I recently had tickets I needed to resale. I needed assistance and the chat was a nightmare!!!! I'll never use it again!! And the play option in My Vivid seats stopped working. Oh and I'm still waiting on my money from my tickets!!! Very unprofessional. I will not be using them again for those purposes. Very disappointed.

Terrible service. The person picking up the phone could not understand that the ticket I purchased had misleading information causing a major inconvenience. As a result I will be filing a lawsuit. The ticket was never used. It should be reimbursement for the inconvenience immediately. You stated the ticket to be in one location where it was 2 miles away from the venue.
We regret the misunderstanding with your parking pass. We appreciate you working with us over the phone to reach a satisfactory resolution and hope that you will give us another chance.

Such an easy site to purchase tickets. Got a better deal than Ticketmaster. Accessing the tickets was easy and very convenient and never lost connection to the site. I would highly recommend this site to anyone. I have purchased multiple concert tickets through this site and have always been able to obtain tickets for any concert I was looking for. Great variety of concert listings.

You lost my tickets and didn’t tell me until I reached out an hour before the show to find out where the tickets were. How do you think you did? The chat person tried to help but it was too late. I just hope I get my money back. I won’t be using Vivid again.

We loved the seats we found in the app. My husband had no idea where the seats were. He loved. Easy to get the tickets. Never been to Grand Rapids for a show. I loved the area. Hotel was very nice. Perfect location. We walked to the arena. In 4 minutes. So many restaurants to choose from.

Even though there was a savings from the theater site, the fee charged almost made it worthless. It was more than 100 dollars, and I ended up paying $400 for two tickets. The tickets at the theater were 487 dollars.

I ordered tickets through Vivid seats. When it came time for the ticket transfer, I received tickets for a completely different section than what I paid for. I don’t know how this got mixed up or what happened but I know I won’t be buying tickets from vivid seats again.

I bought tickets to my event in October, and due to the negligence of Vivid Seats I missed my event yesterday, 12/28. I am absolutely disgusted by the way this company has handled my situation. I spent hours on the phone with customer service and the tickets were never transferred to me. I will never use vivid seats again and will warn every person I know not to use this company and well. I have yet to even get a refund for my tickets I fully paid for. Vivid seats told me the seller transferred my tickets and “I accepted them” and the seller “sent them proof”. I sent them multiple screenshots showing that never happened, I didn’t get the tickets and certainly didn’t accept them. Shame on you vivid seats and buyer beware.

They provided proof that the tickets were sent the same day of purchase and that you received and accepted them. That's why we offered extensive troubleshooting to help you find them. I was unsure at first with the tickets being special delivery. I received my instructions to get the tickets at 9am the morning before the show. The contact that was provided text me shortly after saying my tickets are at the box office. Picked up the tickets and they were 10 rows ahead of the seats I bought! Vivid seats is 100p reliable! Great experience.

The Vivid app is easy to use and the daily challenge questions are extremely fun to play. The seats that I purchased for the event were exactly what I wanted and they were delivered on time. I purchased 5 tickets and I received 3 in one row and 2 in a different row and they refused to change it even though 2 adjacent seats were still available on the website. They would not escalate it and refused to refund me. I will never use Vivid again

We were never able to show information for the parking and the attendant finally let us in on trust that we did have a pass. Our tickets for the game took about 15 minutes to get up to where we could access them. We were never able to add anything to our Google Wallet. I had contacted your people right after I purchased the tickets because we could not access them in the beginning. He instructed me to just wait until right before the game and they did not come up until literally right before the game. He did tell me that if they did not show up that I would have to go to a ticket booth and they could probably straighten this out at the venue.
That seemed ridiculous to me that I paid you folks a fee for me or someone else to do your job. This transaction was poor right out of the gate. I paid an overpriced fee and fee for electronic transfer so that I did not have problems and instead nothing went well... Very disappointed and will be looking in the future for a more professional handled transaction. William **

Updated on 01/14/2025: So I am trying my hardest to give a good review. But since my tickets were stolen when I tried to get into the Jersey Devils game on December 27th because these particular tickets were sold multiple times apparently because somebody was sitting in my seat that didn't know what was going on either... I have been non-stop, emailing and calling Vivid about this situation. They keep telling me they're looking into it but I get no response. I would watch the ticket you buy on this website!
Original Review: I bought my tickets and apparently other people bought my tickets. And my seats were taken and I went all the way to the venue an hour drive and could not see the game. I doubt I will go do a Vivid ticket again. I was very disappointed when the person scanned my bar code and it came up invalid. I was told to go to the box office around the corner to figure out the situation, the gentleman behind the glass explained that most likely these tickets were sold to many people and that they were invalid, and that vivid is not a secure.
App it's a third person app, and this can happen. Sporadically at any time.. this was a Christmas present for my husband and I was so disappointed that he did not experience this game. It was the first game that we've ever been to together, in 15 years. I called Vivid Seats and I was told they will email me about this situation in a couple of days, so we will see

The seats I purchased appeared to be floor seats, with special entry and in a private section and it was none of that. Venue was old with 1 bathroom filled beyond capacity!! A horrible fire hazard. Lines of people inside everywhere. We left before the show started. We were there for 2 hours and performance still didn’t start.

