Absolute seamless ordering app. Plenty of filters to make sure you get the kind of seat that you’re looking for, and if that doesn’t quite do it, all you need to do is go back to the filter page and alter one or two things and I promise you you’ll be happy with the results because I certainly was. There are so many ticket sellers out there today that you worry that perhaps the one you’re using may not be reliable, additionally, some of the larger selling companies like the god-awful Ticketmaster, this app shows you the all in price, and at the end of the day, isn’t that we really want no surprises on our credit card statement going what? So the next time there’s a concert that you’re interested in getting tickets for I would certainly say that Vivid Seats is a very good bet.

I mistakenly entered incorrect payment information on the website and received an email the next morning stating that my order was canceled. They were a gift to my wife that she was VERY excited about, so that was not an email I wanted to see. I have never used Vivid Seats, and seeing that the $1400 had still been charged to my card, I was apprehensive about buying more tickets and thought I might have been scammed. I called customer support, who was able to instantly reverse the original charge and take my payment info over the phone in order to verify that the order went through. The lady I spoke with resolved my issue in under 10 minutes and was very kind/patient while I asked several dumb questions. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience! I was honestly very nervous after reading some negative reviews, but everything went perfectly from start to finish. We travelled from Switzerland to Madrid for a very special concert, so it was extremely important for us to receive our tickets on time. The tickets were delivered as promised, they were 100% valid, and we had absolutely no issues entering the venue. Customer support was kind, reassuring, and kept me informed throughout the process. The buying process was okay, but I didn’t realize I wouldn’t get my tickets until the day before. They were not delivered by the promised time, so I had to contact Support. The tickets were still not delivered by the new promised time and I had to contact Support again. Jasmine from support was a rock star! She got my tickets delivered to me within an hour and even offered to monitor my account to make sure I got them. She saved the review. I don’t know if I’ll used Vivid Seats in the future, but at least I know their Customer Support goes above and beyond.

Terrible. I got a email saying my tickets were ready but I cannot access them, only to find out that they've been sold when I never confirmed a sale, and was told that I would be receiving my tickets 3 weeks ago.

After our front row, Rod Stewart tickets were canceled. I was a little nervous 'cause I wasn’t sure how it all worked as far as getting a refund, but I called customer service and they gave me a text to speak to someone. It took less than a minute or two and we had it resolved. I really appreciate the speediness of refunding the price of the tickets.

The “magic login link” is not sending to my email. Very delayed. It would have been more efficient to allow login with my login/password.

The ticket prices were good for the basketball game that I chose. I went on multiple apps to purchased tickets for the game. All apps only had resell tickets but Vivid Seats at the most reasonable prices for the game that I picked. I will continue to use this app for third party ticket sales.
