It’s literally easier for me to get into my bank than it is to access my ticket. There must have been 15 different verifications and links I had to go through in order to get to my ticket. I sat at the front door for 15 minutes and missed the band’s opening. I’ve probably left a total of 3 bad reviews in my entire life I’m not just complaining. Even once you get through the 600-factor verification, it’s a maze to find where the barcode even is. 2 workers at the venue were trying to help me figure it out and even they were stumped. Sorry for the bad review, but I won’t be using Vivid Seats again after my experience.

I purchased 6 and 4 tickets relatively close together and got a call from Vivid Seats. To my surprise they offered to put my group closer and upgraded my seats at no cost. And she was super nice and communicative. Top notch service. Sydney and Vivid seats thank you so much!

I bought a ticket to a concert by the Old Crow Medicine Show at the American Music Theater on May 9. I purchased the ticket in January and received a download so I could print the ticket. The ticket had an assigned seat and a barcode for entry. Yesterday I received a call saying that the seat was no longer available and I could have a refund or a new less desirable seat. I do not understand why I was sent a ticket for download and then the seat was taken away at the last minute. Two other seats a purchased and downloaded at the same time are supposedly valid. So obviously if I purchase tickets through Vivid Seats I cannot be sure that they will not be taken away at the last minute even after they have been sent to me. Consequently I will not be using Vivid Seats for any further ticket purchases.

I've had really good luck with finding tickets on Vivid Seats. When I first start looking for tickets, I'd go to other sites first now I always check Vivid first. The only thing I could say bad is that the fees seem to get out of hands sometimes and that can make me look elsewhere. Would like to see more vip seats also.

I recently purchased some Dodgers tickets and the process was so simple. The tickets were also cheaper than every other website that I saw. The delivery said it would take a few days, but they were delivered within an hour. I will definitely be purchasing from your site again in the future.

I was able to get tickets to a Pirates braces game the day before the game for far cheaper than buying them from the Pirates website. The ticket I got was $80 before tax on Pirates website but after tax on Vivid Seats I only spent $52. They took only a short amount of time to make my ticket available to me after going through the confirmation process. I definitely will be using this service going forward when buying tickets anywhere.

My experience is always seamless. Although the fees added to the cost of tickets is excessive. This will prevent the concerts that can be attended. The most recent purchase for Rob Thomas tickets cost a total of $400 for 2 tickets. I didn't want to miss out on them so made the purchase. The next day the tickets were half of that.

I will definitely be using Vivid Seats from here on out! I wanted to land Lady Gaga tickets and knew that it was going to be a challenge, but Vivid made it so easy. The transfer of the tickets was smooth as can be. Purchasing was just as easy. No pressure on having to wait in line or wait for a presale. I’m so glad I did it!!

I've bought from Vivid Seats a few times, not just for this recent Detroit Pistons game, and my overall experience has been good. Their price is competitive and I like their format. I'm definitely planning to continue using them in the future. If someone asked me about my experience with Vivid Seats, I'd tell them it's been positive. Their prices are reasonable, though I'd always welcome them being a bit lower. However, I find the value adequate, so I'd rate them around 4 or 5 in terms of pricing. I've never had the need to contact their customer service, as everything has worked flawlessly so far.

She was dedicated and determined to help me in finding a way to stay with my party of six. I purchased Stray Kids concert tickets through Vivid Seats but am not going to be able to attend. Kim kindly walked me through the steps to list my tickets (seats and parking) for sale. My event ended up being great, and I got the tickets! But not until after I called and tried to get them transferred to the correct app. I couldn't transfer them there, so I had to use my Google wallet, which was not preferred! I was hoping to resolve my ballpark app issues yesterday, but was unable to, and I believe it's because the seller sent to the incorrect email address!

Eleece did a great job and was able to resolve an issue I with ticket delivery that the previous 3-4 live chats and 2 phone calls with tech support were not able to address. Really appreciate her help and patience through the process. I do think you need to improve your process since despite Eleece's excellent help the overall experience of having to reach out to Vivid Seats for help more than a half dozen times to resolve this issue is a problem,

I was able to get tickets to see Chris Brown this summer in Wrigley Field in the section I wanted (under the overhang to hide from the sun!) and at a reasonable price! I used Vivid Seats for my tickets to see Usher in Vegas, too! This app is great for attending out-of-town events!

Reselling process is not easy to navigate, particularly with stipulations around type of ticket (electronic), and time period for sale (not within 2 days). Also, a $100 service fee for a $260 ticket is akin to Trump's tariffs. Feels like robbery, and serves as a disincentive to utilize the service.

Honestly, hands-down, the best sales rep that I have ever dealt with he was very upfront. He was very personable. He was very informative and very friendly. We had recently been looking at getting a ring camera and Orion convinced us that you all would be a better fit. I would highly recommend him to anyone that would be looking for your home services. We have an autistic son and we feel much safer now having the camera systems on the front and the back door and the 24 hour monitoring system. The install tech as well was very nice and very accommodating to our son. Orion was willing to take the time to talk to me about our lives and our situation and it was very nice to have a sales person that didn’t feel like they didn’t care. You could tell that he genuinely cared about not only his job, but that he was invested in making my home and my children safer.

Seller overcharged and has not delivered parking pass. Because I am a premium customer I asked to cancel this parking pass and purchase a much cheaper and better parking location pass. But customer service rep was rude with false claims and now refused to assist me with my order.

I was to buy from Vivid. It sent me to Ticketmaster and I was charged $150.62 for 2 tickets that were $53 each. I tried to reverse the charge, called ticket master 3x. On hold over an hour. Had to hang up so now we paid way too much money. Very sad. I feel taken advantage of.

Our tickets were $5 each and for the seats they were absolutely amazing. We had a perfect view of the whole game and we had a great time. The memories my daughter is gonna have after that game & getting to be late to school the next day were well worth the money. Thanks, Vivid Seats!

Ordered tickets yesterday around 11am. Took the Vivid Seats team 6 1/2 hours to figure out why I never got an email to accept the ticket transfer. I was late to the event I bought tickets for. After it took all day on the phone with Vivid Seats, every time I mentioned refund they deflected the conversation. Not once did they make me feel at ease. If I didn't call and press the issue I would have been screwed. Last minute I called and the gentleman recommended a solution right away and it worked. Such a simple fix that could have been solved hours ago if the customer service team had any competence or compassion for their customers. I learned a valuable lesson. Avoid a headache and go with another resell platform instead of Vivid Seats.

