My issue is still not resolved. It was escalated twice and I was promised a response before the event, but that never happened. I talked to four different reps and the issue was escalated. It was never resolved and I never heard from anyone.

A friend recommended that I buy my tickets through this app. I’m glad he did! I really liked that they show what my view would be like depending on which seat I buy. This is the first time I am going to attend a World Cup match. I am so so excited!!

Your service rep Nina was very knowledgeable about the ACDC concert in Edmonton, and she was very courteous and mindful of my time on the phone. DO NOT USE. SO YOU WILL RELIST ON THEIR SITE. All they want you to do is resell the tickets on their site. They either don’t send or they send the wrong and no help. Will not let you talk to a human. Their chat box person ended the chat four times.

We did not receive our tickets. Order #**. We went into the Vivid Seats app and there were no e-tickets available. Apparently we will be missing the concert. Not happy at all! We went through emails and the app several times. We attempted to have the email resent (if it was ever sent) but was unsuccessful.

I called to ask about a pending reward and was kindly and promptly assisted by the agent. I thought it would be a struggle to get help on a Saturday and was on a brief one or two minute hold and the call start to resolution was about five minutes. Awesome experience!

Very expensive. Damn, you make concerts not worth going to. I'll go maybe once every decade. I have to make this review longer apparently, so I'll just say it used to be cheaper to see music. I used my phone. I used my credit card. Fin, ty.

Getting in touch with customer service was a difficult. Email listed as support@vividseats was returned as “not monitored “. Phone call 866-848-8499 only never connected with a person. Finally the chat in the app got me connected and my refund issued. You made it very hard to get my request answered.

Buying the tickets was easy, but this is the third time now I have bought tickets through Vivid and every time I get an error when receiving my tickets and haven’t get them printed at the ticket office.

Always great price and early arrival for events. I’ve used this app for years now, never once had an issue. They also give rewards every 10 tickets! Can't beat it! I would suggest this over Ticketmaster and SeatGeek even!

I've used Vivid Seats a couple times now to get tickets for a concert, 1 hockey game and 1 baseball game. Each transaction has been easy to navigate and process. I really appreciate the detailed maps showing you where your seat will be. Customer Service has been polite but a bit lagging with my concert ticket issue but faster than any other service provider I have used in the past.

Sorry but I have one word nightmare!!!! Long story short I bought my tickets on Vivid 5 months in advance for Young Blood at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas where I live. I paid almost $200 for some reason months before the show it was transferred to Ticketmaster, no problem with Ticketmaster but when I went to get in the venue, they said, "No we don't accept that swipe up"?? What the heck what are you talking about I had to freak out and several people were told the same thing, "We do not accept that here at planet hollywood"? After freaking out we went through VIP and somehow they got us through but I will never ever, ever use a mobile ticket again or planet Hollywood or Ticketmaster. I almost had a heart attack telling me no and telling me next to get out of line. Please it was a nightmare!!!

Bought 4 tickets for Red Sox game at Fenway Park on May 24, 2026. Process was very easy although I took off a star because they charge about $10 per ticket for online service fee and I feel there should just be one charge for one purchase - not a FEE FOR EACH TICKET. Otherwise it was an easy and quick process.

I got email but can’t figure out how to download to my Apple wallet. The process of buying from Vivid, getting info via Ticketmaster and Ohio State is too complicated. I’ll probably just go straight to Ticketmaster next time.

Support was quick and answered my questions within 5 minutes of contacting them. Didn’t realize my tickets wouldn’t be uploaded once I paid for them. They confirmed the order and that they would be delivered a week prior to the event.

I received excellent service and assistance to purchase NFL tickets in Paris. As a DoD civilian stationed in Germany, I wasn't able to purchase tickets on the Vivid Seats website because at checkout the menu only allows you to use one of the 50 states. As an American stationed in Europe, we use an APO AE address. Your website should have the Armed Forces Europe built in the menu. I had to call your number to speak to an agent in order to buy the tickets. The lady who helped me was excellent and able to bypass the state requirement. This is something Vivid Seats needs to fix in its website so in the future service members stationed overseas are able to purchase tickets online.

Very simple to purchase tickets. Special day for this concert because it's my son's bday that day! The method for receiving the tickets worked out well. I selected the tickets from my desktop. Disappointed to find cheaper ones on your app. Shame that they both aren't consistent in pricing. I ended up paying around $35 dollars more per ticket for less favorable seats.

Really quick with responding and taking care of my issue. I bought it online before downloading the app. When I finally logged in the email didn’t match because I have the hide email option therefore I couldn’t see my tickets. But they will be available soon.

I know it was AI that I was talking to but they did help me feel better about waiting for my FIFA tickets to be delivered. It wasn't general answers because it knew the date of my tickets etc. I don't know what else it wants me to say for this review because it's making me say more words.

