Generally speaking, I usually find slightly better priced tickets here than elsewhere (Although I do believe ALL the sites include questionable delivery fees for what is now simply Internet-based transmission of tickets. What fee does that really require???).

I was given a credit because they botched my order. When I tried to use the credit it said it was not valid Went to website and called and could not get a human. Stated text conversation and they said there was no credit. Sent them an email from them and showed them their e mail saying there is. A credit. Finally got a real person on the phone and she said they would honor the credit but she would not send written verification. I've gone to the BBB twice with these crooks. The site is easy to use and they have rewards. In Nevada the price they give includes the bogus fees right up front. Their customer service is abominable. They totally insulate themselves from their so called valued customers.

Vivid Seats will take your money fast, but that doesn’t mean you’re actually going to get tickets. I feel like they have stolen my money and even when I immediately responded for help letting them know, I did not get the ticket. They said I did and that was that I never received the ticket or a refund. I will never ever, ever use this site again! They said I could resale the ticket to get my money back but I no idea how to resell a ticket I did not receive

Don't buy tickets on Vivid. Trust me. Pay the extra money therefore you can get your money back if a concert get rescheduled and you can't make it on the rescheduled date. Chris Stapleton canceled his concert in Hollywood Fl these past October and rescheduled for January. I'm unable to make the concert and I bought 4 tickets for over $1,900. I have talk to the representatives and even emailed the CEO. Still nothing. I will never purchase from this company again.

Pricing was higher than expected, delivery unclear, forced to download the app, then waited for days to get confirmation of ticket purchase. In the meantime, I checked the venue website and realized I was charged $ 30 more than the venue's direct website. Why?? Needless to say, I will never use this app again.

The app is quite friendly, this app was a recommendation from a friend, the seating options were varied and prices accessible. Tickets were delivered ahead of schedule. The only thing is that there is no option to see the seat map. For the first time, it is fine.

Terrible. I can't get my tickets. Why can't you just send me the tickets when I pay for them. It's so stupid to not know when the tickets are coming and stressing over if they will come. I also am having so much trouble finding my email to get the PDFs to print.

My customer service rep was fantastic. Friendly, fast and got me the help I needed. Hold times were minimal and the reps would check in periodically to let me know the status. I was actually impressed with the service I received today. Keep up the great work. All of the staff was amazing.

I recently purchased tickets through Vivid Seats and had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The tickets they issued me were for the wrong opponent, the wrong date, and for a game that had already passed. When I contacted customer support, they claimed the seller said the tickets were “all in one and valid,” and even told me they had called the venue to verify them. That turned out to be completely untrue.

Was promised my tickets would arrive today. Get an email now stating that it will be sent the day of the event??? I am driving over 100 miles to go to this event... no live customer service. When you get to customer service it hung up on me? Never again with this clown show...

As far as the actual purchase of the ticket, that was OK. What the problem is the difficulty I am having downloading the tickets & placing them in my wallet. I have an iPhone 8. The Chiefs app cannot be downloaded onto my phone therefore I cannot download the ticket and place it in my "wallet". I should be able to just download the darned thing & plop it into my wallet. Thank you.

I would have to say that my experience was easy and not time consuming. I would recommend this service to any of my family members or whatever convenience that it may need. My husband will be so excited when he sees that I got tickets to the Texans game. That is his favorite team of all time. Might as well.

I did not receive my ticket. Vivid has been no help as usual. Intuit customer service line was horrible with no help at all. Tried to blame Ticketmaster despite the email acceptance was from them. I have plenty of other tickets in my intuit app and I received the parking I bought with no problem. NO phone number for Vivid just a AI pretending to be a human which is especially annoying.

We purchased a ticket to Freddie Gibbs for my son. Vivid failed to deliver the ticket in a timely manner, then when we tried to claim the ticket we were told it was canceled by Ticketmaster, who vivid was going through for the tickets. We were denied the ticket, and it was never recorded on our account as a future event. When we reached out to Vivid they claimed they would give us a refund but then ghosted us. I tried to get a refund through PayPal and Vivid kept fighting back saying the ticket was delivered and we used it. These guys are a complete scam, do not use them!

