Purchased tickets 6 days prior to event and now (2 days until event) being told that I may not get tickets until the day of the event. Called customer service and they were not helpful. They would not let me speak with a supervisor. They would not refund the tickets. The seller can now try and get more $ selling on another site and not deliver them to me. I know the tickets have been released by the venue because I have received other tickets for events further out in the future.

Great event! Vivid Seats pulled through!!! It’s a great show that places a different perspective from the original movie from 1939 “The Wizard of Oz”. Kids are welcome as they are also presented with a magical musical. Seats were great and the Pantages was a beautiful venue. Entry was prompt at 7:30 and the hosts made sure to seat us right away to get the show on the road.

When purchasing a Seattle Kraken ticket you are provided with a local public transportation voucher. In the past with my previous order this was not a problem. This time I was disappointed that was not provided. It cost me approximately $36 more for our experience. Both methods of seeking help (customer assistance) failed which is sad.
Hey Travis, the transportation voucher is issued directly by the Seattle Kraken through the Kraken app. If you have a regular electronic transfer, once you accept your ticket and go to access it through the Kraken/Climate Pledge Arena app, you should be able to redeem your public transportation voucher for the day of the game starting at 2 hours prior to the start of the match, and again up to 2 hours after the match ends. Your tickets were actually transferred as a wallet transfer, meaning they're not accessed through the team app, and thus don't come with the voucher. We're not affiliated with the Kraken in any capacity, and the seller had advised us that the voucher is not a separate ticket or pass they can transfer, as it's attached to your account & the ticket itself through the team's app. Make sure you read any listing notes before you place your order to see exactly how your tickets will be sent and if the voucher will be included in the amenities. We hope you were still able to take advantage of public transit for the game, but if not we hope this information helps you for the next game you plan to attend!

The customer service rep was very helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed her professionalism/personality. I will definitely be looking forward to purchasing tickets in the near future. However the only drawback was the seating, she couldn't provide any info on certain seats only the rows and since I'm handicap. I do prefer sitting on a aisle seat. I'll look elsewhere for my next event if this doesn't change. Thank you.

This afternoon I received a phone call from an agent at Vivid Seats. It was about my tickets for this weekend. I received a surprise seat upgrade and spoke to an agent about it. He was very helpful and explained everything. It was easy to get in contact with the agent as well.

Great seats and a awesome game. Nice view for a cheap price. Vivid Seats the only place I get my basketball tickets for the South Carolina Gamecocks. I might have to look at getting concert tickets in the near future. Getting my tickets to my phone was so easy to do and made it easy to get into the game.

Event was absolutely amazing. The description of our seats didn't do them justice. Great seats at a fair price with free food and drink not mentioned in the ticket sales. Thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacay to Memphis and hope to go back and do it again in the near future. Highly recommend attending any event at the FedEx Forum.

I ordered tickets in mid-December and got a confirmation but no tickets. I've reached out twice by email and once by phone to find out how I can get my tickets. I was told there were 4 possible ways they might come and I may not receive them until the day of the concert. I paid a lot of money for these tickets and that's very disconcerting. CS said I should have heard from seller by now and they would reach out to them. Wish I had just gone direct. This is so much hassle.

Vivid Seats telephone rep worked hard to help me understand how to get tickets after I bought them. Vivid Seats site did not inform me of the tech requirements (iPhone, apps, passwords, procedures) prior to purchase. I spent 3 hours trying to figure it out then the rep spent an hour trying to help me. The rep was very patient and courteous. I am still afraid that I might not have the tech skills to get in the Giants game with my grandson. D. **

I just sold my first set of tickets on Vivid Seats. We were unable to go to the show last minute and I was worried about the sale going to the buyer versus needing to be shipped. Celeste took time to ensure that everything was set up to go to the buyer appropriately. She listened to all of my concerns and checked to ensure that everything was set up on Vivid seats site to send them directly to the buyer. She eased the process tremendously. This was my first experience buying and selling with Vivid seats. I was impressed with the customer service.

I needed to purchase multiple events and Rhome did a fantastic job of sharing the options and quickly moving through the purchasing process. He was professional, patient, and customer-focused. I actually received a better discount by using the call-in feature than I would have received online. I got the tickets for Zayn's tour in the US. I received my tickets securely 1 day before and explained prior to me and even got a promotion for a parking ticket as well, which I didn't needed but it was still good to know that that's something we can get through Vivid Seats. No complaints at all!!

Sold a PDF Ticket with no barcode and could not get a refund. From: https://www.vividseats.com/guarantee. "Your tickets will be valid and authentic. Our mission has always been to remove any anxiety from buying tickets online. Vivid Seats has some of the strongest relationships with licensed, certified, and professional ticket sellers in the industry. All sellers, their business practices, and track records are rigorously evaluated and we guarantee your tickets are valid and authentic or your money back." - OR YOUR MONEY BACK - don't count on it.
I was given a PDF TICKET WITH NO BARCODE and I asked for a site credit to get another ticket as this appears to be a scam ticket from a seller on the marketplace. I was on two calls for over 90 minutes, and they would not give me my money back or a site credit – just a supposedly valid ticket for the same seat this time with a bar code. Their guarantee also says on the headline - "Designed to give you peace-of-mind, safety, and security"… So the peace of mind is non-existent, I hope I scan the ticket before any potential copies are scanned, and the security – didn’t even catch a ticket without a bar code.
All I asked for was another seat ticket, a venue electronic guaranteed ticket or as site credit – and the customer service just jammed me and asked me to believe that this pdf is now valid after sending me a pdf ticket missing a barcode. The manager on the second call told me that if I would have called originally, they may have given me a refund – and I said I did three days ago – and she said "I see that, but I'm sorry" completely unprofessional and rude – I’m sorry. Sad.
Hey T, we completely understand your anxiety about the replacement ticket and that you would prefer a different seat. Sometimes sellers may have an automated process in place to fulfill orders, but even if the ticket exists the barcode may not be released immediately. It looks like in this instance the barcode either didn't load before the PDF was made, or wasn't issued at the time they first sent the ticket over to you, which led it to be absent. They were able to get the barcode to load and appear on the new PDF to ensure you can get into the event without issue.
We tried to reach out to you by phone today to discuss your experience and order and see if we can figure out a resolution together to make sure you can feel at ease and look forward to your event. I will not use Vivid Seats again. My family and I traveled 4+ hours to go to a college basketball game, I contacted Vivid Seats the day before we left because we had not yet received our tickets. I was guaranteed that we would have our tickets at least 2 hours before the event began. We arrived a little over an hour before the event began and were still waiting for the tickets to be transferred. I called Vivid Seats numerous times and was repeatedly told that our tickets were minutes away from being transferred.
We eventually received all but 2 tickets about 30 minutes before the event started. They required me to provide an additional email address but did not inform me that it could not be a work email address, which apparently does not work for ticket transfers. This would have been nice to know, especially considering that we were waiting in the cold with 5 children instead of watching the pregame events. Once they realized the problem we had already decided to buy the remaining 2 tickets at the box office as the event was starting. The tickets did finally arrive but they arrived AFTER the event started and after we bought additional tickets. We were late to the event. I spent over an hour on the phone, in the cold, with Vivid Seats, and had to pay for additional tickets. Vivid Seats would not issue any sort of compensation for any of this.