I have called your company to explain the tickets I purchased were fraudulent and The Academy of Music would not accept the tickets purchased from Vivid. I had to purchase new tickets for the show. I am still looking for help to recover my loss. I am very upset and disappointed!

I needed help to get tix because the automated charge from the direct purchase on the website is glitching. It charged $1 then deducted $1 and then cx the charge. William helped me purchase my tix with a very pleasant, professional attitude. I would hire him for my business. I have bought several tickets throughout the years from Vivid Seats. Some have been great and others, not so much. Overall it's been a good experience. The few issues I can think of is when I traveled several hours away and my tickets weren't sent by the seller. Although I had contacted Vivid Seats for 4 days in a row leading to the event and even the event day to remedy, we received tickets 1 hour ahead of the event and they weren't even the section that we purchased them for. However, I continue to purchase at Vivid Seats, if the pricing is the best at the point of purchase.

Vivid Seats makes the ticket-buying process seamless. I never have to worry after purchasing tickets from you. But I don't like the fees. I understand you gotta make money for your effort. But $30 on top of my ticket price feels steep.

I would not use this service again. This company's business model behaves on disguised pricing. For example, I purchased tickets to an event. On the sponsored ad it said $60, I scroll down the page $70, I click the link $94. I assume that given I am on the website that I would not receive further changes, considering the difference between those would make up the platform's margins. Instead, that was not the case. I had paid $131.88 with a whopping $37.88 service fee. Why you may ask? Because I assumed that the tickets I wanted would cost what was advertised, and thought nothing of it. Yet, in the name of “live-pricing” — a cop-out of any responsibility for their actions — this platform suggests it cannot remedy any matter with a refund or credit.
I mention this particularly because a competing website had the same exact tickets — GA Tier #5 to be exact — for $80 and $91 after fees. Vivid Seats, if may I be so bold as to make a recommendation, if you truly are a “live-pricing” platform, abide the behaviors of competitors and do not broadcast an inauthentic price; put a direct link to your website and nothing else (I.e. if you don’t have $60/$70 tickets don’t say so).
Unless you advocate for deceptive practices, I would refrain from anyone else using this service again. I wish I could attach imagery to depict the slime. Realistically will this review do anything? No, companies such as this do not change. You can expect an “Unfortunately, (sir/ma’am) due to our policies we are unable to grant you a solution to your request.” Yet, I can tell each of you considering purchasing tickets that you are better off spending your hard-earned dollars elsewhere.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Julian, we regret that you feel frustrated. When we advertise, we may state that tickets are priced "as low as $60" for a given event. This may be the lowest price per ticket before fees if you are purchasing a specific listing that may require you to buy two or more tickets. When you change the quantity you want to buy, this changes the available listings to those that will allow you to buy that many tickets within the same order. Since you were purchasing a single ticket, the cheapest one that was available at the time was listed for $94, excluding any applicable taxes and fees. The ticket price is set by the seller who listed the ticket on our platform, and we are transparent about charging a service fee just like every ticket site. We don't try to hide any part of this fee within the ticket listing price and provide you a full breakdown of your final total for you to review at checkout. We aren't able to refund the price after checkout since it was freely agreed to. Still, we hope this explanation helps.

I bought tickets to a Carmina Burana performance in Raleigh, NC. The Vivid Seats listings advertised, "Concerts, Classical," and the accompanying image showed instruments being played, as in an orchestra. But once the tickets arrived, the tickets were for a Carmina Burana ballet. The Vivid Seats listings made no mention of dance at all. I wanted to attend an orchestral performance and not a ballet, so I tried to get a refund. Vivid Seats denied my request for a refund, and the representative told me that I "should have done more research."

Brad was amazingly helpful and solved the very confusing maze of my ticket purchase for the 12/27/24 Clippers vs. Warriors game at Intuit Dome. I bought my tickets through Vivid, but Ticketmaster "delivered" the tickets for acceptance. However, clicking to "accept" the tickets took me to my existing Ticketmaster account, but that showed I had "no upcoming events". I've never had that happen before. Previously, the tickets were always there when accepted. I first called Ticketmaster and they said they'd have their "outside account team" contact me in 3-5 business days, but the game is in 3 days. I called Vivid and Brad answered. He told me there's another link to the Clippers site that I should have received.
He sent it and I could see I had tickets but STILL wasn't allowed to download them until I downloaded the Intuit Dome app, which required another, separate account setup!!! After setting up that account, I could see I had tickets again but they still can't be downloaded. I has to set up a special Intuit Dome ID and will have to transfer each ticket to each person with me. Thank goodness Brad helped me get this far. Intuit Dome has a nightmare of a process just to get into a game for which you already have multiple digital tickets you paid for and are using to attend with guests. Some of our guests are minors without phones and we now have to set up separate affiliated accounts for them. Unbelievable!!! Makes me want to just resell the tickets. So far, Intuit Dome SUCKS, but Vivid and Brad were great!

