I have yet to hear back from you guys about having the seller send the tickets as a Ticketmaster transfer. I had contacted you guys and let you know that Ticketmaster has stated the way the seller has send these tickets are not legit and that I must have the tickets transferred to my Ticketmaster account for me to be able to enter the stadium. The rep told me they will reach out and have the seller send it the correct way but I have yet to hear back from them.

I have bought tickets from you guys, and this experience has been the worse. When I bought tickets, it did not say “limited view”. I even found the exact same ticket for the next day and it said nothing about limited view. I feel that there should have been something that could be done, but all customer said was final sale. There’s nothing they can. I will also be expressing my disappointment on Yelp and Google review as well. I have never been so disappointed in a company.

I never received my tickets to the Fisher Mardi Gras event via email. I went to the event and was unable to show or scan my tickets so I was denied entrance. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and the lack of help and understanding at the event by event staff.

Tickets came exactly when the app said they would so we were very happy and it made for a great night for my wife and I. My only fault I have with these apps is all the fees. I wanted to get a seat closer to the stage and the ticket wasn’t too bad actually but once going to the checkout it basically doubled in cost…

It seems that the tickets were not released to my email address as stated so after checking I did not see an email with the ticket barcode so I had to go to the box office to have tickets printed out. Took the box office rep a few minutes to find my reservation so we were eventually allowed to enter the stadium.

Despite what they said I never received the link for my tickets, they never sent me another link to download them. Also the picture of the performance was incredibly misleading showing people in full broadway makeup and costumes. It ended up being people just standing there singing the songs. The customer service was terrible while trying to get it resolved. Ended up having to purchase other box office tickets. Use seat geek, ticket master, or a scalper on the street smoking ** instead, you’ll have a better experience.

I love ordering tickets on Vivid Seats! Easy to find seats, seating views, and close parking suggestions! If I ever have questions about the purchase someone can always be reached by the live chat or phone! My tickets were ordered by electronic transfer which was easy to do and tickets arrived on time!

Process to took too long to get transfer and then had too many other app interactions - I was never able to get full access to parking pass and didn’t use. I tried customer service and it was not helpful and they refused refund. Wasted money with a process that was too complicated to use day of event. Terrible.

I ordered floor tickets for the Gervonta Davis fight and they put me in the nosebleeds. I’ve never seen this before. Super disappointed. I will never order from Vivid Seats again. I’m going right to stubhub.

We were at the event and 6 of our tickets were never sent. Half of our group could not go in or was terrible. I will not recommend ever again. The seller should be ashamed of themself. We were so disappointed. Please Do better next time. The kids were so upset.

I represent a venue and we never approved for them to sell our tickets. Also, we have had people come in and say they bough their tickets from Vivid Seats and we have no record of any purchase in our system. They are scamming venues and patrons out of money. On top of they they are scamming tickets at a MUCH higher price than we are selling them.

Simple and easy to use. Shows concerts I am interested in and when they are in my area. The process of buying tickets was easy and I like that the insurance on the tickets doesn’t break the bank. I will definitely be using Vivid again to purchase concert tickets in the future.

I bought 3 tickets to a local basketball game. A couple days before the game I decided to check and make sure that I was good. It ended up that the seller only sent me two out of the three tickets. I spent about 3 hours over 2 days trying to get the 3rd ticket I bought and each time Vivid said they were talking to the buyer and the 3rd ticket was on its way. They told me three times that the seller was going to send it right away. Long story short, I got two out of the three tickets and Vivid Seats did nothing to try to help me and my kids out. They offered me tickets 20 rows behind what I bought and made it seem like they were doing me a favor.
I would never buy a single ticket from them and now I have two kids that are disappointed because they couldn’t go to a game because their seller decided to keep one ticket and tried to sell a pair instead of a solo ticket. Vivid Seats only cares about the ticket sellers, not about the ticket buyers. I would avoid this company more than a herpes virus. Stick with StubHub and SeatGeek.

I bought 5 tickets for a family event costing $3000. Vivid Seats has a policy called Seat Saver written in small print. Ticket purchases of 4+ can be split! They're splitting families with children and pointing that out just before the event...greedies! I don't want Row A, I want Row J WITH my family which is what I paid for. I would have paid for Row A if that's what I wanted. Customer service is terrible, there is no escalation department because they have trained their representatives to tell customers the same thing 10x, hoping they will just hang up and move on. They couldn't transfer me to a manager/supervisor, they couldn't refund me the tickets I paid for, they couldn't provide me with an email address to VividSeats CEO, and they couldn't email me their policy! They can't do anything!

I am very upset and not satisfied with the service on Vivid Seats, selling me Lexus club tickets that don’t allow me to get into the building. I felt it was a scam. Why would Vivid Seats allow people to sell tickets that don’t give them access inside the building?

