It was very quick and I got updates every step of the way making the experience less stressful. It was very easy to navigate and gave clear instructions. Having good guidance to help me with my order and understanding the process in which they go in made my experience fun and made it where I didn’t worry about why the next step way. I was given in advance an explanation of how the next step was going to go when we got there.

Love the service and the incentives! Especially when we are able to place an order last minute, that really helps. Customer service is always great whenever I run into a problem. I also love that I could use this when I travel. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Yes we received correspondence right after our purchase but now I am getting emails from Vivid Seats and Ticketmaster so which one will I access tickets from? It is saying I will not receive them until the day before when we are already making the trip to Las Vegas.

I love Vivid Seats but the customer service dropped the ball. My tickets did not arrive in a timely manner and when speaking to the agent he offered the ability to cancel but no compensation. I waited 40 minutes embarrassed with my wife at the gate. Not happy with the result of a $50. voucher. More compensation should have been offered and no person has directly reached out which we found disrespectful. I love vivid seats and have bought tons of tickets but I have never experienced a mishap like this.

Was great and very helpful! Was very clear on everything and helped me get what I wanted. Would definitely keep buying more tickets through VIVID seats. I received my tickets as soon as I paid along with the confirmation. The person on the phone stayed until I confirmed everything.

We had a 6 year old gift card and the representative, Alyssa made the purchase seamless, finding our information and processing quickly. It would be a lot better if you could look at the exact seats instead of just knowing the row. Definitely makes a difference in the experience.

Please do not waste time or money on Vivid Seats! Not only is it far more overpriced than SeatGeek or Ticketmaster, but the probability of receiving fake tickets is very high. The customer service is in India so expect delays and miscommunications with no resolution.

Purchased the same tickets as my husband from the same site in the same section and spent $20 more? I don’t understand why there is such a vast difference when we were both using the same app at the same time. That seems very odd to me and I’d like a reply.

We got the tickets we wanted for the Knicks vs Hawks game. I would recommend this service, as it is very reliable. Don’t be put off by the fact you get your tickets a couple of days before the game. We were not worried about that. I would use it again.

My experience was seamless, start to finish. I've never used the site before, so I compared it to more of the popular sites and they were comparable, if not cheaper than the known sites. I purchased two tickets to the Ryman Center to see Amy Grant and Vince Gill. The tickets were not valid for the event. Amy Grant does not accept second party tickets. So I called customer service so many times. I was hung on, the call was lost, I never got help to refund my ticket. I have called since then and still no help. I am out 211 dollars. I tell you to never ever purchase from this company. I will never recommend them. So disappointed. I hope they are happy that they scammed an old person.

Purchased tickets via Vivid Seats and received link to access tickets from Seller fairly quickly. Ordered for Columbus Blue Jackets versus New York Islanders in December and ticket link came through within 15 to 20 minutes to my email. Remember to save tickets to Google Wallet etc for easy access!

Very suspicious website. Ticketed seats were not what we ordered and while 'fees' were included, there was nearly $100 in fees when we finally saw ticket price. Be warned, double check purchase vs ticket delivery.

WORST TICKET COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!!! I will never recommend or use your company. First of all, you RUINED a 25th Wedding Anniversary gift by not fulfilling your responsibility in transferring purchased field passes. I spent hours and hours dealing with an insane amount of customer service people trying to fix this issue only to be resolved two weeks later. Horrible and clueless customer service representatives who don't understand the needs of customers. Yesterday, I purchased tickets with the credit that was given to me with the SF 49ers tickets and that was a nightmare!

Everything went great ordering my tickets for Phantom of the Opera. Not 30 minutes after I ordered them, I thought I should have purchased the insurance for the tickets. I contacted Vivid and they said because I didn't purchase the insurance at the time of the sale, I couldn't do it afterwards.

I go on Vivid Seats a couple of times a week. I find I can always find good deals. I also like how the site is broken up into different sections. Great selection of seats that weren't available on the primary ticket sites. I managed to find seats for a much better price than I expected. The checkout process was transparent about fees, and the 'Buyer Guarantee' gave me peace of mind. Everything worked out perfectly—will be using them again for my next event.

I am having trouble navigating your app. The app shows I have no orders. I am wondering if there is supposed to be a QR code to prove I bought the tickets for the Utah Mammoth vs Predators on December 29 at 7pm. My email shows an order but I am not sure how to present this at the door.

