Absolute seamless ordering app. Plenty of filters to make sure you get the kind of seat that you’re looking for, and if that doesn’t quite do it, all you need to do is go back to the filter page and alter one or two things and I promise you you’ll be happy with the results because I certainly was. There are so many ticket sellers out there today that you worry that perhaps the one you’re using may not be reliable, additionally, some of the larger selling companies like the god-awful Ticketmaster, this app shows you the all in price, and at the end of the day, isn’t that we really want no surprises on our credit card statement going what? So the next time there’s a concert that you’re interested in getting tickets for I would certainly say that Vivid Seats is a very good bet.

I mistakenly entered incorrect payment information on the website and received an email the next morning stating that my order was canceled. They were a gift to my wife that she was VERY excited about, so that was not an email I wanted to see. I have never used Vivid Seats, and seeing that the $1400 had still been charged to my card, I was apprehensive about buying more tickets and thought I might have been scammed. I called customer support, who was able to instantly reverse the original charge and take my payment info over the phone in order to verify that the order went through. The lady I spoke with resolved my issue in under 10 minutes and was very kind/patient while I asked several dumb questions. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience! I was honestly very nervous after reading some negative reviews, but everything went perfectly from start to finish. We travelled from Switzerland to Madrid for a very special concert, so it was extremely important for us to receive our tickets on time. The tickets were delivered as promised, they were 100% valid, and we had absolutely no issues entering the venue. Customer support was kind, reassuring, and kept me informed throughout the process. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely use Vivid Seats again. If you’re worried because of some of the reviews, my experience was completely positive. The website is not very user friendly. The process is quick but it would be helpful if there was a live person to assist. There's only so many questions available on the website to resolve purchasing problems.

I received excellent service and assistance to purchase NFL tickets in Paris. As a DoD civilian stationed in Germany, I wasn't able to purchase tickets on the Vivid Seats website because at checkout the menu only allows you to use one of the 50 states. As an American stationed in Europe, we use an APO AE address. Your website should have the Armed Forces Europe built in the menu. I had to call your number to speak to an agent in order to buy the tickets. The lady who helped me was excellent and able to bypass the state requirement. This is something Vivid Seats needs to fix in its website so in the future service members stationed overseas are able to purchase tickets online.

All I wanted were 2 tickets to George Clanton. I got them here fast and easy. Added to my Google Wallet and Ticketmaster within 15 mins of purchase. Price was better than other sites at the moment. Good job.

It is A...I but it did its job flawless.... as it should be a great experience... with no personal contact... but highly recommend... Very efficient app. 5 stars from me.... This app runs really good... easy to maneuver... easy.. straight to the point. Pricing no hidden fees so yes a really good exp.

I had a good experience with the help assist robot. My first purchase was cancelled somehow but I am hoping to get a refund. We are looking forward to the game and enjoying some quality time. The app is not hard to understand, but going through all these emails to get tickets could improve.

Great value for the seats. Headed to the concert tonight so as long as the tickets work, I'm very impressed. Best price compared to competitors. Easy to use. I am happy with the product. Maybe removing tickets as soon as possible after they have been purchased as well. I was bamboozled a few times and it bummed me out.

Do not buy tickets from Vivid. Canceled my tickets after charging my credit card. Rude customer service agent. Refund can take 3-4 days for tickets I don’t have.

APP so far is excellent and pricing was as well. I had purchased tickets on their website and had not downloaded the APP. Once the ticket purchase was completed, it told me to download the APP, upon doing so did not see the tickets. Was told they would show up 2-3 days before the show. Thanks, and not to worry!

First time using Vivid Seats, and I’m impressed! The ticket prices were noticeably cheaper than Ticketmaster, and the whole buying process was smooth and easy to navigate — no confusing steps or hidden surprises at checkout. I also love that you earn points and rewards on your purchases. That’s such a great touch — it makes me want to come back for future events instead of just buying tickets and forgetting about the platform. Overall, a great experience for a first-timer. I’ll definitely be using Vivid Seats again!

Great customer service, good communication about what’s going with your vehicle, answers all questions I had asked, walked me through what service I was getting done. Good snacks and drinks. Every staff person was extremely friendly.

I have used this app so many times with ease. I have sold, bought and got a refund from a concert that was cancelled. No issues or hassle was given on each transaction. Thank you for your low rates and fast return on your ticket delivery! I love the suggestion of parking added to the bottom of each ticket offered. Also thanks for the opportunity to receive money off and after the tickets bought the chance for a free ticket. I love this app.

It has not been good. I have talked to 3 different people and finally the day we’re supposed to leave for the concert, I’m told that the seller only had 1 day tickets and not the 2 day pass that I had purchased.

The seller did not properly transfer the ticket into the Ticketmaster app. Rather, they sent screenshots. They did this to about 200 people at the show. This created a disaster at the box office, and the venue thought all these tickets were fake. The venue just decided to let all these people in. But we missed the first 20 minutes of the show. It was the best panic show I’ve ever seen, so I’m super pissed and will never use Vivid Seats again.

When needed to chat with someone about the tickets, I would have to say it was easier than chatting with another LARGE ticket app.. very quick and detailed. I am new at ordering concert tickets and had questions concerning proof of purchase and how to show my ticket purchase to the venue on the day of the concert. I did not realize that the barcode doesn't show up until up to 47 hours before the event. I had been trying to add my tickets into my phone wallet for 2 days lol. Thank you Vivid Seats!

Our tickets were cancelled after delivery for our seats and then for our parking pass but Vivid notified me immediately and I was able to buy new seats and a new pass quickly. When reaching out to support they helped answer questions right away. Excellent customer service.
