First time using this app to purchase tickets trying to go to a home game for the Carolina Panthers and think I’m buying these tickets but I get sent the game against the Bucs in Florida which is 10 hours away. Still have no resolution or response to the problem.

Ticket price was great and not your fault but section 24 has a tinted glass that throws off your view of the field oddly. Only panel to be dark in the entire club so just threw off your vision for the game. Had to pick where I looked and not cross over. Just made it difficult. 1pm game but snow.

Great, the best app for any show, concert, best price and super fast and easy to use and get reward for buying. Great seats and a variety of seats for concerts. I went to 3 concerts in a row and I like the way app works. In one location I buy 3 days earlier and was super fine.

I order 2 sets of Sabrina Carpenter tickets and was unable to go due to illness. I listed my tickets 3 weeks before the concert and I was repeatedly told “my listing was active“ however, it was never actually shown in the website. I emailed and asked for help and was told my tickets were priced “too high” for my section, so I lowered it to less than what I got mine for, and then lowered 2 more times, ultimately being the lowest in the section and still my tickets weren’t posted. Then I was told I couldn’t list my tickets then because they “were red lined” but my tickets were the lowest on the website, and in the end I never even received my tickets my email. Overall, terrible experience. I will never use Vivid again.

Not a very good experience at all, I have to go through so many logins and verifications of links just to secure my tickets which up until now I still have not received them, but I keep getting emails from Vivid about everything else but the link to my tickets. It seemed like a saving but it's actually a waste of time. Will not likely recommend this service at all.

I bought tickets but I cannot view them. It says “something went wrong” when I’m trying to view the tickets on the app. Please help I cannot access them and I am unsure why this is happen. Idk why I have to write a view because I thought this was a confirmation email.

I received confirmation shortly after placing the order. It was very easy as always. Vivid Seats delivered as promised! I accessed several secondary tickets websites and found Vivid Seats had a good selection at a competitive price. I will use them again.

Overall experience was good, quick and good customer service. One issue I had was that the tickets were listed with parking, but I was never sent a parking pass and was forced to pay for a second one after no reply from the Vivid Seat package email.

I was COMPLETELY confused when I bought these tickets. You made them seem like they were directly from the vendor/performer and I didn't realize they were re-sale and SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE than buying tickets directly from the venue. I tried to cancel my order immediately but was unable to and now I am stuck re-selling them. This was such a scam and I am so upset.

Paypal and Vivid Seats screwed me. I was doing the Paypal credit and they charged my debit card full amount instead of the amount agreed on which was credit/monthly payments and now say "oops sorry no refunds" and they keep pointing finger back and forth to each other leaving me completly screwed! Said, "Oh you can sell them on our site but will not get paid until 7 days after event happens"!! But yet can't refund me?? Wild

Terrible experience. Received the wrong tickets and two extra. No help with customer service. No resolution at all. Not to sure what they are going to do to make it right because the tickets I want are completely sold out. Wish I went to another website.

Pathetic sums up my experience. I am out $250 with no tickets to the event, I was told to go to the box office and try to explain to them that I purchased my tickets thru Vivid and they should be with Ticketmaster. They advertise a Guarantee, this is false. Clear to me this is a sham and should be avoided.

Sunday afternoon I booked 11 tickets for the Miami Dolphins/Cincinnati Bengals game on December 21. I asked the representative about getting my free ticket per the emails I had received. The problem was the code was so distorted it was unreadable. I have received several more emails with the code being distorted. I think my 12th ticket should be compensated. I couldn’t tell the representative what the code is because it’s unreadable. See photo below.

I have used Vivid for a number of years now. No problems with receiving tickets, checking out anything everything made easy. Love the newer play content to earn points for money off future tickets and the reward system after 10 tickets receive free purchase on average amount.