Ordered 4 tickets on December 18th for stranger things in NYC on December 21st. Tix were supposed to be e tickets sent by dec. 20th. By midnight. They never arrived so I called first thing on Sunday morning. Was assured that I would have the tickets by 11:00 am so me and the 4 girls head into nyc. Called again and again. Long story short tickets never arrived and I was stuck in NYC with 4 kids and nowhere to go. No tickets, no compensation and it was freezing. I’ve never been treated so badly ever by a company. This has to be a scam. I don’t know if any other reason that this would happen other than that. They should have told me at 9am when I called that there was a problem. They should not have allowed me to go into the city with 3 kids in tow. This was a nightmare.

It's cumbersome to set up the app. Should be able to receive tickets in email, however, requires you to download the app and in order to set it up it requires multiple steps to confirm your order and your email and to complete this review. Really doesn't seem fair.

I have email from Vivid saying tickets are ready to download. I log into the app. App knows me, it sees tickets, I hit download button and nothing happens. The Vivid chatbot is worthless. It keeps asking me to do the same thing. HOW AM I GOING TO GET THE TICKETS?

Easy to follow. Like that I can see the view from the seat before purchase. I was able to easily use a coupon code. Transfer of tickets took a few steps. But I was able to receive and link the stadium and Ticketmaster tickets. Overall the experience was positive. I would use Vivid Seats again.

The process was very easy and convenient to get the tickets. I appreciated the fact that they were ordered from lowest to highest price and that I could see the picture of the seating position so I knew the kind of view I would be able to see depending on the tickets I bought.

The image listed with tickets was not accurate to view leading to purchasing misleading tickets. The view did not update until after I purchased tickets. Meaning that the tickets I now have and cannot be refunded are not the view and seats that I expected.

I have not received my tickets and when I try to access them it doesn’t let me saying check my internet connection when my internet is fine. I have even tried talking to the support chat and they are not helping me. I don’t know what else to do since it is not letting me access my tickets or nothing.

Frustrating experience! I thought that I was purchasing tickets for a specific concert and it took me to a different date of a concert that was that day. So I made the mistake and bought the tickets for that day and of course, no refund or helped given. I don’t think that this would’ve happened. Had they not had another date scheduled before the general public on sale at the same time as the concert date prior to the general sale of the concert next year for the same artist.

I enjoyed the coupon for my first purchase, I would love to see more in the future if I decide to purchase concert tickets again through VividSeats. I would like to see less upcharge and taxes for tickets, almost $50 for a fee. Otherwise, it was a smooth transaction, I enjoyed that they put in Apple Pay as an option.

I thought I had an issues purchasing tickets online but didn’t really know for sure. The ONLY way I could get to an actual person to assist me was to call and say I needed to purchase a ticket. Getting to an actual person in customer service was too difficult. The “contact us” link sent me to the app and I didn’t have a confirmation number so it would not let me proceed. So that was useless and very frustrating. But once I got to a person Janbert N. was very helpful and I ended up getting a better price for the tickets. But I couldn’t purchase the insurance since the order was on the phone. That was a little frustrating. You need to make accessibility to an actual customer service person easier. Janbert was very helpful and I’m grateful for that.

First time using this app to purchase tickets trying to go to a home game for the Carolina Panthers and think I’m buying these tickets but I get sent the game against the Bucs in Florida which is 10 hours away. Still have no resolution or response to the problem.

Ticket price was great and not your fault but section 24 has a tinted glass that throws off your view of the field oddly. Only panel to be dark in the entire club so just threw off your vision for the game. Had to pick where I looked and not cross over. Just made it difficult. 1pm game but snow.

Great, the best app for any show, concert, best price and super fast and easy to use and get reward for buying. Great seats and a variety of seats for concerts. I went to 3 concerts in a row and I like the way app works. In one location I buy 3 days earlier and was super fine.

I order 2 sets of Sabrina Carpenter tickets and was unable to go due to illness. I listed my tickets 3 weeks before the concert and I was repeatedly told “my listing was active“ however, it was never actually shown in the website. I emailed and asked for help and was told my tickets were priced “too high” for my section, so I lowered it to less than what I got mine for, and then lowered 2 more times, ultimately being the lowest in the section and still my tickets weren’t posted. Then I was told I couldn’t list my tickets then because they “were red lined” but my tickets were the lowest on the website, and in the end I never even received my tickets my email. Overall, terrible experience. I will never use Vivid again.

Not a very good experience at all, I have to go through so many logins and verifications of links just to secure my tickets which up until now I still have not received them, but I keep getting emails from Vivid about everything else but the link to my tickets. It seemed like a saving but it's actually a waste of time. Will not likely recommend this service at all.

I received confirmation shortly after placing the order. It was very easy as always. Vivid Seats delivered as promised! I accessed several secondary tickets websites and found Vivid Seats had a good selection at a competitive price. I will use them again.