Concert was rescheduled for a later date 8 months from original date. Refused to give a refund and basically told me google reseller sites to try and get money back. Customer service was no help. Will never use Vivid again or recommend. Lost 970 dollars tickets bought Feb 2025. Concert rescheduled for Jan 2026.

I would give your ticket delivery NO STARS if that was an option! It was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I wasted well over an hour just trying to get my actual tickets. Even your customer service person couldn’t get it done. Your process is a complete disaster! I won’t be back!

I bought a Oklahoma City Thunder playoff game ticket and got the tickets pretty quick after I bought the ticket. I liked that the ticket came quickly, didn't have to wait long for it to arrive. That was a good thing and hope the next time I buy a ticket from Vivid, it's just as quick.

I always shop around before I purchase anything. Vivid Seats are always the cheapest. Even at the last min you might score tickets far below face price. You can click on a seat and check your view out from where your seat would be. Ensuring that you will be confident that you will enjoy the experience. You also get incentive points to save up towards your next purchase. I recommend this app for any ticketing purchase.

I always find the best prices on the Vivid Seats app. The app is so easy to use. I think there are less fees than other websites. I also like to earn credit answering trivia questions. I like getting a discount for the tickets and I always want to get the best deal possible.

I looked for my tickets in the app on 5/2 and called because I did not receive them yet. They said to look in my email because they were sending them. 5/3 no tickets, called again. Same response, still no tickets. 5/4 I called again in the morning, finally the tickets were delivered but they were not the tickets I ordered.

I have purchased tickets from Vivid Seats in the past with no issue, however this time, after selecting and purchasing I realized that the tickets that I bought were limited view. I didn’t realize it until they were send to me through ticket master. Looking back, the only place it was mentioned was in the notes section, in very small print. I feel it should have been disclosed much more clearly, had I known I would not have bought those tickets.

This company is nothing short of a scam. They promote parking space tickets but refuse to take any responsibility for the actual availability of those spaces. Their excuse—that they lack control over the vendor’s offerings—is unacceptable. I bought a parking ticket under their so-called "100% Buyer Guarantee," but when I arrived at the parking lot, there were no spaces available. After wasting an hour waiting, I had to search for another facility. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they shockingly claimed I was ineligible because, despite selling the tickets, they have no control over the spaces at the facility. It's crystal clear that Vivid Seats operates as a legal scam company.

I bought a ticket to the Yankees May the Fourth game the day before the game day. The price was clearly stated and the purchase process was quick and straightforward. The ticket arrived early in the morning on the game day with very easy to follow instructions. Everything went so smooth! I totally recommend it!

I had a difficult time retrieving my parking tickets, and customer service was unable to assist me. I deleted my safari cache and that didn’t help either. The experience was so frustrating that I decided to buy from StubHub instead, and what a huge difference it made! Retrieving my tickets there was very easy.

It sucked! Tickets never showed up in my email! Had to buy more expensive in a competitor's app. I was charged $15 and should and would like a credit if not refund to my debit card. Please take care of this asap. I'm usually easy going and not like this, I have used this app in the past too but not to sure I will in future.

Ordered my ticket Saturday morning which was processed quickly and was delivered to my email address within 1 hour. Ticket was also available on the MLB app. I have one question, in the future, do you think that providing a screenshot will be acceptable? Overall I am very pleased with the Vivid Seats app.

0/2 with Vivid Seats. The first time I purchased tickets; the Seller did not actually have them. We had to wait three innings for customer service to let us know and we did not make it into the game until buying tickets elsewhere at the end of the third inning. In my second experience, I purchased tickets and tried to transfer them to a friend. This time, I received tickets but they vanished somewhere in the transfer process. They have some partnership with the Atlanta Braves which inserts themselves into the ticket buying process. I will will pay 3x more to buy them at the box office instead of using Vivid Seats.

I have purchased a number of tickets with you. And I only had one bad experience, it was my most resent purchased. Ticket took long to receive and the links that were sent didn't work. I eventually received them just had to wait a lot longer to. Almost missing the beginning of the game.

Wheelchair parking not available and refund was not issued. Unable to use paid spot. I could not park and unload. I had to pay for parking at another spot and tried to get a refund that should have been honored. Very disappointing service. I tried to notify vivid seat as soon as I encountered the problem.

I give this zero stars. I bought a ticket for a show last night and was scammed. They went to scan the ticket and it said it had already been scanned. I’ve never had an issue like this with you all but after last night I will not be buying any tickets in the future. I want my money back and will dispute if I need to.

I went to see Katt Williams. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend. My ticket was $60 less than the other sites. The order process was easy and simple. Ticket came to my phone. I was able to use tap to pay directly from my phone. I really enjoyed the show.

Sydney was excellent and has a beautiful voice. Highly recommend. Have her become a manager or get a raise as soon as possible. I wasn’t able to get help from about 10 people but then I talked to Sydney and everything worked out. If I could talk to Sydney every time on the phone I would be a lot happier.

I was very disappointed not being able to retrieve my ticket with the link shared via email. I was working with customer service and on the phone for over 22 minutes while I was continually told a specialist was trying to send a new link. The show started at 8:00pm and I was not able to resolve the issue with my ticket until 9:45pm. Frustrated while waiting for the new link, in the rain, while having friends waiting. I requested and asked to cancel my order. This ticket was not used and another ticket was purchased as the complete first part of the show was missed due to an error with the links shared for my original purchase.

Your platform should not allow ticket sales once an event has begun, especially for a musical that runs only 100 minutes with no intermission. A blanket policy of “no refunds unless purchased after 60 minutes” does not make sense in this context. I made the mistake while I toggled back and forth but the lack of refund is infuriating. While I appreciate being offered a credit, I feel strongly that a full refund is warranted. The customer service chat experience was extremely frustrating and unhelpful, and although the phone representative was kind, the overall process left me very disappointed. I will use the credit because I have no other choice, but I do not plan to use Vivid Seats again in the future unless there’s a meaningful change to how these situations are handled.

The parking lot had plenty of space and not far from the stadium. However, when I paid for the parking spot it said $43 listed but I was charged $70. Then on top of that the map location shows the wrong location on Apple Maps. I would suggest they fix the pricing and map location.

Parking pass purchase! I purchased a parking pass Highmark Stadium through Vivid’s website on 5/3/2025 for an event that is occurring 6/14/2025 and is not sold out! I called the next day 5/4/2025 to cancel and was told I could not. I feel this is unfair and unjust seeing the event is a month and a half away and not sold out. In addition Vivid only confirmed my purchase but has not provided me tickets. They said I will not receive those tickets until after 6/11/2025 but before the event. Vivid informed me that I can’t cancel the parking ticket! I believe there is a “three day cooling off” period in the state of NY for cancellations on purchases. However, I feel their policies of no refunds needs to be changed. I do plan on pursuing. It’s not about the money, it’s now about principle!