I ordered tickets and now can not access them as the email does not contain any way to receive my actual tickets. The customer support is terrible, not helpful with the actual situation. They jump around the actual problem and then cut the support off before actually helping to figure out the situation. Safe to say after this event I will not be purchasing my tickets from Vivid Seats again. Still waiting to figure out how I will get my actual tickets for the show.

Had no problem with the tickets to the game. Probably should have read a little more on the bag policy for the arena as my guest had a small mini purse that we thought would be good but was just a little too big. Enjoyed the game and had a good amount of fun.

I was not aware they give your seats to other people due to arriving late and placing you in a room to watch the play in a room in a small screen when I can watch TV at home, for me it was a waste of money. What’s the point of paying for a seat if they are going to give it away. Never again will I bother to pay for this.

I asked to have a 2pm ticket booked to go along with the other 2 tickets I had previously purchased. I gave the order number and everything, so he knew what day, time and seats we had. I needed 1 more ticket for a friend. The agent booked 7pm instead of 2pm and when I called back RIGHT AWAY - I was told I cannot get a refund. Will never use this company again.

When I purchased the tickets I went through the process. On the day of the concert the tickets weren’t available to scan. Can I even get a refund for this? The tickets were never available to use. I had to buy new tickets. I will never use this site again.

I enjoyed the experience and had fun. I took off a star for 2 reasons. First it was very complicated with the transfer of tickets which is not Vivid Seats' fault but Ticketmaster's fault. I also would of liked if the price was upfront with the fees included. It would make a better experience.

The fees are excessive compared to other forms of ticket delivery. Other than that had excellent ticket transfers and ease of use for this site. Just had to make sure of my ticket purchases were at the entrance at the same time. Kinda hard with multiple women not being available at the time of into event.

Vivid Seats made it sound like their prices were good and it was easy to deal with. The platform was easy to deal with. My wife has their app. We got tickets to Journey, and then we had parking for that concert. What happened was I screwed up and I didn't read the fine print and paid a lot of money for those tickets. When they canceled the show, I was unaware that there was a timeline that you had to have to put in for your refund. They gave you 10 days to put in for a cancellation receipt so you could get your money refunded and I missed that window. So we were out quite a bit of money. So we've been trying to use our credit that Vivid gave us and we can only use that that credit with Vivid Seats tickets for stuff. We used the credit to purchase tickets to the Kenny Chesney concert in Milwaukee and parking. My wife used the remainder of the credit to buy Packers tickets for Monday.

I can't remember the rating given and I don't want to misquote, however, did not match up to what was the actual seats. They did have an obstruction to the view, that did at points hinder to you seeing parts of the show. Overall they were good seats but for the rating they had, I was not expecting this obstruction.

While your tickets were not listed as obstructed and the venue does not appear to have labeled these tickets as obstructed or limited view, occasionally temporary equipment or stage construction can cause a partial obstruction like this. These aren't necessarily considered obstructions by the venue as for this stage setup the performer is moving around the stage and so won't be fully or partially obscured for their entire performance. We appreciate your feedback, however, and we're still working on tweaking our rating system to help assist in purchases moving forward!

Vivid Seats fees are a tad bit cheaper than some of the other sites and there's a better selection. I was just reading about their reward program because I'm trying to buy some Broadway tickets and I may look into that. One thing I've noticed that Vivid Seats does not do is, when you are buying theater tickets, they will give the row number, but not the seat number. It’s nice to know if you are going to be tucked in the side of the stage where you're not gonna have a good view or if you're gonna be in the middle. And if you have the seat number, you would know that.

Online parking was terrible, I paid twice for parking because the parking I paid for online was giving the wrong address on the app and when we finally got there, they weren’t accepting any more cars. Very disappointed and will not be buying online parking anymore. Besides that the event was 5/5 stars.

I had to purchase additional tickets once I arrived just to enter the arena. We weren’t able to sit together. The electronic transfer was unsuccessful. We were so cold outside trying to remedy the problem. Customer service provided no solution when we reached out to Vivid. I wasted almost 500$.

I originally bought a 10.0 Rated seat for this event. They changed me at the last minute to a seat with an obstructed view. Really disappointing considering I don’t get any kind of refund. I hoped to get a better seat and luckily the people at the arena let me move.