I was looking for a couple of tickets for an event. While doing google search, their site came on the top. I clicked on it and noticed their “Lowest price” guarantee promise. Without doing much research I bought the tickets. Later that day, I was talking to my friend about this event. He showed interest. I gave him my seat details and to my surprise he was able to get seats right next to us for 30 dollars less per ticket. I reached out to Vivid Seats customer support and they mentioned that their price match is only VALID for 1 HOUR from the time you purchase the ticket and price-match is only allowed 2 times/year.
Now, I understood the oc they were playing. Inflate the ticket prices, give customers limited time for price match. If someone figures out their tactic, they are protecting themselves by limiting 2 price matches per year. They will also not allow price match, if you use cash back sites either. As they very well know how shady their business is. Anyways, I asked them to cancel my ticket as I had received those tickets as digital transfer and had not claimed those yet. But, they outright declined that. I talked to customer support for over an hour. Throughout that call, they kept repeating, “they don’t control prices and they all following all rules”.
Eventually, I gave up and decided to claim the ticket. To my surprise, when I clicked on the link, it took me to the ticketmaster website. When tickets were transferred to my account, the price printed on the ticket was $83/ticket. I was charged $115/ticket by VIvid seats for those tickets. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this business at all costs and spend your hard earned money to a company which are transparent, honest, and trustworthy.

I purchased these tickets January 29th and then received a notification from Ticketmaster that my ticket transfer has been canceled. I have tried multiple times to dispute this issue through Vivid and through my bank account and have had no luck. Now I have paid for tickets and have no ticket transfer for this concert. I place an order for tickets, but didn’t receive a confirmation email, nor did I see it when I went on the site. I contacted customer support via online chat and worked with a live person. Apparently I made a typo on my email during the purchase, which was why I did receive confirmation. The agent was able to track down my order and correct my email address. The agent also sent me my order details and a link to confirm my email and information on how my tickets will come. I feel much better about my experience purchasing tickets through this APP. I had purchased some tickets to a Jays game and loaded them into my wallet but noticed there were no bar codes, so I contacted the helpline thru chat and they explained that the tickets were Tap & Go, so no bar code needed as long as they were in my wallet. Nice quick clarification.

I had an issue accepting a ticket transfer from Vivid Seats to Ticketmaster. The issue seemed to be in the login process to Ticketmaster. The Vivid Seats support agent, Devender, was very helpful and was able to contact the original ticket sender and have them re-send the tickets to an alternate email address. I then created a new Ticketmaster account using the alternate email address I provided and was able to secure my tickets.

Very very poor service. The tickets I bought never showed. I had to call them and then they tried to give me three other tickets that were sold and then they wanted to give me a refund that was already at this game site. This I will never use Vivid Seats again.

Can’t figure out download- or it least I can’t say that I’m confident that it works. Was expecting to get a prompt about adding to apple wallet but that’s not happening. The qr code I see keeps changing and I’m told not to do a screen shot. What if don’t have internet at the venue? How can I get the tickets then? Concerned….

I love the idea of Trivia to get entries in the raffle. Very smart. However, some of the questions are not accurate. Like, for example, Olivia Rodrigo’s second album is not SOUR, it’s GUTS. I would just make sure the answers are correct before you publish the next round.

Vivid Seats is my go-to. I've used the service before for baseball games and concerts and I never have any trouble navigating the site. Their price depends on the event though. It's market-driven, so people have to be willing to pay if there's an event they want to see. I get some emails. I don't know that I get a ton of communication, which I appreciate. It's something I'll go to if I'm in the market for a resale ticket. I've used their rewards program as well. I've gotten money off of future tickets after I purchased enough tickets. All in all, Vivid Seats is a site I'd recommend if someone's looking for resale tickets.

They want you to download an app. You cannot just print off your tickets from their own website. In trying to contact someone, no phone number available. No email available. No contact available on website. Will never purchase again after I get this issue resolved. All I want is to communicate with a person to resolve a minor issue. Such a hassle to get to that point. No such thing as customer service. YOU, the customer are responsible for your own customer service. They downloaded their responsibility to the customer.

We go to baseball games, and Vivid Seats was cheaper than the MLB App. Their purchasing process has been great and simple, as well. It's nice that they transfer right over to the MLB App, ‘cause then I don't have to find them. We purchased seven games, and we've done three concerts as well.

Fast and helpful resolution! Very patient and waited for me to check numerous email accounts and Ticketmaster accounts before my ticket transfer was located. In the end, the ticket was located in an old Ticketmaster account. I’m not sure how Vivid located it, but they were able to track it.

I like the price of Vivid Seats and how fast the ticket is received after purchase. I recently purchased from them, and it was great. I got the Rewards member one time. I don't know why I don't get them on with all my purchases, but it helped with money off on a ticket before.