I love Vivid Seats. Not only do I get the best resale prices. They make it easy to find concerts and events. It's also super easy to buy tickets and receive them. I also love the mini trivia they give. Although I have never won the sweepstakes. I do like playing and building up tokens. The reward system is awesome. Why I was prompted to buy extra insurance on my seat and amount was not disclosed on the site and later on $46 insurance fee showed on my credit card. Not buying anything in the Future anymore from your site. This site is joke.

I would advise all persons to never buy from VividSeats ever. I will certainly never do so. My MLB ticket was not properly transferred to me, which caused multiple issues: confusion even among Vivid support folks whether it was valid and I would have had issues reselling the ticket if I wanted to do so. I had to make MANY phone calls, over 6 or 7 days, to try to best ascertain whether the ticket was even valid. The Cubs’ ticket office had no record of me owning the ticket, which led them to believe I **may** be turned away at the time of the event.
Not sure where this review will be seen/posted, but on the website, ConsumerAffairs.com, one can see that VividSeats gets EXTREMELY bad reviews…and MANY of them. One-star reviews outnumber ALL of the other four ratings COMBINED by a nearly two-to-one ratio…more than 2,000 one-star (WORST) ratings, and less than 800 four-star ratings! (I did not know of this site prior to my issue…only after Vivid asked for feedback was I directed by them to this site…)

Also, because the ticket never was transferred properly to me, I wouldn’t have been able to sell the ticket properly…this is just bogus. Further, VividSeats’ customer service agents are VERY poor, and their technology is extremely shortsighted. Because all MLB tickets go thru the MLB Ballpark app, all ticket sales (even through third parties) should be transferred via that app…VividSeats’ tech clearly does not enforce this mechanism. VividSeats’ technology needs to enforce transfers thru the MLB Ballpark app so that customers 1) have peace of mind that their ticket is valid, and 2) they are able to properly sell the ticket if they are unable to attend the event.
I was told by one VividSeats support rep that my ticket was indeed not valid—due to the dynamic bar code moving vertically instead of horizontally, but it turns out that these tickets apparently do need to be vertically oriented. I spent a good 20-30 hours of phone calls and online research trying to determine whether the ticket was valid and to request VividSeats to have the seller properly transfer the ticket, which Vivid assured me they would do, but they NEVER did…and they also never followed thru after that request was made…on three different occasions over 3-4 days! I will definitely NEVER buy anything thru VividSeats EVER again. It is indeed too bad that espn.com has Vivid as their default ticket buying mechanism. As a result, I will also never go thru espn.com for buying tickets like this ever again.

I never could figure out how to get the ticket onto my iPhone. Why don't you simply email the tickets to the buyers. The only help was a robot telling me to click on options that didn’t exist. Don't know how I'll get into the concert. Took a photo of ticket that was on my iPad. I hope it works.

Parking pass didn’t work and the application didn’t let me activate parking pass with my license plate number. Repeatedly tried to activate and application kept saying I didn’t have a parking pass on my account. I have attached of image of my parking pass not activated. I purchased 3 tickets and when I was sent the tickets I only received 2. I reached out to customer support and was live chatting with Mark. After explaining the situation and giving them all info he needed I was told that they reached out to the seller and they will be sending my 3rd ticket within the hour. The event I was attending was a Yankee game and it was a jersey giveaway while supplies last. I was there early and on time and as I waited for my tickets to be sent the line growing and growing.
It wasn’t until an hour and a half later when I reached back out to customer service-after I was told they are keeping a close eye on this situation and will NOTIFY ME when the tickets are sent- that someone was able to get the seller to send me my extra ticket. I wasted my time because I was not able to get the giveaway which is the sole purpose of going to the game and getting there EARLY and yet this app has the nerve to send me a notification asking me how my experience was. It was TERRIBLE.

I bought tickets for me and my friend on the night of our concert and about thirty minutes before the start time, our order had still not been processed. We called Vivid Seats and were helped by Erica who stayed with us on the line for over 40 minutes, calling AXS and making sure that our tickets transferred in time for the concert. She even stayed on the line with us as we scanned into the concert to make sure everything was in order. I was skeptical about using Vivid Seats, but Erica made the process possible, and she was so extremely helpful! Thank you Erica!!

After my team (NJ Devils) playoffs were cut short due to elimination Vivid provided me with a refund plus a little more money back which is awesome! This allowed me to score great tickets to a Yankees game that same day! I would highly recommend Vivid Seats and I plan to continue to use Vivid for all my event needs.

I would give it 5 stars, but for the past couple months. My favorites have not been showing app or they show app in random order instead of chronologically, causing me to miss some shows. This became a thoroughly dissatisfying experience once fees, taxes, and a delivery charge were added. I could have bought the exact same tickets on SeatGeek for about $250 less. You’ve lost me as a future customer. I’m notifying American Express, hoping that they disqualify you as a future Membership Rewards partner.

This is a terrible and predatory site. There is no way to refund tickets and you don't get to pick your seats. Never use this site. They offer a cancelation fee, however there is no way to access that and the only way to make a refund is to become a seller yourself.

I spent over $1200 on tickets from your exchange site that had a face value of $170. When I contacted your customer service to relist them to get my money back I was told I could not use your site and had to go to third-party site to relist them. Two different employees at Vivid told me this. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and thing it is horrible business practices to allow someone to be charged ten times face value of the ticket and not offer any recompense when they cannot attend the event. I will never use Vivid again and I will make sure no one I know does either.

Not having the tickets and waiting to see if I’ll actually get them is pretty stressful, especially when the event is out of town. So, how is one to make plans to go to a venue when you have no actual tickets in your possession. I know the website states there will be a ticket refund but there won’t be a travel refund.

Found better pricing, not too happy!!! Thought I was getting a fair price until I shopped around and found that was false. They showed one price and then added a bunch of fees after the charge!!!! Terrible experience. Cost me a lot of money. This company should be ashamed. I got 3 tickets and I couldn't transfer them anywhere. I couldn't even resell them on your platform. It was the worst thing ever. When I spoke to the agents they blamed the customer for a poor transfer. Then proceeded to tell me to call Ticketmaster. With Vivid Seats issues. So not good.

