    They don’t return tickets. Don’t even offer a grace period. You should have a BIG sign on your website that says NO RETURNS. People should NOT go through this AT ALL. Wasted of money and time. On top of that the only thing you allow is to resale the tickets which add more to my plate and pretend for me to open a PayPal account to “resale” these tickets. WORST experience of the year. I am a total loss with this website, and I don’t even want the tickets anymore.

    Not sure what I am being asked to rate here? I am EXTREMELY upset and frustrated with my experience with buying on Vivid Seats, but the customer service rep. did a very good job in dealing with a very bad situation. So, my Rating of Vivid Seats is 1, the worst possible! My Rating of the Customer Service Rep. is a 4/5; Very Good.

    After spending considerable time searching for tickets that would accommodate my family and represented a fair value, I purchased 5 tickets located near each other in two separate transactions. Thinking that I was all set for the event, I went about planning the weekend, adding hotel reservations and dealing with other logistics.

    Then, to my utter shock and disappointment, about 10 days later, I received an email that I needed to contact Vivid Seats 'Immediately' about an issue with my tickets. It seems that the Seller incorrectly listed the tickets, and what I thought was a contractual business commitment/transaction and done deal, turned into an major upset and frustration as the tickets I thought I purchased were in fact not available and were incorrectly listed by the Seller. If you put yourself in my place, I hope you can understand my extreme frustration and disappointment in trying to purchase tickets from Vivid Seats. I read where Vivid Seats 'verifies' Seller tickets before listing them for sale.

    This obviously did NOT happen in my case. The experience that I have suffered through is a major threat to the Buyer-Seller relationship that Vivid Seats represents and guarantees. If a Seller is permitted to misrepresent their ticket offering, how can a Buyer make a Vivid Seat purchase with any confidence? My transactions represent a significant time-investment and $ expenditure from my perspective, and I ended up with a great deal of frustration and upset with my Vivid Seat experience! NOT a HAPPY CAMPER here...

    Hey Tom, we totally understand your opinion of the seller! We verify sellers to make sure they're not known scammers and to ensure they know what they're doing when they list tickets. We don't verify tickets specifically, as we don't have integration with every single ticket system, which is why we do our due diligence at the seller level. While rare, occasionally sellers list their tickets on multiple sites and they may accidentally confirm orders but have miscounted how many tickets they have left. In these cases they typically try to offer replacements, but given that you would be attending with family, those replacements didn't work with your plans. That's okay, that's why we have agents to help save the day! We were able to get you replacement seats that were closer to the tickets in your other purchase in the end.     I was recently burned on 4 orders in a row with Stubhub where I purchased PIT (the closest section to the stage) and the seller delivered General Admission (the furthest from the stage).     The parking ticket I bought said was .8 miles from the venue and was further.! It was a 30 minute walk.! Secondly 34$ I paid and found 15$ parking a lot closer. I mean A LOT closer. I am extremely disappointed considering I had my young boy with me and we had to walk 30 minutes in the heat to get to the ball field!

    My experience was awful - I purchased two tickets for Vybz Kartel show last night June 14t. I arrived at the event and was not able to download my two tickets. Therefore I missed the whole entire performance. I stood at the entrance trying to get into the tickets for be scanned. It was by far embarrassing that this Vivid Seats didn’t work accurately.

    I bought two tickets to a baseball game 1 hour prior to the game. After 40 minutes I got in a live chat with customer service who assured me the tickets were coming.     It's easy enough to purchase tickets on this website but their service charge is so expensive. This site also did not provide a seating chart. It appears the tickets are not sold by Eventbrite but by people who buy up blocks of seats. I had problems with their app as well.

    Have used Vivid for countless years and spent thousands of dollars. Never will use Vivid again. The customer support was horrible. The time it takes to receive the tickets was way too long. Vivid does not allow me to resell the tickets. All I wanted to do was buy two more tickets and I was not allowed to do it. As well when I did receive the tickets, I cannot resell them.You literally take advantage of customers.

