I really like Vivid Seats and I've been using them forever. It came down to price point. In the United States, the resale market for tickets is so messed up and I hate it. I'm paying $1,000 for a $100 ticket. I go to a ton of shows and sporting events, and Vivid Seats for resale is my favorite vendor because they offer the tiered memberships. Every time I buy 10 tickets, I get a ticket free or I get a credit. I love that because I spend tens of thousands of dollars on tickets every year. So it keeps me coming back to Vivid Seats.

I would like to say I had an amazing time at Pitbull and Lil Jon in Toronto Canada, I was in my Uber on my way there and I went I see if my tickets were delivered yet and they were not so I got on the phone with customer support, while they couldn’t get my seller to send me my ticket they upgraded my seats at no charge!! Me and my best friend went from section 405 to 102, 4 rows away from the stage!!! We have the time of our lives!!! I always recommend Vivid Seats to anyone who asks me about where I get all my tickets from!

Absolute seamless ordering app. Plenty of filters to make sure you get the kind of seat that you’re looking for, and if that doesn’t quite do it, all you need to do is go back to the filter page and alter one or two things and I promise you you’ll be happy with the results because I certainly was. There are so many ticket sellers out there today that you worry that perhaps the one you’re using may not be reliable, additionally, some of the larger selling companies like the god-awful Ticketmaster, this app shows you the all in price, and at the end of the day, isn’t that we really want no surprises on our credit card statement going what? So the next time there’s a concert that you’re interested in getting tickets for I would certainly say that Vivid Seats is a very good bet.

I mistakenly entered incorrect payment information on the website and received an email the next morning stating that my order was canceled. They were a gift to my wife that she was VERY excited about, so that was not an email I wanted to see. I have never used Vivid Seats, and seeing that the $1400 had still been charged to my card, I was apprehensive about buying more tickets and thought I might have been scammed. I called customer support, who was able to instantly reverse the original charge and take my payment info over the phone in order to verify that the order went through. The lady I spoke with resolved my issue in under 10 minutes and was very kind/patient while I asked several dumb questions. Thank you!

I used Vivid Seats to purchase Noah’s Kahan tickets for July at Citi field. That show was cancelled due to weather and I received a refund to my vivid seats account which was fair. So I used that refund to purchase really good seats to Outlander in Concert at kings theater in Brooklyn. I live in Long Island and the day of the Outlander show 9/26 a Nor’Easter storm hit the east coast. There was a strong travel advisory and traveling from Long Island to Flatbush Brooklyn became unsafe due to flooding, wind, debris and lack of public transportation to get there or home safely. It was a risk I had to decide if I was willing to take it or not.

Fast and easy; found what I needed with ease. Would use again.

I couldn’t find my tickets for the ball game. I went to get assistance and they found my tickets and told me where to find them. Easy process even for an app illiterate as myself!

Purchased tickets to Bourbon & Beyond festival in Louisville. Was told the week prior the armband would be at the gate. It was not. We contacted them and they said they would have them at the Will Call station. They did not. Then told by Vivid Seats we had to meet with a 3rd party. We contacted the 3rd party - they did not have the bands. We were out over 600 dollars with no refund and missed the bands we came to see.

I liked the help I got on my ticket purchase, but was sad I didn't get the rewards added to my account for some reason.

Fast and easy!! This process took all of about 10 minutes from start to finish.