This company sold me tickets to a show that was not taking place on the date on the tickets. The actual date of the show I am unable to make and they refused to refund my money. They do not care regardless if they rip people or not.

Your updated tickets were sent to you the day after you reached out to ask us about the rescheduling. At that time the event was still set to take place on May 10th, but now it seems like the event may have been postponed further, or fully cancelled. Vivid Seats' pricing seemed reasonable compared to other ticket providers. I didn't experience the price gouging that I've seen elsewhere. My purchasing experience, especially for a recent Jason Aldean concert, was smooth and straightforward. It was easy to buy tickets, and I appreciated the process. I've used Vivid Seats three or four times now, and I've consistently had good experiences. I certainly plan to continue using Vivid Seats for future events.

Vivid Seats has fair pricing and they offer transparency with fees up front. I've never had any negative experiences with them, and I find their app quite user-friendly overall, though it sometimes notifies me when there's nothing new. However, I've taken it as part of their customer engagement tactics. I took advantage of their rewards program, particularly after purchasing my eleventh set of tickets, and received a discount. Regarding their ticket pricing, while competitive, I do find the fees across the board to be generally high, warranting just a 2-star rating for this aspect. Other than that, I'd recommend Vivid Seats. The rewards program is terrific and the app is great.

I heard from a friend that they had a good experience with Vivid Seats, so I tried it and it went good. I typically purchase tickets for the Boston Red Sox and occasionally for the Boston Celtics games. Over the two years that I've used Vivid Seats, I haven't encountered any significant issues. On one occasion when I did have a problem with a ticket, I contacted customer service and they resolved it promptly. This responsiveness does make purchasing even more reassuring. The user-friendly mobile app is particularly convenient; everything I need comes up easily, and I can select my seats without any hassle. I've also tried their rewards program, which offers additional value. When asked if I would recommend Vivid Seats to others, my answer is yes—they make it simple.

Navigating the website was straightforward but, when it came to the total cost, I was a bit taken aback. Initially, I thought the tickets would be around $400 for two, but fees bumped the price up to $650. The platform itself was user-friendly. However, the fees felt high compared to peers who scored closer seats for less, which was puzzling. This mixed experience is why I would personally rate the overall service a bit lower, considering the unexpected cost increase.

Having attended Miami and Atlanta United soccer games through Vivid Seats, I consistently find their services to be dependable. I use the app on my phone, which makes the process exceptionally convenient. It's straightforward and user-friendly.
While the events themselves were enjoyable, I'm not entirely satisfied with their rewards program. After eight purchases for two people, I still feel they could improve the rewards system. However, I've been able to earn credits towards tickets, which is a nice bonus.
Pricing, however, leans on the higher side, which is another point to consider. Despite these drawbacks, I would recommend their app as it’s a reliable tool for purchasing tickets, and my overall interaction with them has been good.

Initial mishap was fixed by excellent customer service. After missing out on a $20 promo due to a system glitch, I was feeling annoyed. However, within a few days of my review, someone from Vivid Seats personally reached to apologize for the mistake and that they saw the issue on their end to be able to fix it. Furthermore, they offered me a $20 refund on my purchase to make up for the promo code glitch, in addition to a store credit in the hopes that I will make another purchase from them.
I received a 2nd follow-up call today to let me know the refund had processed, and I’m very appreciative of the effort they’ve gone to to leave me satisfied. After this, I’d have no issues recommending Vivid to anyone making a ticket purchase, and I’ll definitely purchase from them again!

When buying my tickets, I had the “VIVID20” $20 off code applied in my cart with the total price reflecting the discount. However, when I proceeded to checkout, Vivid removed the discount and charged me full price anyways. Now, I’m out an extra $20 and have no way of cancelling the transaction to re-apply the discount code.

There was a cancellation for one of the concerts that I had bought tickets for, and rather than receiving a refund, I was only given a credit to be used towards another event. This was disappointing because I expected a full refund, which didn't happen. I've had experiences with other ticket services like Ticketmaster, and I've never encountered a situation where I wasn't refunded, so this left me very unhappy with Vivid Seats. Honestly, this experience made me certain that I won't be using Vivid Seats again.

I often attend sporting events like NBA and football games, and Vivid Seats seem to have some good offerings. I've used their rewards program recently, and it was worth it. I made enough purchases that one of my tickets almost came entirely free, which was great.
Everything I needed was done online, making the experience very convenient. Navigating the website is quick and easy, and my tickets can easily go into the wallet on my phone, which I appreciate. The online experience has been smooth.
I would definitely recommend Vivid Seats to friends or family. Their quality of customer experience and website usability are top-notch, and I find their prices to be quite competitive after comparing them with other sites. When purchasing my tickets for an upcoming show, the website glitched and refreshed, thus prompting me to purchase a second set of tickets that I did not need. I was then stuck with these extra tickets with no way of refunding them. On top of this, trying to sell them with the brutal fees made it impossible to make back the money that I lost. The customer service experience I had was not good (a chat bot that had no capability of truly understanding my problem) and prompted me to sell my tickets as that was the only solution, despite this issue being the fault of the website/company.

My experience with Vivid was not good. First the price that I paid wasn’t the one that was shown even with the first layer of taxes. And secondly I received the link to download the tickets just an hour and a half before the start! I will not use vivid again probably.

The cost of the actual ticket was really a decent price. The $108 service fee plus taxes was just outlandish. I get it, people are moving to the digital era but the fees are crazy. I really hope they can at least give a break down of why the fees are so high one day to help consumers really understand.

I wanted to take the time to reach out to the management at Vividseats to recognize a couple of people at your company. Please take the time to read the small novel of notes they have had to keep for my account. First Jordan. I have actually spoken with him 2 times now and he is an absolute attribute to your company! Second Tanya, who is doing an incredible job also. And Kay, finally helped me figure out a credit and expedited my refund. I own a company and 90% of the feedback is people calling when they are upset or to complain, I think the opposite should happen also. Terrible experience. I bought a pair of tickets for a concert. The concert was postponed to a TBD date and they refused to refund me. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the hassle and don’t buy any tickets from them.

I purchased a parking permit for an Alan Jackson concert in Tampa Florida April 26/25. The location was great but the price was a complete ripoff. I paid $78 plus fees and taxes for a total of $110. Upon reaching the parking lot the on site fee was $45. I will never use your service again. I understand the convenience of purchasing online has a price but not the ripoff your company charges. Again I will never use your service again!