    I bought a ticket for a concert, and accidentally bought one for the wrong day. But I forgot to protect it. So I couldn't refund it. So I tried to sell it and the process was extremely confusing and I don't think I ever fully figured it out. The part of the process where I have to transfer my ticket to your guys' team so they can sell it it was very unclear. The type of ticket I have is an electronic transfer ticket and nowhere on your website did it say how to transfer it to you guys. All it said was that all I had left to do was transfer it. But it didn't tell me how to do that. I emailed you guys about it, but it's been a few days and I haven't gotten any response. I'm not convinced that I'm able to sell my ticket, even though your website says I should be able to sell that kind of ticket through you guys. There's also no way to sell tickets through the app, it's only on the website. That was very confusing and seems like an oversight.

    I bought “Hamilton” tickets more than 6 months in advance, and two days before the performance I got notified that the tickets were not available. Of course by this time it was too late to repurchase them. Customer service was a bot that repeatedly said the same thing. So what if they refund your money, but two days before the performance seems like a scam. They should have real compensation for having prevented me from actually buying tickets from a legitimate source. Avoid disappointment, don’t buy tickets from resellers.

    I bought tickets through Vivid website. I was then instructed to download the Vivid app to access the tickets. After downloading the Vivid app,. I was instructed that I need to download the Ticketmaster app to access the tickets. After I downloaded the Ticketmaster app, I was told I need to download Google Wallet. After downloading Google Wallet, I got an error message when I tried to access the tickets. I still need to follow up with customer service to get my tickets but I am so frustrated that I need to decompress first. It should not be this difficult to buy tickets to a show.

Bough some concert tickets thru Vivid Seats and Vivid made me download their app just so they can tell me to downloaded the ticket master app (I didn’t know I was purchasing tickets thru ticket master) and the Ticket master app won’t show me my ticket barcode… Ticket master told me to save my tickets into “my wallet”.     When I saw the price of my tickets online to the sphere show in Vegas on Sunday June 8th at 5pm at $170 each CDN for 8 tickets.     BUYER BEWARE! I ordered Stanley Cup playoff tickets a week in advance. The order said I would have them by 6/9 which is the day of the event. I chatted with support the evening of 6/8 due to not having the tickets. They basically said there was nothing they could do. Here it is the day of the event, we have a 3 hour drive to the event, and still no tickets. I chatted with support, still nothing they can do but they will refund if the tickets don't show up.     The transfer of the tickets to Ticketmaster didn’t work. It just loaded for an hour and a half and I couldn’t get in.     Do not buy tickets through Vivid Seats. I just used them for the first and last time. I bought a ticket to the AC/DC concert in Nashville and it was cancelled. It was cancelled to the next day after I drove all the way down there. Vivid Seats won’t give me a refund and blames it on Seat Geek and when I call Seat Geek they blame it on Vivid Seats. I have notified my credit card company. You will have to get your credit card company involved. Don’t ever use a debit card to purchase tickets with these scam companies like this.

    If you use Vivid Seats and a concert is cancelled or postponed; you will NOT be refunded by Vivid Seats. They will scam you out of your money. Below I have posted picture proof that the concert was scheduled for May 20th but was postponed until May 21st. I bought my overpriced ticket for May 20th and could not make it May 21st and so it should be an obvious refund. If this was Ticketmaster there would be no issues but we are talking about Vivid Seats here.

    My recent experience with Vivid Seats was extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a first time user, I expected the ticket delivery process to be simple and reliable especially since I was trying to attend a time-sensitive event. Unfortunately, it was anything but. After purchasing the ticket, I was required to verify both my phone number and email address. I was able to verify my phone, but I never received an email verification code, despite multiple attempts. This prevented me from accessing my ticket entirely. I reached out to support before the game, but the issue wasn't resolved in time, and I missed the event including the promotional giveaway I was looking forward to.

    In a time sensitive situation, it should be enough to verify either a phone number or an email not both. Requiring both creates unnecessary obstacles and delays.

    To make matters worse, the additional step of accessing the ticket through Ticketmaster was confusing and not clearly explained. The process should be more intuitive, or at least provide the option to continue as a guest, rather than forcing users to sign in or create a new Ticketmaster account. Overall, the experience was a mess, and I’m now hesitant to purchase any more tickets this season. I'm still hoping to hear back regarding my refund request, which I believe is valid under your Buyer Guarantee.