My tickets were sold through Vivid to another person and mine became invalid. Thankfully the Kaseya center helped us out. We were provided no help. When I called to confirm that my tickets were okay because I got an email saying something with my ticket was wrong the lady told me my tickets looked fine on her end and that as long as I saw the barcode scanner I was good to go. I was not good to go.

In terms of using Vivid Seat for the first time, I think Not receiving my ticket on time for the show was horrible and disappointing, I did not end up assisting the performance & costing me a loss of a ticket because my daughter decided not to stay since I never received my ticket. However I have to say that the customer service agent was absolutely supportive and remained on the line the whole time while communicating with the seller and her supervisor, attempting to get me another ticket. Unfortunately it did not work, I was on the phone forever. She was patient, empathetic and really tried her best and was able to get me a refund for my ticket. However because of not being able to attend, I also lost the other ticket because my daughter was not going to stay on her own. It was too late to sell her ticket at this point, the show already started!

The seats were great, concert was awesome but the best experience was from the customer service reps. The delivery date for the original ticket purchase had passed and I was worried I wouldn’t get tickets for the concert. Reps were able to find similar (better actually) seats and assured me I would get the tickets on time. I was a little worried because it was getting close to concert time but they come through and I was very happy we didn’t have to cancel our plans. The experience made me feel safe doing future transactions with this app. Thank you!

This company claims to be a reseller but they are offering tickets to shows in my community that have NOT SOLD ANY TICKETS YET. They are tickets for sale at 3x the actual price at the box office. No one has bought any tickets yet for some of the shows so how are they being "resold"?

A bit stress inducing not having tickets on hand till exactly 1 hour before doors opened for concert. I had to travel 2 hours to get to the concert location not knowing yet for sure if I would have the tickets on time. And even if the reason that the tickets are mobile so last minute wouldn’t be an issue, what if service at the location was not good? Which is always a possibility. It worked out in the end but the stress leading up was not worth it.

The overall experience was good. The staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I do wish to point out is that maybe you should explain seating better. I'm referring to the even numbers on one side and. Odd numbers on the other side of the theater. I had a friend buy tickets and he thought he was sitting next to us but the staff explained that it was on the other side. Other than that everything else was good; the show was funny. I had a good time.

I had verified my email, like you asked. Installed the app but when I got to the venue I could not access my tickets for them to scan. Had to go to where they sold tickets and still had a hard time getting our tickets. It showed that I bought 2 tickets, had the section and row but not our seats, nor the barcode for them to scan. It wanted me to reset my password, which I had just set up in the last few days. I had that password and user code saved but it wanted me to change password. Too much of a Hassle at the counter. She finally gave me two tickets as we found the seat number in an email.

I got scammed. This ticket was initially $180 but a $72 service fee was added. I only got it because I couldn’t find tickets on Ticketmaster. I’ll never use Vivid again. I’ve bought so many tickets through Vivid and they make it seem like you’ll get rewarded for the amount of tickets you buy but I haven’t received anything.

Buying tickets through Vivid Seats is easy. The views of the stadium and the seats are really representative, and they're easy to work with. I've bought sporting event tickets, and I like the ease of the app and clear pricing. There's also a reward program. All the ticketing sites have these fees, so buying tickets from Vivid, I get some of the fees back if I stick with the rewards. I've always liked Vivid more. It works better and there's a nice incentive to keep buying tickets from them.

Easy access tickets we delivered the day before. So no worries if the tickets will be delivered on time. But the issues with the price posted before and after fees. They should advertise with the fees. Because it seems a bit misleading to have two tickets for twenty one dollars and it comes out to eighty one dollars total. This company is trash. The buyer back guarantee is bogus. Per terms and conditions, it states on-time as being delivered by time of event. So I live 3 hours from state college, bought a parking pass weeks in advance, paid extra for UPS overnight delivery and it got delayed. Will not get here until GameDay. If it gets delivered before 1201 pm I am not entitled to a refund of any sort. You've got to be kidding me. The lots open at 7AM, these are not game tickets!!! You buy a parking pass to tailgate meaning I would need the parking pass by 330AM to be valid. I don't know why I gave this company a shot over reputable places such as Ticketmaster or StubHub. Customer service is a joke and they have ZERO compassion towards their customers. Will NEVER use this company again and I will make sure the whole world knows why and what they are getting into when using Vivid Seats.

First, I couldn't get seat numbers after I booked my tickets which was harder for me to make plans with my friends to sit together. Secondly, the seats you gave me were Row M 19 and 20 which are right on the way where everyone is passing through up and down the stairs. I would not have booked those seats. Thirdly, the tickets were not worth the money.. Lastly I will never book with Vivid Seats again. Terrible experience.

