    I have never had problems with you guys, I have used this app for years now. And yesterday 4/15/25 I ordered 2 tickets separately because you guys only had 1 ticket options or 3 tickets. I bought the 1st one went perfectly fine, went to go buy the 2nd one and still today 4/16/25 have never received the 2nd ticket. My account was charged. Very disappointing.

    I purchased tickets via Vivid. There were a lot of choices. Which was good. But as you scan seats, it shows the price of the seat. Fair enough. You then pick your pair of tix and check out. SHOCKER. Then you see the fees. Two tickets were $664. Tack on the fees of $266 and wallah $935 for two tickets. How's that legal?

    I will be writing a letter to Vivid explaining my horrible experience. We arrived at the ballpark early but were not able to attend the game because the tickets were never approved by the seller. After spending about an hour on the phone with a representative who tried to swap them for other tickets, we were still unable to receive any tickets and therefore, were unable to enter the ballpark to attend the game. I will be expecting a full refund.

    There was an error on the order and I noticed it immediately but it was too late. Due to this experience, I will never use Vivid Seats again. Will gladly pay more elsewhere. There should be at least a 12-hour window when you can modify the order. Especially when the show is two weeks away.

    I called Vivid to report I hadn’t received my tickets. Rep stated I should get them 2 days before concert. Two days before concert and a 7 hr drive to concert, I called again to report still no tickets. Finally I got someone to share with me that I had to download SeatGeek to get my tickets!!! There I was waiting like an idiot for days when all along my tickets were sitting in seat geek!!!

    I purchased tickets based on the seats that seller had specified on the listing. However the seller sent tickets with the seats located one row closer but much farther to the side (against the wall rather than closer to the aisle). Vivid Seats was not rectify the issue.     The website worked just fine. Until I checked out and was hammered nearly $100 in fees for a four ticket comedian purchase. That is ridiculous.     I purchased tickets for a baseball game that was to take place at Thunder over Louisville, one of the largest fireworks shows in the United States along with a air show and a concert. The air show fireworks and concert were all canceled but because the baseball game was not canceled, the tickets were not refunded.

    I would not use this service, they allow their sellers to rip off the buyers. I purchased tickets through their ap, and these tickets ended up being duplicates that were also sold to someone else. When we got to the venue and scanned the barcode from Vivid’s email, the tickets showed that they had already been scanned by someone else and we were barred entry. Customer service at Vivid said I could file a complaint, but that they do not offer refunds, so we had to buy 2 new tickets and just eat the loss from the tickets we bought from Vivid. We now use Ticketmaster.

    Hi I purchased Yankees tickets for 1:35pm game. By 1:35 I did not receive my ticket transfer. Started a chat with support (call did not work) who said they have to reach the seller first then internal review before providing options. I kept asking for replacement tickets since I am waiting outside the venue and the game already started. After 30 minutes the support rep says I’ll receive an update in 3-5 days and no replacement tickets can be provided since the game started. 3-5 day resolution doesn’t help me outside the stadium! I purchased new tickets off Stub hub, received transfer, entered stadium and missed 2.5 innings. Had the support person said upfront no replacement tickets can be provided I would have bought different tickets and continue chatting inside the stadium instead of waiting outside.

    I’ve been a valuable customer for years and you have completely lost my trust. In the event of ticket transfer problem you should immediately provide replacement tickets. Since you did not provide this service I will never use vivid seats again. I’ve had a similar issue with stub hub but they immediately provided replace seats and they were 10x better than the ones I originally purchased. They’ve kept my trust since I know if there’s an issue they have my back and will get me in, I cannot say the same for Vivid. Overall this was a terrible experience for me and my group. Zero stars from me. Ps. About 1 hour after game start I received the original ticket transfer and it was from stub hub not vivid so I suspect the seller had the seats cross posted and didn’t see them sold on vivid. That’s a big problem.