    That was a frustrating experience. The seats are not Clearview seats unless you are over 6 foot four. The signs hanging on the fence are right in your way of the front row. Both of my sons could not see over the signs without standing up. Pretty frustrating for $150 per ticket.

    Last night was so fun! Kendrick was brilliant and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely go again. Even though we were way up in the bleachers, we did have a good time at the event. The only thing that I would say is that we wish the tickets were more affordable to be closer to see the artist in action. The Soldier Field arena is a good arena to go to, but it does have its drawbacks sometimes.

    It was a very good experience. I found $50 tickets in my desired section, but wasn't able to get them when they were still $50. So instead I got $81 tickets in a better section. Only thing is I had to buy those tickets. Otherwise I couldn't buy just one ticket. I would like it if you made it so you can buy 1 ticket no matter the time of purchase. But otherwise exceptional!

    I purchased 2 seats to a local baseball game. We paid around $83 for 2 seats and when we looked at the ticket stubs, they were only $14 a piece. I think it is highway robbery, to charge that much extra. Even with the $10 service fee PER ticket, our total should have been half of what we paid. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE THIS SITE

    This positive review only applies to the service provided by Aarika from the Expedited Resolutions Team. Up until I reached Aarika, I was only speaking to reps from the overseas call centers, and they refused to transfer me to a US call center or a supervisor in their call center.     I’ve spent the last two days trying to get our Coldplay tickets, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. I’ve made five separate calls to Vivid Seats, and each time I was told the tickets would arrive “in the next 30–40 minutes.” That never happened.     I was expecting the parking to be ready as soon as I made payment since I was basically there. However it didn’t become available for 30 more mins or so, the concert started at 630 and I believe I got there around 710. Because of that I had to spend another 40 dollars for different parking because IDK what I would’ve done until 741 when the notification came through parking was ready. I got the notification parking was finally ready. I have screenshots of that. I paid through Klarna. I already talked to a customer service agent. Hopefully I will be getting some kind of refund. Klarna has already taken my first payment and I didn’t even use the pass. Also it gave no information on where I’d even go to park so it was stressful and wasted. Screenshots show me finally walking up to stadium at 722. The tickets were ready at 741. I paid around 650 when I was already in the line of cars to park. All pictures are time-stamped.

    Do not buy tickets through this ** app under any circumstances. I was unlucky enough to buy tickets for a concert that I paid for more than six months before it started. I chose the section and row that I was most interested in. As a result, 3 days ( 3 days Carl!!!) before the concert I receive tickets with another section and another row that I am not interested in at all and technical support tells me that according to the rules they can replace the tickets with any similar ones.

Venues often stagger releasing tickets (either mailing in batches or rolling out enabling transfers between accounts) to ensure that the purchases were made without abuse of the ticketing system and are fraud-free.     I bought jelly roll tickets and they were NOT cheap. 3rd row. When I bought them nowhere in the description did it say there is a possible obstructed view.     LA Dodgers vs Yankees 30th May 2025. We purchased two tickets through vivid seats platform for a total of $604.88 USD. However, upon arriving at the stadium, it became immediately clear that the seats we received were not as shown on the seat map during the booking process. Not only were the seats in a different and less desirable location than advertised, but we have since learned, including from stadium staff that these seats typically retail for approximately $220 USD for two tickets. This discrepancy is troubling and raises serious questions about the accuracy and transparency of your ticket listings. We tried to get a partial refund but they ignore. Stay away from this company.

    Giving 2 stars for two reasons: 1) I had a gift card to use and I couldn't add the funds to my account either through the app or a browser so I had to call to use the gift card during which time the ticket prices went up significantly and 2) The first set of tickets I was trying to purchase from the agent were bought before we could finalize the purchase. The agent did give me a discount to help minimize the price but if the agent is currently trying to sell specific tickets why doesn't it lock every other agent out?     Nowhere on the ticket listing or emails I received was I made aware before buying that the seats were an obstructed view. Once we got to our seats we noticed one row in front of us directly in front of our seats was a giant I beam pole. One seat could see the batter and the 3rd base line and the other seat could see the pitcher and the rest of the infield. It would have been nice to know I was buying obstructed view tickets before spending almost $200 on them.