Ron white is one of my favorite comedians and he put on a great show. The seating on the other hand was horrible, we were packed like sardines. I had a friend with big thighs and if someone had sat next to her, idk what we would've done. I'm skinny and so was the guy next to me and we were pretty much giving each other unintentional lap dances. Location was Golden Nugget Louisiana.

I’d give 0 stars if possible…..This was a horrible experience. The time you had listed was a half hour off. We missed the show. The venue rectified this but it was not their fault… I would like my credit back and for you to rectify this. We went almost an hour away from home to get to this venue, I am extremely upset.

The fact that I can’t add the tickets to my mobile wallet is ridiculous. The fact that the tickets aren’t available through your app that you forced me to download when purchasing tickets through you is ridiculous. The fees you charge is ridiculous. I will not be using your service ever again. It was a waste of my time when I reached out to customer service. They basically told me that I need to learn to read so I will recommend to everybody. I know to use another service aside from yours.

Absolutely horrible. Had to spend 4+ hrs going through the verification process, to not even get the tickets we wanted to purchase because the verification took too long. Will tell everyone I know how bad this company is. The stress is not worth even going to the event. Use any other ticket company. Wish there was a way to give negative stars.

The app is easy to use, especially since it was my first time getting tickets online. Even going across 2 different apps. I used Vivid and seller was using Ticketmaster. I received all 3 of my tickets within just 5 minutes. Easy to pull the tickets up for them to scan.

We had problems receiving our tickets. We had to chat with multiple different people in order to finally get the tickets sent, but they were sent after the concert start time and therefore we were unable to attend the concert. We feel that we are owed a refund or a credit.

Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing tickets. Found out about an hour before show time we weren’t getting the tickets. Paid over $750 for 4 tickets, started taking the 75-minute drive to the venue only to be told we were skunked by the seller halfway there. I’ve bought tickets from street scalpers that went better than this. Last time I purchase anything from Vivid.

I tried calling and couldn’t get through because of all the prompts to even get to a live person. So then I went on a live chat, I got hung up on or disconnected from the live chat three times. The people were not very much help so I ended up just waiting for the parking pass. Finally came through this morning And should be an instant upload. I’ve done this in the past with you guys and it was an instant upload. I don’t know what the problem is in. Your customer service sucks.

I purchased Philadelphia Eagles tickets through Vivid Seats due to their ease of use. I utilized the rewards program, applying it towards an additional purchase. My experience was largely positive, but it's not like I would be buying tickets for any Eagles game. The tickets are not cheap for the playoffs, but this was a very special occasion because my team, the Washington Commanders, was in the NFC Championship for the first time in decades. Still, I'm not sure how I feel about the guaranteed resale from Vivid itself for prices that are way down.
I understand the law of the marketplace and I ended up taking the tickets, but I didn't feel great that that made the profit margin so obvious. That's already high with all the fees and people were reselling at a loss. Offering more competitive prices for guaranteed resales would improve the experience. Overall, I was generally happy with the experience and I might use Vivid again for more reasonably priced things.

I used Vivid Seats app to buy tickets to my favorite concerts and sports games and it was a great experience. It was so easy to navigate the app and choose the events I wanted to go to. I found reasonable prices for tickets with nice seats and views. The game center was also fun where you can play trivia, earn points and redeem points for credits to use on your next purchase.

Everything was great. The service given today and any time I have dealt with Vivid Seats they have always been extremely accommodating!! Site and apps are easy to use and tickets are easy to accept. Had my hockey tickets in my Google wallet rapidly and everything went smooth when I enter nationwide arena and Prudential Center. The stamps reward are kinda nice too, one of my favorite reselling platform to use now.

I experienced the process of accepting tickets to be difficult and instructions on how to accept the tickets to be vague. Searching for the email was not easy. The instructions on where to find the email and how to accept the tickets was vague. Pros, ticket prices were most competitive on this website.

I didn’t receive my tickets until literally hours before the event, and I had to drive almost two hours from my location to the event. However using the chat feature to chat with a representative, to resolve the issue, was an absolute terrific experience. Shout out to Yashpal, was very helpful and supportive.

I paid over $100 for a parking pass only to discover that parking was included in the concert ticket. The parking pass was a rip-off! Not happy. In addition, after making payment, the seller never sent me anything. I contacted Vivid via the chat. The person I was chatting with said she found the seller and she emailed me the ticket pdf.

What a scam! To post boldly order now and save 10percent at the top and in the tiny fine print that I can’t even read without glasses state that it is capped at $20. You should be embarrassed! The lady I talked to today was excellent and very efficient. Not her fault. Shame on VIVID!

They show me one price then I finish paying more than the expect, then I speak with a representative and he said he can cancel my purchase. I didn't recommended. At all I recommend this app. It's better buy your tickets directly from Ticketmaster. It's cheaper for too much….

Vivid Seats made buying tickets very simple. They had a easy to navigate website that included a point of view from our seats to help make our decision when searching for the right spot to sit. The app was also very easy to use. The only downside was that it didn't list seat numbers just the section and row.