I purchased my ticket and downloaded the app. The ticket is still not showing up despite following all instructions. I have a two hour drive to the game that I will not make if I don't have a ticket. I am extremely annoyed with this experience and am out 40 dollars.

It was not an easy setup, but I worked my way through it and appreciate the security checks. It just seems like anything we do online these days gets more difficult every day. I understand it's because so many hackers and frauds are out there trying to steal our identities. It's actually very sad.

I have not received my tickets for the LA Clippers Phoenix Suns game in Los Angeles on November 8th. I also am having trouble accessing my account from my cell phone. I can not get customer service. Lately this service is not working. But you take my money, I need my ticket. Someone help me Vivid.

So far so good with Vivid Seats App. I will try logging in from my two phones and computer. I would like to respond to this survey again after really trying this app. My wife and I are fairly new to E-Tickets. We are fans of just presenting a printed paper ticket.

Placed an order for a Yankee Playoff game a week before game. Order got cancelled 2 days before game. Vividseats called to let me know that order got cancelled and they were giving money in site credit. When I went to use site credit, they told me code was only for the person I purchased the tickets from. Made 0 sense as it was a big inconvenience to cancel day before game.

Great! Had trouble getting my tickets but customer service is fast and helping me get through it. Hopefully I receive them soon. I think I am supposed to get them after writing this review but we shall see. I will come back and write a bad review if this doesn’t get me my tickets.

Vivid Seats offers a free ticket after you make several purchases, which was enticing. The last tickets I got were for The Who, where I enjoyed the club area seating, which offered more privacy compared to the general crowd. The convenience of ordering through their site is top-notch, and I'm genuinely pleased with their service. I’ve used Vivid Seats for two ELO concerts and possibly another The Who concert, which has consistently worked well for me. Overall, Vivid Seats has been a fantastic choice for me.

Waffah made it an easy experience, explained everything and made a scary experience easy and she was very nice! Having used Vivid Seats multiple times before, I find their website to be incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. I've utilized their rewards program several times, redeeming credits from past purchases, and I've recommended it to others because the prices are competitive with other ticket vendors. They also offer a cash-back or rewards system which others don't typically have. The most recent tickets I purchased through Vivid Seats were for the Minnesota Vikings. If asked to rate my experience with Vivid Seats, I'd confidently give them a top score.

I just always use Vivid Seats. It was the cheapest. Watching the Dodgers was an amazing experience, especially since they clinched a walk-off win! Generally, I've been quite satisfied with Vivid Seats. However, one aspect I'd change would be the extra fees that pop up towards the end of the purchasing process.

This has been very confusing. I received a confirmation from you but also a confirmation from Ticketmaster. I don't know why you don't alert your customers. I had to go through a whole process to confirm that I hadn't purchased additional tickets. This is not good customer service if I'm told to access tickets on your app but have to access them on TM.

SO HORRIBLE. Wish I could go to zero stars but that was not an option. System kept cancelling my orders for no reason. I used three different cards and PayPal. Saying the "information does not match" when I know my billing address. And now I have 5 $1000 holds on my credit card and no tickets to show for it.

This app Vivid Seats was helpful for finding the best prices for these games. I was very pleased that there's also no tax on tickets in the state of Washington. This is also actually my first time being in Seattle and so far it's an amazing city. I'll recommend friends and family members of the app and city.

The screen made you think to get your tickets you had to complete the profile. You gave options to skip but you really could not. Instructions should be direct and clear to access your tickets. And that option alone should exist. And when I ordered the tickets even though the option was purchasing 2-4 tickets, I could not order 3 without doing 2 orders.

The worst experience ever!! Would never use this site again and won't recommend it if you don't want to lose your money. I sold my ticket on this platform and on the day of the event I was informed that sale was canceled. After reaching out to support and clarifying that support gave me wrong information about mailing/posting tickets they told me they'll look into it for 3-5 business days. After 10 days passed I reached out to support again (Nicole) and was told it's all my fault. 🤦‍♀️ Never again!!