We don't own or generate any tickets sold on our site - all the tickets you see are issued by the venues or their authorized ticket distributors, and are listed by individuals with their own limited quantity of tickets. This means that we don't always know which exact seat numbers you'll receive, as that isn't fully locked in until they're sent to you by the seller. We can see how this can make it a little difficult to coordinate ticket purchases with friends, so we highly recommend buying all your tickets together in a single order as a group since we can only guarantee adjacent seats if all your tickets are together in the same order (but be aware that for larger orders there may be a disclaimer in the notes that tickets may be split up into groups).
The tickets you received seem to be aisle seats in the center court section. These would ordinarily be highly desirable seats for a lot of folks, but we know this kind of thing is subjective and not a preference you share. Typically sellers will label their aisle seats in the ticket details/notes on a listing to highlight this fact. They may not have done so this time, but we wanted you to know that bit of info for the next time you look for some great seats. Additionally, while we aren't able to account for how disruptive your fellow fans may be at any given event, it's our hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future to help you attend something awesome and exciting!

Your website would not accept my credit card billing address since it is a P.O. Box. Mel was very helpful in taking my order over the phone. The whole process was short and sweet. However, I would recommend that Vivid Seats changes their website, so that P.O. Boxes are accepted. Especially since tickets are sent out electronically.
Hey Kevin, we understand the frustration this may have caused you, but we have good reason for not being able to accept a PO Box as a mailing/billing address. Sometimes tickets are listed as electronic tickets because that's what the seller anticipates they'll be receiving and sending to you - however in some rare cases, tickets end up being physical tickets or passes that need to be shipped to you. We use UPS for all of our shipping needs, and they're unable to deliver to a PO Box. For this reason we require a non-PO Box address for your billing/shipping address, since we will ship to your billing address if we try to contact you and don't hear from you after three business days. This just ensures that you'll receive your tickets in a timely manner even if you just happen to be busy when we call you to try to confirm your shipping address. We hope you understand, and that you can find a workaround for the future when you need more tickets!

Everything was great. Just wish sellers didn’t make you wait until 1 day before event. The venue was extraordinary and will be going back. Also wish Vivid would be able to help with ADA. Seats were great except where I wasn’t able to sit due to my leg. Will be having friends use Vivid more often.

I do not recommend Vivid Seats. I purchased 2 tickets to a football game same day tickets and after I received confirmation that my credit card would be charged the $1200 and funds were taken out of my account. However a few minutes later it was cancelled due to not having enough Info for validation. Even though they canceled my reservations my funds were taken out and couldn't be refunded until a later time. But not in time to attend the scheduled game. Traveling from 2 states away and trying to see a NFL game for the 1st time was not an option. I did receive my refund after game started by this time my effort was useless. So Thanks for taking my funds even though my info couldn't be verified so that I couldn't purchase tickets anywhere else. Lame!

The agent that offered me a deal through the phone didn't mentioned that the offer she gave was in USD$. I'm from Canada. I was about to process an order online through Canada dollars exchange and it end up costing me more money through the phone with the agent instead of buying it online. I find it wasn't honest from her part since she knows by giving my personal credit card information that I'm from Canada, and I told her it was my first experience with you. She should've given me the exact information with the exchange dollars in USD, it doesn't take long to give the exact information.

Purchased tickets though their site for the Nutcracker ballet. Received notification the evening prior to the performance that Tickets were not going to be delivered. Offer of a massive downgrade, with night prior elevated prices. Extremely poor service, recommend potential customers look elsewhere.

When I bought a ticket for the parking at an Usher concert. I was surprised to learn that the ticket that I bought for the parking did not work. I was told that I had to pay to get out costing me double just to get out of the garage. I would like to speak with someone about my experience.

PayPal pay after option was selected (this was after wanting to use klarna because it was advertised to be available then at checkout, it was all of a sudden not?). Went to PayPal to take advantage of the multipay and they charged me the full amount immediately, as the full amount was posted on my credit card. Very disappointing.

It was so amazing for a good price too! Just wish the fees were so expensive. Adds almost 100 dollars per ticket I got. But the concert was a good experience overall. So getting the tickets was worth it. Would have liked to get more tickets but again the fees were too much to get more than the two I got.

He explained why my previous ticket purchase was cancelled and then proceeded to find me very good seats in the same location. He was empathetic and very positive that he could resolve my issues. Grateful he was available. I am still disturbed that seats were made available that were already sold but that was clearly not his fault.

I was sold & sent guaranteed tickets to the Amy Grant Christmas show!! These were nontransferable tickets….cannot be resold!! Flew to Nashville to see…a Christmas gift.. no ticket!! There also is no way to contact Vivid Seats in an emergency!! I have no idea how long this will take to be reimbursed but… no way could I have none this prior!!