I received my tickets well before my event, (about 3 weeks), which I was a little worried about after reading a few reviews. The buying process was easy, as was the retrieval. The ticket selection was great, and the tickets cheaper than I found on other sites. I would recommend Vivid Seats to my friends.

I didn’t know how to access my tickets even through my email. I ended up cancelling my drive to Nashville because I was uncertain that I could even get in. Everything was so last minute that I didn’t have the time to make the 2.5 hour drive to see David Gray. I’m positive it was a great concert.

I'm so upset. They let people buy all the tickets to resale them. When it's almost time for your concert they call you to let you know the seller doesn't have the tickets. BEWARE!!! Then the representative that called me gave me an attitude. Smh. NEVER AGAIN.

The fees per ticket are outrageous. I paid nearly $400 for $240 worth of tickets. I could have sat an entire section lower if I was able to buy the tickets at cost or with a lower fee. I do not have anything else to say. This process is insulting in itself.

I had issues retrieving the tickets from the Prudential website. Constantly asking me to log in and there were issues transferring the tickets via text and/or email. Once completed I didn't know how to transfer all tickets at once to my Google wallet.

I have never been so disappointed in a customer service interaction the way I was with Vivid seats. I tried messaging them to ask a simple question and I rephrased it at least 5 times. The person continued to say “I don't know how to help you”, or something along those lines. They eventually ignored my question and kept sending me a link that had nothing to do with my question.

Fees are high. I paid $102 for 2 $30 tickets. I will try another site next year when I order my tickets. I go annually to a game with a friend of mine, perhaps next year I buy at the stadium instead of online. This is supposed to be a discount site...Not a discount at all.

Ease and promptness with purchasing tickets was great. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and was unable to attend last minute. Couldn’t get any refund back. Was hoping to at least be able to get some kind of refund. And yes I know it says no refunds. I just wish the policy was a little more empathetic considering how much business they acquire. I will probably not use them again and will go through Ticketmaster.

I bought a 60$ parking ticket that did not work, do not buy from Vivid Seats hell no, I was in line to get my ticket scanned when she tried it 3 different times 2 different scanners just for it to not work, I will not be buying any more tickets from this site again, not worth the time nor the amount of money they charge you, not to mention when I pulled up to the parking lot it was a whole 25$ less than what I paid for online.

Hey Edgardo, we looked into your order for the parking pass, since we guarantee that your pass will be valid for entry. Your order appears to be for the game taking place on March 8th, which as of the time of writing this reply (March 5th), has not yet taken place. Parking passes are only valid for the day stated on them, and your pass should show that it is for March 8th rather than February 22nd. We did have passes available for the 22nd but that is not what you purchased.
As a marketplace, prices on our site may vary from the original price charged by the lot or garage for parking, as whomever lists their parking pass may list it for a price of their choosing based on what they feel is fair. If you do not wish to use your parking pass or don't have plans to attend the game this Saturday, you can always resell your unwanted pass to recoup some or all of the cost of your order, at your own discretion. We hope this helps to clarify why your parking pass did not scan as valid the other day for the 22nd, and that you understand the reason prices on our platform may vary.

I Bought baseball game tickets 15 minutes prior to the game, and didn't receive them until the middle of the 2nd inning. I had to buy tickets at the game, and didn't use the ones from Vivid Seats. It took too long to get my seats from messaging the live chat feed. I was redirected to a specialist, and was told the seller wasn't responding. I guess I should buy my tickets from the site much sooner in the future.

So I paid for nothing basically because I read there were 2 different events going on for the same comedian, it said 21+ and 18+, I made sure to buy the 18+ one but when I got to the event they said they don’t have no 18+ event going on.

When I talked with your customer service rep when buying the tickets the tickets were in obstructed seats I had zero view of the scoreboard!! I’m extremely disappointed with your customer service person that she didn’t tell me about the obstructed seats & the last row. So much for your customer service!! I would have bought another ticket in the arena. Your competition tells you everything about the seats you are buying. I’ll definitely pass on on using Vivid Seats!! Very disappointed!!!

This platform was difficult and taxing to use. Tickets are so easy to get and put in your digital wallet on other platforms. This was not easy and it was confusing if you are used to using the other, easier ticket buying platforms. We had to spend 20 minutes at the ticket counter trying to track down our tickets.

I bought the tickets for Houndmouth through Vivid Seats. I was not able to transfer the tickets & wasn’t helped in time. Turns out it was a known scam (known by venue). Requesting a full refund as I paid for 6 tickets and never received them. It would not allow me to claim them through Ticketmaster & vivid seats help portal was also totally useless in resolution.

My tickets were delivered to the email address on my Apple ID instead of directly to the email I had entered when purchasing. At the last possible moment we were finally helped by one of your customer service reps and received our tickets but this made us 1 hour late to a 1+30 min show!! What an absolute disgrace. Miserable experience with you guys. Consider delivering tickets at least 2 days prior to the show! I paid way too much money to have a stress filled Saturday evening with the person I was supposed to be treating to a fun night out. Shame on y'all.

