As a fairly new seller using the Vivid Seats site, I had an absolutely outstanding experience with the young lady who helped me this evening. It took me quite a while to secure the information I needed to finish the listing, including, making sure that I got my tickets transferred properly in advance of the event. I would rate her 100 out of 10. If all representatives could be as patient and qualified as her the world would be a better place.

The purchase was quick, cheap, and easy, it didn't have any hidden fees with all extra stuff upfront, had the best prices compared to other websites with similar or worse seats, and I received the tickets quickly and securely. I would 100% recommend anyone who needs sports or concert tickets to Vivid Seats!

I Had a great experience using this website. The tickets were the least expensive out of all the websites and I got a new member discount! Website was super easy to navigate and I got my tickets super fast. Will definitely be using again for future concerts and other events!

I receive an offer for percentage off of purchasing tickets. Was unable to find the percentage off, called into Vivid Seats and they were able to still apply the percentage off of my tickets. I have started to play the Vivid Seats mini games every day & have really enjoyed the trivia for my favorite like Stray Kids! I am excited to see what prizes and exciting things I can unlock by continuing to play! I enjoy the challenge of the short timer and playing along with friends to see who can get the higher score each day. I will continue to use the Vivid Seats app to get points & offers in the future as well as trying to enter myself into giveaways as many times as possible. Honestly, even though I’ve never bought a ticket from Vivid Seats, I still love the app, mostly because they're so generous with their competitions because they allow people to receive free tickets, and as someone who can’t afford those high price tickets I also love how they give you deals, and how once you buy 10 tickets you’ll get the 11th one free, I love this app because it’s hard to find ticket apps that are actually good and give out like that, thank you vivid seats for the chance to win free stay kids tickets!

You ripped me off. The seller revoked the tickets and you have not refunded my money. I will place this information public and urge everyone not to use your app or site. I have been on the phone three times with your office. All Times promised the seller had resolved the problem. But they have not. This is a scam As far as I can tell.

I really love that I can track the prices for tickets. I want to see Stray Kids but am waiting until close to the concert to see ticket prices. I also really enjoy the game center. I did have to deduct a point because I started a league and the invite link didn't work but all around I've been very happy with Vivid Seats.

I ordered tickets for a Cub game and ordered them for the wrong game. I noticed this right away and tried to cancel the order. I tried to do this less than 20 minutes after I ordered the tickets. I was told that they could not be cancelled because they had already been sent. Very disappointing.

Ordered these tickets as gifts ($840) in January for a show in June. Didn't receive them electronically until 6 hours before the show! That was cutting it too close after months of planning! The show was terrific. But we'll never use Vivid Seats again.

I’m not happy with my experience. I tried to order the ticket. It said it timed out, and weren’t available so I retried to order a different ticket. Now I have two tickets when I only need one. I tried to cancel one, but it’s supposedly too late to refund. So I guess my only option is resale.

I purchased tix almost two months ago and STILL don't have them. Is this place a scam??? I wasn't told I would receive tix right away when I paid them $800+$$. They are collection interest on my money while I sit and wonder will I ever get tix??
Gregory, thank you for your review. The estimated delivery date for the event is July 25th, for your event occurring on July 26th. The estimated delivery dates we provide are just that - estimates. In most cases tickets end up delivered well before the estimated date. Tickets can be delayed due to a variety of factors, but usually it's because the venue hasn't made the delivery option available to the seller just yet. Venues often stagger releasing tickets (either mailing in batches or rolling out enabling transfers between accounts) to ensure that the purchases were made without abuse of the ticketing system and are fraud-free. We aren't affiliated with any venue in any official capacity so we are not able to expedite this process, but as soon as your tickets are ready to deliver, they will be. We ask your continued patience; your tickets will arrive in time, guaranteed!

I purchase a pair of tickets and transaction was completed. The next day Vivid calls me and tell me those tickets were sold and they gave me other ones. Not the same row I purchase the first ones. They said they were going to give me a voucher for next purchase and I still haven’t received it.

I bought jelly roll tickets and they were NOT cheap. 3rd row. When I bought them nowhere in the description did it say there is a possible obstructed view. I downloaded the PDF of the tickets and it said it there. It also said the original buyer paid less than 100 dollars each ticket. I paid 475 dollars!!! I will never go through Vivid again.

We were able to explain what we had learned about the "possible obstruction" disclosure on these tickets, and while we can confirm that the Obstructed View label was included in the listing notes, we w ill still double-check our remaining inventory to make sure that those labels are appearing as intended. The price you see on the ticket is the original price that the seller paid for the tickets when they obtained them from the venue, and they may choose to resell them for any asking price they feel is fair. We have a feeling this concert is going to be popular, so it's good that you secured your seats already!

LA Dodgers vs Yankees 30th May 2025. We purchased two tickets through vivid seats platform for a total of $604.88 USD. However, upon arriving at the stadium, it became immediately clear that the seats we received were not as shown on the seat map during the booking process. Not only were the seats in a different and less desirable location than advertised, but we have since learned, including from stadium staff that these seats typically retail for approximately $220 USD for two tickets. This discrepancy is troubling and raises serious questions about the accuracy and transparency of your ticket listings. We tried to get a partial refund but they ignore. Stay away from this company.