I purchased two tickets on August 18th for the Kansas City Chiefs/Indianapolis Colts game on November 23rd. They were for row 38. I specifically purchased these tickets for that exact row. After I purchased the tickets, I was then told I wouldn't actually receive the tickets until the night before, which worried me as I live 8.5 hours away from the stadium. Several times between August 18th and November 22nd, I chatted with support and they reassured me I would get the tickets and they would be exactly what I ordered. The night of the 22nd, I received a notification my tickets were ready for download. I clicked on the link and it brought up tickets for row 26, not row 38 as promised. I reached out to support again and they promised me they would get back with me soon with a solution.
As I didn't hear back before the game started, I ended up using other tickets from a more reputable company as I thought I would be able to get a refund for the unused/wrong tickets. As of today, I have not received a resolution to the issue. What happened to the 100% Buyer Guarantee? Ultimately, I was scammed and tricked into spending a lot of money for tickets I wouldn't have purchased in the first place if I would have known I would be getting the wrong row. Like I stated, I drove 8.5 hours excited to receive row 38 tickets only to be disappointed the night before.

Unfortunately I will not be using Vivid anymore. There is always something going wrong with my orders. I don’t get the tickets in a timely manner, then I have to spends hours on the phone with their customer service to try and fix things. It’s a horrible experience. This last time they couldn’t fix my order and that was the last straw. I will never recommend vivid seats to anybody.

I attempted multiple times to purchase tickets that were available on the website. My order kept getting declined and it was not due to my financial institution. I attempted this twice. I then had to wait until the following day for any assistance on the phone. The seats that I wanted, and tried to purchase before, were not available (I was told there were 4 seats and could not be broken up). My concern is then why list them in the site as available to purchase as 3 together). As a consumer, I wanted to purchase them. The tickets were in an area I wanted and were in a financially comfortable price range.
When I called the next morning, I was told there are no seats together, and I not only had to purchase in an area I am not comfortable with but the tickets were $600 more! And that was with a “discount” of $200 for my lost efforts. Also - to mention - the tickets that I ended up purchasing through Vivid were available through another app (stub hub) and for less. (Even with taxes and fees). I am not impressed with the service. The least you could do is match the competitor - Stubhub!

My experience with these tickets was the worse. I have tried to contact Vivid Seats to get a refund. The concert was stop during the first 30 minutes of the show because of a bomb threat, it was never told to us why the artist left stage and didn’t come back. We had to find out through social media and our local news about the bomb threat.

I am so mad. I purchased tickets in June to see Leslie Odom Jr. in Baltimore tonight. I never received the tickets from VividSeats, and they were supposed to have them reissued this morning. Five different representatives assured me I would have the tickets before showtime, but they never came. This is just a giant scam. Now they are refusing to refund my money or honor their customer guarantee. I am filing a dispute through PayPal. I have been looking forward to this show for 6 months, and I'm really disappointed. Never use Vivid Seats!

Awful. I intended to purchase tickets directly from the venue. I gather you purchased computer rights so that your company pops up first. Your website indicated only 20 tickets were left and those seats were in the back row of the downstairs section and the back row of the balcony section. These were both misrepresentations. Then the price was also misrepresented and additional charges were added. Based upon the fraudulent misrepresentations, I purchased.
After purchase, I went to the venue website and determined your misrepresentations. Thereupon I immediately attempted to cancel the transaction. I called my bank and then spent an hour trying to communicate with you. You made it very difficult. Ultimately I was able to text chat with someone who would not reveal their, and basically told me too bad too sad. All we asked is for you to do the right thing. I did a search and saw where you are involved in litigation regarding you unfair and deceptive practices. I will take the time to contact the plaintiffs lawyers and send an affidavit. None of this should have happened.

Deceptive sales practices, terrible customer service, conflicting information and 0 resolution. I would NOT recommend Vivid for purchasing anything! From the agents over the phone to the live chat and email support. Purchased tickets to a game and they didn't allow access into the stadium. I've contacted an attorney and starting a class of you have experienced the same. I already have 4 customers who have shared this terrible experience reach out through reddit. Vivid failed to provide entry and make right by the buyer guarantee. They said they violated policy and then did nothing to resolve it.

I don't like that you can't have a phone conversation with someone especially if the problem is the app not working and you have to use the app to correspond with someone. I wasted well over an hour via live chat because no one was fixing the issue of my tickets that are not showing up in my account. Every time they told me to check, I would lose the person I was chatting with and have to explain my situation over again, It took well over 22 different people to come to the conclusion that my tickets just won't show on the app but to download the qr code from the email, This was after I asked for a refund because I'm over it.
The tickets still won't show in my queue on the app. I only hope that the QR code that was emailed to me will work. You should allow the availability to print the tickets especially if someone is having an issue with the app not showing tickets and that being the only mode of obtaining once at the venue. I have a new phone and I'm not illiterate so it's not a user error, Very Very frustrating. I won't be using your site again.