I like the service, except for the last purchase of tickets for a Cubs game. The App did disclose the tickets were obstructed view. They were literally the worse tickets in the park, behind a support beam. I ended up buying tickets at the park for seats spending another $400. I would not have bought the tickets if they had been disclosed as obstructed before purchase.

Had tickets to Wicked at the Eccles Center in SLC. The tickets didn’t show up until about 3.5 hours before show time making it very stressful. My sister who also bought tickets never received hers. She had to buy tickets at the show box office. Vivid needs to vet their third party sellers.

3 minutes after buying the tickets I realized it was for the wrong day (because of a rain postponement). I tried to cancel the order immediately but obviously that did not work. I tried to use your chat and it was unhelpful. There should be some sort of grace period, especially because the tickets had not yet been transferred to me.

I have purchased tickets before with no issues. Unfortunately I bought parking tickets that were being resold without my knowledge. The night before the concert, no ticket delivered notification in my email but on the app showed delivered. I tried to reach out to support, because I did not want this to be an issue as I had to drive a 3 hour distance for this concert and got the automated message that I was outside of support hours. Contacted customer service the next morning and explained my issue. I then asked for a refund, as I had found alternate parking due to amount of time we had to travel as well with no knowledge of the area to really know if street parking was available.. How far away we would need to park.. etc. They assured me they would take care of the issue, as well as if I didn’t receive my tickets in time they would assist me.
I only paid 25 for the alternate parking which was also a 20 minute walk to the venue, so I was willing to take the loss on 25 dollars with their promise to deliver the tickets in a timely manner.. The entire car ride, I continued to check my email… With nothing.. Get to the alternate parking spot, park, walk to the venue 20 minutes, and stand in line.. The doors open at 4..I paid almost 600 dollars for the concert tickets so of course I want to be there when the doors open so that I can get inside the venue, do the concert things, grab drinks, grab merchandise and find our seats in time to enjoy all acts of the shows without feeling rushed or the need to do this in between acts. Once I get in my seat, I check my email and see that the tickets were cancelled at 4:05 pm.. Ad then transferred.
After I’m inside of the venue. I immediately contacted customer service and explained to them the situation. They asked me to email them for the proof that the tickets were cancelled at 4:05 pm, in which I did and was told they would investigate and get back to me. So of course, I did. I didn’t hear anything back after a couple of days, so I then again reached out to customer service where they told me they were still investigating. Now, a week and one day later after the concert I still hadn’t heard anything so I decided again to reach back out to customer service where they then told me they investigated and they saw that tickets were transferred so they would not be issuing me a refund.. Despite me proving they did not transfer them in time but actually cancelled the tickets after the doors were opened. And this is not even mentioning the fact that it was a sold out show of 48,000 people. Never again will I use this app..

I purchased two tickets on Vivid Seats for the Oct. 31 performance of “Waiting for Godot.” The seats were to be in Center Balcony C. I do not believe the tickets I’ve purchased from Vivid Seats exist. On the theater website all but one seat in that row is still available. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and they were completely unhelpful. Please avoid doing business with this company!

Bad experience, the Yankees vs Toronto Blue Jays game was suspended due to bad weather. The Tickets for today, Saturday, April 26, 2025. They are not valid according to the official statement from the Yankees for the doubleheader game tomorrow, Sunday, April 27, 2025. That is a lot of inconvenience and you have a policy of not returning the money. Vivid Seats are my favorite, but this shouldn't happen.

We went to the Clippers game and were unable to have our tickets scanned. It was a terrible experience. We paid $250.00 of our hard earned money and couldn’t get into the game. Only until it was the 2nd quarter of game did we find out we had to go wait in another line to get assistance that had a 30-45 min wait, which means we would have missed also the 3rd Q. I guess Vivid makes you go through the Intuit + Clippers app to get your tickets but the tickets weren’t available there. Awful experience and I’m hoping we can get refunded for this. We weren’t able to attend. We had to end up leaving.

I could have bought tickets at the door night of the show for 100.00 less. I could have 2 tickets in hand at this moment for General Admission for 80.00. For what I paid you I could have had a private table with bar service. I hope I don’t see your tickets in my inbox so I can save 100 bucks and buy them for 90.00 night of show at the door.

I truly believe this seller site is a scam. I never received the tickets I purchased from them and when I tried to call customer service they were rude and unhelpful, reading from a script in circles without listening or helping me in any way. I'm out over $450 because of them.

NEVER USE THIS SITE FOR TICKETS. I bought tickets in February for a concert on May 5th. Was charged $500 dollars and still do not have the tickets in my possession. They did not disclose until after purchasing that I would receive the tickets ONE DAY BEFORE the concert. Ridiculous. I am expected to travel to the venue in hopes that I receive the tickets, after seeing so many other reviews from customers that didn't receive theirs or received fakes? When I tried to contact customer service through their chat, they straight up lied and told me tickets have not been released by the venue yet. This I know to be false as my friends bought tickets in the same section and row as me and instantly received theirs through Vivid Seats, which have now been accessible in their Ticketmaster accounts for months. Never again. Will be reporting them to the FTC, BBB, and disputing with my credit card company. Do better.

I didn’t have the option to only buy 1 ticket, I want a refund for the ticket that was not used. Plus, when I got to the event, they almost didn’t let me in because this website did not inform me about how to get the ticket QR codes. It was very confusing.

App has easy to buy tickets BUT the service fees are absolutely outrageous. I just bought 2 playoff tickets for the St. Louis Blues game and each ticket had a $65 service fee. So essentially $130 just in the service fees and then the tax on top of it. It was easy to get the tickets and didn't have an issue. However will be the last time I use them because the fees are ridiculous.

I purchased two tickets with Vivid Seats for a show in Brooklyn, NY on April 12,2025 at the Barclays Center and was denied entry to the event because of circumstances out of my control. I called to request a refund because I read their Terms of Use policy and it stated if we have trouble gaining entry not at our own fault or Covid-19 related we are deemed a full refund as sole remedy. The first agent stated that I would have to take this up with the venue for a refund. That was not acceptable! That following Monday April 14th, I called to speak to a representative about the matter again and he said an internal investigation would be done on the SITUATION, as far as seeing why they weren’t admitting remaining attendees inside, they advised me to give them 3-5 business days. Never heard anything back, not a call or an email.
I called to follow up on this Monday April 21st, the representative named Shawn or Sean stated that the investigation team discovered the event still happened and so getting a refund “was out of question” he tried to see about alternative compensation, but his team completely denied me and blew me off as coming to a resolution. He told me to RESEND supporting evidence to the support team and that I would be sent a denial of admission form. I checked my email the next morning to see if they had sent me a form, nothing! I then decided to live chat with an agent named Aradhya and stated I never received a denial of admissions form that was supposed to be sent to my email to fill out and have the venue fill out for a statement since that was IN THEIR POLICY. Her response was that I didn’t need to fill out one now because the team already had received answers that the venue denied entry because of overcrowd.
Once again HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH US SOLELY. So this time I was told I wouldn’t receive a refund because my tickets were 100% valid and that because the venue made this decision it’s on the venue for me to connect with for a refund ! When I didn’t buy my tickets with the venue I bought them with VIVID ! Hands down the WORST experience dealing with them in regards to THEIR own POLICY they do not honor or abide by!!! Do NOT BUY WITH THEM!