I would have expected a refund not a credit. I would have expected to be asked which one I wanted. I do not have an idea as to when I will be using tickets so to have a credit and constant pop ups of what I can use my credit on is annoying. Customers should have the option of what they prefer not your company.

I bought tickets to the local cirque show here in Houston. As soon as I checked out I realized I had made a mistake and bought the 3:30 show instead of the 7:00 show as I intended to get. I immediately called and was told that I can’t cancel the order and that I’d have to resell the tickets back to Vivid Seats. Not great news. But ok. Then I spent the next hour and a half trying to list these tickets. It said my password was wrong no less than 10 times as I reset and re tried over and over. I finally gave up trying and went to sleep. In the morning I tried again and my password was no longer wrong. The problem? The show started in 6 hours. Once it’s 6 hours away, you can’t sell the tickets. Called Vivid Seats again and was recommended that I sell them to a different site. I was surprised that they would send me to their competitors and be so unwilling to help. I won’t be using vivid seats in the future under any circumstances.

Do not recommend Vivid Seats whatsoever. They had multiple show dates listed under incorrect dates and refuse to refund for their mistake. They do not honor their buyer guarantee at all. Do not try to call their customer service team either, and if you get through to their escalation team they will hang up on you instead of fixing the problem. Do better Vivid Seats! If you mess up the dates for a show, you need to offer a refund and not assume the customer can use tickets for a rescheduled date that was made in error on your behalf!

Whenever I purchased my tickets for Pancho Barraza or Alejandro Fernandez. I don't get my tickets in the same day. I have to wait for the same day of the concert and it creates anxiety of if I got scam or how and when I am going to get my tickets. It should be the same day that I paid for them.

Had a lengthy chat conversation with Rahul today and he was not helpful. He told me I was wrong and there was nothing I could do even though I was given the wrong ticket. 0 Stars. Then I got on the phone with 2 individuals who were very helpful, confirming that I was right about being given the wrong tickets. They helped me get a refund and I was on my way. I'll give 5 stars for the phone conversation and 0 stars for my chat with Rahul.

I love being able to find tickets easily and have used your service quite a lot. But I really don’t appreciate not being able to see the service fees and extra charges until after you check out and pay them. That is disrespectful and dishonest. Work on your transparency please.

When looking at the seats on the website it was advertised as a bigger space and we would be closer than all the way in the back! The seats were not cheap and the advertised location was not where we ended up. Never being at Ruth Eckerd we didn’t realize how far away we actually would be! The Blippi show was amazing. Just seats weren’t what we expected.

I have had two conversations over trying to sell tickets I couldn't use. My final was with Ryan who spent over an hour helping me split my 4 tickets into two pairs the way they were purchased from a third party site. I even had to call back and they hunted him down (he had just finished another long call) and he did some review and got me through to a successful end. The patience and willingness to walk me through each step, including sending me emails with links for every step, is tough to find in customer service anymore. He is a model of what you want representing your company. I thanked him over and over but please make sure he knows how much his help means to me!

I was on the internet looking for a concert and when I found it several websites popped up. After checking them out I went to my Vivid app to find out the same tickets were almost half price of the ones I saw from other companies and while the other sites where adding extra fees to the already expensive tickets Vivid gave me the low price with the fees already included. Now I know next time to go straight to my Vivid app on my cellphone.

The Florida Theatre indicated that their tickets are not allowed to be sold over face value as they are non-profit. 3rd party sales are not legal. So I had to pay additional for legitimate tickets, and have requested from my bank my money back from the transaction with you. I will not be using your service ever again.

Website search and ticket transfer is easy. Fees aren’t posted until you check out and they were 1/3 of the ticket price on a $700 ticket the fees were $274 which is ridiculous! Fees should be posted with the ticket price on the main screen not after you have added all your information and payment info.

The concert tickets are Easy, fast and reliable every time. I have had issues with other event sites in the past. I should not be paying $60+ in fees for a transaction. That is 1/3 of the cost of my purchase. Do a better job not ripping off your customers. We all know you also charge a fee to the seller. Greed is a word that comes to mind here. As long as Vivid gets their cut, everything is good, right? What a distasteful show of ignorance and complete lack of fair business practices. On top of astronomical fees, I also have to be spammed with advertisements and pop-ups. As if the amount I pay in fees isn't enough.

Just a little bit of a rough start getting tickets, had to get MLB.com app to receive them electronically, but figured it out. I always feel safe and secure using Vivid, always my first go too for tickets. I always steer friends and family to your site when they are in the market for any type of tickets. My view was completely blocked for a recent concert and the seats were not marked "obstructed view." It greatly diminished my experience at the event. My representative at Vivid seats was very attentive to my issue, was understanding and worked with me to give me results that made up for my experience. I felt heard and taken care of. The action was swift and the communication both through email and the phone call was concise and prompt. I would work with vivid seats again for sure!

