Vivid Seats has been my go-to for tickets quite often.... Resale tickets aren't my preferred way, but sometimes it's literally the only way to get tickets....I do like how it's an all-in price, no extra fees, etc.

I would normally not write a review, but this case is a bit different. I had purchased ticket for my husband and I, but he ended up getting pulled away by his job, last minute… So, I posted tickets for sale, and realized I had paid 3 times the price. I finally sold them, lost over half what I paid for them, and when I got a call from Vivid that they had them sold, I explained that I had already sold them, due to concert happening in less than 2 hours… The customer service lady replied, "Ok, no problem, I’ll communicate this on our side". ALL GOOD…

Booking my tickets was somewhat easy. I purchased orchestra seats which comes with VIP access but do not see that part on my tickets, so that would be nice to be able to confirm that it was purchased.

Going through loop with trying to login with magic link and back to app. Going in circles multiple times. Tried clearing cache or restarting cell phone to opening in web browser. No luck to get tickets.

Easy process. Decent pricing. Provided a discount and gave all of the information that was needed. Tickets showed up right away. My go to for getting tickets. Have purchased tickets from them a couple times and they have the best 2nd hand prices.

I have accounts in Ticketmaster, Vivid Seats and StubHub and if I'm going to an event, I'll go on all three and see who has the best prices for those tickets. I used to buy a lot of tickets 10 years ago and I still had the $60 credit in my account, which was the only reason why I used Vivid Seats. I got tickets for the Georgia Bulldogs football and everything was great.

I did receive my ticket, but I want to sell it and the process is complicated. It could have been too challenging for a 74-year-old man. I'll keep trying because I need to sell the ticket as soon as possible.

I accepted the ticket to be transferred and it say it was transferred though when I go into my app I can't access the ticket. It says "access tickets here" and when I click on it, it says ticket already accepted though there is no ticket on my app.

Very accessible and reliable service provider. Have used before and was very easy to follow and use. The platform includes seat accommodation maps and pictures with views. This helps with seat selection accessible seats.

It was easy to use the app. Was just scared and still kind of that there will be an issue with tickets, haven't done digital tickets before and not used to this ticket seller/app. But love the prices and how easy it was to get tickets and pay for them.

I was having difficulty with the website so I called in for assistance. The person on the phone was extremely nice, patient, and efficient. I secured the tickets I wanted to our event and was able to check my e-mail before getting off the phone for my order #. I highly recommend this site for tickets.

Great experience! I got cheaper seats and they were delivered via Ticketmaster within minutes of my order. I love that the fees were included and I didn't have the shock of the final cost. They were transferred and confirmed without the worry of waiting in a queue and running out of time.

I have been using Vivid Seats for years, I've never had any issues. Always good prices and simple purchase process, I just reached my 10th ticket and got 25$ towards any concert I want. And the insurance is cheap and worth it.

Efficient and trustworthy. I was told I’d receive my tickets at the latest the day before the event. I received them a week and a half before. Now I don’t have to feel stressed about receiving the tickets.

$3000 plus in the whole after 3 purchase attempts and still no tickets, very annoyed. I explained to customer service I had already tried twice, just for him to charge me again and order still didn’t go thru.

Absolutely AWFUL company to work with. Didn’t provide tickets or a refund. My event changed to a few weeks later than the original date. My tickets were showing in the app and working before the original date. Vivid Seats didn’t even alert me that the day had changed. I found out from the venue who stated all tickets would still be valid.

Been unable to access my tickets since the purchase 2 weeks ago. Been getting nothing but the run around & no answers to my problem. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had & will never use this process again. Vivid seats is a scam & I am, going to report this to the BBB.

The app is easy to use. All the fees are ridiculous, but Vivid Seats seemed to be a little bit less than others like StubHub.

Recommend Vivid when available to buy. The whole experience is very easy. No hidden service fees or surprises. Will say the only thing I wish is I could see actual seat availability rather than just row (but that may because of the event itself and I bought pre-purchased to) and add my tickets to Apple Wallet.

Getting my tickets hours before the concert was an extremely stressful situation to be in. Spending the amount of money that I spent on tickets and having to be on hours of phone calls and online chats with customer service representatives was unacceptable. I will never use Vivid Seats again.

When I purchased my tickets to a Spring Training game they arrived quickly. I am very pleased! I was able to make purchase and add to Apple wallet within 45 minutes. This is the site I always go to first for best ticket prices for games and concerts.

