of whom could solve the issue on top of that. I called customer service multiple times, wasted hours explaining the same situation over and over and still got absolutely no resolution. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of anyone taking ownership of the problem I was basically brushed off and told to go somewhere else to purchase my ticket. That response is insulting and unacceptable. Why even offer a program reward if I can’t actually use the credit when I need it most. At this point it feels like no one cares about fixing the issue or valuing my time as a customer. I am angry. I’m disappointed and I want answers not excuses.

It was good and fast. I didn’t have any problems. I would recommend it. I could see the map clear of the seats and I could see the Row Alphabet and the numbers. I saw the stage area clearly and the payment info was protect and the ticket was sent promptly and that’s it.

Was a good experience, I called and booked and the process was easy!! The female worker was very efficient and polite. Made the transaction easy. I would use this again. I wish the prices were not so high and could be more cost-effective. But that is not their issue.

I had such a wonderful experience with Vivid Seats! Their prices are by far the best and very budget-friendly compared to other sites. I purchased a My Chemical Romance pit ticket for Fenway Park, and I was a little nervous about receiving it. Thankfully, their customer service team was amazing! A kind gentleman helped me on a Sunday, reassured me every step of the way, and guided me through the process. Since it was for Fenway Park, the ticket was sent directly through the app, and he made sure I felt confident and secure. I will forever be thankful for the excellent service I received, Vivid Seats truly goes above and beyond.

Overall, this Vivid ticket experience was very disappointing - but your customer service were able to salvage a potential disaster by securing 2 tickets after the show started. When I purchase tickets from a vendor like vivid, I fully expect those tickets to arrive. When I saw that my Floor GA tickets to my daughter’s favourite band hadn't arrived yet - 30 min before doors opened - I reached out to your team. Sadly, the tickets i purchased never arrived. And by the time your team was able to confirm that they never would arrive, the other reasonably priced good tickets i had been following at the time of my purchase were no longer available.
In the end, I was able to get overpriced much worse tickets, and while I’m glad to at least be able attend this concert - it was overall a very disappointing customer experience. Makes me lose trust in the vivid ticket purchasing experience altogether. And on top of it all, your customer service representative offered no compensation whatsoever. Disappointing. will not be using vivid again anytime soon. And I will let my Friends and family know not to make the same mistake I did.

Never had this problem of where I didn’t receive tickets on time until 30 mins after the game started. Missed start of the game. And buyer guarantee says “valid tickets in time for event or your money back.” We were stuck outside in the sun waiting for the tickets.

Since they did not confirm the order and did not respond when we tried to contact them, we were able to discuss replacement tickets with you to ensure you didn't miss out on the game, and these arrived after the start of the event for that reason. However, we later reviewed the situation and reached out about a resolution given the circumstances, and hope that this helped to make things right.

I will try to make this as direct only to the company Vivid Seats as the further complications that arised from vivid seats was more complicated. I had purchased vivid seats market place tickets for a concert. This detail is important since apparently this makes your ticket a resold ticket and the original purchaser has all the rights to the tickets.
The venue changed and I was not informed since the email or notification was sent to the original purchaser for change of venue. When I found out about it, I had contacted vivid seats via virtual chat and they confirmed that the ticket is still valid and proceeded to send me an email about the he changed venue after I informed them Roughly 3 hours before the concert. Upon arrival to the new venue I was told to pick up my new venue tickets at the box office. I was asked ID and I was told that my name was not on the ticket transfer's list. I tried to present my purchased ticket and they have told me that they could not scan it and I would have to be on the transfer ticket list.
When I opened a case with vivid seats and after many hours of going back and forth on multiple occasions they have refused a refund telling me that all I had to do anything was show my ticket and I would be given entry. Which clearly the new venue would not honor. Every ticket transfers from the old venue was issued new tickets since the new venue for not have the same seating plan and vivid seats confirmed in chat that all 3rd party ticket sales invalidated since I was not in the original purchaser and my name would not be on transfer ticket list and vivid seats still refused to refund my ticket. The official reason was that all I had to do was scan the ticket in which the new venue did not allow.

