Absolutely amazing experience! I was honestly very nervous after reading some negative reviews, but everything went perfectly from start to finish. We travelled from Switzerland to Madrid for a very special concert, so it was extremely important for us to receive our tickets on time. The tickets were delivered as promised, they were 100% valid, and we had absolutely no issues entering the venue. Customer support was kind, reassuring, and kept me informed throughout the process. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely use Vivid Seats again. If you’re worried because of some of the reviews, my experience was completely positive. Thank you for making this unforgettable experience possible!

The website is not very user friendly. The process is quick but it would be helpful if there was a live person to assist. There's only so many questions available on the website to resolve purchasing problems.

Overall, I was satisfied with the experience; however, the one suggestion I would make is regarding the timing of ticket delivery. If you know that you will be going out of town or unavailable, I would greatly appreciate tickets being delivered earlier rather than waiting until the day before. Receiving them sooner would help reduce stress and provide additional peace of mind, especially when trying to plan ahead or make arrangements in advance.

Whenever I have had a reason to reach out for assistance the response has been prompt, helpful and handled with great care. I would recommend using Vivid to anyone. Great customer service!! My experiences I have had are trying to find out if tickets purchased have certain perks with them. Was provided with answer from Vivid I needed. The other instance was when we had traveled out of state for an event that was 2 days but when trying to attend the 2nd day there was a problem with our tickets. I was devastated. Since the tickets were a gift for my husband. I contacted vivid and explained the problem and they did everything needed to correct it and gave me the option of attending still or getting a refund. I appreciated how quickly they took steps to correct the problem and their handling of the situation.

I read all the horror stories about how folks didn’t get their tickets until late. Well I had a totally different experience. It was easy to purchase our tickets, all 4 of my friends and I are sitting right next to one another. And we got our tickets really soon after the purchase and the barcode was on the tickets a few days before.

Purchased tickets to see Hilary Duff and it is crazy how ticket prices gouge. I am happy I found reasonably priced tickets in a seated area that has decent view. Easy & quick transfer, happy to have everything verified via email and it went smoothly. I got my tickets transferred to Ticketmaster right away to my account.

I ordered tickets through this website. They sent a confirmation text to a number that wasn't mine, and wasn't the one on the order. That other number canceled the order. I have friends who ordered tickets near the one I ordered. To get tickets close to where I had originally ordered would cost ~$1000 more. When I contacted Vivid Seats and asked them to fix it and credit me the difference to my credit card, they refused and set me up with tickets several sections away for ~$300 more. It was a terrible experience and Vivid Seats has not made any effort to fix what was their error.

Easy, peasy. Tickets were reasonably priced and the electronic delivery was seamless. Customer service through chat was a pleasure. They explained everything and walked me through the process, Highly recommend.

I was scared at first, but my tickets arrived earlier than planned which made it easier to to relax before flying to Vegas for the big Kenny Chesney show! I Will definitely be using Vivid Seats again!

Very easy site to use. Timely received a group of concert tickets and was able to easily transfer them individually to family members. The app shows the original group of tickets and also displays who I transferred the tickets.

All I’m going to say is when it comes to support I felt like I was talking to a real person and not a robot. I however would not recommend Vivid because you have to wait for your tickets. Vivid is making it hard to leave a review so now I’m not sure. Support chat was excellent. Everything after that is not good.

The tickets were delivered within the hour and have already been transferred to my Ticketmaster account. The process was super easy and I was a little skeptical but am happy I purchased through Vivid Seats.

Seems like an entirely too long a process to expect a very positive review from the average purchaser.

Tried their customer service in guidance for where to get my World Cup tickets and they were very quick in responding and guide me all the way to having the ticket in hand. They were also the cheapest from all third party selling apps.

The help option is prompt to explain how to use the tickets. There was no option to download or add the tickets to my wallet or add in but as soon as I asked it was explained that the visible barcode on the tickets would work at the venue.

I always, always use Vivid Seats. The app is easy to search for specific artists, user friendly features, and offers tons of great deals and discount opportunities for those who have an account. I have never had a problem transferring or downloading tickets when it comes time for the concert, and there has always been someone available on the phone line to answer questions if I have them.

Vivid Seats issued me rolling barcode tickets that cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else including my daughter that I purchased the tickets for. It turns out that she cannot attend the event, but I cannot sell or even give the tickets away unless I’m willing to give that person full access to my email and password. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, just an AI chatbot that is zero help. Do yourself a favor and buy your tickets elsewhere. $650 dollars down the drain!