Was charged twenty five dollars for a "service fee" on top of the sixty dollar fee for parking. It didn't show up until I had approved the payment. When I tried to cancel the transaction there was no method available. Junk fees are outrageous, coloring my feeling about attending AC/DC concert.

I was very disappointed when I later found out the tickets I bought were highly inflated in price with no reason. The company is aware of this and they do not show you the price you paid after you complete the order. It isn't shown in your account or on the emails they send either. I won't be buying from Vivid Seats again.

SCAM COMPANY. I didn’t get my tickets for weeks. I filed a claim with my cc company because I hadn't received anything, but the claim was closed because Vivid Seats said they had them and apparently you can't file a cc claim twice with Capital One. Anyways, the day of the event, I started to panic and so I call and they say, “Oh, we’ll email them today, your email was wrong.” I head to the event that night, turns out they gave me tickets to the right event but to the showing that happened earlier in the day, my fault for not looking close enough, I guess.
I got to my event with 7 friends and my boss. Tickets don’t work, security is confused it and say they pop up “returned”?? Waste of $1,000!!! I called customer service and the lady didn’t transfer me to anyone, wouldn’t tell me her name, offered no refund, and HUNG UP. Ewwww. Guys, go somewhere else, pleasssseeee, don’t make my mistake.😭😭😭😭

I'm still out off by the process of paying for tickets several months before I receive them. I don't think people should sell tickets they don't have. I also think what actually happens is that tickets are sold months in advance for $X dollars and if the price goes down, we get our tickets at the higher locked in price. But if the price goes up, our tickets at resold at the higher price to someone else and we're given a refund. It's not a good or honest system. Tell me I'm wrong.

You really need to state upfront BEFORE tickets are purchased that tickets can ONLY be accessed in app ONLY. NO way to open or print from email! My phone is old and cracked and does not work properly AND was full of photos and video. I had to upload everything on my phone to a laptop whose hard drive is also crashing just so I'd have room to download app. The download still took 45 minutes. The whole thing took more than an hour, stressed me to the max, made me 20 minutes late for the concert which is Frampton's last tour and was really NOT cool!
Nowhere did it say in app only before purchasing or I would not have done it. I bought tickets through Vivid Seats years ago without any problem so did not expect a problem this time. I think you should seriously give me a refund or free tickets for just having to deal with this kind of nonsense! You should not assume that everyone has a phone that works or even that everyone even has a phone. I purchased this ticket on my laptop and what if I didn't even have a phone??? I would not have been able to get at all! Seriously NOT COOL!!!

Ticket purchased, but service and system are terrible. Ticket only accessible via web url, which means must have phone service and Internet connection to enter event. Stubhub allowed v similar ticket two wks prior to be purchased and stored in phone's wallet so I wouldn't need service/connection. C'mon, Vivid Seats, how bush league can you be?! When trying to resolve, support personnel were terribly underwhelming, until I finally realized their system is just woefully inadequate.

Excellent website very easy to use very quick transferring tickets to you. The website is awesome. I have used this website numerous times and keep going back. I highly recommend Vivid seats as it’s the best place to get tickets especially on the day of the show or even a few days before the event. When people sell tickets they are usually extra and you get to meet nice people that have the same interest in music or cultural events as you.

I find it extremely stupid that you’re not able to cancel tickets with this company. I never clicked confirm and the stupid order went through and took more than $500. If you're unable to cancel and refund tickets then don’t sell nothing at all. I called the company and the stupid worker says “unable to cancel you have to sell the tickets on a website online”. Dumbest response ever.

When we got to the venue there were people in one of our seats. Their ticket had the same seat number so we were moved by staff to a seat twice as far from stage. I bought parking supposedly at a discount and paid over twice what parking was at the event. At this rate I am inclined to no longer use this app.

I don’t mind paying fees but it’s very disingenuous not to disclose the fees before paying. This is tantamount to bait and switch tactics. The only cost that was listed was the base cost. This place is a scam. They have a guarantee however we still have no tickets and no money back. The customer service is horrible. We have called 4 times and they refuse to allow us to talk to a manager or return calls. We still have no tickets and no money and we had to purchase from another site just to get access to the game.

I am a 74 year old woman on a fixed income and after 30 minutes on a chat today the refund I requested and was lead to believe I would get turned out I was mislead. My ticket could not be accessed at the parking lot and I had to find another place and pay again. It was extremely confusing and embarrassing.

I had TWO tickets in my cart. I Went through checkout and was only sent ONE. I had checked the cart multiple times like I always do. I was even looking at another site for the same event at the same time, same amount of tickets in the same section for around the same price. I went with a Vivid Seats because it was my first purchase and they offered a discount code. After I noticed the mishap, I checked the other cart which still had the same tickets for $10 more (total). They would not rectify it in any fashion. Would not cancel, refund, offer a discount on another, offer to make sure I could get a seat next to my husband... Nothing. Just blamed me and said “oh well”. Take a screenshot of your cart if you go with them. This was my first time with Vivid Seats and I’ll never do it again. I should have spent the extra $10 on the more reputable site! Vivid Seats, you’re the absolute worst and I’ll tell you again and again.

We still have not been able to access our tickets. We've spent several hours on the phone with you people and at the end we were told, "We can't help you. Try later." Our game is tomorrow and we still do not have tickets. When we asked to speak with a supervisor we were told there was no one higher to speak to.

I wanted tickets to comedy venue and was directed to the app. It was very easy and user friendly. Clear options and many extra features. Overall, I will use this app again because it does everything I need when buying tickets online. There is no reason to look elsewhere for ticket management, and I can receive digital tickets on the app, that allows me to have tickets ready without fear of losing my physical tickets. It saves time and worry. There are also promos and bonuses available the more you use the app

I was promised a 10% discount at checkout, the price never updated after purchase losing me ~$60. I've always recommended Vivid but I'm not so sure after my last experience. The price of each ticket was quoted as 289 dollars per ticket (fees included), when I purchased the tickets it was for 321 per ticket (fees included).