It's impossible to accept the delivery of my tickets. On the mobile app, I'm told to input my password, except I apparently don't have a password because Vivid Seats uses magic links for log-in. So how exactly can I accept my tickets? Perhaps using a pass-key? No, can't do that either because there's literally nowhere to set one up. This is an absurd process.

I can't download the App for some reason. I get an error message. how do I receive the tickets? I saw other reviews and they don't speak kindly about Vivid! they state customer service and usability is poor. I would like a refund of our tickets, please?!

I was able to find good seats with a great view at a great price. It was extremely easy to log in to the site and app, which I really appreciate. The app and site was easy to navigate while searching for tickets. I really liked the fact that I was able to get a discount with my first order and I love that I can see the price after fees and taxes before I decide on my purchase. The only thing that I wish the site provided was a snapshot of the view from the location of the seats in the venue, especially for people who have never been to these venues. However, I was able to go on a different site and confirm that my selection was good seats.

Purchasing tickets from Vivid was easy, but the experience afterward was terrible. There is absolutely no reason that I need to download two ADDITIONAL apps on my phone just to view my tickets. Purchasing again, easy, but for access, I needed to download Ticketmaster and Google Wallet JUST TO VIEW MY TICKETS! Why don't you have an easier method? I should NOT be required to add additional programs to my phone for something that could be accomplished with a PDF and a barcode! This is absolutely terrible!

I received an email and I claimed the tickets. The app is still showing tickets are ready for delivery. When I click through I get an error message. When I click on my events, view event details and try to view a particular ticket I get a blank screen!!! Please advise why I am not seeing the ticket with the bar code.

Process was easy as far as buying but to view the tickets you have to download 2 apps. One to confirm the tickets and one to view the tickets. They could've made that part easier. Also you don’t know your seats until you purchase and go through all of that to see your tickets.

This company is a scam. My credit card was charged by them. Apparently someone stole my credit card and bought some tickets and when I called them, they said they couldn’t look up anything because I didn’t have a confirmation number. I explained to them I never ordered tickets and that someone stole my credit card and used it to purchase tickets. They said that they couldn’t even look up any transaction even when I gave them a credit card number. I wish I knew how to shut this site down. Thank God, my credit card company did not charge me for the fraudulent charges. But it looks like there’s over 2000 complaints about this website. They should not be in business to scam anybody else. And in my case they just stole.

I was planning a Christmas trip to NYC and in search of tickets to see the Rockettes. I found exactly what I needed and was able to get them electronically sent to me so we are all set. The transaction was quick and seamless with easy to understand instructions.

Tickets are always delivered when stated or sometimes sooner. I also like that when you buy tickets often you can get rewarded with credits.

Efficient and kind- got all complete quickly she was efficient and now we are all set - she explained the process as well. And waited on phone till I received the email confirmation. My prior ticket order was cancelled for no reason of mine. And now I rebooked and she managed to get the same section tickets for all four in a row.

It was really easy going through Vivid. I explored many third party resale sites before I decided to purchase through Vivid. They were recommended to me and the process was very quick and trustable with the various methods of payment methods they offer. Would look to use this platform again in the future, and also recommend to others.

The fees cost more than 50% of the event tickets. Combined with parking tickets costing more than the event tickets makes up exactly why people can't afford anything anymore. The rest of the characters used for this will just be space bar.

If I could leave I stars I would. I paid for parking and was turned away because the lot was full. Customer Service said I only paid for access not for an actual spot. Access was denied by lot attendant and was told no refund was available. Basically, a pay and pray situation. Stealing money without providing a service. Don't believe the 100% guarantee. Total scam artists.

Tickets were fake, very dissatisfied. The site said tickets were coming from actual box office. I don’t think this is true or how would they come looking like this and now it’s hard to get my money back. This site is no good. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Representative was very kind and helpful. Had an email matching issue that was not recognizing my email address the credit was sent to. But the rep patiently worked on the issue. It did not take long after that to helped me purchase tickets to the game.