The cost of the fees were exorbitant. I was shocked by the almost $50 per ticket fees and would look elsewhere for tickets next time. Also not presenting those costs upfront is misleading to consumers. Otherwise, the delivery of tickets went smoothly without any problems.

Overall, the seats in the stadium and experience was great. However, I had paid for valet parking in the VIP lot but was unable to drive my truck to the lot as my route to the lot was barricaded off, forcing me to park my truck in a parking garage. Perhaps this is more an issue with the stadium and city of Cleveland, but nonetheless, I was unable to access and use the parking I had paid for.

Hello. I have always had great experience with Vivid however this time our seats had a complete view facing backstage, not partially obstructing, full obstructing. The concert was only viewable by craning our necks up to smaller screen hanging from the ceiling that was in reverse. It was my daughter’s birthday and her first concert and I had to save up for these tickets for a while. It was disappointing to say the least. The view of the seating chart does not accurately depict the actual view. Had this been disclosed accurately I would have happily chosen other seats.

I bought our parking pass for this event back in July/August (for a December game) and it took until after 1 PM the day before for my tickets to be ready. I was not emailed when they became ready and it was very stressful having to check up until less than 24 hrs before the game to see if I was getting tickets or being scammed. Especially since these tickets were print only and had to be specifically accessed from a computer. We traveled from Maryland to New Jersey for this game and would not have had access to a computer or printer if it was not for our hotel. We had ~5 months before that where we could have easily printed the tickets but were forced to scramble less than 12 hrs before the game to get things printed.

My total cost to attend this concert was about double what the actual cost of the tickets should have been. Total cost of $94.48. The price printed on the Eventbrite tickets was $24.10 each but I was charged $32.00 per ticket plus over $12 fees and tax. It just doesn't add up to me. I will never use Vivid Seats again.

The overall experience is that I received tickets to the game. However, I did not receive tickets in the section of the stadium of which I requested and paid for. I did not complain due to what I received were not bad tickets but they were not as good as the ones requested.

We traveled from Wisconsin to Oklahoma for a concert and discovered that our tickets never made it to my AXS.com account. I chatted with customer service, and after chatting online for almost an hour, was told to create a new AXS account with a different email and my tickets would be sent there. I did so and waited 3 or 4 hours, but still no tickets. I chatted with customer service again and was assured my situation was being worked on and I would have my tickets by two hours prior to the concert. I waited 3 or 4 more hours again and still no tickets. After spending another hour or so chatting online, being transferred to another agent, getting disconnected, speaking with the same agent again and then being transferred a final time, I was told that the seller was not going to transfer my tickets.
At this point, the agent offered us closer seats at the same price, so that was nice, but I still had to spend several hours of our vacation dealing with the situation, in addition to the stress and worry about the possibility of having no tickets after paying over $1500 for four tickets. Although it worked out in the end, I highly doubt I'd use Vivid Seats again.

First off, let me say that vivid seats customer service made things right, but it took us reaching out to them to figure out where our tickets were. My husband and son were already on their way to Atlanta which was a 4 1/2 hour drive. The seller decided not to sell the tickets at last minute on the day of the event. Vivid Seats had to contact the seller in order to confirm that. This is not a great experience. Sellers like this should not be able to sell again on your site. Again, I appreciate the young lady who helped me find seats for my boys who were already on their way there.

My 18 yr old son Mike and his 18 year old friend Hunter enjoyed Tom Green really well... The service was great and the wait staff were very friendly and cheerful. Tickets were not delivered, ON time, as promised. I had to go to your live chat, on the day they were promised, Dec 12th twice. I was told "Vivid has your back & you will receive your tickets before 11:59pm." On Dec 13th I again was required to use Live Chat because the tickets did not arrive on the 12th. After spending another 20 minutes with your agent, who escalated this issue while I waited online with her, I finally received the tickets by email on the 13th at approximately 11am. Not sure why I had to do all the "chasing down" the tickets but I am not pleased with all the stress that this caused. I will certainly think twice before I use Vivid again.

My tickets were not transferred to me via email, so I called up Vivid seats and they immediately resolved it. I recommend that Vivid Seats instruct customers to set up accounts with the distributors like SeatGeek in advance to receive certain tickets rather than leaving them in the lurch and panicking the day of the event.

Vivid seats sold me tickets to a concert and we couldn’t see the stage. They sold us seats behind the stage, literally 0 visibility. When I reached out to customer service they basically said tough crap. It’s crazy how they are refusing to resolve this issue. I sent proof and they literally don’t care. I do not recommend using this company ever, they don’t care about you as a customer. After reading online over the past few days there are so many instances of horrible business practices by them beware and don’t take the chance.