Vivid Seats is an absolute scam rip-off. Please use StubHub or Ticketmaster. I purchased tickets for an event and they don't even know the seats I have purchased even though I've been billed for them. I only know the row. There is no chance to resell. The app is terrible. You can do better than using this scam of a ticket site.

I enjoy playing the games in variety of topics. I did like more when you could see what right answer was if you got it wrong. But overall it’s a great time. I will continue to play in hopes of racking up coins and eventually hoping to win a drawing!

I have not received my ticket and the show is this weekend. Also putting a character minimum in your review process doesn’t make any sense so I’m writing this so that you see you should give people their tickets before the day of the concert. I wanted to put it in my wallet, so there’s no stress of making sure that there was Internet for the tickets at the show.

I have used the Vivid Seats platform couple of times by now and I must say that every time I buy a ticket with them, I am happy that I do it because they have never disappointed us. I have always recommended them to my friends as well.

The experience was very good. Multiple confirmation emails arrived immediately from Vivid Seats including one via Ticketmaster saying the original owner of the tickets has transferred the tickets. The instructions to download the app were clear and I followed them and in the app additional instructions about how and when to expect the tickets was available. All in all, a great experience.

I still haven't received my 2 tickets for my event on Wed 2/18 at 7:00 PM EST as of 8:00 AM EST. I will be calling customer service this morning to try to resolve this issue.

I hereby raise serious concern about our unsuccessful process to attend a concert by the LA Philharmonic on the evening of Feb 17, 2026, despite purchasing and fully paying for two Orchestra section seats on Vivid Seat's online portal on November 18, 2025. Under My Tickets in their app our seats were listed as "Confirmed" since that date, with electronic ticket delivery promised for "at least three days before the event". However, I was contacted two days prior to the event and was told that the "delivery method had changed".

Did not respond at all and ignored that these tickets were not able to be used so we missed to entire event and I feel like it’s just crap after I have spent 10,000 plus dollars with Vivid and got this to happen is crazy honestly.

I've purchased from Vivid Seats more than a dozen times. It's a good place to buy tickets. It popped up in my internet search results when I was googling tickets. They have an intuitive website.

Customer service is terrible. I have spent the last two hours trying to get a detailed invoice for my purchase. Chat bot is unable to provide it. Not an option to see billing details in the app. I will never use Vivid Seats again for future purchases and will post similar reviews at every opportunity. Very dissatisfied.

This company is probably the most difficult to resell tickets. Bought tickets for the Backstreet Boys concert and received them in a weird link form. Unable to transfer to Ticketmaster or Apple wallet. Contacted support to make sure tickets were real and are able to be resold if I didn’t want them. They confirmed they were real and sent me steps to resell.

Vivid Seats is easy to use and it's usually less expensive. It's fast, too. The delivery of the tickets is always on time. It's either in the moment or if they will send the tickets, they will let you know exactly when and will send it that day, too. They're great.

The fees with Vivid Seats were cheaper. I bought several sets of tickets from. The latest one was the Dallas Mavericks, which local kid, Cooper Flagg, is playing against the Celtics. I'm bringing my nephews to the game, and that's on March 6th. I use Vivid's rewards program, and last year, I cashed in three tickets for the New England Revolution. I like that I get free stuff for buying tickets. Any time I need secondhand tickets, Vivid's my choice. My experience has been good.

Vivid Seats is safe to use. I like it. I normally get tickets for sporting events and it's easy. The tickets are always there when they say. If I buy X amount of tickets through Vivid Seats' site, they credit some money back towards future purchases. I go back to them often because of that. After 10 ticket purchases, you get a portion. It's not an astronomical amount, but it's something towards the next purchase.

The process was simple and paid for cheaper tickets than on other sites for same concert and venue. Using the app makes it easier to track and store tickets. I have shared with other friends and they were excited to buy tickets from Vivid as well being that they were about to pay 25% more on other sites.

I’ve just received my tickets, and I’m happy to share that the entire process went smoothly. As a first‑time buyer, it was reassuring to see that everything was legitimate and delivered as promised. I would definitely purchase from here again.

I have not received my tickets even though the emails and app say they have been delivered. The problem is that the app and online links take me to the Playhouse Square website where I need to enter a Playhouse Square ticket code in order to initiate electronic delivery of tickets. Vivid Seats has not provided me with that code, so, I cannot get to the Playhouse Square tickets. I raised my issue with Vivid Seats Chat support on 11/7/2025. It's now 2/13/2026 and I have not heard back from Vivid Seats support and I still do not have access to the tickets I bought on 11/4/2025. Generally Vivid seats has been a good source for me, but this experience has been frustrating.