Now I am stuck with another ticket that I have to resell because the customer service agent Echo said he could not help. I have consistently purchased tickets through Vivid seats. I will no longer, I will purchase through Stub Hub or Seat Geek.

My QR code wouldn't work for parking. I followed the instructions that were taped to the box but it still wouldn't work so I had to pull a ticket. There wasn't a person standing at the exit when we left to explain the situation so we had to pay extra at the end of the game. I was hoping to get a refund of the original amount I paid.

My tickets charged my account but I never received tickets. Or. Money back… I called customer service but all I got was someone going in circles and never coming to a conclusion of what to do or if a refund would be given. They have a money-back guarantee but never got that…

Just bought tickets for 5 instead of 6, requested to change to one row below where there was 6 seats and was denied even though I just bought the tickets 2 hours ago. I ended up buying an extra sticker separately and that one child will need to sit alone. Very disappointing and not sure how this company expects to have returning customers

I’ve used Vivid Seats before and have the app on my phone. I’ve got Ticketmaster and have two or three tickets on there, but I do tend to go to Vivid Seats. Recently, I went on the app to verify that my Eagles tickets were there and saw that my Def Leppard tickets were also there. I like their app because they make it easy. I’ve been successful with it, and I don’t worry about it scamming me or losing my money or tickets. So far, it’s been perfect.

The experience with Vivid Seats has been positive. We’ve had no difficulties with ticket exchanges – selling or buying.
We bought tickets for the Washington Capitals using credit from Vivid for concert tickets that were refunded. We downloaded the app after doing a search for tickets. It’s easy to use.
We’re a part of their rewards program, which seems like incentive to purchase through them. The prices are reasonable. We would use them again.

HAD to go see Beyoncé and couldn’t swing the full price ticket (even though Vivid had the cheapest prices, I’m just on a budget). I checked my Sezzle app and they partner with Vivid so I got my ticket same day for a down payment of $40, so thankful. Enjoyed the concert, love vivid!

Giving 2 stars for two reasons: 1) I had a gift card to use and I couldn't add the funds to my account either through the app or a browser so I had to call to use the gift card during which time the ticket prices went up significantly and 2) The first set of tickets I was trying to purchase from the agent were bought before we could finalize the purchase. The agent did give me a discount to help minimize the price but if the agent is currently trying to sell specific tickets why doesn't it lock every other agent out? The agent's performance had nothing to do with my review - He was the only good part of the experience.

This company is a complete joke. Do not use this company bc more than likely you will get burned. Most of the time you will get your tickets at the very last minute if you get them at all. It's ok, I guess. You redirect me to 3 different pages then I have to get google wallet involved. Just streamline the process. Why can't I just go to your website and do it all from there. I had to download the Ticket master app. Set up my account, AGAIN. So, it's just cumbersome and dumb to me. Do you think it's convenient? Maybe you use it all the time and you have the process down. I don't. To me it's cumbersome. I bet I could come up with something better.

Bought 5 tickets for $1127.00, but only received 1 ticket. Tried to contact for assistance but don’t get any. I feel like this was a scam. Charging outrageous ticket prices upfront for months then only a partial electronic transfer a few days before the event. No chance to correct or even sell to recoup money. Total scam.

I asked a friend about their experience and he definitely gave this site a great review. I made the purchase and received the ticket transfer almost immediately. I definitely agree with my friend and recommend shopping for tickets here first to get a idea for fair ticket prices. When searching through Ticketmaster and other sites, ticket prices seemed to be higher. Found pit tickets here that didn't break the bank.

Hello, I called into Vivid to see if I was able to get the seat numbers for my existing tickets before they were released to me. When I called Meagan picked up the other line and jumped right into action, we were unable to reach the 3rd party but she politely told me to try again. I called back the next day and to my surprise I got Megan again, she remembered me from the day before and quickly got to work on trying to get me information. She was successful but that's not all she then mentioned how she was cross trained in sales as well and help me purchase an additional ticket that was right next to our existing order!! Made it to the ball park and could not get logged in to my account to access tickets. Said follow the magic and when I checked my email it said expired. Spent 20 minutes at gate and had to get an employee to help at stadium. Had to use a different app to access. Easy simple and easy to watch process of ticket bought and then transferred to me digitally. Was easy simple transaction.. Only wish the venues and ticket seller sites would offer actual seat location on the display when deciding which ticket I’m buying instead of just a random area or a row.

Nowhere on the ticket listing or emails I received was I made aware before buying that the seats were an obstructed view. Once we got to our seats we noticed one row in front of us directly in front of our seats was a giant I beam pole. One seat could see the batter and the 3rd base line and the other seat could see the pitcher and the rest of the infield. It would have been nice to know I was buying obstructed view tickets before spending almost $200 on them.