Pretty cool. Love the game play set up and ticket prices are pretty cool. I used them to go to a few concerts and a few baseball games. They were easy to get in. The tickets are pretty cheap. And if somehow you find a lower ticket price, they will make it right. Overall I've had a pretty good experience, this year I've decided to go through them mainly for my tickets for any events.

The customer support person or AI bot helped me figure out my issue really fast and made it much easier to resolve than I had originally thought the whole process was going to be. The support helped me realize that I was using my general email address to register in the ballpark app as to where the tickets were transferred to my randomly generated Apple iCloud email account created to protect my privacy during the transaction.

Best prices out of every second market site. I use this site especially because it’s the only one with the rewards program. I don’t use any other site besides Vivid. They have excellent customer service and they also are very friendly. I don't buy ticket from any other source because of they have the best prices.

Well, I have a few tickets with you - I resold my Thursday tickets, but I haven't received those yet, which makes me incredibly nervous. I have Outsideland tickets for all 3 days in August, but I'm guaranteed to get them by "Friday Night at the latest" meaning I would miss an entire day.

Was able to book tickets easily. Getting my name and my guests' full names on the tickets (for EU verification) was a little clunky via a MS Teams link but Vividseats proactively reached out to ensure our info was correct. Concert was cancelled and a credit for 110% of purchase was given. Although I appreciate the credit, I wanted a refund instead. There was no problem asking for the refund. Just waiting for it now. Because Vivid Seats had no problem getting it back to me, I will always trust them.

Purchased tickets via Vivid. They use a third party DICE - the day of the concert no access to Tickets. DICE never responded to assist. Vivid refused to Refund. They are running a SCAM.

A very disappointed in your company. You charge me twice the price of every other garage in the area was not afforded anything, but your sight did not know that gator parking was available at half the price for the area. Vivid Seats called me and said there’s an issue with my order and the value of my tickets were about three times the value when I bought them. They in turn offered to give me different tickets which I didn’t want or give me a refund for my tickets but the disparity between how much my tickets are worth of what they gave me was so far. I ended up having to talk to probably somewhere between six and seven people over the course of four or five days to resolve this and then was not fairly compensated.

After my event was canceled by the performer, Vivid Seats gave me options for a refund that I really thought was great. I could get a credit on my account with Vivid Seats for 110% of the refund or get 100% cash back instead, if I so chose. All I had to do was download the app and chat with their representative about my choice. After only a couple of questions I was able to obtain my refund within a timely manner of 3 to 5 business days depending on my bank. In the future I know if I ever have an issue it shouldn't take too long to be resolved. Thank you, Vivid Seats.

Ordered tickets months ago why send them to me last min? Do y'all even have the tickets? What a joke. Highly recommend Ticketmaster so when you order tickets months before an event you can have the tickets shortly after and not book a room and hope you get the tickets at the very last minute.

Whenever I have had a reason to reach out for assistance the response has been prompt, helpful and handled with great care. I would recommend using Vivid to anyone. Great customer service!! My experiences I have had are trying to find out if tickets purchased have certain perks with them. Was provided with answer from Vivid I needed. The other instance was when we had traveled out of state for an event that was 2 days but when trying to attend the 2nd day there was a problem with our tickets. I was devastated. Since the tickets were a gift for my husband. I contacted vivid and explained the problem and they did everything needed to correct it and gave me the option of attending still or getting a refund. I appreciated how quickly they took steps to correct the problem and their handling of the situation.

Bought tickets 5 months ago for a mega musical that occurs in 2 days. Now I receive a call from vivid seats saying my tickets ‘are no longer available’, offering me worse tickets at a small discount. Absolutely ridiculous. Now that I took my only option, I still don’t see the tickets in Vivid Seat app. Back to square one wasting my time, money. Worst experience

In December 2025 I could not purchase verified tickets for Bob Dylan April 29 to Tyler Cowan Center with Ticketmaster. I had to purchase more expensive tickets for Cowan Center with Vivid Seats. Not enough tickets sold thru box office.

Two emails, one app I have to download, plus open windows on a browser in order to get something I paid for. Before the event has even taken place, but over a week after I made the purchase… Does this seem efficient? Does this seem like a positive user experience? I used to just go see a baseball game. Now I feel like I’m planning a robbery, in order to give someone else money.
Our team was able to review your order and confirmed your tickets were delivered via a secure link sent directly to your email. That link is your access point, so there shouldn’t be a need to go through multiple apps or extra steps beyond opening it and viewing your tickets.