Very easy and intuitive. I was able to click through each section and the totals for each ticket were listed. Love that I could hover over the seat sections and the listings would auto-populate on the left. No hassle.

Amazing. He’s quick and efficient and I really appreciate it so much and it was legit. I definitely recommend this seller 100%. Love it. Vivid Seats is the best app to get your tickets asap while it lasts as these won’t be cheap for long.

TERRIBLE gimmicky experience. Forced app usage. Lied, saying order was cancelled and high demand seats were unavailable. Did not show order online but in app. Customer service number forces app usage, no human. App has different customer sales number that acts as customer service too. That number found my cancelled tickets and reissued the order with $20.00 off. Then tried to sell parking pass. In sum, the experience feels/felt slimy and coerced. Had I not had the time to jump on it immediately — they would have made more margin on the sold out event.

I’ll know more the day of. I've had a bad experience buying tickets online in the past. So I will know more when I actually make it inside the venue the day of. I downloaded the app but won't receive the tickets until 2/14/26 which made me skeptical.

Buying tickets from Vivid is easy plus you get credit for tickets you buy to be able to purchase more seat to another show. Never had a problem like I have with SeatGeek, I will continue to only buy from Vivid.

I purchased Morgan Wallen tickets for May through Vivid Seats because of the price. Their rewards program provides discounts on tickets after you buy so many, and I would tell friends and family, "Use Vivid Seats."

After thinking that I had purchased tickets for wrestlemania 42 I received a notice saying that the tickets had been canceled due to not being able to confirm my information. I then worked with Ian, who helped me by putting a block on those seats and I was able to purchase the exact same seats with no problems. Ian was helpful and quickly fixed the problem and I now have the tickets in my account.

Says it has my tickets locked at that price, I quickly went to go order, and it kicked me out of that price. Ended up paying $70 more for the tickets I was promised at a lower price. Disappointed that it did that to me, which is why I was buying from you guys in the first place.

Tickets never arrived in the app- sketchy! No customer support or help for finding tix when I needed. Poor email communication so uncertain if order was processed and never able to link email confirmation to actual tickets. It’s the day of the show and I’m confused if I actually have tickets. Super frustrating!

I liked the price and selection at Vivid Seats and got my tickets for a Chicago Bears game from them. The app works great, and I like being able to zoom in and see the seats. I will 100% buy from them again. People should do it.

My experience buying tickets with Vivid Seats has been great. They have good pricing and because I had purchased from them before, I knew I could trust the app. I've gotten tickets for the Rose Bowl, the Peach Bowl, the national championship, and also the Big 10 Conference Championship. My event experiences have been wonderful as well.

Vivid had the best price for the desired venue, good seats, and tickets were transferred within minutes. Ticket purchase was easy, seamless, and what was promised. I have used Vivid multiple times and have always received what was promised and solid support for any issues.

Don't bother wasting your time with customer service. Even their prompts make no sense. They are useless. Also, good luck with the app. Total hit or miss. They keep telling me my tickets are ready, so I tap the button (per their instructions) to accept them, I get sent to another page (walletpass.net) that says the ticket are not ready. Which is it?

Bought tickets to ice hockey and basketball games at Maddison Square Gardens through Vivid and it was a smooth process with no problems. I highly recommend pre purchasing tickets through this company.

ZERO STARS!!! THIS COMPANY SUCKS. I bought tickets for the wrong city (about $500 total) - realized immediately and tried to contact them to cancel. CANNOT talk to a person, have to text with a bot forever - FINALLY get a human (I guess) and they are useless. I had to download 2 apps just to find the god damn tickets. The worst experience with a company - DO NOT USE THEM. Ridiculously complicated just to get the tickets, impossible to correct a mistake. LOUSY customer service. And it looks like I am out $500!!!! They suck!!!

I suddenly can’t purchase tickets. My family trip to LA and try to watch 2 games. First tickets purchase with no issue. And 2/7 tickets can’t make it. My account also been locked with no explanation. I can’t make any purchase now. This is very upset.

I had an excellent experience speaking to a customer service representative when I purchased the tickets. My rating is average because I really don't like having to download an app for such a basic transaction. You clearly have my email address, and can get it to me, that way. I will be deleting the app immediately after seeing the show, because I really don't like being forced to download apps for any reason.