You sneakily added the service fees AFTER choosing the insurance options. I feel that is incredibly sneaky and will prevent me from using Vivid Seats as my go to ticket provider. You should have a filter option that includes service fees in the price so users aren’t wasting their time looking for tickets, only to find out at the very end the service fees nearly double the total cost

The ticket transfer experience from Vivid to AXS app was a little awkward (I had to call the customer service line to complete the transfer). But it worked out in the end. The venue is nice in terms of decor and amenities but I have a couple of petty gripes: the beer selection is kind of lame (lots of boring American lagers) and the acoustics of the venue aren’t the best. Overall a good experience though and I would go here again.

Your website should state clearly that you are a reseller, and not representing the actual venue or the artist. It was very predatory that I went ahead and bought tickets for the show, when they were clearly tickets available from the venue. However, because you did not state you were a third-party I paid your ridiculous $20 Service fee and the extra money for the ticket. I would like my service fee refunded at the very least. I am going to complain to the Better Business Bureau. I know you offer a service, but it is your website that needs to be more straightforward and direct with the consumer. You need to be more direct with your customers.

I purchased 2 tickets (sec c, row q) for Chris Isaak at Isleta Resort and Casino on May 10th on Vivid Seats on April 12th. I discovered the tickets I received were 3rd party resale (scalped) originally purchased on eTix for $50 + $3 processing. I visited the eTix site and confirmed I could purchase tickets in the same section and row for this price. Vivid Seats charged $82 per ticket, plus about $35 per ticket in service and download fees. So total of $234.16 instead of $106 on eTix. As you might imagine, I feel like I was ripped off. Definitely going to shop around for future concert tickets rather than just buying from VS.

Vivid Seats is always my go-to. I have always recommended Vivid seats to a friend. All of the components on Vivid seats make this a great app. I love the Game Center on the app where daily quizzes show up. This always makes me come back! Great stuff! One thing I would request for vivid seats to incorporate is a 360 virtual view for the seats in all venues.

I have never had problems with you guys, I have used this app for years now. And yesterday 4/15/25 I ordered 2 tickets separately because you guys only had 1 ticket options or 3 tickets. I bought the 1st one went perfectly fine, went to go buy the 2nd one and still today 4/16/25 have never received the 2nd ticket. My account was charged. Very disappointing.

I purchased tickets via Vivid. There were a lot of choices. Which was good. But as you scan seats, it shows the price of the seat. Fair enough. You then pick your pair of tix and check out. SHOCKER. Then you see the fees. Two tickets were $664. Tack on the fees of $266 and wallah $935 for two tickets. How's that legal?

Awesome prices and easy to buy and navigate to where you want to sit and what location. I would definitely recommend buy tickets to any sports events or concerts. The other websites and apps sometimes have hidden fees. With Vivid Seats it tells you if there is not right away and what the price would be.

I will be writing a letter to Vivid explaining my horrible experience. We arrived at the ballpark early but were not able to attend the game because the tickets were never approved by the seller. After spending about an hour on the phone with a representative who tried to swap them for other tickets, we were still unable to receive any tickets and therefore, were unable to enter the ballpark to attend the game. I will be expecting a full refund.

I Was having an issue scanning ticket for a while. Was stuck at the gate. Had to keep rescanning and trying again elite. Had to check history after while. It ended up working though. Good experience after that whole mixup. But the game and seat was pretty nice area. Food and drinks were amazing.

There was an error on the order and I noticed it immediately but it was too late. Due to this experience, I will never use Vivid Seats again. Will gladly pay more elsewhere. There should be at least a 12-hour window when you can modify the order. Especially when the show is two weeks away.

Easy and accurate app to use for purchasing tickets to any event. We've been using Vivid Seats for over 10 years now. We've never had an issue purchasing tickets. I highly recommend anyone to try it at least once and give it a try to an event. Our latest purchase was tickets to an AC/DC concert at AT & T stadium in Dallas.

I bought expensive tickets for a Broadway show through Vivid Seats. I was told the tickets would be delivered by email on the day of the performance but they never arrived despite my repeated inquiries. Ten minutes before showtime, I received an email saying the "tickets were no longer available." I received a refund for the ticket price, but that did not make up for the disappointment and the expense of making the trip to New York.

I called Vivid to report I hadn’t received my tickets. Rep stated I should get them 2 days before concert. Two days before concert and a 7 hr drive to concert, I called again to report still no tickets. Finally I got someone to share with me that I had to download SeatGeek to get my tickets!!! There I was waiting like an idiot for days when all along my tickets were sitting in seat geek!!!

I purchased tickets based on the seats that seller had specified on the listing. However the seller sent tickets with the seats located one row closer but much farther to the side (against the wall rather than closer to the aisle). Vivid Seats was not rectify the issue. The lack of due diligence on ascertaining the seller's listing against actual tickets is very disappointing.

The website worked just fine. Until I checked out and was hammered nearly $100 in fees for a four ticket comedian purchase. That is ridiculous. Also, you are not made aware of this price gouging until the very last step when you’re ready to hit the submit button. My days of doing business with Vivid Seats may be numbered.

I purchased tickets for a baseball game that was to take place at Thunder over Louisville, one of the largest fireworks shows in the United States along with a air show and a concert. The air show fireworks and concert were all canceled but because the baseball game was not canceled, the tickets were not refunded.

I would not use this service, they allow their sellers to rip off the buyers. I purchased tickets through their ap, and these tickets ended up being duplicates that were also sold to someone else. When we got to the venue and scanned the barcode from Vivid’s email, the tickets showed that they had already been scanned by someone else and we were barred entry. Customer service at Vivid said I could file a complaint, but that they do not offer refunds, so we had to buy 2 new tickets and just eat the loss from the tickets we bought from Vivid. We now use Ticketmaster.