I highly recommend using a different company to purchase any tickets. I had a terrible transaction with this company and would be concerned about being overcharged, or charged hidden fees. There are plenty of reliable and safe tickets resellers out there and in my opinion Vivid Seats is not one of them.

I accidentally bought a ticket that I do not want, but there is no way for me to refund it and get my money back. And I can't resell it either, there is nowhere on your site I can see where that is an option. Your site has been frustrating and I have contacted your company but just had bots talk to me. I want to get rid of the ticket and get my money back, and I will be contacting my bank soon if I am unable to refund the ticket.

While ordering 6 tickets for the concert, I received a 15% off offer. I asked the representative to reflect this discount. After waiting on hold for many minutes, he said it would take days to resolve the request and said I would hear via email and the request would, most likely, be granted. I still have not heard. The app is good for storing and retrieving digital tickets. I think the gaming center is a waste of time. The trivia questions are not that interesting and really a waste of time. As you answer questions you earn points towards a discount on a future ticket. You won't find out until you try to redeem the discount that you have to spend at least $100 to use it. Bait and switch and again just a waste of time.

Different types of discounts you redeem will have different requirements or terms & conditions. If you aren't interested in playing the trivia, no worries! A week before the Jason Isbell show I had tickets for in Ithaca, I had heart failure and ended up in the hospital. Needing to sell my tickets I went on to Vivid seats and found the experience to be positive. When I didn't notice the email confirming the sale of my tickets, they called and helped the process along.

Never purchased a resale ticket before and seems I ended up paying double the cost for the event. Not happy about that and will never do it again, so it would be nice to know ahead of time if the tickets are on a resale.

The prices on our site are set by the folks listing their own tickets for sale, and this can mean that prices are above or below the amount the venue originally charged for them. Our seats were 20 dollars at the stadium... I most likely will never purchase tickets from Vivid ever. We didn't even get seated on the seats you guys sold us... not to mention it was a great event, you guys just overpriced the seats.

I had a credit that I told the broker I wanted to use; he said sure but I needed to first purchase the tickets & I did. He told me that he would transfer my call to the person who would credit the difference of credit to new purchase; however they refused to apply my credit to the purchase. So now I still have $142.00 credit and had to pay 138.00 for the tickets. This credit is still on my account as well as the purchase of 4 more tickets. So I was lied to and it cost me paying again for the tickets.

The purchase and tickets were good. The price was a bit high for the seat location. The description of the seats was not excellent as described, but the seats were ok. We have always had an easy ticket transfer with no issues. The hidden fees that are not known before the transaction should be disclosed prior to purchasing instead of after the receipt is given.

I came down with Flu A. My daughter & I both attempted to resell my ticket on your platform. The chat was no help. The website was no help. The app was no help. Now I'm out $166 for an event I could not attend. It seems like you could streamline the selling process so that a teenager or a 40 year old could figure it out.

I purchased New York City ballet tickets in the centre of the row in the front row. I get a call the day of saying there is an issue transferring my tickets and I have to do different seats. The seats offered to me were in the second row, not center. I was willing to pay extra for the centre and first drove so I could thoroughly enjoy my experience. However, the entire experience in process was ruined because of this.

In this case, the seller provided you tickets a row behind your original selection in a very similar location to what you would have received if they had been able to provide the original row, so your view was not that much different. We recommend searching for tickets that state clearly they are center view in the listing notes. Unless the listing states otherwise (as in, Aisle Seats, Center Seats, etc), tickets you purchase will be for any of the seats within the row you select.

I was trying to get a refund for the show that was cancelled on the 14th at the auditorium, whereas the artist was not able to make it due to the weather and therefore I should get a full refund for the two tickets that I purchased in that amount.

The concert was awesome. But the seating was horrible for the price. The entire row was packed but the row behind me was completely empty, and the row in front of me was empty as well. Next time I will look for better pricing and better seating. Not receiving the tickets until the day before left me stuck with the seats. Maybe could have sold them if I had more time.

Overall flawless experience with buying tickets off of the app. Only one problem one time. I went to go see one concert the front bottoms. The tickets wouldn't come up as purchased in the vendor app like normal. Ended up going and proving to this box office that these tickets were purchased and that I should have them. He looked them up in his computer and yes I had. But it wouldn't pull up in any of the apps. Problem solved we had a great time. But nobody had ever experienced that problem before. And I never got my 4 stamps from that incident.

Fast and easy to use website. Found Beyoncé tickets, downloaded app and my tickets were sent to me within 48 hours maybe even less than that. I used my personal credit card info to buy the tickets. Seat guide was clearly shown. I like that the website was easy to use. I have no complaints about my tickets purchase at this time. I just hope my information was kept confidential such as my personal information like my credit card information. Would recommend this site to use as I did for activities such as concerts.

The reservation process was easy and very well organized to keep track of and save the reservations. For these purchases, the event dates are for the upcoming summer months and the tool indicated that I would receive my tickets in email a few days prior to the event. So, I hope this happens and I'm not looking for my tickets the day of the event because they haven't been sent to me!