This is so painful. Two days straight and I still haven't seen my tickets. This should be so much easier. At this point I wonder if I will get the tickets before the game. I call your customer service and they hung up on me before I can speak to a human.

I have always used Vivid Seats for all of my entertainment. I utilize them at least once a year. They're efficient. Little things like having a visual of where you're sitting is neat because they allow you to look at the venue. That's something that I like. It may be something small, but it helps. Their site is user-friendly. I don't think that I've ever had issues. I think that it would be easy for anybody to use, and there's an accessible chat box if you do have issues. I recently purchased two tickets to the Broncos and Patriots game. I've had a couple of issues. So, I've had to reach out to them to obtain my tickets.

It was my first time buying 3rd party concert tickets. I was concerned that I would not receive the tickets until the last minute (I was flying from one country to another for the concert), but I received them well in advance of the event. I'm very happy with the experience.

I am 75 years old and in order to buy tickets I had to scan a barcode, download an app, provide passcodes, toggle to my email to find codes to verify.....etc, etc! I hope when I go to the concert I'll remember to bring my phone and can find the tickets! Way too much tech to spend a lot of money and still not sure where my tickets are.

Easy transaction and quick reply service. The only thing I don't like is that you receive the tickets only ONE DAY before the show. This makes me feel uneasy because we are driving a far distance to the show and staying at a hotel prior to the show (without ticket confirmation).

I've used Vivid Seats' app more than once and it's been very easy.

I recommend Vivid Seats and I use them primarily as much as I possibly can. They do a really good job of laying out, giving me visibility of what I'm actually buying. Transparency is good on what I'm purchasing from a seat perspective, and also, transparency is good from a fees standpoint, like when they list the prices of what they're doing, I know well in advance what the markups are. I feel like, for the most part, sometimes, there are seats that are available through Vivid that aren't available elsewhere.

I cannot recommend it enough! It made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The customer service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely be returning.

I've bought tickets from Vivid Seats before. I went with them again because they had a better deal on the Bruno Mars tickets that we were looking for. Their website was easy to use and I've gotten discounts as well. I would recommend them to others.

I really wish you were able to see the seats you are buying. 2 people paying for 3 seats each on the same row and they are even close. Ugh! But go back in and buy 3 more in hopes and they are right next to original purchase. Now we are forced to try and find someone to buy 3 of our tickets. Just make it easier on everyone and let us see the seat #s.

To be honest, I was worried that I will never receive my tickets. I didn’t have high hopes. I was very worried. I thought my tickets will arrive two days before the event. I didn’t see the need to download the app tbh. However, a week and 2 days later I received a link to download my tickets! Yay! This experience was a first but I will try again next time.

Horrible customer service. Neither the phone number nor the live chat allows you to connect to a live person. The bot keeps regurgitating same nonsense. Never received my tickets, even though their email said it was sent to Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster confirmed Vivid Seats never sent anything. And the app is telling me they will fix this by the last minute of the event. ** bounces email back, saying they are not receiving any messages.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Misleading parking offer — ended up paying almost $48. I purchased Monster Truck Show tickets through Vivid Seats in early January for the January 31st event at the Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, RI. The tickets were expensive (about $46–$47 each), but I accepted that. The real problem came after the ticket purchase. About a week and a half later, Vivid Seats emailed me saying, “Save time and money by purchasing your parking in advance,” and labeled it “Amica Mutual Pavilion Parking.” Based on that wording, I reasonably believed this was official on-site venue parking. I paid over $21.

Working with Allies was fine, but then had to go to get app. Then created an account then a password, once I got all registered, then transfer tickets to my phone or computer then print out. For people like myself that’s not real computer savvy, it’s just about impossible and a bunch of s—— crap

I used the mobile website for my purchase experience and was mislead about the section where my ticket was located. I was led to believe it was in a much better location than it was. I tried to work with the support service, but could only get form responses and no real help.

Trying to send a ticket to my friend before the show, and it says connection failed or something. It’s not letting me access my 3 tickets. First time using this platform and kind of confusing. Bought tickets but why can’t I pull up the barcode?

It was a long wait but they finally came! Purchased on 10/31/2025 and didn't receive until Jan 31, 2026. We spent a lot of time "fretting" about possibility of a "scam" but they finally came. I just hope the play is worth the long wait. In retrospect, it was probably our inexperience in purchasing tickets this way. Vividseats was upfront and honest with us in all communications.