I bought tickets through another well known company and it was a scam. Decided to give Vivid Seats a try 1 hour before the show. Within minutes the tickets were transferred and we were on our way. My ticket was cheap but you should cap cost of parking passes. Someone seeking over 100 is not okay. Cap the sale price no more than a certain percent like 35 percent or less. I shouldn’t have to spend more on a parking pass than floor seats to an event ever.

My experience with Vivid Seats has been mixed, but this review is specific to my most recent experience (May 2025). Placing the order for 2 x 4-day passes to the Sonic Temple Festival in Ohio was simple and quick, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive what we thought was the order, a mere 2 days later. However, our delight immediately turned to anguish when we noticed that the envelope had been tampered with (a hole/tear was visible - photos were sent to customer care) and on opening it, found 1 and not 2 wristbands.
Over a period of 2 weeks, and many phone calls later, I was sent from pillar to post and never came close to resolving the issue at hand. I was unable to speak to the team that deals with such issues and the numerous agents I did speak to, were no help whatsoever insisting that I be patient and that the issue would eventually be solved. 1 day before the festival, when I called one last time hoping to resolve the issue, I was told that Vivid Seats would actually not rectify the error as it was a third party who sent the wristbands. Needless to say, we were forced to purchase yet another 4 day pass ($400) and what should have cost us $800 landed up costing us $1200. I would hope that at the very least, Vivid Seats cease working with this 3rd party but I have a feeling that Vivid Seats could care less as long as they get their cut of the profit. Shame on you Vivid Seats and shame on the 3rd party involved.

You sold me 2 parking passes that were almost 10 miles away from the venue. Total waste of money. I'm unfamiliar with Philly so I wasn't aware of what was where but because of this I went 10 miles away from venue, paid to park AGAIN, LATE FOR SHOW, missed 2 openers. Waste.

I purchased two tickets for a Stray Kids concert for an advertised price $850 per ticket, but $150 in fees per ticket made each one $1000. When the actual tickets arrived it was just a link to the actual tickets from Ticket Master. This means Vivid is just a ticket scalper and proxy. Not only that their app spams with constant notifications and emails. I hate ticket agencies, but I hate scalpers even more.

I called customer service to verify that the parking pass I was purchasing to a concert was on-site parking. There were multiple deals for off-site parking for way less money, but we wanted to park at the venue. I specifically asked the CS rep to verify that the pass I was purchasing was on-site and she assured me that was the case more than once. So I bought the pass and it wasn't on-site. It was off-site. I complained and two days later, Vivid Seats contacted me and let me know they were comping the parking pass and they gave me additional funds in my account for the next event we want to attend. Kudos to them for admitting fault here and doing the right thing!!!!

I purchased a parking pass for an event at Chateau Ste. Michelle. The ticket was to be on-site, venue parking. Off-site parking at the time was still available directly from the venue for $20 and I explained all this to Mariana V. She assured me what I was buying was on-site parking so I would not have to take a bus. Either she lied to me or the seller lied to Vivid Seats. Either way, I was cheated out of off-site parking for $20 and was charged much more for the same thing.

This is the second time I have purchased tickets in this app, and the experience was better, good prices and this time quick delivery. I think I am going to get more tickets from this app in the future. In 2023 I got tickets for Suga at the Kia forum, but one of the tickets didn't work (couldn't get scanned at the gate). I got in because they understood the problem.

I had a very disappointing experience. Purchased some tickets this passed Friday for a concert. Started a chat with a representative around 6:50 pm as I hadn’t received my tickets yet. Back and forth was told I should receive them in 20 minutes nothing arrived then Representative said they will get a replacement. Replacement was gather and said same that I should get them in 15 minutes nothing arrived. Once again nothing. Not to mention this was already 40 minutes passed concert start time. Then to finally get told that the last option is to cancel them as the replacement wasn’t approved by the seller. Two hours outside stadium to just be told I won’t be able to get tickets as seller didn’t approve the replacement but then even the first set was technically never approved by seller that’s why they weren’t coming through. The 100% ticket guarantee wasn’t true at all as this didn’t happen.

Me and my 14 year old daughter who aspires to play basketball enjoyed the experience. There are no bad seats. The lemon pepper wings with the waffle fries were a hit. The environment was overall on point. Get there early as you can because you will miss jump off if start time has passed. Have fun!!!

I bought tickets a few hours before the race began and I never received them. I had to buy separate tickets so that I could attend and was late. As you can see in attached photo the tickets were not received even after the conclusion of the race.

I attempted to go to the White Sox game using the ticket transferred to me (attached). However, when I presented it to the staff, the ticket errored. The representative let me know the ticket would grant me access to the section, but I needed an actual game day ticket to enter the game before I could access the section. While the Vivid representative took all of the right steps in documenting my case, I still haven’t received the form to submit to officially receive a refund. I had to purchase a separate ticket to attend the game.

Everything was "easy to use" with the app when they were taking in the money, however was not a good experience when trying to transfer my tickets. I purchased these for my son's birthday so his dad could take him to his first concert. Your app did not work as described online. Had to jump through hoops and use an annoying live chat to get a link to be able to transfer. At no point was said link described online. Supposedly one is able to transfer "easily" through the app. Paid over 300 dollars in service fees to waste my time and get aggravated with the ticket transfer.