I purchased NFL football tickets, before purchasing I called and communicated with Andres C. to resolve some concerns I had. After Andres doing some research (because he did not know the questions I was asking), he informed me that with my package I was purchasing it included 3 hours of a pre game tailgate party including drinks and food. He also confirmed that there would be food and drinks inside the stadium. To my surprise, after receiving information from Elevate VIP there is no food or drinks inside the stadium included with the package I purchased. This is false advertising and misinformation so I would purchase the tickets. This is unacceptable, and would be greatly appreciated if I was contacted by someone with the proper authority to resolve this issue.

Prices are always what they say they are, so there are no extra fees at the end. There are many ways for payment which makes it easy and tickets come fast. Sometimes the 10 minutes to buy the tickets can be annoying but you have to be ready to pay for them.

I bought and paid for tickets to a Broadway show over a month ago. The date of the show is in three weeks. I received a message telling me to click on an address to get my tickets. When I clicked I got a message saying they are not available yet. I have spoken to Customer Service Live Chat three times but received NO HELP. They gave me a phone number to complain, but when I call I receive a recorded message telling me contact Live Chat and they hang up on me. Apparently I have no recourse!

Placed an order and realized it was only 1 ticket and not 4 and that apparently final and they couldn't help me switch it to 4 or cancel this order and place the 4 tickets. Accidents happen and to add 3 tickets you would think would be something they could do but not the case.

I ordered tickets for an event where I needed a physical bracelet as a ticket. For weeks before it says my ticket was sent. So I didn’t panic. The week before I got an update from UPS that my ticket was at a facility near my home and would arrive the next day. The day before the event the ticket still didn’t arrive. Ups says it was lost and started an investigation. I never got my ticket and when I contacted vivid seats they said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even value their buyer guarantee. So I was out $638. BEWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR “buyer protection.” Do not use for physical tickets expected in the mail. Because if it gets lost in transit you are out of luck! I am currently filing a dispute with both my credit card and UPS. Their guarantee policy is a scam!

The tickets were delivered to an account NOT associated with my VividSeats account. I needed them either transferred over so I could access them, or cancelled so I could purchase new ones on my account. I used vividseats because of the rewards. I'm UPSET.

Paid more than $2400 for two Chris Brown tickets Oct 3rd 2025 show. The AI live chat final solution: check spam! No help. I’m getting an attorney to fight this robbery.

First-time user. I was a little hesitant at first and more nervous as it got closer to the event. However, I just received the tickets in the app. The follow-through and communication have all been good. The ticket price was just slightly more than the original price, but well worth it as the show has been sold out. So, I would recommend it especially if you miss a sold-out show sale and I will use the service again. Note, this is all app driver, which I actually prefer.

I ordered seat for tier 2 and they was cancelled cause I didn’t reply fast enough, which is crazy to me. I’m at work and at meeting. Only email I got was your order has been cancelled! That’s not right! Now I reordered and the original tickets are not available and had to order tier 3 tickets. I’m not happy at all. This was a surprise for my daughter and the seats have been changed.

I purchased 2 tickets to the AF Academy game (which was Sat. 30 Aug). The day before the game I went on the Vivid Seats website, asking where my tickets would arrive via email. After a few chats, I was told not to worry; I would receive them by midnight. The day of the event, I spent 2 hours and 40 min on chat! The agent claimed he/she couldn't contact the seller. After all the frustration, I finally got the tickets 4 1/hrs before the game. We had a 3 hr commute (plus looking for parking)! It was ridiculous. I filled out the survey and never got a reply! Never again! I would give them zero stars, but that's not an option.

I just received a lot of emails from Vivid Seats and some from Ticketmaster…took me awhile to sort it all out. I was eventually able to figure out how to transfer the tickets to my daughter for her birthday. Realize now that it would have just been easier to have her buy them and pay her back. Ultimately it’s all good…just a learning curve for someone that doesn’t buy tickets all that often and ended up having to download two new apps.