I really enjoy how seamless it is to buy tickets and redeem them. The process took under an hour and I had my tickets and I was able to upload my tickets into my Apple wallet no problem and got through my gate incredibly fast I can wait to do it again. Also Go Bears!!!!

I purchased tickets for Morgan Jay at the Chicago Theatre (10/17/25) through Vivid Seats. The listing said I bought from a certified seller and was covered by the 100% Buyer Guarantee — that I’d get my tickets before the event. I never did. Two hours before the show, I contacted support. The first rep said they had reached the seller and I’d get my tickets in 30 minutes. Nothing came. The next rep told me to keep checking my email but promised they’d arrive. I traveled to the venue, spent time and money waiting, and the show started — still no tickets.

Calling the Vivid customer service representative she was able to figure it out and provide me with the best seats for my price range. I can’t load my tickets to my phone. It just keeps telling me to hold on a lot. Loads and it’s been 10 minutes. This app sucks. I don’t understand why I pay all these money for tickets on your app and it takes 10 minutes and they still haven’t loaded. Easy checkout, got what I ordered. No issues. Used StubHub previously and they sent me the wrong tickets, I spent over 10 hours on the phone to get it resolved and it wasn’t resolved until 2 days before the event and they offered to refund so I definitely wasn’t ordering them StubHub again.

When I first looked for tickets, I was intrigued by a 15% off my first order from Vivid Seats. I thought great, this will help with the already exorbitant prices. Unfortunately, when it came to checking out, the discount was nowhere to be found. I thought it would be automatically applied based on the original pop-up, but it was not. I also checked my email based on signing up, but again nothing. I eventually purchased the tickets through Vivid Seats and they were delivered, but I can't shake the bait and switch feeling from the experience.

I got my tickets a week before and it was an easy process! It was helpful for them to be emailed to me and with a PDF version. I do wish they would be able to upload to Apple wallet because it would make it easier to not lose it. Also send updates of when the ticket is going to be delivered.

This has been a most unpleasant experience. I'm tall and much prefer an aisle seat. Vivid only allows you to choose a row and not specific seats. Their website says you'll get your tickets a day or two before the event. After a very nervous evening, the tickets finally arrived on the morning of the event. I am unlikely to ever attend an event in the future, or tickets are only available through Vivid.

I grabbed my Seattle Mariners ALCS tickets through Vivid Seats, and honestly — using my Vivid Points made the whole thing way smoother than I expected. If you already use Vivid Seats regularly or have Vivid Points saved up, playoff tickets are one of the best times to redeem. The rep was nice but everything felt like a scam because when I gave him my card number and he ranned it. He told me to check my email. Email came back. Cancelled. He asked, "Can we try again" and we did and same email came through saying it was cancelled. I checked my bank account while on phone with rep and I have been charged twice for the two times they charged my card. Rep said that it must be something wrong with my zipcode. How when my bank account has been charged twice. This site I do not recommend. I go straight to Ticket master with same card and purchased my ticket. No issues.

Very happy with this service. I spent days researching, comparing platforms and ways to buy tickets for a concert at a reasonable price. There are promo codes for future events and additional ways to stick to this platform. I’d consider selling my tickets I can’t attend in the future.

Vivid Seats said I got one of my guesses wrong in the NFL pick. It’s when I was actually right the game Browns vs Steelers. The browns lost and they said they won which resulted in me not getting the correct amount of points. And the fact that there is no way to appeal it is insane.

Please just review the phone call. The experience was intolerable. I spent so much time on the phone. I don’t have the capacity to write out what happened because it was 3 hours of nonsense and poor customer service. The lack of training was extremely apparent and concerning. Hello, placed an order for Stardew valley symphony but wasn't aware that when using Apple Pay it was going to use this old email as well and an old shipping address. Need to make sure it's digit tickets. I don't think tickets will arrive on time if they are sent and I won't receive them due to no longer being at that address.