I had issues with my original ticket seller where they rejected my order yet my card still went through. However, on a call with customer service, Vivid Seats was very understanding and made sure I got my tickets and even moved us up closer free of charge. The lady assisting me was kind and made sure the seats I got were the ones I wanted.

Useless ** middle man for Ticketmaster. So useless it actually causes issue. I was unable to refund from Ticketmaster as the tickets were bought from a third party. And all sales are final for Vivid Seats because I don't know.

When I first used your services to buy tickets for a concert in Las Vegas, the tickets I bought were invalid. I ended up paying for flights, hotel, commute for this event. I was very angry at Vivid Seats for not giving me another ticket to attend that concert. Vivid ended up refunding my money and also gave a store credit. Since then, Vivid has went above and beyond to look after me with future concerts, even extended my expired store credit, and got me floor tickets for the concert for a band that I missed seeing in Las Vegas. I bought eight tickets for Jason Aldean roughly a month ago, I hadn’t received my tickets and I was starting to get worried. I was finally transferred the tickets and they were not anywhere close to what I had originally purchased, I then reached out to you guys about this issue. And the first person I talked to told me that I was wrong and I had to spend 20 minutes explaining to him that these two areas were not the same. He then said he’d look into it and let me know. I never received a call back, I then called again roughly 5-6 days before the show and spoke to another person explaining the issue. They looked at my account told me they would get back to me, never heard back.
I then called again another 2 to 3 times being told the same thing that they look into it and they would let me know. Once again, absolutely no communication back to me. I finally called again today and spoke to a young woman who from my experience, is the only person that knows what’s going on. She called the seller and the seller admitted that they sent the wrong tickets. Although it took over an hour of being on the phone to get it resolved. She stayed on the phone going back-and-forth with me and the seller until finally the issue was resolved. I wish that you guys could duplicate 1 million of her and you guys would run like a well oiled machine. All in all you guys gave me seats that were worse than what I originally purchased, but also gave me a credit. So I may not be thrilled, but at least I am contempt.

I bought tickets to Beyonce and the location on the map was different from where my seats actually are. I tried to cancel the order, but they refused. When I tried selling the tickets, I could not because they would not accept the format the tickets are being sold. When I tried to get in contact with customer service, I was given blanket responses and zero help. I have several emails going back and forth that never answered my questions and the live chat and toll number said they did not recognize my number, even though it is my only cell number.

I will not use Vivid again. I purchased tickets through vivid seats for a Post Malone/Jelly Roll concert at wrigley field because I thought it looked like a good deal in comparison to some other ticket venders. Vivid appeared to be a reputable, and popular company to purchase tickets with. This ended up being a terrible concert experience due to issues how Vivid sent the digital tickets. We arrived about an hour early, predicting this to be near a sellout crowd. When we tried to enter Wrigley Field, the staff advised us digital ticket needed to be uploaded to the "Ball Park App". At this point I didn't think it was a big deal and downloaded the app using the same email address I used to purchase the tickets.
I contacted Vivid's customer service to make sure the tickets I already bought would be uploaded or sent to this app. I was then told the digital copy has already been sent to me, and I would have to purchase additional tickets if I wanted them uploaded to the ball park app. At this point, we noticed at least 20 couples or small groups of people experiencing the same problem with Vivid, in that the tickets were not being sent to the app the venue was using. We even advised the Wrigley Field staff of the issue and showed how the tickets were purchased with my personal information and still denied us entry. While speaking to them, they began telling us that someone is sitting in the seats we purchased. Both Vivid and Wrigley were a abrasive and basically blamed this issue on each other.
After learning all of this, I called Vivid customer service again. It was clear the main issue was Vivid not sending the tickets to the ball park app. This conversation lasted well over 30 minutes. Eventually, the customer service rep. Told me the original seller never sent me the tickets, which is a lie because I already had the digital copy on the vivid app. After re-explaining the issue of the tickets needing to be uploaded to the ball park app, it finally "clicked" for the employee. They finally sent me to tickets to the app, stating there was an issue with the original seller's account. I finally got the tickets but really don't know who to believe.
We missed the entire portion of Jelly Roll and part of the main act Post Malone. I felt like the issue we had was easily explained to the Vivid seats reps, but we're given so much resistance. For what was supposed to be a gift and nice night out that cost upwards of $ 1,000, it ended up being a total waste. Other couples experiencing the same problem ended up leaving and never using the tickets the bought with Vivid. I would not recommend using Vivid Seats. If there are any technical issues they are hesitant to help, and lack the needed information on venues' tickets policies.

I spent an hour on the phone, was put on hold 8 times, all trying to get help on how to use my refund to get new tickets. Why is this so difficult??!! I finally got it, but you still have the excess. Bought a $50 ticket to an A’s game for this Sunday. Vivid Seats sent me a ticket link that my browser, Safari, could not open because the address was invalid. Turns out that you must have an OS of 17 or higher on your iPhone to download the MLB.com app. Supposedly the tickets are downloaded to this site. Chatted online and then called customer service talked to both representatives for over an hour and they were no help. They will not refund your money even if you cannot access your ticket. They also said you can’t dispute the charges with your bank because it’s in Vivid Seats agreement that you clicked on when you bought the tickets. Such a waste of money. I will never buy tickets from Vivid Seats again!!!