There are a lot of steps and downloads to make sure you get the tickets. I understand making sure for security reasons, but I am not very techy and I freak out trying to do 17 steps to get my tickets. Kind of hard to get ahold of my tickets, I have been a customer and have had my account and I am not able to retrieve my tickets. They states they’re posted, or delivered. I have transaction # and I also have the receipt.

I was able to get courtside tickets, which is something you don’t easily find on official ticket sites. The selection was excellent, and the seat details were clear, so I knew exactly what I was buying. The checkout process was smooth, and my tickets were delivered electronically without any issues well before the game. Everything scanned perfectly at the arena, and the seats were exactly as advertised. Being courtside made the entire experience unreal, and Vivid Seats played a big part in making that happen.

I had a mixed experience with Vivid Seats. The ticket prices were reasonable compared to other sites, which is why I decided to purchase. However, I was surprised (and a bit uneasy) to learn that the tickets won’t be available until the day before the event—which is still about six months away. That delay definitely leaves me feeling uncertain.

I did not receive my tickets the day of the concert. Couldn’t pull them up at the door. Management of the facility said there was no record of the tickets. The order number was wrong.

When buying pre-sale tickets be patient and keep an eye on your email. I placed my order mid September and I received the tickets mid January. The concert takes place on June 20, 2026. Thankfully, I did receive the tickets with plenty of time to spare.

Vivid Seats is a very easy app! It’s quick and it’s easy to get tickets and pay for them. My only suggestion is that they should be giving you a total before you have to click a payment type. I had to click on my Apple Pay in order to see the total. And I do not like how my ticket price went up five dollars within four minutes. That’s a bit crazy!!

I bought a ticket a month and a half ago for my daughter to attend a concert. I received the confirmation email. I opened it tonight to forward her the ticket that was bought and paid for and I got a link with about a transfer to a new venue with an up charge for $20.and a $130 credit. So I only expect a $20 charge. We have some big problems that I would like to resolve as quickly as possible.

I called to book a ticket as I specifically wanted seats in the middle section of the orchestra. I got a very helpful agent who helped me select and buy a ticket. When I received it several days later it was in the side section. I contacted customer service as obviously the vendor misrepresented the tickets and Vividseats did not check it. However another customer service agent said that as long as the ticket is the correct row it is still a valid sale and that the first representative made a mistake. I requested to open a case as I don't want seats in the side section that were priced like the middle but I did not receive a confirmation of that, I don't know if anyone is looking at it. Very disappointed in how you take care of your customers

On 10/31/25, I bought tickets for a birthday celebration to see Beethoven's Fidelio on 1-25-26 at the Capitol Theatre (SLC). As I selected specific seats (about 5th row, center, mezzanine level) my husband and son helped choose them. I thought I was on the Utah Opera website but possibly the seat choice landed me on Vivid Seats. In the moment, I was happy to have secured the tickets. I was then prompted (six separate emails) to set up an account, download the app, log in for my order # for ticket pickup instructions, informing me through yet another email of my tickets requiring "Special Delivery Services," and an authorized payment of $475.78 (via Paypal).

I have received the email, but I can't open it and print my tickets. Can you send them to a different email or how do I get the account deleted from my Google account and then use my phone number to access the site?

I cannot access my tickets because the app will not load them. I have tried redownloading the app, signing out and signing in and going on and off wifi and the app will still not load my tickets. I am told to review my connection and try again.

I really appreciate how Ivy took her time to help me find tickets and I didn't feel rushed. I am grateful we were able to work together to try to purchase front row bts tickets even though they were bought already. Fingers crossed in the future I can find some new tickets that go on sale and I will definitely reach out to Ivy again for support!

This company was extremely frustrating to deal with. I was trying to purchase tickets as a birthday gift for this Saturday. This is a once in a lifetime event that falls on someone’s 40th birthday weekend, so timing was very important. I first attempted to purchase through their website and kept getting an error message saying the option was unavailable and to check my billing information. My billing details were correct and I was using a legitimate bank card. I tried different browsers and even used two separate cards with no success.

I called due to my $25 credit from the app not being applied during checkout for my Bruno Mars ticket. Waffah answered and immediately was ready to help. She did everything I could hope for and even gave me more excitement for the show.