I called customer support to ask about age restrictions for The Prodigy concert. The assistant immediately offered me to purchase tickets online and offered a discount. I wasn't ready to purchase during the call, but she convinced me that they have a special price. As the result the assistant sold me wrong tickets: I wanted to purchase GA floor and she purchased GA Balcony for me instead. Now I want my refund and want to change my tickets, but there is no way for me to do it. I'll never use customer support again to purchase anything.

The tickets you had mentioned you were looking at and comparing prices for were for the GA Balcony section, which is what the agent purchased for you. We assisted you in relisting your unwanted tickets and it looks like you were able to repurchase the floor tickets you preferred after that.

Disappointed with the fact that they didn't give me a no refund notification for the tickets that I bought. It's a little sad that there is no easy way to request help when due to forcing AI chat before getting to a representative. Long story short, I am out $1000 because of poor customer service design and focusing fees on scalpers' tickets with an extreme mark-up.

Hello, I do not understand why a price of $138.58 was NOT applied for these tickets and I got charged the full amount of $297.16 total or $148.58 each. Like it can be seen in the screenshot below, a $138.58 per person should have been applied for a total of $277.16. Besides this discount, there is also a 15% discount (max of $20 per order) that should have been applied at checkout for being my first order at Vivid Seats, like it is mentioned as well in the screenshot. Total should have been $257.16 and I paid $297.16.

I did eventually get my tickets, but they were sent through Ticketmaster which was a whole ordeal trying to sign into. If I had know these tickets were to be sent via Ticketmaster, I probably would have purchased through a different vendor. Ticketmaster customer support told me I need to completely delete my VPN to use Ticketmaster..

Online experience left a lot to be desired - I was not allowed to enter my CC billing address because it's a P.O. Box. The website message was "can't deliver to a P.O. Box" even though the title on the form said, "Billing Address", not delivery address. The Post office does not deliver to my physical address. I had to call in to get help with my purchase. That said, Chan D. was extremely polite, understanding, and helpful and provided excellent service. Only issue was the requirement to purchase a larger block of seats than I needed, however, the seats I wanted were not available from Ticketmaster, so props to Vivid Seats for having more to sell than them.

I enjoy the app. I wish you could see more details on the stadium and venue map. I have had numerous times where I can't accept the tickets because the email I get doesn't have any links. That is very frustrating. When I call in, I can't speak to anyone unless my event is the next day or that same day. The online chat feature doesn't help as much as I would hope it would. There should be a way for us to submit a request to have ticket acceptance emails resent to us and some help for general questions, as opposed to just people who have events within the next 24-48 hours.

Due to never receiving tickets for a concert the day prior to the concert date when I purchased through another site, I was very upset. So now, I will not purchase tickets unless I receive the tickets immediately. I now have both my tickets and won't have to worry about canceling plans and arrangements due to the seller not sending the tickets I paid for. I ended up getting a refund, but the inconvenience was not accounted for.

I've had easy and satisfying purchases with Vivid Seats. I like the app. I've used them for a lot of different types of events. I purchased tickets for a couple of Blackhawks games, a ticket for the Dave Chappelle show, and soccer tickets, too. They usually have a good amount of tickets to choose from and the price includes fees, so it breaks it down easier. The pricing is usually good. Also, Vivid Seats is giving an acknowledgement of me being a customer. For my latest purchase, I still had a credit from their rewards program that I needed to use. It was a really easy experience. I have no complaints with Vivid Seats. They were definitely the best prices with the best seats. I shopped around at other ticket places and Vivid Seats continued to be the best. So I just kept using them. I've purchased Phillies tickets and I even bought other baseball tickets for my husband. We're not huge concert people because we have younger kids, but when we do start going to concerts again, I think we will also use Vivid Seats for that.
I also got the incentive of one free ticket if purchase 10 tickets, which was a nice bonus. So I got a $175 credit towards our next event. I'll continue to shop with them first in the future. It was an easy website to use, great prices and it's reliable. My experience is always positive.