Just a horrendous experience. Ticket said it was delivered, but could never access it. Spent an HOUR in the chat and on a phone call with a rep, who tried to help, but couldn't figure it out. Last time I'll use Vivid. Very disappointed. Had to spend another $50 outside the app to get into the actual event.

I bought VIP seat and we were on the far side. We could not see all of the band and just part of the big screen. It was rather disappointing. The concert was great overall. Tickets should have said limited stage view. Ushers were friendly. Disappointed with our view and was hoping for a great view.

Upon the purchasing of my recent concert tickets, I was prompted with a message asking me would I like insurance on my purchase. I always get the insurance for my purchases so I selected the yes option for the insurance on this purchase. Some way somehow the system voided my selection and never charged me for the insurance. I checked the Allianz website to try to get insurance and I was not allowed to after my purchase was made.

My online experience was horrible! I went through the whole process of selecting my seats, filling in all the info, and hitting purchase seats, with a pending charge on my credit card, only for the sale not to go through. Then, trying to get through to a person without an order number was impossible! I had to Google Vivid Seats to get a different customer service number than the one posted on your website. I tried to send an email to vividseats.com, and the email address was invalid. Crazy!! Not a great experience using your website for the first time. The customer service person I spoke to was nice enough and completed my order without issue.

I was really disappointed when the dates for the tickets I had purchased changed. Not only will I be unable to attend and will miss the fun, but it's also a significant financial loss and I didn't know what my options are to re-coup the loss. Today, I talked to a great associate who helped me post my tickets for re-sale. She was very efficient, but also patient and friendly as she walked me through all the steps.

Went to the website to purchase tickets for Dolphins vs Bills. Somehow ended up with tickets to a different game. Called looking for help. Was sold new tickets to correct game before I could talk to customer service. Lea (sp?) made it seem like customer service would be able to refund me for the incorrect tickets so I purchased tickets to the correct game. Transferred to Nathan who was like a broken record, telling me that what happened was impossible and that I could not get a refund.

I purchased tickets for Post Malone/Jelly Roll tickets in November on the Vivid website, I carefully chose the tickets and the price that I wanted... The tickets I purchased were center stage and were about $330 each not including all their fees. When I received my tickets through their website The tickets I received were a down grade to what I had purchased, In a totally different section, and their price was $190 each, So what I purchased was better seats at a more expensive rate than what I received. This is fraud. They steal from consumers and didn't make it right even after several calls. Customer service is out of country so be prepared to received no help....

I will never use this platform again. I would not recommend this service to anyone. They sold me fake tickets that were out of state and cost me over $700 in travel and hotel fees. They then gave me $100 credit and my money back from the ticket sales But then would not allow me to use the credit so I called to apply it to my purchase and then they refuse to apply it to that purchase taking more money from me after they canceled three of my earlier purchases due to the previous dispute. They are complete liars. They are able to cancel tickets within an hour or two of purchasing them, but they refuse to do it their customer service and is borderline inadequate and worthless. I hope the CEO has a horrible life as I find this company disgusting & fraudulent. These people are thieves.

AC/DC concert in Nashville May 2025 was rescheduled. Travel from Toronto and couldn’t rebook a flight for at least 2 days and cost extreme amount to reschedule. Hotel rates went up and Vivid Seats was no help in trying to sell your tickets or giving a refund for later concert. Think twice when booking through Vivid. Their customer service is awful!

The accuracy of the seat and view was awful! The view was completely obstructed!!!! I spent 300 each for tickets and could not see the performers or the large screen. The televisions in that section weren’t even on and they need to be so we could see the concert. I was furious!!!! It was a waste of money. Everyone sitting in my row got up and left to find a spot to stand and watch the concert because Once everyone stood up in front of us so they could see our view was completely blocked. I was charged four times the original price for parking at Soldier Field in Chicago. I could’ve waited and paid the normal fee but I assumed that I would prepay for parking and maybe pay a little more but no way did I think I would pay 4X the amount. I will never do this again.

Purchased 2 tickets to a show. Gave me seats that were not together which is extremely odd. Who would want to purchase tickets to an event and not be able to sit together. Got them delivered from Ticket Master. Which is also odd. In just trying to use the credits I have which I wanted a full refund for in the first place for a concert that was cancelled. This is the most unorganized ticket purchasing system there is. The contact support are little to no help with the automated replies. Very mediocre service and experience. Will never recommend anyone to use this. I will also never be using this app product again.

I contacted Vivid Seats last week to check ticket status. I was assured they'd be transferred before date of the ball game. Morning of the ball game I still did not have the tickets. We got to the ball game and the gate, still no tickets. I had to to communicate by phone and email with Vivid Seats right there at ticket check-in. It was extremely stressful and embarrassing. At one point we almost had to either purchase new tickets or leave the event. We finally were able to receive tickets only moments before the first pitch. I deserve to be reimbursed $76.44 to make up for the trouble it caused me and my family.