We’re really sorry to hear about this experience—it’s definitely not the kind of situation we ever want for our fans. Getting turned away at the venue after doing everything right is incredibly frustrating. Hi I purchased Yankees tickets for 1:35pm game. By 1:35 I did not receive my ticket transfer. Started a chat with support (call did not work) who said they have to reach the seller first then internal review before providing options. I kept asking for replacement tickets since I am waiting outside the venue and the game already started. After 30 minutes the support rep says I’ll receive an update in 3-5 days and no replacement tickets can be provided since the game started. 3-5 day resolution doesn’t help me outside the stadium! I purchased new tickets off Stub hub, received transfer, entered stadium and missed 2.5 innings. Had the support person said upfront no replacement tickets can be provided I would have bought different tickets and continue chatting inside the stadium instead of waiting outside.
I’ve been a valuable customer for years and you have completely lost my trust. In the event of ticket transfer problem you should immediately provide replacement tickets. Since you did not provide this service I will never use vivid seats again. I’ve had a similar issue with stub hub but they immediately provided replace seats and they were 10x better than the ones I originally purchased. They’ve kept my trust since I know if there’s an issue they have my back and will get me in, I cannot say the same for Vivid. Overall this was a terrible experience for me and my group. Zero stars from me. Ps. About 1 hour after game start I received the original ticket transfer and it was from stub hub not vivid so I suspect the seller had the seats cross posted and didn’t see them sold on vivid. That’s a big problem.

When opening my tickets in app, it said show started at 8pm, but it actually started at 7pm! We luckily were getting there early anyway, but it started 5 min after we sat down. Just a heads up to check the times on your app. We would have been devastated if we missed any of the show.

I was trying to purchase Dodgers tickets for Sunday but instead it populated tickets for the game on Saturday that was more than half way through. I was not able to attend and spend $238. I have purchased most tickets through Vivid seats but I will be switching to Gametime moving forward.

The wrist band showed up loose by itself in a FedEx bag with no typical Coachella boxing or goodies or pageantry as it normally customary for this event. Just a loose wrist band. Additionally Vivid did not send conformation email at purchase so when I had to resell the band I had to login to the app and register in order to locate the order details I needed to provide to the buyer. I’ve enjoyed purchases from Vivid in the past but would not purchase Coachella through this site again.

Never had a chance to see the total cost before paying - And of course it was higher than the sum of what was shown because fees were added. Then had a hard time getting tickets - Never got a transfer email but luckily they were in my ballpark app. StubHub and SeatGeek user experience is much better.

I bought tickets but I guess they didn't actually get bought. So I went back 10 minutes later and I bought the same tickets and they were more expensive significantly. Not sure I'm going to want to use your site again after that. Literally 10 minutes later and the tickets were much more expensive! And this was after I confirmed that I was buying the first set? Buying experience was great!!!! But I had to wait a couple of weeks to receive tickets after purchasing and I feel that should have been explained or somewhere in written rules and guidelines. And then after the event was cancelled they still was saying it wasn’t each time I called even after sending them the email I received. Need a better refund process.

I visited a friend in another state, bought us Juvenile tickets the day of the concert, we find out it’s rescheduled! I don’t live there, so I can’t attend anymore when purchasing the tickets, I didn’t know that if an event is rescheduled, you still have to keep your tickets or resell them which you guys guarantee the reselling of since in my case I can’t attend. My tickets still haven’t sold and I have way below market suggested pricing so now I’m just out of $300. I got no help from customer service and the concert just been rescheduled again so if I did sell them some else would probably be giving the same review as me.

We totally understand how frustrating this has been—especially since you were traveling and planned to attend that day. While event reschedules are decided by the venue, team, or artist with fan safety and experience in mind, we know that doesn’t help when you’re no longer able to attend. Your tickets are still valid, and reselling is the best option, but we get how disappointing it is when they don’t sell—especially when you’ve priced them below market. I had a hard time locating the ticket. Also the wait time for the ticket was crazy long. I finally found the ticket right before I got to security to get in the game. Do better. This was extremely frustrating trying to navigate all the emails and which one had the link I needed to get in the game.

Upon attempting to enter the event and access the tickets, I received a message indicating that the tickets may have been recalled or cancelled. I was still charged and I am seeking a refund. I sent an email as well but have yet to hear back. I am hoping to receive a phone and refund as I had to purchase tickets through the box office.

App isn’t bad however fees per ticket that are 70% of the actual ticket price is criminal. Pass on VS going forward until a realistic fee is implemented. Ticketmaster fees are actually less. Just not worth it. See picture for proof, there's not much else to say unfortunately. Just sad.

$20 for a $10 parking spot for the Jumbo Shrimp game 13 April 2025. What a rip off. Won’t be using Vivid again. Drove up to the parking lot and signs everywhere say $10 parking. If your fees were more reasonable, I wouldn’t feel like I got ripped off, it would have been ok.

After purchasing the tickets, Vivid Seats called me confirming and said the tickets would be in my email within the next minute. The tickets never showed up, they were waiting approval from the seller. 30 minutes later and now late for the event support finally let me know the seller declined to sell them even after I had already purchased them. The customer support person was able to get me tickets which were worse than my original tickets that I purchased. Terrible experience. If a seller has their tickets listed and somebody purchases them, the seller should NOT have an option to change their mind. I had no option for refund. Vivid support simply bought me tickets which were worse than the ones I bought. 0/5.

Great seats, easy to find what I wanted using the app, tickets sent to my email for verification, process very seamless, with very little additional work but to verify and create a password to receive. I added them to my calendar and used this processing at the gate for entry.

Sold parking ticket that was too far to walk to the venue. Requested refund before event and customer service couldn’t figure it out. Bought ticket to event on Vivid. Vivid should have only sold parking tickets that were within walking distance to the event they were also selling tickets for.

The tickets I paid for were not the tickets that were sent to me. Fortunately. The manager for Mo Amer program was kind enough and seated us. They also mentioned that they have been having problems with Vivid Seats and you are or scamming and charging people for cheaper tickets and giving them the wrong seats. I will not be using this website again to purchase tickets.

Very disappointing to have spent 45 minutes prior to the show trying to receive the tickets only to not receive them until 20 minutes after the show started. There should be some sort of refund involved. Called multiple times, exchange chat messages, and nobody seemed to know how to help. Tickets should be transferred immediately post purchase.

Used Vivid for the first time. The whole experience was good. Zero issues choosing, purchasing, obtaining and using the tickets. Even with the fees the total price was comparable to other places I’ve used and regularly use. I will definitely look into using vivid for future events. I’d recommend vivid to friends and family.

He sent me two tickets for a game, and they took 30 mins to arrive in my email. During that time neither he nor I could access them and J had to purchase another set of tickets and waste $100. I will never buy tickets with you all again unless you can refund me the extra $100 I paid for two Marlins tickets. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great experience overall. Got the tickets cheaper than other places, includes the team's website. Got my tickets, electronically within minutes. Easy use when accessing the tickets and when scanning the tickets at the game as well. So, I saved money and fast transaction. Win, win situation. My son enjoyed the experience as well.