I had a great experience at the Knicks game on MLK day. Tickets arrived as described in the confirmation email. Seats were good, overall a wonderful experience. Also, I got a parking pass via Vivid Seats and that worked out well too. The Parking garage was across the street from the Garden. It was convenient to all.

Overall, it was a nerve wrecking experience. Tickets not being delivered until the last minute, so when the plan changed, I could not resell the tickets. Even after receiving the tickets, sometimes I could not view the ticket. Customer service was hard to reach because apparently my phone number was not 'on file' after I asked customer rep to update my info. Overall it worked out, but I never felt 'secure' with the ownership of the tickets until the moment after I scanned them at the venue. I would try to avoid using this app/site for tickets in the future.

I purchased a parking pass and it wasn’t delivered in time. I was unable to use it and had to pay for parking at another location and pay for it. I requested a refund and was denied. Displeased with having to pay for parking twice. Vivid seats should refund me.

Our concert ticket purchase was great. However, the secondary offer they provided for parking at the event was a bit confusing and then, we did not get the parking lot link until 8:14 PM, the night of the event! The event started at 7:30 pm. We had arrived at 5:30 since we had 6 PM dinner reservations on site, and no link to get into the orange lot to park. All I had for proof was the order number from my confirmation page. The lot attendant needed the actual scan link.

The Sphere employees directing people to leave the venue outside were rude and Inflammatory. They were yelling at people to leave the property immediately from the West entrance. I became separated from my wife and was standing about 50 feet from the door trying to find her. The person kept yelling at me to cross the curb instead of looking for her. This spoiled my entire experience for me.

The ceiling lights obstructed our view of the stage AND then we could not see the big screens on either side of the stage. (Section 404, Terr Concourse). We could not see the top portion on the big screens on either side of the stage. We could not see the back of the stage. The seats were good. Just may want to note “partial obstructed view”. It’s possible the lights change for every performance… I just wanted to note our experience.

I was able to easily scan my tickets with Apple Pay and walk in. I enjoyed the show thoroughly. Would definitely use Vivid Seats as a trusted app for any other tickets I'm interested in. I always use Vivid, I had the tickets the day before, and then when I got to the game they would not show up. The box office said they had been having trouble all day with vivid. The seller did not embed the link properly and so I ended up having to buy tickets on Ticketmaster instead after the game was halfway over. Is there a way to get a refund? I spent $129 and it went to waste because the seller did not do what they were supposed to. Then when we called, the seller sent it correctly after we had already purchased new tickets and the game was halfway done.

I paid over $300.00 for tickets to the Cleveland Orchestra last night to see Hillary Hahn. Hillary Hahn did not perform -- some young arrogant man who is not half the performer. I'm wondering how this can be made right. I would never have purchased the tickets if they were not advertising Hillary Hahn. I hate to call this false advertising, but I'm not sure what else to call it. Can I get some sort of credit or refund?

My parking pass had the wrong address on it and I ended up having to spend another 80 dollars for a different parking space after I had already spent 60 on the original one that’s why the three stars. The tickets for the game were awesome. Had a great view of the field. Had a great time.

I have purchased tickets from you guys before and this is the first time I had trouble accessing the tickets. We had to call several times to get the tickets transferred to us and it was very frustrating when we had 1 hr until game time and still didn’t have the tickets.

I took my friend to a concert and we had another issue with Ticketmaster. Vivid Seats you rock. Being sent to Ticketmaster to retrieve the tickets while standing in line was embarrassing. The site had went down and I changed my password 6 times. Got out of line and Customer service solved the problem. Printing out my tickets from now on. Tired of this online mess.

This immersive experience at the Sphere is beyond description. It is an absolutely fabulous experience and highly recommended. Getting the tickets through Vivid seats was flawless. I bought tickets to the Pink Floyd laser light show in Westbury and my tickets never transferred over. I was unable to go to the show and got a refund. I bought these tickets on Christmas Eve and they were unable to transfer over. Do better Vivid Seats.

Could not log in. App msg said something went wrong, try later. Customer service chat required a code number be emailed to me but every time I left the app to get the number the chat dropped out. Finally figured out that my VPN was turning back on after I’d manually disabled it. Googled it and was able to finally log in and get my tickets. A very aggravating hour of my life wasted.

Vivid Seats webpage 1) Did not auto apply the discount at checkout that it said it would for sharing my email address with its pop-up for being first time user. 2) Blipped from my payment page while typing in payment info to select tickets - even though I had been trying to pay for the better and cheaper tickets had originally selected. 3) When selected new tickets, charged me for tickets but didn't process an order - so charged but no tickets. 4) When first called in left on silent hold for 40 mins. 5) Called in again on another phone and issue resolved quickly. Total purchase time was 1 hour 11 minutes for 2 nose-bleed level tickets.