Don't buy from Vivid Seats. They sell under false pretenses. Seats are not together. The Buyer's Guarantee promises to address that. They don't. They gaslight the customers hiding important information. Like they offer you to sell your tickets, but when you need to do so, they say you can't, because you bought them from them. BEWARE!! There are more caveats still. I consider a class action suit. Their customer service is robotic and worthless.

This was a very stressful experience for me. After numerous calls and guarantees from Customer Service that I would receive my tickets in time for my event, when I did, they were not the tickets I paid for. The seats were further back from the stage. So more calls before FINALLY getting the tickets under an hour from showtime. This was way too stressful. I'll buy from the ticket office from now on.

Never use Vivid Seats. They sold me tickets and then could not deliver them. They blamed the third party intermediary and refused to take any responsibility despite the fact that I paid Vivid Seats. They then refused to refund my money. They are basically crooks and when you ask for help you get transferred to a call centre in the Philippines where they are trained to just repeat over and over again that “all sales are final”. If you ask how can a sale be final if you don’t deliver the product they repeat again “all sales are final”.

I purchased my tickets on November 5th 2024. On May 15th at 1:21 pm, hours before the concert started, I was informed the "seller" backed out and I no longer had my tickets. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Your remedy to the situation was general admission standing room only. Tickets I could have gotten for a third of the price of the tickets I had, however, since it was now "day of" i had to pay a premium for terrible seats. The whole experience was crap. If your going to sell tickets and "guarantee" them. Then follow through. Otherwise just say it's a crap shot whether or not the purchaser actually has seats!

I have a $209 credit that I wanted to apply. The chat said we can’t handle purchasing requests at this time. Your site under my account makes it very difficult to find the credit. It is a page that charges much more for the tickets, I bought Tickets to see Shakira on May 16 in New York and 2 cost $215 and after buying them I looked at Ticketmaster and the two cost $160 in the same position, they also do not give the option to resell the Tickets, they don't have agents in Spanish only In English for claims, it is the worst thing to have bought on this page.

I bought the tickets months ago, because you need to wait until they’re are confirmed you can’t resell them. I wasn’t trying to profit. Just couldn’t make the event anymore. Additionally, once I received the tickets I couldn’t etransfer the tickets. Will never be purchasing using Vivid Seats again. You should make it clear about transferring tickets and clear that you cannot connect them to Ticketmaster or anything else.

Had to download the app, then got rerouted to Ticketmaster, and Ticketmaster made me download their app. Just email me the tickets. Would not use again. Just overall annoying to use, not at all the convenience it purports to be. Vivid Seats is awful.

I had to get the people at the gate to help me find my tickets because it makes you go 30 different places on your phone. It was smelly. Wow the B.O!, but really fun! I enjoyed it. It was pretty clean, too. I didn't know the band but I was still impressed.

I received my tickets to the 5/13 Pearl Jam show in Raleigh, NC approximately 27 hours before the show. As we could not attend, I tried to sell my tickets. There is no option to sell my tickets on Vivid Seats. I'm told I have to wait 48 hours until I can sell my tickets. That doesn't work because it's after the actual show. I tried to sell on Vivid Seats and it tells me it can't find my tickets. I look up my tickets and there's no option to transfer or sell. I do not understand why a Seller was allowed deliver tickets to me 27 hours before the show if I have to wait 48 hours to sell them. I'm now out over $430.

I paid a lot for a parking pass for Rangers opening day. We got there well before game time and we were told the lot was oversold and was full. The attendant felt bad and said she was turning numerous cars away and the stadium was scrambling to find a lot to send all of us to. I spoke with other people being sent to the alternate lot that was a 15 minute further walk and they all got their passes at Vivid Seats too. When I called customer service they basically said it wasn’t their problem and offered no apology or refund. Never using vivid seats again. Total scam.

My concern and issue was not resolved. Will never use Vivid Seats again. I sent an email and got a generic response. When I responded to the email, got the same general response. It felt automated and that my issue was not truly looked into by a person. Truly very disappointed

Ordering was super easy and quick. Even though I ordered from Vivid Seats; my email said they’re assigned were being sent through TicketMaster. So I went over to TicketMaster and added them to AppleWallet. It showed pending for a while and now it shows that they’re assigned to a different AppleID. So I don’t know if they were reseller tickets or what, but they better figure it out.

In May when I bought my ticket for the first time using Vivid Seats, they seemed very inflexible. I used a certain credit card for the purchase while talking to an agent on the phone. After clicking I noticed that Capital One was giving a certain discount. The agent would not let me change the credit card for the purchase at that time and so could not receive the discount. It seemed a little too rigid and unfair, so I gave a poor review.
However, a few days later Alec from Vivid seats called, apologized and honored my discount. I really appreciated the gesture. So I can say- Your opinions matters to them and they will try to make it right!

I did not have a good experience because I bought a ticket with a credit card then a $40 discount popped up if I had used my Capital One card. The system did not let me change change the order 2 mins after clicking the button. Not sure if you understand but I am not thrilled with your system and the $108 fees.