This was so upsetting. I had been going through depression and bought myself a ticket to an inspirational speaker to help myself. I don’t live close to the venue and it was pouring out. My ticket was not ever issued. Totally sucked. Vivid told me there was nothing they can do and referred me to AXS tickets, axs said the ticket was canceled and let Vivid know. I said I need proof I just can’t call and say that. They said you’ll have to battle it out on your own. WTH. I called Vivid back and shared. I don’t know what happened l, I asked for a refund and emailed the screenshot of my empty portal. The people were helpful.

Terrible, wasn’t able to park at parking lot except a refund soon! Zero stars will not used add again. I even called and they weren’t able to communicate. I had a horrible experience with Vivid Seats regarding my purchase of Boston Bruins tickets. I bought the tickets over two months ago and spent nearly $2500. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the tickets even though the game is just a few days away. When I contacted Vivid Seats to inquire about the delay, they seemed unconcerned and assured me that "this happens all the time" and that I would receive the tickets. However, I remain skeptical as I have friends flying in for the game and currently have no tickets to show them. The fact that they've held my money for two months without providing the tickets is incredibly frustrating.
I won't use Vivid Seats again due to this experience. It's a straightforward business model: sellers have tickets, and buyers want them. The exchange should be seamless. However, holding onto my payment without delivering the tickets undermines any trust in their service. Additionally, I've had 33 tickets purchased through Vivid, with varied outcomes. I received tickets for one game promptly, which isn't until April. But for the upcoming games on Monday and in March, I've received nothing. I am definitely considering looking for alternative services for future purchases due to this disappointing experience.

Bought tickets. Drove to the game and found out that they weren't transferred to us... Called and got a hold of someone after paying for parking and we're in line to find out we weren't getting them, ended up getting worse tickets for the same price and missed the first 10 minutes of the first quarter of the game.

I was a little upset when I first called in due to being told a concert was being canceled that I was en route to. I still haven’t received any notification of the cancellation. After speaking with the agent, my attitude was completely gone! She was very pleasant to speak with. Very pleased!

I checked the tickets through your website to locate my seat numbers, couldn't find them, so I called customer service. They put me on hold for an extended period of time just to tell me download the AXS app and pull it from there. Why was Vivid involved if I had to reach out to another service provider.

I called to get some clarification on how to deal with a gift. Maria was VERY helpful, she walked me through the steps to take. I looked at a number of sites for tickets and this site was easy to navigate and although the fee was a lot, I really wanted to see this group. I’d love to get a seat upgrade if available but I be used your site 6 times before and it’s always been reliable!

Despite a 12/14 purchase and calls the day before the MJ Musical event on 2/12, the tickets were never sent or received. I was called from Vivid and told to have my parents go to the Will Call Window to pick up tickets. The $340.04 tickets never arrived. I am in process of submitted dispute forms. So very frustrated!

My concert was postponed in another state. The new date hasn't been determined. I asked for a refund and was told no. Also, I never received the tickets, I was told the tickets will be delivered the day before the concert. I never had this issue with Ticketmaster. I Will never use Vivid Seats again.

Bought tickets and tried reselling due to family emergency and unable to attend event. Can’t resell through their site because they were electronic tickets. Trying to resell on my own but now feel stuck. Doesn’t make sense to buy through this site and then have no option to resell through same site. Next time I’ll use a different site, never Vivid Seats again.

We had trouble getting our tickets all day today. We spoke with a young lady on the phone about two hours before the show. She called the seller and we had the tickets within fifteen minutes. That young lady was exceptional! If I knew who she was I would hire her to work for me!

Initially, I communicated via chat which was not successful which prompted me to call to speak to a live agent. Leiner was great over the phone and helped apply my 10% discount after signing up as a new user. I recently used Vivid Seats to purchase Philadelphia Eagles tickets and had a generally positive experience. The process was straightforward, and I received my tickets quickly. I've used Vivid Seats multiple times for tickets and find their platform easy to navigate. I am also a member of their rewards program.
One point of feedback is about the fees. While I understand ticket prices aren't set by Vivid Seats, the additional fees can be quite high. For instance, a ticket priced at $300 might end up costing $450 at checkout due to fees, which can be misleading. It would be helpful if these fees were included in the initial ticket price to avoid surprises.

I pay To get these tickets 200 and some dollars for them. I got 3 tickets in the mid box 3 row a and supposedly it supposed To Be comfortable seats and they were very uncomfortable and for the price I pay too pricey and the experience it wasn't that great seats and the area Too small and too uncomfortable and don't recommend it and especially these seats or area for the price you pay it's not worth it most for sure my first and last time I come To these stadium and get some pricey as ticket and they were not worth it and the area it wasn't worth it for the price I pay very uncomfortable and unsatisfied. Paid for two tickets. I ended up getting an email saying they were ready to be viewed in the MLB ballpark app. However, ongoing there and opening my tickets. It showed seats and sections, but showed that the tickets were not available to scan. There was no barcode and that the transaction was canceled. I never received any money back.