    My experience with Vivid Seats has been mixed, but this review is specific to my most recent experience (May 2025). Placing the order for 2 x 4-day passes to the Sonic Temple Festival in Ohio was simple and quick, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive what we thought was the order, a mere 2 days later. However, our delight immediately turned to anguish when we noticed that the envelope had been tampered with (a hole/tear was visible - photos were sent to customer care) and on opening it, found 1 and not 2 wristbands.

    Over a period of 2 weeks, and many phone calls later, I was sent from pillar to post and never came close to resolving the issue at hand. I was unable to speak to the team that deals with such issues and the numerous agents I did speak to, were no help whatsoever insisting that I be patient and that the issue would eventually be solved. 1 day before the festival, when I called one last time hoping to resolve the issue, I was told that Vivid Seats would actually not rectify the error as it was a third party who sent the wristbands. Needless to say, we were forced to purchase yet another 4 day pass ($400) and what should have cost us $800 landed up costing us $1200. I would hope that at the very least, Vivid Seats cease working with this 3rd party but I have a feeling that Vivid Seats could care less as long as they get their cut of the profit. Shame on you Vivid Seats and shame on the 3rd party involved.

    I purchased two tickets for a Stray Kids concert for an advertised price $850 per ticket, but $150 in fees per ticket made each one $1000. When the actual tickets arrived it was just a link to the actual tickets from Ticket Master. This means Vivid is just a ticket scalper and proxy. Not only that their app spams with constant notifications and emails. I hate ticket agencies, but I hate scalpers even more.

    I called customer service to verify that the parking pass I was purchasing to a concert was on-site parking. There were multiple deals for off-site parking for way less money, but we wanted to park at the venue. I specifically asked the CS rep to verify that the pass I was purchasing was on-site and she assured me that was the case more than once. So I bought the pass and it wasn't on-site. It was off-site. I complained and two days later, Vivid Seats contacted me and let me know they were comping the parking pass and they gave me additional funds in my account for the next event we want to attend. Either way, I was cheated out of off-site parking for $20 and was charged much more for the same thing.

    I had a very disappointing experience. Purchased some tickets this passed Friday for a concert. Started a chat with a representative around 6:50 pm as I hadn’t received my tickets yet. Back and forth was told I should receive them in 20 minutes nothing arrived then Representative said they will get a replacement. Replacement was gather and said same that I should get them in 15 minutes nothing arrived. Once again nothing. Not to mention this was already 40 minutes passed concert start time. Then to finally get told that the last option is to cancel them as the replacement wasn’t approved by the seller. Two hours outside stadium to just be told I won’t be able to get tickets as seller didn’t approve the replacement but then even the first set was technically never approved by seller that’s why they weren’t coming through. The 100% ticket guarantee wasn’t true at all as this didn’t happen.

    I attempted to go to the White Sox game using the ticket transferred to me (attached). However, when I presented it to the staff, the ticket errored.     I bought eight tickets for Jason Aldean roughly a month ago, I hadn’t received my tickets and I was starting to get worried. I was finally transferred the tickets and they were not anywhere close to what I had originally purchased, I then reached out to you guys about this issue. And the first person I talked to told me that I was wrong and I had to spend 20 minutes explaining to him that these two areas were not the same. He then said he’d look into it and let me know. I never received a call back, I then called again roughly 5-6 days before the show and spoke to another person explaining the issue. They looked at my account told me they would get back to me, never heard back.

    I then called again another 2 to 3 times being told the same thing that they look into it and they would let me know. Once again, absolutely no communication back to me. I finally called again today and spoke to a young woman who from my experience, is the only person that knows what’s going on. She called the seller and the seller admitted that they sent the wrong tickets. Although it took over an hour of being on the phone to get it resolved. She stayed on the phone going back-and-forth with me and the seller until finally the issue was resolved. I wish that you guys could duplicate 1 million of her and you guys would run like a well oiled machine. All in all you guys gave me seats that were worse than what I originally purchased, but also gave me a credit. So I may not be thrilled, but at least I am contempt.