So I love using you guys. You really do make it easy. Only problem is I'm still waiting on my tickets to the event tomorrow. It is just unnerving to be in limbo about tickets, when the event is the next day and I have received my parking pass ticket already.

QR code did not work. I had to pay for parking at the designated parking spot. I called customer service. Was asked weird question although it's obvious the QR was not used. I even have a receipt from the ball park. Not even sure if I'll receive a refund. Very upset.

Firstly, there was a problem with the electronic tickets, the scan code couldn't be delivered which I had to go out of the club and fight for my ticket to be reinstated. There must be issues between Vivid and Ticketmaster. Secondly, this ticket was sold/presented to me as a 9.6 visibility/comfort. Absolutely not, couldn't see anything from anywhere I was supposed to be. Tried finding a better spot elsewhere, soon after was asked to move. Thirdly, the club must have had some HVAC problem, there's barely breathing air available, it was extremely uncomfortable. All and all this was an experience I regret.

The way the seat availability was presented when I went to purchase tickets the night before the event made it seem like certain sections were not available for purchase. This was completely untrue as the venue was essentially empty. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out why you did that. Because of this, I cannot and will not ever trust your site again to purchase any tickets.

The low inventory prompt has to do with how few tickets we have compared to the estimated amount of seats that the venue has, and may not always be accurate to whether or not an event is actually almost sold out or not. It's not necessarily possible for our system to know the difference between low demand for an event (leading to few people trying to resell their tickets) or high demand and low supply. You charge over 30% for "fees". Absolutely ridiculous and way higher than any other site. You're doing nothing that requires that high of a charge. I woudn't recommend this site. There needs to be a flat rate. Charging hundreds of dollars to purchase a ticket is insane. The rewards program is an absolute joke as well. There is little to no value in it.

Tickets were good! With the seat I had it was hard to see at times with my height but got them at a cheaper price than most so can’t complain. Tickets were delivered 1 hour prior to event time. We were coming a state away for the show. But at the last minute we couldn’t come due to my husband's work schedule. Because of last minute delivery, there was no way I had time to resell my tickets. So I was out $350. I could’ve bought directly from Ticketmaster, and then would have had more time to try and resell my tickets.

I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever had yesterday from your rep. I wasn’t receiving emails or my tickets when I had bought the tickets using Apple Pay just a couple of minutes before the game started. It’s literally easier for me to get into my bank than it is to access my ticket. There must have been 15 different verifications and links I had to go through in order to get to my ticket. I sat at the front door for 15 minutes and missed the band’s opening. I’ve probably left a total of 3 bad reviews in my entire life I’m not just complaining. Even once you get through the 600-factor verification, it’s a maze to find where the barcode even is. 2 workers at the venue were trying to help me figure it out and even they were stumped. Sorry for the bad review, but I won’t be using Vivid Seats again after my experience.

I bought a ticket to a concert by the Old Crow Medicine Show at the American Music Theater on May 9. I purchased the ticket in January and received a download so I could print the ticket. The ticket had an assigned seat and a barcode for entry. Yesterday I received a call saying that the seat was no longer available and I could have a refund or a new less desirable seat. I do not understand why I was sent a ticket for download and then the seat was taken away at the last minute. Two other seats a purchased and downloaded at the same time are supposedly valid. So obviously if I purchase tickets through Vivid Seats I cannot be sure that they will not be taken away at the last minute even after they have been sent to me. Consequently I will not be using Vivid Seats for any further ticket purchases.

I've had really good luck with finding tickets on Vivid Seats. When I first start looking for tickets, I'd go to other sites first now I always check Vivid first. The only thing I could say bad is that the fees seem to get out of hands sometimes and that can make me look elsewhere. Would like to see more vip seats also.

I was able to get tickets to a Pirates braces game the day before the game for far cheaper than buying them from the Pirates website. The ticket I got was $80 before tax on Pirates website but after tax on Vivid Seats I only spent $52. They took only a short amount of time to make my ticket available to me after going through the confirmation process. I definitely will be using this service going forward when buying tickets anywhere.

My experience is always seamless. Although the fees added to the cost of tickets is excessive. This will prevent the concerts that can be attended. The most recent purchase for Rob Thomas tickets cost a total of $400 for 2 tickets. I didn't want to miss out on them so made the purchase. The next day the tickets were half of that.

My event ended up being great, and I got the tickets! But not until after I called and tried to get them transferred to the correct app. I couldn't transfer them there, so I had to use my Google wallet, which was not preferred! I was hoping to resolve my ballpark app issues yesterday, but was unable to, and I believe it's because the seller sent to the incorrect email address!

Eleece did a great job and was able to resolve an issue I with ticket delivery that the previous 3-4 live chats and 2 phone calls with tech support were not able to address. Really appreciate her help and patience through the process. I do think you need to improve your process since despite Eleece's excellent help the overall experience of having to reach out to Vivid Seats for help more than a half dozen times to resolve this issue is a problem,

I was able to get tickets to see Chris Brown this summer in Wrigley Field in the section I wanted (under the overhang to hide from the sun!) and at a reasonable price! I used Vivid Seats for my tickets to see Usher in Vegas, too! This app is great for attending out-of-town events!