My experience with Vivid Seats was great. I purchased Treaty Oak Revival tickets through them, and we received the tickets on time, and we had a really good time at the event. I started using Vivid Seats a couple of years ago after hearing mixed reviews about other ticket providers, and I have used them for all my tickets ever since. The process is quick and easy, and the tickets can be added to the Wallet app on my iPhone and scanned at the venue, so I don’t have to go through all the stress about losing my printed tickets.

When placing my order on Vivid Seats, I was given the section and row number of the venue. However, after completing the transaction and receiving the ticket transfer, I discovered that it is a seat with an obstructed view, something that was never disclosed. I paid $200 for this ticket and will not be able to see half the stage, which is misleading the buyer (me) and falsely advertising.

We were on our way to the concert when Vivid Seats called us to tell us the tickets we bought had been sold on a different website and let us know the seats were obstructed view, which we did not know 'cause it wasn’t listed on the information for the tickets. The tickets listed were row 21. After I paid for them the tickets I received were row 20. Might not seem like much, but at Hard Rock Stadium that is on the border of being covered vs not being covered. That 1 row does make a difference. Horrible experience trying to sell a ticket the day before an event - I transferred the ticket to Vivid Seats (per their instructions), but they did not activate my listing until almost 24 hours later, after the event was over. The morning of the event, I emailed them asking them to either activate my listing ASAP or return my ticket. They did not respond. I will never use this company again.

Vivid Seats have a stamp program which is kind of cool. They have a thing where if you buy 10 tickets, you get the average cost of those tickets to apply towards another ticket. I've used it twice. I also like how the app is, visually.

I’ve used Vivid Seats quite a bit. I’ve gotten quite a few tickets through them. It's horrible that they add a markup to the price of the tickets because the hidden service fees make it quite expensive. When you could get them from their own store versus what you get for the secondary market, it’s outrageous. But it's almost the only way you can get them anymore, though their website was fine and easy to navigate.

I’m pissed because I ordered two tickets for a baseball game this past Sunday. I never received tickets and was forced to purchase a new set of tickets through box office. I called back in after game to get a refund that I qualified for due to your buyers guarantee but was denied due to them saying that the tickets were sent to my email. Those tickets never made it to my inbox and I was on the phone prior to buying tickets from box office for an hour which the 30 minutes of that call, the game already had started.

We missed one whole day of our festival because the tickets we paid to have sent over night arrived 5 days later. They did not compensate us for the over night shipment or for missing the 1st day nor did they even apologize. Instead, the manager said I was lying about when the festival started. How can I lie, the schedule was on the website. We also had to wait in the parking lot and could not even bring our camper in for the 1st day because our tickets were not delivered. Buyer BEWARE! Did I forget to mention that 2 of these 4 tickets were for 2 disabled adults who look forward to this festival every year!

While next year is scheduled to take place over 4 days, this past June saw the festival take place over 6/26-6/28, per their official website. The tickets you ordered were shipped using UPS Overnight delivery, and were sent out on June 23rd. They arrived on June 24th, but you weren't available at the time of delivery. UPS was able to get your signature the following day, and the tickets arrived safe-and-sound the day before the festival was set to begin. We've also reviewed the previous calls and conversations you had with our agents, and can assure you that our information about the festival schedule was accurate at the time you contacted us about the delivery of your passes. Parking and Camping access are separate passes/add-ons and were not included with your purchase, and early camping is its own separate pass. We understand that you were hoping your tickets would arrive earlier than they did, and that this process caused you some distress. Tickets can only be shipped once the seller who listed them has them in their possession to send out. We were also thankfully able to update your address on the shipping label before they had dropped them off to help ensure they went to the right place. I will never use Vivid Seats again. I received the tickets ONE day before the show. However, they were in a different section. Ticket prices in that section were HALF what I paid 9 months ago. Vivid Seats refused to give me the tickets I paid for. They also refused to give me a discount for the cheaper seats. The customer service rep refused to forward me to a supervisor. Don't buy from Vivid Seats. Bait and Switch.