Vivid is a third party reseller who will sell you tickets to any event, even when they are not the contracted sales distributor BUT they will over-charge you significantly for this services. There is not way to return or resell the tickets with them. They sold me $53 tickets for $140 each.

This is DISGUSTING! Purchased tickets and were given lesser tickets in a whole other section. They didn't even ban the seller! How are people in foreign countries allowed to buy up all our tickets to local events and scam us!!!

Well I've always bought on Ticketmaster as I have an account. So when they got transferred to me, me and my girls went to the game and at the entrance, they wouldn't let us in because there was no bar code. So I had to stand outside in the cold to download 2 apps. After 20 min the app finally worked and we got bar codes and we're able to get in. But we missed the intros, pre warm up and the 1st quarter of the game. But besides that, game was a lot of fun and the seats were great.

Had an issue with tickets purchased. Bought 4 seats in one row together and was sent 2 in one row and 2 in another row (15 rows away). Called helpline and they were extremely helpful, very professional. Although I had to go through the process of transferring the tickets back to them and getting new tickets issued, they stayed on the phone with me and fully walked me through the process. Issue was fully resolved and the sets were awesome.

I ordered tickets through Vividseats for a Rochester Americans vs. Syracuse Crunch AHL hockey game in Syracuse, NY. We live in Niagara Falls, three hours away. When we got to the game, early thank God, and went to the app there were no tickets available on the app itself. Other secondary market ticket services I use have the tickets available on their app. Instead, Vividseats did not give me actual access to my tickets directly through my app but instead sent the tickets through Ticketmaster, the original vendor of the Crunch tickets. Bigger problem, Vividseats never actually sent the tickets to Ticketmaster. I had to jump through hoops and end up going into the game more than 20 minutes after game time and with two goals already having been scored before we got my tickets.
The ONLY reason I give a score of 2 instead of negative 3 is that I was actually able to get to a human being to stash to at Vividseats to help me with the problem. She was able to get Ticketmaster to "reissue" the seats I had paid for several days ahead of time. So, 4/5s of a game is better than not being able to go to a game at all, for that game was fully sold out. So if the rep had not done that (thank you young lady) we would have travelled 3 hours to either only go to dinner or to buy tickets twice (but his time without all four being next to each other). I don't know about you but I like to both only pay for tickets once and sit next to the people I go to a game with. The tiny amount of savings in the cost of the tickets from buying them directly through Ticketmaster was not worth anywhere close to the hassle and frustration I had to go through let alone the ribbing I got from my guests.
Lessons learned: 1. If I am going to an event closer to my home, check the seating online and if there are seats available then don't waste my time buying the tickets online at all. Bonus earned is that I don't have to pay the incredibly exorbitant service fees associated with purchasing tickets online that added the raining of an additional 1/3 of the price of the original ticket on top of the cost of the original ticket. No instead, I will go to the window at the event to buy my tickets and pay no service fees whatsoever. Nor will have have to worry about having to pay for tickets twice.
2. Even if I must buy tickets online, then I will only buy the tickets directly through the website of the event ticket service unless there are significant Savings made available to me, including all fees. So if I don't save 20% or more on the total purchase price for the full package of tickets I am purchasing then I will just keep my life simple and use a system that the people at the ticket office at the stadium I am going to can track down my tickets if there is a problem.
Thank you to Vividseats for these lessons so I will never waste my time nor money on an online third party ticket service again unless I absolutely have to and benefit significantly from when I do so. Thank you very much. A sincere thanks to the woman in the ticket office at the Syracuse stadium who was exceedingly patient and helpful. I probably would've been a very unpleasant person had she not been so courteous. And again, I want to make it clear that I appreciate the courteous assistance of the agent for Vividseats who made the event eventually actually happen for us. My apologies if I have not picked up all my typos. Knowing me and my bad eyes looking at my phone while I write this, there are likely several.

I made a mistake purchasing my tickets and only purchased 1 instead of 2. Richard and Sam both did an excellent job fixing my error and helping me purchase 2 tickets next To each other. Unfortunately y’all will let anyone sell tickets to an event and allow them to not deliver them causing undue expenses to fans that took off work paid for travel plans and ultimately didn’t revive the tickets and therefore were not able to attend the event that we invested the time and money to attend. Y’all’s response was an merit less apology that solved no issue. The point of selling tickets to the public is to a tually let them receive the tickets to attend the event that was paid for plus the fees y’all charge.
This company has a lack of accountability and I guess doesn’t seem to try and fix these issues. If they did they would reimburse me for the hindered of dollars it took to travel to this venue and unfortunately never received the tickets paid for to gain access. It would be nice to hear from someone reaching out to me to reimburse me for these travel expenses that they caused me to spend thinking we were actually going to be able to gain access with the tickets that were purchased. I hope they do the right thing because this is. It how you run a business unfortunately I’m sure I will not hear from anyone other than an apology that costs them nothing to say. The below shot was taken the next day at 11:00 and was never delivered.

Vivid Seats is a downloaded app on my phone, and we use it for various concerts or entertainment venues. I use them two to three times a year. The app is very user-friendly. I have utilized the reward system and that's the reason they keep getting my business. It's good. I use it to apply towards concerts for my wife or my family. Vivid Seats is a SCAM!! I bought tickets marked "FANTASTIC" and they turned out to be the same tickets, that was not fantastic, I could have purchased directly on Event Site and NOT paid a $30 Service Fee per ticket. DO NOT EVER BUY AN EVENT TICKET WHERE YOU CAN NOT SEE SECTION, ROW, SEAT #.

It was not clear when purchasing the tickets all the steps that would be required on my part to actually receive the purchased tickets. I was very irritated by subsequent emails advising I might get additional emails from various sources and need to download apps and create accounts and passwords. There was a time lag between my purchase and the actual receipt of the tickets that was slightly longer than indicated. In the end I got my tickets but I will not use your service again. I'm also irritated by the subsequent solicitations trying to sell me a parking space 12 miles from the event's location.