Overall experience was good, quick and good customer service. One issue I had was that the tickets were listed with parking, but I was never sent a parking pass and was forced to pay for a second one after no reply from the Vivid Seat package email.

I was COMPLETELY confused when I bought these tickets. You made them seem like they were directly from the vendor/performer and I didn't realize they were re-sale and SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE than buying tickets directly from the venue. I tried to cancel my order immediately but was unable to and now I am stuck re-selling them. This was such a scam and I am so upset.

Paypal and Vivid Seats screwed me. I was doing the Paypal credit and they charged my debit card full amount instead of the amount agreed on which was credit/monthly payments and now say "oops sorry no refunds" and they keep pointing finger back and forth to each other leaving me completly screwed! Said, "Oh you can sell them on our site but will not get paid until 7 days after event happens"!! But yet can't refund me?? Wild

Awesome, best site in the world, no geese, no fees, can’t beat it. Much better than SeatGeek or Ticketmaster or StubHub. I bought more than 10 tickets and couldn’t be any happier. They are the best service for 3rd party sales. Best ever, hands down better than anyone else.

Pathetic sums up my experience. I am out $250 with no tickets to the event, I was told to go to the box office and try to explain to them that I purchased my tickets thru Vivid and they should be with Ticketmaster. They advertise a Guarantee, this is false. Clear to me this is a sham and should be avoided.

Sunday afternoon I booked 11 tickets for the Miami Dolphins/Cincinnati Bengals game on December 21. I asked the representative about getting my free ticket per the emails I had received. The problem was the code was so distorted it was unreadable. I have received several more emails with the code being distorted. I think my 12th ticket should be compensated. I couldn’t tell the representative what the code is because it’s unreadable. See photo below.

I have used Vivid for a number of years now. No problems with receiving tickets, checking out anything everything made easy. Love the newer play content to earn points for money off future tickets and the reward system after 10 tickets receive free purchase on average amount.

I purchased two tickets on August 18th for the Kansas City Chiefs/Indianapolis Colts game on November 23rd. They were for row 38. I specifically purchased these tickets for that exact row. After I purchased the tickets, I was then told I wouldn't actually receive the tickets until the night before, which worried me as I live 8.5 hours away from the stadium. Several times between August 18th and November 22nd, I chatted with support and they reassured me I would get the tickets and they would be exactly what I ordered. The night of the 22nd, I received a notification my tickets were ready for download. I clicked on the link and it brought up tickets for row 26, not row 38 as promised. I reached out to support again and they promised me they would get back with me soon with a solution.

Unfortunately I will not be using Vivid anymore. There is always something going wrong with my orders. I don’t get the tickets in a timely manner, then I have to spends hours on the phone with their customer service to try and fix things. It’s a horrible experience. This last time they couldn’t fix my order and that was the last straw. I will never recommend vivid seats to anybody.

The agent that helped me was excellent, she was great and deserves STAR ratings all the time. I hope to get her again next time that I am planning on going to the game again. She made it very pleasant with the purchased tickets for me to take my friend who is very excited to go to the TD Garden for the first time in her life.

My experience with these tickets was the worse. I have tried to contact Vivid Seats to get a refund. The concert was stop during the first 30 minutes of the show because of a bomb threat, it was never told to us why the artist left stage and didn’t come back. We had to find out through social media and our local news about the bomb threat.

Awful. I intended to purchase tickets directly from the venue. I gather you purchased computer rights so that your company pops up first. Your website indicated only 20 tickets were left and those seats were in the back row of the downstairs section and the back row of the balcony section. These were both misrepresentations. Then the price was also misrepresented and additional charges were added. Based upon the fraudulent misrepresentations, I purchased.

I get all my tickets here. Always get the best seats and perks. They have great seats selection and customer service is very helpful if you come across any issues with your tickets. Overall I don't think I will get my tickets anywhere else. From concerts to sports.

From the agents over the phone to the live chat and email support. Purchased tickets to a game and they didn't allow access into the stadium. I've contacted an attorney and starting a class of you have experienced the same. I already have 4 customers who have shared this terrible experience reach out through reddit. Vivid failed to provide entry and make right by the buyer guarantee. They said they violated policy and then did nothing to resolve it.

I don't like that you can't have a phone conversation with someone especially if the problem is the app not working and you have to use the app to correspond with someone. I wasted well over an hour via live chat because no one was fixing the issue of my tickets that are not showing up in my account. Every time they told me to check, I would lose the person I was chatting with and have to explain my situation over again, It took well over 22 different people to come to the conclusion that my tickets just won't show on the app but to download the qr code from the email, This was after I asked for a refund because I'm over it.

