Second time they have stolen $800 of credits from my husband and me. We had tickets to a rodeo before covid, and the rodeo was canceled. So, we got an $800 Vivid credit. We requested a refund, they said it wasn’t possible. Here we are a few years later, we finally buy tickets to the sporting event to try to use the credit. We select to use the credits at check out, but it charges our credit card instead. We tried to cancel the order with vivid, but they swore up and down they cannot cancel orders. They told us to dispute the charge with our credit card company. We did, and our credit card company refused the refund. So we were out $800.
Here we are trying to now use the $800 of credits that remain, and now they are mysteriously able to cancel orders when it comes to preventing us from using our credits to punish us for trying to challenge their transaction with our credit card company. They say they will not allow someone to use credits who dispute the charge. Our money? And they are holding it? They can’t cancel transactions, but they suddenly can when it comes to stealing money from people? They are crooks. Do not use them ever!

I bought tickets for a concert. Paid $750. When getting to the venue my tickets disappeared. I called them immediately. 40 minutes later was disconnected. Lost all my money. Had to buy tickets there at the concert. Vivid seats has terrible customer service. Tried to speak to a supervisor. Could only email them and still have heard nothing. I have documentation that my seats were not used, new tickets were bought at the concert and all the phone calls proving there was a big problem. Would never use these people again. There is no Guarantee as stated on their page. SCAMMERS!!!

I purchased my tickets through Ticket Center/ Vivid Seats back in September for THE WIZ show at THE FOX on November 18th, I was informed I would receive my tickets via email. I got an email that my tickets will be transferred on 11/16 to me. On that date 11/16, I still didn't receive my tickets. Then I received another email stating that my tickets will be transferred to me on 11/18. This is the day of the show so I was beginning to get nervous. I had my family traveling from out of town so I thought this was to close but Ticket-Center/Vivid Seats reassured me that I will get my tickets on time no worries. The day of the show I called Ticker-Center/Vivid Seats 6:30am, 9:00am and they promised me that I would have my tickets by 11:00am.
My family arrived from out of town and we are now traveling to the FOX Theater, still no tickets but I was talking to the representative on the phone and they were working with me trying to find out what's going on. I paid for my tickets and parking in September. Then Ticket-Center indicated that the Seller sold my tickets but he had 6 seats left in another section. He wanted to offer those seats to me. At this point, I had no choice. I told the representative I would take those seats she told me to hold on so she can tell the Seller then the phone hung up.
I called right back now they indicated that the seats weren't available. I was livid because why would the seller sale tickets that were already purchased changed my seats then all of sudden there's no seats. SCAM to me. I paid good money for my parking and tickets so I didn't understand this. They kept hanging up on me 2-3 times..My family and I was unable to see the show because the Seller sold my tickets. Unacceptable...never again use Ticket-Center/Vivid Seats.

Got 2 floor seats to the Travis Scott concert and were apparently oversold making my tickets useless. Couldn’t attend and wasn’t able to get a refund. All my other friends had the same issue but all got their full refunds + store credit for the inconvenience. But apparently they’re handling mine differently for some weird reason

We bought a couple tickets to “How The Grinch Stole Christmas” through Vivid Seats. I’m just genuinely very disappointed in the lack of information given about the event we purchased. Also, there was a MAJOR price difference at the door vs. through Vivid Seats. First off, there was nothing said about it being a ballet. Just a play. Not really our thing. Wouldn’t have purchased if I knew. Also, the show at the door only costed $25 a person. Vivid charged us $69 plus a service fee. Seriously!? Such a scam! I will NOT be using this company again. Just such a scam!

Take note of all the negative reviews and bypass this company. After more than 5 hours on the phone between multiple calls and "senior" customer service reps, I was told that their system has a major flaw that somehow allowed me to "share" the tickets with my own email. And was told the day of the event that my tickets "are in limbo" and too bad. So sad the almost $700 I spent on the two tickets for my daughter's birthday somehow fall right through a crack in the "Buyer Guarantee" that's on the bottom of the confirmation on their app of "Valid tickets in time for event or your money back".
If you've had a positive experience with this company, count your lucky stars and move on to another ticket party before your luck runs out like the rest of us in the ever-growing negative column. I started making calls in regards to the issue with these tickets weeks ago and was blown off, only to have it blow up and now ruin an event my daughter had been waiting on for two months. Having "senior" customer service reps read the same lines repeatedly and offer no solution to something their system allowed to happen is inexcusable and if they are going to fall of the excuse of it's the buyers error and you just get to eat the money with no accountability on their part, tells you all you need to know.

We do not recommend using the Share feature and only using the provided link to access your tickets to prevent any issues. We do not operate or own the system the venue uses for ticket distribution, and the share feature is intended for sending tickets to another person, not to your own email, as errors can occur if you attempt to transfer them to yourself. On 11/8/23 I bought 2 tickets to the Nuggets game. On 11/14/23 I received a email that the tickets are ready but needs immediate action. There was no link or anything for me to accept the tickets. I call Vivid Seat multiple times for help and was getting the runaround. They even told me to call Ticket Master and lie and say I got tickets from a family member and need help getting them which is crazy because I placed the order through vivid seats not my family or ticket master. So after talking to multiple people without getting any help and had to buy more tickets last minute just so we wouldn’t miss the game.
I call vivid seats again the next day to see if they can credit me for never receiving the tickets and now all of a sudden there is nothing that shows I talked to anyone from vivid the day of the game and they are not able to credit my tickets I never received. I can go on and on but be careful if you are using that vivid seats app. They make you pay extra to protect your purchase just to give push back when it something happens. Save your time and money.

The site is a scam. Do not trust them. I have proof that the venue I am going to will not accept their tickets. They will not refund my money. They are dishonest. I am going to let everyone know do not do business with them. They and their customer service is terrible. They are giving me the runaround and not giving me the attention I deserve in order to get my money back..

I bought tickets to see Drake and 21 Savage at the Bridgestone arena in June. The concert was postponed and rescheduled to October 5th. The October 5th concert was also postponed. It has been rescheduled for February 8th and 21 Savaged canceled, the concert is now Drake and Jay Cole. I am unable to make the February 8th show. Vivid Seats will not transfer my ticket to a different and will not refund despite one of the artists cancelled (21 Savage). I paid a $329.00 service fee in addition to the cost of my tickets. The customer service is terrible. It’s difficult to speak to anyone, when you finally get someone on the line there is a language barrier. It’s extremely difficult to sell the tickets, haven’t figured out how to do it yet. It’s unbelievable to me that this is allowable. I noticed in the fine print that customers in California are permitted refunds for postponed concerts. Unfortunately that doesn’t help me as I do not live in California. Disgusted.

I was scammed out of 1,000 purchase for football tickets. The seller never sent them! I bought tickets from Stub Hub and got some immediately. I went to the football game and 6 people were sitting in the seats that I bought from Vivid Seats!!!! They are awful! Never buy from them. I would rate them negative 0.