I really like Vivid Seats's rewards program. We've gotten money off of tickets in the past, and we're able to get money off of tickets this time. My husband recently went to one of the NFL playoff games, the Commanders versus Tampa Bay. We've been using the reward program for a few years. I normally compare the different sites and when I purchased some tickets last year, I saw I had several hundred dollars off on Vivid Seats. So, I was like, “Oh, well, then I'll use them.” They also don't add a lot of weird fees as badly as some of the other sites.

I purchased tickets for $36 each. And that included a 10% discount. TickPick has better prices for the same exact section and rows. But $16 cheaper for each ticket. Definitely won't be buying from Vivid Seats again. Tickets could have been cheaper if I got them somewhere else. Even the discount didn't make very much of a price difference.

It was 2 hours before my event and my tickets were confirmed but never transferred. It took a half hour for Vivid Seats employees to say that the seller is not responsive. They then offered me replacement tickets that never got transferred to me so I requested a full refund that I still do not have. Terrible experience.

This was by far the best ticket buying experience I've had. Easy to navigate, great pricing, and we found the exact seats we wanted, for a great price. E tickets were successfully downloaded on iPhone. However, they would not download at Hertz arena. Very disappointing. Arena personnel were not helpful. Overall I suppose etickets are beneficial all around but when you then have to go back in line at the box office to get paper tickets it’s inconvenient. Additionally I was part of a very large group of people who had the same problem.

I have a good experience with Vivid Seats. They have the availability of what I need. Their website is great. Purchasing tickets through them is easy, for the most part. The fees are high. That's the biggest downfall of all of those websites. You're buying your ticket, and sometimes the fees are as much as the tickets. So, I'd like to see that information upfront, and the fees should be a lot lower.

I bought tickets to the colleague football championship last night and could not download them into Apple Wallet. The customer service person was of zero help last night and bordered on rude. She said to try again in a couple of days. I tried again today and still had trouble. This time I hit the jackpot of a customer service representative. There was some difficulties in actually locating the tickets but she was kind and patient and assured me they were there. She guided me through more steps and we found the tickets and she told me how to easily access them in wallet. Kudos to her! I feel so much better about the whole experience!

Incredibly difficult to locate tickets on my phone. The app was not what I would call user friendly. Very confusing. Apparently you need to be between the ages of 16 and 40 to navigate the app. I noticed many, many, people having the same problem as me. 2 stars may be generous.

Didn't want to exchange my tickets from Friday game to Saturday night game or anything so it really pissed me off so I don't know if I will use Vivid Seats anymore or tell anyone that I know to use it either and let them know why I don't use it anymore.

Horrible customer service, tickets come late. When entitled to refunds they only offer store credit. They refuse to let you speak to a supervisor. Avoid them at all costs! Go with StubHub or Seat Geek.

Delivery timing depends on when the sellers who list with us receive their tickets and are able to send them over to you, and depending on if there's a release delay, that could mean that your tickets arrive closer to the day of the event. Additionally, supervisors have an internal-only role and they are not available to speak over the phone, but any information you receive from any agent you speak with will be consistent and would be the same information any supervisor could provide to you.
In your case, you were entitled to a full refund and we have issued this back to the payment method on file - we did not offer any store credit in this circumstance since that would not be part of our protocol here. However, due to some confusion on the part of your bank, it took a bit of time for us to communicate back and forth with them before they would accept your refund. We confirmed they have accepted the transaction as of January 18th, so the latest you should see your refund reflected in your account balance is January 24th - however as today, the 20th, is a bank holiday, it may take until the following Monday at the absolute latest. When I'm searching for tickets, I'll usually look at multiple sites. I look primarily for sites that don't have a bunch of hidden fees and Vivid is one of the better sites about disclosing all of the extra convenience fees. I buy tickets through them about twice per year. The rewards program has been one of the most amazing things about it. Different tickets carry different reward values and it's really nice getting a bonus back. I feel like many of my convenience fees get canceled out with the rewards over time.

When we purchased the tickets, it stated row 1 but when we got the tickets it was actually standing room only. Also, even though we purchased through Vivid, our tickets and parking tickets came from multiple other ticket agents. When I tried to purchase tickets online, I kept getting an error message telling me that the price of the tickets I’d chosen (center mezz) had gone up and I needed to confirm the new price but there was no way to do that. Nowhere on the page were there instructions. I tried different dates but got same message. Very frustrating. I tried live chat and was told it’s not available. I called and appreciated that someone picked up. Agent was good, name is Lovely. But the whole process took hours before I got my tickets..

I've been using Vivid Seats for a while and the moneyback that I get from getting up to 10 tickets is always nice. Recently, I got tickets to go to a concert and that concert got completely canceled. But Vivid Seats not only refunded me, but also gave me more money and credit towards using tickets, which was really nice, and I used all of that towards those Cavs tickets. So that was really nice. The only thing is that occasionally, I find better deals on other sites. But for the most part, the ordering process and getting everything secure with Vivid Seats is usually all done within 24 hours and super smoothly, which is nice.

Vivid Seats is so great. It's my go-to. I just bought some tickets with them to go to Utah, and it was 50 bucks. I use the app which is simple and straightforward. I'll keep using Vivid Seats. I like the reward system and that you get your money back. However, sometimes I'm a little bit blown away by the fees. When I go through, I don't see it right away. When you go to checkout is when you see them. I'd like to know the fees when I see the ticket price and I could filter that way as well. That'd be nice. Other than that, I'm very happy with my experience with them.

The first game of our season Carolina Hurricanes plays Tampa Bay Lightning was cancelled due to hurricane. I was scheduled to go on a New Year’s Eve cruise and the rescheduled game was January 7 the day I returned. I asked for a refund or to schedule another game at a different date and was told I could only sell my ticket since the original game was not totally cancelled. This policy was not acceptable for me.