I got my tickets quickly. That part of the process was good. The part that is NOT good is that is was a total scalp job. I paid $115 (which included the fees) for 2 tickets. The face value of the ticket is $25. The face value Vivid Seats showed was $43. Which is $86 for 2 tickets plus the fees that get to $115. It should've been $50 plus the fees. This information was not made clear beforehand. Do your research ahead of time. This was a learning experience for me, but I don't want to use Vivid Seats anymore if there are any alternatives available.

Needs app - unacceptable. Why do I need to install an app? Should just be doable from the website! Similar to Carnegie Hall or Metropolitan Opera or any of the other ticket websites. So, hence the low rating - it should just plug into Apple Wallet.

I have still not received my verification email and can therefore not get to my tickets in the app, Have asked it to be re-sent about 20 times and have checked junk folder. I am receiving emails from Vivid Seats but not the verification email I need. Please can you rectify this.

Bait and switch. Send an email offering 25% off, bottom of email says the expiration date, but when you call to use it they say it's expired and there is nothing they can do. They will then get you on the hook to pay more if you want the tickets. Awful.

Very fast and efficient. It was easy to manage and also easy to sign up with the app. Price was fair, no issues or problems as of yet but we shall see what happens, but all in all I am very happy and satisfied about the whole transaction and how it all went so smoothly.

This company is garbage, and their customer service is useless. I bought tickets to a show that had multiple nights at the same venue. I was buying them for a friend and myself, and we discussed prices and dates at great length before determining to get our tickets for the second night. Whether this was a user error or not, for whatever reason, it purchased the tickets for the wrong day (75% certain I didn't).

Since starting to play the Game Center it has been fun and easy to use. It has different questions each time so it makes it challenging for those who do not know the topic. I have not redeemed any prizes yet but I do have a good amount of tokens. I look forward to using the Game Center each day!

Worst site I have ever used. My order keeps canceling and no one can tell me why. Will never use again. Then, once they cancelled my order, I had to wait on my funds to go back into my bank account. You ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and they absolutely will not allow you to talk to anyone else. Then they blocked my number after the call. I had to call from another number to get through the line again.

After a very frustrating initial experience waiting on the phone for over 1/2 hour with no guidance, other than noise from people intermittently talking in the background, after which my call was suddenly transferred to a voice messaging system, where I left a rather unpleasant review. I called again and was able to communicate with Andres, who was a delight to interact with and who I placed an order for several tickets to a hockey game. In summary, you get "zero stars" for your phone connection system and a "5 plus stars" for having employees like Andres helping your customers.

Got the tickets same day I ordered, which was 4 months in advance. Had to download ticket master to save the tickets - good news for me. Made it official. Cheapest seats I could find online. No wait. Plus offered insurance for only $40 and there was a 15% discount on the site.

I purchased tickets to a NFL game that had seat numbers on it. When I arrived, we did not have seats, but were in a General Admission area. Also, the area did not allow attire of the opposing team. This was not disclosed on the tickets or on the Vivid site. We were denied entry to the section. We spent the entire game in the lobby, trying to get assistance from Vivid on the phone. They wouldn't do anything to ultimately to correct the situation. No alternative seats, a credit or refund was offered. A $700 loss. My son had drove into town to attend his 1st NFL game.

It was super easy finding these tickets, no other site I could find were selling them and the ones on Vivid were pretty cheap. Buying the tickets was easy and they were delivered in less than a minute after buying them, so yeah I’m definitely gonna buy from here again.

Ordered the Las Vegas Golden Knights at the Seattle Kraken game tickets for October 11th and they did not disappoint! The venue was great and Vivid Seats sent me the tickets after I ordered them expeditiously! Climate Pledge is a great arena and the Seattle Kraken are a team worth watching!

Always have difficulty getting tickets into my wallet. It is never smooth. Either the download links take forever to come or the email gets caught in my junk folder. I am not sure what the answer is as the sources of these emails varies so much, I find it almost impossible to mark all incoming as valid. Next order is rarely from same sales source. Maybe find a better method to connect sellers with buyers?