My tickets didn’t work at all. Really not a good experience for me or anyone else. I went to the concert with absolutely. Do not recommend using this particular ticketing service. I had nothing but issues with them in the past and should’ve known better than to move forward.

I purchased tickets to an event on February 16, 2025. Event was reschedule until August 13 so they would be able to sell more tickets. The event was again rescheduled in August and now the date is “TBD”. They did this maliciously as the Vivid Seats policy is “if an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund.” The event was rescheduled indefinitely so they would not have to give refunds. I emailed the business and customer service assured me the event was being rescheduled for “Date TBD” and I wouldn’t receive a refund unless it was fully cancelled. This goes against their “100% Buyer Guarantee” They advertised as I have a ticket for a show that doesn’t exist. I have reached out to their customer support, phone number listed to no avail so I had no choice but to file a complaint to BBB.
Hey Andrew! It looks like the event has been postponed. That decision is made by the venue and the artist’s team, not by Vivid Seats. If the status is showing as TBD, it simply means the venue and event organizers are still working on a new date that works for everyone involved.
In most cases, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date, so refunds aren’t typically available while an event is postponed or rescheduled. If the event is officially canceled and not rescheduled, we’ll receive that confirmation and refunds are issued.

I received an email sent by Ticketmaster, he told me to access the tickets, when I click that button, there were no tickets in the Ticketmaster app or website. I also got an email from vivid seats to get the tickets on intuit dome app, but it keeps me from logging in and even I click the forgot my password, they don’t send me the verification email.

My recent experience with Vivid was horrible. My experience had nothing to do with the agents themselves, rather it was the tickets I purchased. I was unable to add them to my wallet due to an issue with the seller. It took over 4 hours to come to the conclusion that I was not going to be able to access and use the tickets I spent $500 on. In my opinion, the seller was a scammer and they should never have been allowed to sell their tickets on this site. I'm still waiting for the Denial of Access form to request my refund.

I was given a credit because they botched my order. When I tried to use the credit it said it was not valid Went to website and called and could not get a human. Stated text conversation and they said there was no credit. Sent them an email from them and showed them their e mail saying there is. A credit. Finally got a real person on the phone and she said they would honor the credit but she would not send written verification. I've gone to the BBB twice with these crooks. The site is easy to use and they have rewards. In Nevada the price they give includes the bogus fees right up front. Their customer service is abominable. They totally insulate themselves from their so called valued customers.

I feel like they have stolen my money and even when I immediately responded for help letting them know, I did not get the ticket. They said I did and that was that I never received the ticket or a refund. I will never ever, ever use this site again! Don't buy tickets on Vivid. Trust me. Pay the extra money therefore you can get your money back if a concert get rescheduled and you can't make it on the rescheduled date. Chris Stapleton canceled his concert in Hollywood Fl these past October and rescheduled for January. I'm unable to make the concert and I bought 4 tickets for over $1,900. I have talk to the representatives and even emailed the CEO. Still nothing. I will never purchase from this company again.

I recently purchased tickets through Vivid Seats and had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The tickets they issued me were for the wrong opponent, the wrong date, and for a game that had already passed. When I contacted customer support, they claimed the seller said the tickets were “all in one and valid,” and even told me they had called the venue to verify them. That turned out to be completely untrue.
I called the venue myself, and they confirmed the tickets were NOT valid and could not be used for the event I actually bought. Even after I provided this information, Vivid Seats refused to take responsibility and continued to stand behind the seller’s incorrect claim instead of fixing the issue. For a company that charges service fees this high, the lack of accountability, inaccurate information, and refusal to resolve a clear mistake is unacceptable. I will not be using Vivid Seats again, and I strongly recommend others consider more reliable platforms.