The chat feature was easy to use and connect me to a person right away. My situation has not yet been resolved, but I do have confidence that it will be resolved in a timely manner. UPS attempted to deliver concert tickets, but I was not here to sign for them. I immediately put the form back on the door with my signature, but it’s been several days and the tickets have not yet been delivered. So I reached out to the chat feature this morning, and they are going to monitor the situation to ensure that my son and his friends have the tickets.

Tickets I purchase for session 3 Big East Tourney came in for session 2 instead. Was on phone for 3 hours trying to straighten out to no avail. Had to meet client for train to New York and purchased new tickets from Ticket Master for another $700.00. While on train I got a message that the right tickets were now available but It was too late to cancel Ticketmaster tickets because I already had them. Never got my $ 720.00 dollars back from Vivid. Will never use them again. Vivid said be no problem getting money back because it was their problem.

I’m not satisfied at all. I purchased tickets in section 117 and when the tickets were delivered I was in section 124. I contacted customer service. A live person was not available to speak with. I was directed to send an email with my concerns. As of today I’m still waiting on a response. Asking for better seats or a full refund $3400.00.

I contacted Vivid Seats via customer support/chat, I was informed that their internal team had deemed my tickets “valid” and that I would not have any issue using them. This conclusion appears to have been made without verifying the venue’s stated policy, which directly contradicts the written statements I provided. The tickets sold to me by Vivid Seats are not valid for entry to the event, as confirmed by the event organizer. This constitutes a failure to provide the service purchased and is inconsistent with Vivid Seats’ Buyer Guarantee, which states that tickets must be valid for entry. Despite providing clear documentation, Vivid Seats has refused to issue a refund.

Had a question about my ticket for a concert. Was answered fast and was very happy with the help. Explained that would receive ticket before the concert date be email and can be used as a ticket, don’t have to print.

Easy navigation of app and purchase of tickets. I wish all tickets were electronically delivered immediately after buying them. It's much more reassuring for the buyer. I buy a lot of sports and concert tickets and prefer Vivid Seats to other third party apps.

I have used Vivid a few times, and I usually have a seamless experience. I bought Giants/Dodgers tickets and received a couple of emails that the tickets were sent to my email. However, they were not sent that way. The help desk clarified that they were in the MLB app which they were so my concern was quickly addressed. I would however, recommend that someone look at the emails that I received that stated they would be delivered to my email so it can be corrected for other buyers.

I cannot return my tickets, even though the event was rescheduled. Furthermore, the platform is not able to sell my tickets. When I wanted to chat with a customer service rep, I was only able to talk to an AI bot. Miserable experience overall, which I will share.

The link to the Apple Wallet does not work as expected and appears to be broken or otherwise inaccessible. When I click on it, nothing happens, or it fails to open the Apple Wallet properly, which prevents me from completing the action it is supposed to support. This creates confusion and inconvenience, especially if the link is intended to provide quick access to a pass, ticket, payment option, or other important wallet-related information. A user would reasonably expect the link to open directly and function smoothly, so when it does not, it interrupts the experience and may cause delays or frustration.
At minimum, the link should be reviewed to confirm whether it is correctly configured, still active, and compatible with the device or browser being used. If there is a technical issue, it should be corrected as soon as possible so users can access the Apple Wallet feature without unnecessary difficulty or repeated failed attempts. My original review said "link to the Apple Wallet doesn't work." But now you've added insult to injury making me elaborate. So I had AI write all that up above ("make this statement into a 150+ word paragraph: link to the Apple Wallet doesn't work.") and I removed a star too.

Some mobile tickets may show an Apple Wallet button, but the wallet function can be disabled by the venue or ticketing provider to help maintain ticket validity and security. In those cases, the ticket should still be accessed directly through the original delivery link or ticketing platform instead of being added to Apple Wallet. We understand how that can be confusing, and we appreciate you flagging it.

It was very detailed to use. Everything was laid out for you. There was nothing that was unclear about the website. You click search, you find your event, you find what tickets you want to pay for, and it also shows you where the tickets are laid out in the venue. Checkout was very easy. Come and made you confirm like five times which is very helpful. That way nothing would ever have been an accident.

Vivid Seats seemed to be the only place to get the tickets, so I fell into their price, which was almost THREE times retail. To add insult to injury, they wanted to reserve a parking place that was already free for $58! This is all not illegal, but highly unethical scalping.

Hated this entire experience. Forced me to download the app to get tickets I paid over $180 for. Could not log in to the app. Wasted 2+ hours of my time so far just trying to get my tickets. No link sent to the email for me to log in. Total mess.

Terrible. I didn't get my tickets. And I would like it if you would refund my card from when a event got canceled instead of getting a credit. Too many problems using Vivid app. Should be 0 stars but had to hit 1 to submit this.

I was pleased to book 2 tickets at a reasonably good price on short notice, with only 3 days to go before the performance. I was shocked 3 hours later when I was told the order had been cancelled with no explanation. Had to start over.