This was my first and last time using Vivid Seats. I bought four very expensive tickets to jingle ball at MSG as a Christmas gift and my seller never sent me the tickets! I called several times and was on hold for a total of over two hours the day of the concert. This was so unfair and should not be allowed to happen. I receive no explanation as to why the seller didn’t keep his end of the bargain either. At 9 o’clock in the morning the day of the concert I was told he needed one more hour, but that never happened. You cannot do this to people. That seller should not be allowed to work with Vivid Seats again either. My daughter wasn’t tears and I was so angry. Shame on you.

Vivid seats customer service representative told me to change my delivery address to expedite the package and it ended up getting canceled and so did my birthday trip. When I reached out again they said there was nothing they could do to bring me the tickets and that I would have to pay again for the tickets without having my money back first from the failed attempt with Vivid seats.

Thank you so much! I was able to see Kiss of Life in Seattle. The ticket experience was easy and simple. I was going to buy from TM, but the tickets are more expensive. Would recommend using Vivid Seats to those who are unable to get tickets on the presale and sale. Would do this again if I don't have luck with tickets.

I bought two tickets for 395$ and I had an emegency which tried to sell and they only offer 20$ for each? And this is before it was postponed, CRAZY! I Tried everything at my end to at least get my money back or at least a bit more than 40$ AND NOTHING. NO HELP. NO MONEY. NO NOTHING. PLUS POSTPONED and I CAN'T EVEN MAKE MY OWN PRICE. We received our tickets at will call without any issues. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The venue was clean also. There was barely any room left in there when they took the state, we didn't see any issues and rocked out. I highly recommend for a hassle-free, good time!

I purchased my tickets at 1:00 p.m. on December 12th, I was sent a link for 10% off on my tickets if I downloaded and bought the tickets through their app! I searched for the best prices and SeatGeek had the best price with 15% off otherwise. So I went with Vivid Seats instead with their 10% off! I was never given my 10% off, and after proving the 10% was still active even 4 hours after purchasing my tickets I was still told that the promo code was expired! This is by far the craziest thing I've ever seen! I have a screenshot that the promo code was still active even 4 hours after I purchased my tickets yet it was expired! The customer service representative I spoke to was not willing to pass me on to her supervisor which I also find to be very unprofessional! Never again will I use this company!!

For whatever reason our digital tickets did not work, the guy scanning tickets said they were having issues with most of them. We then had to wait in line, again, at the box office to get physical tickets which was a whole process and we missed the beginning of the show. We finally make it in and go to our seats and someone else is in our seats with digital stubs for them. You guys double booked our seats. All in all I probably will not purchase any tickets through this company in the future.

Originally, I was told that even though my wife was in the ICU at the hospital, I could not get a refund for very expensive tickets. Fortunately, cooler heads prevailed and after a very wonderful call from Mara, I was able to reason with her and even told her that I would provide proof of my wife's hospitalization, but Mara told me that it wasn't necessary. At the end of the conversation, Mara was able to provide a refund, which brought a lot of goodwill to this experience. I recommend Mara for the employee of the year in our estimation. Thanks!

I called within 15 minutes of accidentally purchasing the wrong tickets. I was told that no refunds are possible and I can try to dispute it with my bank but it will take 30 days and they will just give the bank their terms and I will lose. Disgusting.

This website is a scam. Do not buy anything from this site. Bought tickets for event. Barcode was invalid. Not able scan to enter the event and afterwards purchased protection plan to guarantee my tickets. Now getting the run ahead for a refund. Fake site.. I opened the app to get my tickets and I didn’t know I was supposed to go to an email from ticket master. I Vivid and the rep instructed me to do that. I found the email from Ticketmaster and I clicked “receive ticket” and it wouldn’t open at all! The rep told me to email it to another device and try that. THANKFULLY I was there with 2 of my friends and I forward it to him and then the email could open. I’ve never had a problem like this through Vivid and it cost me a lot of time. The site needs better instructions for accepting tickets if it’s going to be a different method from time to time. I’d prefer the tickets be right there in the app instead of finding an email from a completely different company.

Ordered tickets three months in advance. It is day of and concert is 5 hours away and still no tickets. Vivid Seats says it’s not them. Offered me tickets in upper level at ridiculous discount. I bought good seats for a reason!!! Have to drive 2 1/2 hours to concert in hopes I get my tickets. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I recently attending the iHeart Radio Jingle Ball concert in Rosemont, IL. I purchased tickets through VividSeats, and everything went smoothly. Then, VividSeats encouraged me to purchase a parking pass for the arena. I purchased it, thinking that it would make my experience easier: Unfortunately, I had quite the opposite experience. Allstate Arena does not sell online parking passes or any type of parking passes in advance. You must purchase them at the gate. Therefore, I was scammed out of a lot of money for this parking pass from VividSeats. I contacted them in hopes of resolving the issue, and they were anything but helpful. I can’t believe that such a trusted website would endorse scammers.