I received my tickets easily and was able to transfer them easily as well. I would have preferred having access to my tickets sooner. They were not made available until 2 days before the event. We had to pay travel and lodging expenses for this event and it made me uneasy that we did not have the tickets before we traveled, etc. They did come through, but I am not sure what we would have done if they did not.

It was relatively easy to search for tickets, make a booking and payment. The tickets were confirmed immediately, and they were delivered electronically one week before the event. Prices were very good, even after factoring in a fairly heavy booking fee.

I found some great tickets on Vivid so I bought them. I was given an order number and a confirmation. However, they never showed up in my app and I found out the next day they were canceled. When I tried to buy replacement tickets the ones I purchased were gone and all the other ones were twice as expensive. I spoke with Customer Service and they were unwilling to do anything to make the order right. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me with vivid. I highly encourage you to go somewhere else to get your tickets if you care about the event you were going to feel free to contact me if you’d like to discuss this further.

What a royal pain in the ass. To view my tickets on Vivid Seats I had to sign in to Ticketmaster which diverted me to a 'Partner App' which I had to again, sign into to transfer 1 ticket to my Google Wallet which then said Problem! I did that 4 times.

Great deal, saved over $45 per ticket for the same exact seats on Ticketmaster. Checkout like always was smooth and stress free. The checkout process is super easy and even gives you 15 minutes to get checked out so your tickets aren't sniper by someone else. Thanks as always!!!!

The Vivid Seats website and app are horrible. Neither are easy to navigate. The help section is obviously AI based and is useless. I could not find a method to contact any customer service person. After giving up I then went to the better organized StubHub site and purchased the same tickets for $4 less per seat.

Other online ticket sites were unable to process my order, so I searched deeper and found Vivid Seats. The experience of finding tickets was as fast and friendly as can be, and the checkout process far exceeded what other sites offer. Looking forward to a great game.

Parking pass not delivered until 4.5 hours after lot opened and had to purchase from another app. Waited and waited and was told it was escalated but never heard back. Messaged constantly and had people waiting for longer than we should for a reply. Not happy.

Awful experience. Despite having Icon status with Vivid Seats tickets were not delivered until the 3rd inning of the NL Wild Card game. I would be very wary of using this app for any games/events you want to see on time in full. Customer service was prompt but kept asking me the same verification questions. Not a great experience.

I have received the tickets in quick fashion. I got it within a day of purchasing it. Plus the email as well. One thing I would note is that add some transport information in there as well as it will provide really useful information for a overseas traveller myself.

Couldn’t return. Had to resell. Reselling was slow. Took several minutes for the transfer to take place. The transfer didn’t post for another 20 minutes and wasn’t accessible on the app to access tickets. 2-3 hour wait to transfer the ticket back and overall feedback time was slow.

Was able to buy one GA lawn seat at $47 but was only given $117 when friend tried to buy a seat. Door price for same seat was $40. Charging $117 for a $40 seat is absurd. I wanted to get tickets to the FIFA Club World Cup. I used Vivid Seats before for other events and I decided to use them again. What keeps me coming back to Vivid Seats is its convenience. I appreciate how easy it is to see all the available seats and tickets for the events I'm interested in. Navigating their app is a breeze, as I find it quite user-friendly and have never come across any glitches during my transactions. When it comes to pricing, Vivid Seats is quite reasonable, which is also one of the reasons I've used them multiple times.

Because of a disability requiring an aisle seat, I bought a ticket to an event in Charlotte 6 mos in advance to make sure I was able to get the seats I wanted. Two days before the event, I was emailed tickets for seats that were $200 cheaper than what I paid for, in a different row and in the middle of the row. Customer service was of no help when I explained the situation and could I be reimbursed the difference when it was clear that I wasn't going to be able to get an aisle seat. No reimbursement ($600) and no aisle seat. What a scam. Shame on you, Vivid Seats.

Buying tickets is fairly easy, but it doesn't tell you which end of the arena the CAPS short twice. We prefer to seat at that end. We buy tickets when we feel like going to games. Capital area is awesome!