When we reached out to the seller, they advised that because these are "all-in-1" tickets, they function similar to season tickets where one ticket gets you access to multiple games, and thus were still valid for entry for the game you purchased for. I did not receive my ticket. Vivid has been no help as usual. Intuit customer service line was horrible with no help at all. Tried to blame Ticketmaster despite the email acceptance was from them. I have plenty of other tickets in my intuit app and I received the parking I bought with no problem. NO phone number for Vivid just a AI pretending to be a human which is especially annoying.

We purchased a ticket to Freddie Gibbs for my son. Vivid failed to deliver the ticket in a timely manner, then when we tried to claim the ticket we were told it was canceled by Ticketmaster, who vivid was going through for the tickets. We were denied the ticket, and it was never recorded on our account as a future event. When we reached out to Vivid they claimed they would give us a refund but then ghosted us. I tried to get a refund through PayPal and Vivid kept fighting back saying the ticket was delivered and we used it. These guys are a complete scam, do not use them!

I get seating in the club area, which is a little more private than being in the general population, so that’s always cool. The site makes it easy to order and I’ve been happy with them. Over the summer, I used Vivid Seats 'cause they have a rewards program. I like Vivid 'cause the availability seems to be similar to other places, and I've had problems with other services. Their site is either not working at the point of purchase or having stale information. I haven't had that problem with Vivid. They also show the whole price and don't obscure the fee. It doesn't suddenly jump 33% or something. All in all, I'm happy with Vivid Seats.

I've used Vivid Seats a number of times and their website is very easy to navigate. The rewards program is great. I've used credits from purchases a number of times and I've recommended it to others precisely because of that. The screen made you think to get your tickets you had to complete the profile. You gave options to skip but you really could not. Instructions should be direct and clear to access your tickets. And that option alone should exist. And when I ordered the tickets even though the option was purchasing 2-4 tickets, I could not order 3 without doing 2 orders.

The worst experience ever!! Would never use this site again and won't recommend it if you don't want to lose your money. I sold my ticket on this platform and on the day of the event I was informed that sale was canceled. After reaching out to support and clarifying that support gave me wrong information about mailing/posting tickets they told me they'll look into it for 3-5 business days. After 10 days passed I reached out to support again (Nicole) and was told it's all my fault. 🤦♀️ Never again!!

It's impossible to accept the delivery of my tickets. On the mobile app, I'm told to input my password, except I apparently don't have a password because Vivid Seats uses magic links for log-in. So how exactly can I accept my tickets? Perhaps using a pass-key? No, can't do that either because there's literally nowhere to set one up. This is an absurd process.
Hi, Billie. We would like to note, the log in credentials that you will use to accept and gain access to your tickets, is not the same as your Vivid Seats account credentials. Since the tickets are transferred by the seller using the third party platform that the tickets originate from, you will need to use your credentials from that platform (ie. Ticketmaster, etc). Once accepted, you can access the tickets from that platform, anytime.

I was able to find good seats with a great view at a great price. It was extremely easy to log in to the site and app, which I really appreciate. The app and site was easy to navigate while searching for tickets. I really liked the fact that I was able to get a discount with my first order and I love that I can see the price after fees and taxes before I decide on my purchase. The only thing that I wish the site provided was a snapshot of the view from the location of the seats in the venue, especially for people who have never been to these venues. However, I was able to go on a different site and confirm that my selection was good seats.

Purchasing tickets from Vivid was easy, but the experience afterward was terrible. There is absolutely no reason that I need to download two ADDITIONAL apps on my phone just to view my tickets. Purchasing again, easy, but for access, I needed to download Ticketmaster and Google Wallet JUST TO VIEW MY TICKETS! Why don't you have an easier method? I should NOT be required to add additional programs to my phone for something that could be accomplished with a PDF and a barcode! This is absolutely terrible!

This company is a scam. My credit card was charged by them. Apparently someone stole my credit card and bought some tickets and when I called them, they said they couldn’t look up anything because I didn’t have a confirmation number. I explained to them I never ordered tickets and that someone stole my credit card and used it to purchase tickets. They said that they couldn’t even look up any transaction even when I gave them a credit card number. I wish I knew how to shut this site down. Thank God, my credit card company did not charge me for the fraudulent charges. But it looks like there’s over 2000 complaints about this website. They should not be in business to scam anybody else. And in my case they just stole.