I've used Vivid Seats a couple times. Everything seems to be fine. It’s just sometimes their prices seem better, and sometimes, they're not. The event I went to was fine. I just wish they would post a little bit more on their site about what the actual ticket was because I thought I would be sitting in a certain section where I got more benefits, but I didn't. I knew where the seats were, but the seats that I got have access to the Delta Club. I thought it should have been to the other club that had the free drinks and free food. I'm a member of the rewards program and I've used the rewards before. If I have a reward, I use it. I'm not sure why I didn't get as much a reward with this recent ticket, but it is what it is. I was disappointed in the price because I found out later that a friend paid half the price for the seats that I wanted. Overall, Vivid Seats is a good tool. They overcharge for their fees, but everybody does. If you want a ticket, you have to pay the fees.

I used Vivid Seats once and never had a problem. It's easy to use, and their prices seem to be a bit more fair. I was using Ticketmaster for a little while, but my father showed me Vivid Seats one time and I said, "Oh, wow, the tickets are 10 to 20% cheaper than Ticketmaster." So that's what I started doing and I've never have had to talk to customer service. I seem to get my tickets quick and there's no problem with the transfer to my mobile wallet. It's perfect. We go to a bunch of Florida Gator college football games. I usually go to three a year, and next year we're gonna try to go to at least four.

My father purchased a parking pass for a game. When we went to retrieve it using the link it said there was no order, even though we had confirmation. When we called, they took several days to investigate and just kept repeating that the link was good. They could not explain why no parking pass showed up but refused to refund the money. Tickets I purchased provided confirmation showing SRO. The tickets delivered had section and seat. I was unable to attend event. Requested delivery of ticket for resale. Tickets delivered had section and seat designation. This resulted in cancellation of sale and 450$ fee. I will never use Vivid Seats again and will recommend everyone do likewise

If there were a "0" stars option, I would select that for Vivid Seats. My account was compromised and someone had purchased tickets with my information, and contacting customer service was a joke. I got the run around on numerous calls (5+) with each person giving me different information. I could not even get one contact person to discuss my dispute with to offer any resolution. NEVER USE VIVID SEATS!

Tickets were great. My Rams lost, but my son's Seahawks team won. So even though I was sad for my team's loss, I was happy to see my son enjoy himself surrounded by other Seahawks fans to witness his team win live at the game. Got to stadium but the Vivid app wouldn't show scan for tickets. Took stadium's customer service 30 min to correct problem. The 'interface' w Ticketmaster is awful! Even CSR agreed w us that they see this all the time.

When I bought my tickets and asked before I finalized the order if I could resell them. I was told it was no problem and vivid seats would help me resell. I had to relist and the guy from vivid was very rude and told me there was no way he could help me. Thanks for nothing Vivid Seats!!!!

Options for the kids to have fun and participate in stuff. I’m frustrated that the ticket said to use the Flatbush Ave entrance and it wasn’t even open. So that was very frustrating. It was also below freezing and they quickly had us in through but I wish they had better heaters for the people waiting.

I knew 3 weeks before the game that I could not attend the game due to excessive prices ie plane ticket, boarding and food accommodations. So I went to see if I could sell my ticket back. I did not receive my tickets until the day of the game which was tbd until two days before the game. I was not able to sell my tickets and am overall unsatisfied with the service.

I tend to only write reviews in extreme cases (extreme good and extreme bad). Unfortunately this is the later. First, Vivid has many hidden fees that get you in the last minute. They will buckle and dime you to death. Second, let’s say you can’t go to the event and have to sell the tickets. Vivid Seats will not allow you to resell tickets on their site. In fact, they’ll only tell you to “do a Google search” to figure out how and where to resell them. Nothing more. In my recent and final business with them, I realized I couldn’t attend and tried to cancel the purchase before the seller could confirm the sale. I reached out to them for help and was ignored until the seller finally confirmed and it was too late. If you can’t buy direct, you’re better doing business with a more reputable seller like Stub Hub or TickPick.

I purchased tickets for a concert through Vivid Seats. I will never again use this service. The tickets are not delivered until 2 days before the show and I purchased more than 6 months in advance. I can no longer attend this show and vivid seats does not have any options for resale of purchased and paid for tickets. I do not recommend this ticket vendor. Customer service is no help. They continue to give the same exact phrases over on over despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with them.

I am a member of Vivid Seats' rewards program and I enjoy the cash back. Their site is very easy to navigate. When an event was canceled, it was impossible for me to switch my refund from reward dollars to a cash refund. It said in the app you can request the change. I was in a feedback loop with them when the event was canceled. There was an automated message saying, "Only canceled events" and that they had changed the event title to canceled. So, that was the only thing. I called and I was like, “Just so you know, I'm happy to talk to a person, but it would have been a lot easier if I could have just clicked two buttons.” That was one thing that stuck out to me. It was resolved in minutes. It was just like, “I'd rather not call a person.”

I use Vivid Seats’ app and it’s great and easy to use. It works. After 10 purchases, I get some money back, which is nice. It pays for at least one of the passes. I have season tickets and since I need parking for all of that, I’m constantly using Vivid Seats. I’ve checked others but the prices weren't as good. The only thing is, for certain states, you see all the prices built in and for other states, you don’t. So it's a little misleading. In New Jersey, it would be 35 bucks but when you go to checkout, it’s 60. Whereas in New York, there’s a law that you have to have the whole price built in so you know what you're spending regardless. Vivid Seats should do it one way and give an all-in price.

Vivid Seats has a good app. I didn't have any issues with it and I was able to find the seats for each concert that I wanted. I went through a few concerts through Vivid. Missy Elliott was one of them. After you purchase 10 events, they give you a credit, like an average credit for how much you spent. I got one so far. The only difference with Vivid compared to other companies, Vivid is a little bit more expensive and that might be because they give out the incentive. But everything went well in my experience with them.

This place is practically a scam, they sell tickets that they DO NOT HAVE and allow NO REFUNDS or to CANCEL at all. They charge too much for tickets and their customers service is terrible. They actually claim to have 100% customer satisfaction but all the reviews I've seen are bad. Don't waste your time or money with these jerks!

