Great app and it is very easy to use, Robin from support was the best support I have ever received. She even stayed on the line while I had to call the bank and then we were able to resolve the issue.

I’m not satisfied at all. I purchased tickets in section 117 and when the tickets were delivered I was in section 124. I contacted customer service. A live person was not available to speak with. I was directed to send an email with my concerns. As of today I’m still waiting on a response. Asking for better seats or a full refund $3400.00.

I contacted Vivid Seats via customer support/chat, I was informed that their internal team had deemed my tickets “valid” and that I would not have any issue using them. This conclusion appears to have been made without verifying the venue’s stated policy, which directly contradicts the written statements I provided. The tickets sold to me by Vivid Seats are not valid for entry to the event, as confirmed by the event organizer. This constitutes a failure to provide the service purchased and is inconsistent with Vivid Seats’ Buyer Guarantee, which states that tickets must be valid for entry. Despite providing clear documentation, Vivid Seats has refused to issue a refund.

I had a great experience with Representative. He was very courteous and professional. Representative met more of my expectations and very satisfied with all. I will go with Vivid Seats on my next purchase!

I have used Vivid a few times, and I usually have a seamless experience. I bought Giants/Dodgers tickets and received a couple of emails that the tickets were sent to my email. However, they were not sent that way. The help desk clarified that they were in the MLB app which they were so my concern was quickly addressed. I would however, recommend that someone look at the emails that I received that stated they would be delivered to my email so it can be corrected for other buyers.

The link to the Apple Wallet does not work as expected and appears to be broken or otherwise inaccessible. When I click on it, nothing happens, or it fails to open the Apple Wallet properly, which prevents me from completing the action it is supposed to support. This creates confusion and inconvenience, especially if the link is intended to provide quick access to a pass, ticket, payment option, or other important wallet-related information. A user would reasonably expect the link to open directly and function smoothly, so when it does not, it interrupts the experience and may cause delays or frustration.

Vivid Seats seemed to be the only place to get the tickets, so I fell into their price, which was almost THREE times retail. To add insult to injury, they wanted to reserve a parking place that was already free for $58! This is all not illegal, but highly unethical scalping.

With tickets reselling over twice the original amount, unreliable birthday perks each year & costs affecting qualifying for stamps before their expiration date, earning game rewards is the best feature when using Vivid. Too bad you can't earn more points or bonuses, but you don't have to use all points at once.

After struggling with figuring out the difference between the two apps for for Vivid tickets, I contacted the online support and had a very helpful person walk me through the process of one app being for the tickets and another app for being the one that downloads the ticket you show at the venue. Very helpful. I should have called them first rather than spent an hour trying to figure it out it myself.

We purchased 4 tickets, but when we got to the event, the links sent for the tickets were correct except for 2. Two of the links had the same seat number. I had to miss basically the whole first period because we couldn’t get in. It was quite ridiculous. And then trying to get through to customer service was terrible. I was trying to get things figured out and the guy I spoke with said he had to submit it to his supervisor. Anyway, after waiting on the phone for an answer after 20-25 minutes, we ended up purchasing another ticket at the venue just so my group of 4 could get in to watch after missing the first period. Safe to say I will not be using vivid seats again for tickets. And I would also like to get reimbursed for the ticket that I couldn’t get to work.

I bought resale tickets for an April concert back in December. They were meant to be delivered to me the day of by noon for a 7pm show so I was worried that my friend joining me from out of state would come up for nothing after making arrangements. I have used Vivid Seats twice recently. For Bryce Crawford event in Oklahoma City last March & everything went well. I also had already bought 2 tickets to see Matt Rife in Oklahoma City this next December. However sadly Matt Rife canceled his show this past week. Vivid Seats offered me credit for another event, or a cash refund of my money. I chose the cash refund since no one else is coming soon locally here that I am interested in seeing live. Vivid Seats is getting me my refund soon, so I am well pleased.

Do not use to purchase tickets. I bought tickets, was charged and when I reached out to them because I had not received them. I reached out to them and they told me that they didn't have record of me purchasing them. I was charged through PayPal for the tickets. When I disputed the charge they Vivid Seats told PayPal that they delivered the tickets to me. So, do yourself a favor and save yourself from losing money and purchase through Ticketmaster. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

Great experience! Had an amazing time. Even though we lost, that’s ok. Another game tonight vs the Dallas mavericks in going to use Vibe Vivid Seats again to get a ticket. I got there early, took photos, rode a mechanical bull, got free gifts, took videos of the players warming up. Great game, the gameplay was intense. The Suns started off strong with a sizable lead but the Rockets 🚀 with their star Kevin Durant came back and prevailed.

I purchased 2 tickets to the SENS vs Panthers for Thursday evening April 9th on April 2nd. My CC was charged the next day but trying to get the tickets to my phone wallet is not working. Would love to talk to someone IN PERSON, but when phoning the different numbers and trying to connect to LIVE CHAT... have even called long distance to your California number and seem to get the same message at all of them and when trying to get onto live chat at **, it says it doesn't exist.

My BTS tickets were canceled due to a "bad actor" who violated Ticketmaster's terms and conditions. While acknowledging that I've done nothing wrong, I still do not have tickets to the show any longer. My daughters were very excited about this and without the refund I cannot secure more tickets. Even worse, I believe the tickets are sold out. I'm not sure if I'll get my refund but I do hope so because I've purchased from Vivid Seats before and had no issue. The chat feature helped to expedite my issue. I hope it is resolved and we get to see the show.