I ordered tickets on December 25th for an event on January 23rd. I was charged $704 in my checking account for 4 tickets but never able to download them. Anytime I tried to access them it directed me to FAQ but never someone to talk to. I finally reordered 4 new tickets which I was able to access. I can’t seem to figure out how to get refunded my original fee because the help center is NOT helpful or available.

Purchased the tickets and downloaded the app. Tickets are not found in the app. When I messaged support I was told that the tickets could take as long as the day before the event. That does not help when I purchased the tickets as a birthday present for February 8th. Please help!

I spent a lot of time on the phone with numerous representatives. But I am happy to report that the outcome was positive. It was credit from 3 years ago. They stand by their word that the credit never expires.

It appears our ticket purchase through Vivid was transferred to Ticketmaster. I am not happy about that and don't know why that happened. Ticketmaster is requiring that I register with them before they will release tickets. Vivid told me that tickets would be released on my cell phone one day prior to the concert. Confusion!! What is going on here?

We got a good deal purchasing tickets from Vivid Seats. Our customer service person was Sed and he helped us with our purchase and got us a good deal. He was very diligent and made sure our order was correct.

I can’t get my tickets into my Apple Wallet. It shows up as ** barcode and not as an Apple wallet ticket. The venue I am going to says it does not accept bar codes. How can I get it into my apple wallet?

Easy to navigate. I use this app for everything I need. Basketball concert Hockey tickets. I even buy parking tickets and gifts for everyone I love and care for. There is nothing you can't do with this app. Just open it and search up anything and everything.

I love Vivid, but it was annoying that my first 2 selections were listed but not actually available. I had to scramble to choose a listing. It would be nice if the listings were arranged by row so all listings at $60 dollars starting with row 1 moving up so it’s easier to choose.

I attempted to login with my windstream.net email. Upon email validation, I didn't not receive the "magic email", initially. After speaking with support, my tickets were transferred to ticket master for download. Problem solved!

I bought two tickets last night to a college basketball game and forwarded them to my son through his phone number and I got an email confirmation saying that they had been transferred to him, but somehow he never got them in his text messages like he was supposed to. So I’m not sure this was an issue on your end or his end, I’m really not sure but he never got the tickets.

I have twice tried to purchase tickets for comedy shows in Boston. Both times, the tickets sold out from the venue in under a minute. HOWEVER- they claim to be 'available' on Vivid Seats for triple or more the venue price. I am deeply saddened that this is the practice we accept and that people are supporting third-party resellers to bulk purchase blocks. The venue claims it has no knowledge of who/what purchases tickets once they go live, and I am certain neither the venue nor the artists benefit from these fraudulent sales practices. Seeing that I could/would spend $618 per ticket [if purchased through VIvid Seats] to see a show that would actually cost $70 per ticket makes my soul weep (and probably vomit a little, too).

Max was so helpful and patient! For some reason my order kept getting canceled. But he worked hard on it until we could get it all settled. I spent forever on chat support before them finally ghosting me. So much better than the chat support!

If I could make it a 0, I would. I purchased tickets for a concert over a year ago for 241 dollars and received no refund. I got to the gate and they never worked! I have been checking in consecutively and contacting constantly to no avail. I am looking to continue escalating this to the FTC and BBB. I have attached some of the many numerous calls, the tickets I had to repurchase, and etc. If I am not refunded I will continue to escalate this. I had to repurchase tickets at the gate! This is ridiculous and I will never recommend nor buy tickets from your company again.

The things this app offers is more than other ticketing apps. The game center is intuitive and can give great rewards and tickets are cheaper here than on other sites. The app overall is easy to use and understand and is mostly a seamless experience outside of the occasional lag that I've experienced with the map at times (mainly when I'm off of Wi-Fi). Overall, this is my go-to ticketing app and I doubt that'll change.

I will never use Vivid Seats again - this site is a scam. ABSOLUTE FRAUD!! They price-scalped us on tickets for a Broadway show - these tickets were TEN times the normal price. The tickets never came despite getting an email saying they were on the way. When we called to ask, they kept saying that we will get them soon. This was a lie. They sold us “ghost tickets” - aka they never existed. THREE customer service representatives lied to us. No one admitted the truth until 2 HOURS before the show. Then all of the showtimes were sold out, and we couldn’t even see the show. It was a complete disaster - the lack of professionalism and accountability was amazing. The only thing they helped us with is a refund… after spending 15 hours figuring out what happened. It ruined our day.