I bought e tickets to a bowl game on here, and tried to get rid of them several weeks before as I couldn’t attend. Was told that even though I bought on Vivid Seats because they were e tickets, they would not allow me to resell them on the very platform in which I got them. Lyster has zero phone customer service, and their “training” to list my tickets was glitched, support did nothing— so they NEVER got sold and I ate almost $200. Those were bought as a gift for my son and I to attend and we found out some info third week of Dec (bowl game was Gator Bowl in Jax) and so this has been hard to swallow.

Rin, was very helpful and friendly in helping us find some very ridiculous priced Duke tickets. We bought 2 tickets for $4,240.27. I don't know what else I can say other than the $1,740 per seat tickets has over $760 worth of taxes and fees, which is ridiculous! Other than that the experience was okay with Rin, she didn't set the price.

We never saw the concert. We couldn’t even get in until 13:30 am and we left at 3:00am and the concert hadn’t started and there were a couple fights and the people were very rude and mean. They didn’t have. I was going to ask for a refund because I felt like it was a scam and we didn’t have any enjoyment out of the 500.00 that was spent for the New Year.

I’ve already said this five times. You sold my seat after I already paid for it then I was sold an additional seat because the seat I had was not available. My guest were in a different location and I was on the phone with your terrible customer service for over an hour, which forced me to miss the entire show, which I never use the ticket That I didn’t wanna buy, but was forced to buy anyway. Absolute never ever use your people again unless you got your act together better than what you got now sorry second party customer service people in the Philippines. Your first order was rejected by the seller - this indicates to us that for whatever reason, they no longer have the tickets available to deliver to you. Usually this is because they listed their tickets on multiple platforms and they may have sold elsewhere shortly before you placed your order and they had not yet taken down their listing from our site. You were not charged for this first order and any pending hold for the funds was released as soon as the order was submitted for cancellation. The prices for different seats may vary because they are listed by different individuals and they set the asking price per ticket based on live market supply and demand, and that may be why the ticket you ended up purchasing for yourself as a replacement was for a slightly higher price. While we're sad to learn you ended up not attending, we hope this helps you to understand what happened with these two orders.

We weren’t able to attend because we had to take my mom to emergency room that night before and was very tired that afternoon when she was released and now I have to GET a doctor’s note to prove of that emergency incident that happens to the INSURANCE-Allianz company so that I can get my money back which I may not get back whether it due how many times I ordered concerts tickets that’s a shame and scam for having to prove that before you can get your money back.

They never sent the Janet Jackson ticket. The agent told me they will be transferred over to the email. That never happened. Here I am looking stupid until I realized I did not have a bar code for entry, with the grace of GOD the lady at the ticket counter helped me out. Never again will I recommend. 😥

Your ticket was transferred over AXS to the email address you used when you placed your order. What put a wrench in the works here was that you no longer had access to this old email, so you were unable to access the ticket through AXS under the email it was sent to. Often, AXS does not allow people to retransfer a ticket as their system will automatically accept and hold the ticket on your behalf, and it will be waiting for you to sign up and verify your account. In these cases if you're not successful in regaining access to an old email, you can usually go to the box office at the venue and provide your full name and the email the ticket was sent to, and it looks like you did just that! We're glad they were able to help you get into the show so you didn't miss out, and hopefully you now know how to prevent this same issue from happening in the future the next time you order tickets.

I had bought the tickets in hopes that I could go but the day before yesterday I came down with a bad case of the flu so attending was sadly out of the question. My issue is that I could have sold those tickets if it weren't for the fact the tickets were delivered last minute. I contacted customer support on the day they came in and they told me I wouldn't have time to sell them. So I lost $135.00. I wish they had actually came in sooner so I could have got most of my money back.

I had two tickets to a concert for my birthday and it was also the day of new year’s eve. One got transferred easily the day of the concert and another wasn’t transferring. I contacted customer support and it got down to the last 2 minutes before the event started just to tell me that the seller of my ticket wasn’t responding and that there were no replacement tickets so I could not get into the event. I ended up crying because even the event coordinator wouldn’t let me in although I PAID for my tickets. They told us we got scammed out of our ticket. My mother in law was inside the concert and said our seats were empty the whole time. I’m NEVER going to buy off of your website again. Thank you Vivid Seats for ruining my birthday and New Year’s eve.

My daughter and had to arrive at the game at separate times she dropped me off but when she came back approx an 1 1/2 later. All the parking lots were blocked off and police wouldn’t let her enter. We weren’t able to use our parking pass and she wasn’t able to get in so we lost the price of admission and the price of our parking pass not to mention I didn’t get to spend the time with my daughter. The event personnel weren’t very helpful either. The parking pass was supposed to be usable up to 4pm. She came at 1/2 time so she wasn’t able to see the 1/2 time show or the second 1/2 of the game. I left before the game was over because she couldn’t get in. Our ticket was for section 139w seat # 22. Our parking pass was for parking lot hcc vip.

Bought tickets. Got to venue. Digital wouldn't scan ticket. Person had to print out tickets because the tickets were resold from someone else who had been completely overcharged and literally had the same tickets for the same seat. Probably won't use Vivid again. Very sketchy. Also wound up with different seats. Missed part of the opening act and had to to ticket counter with the other ticket holder.

Tickets should be available on the app. Downloading and keeping would freeze when clicking on PDF. Trying to go through customer service chat was painful. 30 minutes of chat before getting a new link! Account should have tickets available much easier. Good news is I got the tickets. In other words your software needs some work.

My tickets wouldn’t load on the app and I had to figure out how to download them to the web and use them that way. It was very inconvenient. Also my tickets did not mention the obstructions in front of me which was disappointing. I couldn’t see the statue at all and I paid a lot for my tickets

The seats were completely obstructed to the point we couldn't even see the show. We left early because it was pointless to stay and not see anything. The seat rating on this site was very high, which is completely false and wrongly advertised, but the price we paid was for a seemingly good seat. I will never use this site again and will advocate for others to do the same.

Paid almost $700 for our 2 seats. Was so excited to give my husband these tickets as he’s been dealing with a lot. Thought 3rd row would be amazing!!! Nope!!! Not even a little!!! Our view was completely blocked and these pictures were taken early in the night before the large crowd got there!!! Disappointed is an understatement!!!