I purchased 2 tickets for the UK vs UT basketball game in 2/11/25. These tickets were never delivered. Charged 785.30 and they claimed they sent to different email that wasn’t mine. It’s funny how they had my correct phone number and email to verify my account when I called. I will dispute with credit card company and swear to never do business with this company again. I will also strongly recommend that anyone I know or reads this steer away from this company as they do not honor their buyer guarantee policy. Extremely disappointing experience.

I bought row A tickets on February 3rd for a concert in Philadelphia on Feb 11. We flew to Philadelphia on Feb 10. The morning of the concert, after we already flew in, we were notified that the seller didn’t have the tickets. We were offered row B - worse seats - which do not work since my children are short and wouldn’t be able to see. I don’t understand how you can sell tickets that are not available. Very disappointed and confused on how that could even happen.

When I tried to scan into the event I was unable to access the event due to another person using the same ticket 30 minutes prior to my arrival. I paid a lot of money for this ticket and had to scramble to purchase another ticket due to this. I don’t trust this website.

I showed up to my event to find out my tickets were invalid and that Vivid Seats had sold them. Called the help line to see what was going on. The lady told me some issue happen. Really. No detailed information and exchanged my tickets with another set of tickets. She assured me these tickets were better than what I had purchased. That was completely false. The tickets I received had me and my son sitting behind the stage hardly able to see the stage. I bought my original tickets so myself and my young son can see the stage better. These new tickets completely ruined our experience and I shouldn't be charged for this customer service I have received.

After processing tickets for the Superbowl LIV, we waited for over a half hour for tickets to process, only to receive a phone call requesting verification (which with a large purchase I truly appreciate). As I ended the call with the representative I was told my order was processed. I just needed to wait for my email with the tickets. After another wait I received another call apologizing saying that the tickets I purchased were now sold and that they were going to upgrade me for no additional charge (also appreciated) but this entire process cost us the opportunity to see some of the game.

Easy to navigate but doesn’t show seat #s, only shows available rows. Seat #s would be helpful. Also says partial obstruction view. What does that mean? Looking at the theater it didn’t seem to have anything in the way of the view. Need customer service rep available on weekends for advice.

I purchased Super Bowl tickets 4 hours before the game. I then did not receive any email or notification that my tickets were unable to be fulfilled, I then had to contact customer service only to be told that they would give me different tickets. If I would not have contacted customer support, I would have had no way of knowing that I was unable to receive my tickets. Y'all have to contact the customer in some way to let them know if their order is unable to be fulfilled.

I always like to call Vivid Seats when purchasing concert tickets. Service is always great and today was no exception. Vivid Seats is very useful, it makes buying tickets very easy. However, it could benefit from a couple changes. For example, when you place an order for tickets, it should come with the seat numbers included. There should also be a cancel option for at least 30 seconds in case someone didn't mean to purchase a set of tickets.

This is the second time using Vivid. Using the map of the arena I chose seat that were to the left of the stage just off the floor. The seats I wound up with were the highest seats in the stands and my only option was to try and sell them and get another set. I will not be using the service again.

5 minutes after my phone order with you for tickets someone called back and said those tickets were not available. I had no choice but to accept other seats that were not as good. I was put on the spot as I already told my guests I’m taking about the seats I got for all of us.

Thought I paid good money for good seats and they were horrible. Limited view of the stage and limited view of the screens. Service fees on top of the the resold tickets was ridiculous. Horrible value and makes attending events worthless.

Unable to get tickets pulled up on the Vivid Seats app. Found out at the door that we need to download a whole different app which I had to make an account for while outside the venue. Got so many notifications and emails from the app that were not needed but no email telling me I should be creating an account with AXS prior to going to the concert. Other than that, no issues with ordering tickets.

Didn't receive my tickets till 2 hrs before show, after contacting customer support. And waiting for days to be able to talk to a rep. I paid 347.00 for nose bleeding which is not what I paid for. I understand Vivid cannot anticipate if fans in front of the booths stand. But Vivid could post a notice like, “if fans stand, view may be limited.” I am not exaggerating when I say that I saw the tops of the performers heads and sometimes I had no view at all. I gave up, sat down and just listened. To pay for premium seats and have no view is an absolute rip off. I see music multiple times monthly in Las Vegas and have had experience with most larger venues. This is by far the worst viewing experience I have had. I am done with Vivid due to the lack of notice that the view may be limited. What a shame.

When I arrived at the venue, I showed them the email I received and what showed in my app. They told me the ticket was never sent to me and they found an open seat and printed me a ticket. They said they had no affiliation with Vivid Seats and suggested I purchase through who they are affiliated with. I won’t be purchasing through vivid seats again.