    The wrist band showed up loose by itself in a FedEx bag with no typical Coachella boxing or goodies or pageantry as it normally customary for this event. Just a loose wrist band. Additionally Vivid did not send conformation email at purchase so when I had to resell the band I had to login to the app and register in order to locate the order details I needed to provide to the buyer.     I visited a friend in another state, bought us Juvenile tickets the day of the concert, we find out it’s rescheduled! I don’t live there, so I can’t attend anymore when purchasing the tickets, I didn’t know that if an event is rescheduled, you still have to keep your tickets or resell them which you guys guarantee the reselling of since in my case I can’t attend. My tickets still haven’t sold and I have way below market suggested pricing so now I’m just out of $300. I got no help from customer service and the concert just been rescheduled again so if I did sell them some else would probably be giving the same review as me.

    App isn’t bad however fees per ticket that are 70% of the actual ticket price is criminal. Pass on VS going forward until a realistic fee is implemented. Ticketmaster fees are actually less. Just not worth it. See picture for proof, there's not much else to say unfortunately. Just sad.

    After purchasing the tickets, Vivid Seats called me confirming and said the tickets would be in my email within the next minute. The tickets never showed up, they were waiting approval from the seller. 30 minutes later and now late for the event support finally let me know the seller declined to sell them even after I had already purchased them. The customer support person was able to get me tickets which were worse than my original tickets that I purchased. Terrible experience. If a seller has their tickets listed and somebody purchases them, the seller should NOT have an option to change their mind. I had no option for refund. Vivid support simply bought me tickets which were worse than the ones I bought. 0/5.

    Very disappointing to have spent 45 minutes prior to the show trying to receive the tickets only to not receive them until 20 minutes after the show started. There should be some sort of refund involved. Called multiple times, exchange chat messages, and nobody seemed to know how to help. Tickets should be transferred immediately post purchase.

    I’m honestly so disappointed with Vivid Seats. I received what felt like a million emails from them, but not one actually had my ticket. I stood outside the venue for nearly 30 minutes trying to figure it out, only to be told that the ticket was supposed to come from Ticketmaster. Why wasn’t this made clear ahead of time?     When I bought my tickets for Shane Gillis the diagram showed 3 tickets available on the floor section 3 row 4 2-4. For $125 each. When I got my tickets transferred the seller from SeatGeek they were club seats. I didn’t make a mistake and I would have never spent that much for club seats. The gate opens at 7 am and (as a prior masters attendee, I know) in order to get high-quality seats around the greens, visitors must get to Augusta at 6 am.     I had purchased a ticket to an event that happened last night, April 4th, 2025 starting at 8 p.m. At around 4 p.m. I received an email where it stated that my ticket wasn’t valid anymore on the app. That I needed to call support. I called and texted support as soon as possible, and nothing happened. By the time I was commuting to the venue, I got an other email where my vendor lad linked my new seat. It was next to the one I purchased. I finally got to the venue, and when I was at my row and section, I realized that there was a lady already sitting at what was said to be my new seat.

    We discovered that the same thing happened to her on her end. And she also had that same seat. So I just sat next to her for the night and we both agreed to let our providers know of what had happened so that it is prevented for next time and so that there is clarity on what had happened. Oh, and the lady that I sat next to told me that they wouldn’t let her in because her ticket wasn’t scanning and then the staff let her in after they kept asking for more higher ups or managers around that entrance.

    Customer service had no idea what was wrong. Ticket sender was not listed in emails. Customer service told me to sit tight.     You did not have a seating chart and a way to choose your seats. They were all the same price in the row I chose, BB. I bought 2 tickets and left it to your computer program to choose the seats. I would have thought I would get the best seats available in that row, BB. I received seats 25 and 26, the worst seats in the row. All the seats 1-19 were empty. Since so few seats were sold for this tournament, I would have thought you would want the best experience for all that attended.     I purchased 6 tickets to the OU softball game scheduled for friday afternoon. On thursday at noon the game was cancelled due to weather. They later moved the game to thursday evening.     I asked for a refund on parking tickets, as I had purchased tickets that showed an address for a parking garage right by the venue. Once I purchased the tickets the address of the parking garage was changed to one 15 minutes from the venue. I am disabled and have a very bad limp that is very painful if I have to walk long distances at a time. I would never have purchased these specific tickets if they advertised the actual address. It was blatant false advertising.