    I bought tickets to Beyonce and the location on the map was different from where my seats actually are. I tried to cancel the order, but they refused. When I tried selling the tickets, I could not because they would not accept the format the tickets are being sold. When I tried to get in contact with customer service, I was given blanket responses and zero help. I have several emails going back and forth that never answered my questions and the live chat and toll number said they did not recognize my number, even though it is my only cell number.

    I will not use Vivid again. I purchased tickets through vivid seats for a Post Malone/Jelly Roll concert at wrigley field because I thought it looked like a good deal in comparison to some other ticket venders. Vivid appeared to be a reputable, and popular company to purchase tickets with. This ended up being a terrible concert experience due to issues how Vivid sent the digital tickets. We arrived about an hour early, predicting this to be near a sellout crowd. When we tried to enter Wrigley Field, the staff advised us digital ticket needed to be uploaded to the "Ball Park App". At this point I didn't think it was a big deal and downloaded the app using the same email address I used to purchase the tickets.

    I contacted Vivid's customer service to make sure the tickets I already bought would be uploaded or sent to this app. I was then told the digital copy has already been sent to me, and I would have to purchase additional tickets if I wanted them uploaded to the ball park app. At this point, we noticed at least 20 couples or small groups of people experiencing the same problem with Vivid, in that the tickets were not being sent to the app the venue was using. We even advised the Wrigley Field staff of the issue and showed how the tickets were purchased with my personal information and still denied us entry. While speaking to them, they began telling us that someone is sitting in the seats we purchased. Both Vivid and Wrigley were a abrasive and basically blamed this issue on each other.

    After learning all of this, I called Vivid customer service again. It was clear the main issue was Vivid not sending the tickets to the ball park app. This conversation lasted well over 30 minutes. Eventually, the customer service rep. Told me the original seller never sent me the tickets, which is a lie because I already had the digital copy on the vivid app. After re-explaining the issue of the tickets needing to be uploaded to the ball park app, it finally "clicked" for the employee. They finally sent me to tickets to the app, stating there was an issue with the original seller's account. I finally got the tickets but really don't know who to believe.

    We missed the entire portion of Jelly Roll and part of the main act Post Malone. I felt like the issue we had was easily explained to the Vivid seats reps, but we're given so much resistance. For what was supposed to be a gift and nice night out that cost upwards of $ 1,000, it ended up being a total waste. Other couples experiencing the same problem ended up leaving and never using the tickets the bought with Vivid. I would not recommend using Vivid Seats. If there are any technical issues they are hesitant to help, and lack the needed information on venues' tickets policies.

    Bought a $50 ticket to an A’s game for this Sunday. Vivid Seats sent me a ticket link that my browser, Safari, could not open because the address was invalid. Turns out that you must have an OS of 17 or higher on your iPhone to download the MLB.com app. Supposedly the tickets are downloaded to this site. Chatted online and then called customer service talked to both representatives for over an hour and they were no help. They will not refund your money even if you cannot access your ticket. They also said you can’t dispute the charges with your bank because it’s in Vivid Seats agreement that you clicked on when you bought the tickets. Such a waste of money. I will never buy tickets from Vivid Seats again!!!

I always get the insurance for my purchases so I selected the yes option for the insurance on this purchase. Some way somehow the system voided my selection and never charged me for the insurance. I went through the whole process of selecting my seats, filling in all the info, and hitting purchase seats, with a pending charge on my credit card, only for the sale not to go through. Then, trying to get through to a person without an order number was impossible! I had to Google Vivid Seats to get a different customer service number than the one posted on your website. I tried to send an email to vividseats.com, and the email address was invalid. Crazy!! Not a great experience using your website for the first time.     Went to the website to purchase tickets for Dolphins vs Bills. Somehow ended up with tickets to a different game. Called looking for help. Was sold new tickets to correct game before I could talk to customer service.     I purchased tickets for Post Malone/Jelly Roll tickets in November on the Vivid website, I carefully chose the tickets and the price that I wanted... The tickets I purchased were center stage and were about $330 each not including all their fees. When I received my tickets through their website The tickets I received were a down grade to what I had purchased, In a totally different section, and their price was $190 each, So what I purchased was better seats at a more expensive rate than what I received. This is fraud. They steal from consumers and didn't make it right even after several calls. Customer service is out of country so be prepared to received no help....