The Information on seating webpage was informative on where and how view was shown in photos provided. However, I clicked on a cheaper seating option and the price increased. Not sure how that happened. Otherwise, I would have provided a better review.

I purchased tickets to an event on February 16, 2025. Event was reschedule until August 13 so they would be able to sell more tickets. The event was again rescheduled in August and now the date is “TBD”. They did this maliciously as the Vivid Seats policy is “if an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund.” The event was rescheduled indefinitely so they would not have to give refunds. I emailed the business and customer service assured me the event was being rescheduled for “Date TBD” and I wouldn’t receive a refund unless it was fully cancelled. This goes against their “100% Buyer Guarantee” They advertised as I have a ticket for a show that doesn’t exist. I have reached out to their customer support, phone number listed to no avail so I had no choice but to file a complaint to BBB.

I also got an email from vivid seats to get the tickets on intuit dome app, but it keeps me from logging in and even I click the forgot my password, they don’t send me the verification email.

My recent experience with Vivid was horrible. My experience had nothing to do with the agents themselves, rather it was the tickets I purchased. I was unable to add them to my wallet due to an issue with the seller. It took over 4 hours to come to the conclusion that I was not going to be able to access and use the tickets I spent $500 on. In my opinion, the seller was a scammer and they should never have been allowed to sell their tickets on this site. I'm still waiting for the Denial of Access form to request my refund.

I was given a credit because they botched my order. When I tried to use the credit it said it was not valid Went to website and called and could not get a human. Stated text conversation and they said there was no credit. Sent them an email from them and showed them their e mail saying there is. A credit. Finally got a real person on the phone and she said they would honor the credit but she would not send written verification. I've gone to the BBB twice with these crooks. The site is easy to use and they have rewards. In Nevada the price they give includes the bogus fees right up front. Their customer service is abominable. I recently purchased tickets through Vivid Seats and had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The tickets they issued me were for the wrong opponent, the wrong date, and for a game that had already passed. When I contacted customer support, they claimed the seller said the tickets were “all in one and valid,” and even told me they had called the venue to verify them. That turned out to be completely untrue.

Was promised my tickets would arrive today. Get an email now stating that it will be sent the day of the event??? I am driving over 100 miles to go to this event... no live customer service. When you get to customer service it hung up on me? Never again with this clown show...

As far as the actual purchase of the ticket, that was OK. What the problem is the difficulty I am having downloading the tickets & placing them in my wallet. I have an iPhone 8. The Chiefs app cannot be downloaded onto my phone therefore I cannot download the ticket and place it in my "wallet". I should be able to just download the darned thing & plop it into my wallet. We purchased a ticket to Freddie Gibbs for my son. Vivid failed to deliver the ticket in a timely manner, then when we tried to claim the ticket we were told it was canceled by Ticketmaster, who vivid was going through for the tickets. We were denied the ticket, and it was never recorded on our account as a future event. When we reached out to Vivid they claimed they would give us a refund but then ghosted us. I tried to get a refund through PayPal and Vivid kept fighting back saying the ticket was delivered and we used it. These guys are a complete scam, do not use them!

I purchased my ticket and downloaded the app. The ticket is still not showing up despite following all instructions. I have a two hour drive to the game that I will not make if I don't have a ticket. I am extremely annoyed with this experience and am out 40 dollars.

Vivid Seats offers a free ticket after you buy so many, and that was enticing. I get seating in the club area, which is a little more private than being in the general population, so that’s always cool. The site makes it easy to order and I’ve been happy with them. I used Vivid Seats for two ELO concerts and I might have used it for another Who concert. It works for me.

Over the summer, I used Vivid Seats 'cause they have a rewards program. I like Vivid 'cause the availability seems to be similar to other places, and I've had problems with other services. Their site is either not working at the point of purchase or having stale information. I haven't had that problem with Vivid. They also show the whole price and don't obscure the fee. It doesn't suddenly jump 33% or something. All in all, I'm happy with Vivid Seats.

I've used Vivid Seats a number of times and their website is very easy to navigate. The rewards program is great. I've used credits from purchases a number of times and I've recommended it to others precisely because of that. The prices are comparable to other ticket vendors but Vivid has a reward system which the other ones don't have.

This has been very confusing. I received a confirmation from you but also a confirmation from Ticketmaster. I don't know why you don't alert your customers. I had to go through a whole process to confirm that I hadn't purchased additional tickets. This is not good customer service if I'm told to access tickets on your app but have to access them on TM.