    When I requested a refund I was told I could try and resell the tickets like that was an actual option. I'm sitting on the side of the road trying to find parking for a concert. I don't have time to set up and sell parking tickets that won't sell. I could see all the other cars that probably also had the same problem because Vivid seats allows their sellers to false advertise to their customers. They then keep the money and do not help you at all. Absolutely ridiculous and a scam. I hope the people involved get what's coming to them. Absolute scam.

    The event venue was changed and I was never notified. The place that the concert was actually being held at was over a 30 min walk away. I had to spend time on google to see where the event actually was. This caused me to lose money and ultimately be late to the concert.     I attempted to purchase two tickets online through your website, they were then canceled due to some security issue. I then called customer service on the phone and had the customer service representative. Purchased the tickets for me and walked me through the process herself on her part and the tickets were still being canceled. I then called a third time and was told that there was nothing they can do, they were aware of what the issue was for security concern, but couldn’t help and relay that information to me so I had to go to a third-party company and completely remove myself from Vivid Seats altogether. So I had $1100 pending on my credit card and over the course of two hours still no tickets.

    Absolutely dumbfounded on how hard it is in 2025 to secure two tickets, they’re already overpriced, and then having to pay the hundred dollar processing fee twice essentially which is even more sad because really there was nothing you guys even did Except cancel my order so it’s like what am I even really paying this processing fee for what it does go through. Will never use Vivid Seats ever my entire life again.

    I wasn't sure if I wanted to use this site to buy my concert tickets, so when the discount pop-up appeared, I X'd out of it. After browsing a few sites, I found that Vivid Seats had the best deal. However, I could not recover the discount code/link from the pop-up. I even added my email to the mailing list to see if it'd get sent that way. But unfortunately it didn't and the ticking clock at the top of the page was enough pressure that I just went ahead and bought the tickets for their listed price (which was a good deal). The processing fee was a bit absurd in my opinion, but my tickets were transferred successfully to my Ticketmaster account. Though when I checked in my email today, it looks like they sent that discount to my email as I was in the process of purchasing them (despite refreshing my email multiple times before committing to checkout). Please just apply the code automatically at checkout for first-time buyers!

    After purchasing tix and confirming email, I'm instructed to go to Ticketmaster page to get tickets. Once logged into Tm I only get a white screen. This happened last time I purchased tickets. After working with 3 people at VB Amphitheater I was directed to ticket office where I finally was able to get tickets printed. I missed most of the first act! I certainly hope this situation can be corrected before the Def Leppard concert in August.

    This was my first time seeing Deftones. Only knowing their classics. I originally came for Fleshwater but left a fan of both. I love LCA and go on occasion. My only complaints are the seating being too narrow so I gotta be GA, but as much as I love GA I don't love standing on that hard ahh floor they have. Sound was really good, staff does well.     I purchased a parking pass for the garage at Mission ballroom and when I arrived, they informed me that the person that sells this specific pass lies and uses a picture of a map that shows the wrong parking garage. The actual parking garage is nowhere near the property. I ended up having to pay for parking twice because the person that was with me was disabled and not able to walk that long of a distance. The parking garage attendant informed me that the person that sells these other parking passes has been doing this for a long time. I would love to file a proper complaint so I can get a refund since I never even used the bogus parking pass. I attached an image of the parking pass that arrives after you pay. It has the name of the company on there but no phone number. This is wrong and deceitful.

    I got emails from various sources which was confusing. Some from Vivid. Some looked like Ticketmaster, and another looked bizarre. Not sure who. Tickets are not stored on the app. It uses a link which doesn't work if network is an issue - security, VPN, no internet, then no tickets. I was finally able to download tickets on eWallet instead, but it took an hour of frigging around. Extremely expensive tickets but instead got amateur frustrating service.

    I purchased tickets to the Usher concert in Miami. The concert was rescheduled due to a hurricane. I couldn't attend on the rescheduled date (on a Monday a week before Christmas).     The app did not work for the Wang Center. That meant a delay. I couldn’t find when I purchased the 5 tickets.