Reselling process is not easy to navigate, particularly with stipulations around type of ticket (electronic), and time period for sale (not within 2 days). Also, a $100 service fee for a $260 ticket is akin to Trump's tariffs. Feels like robbery, and serves as a disincentive to utilize the service.

Honestly, hands-down, the best sales rep that I have ever dealt with he was very upfront. He was very personable. He was very informative and very friendly. We had recently been looking at getting a ring camera and Orion convinced us that you all would be a better fit. I would highly recommend him to anyone that would be looking for your home services. We have an autistic son and we feel much safer now having the camera systems on the front and the back door and the 24 hour monitoring system. The install tech as well was very nice and very accommodating to our son. Orion was willing to take the time to talk to me about our lives and our situation and it was very nice to have a sales person that didn’t feel like they didn’t care. You could tell that he genuinely cared about not only his job, but that he was invested in making my home and my children safer.

Seller overcharged and has not delivered parking pass. Because I am a premium customer I asked to cancel this parking pass and purchase a much cheaper and better parking location pass. But customer service rep was rude with false claims and now refused to assist me with my order.

I was to buy from Vivid. It sent me to Ticketmaster and I was charged $150.62 for 2 tickets that were $53 each. I tried to reverse the charge, called ticket master 3x. On hold over an hour. Had to hang up so now we paid way too much money. Very sad. I feel taken advantage of.

I bought 2 tickets to the Ministry concert, tried to use them last night at the Ministry concert in Atlanta and they said that Vivid Seats were not valid tickets so I had to purchase 2 more tickets. Total scam.

Was great to find very good seats only a week out from the event. You guys kinda tax a bit too much with the extra fees involved. Other than that… Smooth and streamlined. Would definitely like more generous coupon codes released a bit more frequently. Much appreciated getting the tickets.

Our tickets were $5 each and for the seats they were absolutely amazing. We had a perfect view of the whole game and we had a great time. The memories my daughter is gonna have after that game & getting to be late to school the next day were well worth the money. Thanks, Vivid Seats!

Ordered tickets yesterday around 11am. Took the Vivid Seats team 6 1/2 hours to figure out why I never got an email to accept the ticket transfer. I was late to the event I bought tickets for. After it took all day on the phone with Vivid Seats, every time I mentioned refund they deflected the conversation. Not once did they make me feel at ease. If I didn't call and press the issue I would have been screwed. Last minute I called and the gentleman recommended a solution right away and it worked. Such a simple fix that could have been solved hours ago if the customer service team had any competence or compassion for their customers. I learned a valuable lesson. Avoid a headache and go with another resell platform instead of Vivid Seats.

Concert was rescheduled for a later date 8 months from original date. Refused to give a refund and basically told me google reseller sites to try and get money back. Customer service was no help. Will never use Vivid again or recommend. Lost 970 dollars tickets bought Feb 2025. Concert rescheduled for Jan 2026.

I would give your ticket delivery NO STARS if that was an option! It was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I wasted well over an hour just trying to get my actual tickets. Even your customer service person couldn’t get it done. Your process is a complete disaster! I won’t be back!

I bought a Oklahoma City Thunder playoff game ticket and got the tickets pretty quick after I bought the ticket. I liked that the ticket came quickly, didn't have to wait long for it to arrive. That was a good thing and hope the next time I buy a ticket from Vivid, it's just as quick.

I always shop around before I purchase anything. Vivid Seats are always the cheapest. Even at the last min you might score tickets far below face price. You can click on a seat and check your view out from where your seat would be. Ensuring that you will be confident that you will enjoy the experience. You also get incentive points to save up towards your next purchase. I recommend this app for any ticketing purchase.

I always find the best prices on the Vivid Seats app. The app is so easy to use. I think there are less fees than other websites. I also like to earn credit answering trivia questions. I like getting a discount for the tickets and I always want to get the best deal possible.

I looked for my tickets in the app on 5/2 and called because I did not receive them yet. They said to look in my email because they were sending them. 5/3 no tickets, called again. Same response, still no tickets. 5/4 I called again in the morning, finally the tickets were delivered but they were not the tickets I ordered.

I have purchased tickets from Vivid Seats in the past with no issue, however this time, after selecting and purchasing I realized that the tickets that I bought were limited view. I didn’t realize it until they were send to me through ticket master. Looking back, the only place it was mentioned was in the notes section, in very small print. I feel it should have been disclosed much more clearly, had I known I would not have bought those tickets.

This company is nothing short of a scam. They promote parking space tickets but refuse to take any responsibility for the actual availability of those spaces. Their excuse—that they lack control over the vendor’s offerings—is unacceptable. I bought a parking ticket under their so-called "100% Buyer Guarantee," but when I arrived at the parking lot, there were no spaces available. After wasting an hour waiting, I had to search for another facility. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they shockingly claimed I was ineligible because, despite selling the tickets, they have no control over the spaces at the facility. It's crystal clear that Vivid Seats operates as a legal scam company.