Still have yet to receive form to get a refund on a ticket that was fake. Scanned ticket for a show and was advised that they could not me and my wife in as someone had already used it. We then had to purchase new tickets at the venue so I’m out over $500 now.

It went pretty well. Got the seats that I needed and was happy with that. But the fees are out of control. I use the service because my son needed a gift for his birthday, and that part of it worked out. But again, I would only use this, if I were pretty much desperate. The fees are simply too high. That’s not to say the service they offered wasn’t good, but they just charged too much for it.

I'm not satisfied with my experience because there were problems with the ticket transfer. I had to go to the Wizards box office and they saw that I had purchased tickets, but couldn't actually complete the transaction, so they helped me. At the time, there were 15,000 other people trying to get into the arena as well, so it was very frantic. Not fun at all.

The tickets we got were better than they could've imagined. I received the tickets electronically and had no issues adding them to my Google wallet. It made it so much easier when I got to the stadium and arena to get into the venue! It made it so much easier also to park and not try to trust some random parking lot along the way.

Got to the game and scanned the tickets. They came up as invalid and our order was canceled although we had already e-transferred the tickets. I then told them my name and email, they then told us that those did not match the tickets and they told us a different name that it was under and there was nothing that could be done. We tried calling Vivid Seats help line and we got hung up on multiple times. After over 30 minutes, we decided to leave even after paying for the gas and tolls to get there. Very disappointed in our experience with this and vivid seats because these tickets were a birthday gift and ruined the weekend. Unfortunately do not think we will be using vivid seats after being out nearly $1000.

It was a good experience. The parking lot and stadium were easy to access. I will use it again next time. The Houston Rockets' game was very fun. Unfortunately, I didn't win, but I hope to win next time. The players' fight at the end was interesting, but I wish they had played with better sportsmanship.

Recently purchased a parking pass for the Alamo Bowl. It was a complete nightmare! The parking lot was nearly two miles away from the event, traffic was a nightmare causing us to be one hour late to get to the stadium for the game. Money was completely wasted for this event. Never again

I have two recommendations for Vivid Seats: The first one would be that if you’re going to offer me better seats than the ones I have selected - you should allow me to accept the new seats or decline. And make me completely aware that you are not giving me the seats I thought I selected, even if they are “better.” It was NOT clear that the seats that I purchased were different than the ones I selected until AFTER I had purchased them and I was trying to buy tickets next to a group. Second, your customer service was so SLOW and took 2 weeks to tell me that there was nothing that could be done. I will never use vivid seats again.

I paid over $1,000 for tickets to a show that I never received! I was told to give the seller until 2 hours before the show… never got the tickets. These were Christmas presents and the entire experience was ruined. Now I am being told I will not get a refund on top of all of this!! Horrible experience. I purchased 4 tickets to a Celtics game, then a few weeks after I got a VM from Vivid Seats telling me I wasn't going to get my tickets released to me because the seller made a listing error. And Vivid was offering me a refund, which I declined. The tickets were now selling for more than I paid. Went to the game worrying I was going to show up and the tickets not be any good. We did get in and see the game. I think it's bad business to try and make someone give a product they purchased back. If the seller listed them wrong that's not my problem.

My experience on the Vivid app deliver a good customer user experience. I however, have a recommendation any ticket that has limited. Visibility should be stated by the seller as such. I had bought two tickets to the Cirque Soleil at the Philly Met under the pretenses of a good ticket until I found out once it was delivered it was labeled as limited view. Fortunate for us, the crowd was light and we were able to move up to better seats, so again vivid please make this a requirement that sellers need to state any visual obstructions, etc. when they post their tickets for resale.

Purchased upcoming event tickets. Two sections were listed for sale: Table and General Admission. We purchased table seating for substantially more money than GA. When tickets were sent, our section stated GA. There literally are no other sections! I have requested a refund twice and because the row states GA, they state they listed everything correctly. So paying $75 for $48 tickets seems like a legitimate selling site for customers who are mislead into believing they are getting premium seating to an event?? I'm not sure about you but this is not a company I would like to give my money to ever again! Buyer Beware!!

I was satisfied with the agents strive to help in any way. She was handicapped by the lack of seating information for the performance. Information and computer program needs major improvement. Vivid Seats is a scam. I never buy tickets through third parties. I bought 2 tickets for the dirty south concert in November and the concert was canceled. They told me it was postponed and they can’t give me my money back. Ticket master refunded all their customers back their money because they said the concert was cancelled. Vivid seats just take people money. All I asked them was for a refund and they're giving me the runaround.

Once a new date is confirmed, all ticket holders will be notified via email. Your tickets will still be valid for the new date, and if you can’t attend, you have the option to sell your tickets to a family member or friend. Additionally, you can list them for sale on a resale platform. A quick online search for "sell my tickets" will provide you with various options to sell your tickets.

The tickets didn't show up until after the event started, so I ended up buying more tickets at the venue. The tickets showed confirmed on the Vivid app, but weren't ready so they were useless. After I bought more tickets and sat down the tickets finally went into ready status. So I need my money back.

I bought two tickets that had a face value of $38.00 per ticket. Through Vivid my total bill was $341.00. It is not the first time I have Vivid has price gouged me but it will be the last! They were E tickets so no delivery fee was charged. Over $270.00 just for transfer fees.

Terrible service. The person picking up the phone could not understand that the ticket I purchased had misleading information causing a major inconvenience. As a result I will be filing a lawsuit. The ticket was never used. It should be reimbursement for the inconvenience immediately. You stated the ticket to be in one location where it was 2 miles away from the venue.

Even though there was a savings from the theater site, the fee charged almost made it worthless. It was more than 100 dollars, and I ended up paying $400 for two tickets. The tickets at the theater were 487 dollars.