Their Buyer's Guarantee/100% Customer Satisfaction is false advertising to deceive. I just had the most insane experience that consumed 2.5 days of my life, missed the show & lost my $. Feb 2025 I paid for tickets to a show on July 30th. On July 28th I got a call from Vivid Seats telling me that these tickets are no longer available due to a "venue change" & they changed my tickets to horrible seats. They lied & I have it recorded. My original seats were available & canceled day of the show. I tried endlessly to find a resolution or get my original seats back. They wouldn't budge. They put me on hold me - sometimes up to 20 minutes. They gas-lighted me, twisted the truth, transferred their guilt onto me & scapegoated their accountability onto the venue - they refused to try to fix anything that they caused.
For 3 days I spent hours on the phone with their customer service department. I sent full detailed messages through their app. I asked them why they lied to me and they wouldn't answer the question. They put a spin on everything and caused me so much emotional distress. They wouldn't give me my original tickets because that meant taking responsibility and accountability. They would find a resolution to something they did to me. They cost me the show. Wouldn't give me my original tickets back and wouldn't find a resolution by giving me equal tickets to that show in the auditorium for that day or another day that the show was playing that week.
I bought those tickets as a gift to my husband for his birthday and they ruined everything and caused me so much unnecessary stress, frustration and confusion. They just wasted my time & bold face lied to me. I have never in my life, experienced something like this & I hope I never will again. So I'm telling others to beware of Vivid Seat they are not who they pretend to be & they have no problem lying. I'm not the first to complain about such treatment by them. I will report them to the better business bureau, to my bank for fraud and get my money back & to Klarna - another company involved in the payment of these tickets to vivid seats. My bank will investigate them.
I buy tickets to shows, comedy, concerts, festivals, theatre & up to 10-25 or more a year. This is how they treat a great long-term customer. They obviously don't care about losing my business because they are still fooling everyone else with their lies, deception, false buyers guarantee and false security of 100% Customer Satisfaction. For now, after 3 years of buying tickets from Vivid Seats sellers, I will be permanently closing my account and do what I can to share my experience with others in hopes that my experience shared could keep another person from experiencing this.
To Recap: because of this experience my opinion of Vivid seats has severely changed. Everything I shared and stated in this review is 100% accurate with substantial evidence to support this review. I find Vivid Seats Customer Service, business acumen, and market to lack integrity, embrace dishonesty & advertise falsely to the public and the customers they lure in to do business with them. Initially, the tickets you had ordered back in March of this year were transferred to you on the same day. However, it does not appear that you accepted the transfer on your end. We can confirm that the original tickets you ordered in BalcD2 Row 1 became unavailable. According to the seller you purchased these from, the venue revoked their original tickets and provided them replacements in TierB2, Row 6. When they did this, they cancelled any outgoing transfer of those tickets, which is why you received a cancellation email on the evening of July 28th. The seller notified us immediately, and we tried to reach out to you to discuss replacements with you. You were not open to the replacement seats the seller received from the venue, so we discussed other options. According to our records, you accepted the replacements we offered in TierC1 Row 2, so we informed the new seller and had those transferred over to you ASAP. From our perspective, you received new tickets to attend in a slightly closer tier, and should have been able to attend. It seems like perhaps some miscommunication occurred between us and yourself about where the tickets were going to be, or if they were delivered, since you mentioned and sent screenshots of the cancellation of the original tickets around that time. We've tried to reach out to you by phone since to discuss this further and get a better idea of how this played out from your perspective so we can understand why you ended up not attending the show. We're still open to discussing the matter further, as it feels like there is still opportunity to work together to come to a more positive resolution, and we encourage you to contact our specialized team by sending us a DM over social media at your convenience.

I purchased premium priced tickets. The Vivid website showed the tickets on a seat map being in the front section, and the ticket description said they were in Row 1. The tickets themselves has Row 1 in the section area. Upon arrival, I was told there were only General Admission tickets with no assigned areas or rows. Vivid Customer Service later told me that Row 1 only refers to an inventory number, and not a seating row, and refused to give me a partial refund.