I purchased tickets for Morgan Jay at the Chicago Theatre (10/17/25) through Vivid Seats. The listing said I bought from a certified seller and was covered by the 100% Buyer Guarantee — that I’d get my tickets before the event. I never did. Two hours before the show, I contacted support. The first rep said they had reached the seller and I’d get my tickets in 30 minutes. Nothing came. The next rep told me to keep checking my email but promised they’d arrive. I traveled to the venue, spent time and money waiting, and the show started — still no tickets.
The final rep said the seller was “unavailable,” which completely contradicted the earlier reps. By then, all other tickets were sold out, so I couldn’t even buy replacements. I missed the show entirely. Vivid Seats canceled my order and refunded me, but that doesn’t make up for the wasted time, travel costs, or disappointment. I trusted their Buyer Guarantee and their support team’s word, and both failed. This was a preventable situation caused by poor communication and seller accountability.

When I first looked for tickets, I was intrigued by a 15% off my first order from Vivid Seats. I thought great, this will help with the already exorbitant prices. Unfortunately, when it came to checking out, the discount was nowhere to be found. I thought it would be automatically applied based on the original pop-up, but it was not. I also checked my email based on signing up, but again nothing. This has been a most unpleasant experience. I'm tall and much prefer an aisle seat. Vivid only allows you to choose a row and not specific seats. Their website says you'll get your tickets a day or two before the event. After a very nervous evening, the tickets finally arrived on the morning of the event. I am unlikely to ever attend an event in the future, or tickets are only available through Vivid.

The rep was nice but everything felt like a scam because when I gave him my card number and he ranned it. He told me to check my email. Email came back. Cancelled. He asked, "Can we try again" and we did and same email came through saying it was cancelled. I checked my bank account while on phone with rep and I have been charged twice for the two times they charged my card. Rep said that it must be something wrong with my zipcode. How when my bank account has been charged twice. This site I do not recommend. I go straight to Ticket master with same card and purchased my ticket. No issues.

Vivid Seats said I got one of my guesses wrong in the NFL pick. It’s when I was actually right the game Browns vs Steelers. The browns lost and they said they won which resulted in me not getting the correct amount of points. And the fact that there is no way to appeal it is insane.

I got my tickets quickly. That part of the process was good. The part that is NOT good is that is was a total scalp job. I paid $115 (which included the fees) for 2 tickets. The face value of the ticket is $25. The face value Vivid Seats showed was $43. Which is $86 for 2 tickets plus the fees that get to $115. It should've been $50 plus the fees. This information was not made clear beforehand. Do your research ahead of time. This was a learning experience for me, but I don't want to use Vivid Seats anymore if there are any alternatives available.

Bait and switch. Send an email offering 25% off, bottom of email says the expiration date, but when you call to use it they say it's expired and there is nothing they can do. They will then get you on the hook to pay more if you want the tickets. Awful.