I bought tickets to my event in October, and due to the negligence of Vivid Seats I missed my event yesterday, 12/28. I am absolutely disgusted by the way this company has handled my situation. I spent hours on the phone with customer service and the tickets were never transferred to me. I will never use vivid seats again and will warn every person I know not to use this company and well. I have yet to even get a refund for my tickets I fully paid for. Vivid seats told me the seller transferred my tickets and “I accepted them” and the seller “sent them proof”. I sent them multiple screenshots showing that never happened, I didn’t get the tickets and certainly didn’t accept them. Shame on you vivid seats and buyer beware.

I was unsure at first with the tickets being special delivery. I received my instructions to get the tickets at 9am the morning before the show. The contact that was provided text me shortly after saying my tickets are at the box office. Picked up the tickets and they were 10 rows ahead of the seats I bought! Vivid seats is 100p reliable! We were never able to show information for the parking and the attendant finally let us in on trust that we did have a pass. Our tickets for the game took about 15 minutes to get up to where we could access them. We were never able to add anything to our Google Wallet. I had contacted your people right after I purchased the tickets because we could not access them in the beginning. He instructed me to just wait until right before the game and they did not come up until literally right before the game. He did tell me that if they did not show up that I would have to go to a ticket booth and they could probably straighten this out at the venue.
That seemed ridiculous to me that I paid you folks a fee for me or someone else to do your job. This transaction was poor right out of the gate. I paid an overpriced fee and fee for electronic transfer so that I did not have problems and instead nothing went well... Very disappointed and will be looking in the future for a more professional handled transaction. William **

Updated on 01/14/2025: So I am trying my hardest to give a good review. But since my tickets were stolen when I tried to get into the Jersey Devils game on December 27th because these particular tickets were sold multiple times apparently because somebody was sitting in my seat that didn't know what was going on either... I have been non-stop, emailing and calling Vivid about this situation. They keep telling me they're looking into it but I get no response. I would watch the ticket you buy on this website!
Original Review: I bought my tickets and apparently other people bought my tickets. And my seats were taken and I went all the way to the venue an hour drive and could not see the game. I doubt I will go do a Vivid ticket again. I was very disappointed when the person scanned my bar code and it came up invalid. I was told to go to the box office around the corner to figure out the situation, the gentleman behind the glass explained that most likely these tickets were sold to many people and that they were invalid, and that vivid is not a secure.
App it's a third person app, and this can happen. Sporadically at any time.. this was a Christmas present for my husband and I was so disappointed that he did not experience this game. It was the first game that we've ever been to together, in 15 years. I called Vivid Seats and I was told they will email me about this situation in a couple of days, so we will see

The seats I purchased appeared to be floor seats, with special entry and in a private section and it was none of that. Venue was old with 1 bathroom filled beyond capacity!! A horrible fire hazard. Lines of people inside everywhere. We left before the show started. We were there for 2 hours and performance still didn’t start.

I have called your company to explain the tickets I purchased were fraudulent and The Academy of Music would not accept the tickets purchased from Vivid. I had to purchase new tickets for the show. I am still looking for help to recover my loss. I am very upset and disappointed!

I needed help to get tix because the automated charge from the direct purchase on the website is glitching. It charged $1 then deducted $1 and then cx the charge. William helped me purchase my tix with a very pleasant, professional attitude. I would hire him for my business. He was extremely helpful and had a fantastic attitude - hard to come by these days with cs reps. Thanks to William!!

I have bought several tickets throughout the years from Vivid Seats. Some have been great and others, not so much. Overall it's been a good experience. The few issues I can think of is when I traveled several hours away and my tickets weren't sent by the seller. Although I had contacted Vivid Seats for 4 days in a row leading to the event and even the event day to remedy, we received tickets 1 hour ahead of the event and they weren't even the section that we purchased them for. However, I continue to purchase at Vivid Seats, if the pricing is the best at the point of purchase.

Vivid Seats makes the ticket-buying process seamless. I never have to worry after purchasing tickets from you. But I don't like the fees. I understand you gotta make money for your effort. But $30 on top of my ticket price feels steep.

I would not use this service again. This company's business model behaves on disguised pricing. For example, I purchased tickets to an event. On the sponsored ad it said $60, I scroll down the page $70, I click the link $94. I assume that given I am on the website that I would not receive further changes, considering the difference between those would make up the platform's margins. Instead, that was not the case. I had paid $131.88 with a whopping $37.88 service fee. Why you may ask? Because I assumed that the tickets I wanted would cost what was advertised, and thought nothing of it. Yet, in the name of “live-pricing” — a cop-out of any responsibility for their actions — this platform suggests it cannot remedy any matter with a refund or credit.
I mention this particularly because a competing website had the same exact tickets — GA Tier #5 to be exact — for $80 and $91 after fees. Vivid Seats, if may I be so bold as to make a recommendation, if you truly are a “live-pricing” platform, abide the behaviors of competitors and do not broadcast an inauthentic price; put a direct link to your website and nothing else (I.e. if you don’t have $60/$70 tickets don’t say so).
Unless you advocate for deceptive practices, I would refrain from anyone else using this service again. I wish I could attach imagery to depict the slime. Realistically will this review do anything? No, companies such as this do not change. You can expect an “Unfortunately, (sir/ma’am) due to our policies we are unable to grant you a solution to your request.” Yet, I can tell each of you considering purchasing tickets that you are better off spending your hard-earned dollars elsewhere.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Julian, we regret that you feel frustrated. When we advertise, we may state that tickets are priced "as low as $60" for a given event. This may be the lowest price per ticket before fees if you are purchasing a specific listing that may require you to buy two or more tickets. When you change the quantity you want to buy, this changes the available listings to those that will allow you to buy that many tickets within the same order. Since you were purchasing a single ticket, the cheapest one that was available at the time was listed for $94, excluding any applicable taxes and fees. The ticket price is set by the seller who listed the ticket on our platform, and we are transparent about charging a service fee just like every ticket site. We don't try to hide any part of this fee within the ticket listing price and provide you a full breakdown of your final total for you to review at checkout. We aren't able to refund the price after checkout since it was freely agreed to. Still, we hope this explanation helps.