General Admission events do not have assigned seating and are typically standing room only. These rows are not indicative of where you will stand or sit, as location in a GA venue is usually first come first serve based on arrival time. After purchasing the ticket and downloading the app., I was unable to log into the account on the app or change the password even though somehow was able to access my account on desktop. Customer service sent a pdf of the ticket since I was driving on a rural hwy with no printer access and don't own a printer. I was told by CS that the venue is only accessible with a printed ticket and I would not be able to enter the venue without it and would not be eligible for a refund since the ticket had been delivered. In addition the ticket is in the name of Audrey ** purchased in Feb 2025, which I was told is standard practice for tics purchased through a marketplace. This is beyond ridiculous and I am heartbroken that I had to miss the event. I will be contacting my bank regarding the refund and will never use your crappy app again and would not recommend it to anyone since it does not work properly.

Do not recommend using Vividseats as the client does not have any protection. Client beware and Vividseats will not contact seller or inquire about it. Vividseats has agreements with sellers but they can be anyone and charge double, triple of the going ticket price, gouge clients. Vividseats will not help clients and will not contact sellers.

I spent over an hour researching ticket options online to find seats close to my friend group. I specifically purchased row P on this website. $230 later I receive tickets for row N. It took 2 days and a virtual agent telling me to 'wait 5 minutes to call and someone will answer’ after complaining there was no one to answer the phone. The first virtual agent I spoke to..despite telling him how upset I was at the change..disconnected my conversation and sent me a ‘congratulatory seat upgrade’ email regarding my move to row N? When I FINALLY got ahold of someone via phone, they told me oh well and I can try to resell my tickets and try again. Nowhere did it clearly state what I was purchasing could be completely different than what I receive and I am beyond upset with the lack of customer service for this ‘company’. I’ll never use this website again and strongly advise against it.

These people charged me $41+ for tickets I got at the venue for less than $26. Their tickets didn't work. We searched for them at the front office when we arrived... No tickets. So I just spent more to get in. I contacted them for a refund and only got to chat with a robot. Then they sent me to something else maybe still a robot. I gave them info like last 4 of my card and they refused to give me a refund... For tickets that didn't work and that I never got to use! They said they decided not to because I didn't reach out to them while I was missing the event with my son. I said I clicked on get your tickets here how is that not reaching out? Run don't walk from this provider.

We purchased tickets on Vivid prior to our event's start time. The tickets were not transferred to us until about 45 minutes after the event had started. We missed a significant part of the event that we paid a premium for. If we would have known the tickets would not have been available immediately, we never would have purchased them.

I’m seeing awful reviews for what I consider to be a useful option for securing tickets to events. I’ve used Vivid Seats 4 times now… and have a 5th concert coming up in a couple weeks also through vivid seats for which I’ve already received my ticket. I’ve never had an issue at any event with tickets I bought from vivid seats, and while the fees can be high sometimes, I simply just shop elsewhere if that’s the case. To me, this service doesn’t deserved to be docked for that since seemingly every ticketing app employs some kinda hidden fee thing. Check your seats online for obstructions before buying them and only buy from sellers with check marks. If everyone did that there would be a lot less one star reviews.

Ideally I would be able to handle ticket purchase on the website or app but I had difficulty. My experience with the phone transaction was super easy. Wait time was minimal and Niko was super helpful, taking care of the entire transaction very quickly. He waited until I received the email confirmation which took place within seconds after he submitted the order.

I appreciated the seat upgrades. I tried to return a call about the upgrade offer using the chat and that was not helpful. Both interactions they said they were prioritizing my request and I would be receiving an email shortly. I never got an email. Luckily I figured out how to call back. But we had a great time. It was nice reconnecting with old friends.

It’s a good time, I like using this app and it’s fun doing the Game Center on this to win entries for ticket giveaways for different shows and game. I like this ticketing site a lot and thought it works well. I thought it was a fun time and the games themself are really fun. Enjoyable to do.