Ticket were never delivered. Had to get a refund. Spent almost 3 hrs on the with customer service trying to correct the problem to no avail. THE TECH COULD NOT FIGURE IT OUT. FINALLY I JUST ASKED FOR A REFUND. I STILL LOST OUT ON 50 DOLLAR PARKING TICKET.

I had a great service when purchasing The Weeknd tickets for his upcoming concert in June. I bought tickets for Duel in the D, University of MI vs. Michigan State. It was easy-peasy. As well as the transfer of a ticket to my husband. It felt like a secure purchase, and for the 1st time I purchased the insurance for my tickets. I'll definitely be buying tickets thru Vivid Seats again.

Found out the tickets I bought for $138. I could have bought from the venue for $51. Quite a markup for Vivid Seats. I learned a lesson. Will not use anyone except the venue if I can help. I wouldn’t have minded a little markup but $80 for 3 tickets seem high.

Parking ticket provided had incorrect information license plate and car type pre populated, Customer service took 30-40 minutes to try and resolve issue. They could not provided me access to escalate or refund - I had to wait until new link was provided/no explanation as to why this occurred.

I contacted Vivid 3 times about these tickets. My questions were not answered. The concert was over an hour away from where I live so I need these tickets well in advance to plan for travel. I mentioned this several times in conversation. The venue changed for this concert and they couldn’t even tell me if the original tickets would be accepted at the new venue until the 3rd time I reached out.
I bought these tickets in late November/early December. They were sent to me less than an hour before the show. I will not be buying from Vivid ever again ever again after this experience. Thankfully a friend of mine had extra tickets from Ticket master so I was able to attend and plan travel that way. But without the ticket master tickets I wouldn’t have been able to go to this concert.
I have never in my life had such an awful experience buying tickets and never in my life received tickets less than an hour before the show. Especially having bought them over two months prior. Then to never have had any of my questions answered. Unfortunately because I did actually receive the tickets I probably won’t even be able to get a refund. But they weren’t used. Anyways never will be using vivid again.

Bought tickets for the comedy show February 8th. When I got to the show I was told my tickets were invalid. I had bought floor tickets and was surprised that they were not good. Instead I was given tickets to set in the club seats which is far from the stage up in the balcony. I was highly upset due to the price in the floor tickets.

I received my tickets instantly!! Which was a huge relief. I'm excited for the show and I got great seats for a great price. I'm surprising my daughter for her birthday. I paid $50 for 2 tickets and when I got there they had already been scanned somehow. I had to pay an extra $30 to get in and watched the same thing happen to 20 other people. There’s no telling how many I didn’t witness. If I could rate this below one star I would.

I have proof, right from your website, that we were misled in terms of CAD or USD, I just want the difference refunded. The only currency denominator in these screenshots (and through the entire purchase) show CAD to decline the insurance, which matches to the non-USD denominated price in the other picture, so we assume it’s in CAD. This may go to small claims court for the difference. Mikayla was demeaning and disrespectful.

Showed up to game and could not open tickets on the VIVID APP. Called customer service and was told if I couldn't access my email I could not accept tickets to attend the event. I asked for refund and was told NO refunds per policy. I spent over 400$ for a event I didn't attend. This experience was completely unacceptable. I will no longer use VIVID services.

I ordered tickets back In October 2024 and last night was the show. I never received my tickets and sat on the phone for almost 2 hours before event. They couldn't get ahold of the seller and 3 minutes before the show started, I'm still on hold with support to fix the issue. I didn't get to go to the show. Very disappointed.

I received a Super Bowl parking pass that went into my spam file. I couldn’t find it and called to ask for a resend. The agent was kind and patient and got a second transmission and a third. She even called the seller. Complicating matters, I didn’t have the app of the parking originator. Again, no problem. Signed up. Got the pass. She was patient and did a great job.

Easiest and cheapest option for buying tickets. Never have an issue. This is the only site I will get tickets from. The tickets appear in your email almost immediately and once you confirm it's smooth sailing from there plus nobody beats their prices!! Ticketmaster, Stubhub, Seatgeek etc can't compare to Vivid!!! I've stopped checking other sites entirely because none have been able to beat Vivid Seats in years. Highly recommend.

Found some awesome seats for a great price and bought them on Vivid. I added the app to my phone, and I would say if you are going to do that, get the app before purchasing. I got a confirmation of purchase right away and was notified it would take a couple of days for the tickets to arrive. I was notified when they did, saw the bar codes and was good to go. Scanned at the door from my phone without issue.

I have documented evidence of fraudulent sale and that my ticket is not secure (including a recorded call from a member of the Vivid team), but I’m being told that “all sales are final.” Speaking to my lawyer, I know that statement is not legally defensible under these circumstances. This needs to be corrected immediately.

Your app wouldn't let me buy 2 tickets even though 3 tickets were available. They were exactly where I wanted, but your app wouldn't let me buy them. Then it was a hassle getting the tickets I did buy, and finding the email for parking was difficult. Finally, you charged $18.00 for a $3.00 parking pass. Your fees are extremely high.