I purchased parking on Vivid Seats, originally it was $137, but final sales was $150, get to the venue and same parking garage was $45. I contacted Vivid Seats and they refused partial refund for parking. How can an individual own parking??

SCAM! If I could give a negative rating I would. When I bought tickets they were for $77 a ticket for a circus that was in town. When my family got to the circus the tickets were $30 for 2 tickets with free parking. Buy from the actual site not from this scam of a company because you will pay 3 times the price.

Easy experience, easy to navigate the app and easy to purchase. All the fees are there so there are no hidden surprises. The only issue I had was the wait time to get the tickets. They should be automatically delivered once you make a purchase.

I got tickets and I received an email, with my tickets it told me to get the app I did and my tickets won’t show up. I don’t know what to do. I hope I end up with my tickets. I’m worried that I won’t end up with my tickets. I checked my bank account and I was charged 200 dollars so I know I got them. I just can’t get them on the app.

This was my first time using Vivid Seats. I was fairly nervous as I’d prefer to buy tickets straight from the vendor, but I had received good word from trusted friends that they have only bought tickets from Vivid Seats. Finding tickets was simple and easy and the checkout process was smooth. My tickets were to be delivered by July and they were delivered incredibly early, in March, which was fantastic. There was minor concern as these tickets were delivered and were not specifically transferred to my Ticketmaster. I contacted support and they assured me that the way I received my tickets was correct and that they were real.

Was a bit terrified when it said that my tickets would only be delivered on the DAY OF a show that was SIX MONTHS AWAY instead of immediately like literally EVERY other performance website I’ve used before… Buuuut I just got the tickets like a week or two after placing the order, with six months to spare! Sooo it worked! This time! Hooray! …Seriously: PHEW! I have little intention of using Ticketmaster again until I can receive a guarantee that THAT kind of a scare ISN’T going to happen again, but I’m looking forward to the show, and can report that it worked, and a lot sooner than it said it would! THIS TIME!

Had trouble getting tickets on my iPhone. With the Vivid seats Help App I finally received them. 👍. I had to log out and back in, which I had already tried a few times whatever the help Center did it worked.

Checking out was easy and I revived my tickets immediately after purchase! I’m glad they are able to be printed out and also saved via pdf. Sometimes it’s hard to share the tickets if they are only digital.

I'm older and not tech savvy, and I already have the Vivid Seats App, but I order the tickets through the website and it was very challenging getting the last step to claim the tickets. I had to put gmail on my phone (which I hate) to finally get the app to recognize the purchase. This is ridiculous. Also, when the tickets were delivered, it was by Ticketmaster and what an amazing smooth process they made it. If I had purchased through the app instead of website it most likely would have been okay, but I am 65 years old and this was hard for me to figure out. I spent 3 hours on what should have taken 30 seconds.

The customer service worker I was chatting with assisted me with locating my concert tickets. The chat person was patient and very knowledgeable and I appreciate that individual taking the time to direct me where I need to go to find tickets I purchased.

The actual purchase experience was great. Then we found out when we got to the game 2 of our 4 seats were on one side of the aisle and the other 2 were on the other side. With an umpire between us. I specifically said we wanted seats together so this wasn’t ideal.

I never received my ticket. After waiting several hours and still no ticket, I contacted customer support, first via chat and then via phone. I was disconnected on my first attempt. Eventually, I was able to speak to a representative who helped me. Unfortunately, I received a lesser ticket as a replacement, and I missed 30 minutes of the game due to the delay. I have been a happy Vivid Seats customer for several years but was extremely disappointed by today’s experience. I would like to know that the seller that failed to deliver my ticket will no longer sell on your platform, and that in the future, you will reach out to me when there is a known problem with my order rather than waiting until the event has already begun to fix the issue.

Buying theater tickets from resellers can be more difficult than buying sports seats. When you look at the various sellers of theater tickets, some tell you the actual seat number, but some only tell you what row you're in without telling you where in the row. In many theaters, the row extends all the way to the very side of the theater, including obstructed view seats. You can see many of what appear to be the same tickets on several reseller's websites, but I am very reluctant to buy from a reseller who does not give sufficient detail to assure me that I am not buying an obstructed view or side of the theater seat.

I was unable to download my tickets because my browser was saying it could not get a secure connection. The person that helped me was amazing. They suggested a couple different things and it worked perfectly. It didn’t take long for the person to solve my issue.

I panicked when I could only see tickets for 1 of the 2 shows I had purchased today thru Vivid. Because I had messed up an order with a different ticket seller previously, I was very concerned! Not to worry!!! I typed in my question and—almost instantaneously!!—received a complete (and calming!) answer! This absolutely makes me willing to do business with Vivid again.

Horrible. I bought tickets for the wrong city and couldn’t return them for my town. I don’t understand why I couldn’t just switch my tickets to an equal value ticket to the St. Louis event. I chose the St. Louis event and somehow ended up with tickets to an event in Pennsylvania.

When went to fetch my cub opening day tickets from the Vivid app the morning of had trouble downloading them. You have to go to a third party MLB to access your tickets wasn’t letting me log in went through the Help option through vivid app and they helped me had to reset my password didn’t receive the email but eventually I got through and now I have the tickets and now I’m going to the game.

My event was cancelled and in return Vivid seats gave back 110% of rewards or I could choose a 100% full refund for the tickets. I appreciated Vivid seats being honest and giving me exactly what I paid for in return unlike other sites who do not refund your processing fees.

They have really good seat choices. But I haven't been to concert yet see how it works at the venue. I'm very excited to use Vivid Seats since this is my first time. Second time will be in May. I will see how it goes.