This company is garbage, and their customer service is useless. I bought tickets to a show that had multiple nights at the same venue. I was buying them for a friend and myself, and we discussed prices and dates at great length before determining to get our tickets for the second night. Whether this was a user error or not, for whatever reason, it purchased the tickets for the wrong day (75% certain I didn't).
Upon noticing this, I contacted customer support in the hope of getting them to flip the day for me. I was informed that they cannot switch the date since they are a ticket marketplace and do not own any of the tickets themselves. Fair enough. They also said that their 100% buyer guarantee is only intended to ensure the tickets are delivered before the event, not for refunds, even if the error might not have been on my side. They suggested I provide a screenshot of the screen before I purchased them (who even does that?) if I wanted them to investigate further. They then suggested that I list the tickets for sale. I inquired about the fees, and was informed that they do not divulge that information until the sale is completed (pretty sure hidden fees are illegal in CA).
Furthermore, the company that they do business with, AXS, was the entity I got my tickets from, and they don't deliver the tickets until the day before the show. They assured me that this would not be an issue to list tickets for sale that I don't have in hand or digitally. I was then walked through the process of listing the tickets, which I did and made sure to click the checkbox of Mobile Transfer sale. Reluctantly, I put my tickets up for sale and waited. A sale offer was made for my asking price, and I went to confirm it. I double-checked everything for accuracy and saw that my listing for 2 tickets at $75 each was going to pay out $135 upon sale; no breakdown of fees, just a $10 flat rate for whatever reason.
Upon clicking to confirm the sale, I was directed to a page with the next steps. One of those steps was to print a shipping label...Very confused, I looked at the rest of it and saw that the sale listing was for "Hard-stock Paper Tickets" and immediately knew something was wrong. Why didn't it say that they were paper tickets at any point before, even after I checked on the listing numerous times because of all the issues I was having with the site? What will happen? I don't have the tickets in hand; they are e-tickets. I confirmed the sale, and now I have to relist the tickets again because of an error. This shouldn't have happened since the customer service person helped me list the item and confirmed it was listed correctly.
So I contact customer service again to figure out what I have to do next. The person who was my agent used scripted responses for every question and comment about the situation and how much it was frustrating me. After over an hour of just trying to get a response about the tickets being erroneously listed as hard copy tickets, I still had no resolution, despite them "talking with their team" about it for over 30 minutes.
Incredibly frustrated, I relisted the tickets, making 1000% certain that the listing was Electronic Transfer and now I wait. Not knowing if I violated ToS by selling tickets I don't have hard copies of. Not knowing when the tickets I purchased will actually be in my inventory in order to transfer them. The whole thing sucks, and I wonder how much money they spent on providing terrible customer service, consulting their team, and wasting everyone's time, when they could have just given me the refund or switched the days. I can't wait to sell these tickets and never buy from Vivid Seats again. NEVER AGAIN.

Since starting to play the Game Center it has been fun and easy to use. It has different questions each time so it makes it challenging for those who do not know the topic. I have not redeemed any prizes yet but I do have a good amount of tokens. I look forward to using the Game Center each day!

Worst site I have ever used. My order keeps canceling and no one can tell me why. Will never use again. Then, once they cancelled my order, I had to wait on my funds to go back into my bank account. You ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and they absolutely will not allow you to talk to anyone else. Then they blocked my number after the call. I had to call from another number to get through the line again.

I got my tickets on time, it was good service, thank you so much. I am excited to go to the show and enjoy it. The process was very smooth and easy to understand everything. I will definitely use Vivid Seats again in the future and tell all my friends and family.

After a very frustrating initial experience waiting on the phone for over 1/2 hour with no guidance, other than noise from people intermittently talking in the background, after which my call was suddenly transferred to a voice messaging system, where I left a rather unpleasant review. I called again and was able to communicate with Andres, who was a delight to interact with and who I placed an order for several tickets to a hockey game. In summary, you get "zero stars" for your phone connection system and a "5 plus stars" for having employees like Andres helping your customers.

Got the tickets same day I ordered, which was 4 months in advance. Had to download ticket master to save the tickets - good news for me. Made it official. Cheapest seats I could find online. No wait. Plus offered insurance for only $40 and there was a 15% discount on the site.

I purchased tickets to a NFL game that had seat numbers on it. When I arrived, we did not have seats, but were in a General Admission area. Also, the area did not allow attire of the opposing team. This was not disclosed on the tickets or on the Vivid site. We were denied entry to the section. We spent the entire game in the lobby, trying to get assistance from Vivid on the phone. They wouldn't do anything to ultimately to correct the situation. No alternative seats, a credit or refund was offered. A $700 loss. My son had drove into town to attend his 1st NFL game.
They misrepresented the seats and did not disclose the conditions required to use the tickets at the game stadium. The seats had a dress code requirement. I'm not a consumer that attends NFL games or purchases NFL tickets. I trusted this site to be a fair and reliable source. Their customer service is non existent and reps are not located in the domestic US. Since this is considered a 3rd party retailer, the stadium could not aid or assist us.

It was super easy finding these tickets, no other site I could find were selling them and the ones on Vivid were pretty cheap. Buying the tickets was easy and they were delivered in less than a minute after buying them, so yeah I’m definitely gonna buy from here again.

Ordered the Las Vegas Golden Knights at the Seattle Kraken game tickets for October 11th and they did not disappoint! The venue was great and Vivid Seats sent me the tickets after I ordered them expeditiously! Climate Pledge is a great arena and the Seattle Kraken are a team worth watching!