The process was complicated as I have to log in to Ticketmaster for QR code even I bought from Vivid Seats. The shows began and I still could not get the code until there is a customer support lady used her ticket master account for retrieving the code. The whole experience with Vivid Seats was easy and smooth. I will definitely use them again. My one complaint would be to have better/more detailed seating charts. The two seats I purchased for WWE RAW were still good, however, the seating chart led me to believe the section we were in was orientated differently. I thought we would be front row facing the ramp the wrestlers enter, instead we were facing the ring. There were just too many people blocking our view. Still had a great time.

I recently had a terrible experience with Vivid Seats, and I’m compelled to warn others about their lack of transparency and poor customer service. I purchased tickets as a gift and only discovered, the day before the event, that the seats I bought have an obstructed view. Nowhere on the ticket listing, confirmation email, or even the tickets themselves did it mention the obstructed view. I had to independently verify this on the venue’s website.
When I reached out to Vivid Seats’ customer service, their representatives were unhelpful and dismissive. One even hung up on me. They claimed the seller disclosed the obstructed view, but this critical information was not shared with me as the buyer. Their solution? Resell the tickets on their platform and buy new ones—without any assurance the new tickets wouldn’t have similar issues.
To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told that no one else was available to help me. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. Vivid Seats’ lack of transparency and refusal to take accountability have left me extremely dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when purchasing tickets through them.

No one let us know that the seats that we purchase were going to be postponed before purchase. This is a flaw where you guys should let customers know ahead of time. Highly disappointed in this situation. 😡 I need to know how to get a refund back on my money. I was told that I will have to sell it through a second hand vendor.

If you are unable to attend, you have the option to sell your tickets independently to a family member or friend or list them for resale on a platform of your choice. I use this service when I'm in a pinch. Was having a hard time finding tickets for a particular show. Vivid seats had them so I did what I had to do. I prefer to not do business with this company. The service fees were 300 dollars on two tickets. That's disgusting. I would be a regular customer if the fees would come down. This company seems predatory to me.

Seller never contacted us with the tickets, and we were at the venue on the day of with customer service only to find out the seller sold the tickets out from under us. Absolutely ridiculous. Quick and easy to book with the app. It also has very good location pictures of the stadium seating and highlights the view of the section. The only thing I don't like very much is that when you pick a section and seat it doesn't show the fees right away.

When we showed up to the Will Call desk, it turned out that the tickets were printed under some random address that didn’t fit the info I put into the website. Along with that, only one ticket was secured (after a thorough search by the theater venue) even though I paid for two. Thankfully another person’s children got sick before the performance so they donated the tickets to me and my very excited 5 year old, but I was very frustrated by this service and will not be using it a second time.

Buying the tickets was great. No issues. But was sent information to buy a parking pass which I did. The parking garage was open however ALL of the roads to access the parking garage were closed and we could not park where we paid to. If roads are closed and the garage could not be accessed it should not have been an option.

I traveled 2 hours for this concert. When I arrived there was a line of people waiting outside and the gate was closed. Someone in line decided to call their ticket provider and was notified that the show was canceled. I did not receive an email or anything letting me know. I’d like to please be refunded.

Make the Ticket icon on the menu activate the ticket. If one is unaware to check their email to activate, it’s easy to THIS (attached) is the ticket; it’s not. Then I got to the venue. Doesn’t recognize because there’s no bar code to scan. Better yet, avoid the whole “activation” process and load the ticket with QR within the Ticket icon upon purchase. Also, enable posting ticket in Wallet like other services.
Hey Robin, we know you would enjoy the convenience of being able to access your electronic transfer tickets in our mobile app. Since we operate a marketplace and don't have any affiliation with this venue, we don't have the ability to generate tickets on their behalf. Your tickets were instead delivered via electronic transfer over the Pacific Northwest Ballet account manager. You would need to use their account manager to access your tickets, and once you do they may allow the option to add your tickets to a digital wallet if that's something they have the technology to scan for entry. In some specific cases we are able to link directly to tickets or provide you with QR codes in our mobile app, but in many instances tickets have to be delivered through the venue's official ticket distributor or account manager site or app instead. If you prefer to access your tickets in the Vivid Seats app, look for Mobile E-Ticket delivery types when browsing for seats!

Will never be purchasing tickets from this company again. Never got a email of my tickets, I called three times and was told I’d receive my tickets on time and I didn't. It took me getting on the phone for the fourth time five minutes before my event to finally get someone to help get my tickets to me.

Since this was my first time using Vivid seats the process was honestly so smooth. This was also my very first concert so I was a bit skeptical at first but I'm glad I went through with it. I appreciated the ease of purchasing and the reminder about the event since I ordered tickets a little over a year prior to the event. The frustrating part came at the venue when waiting in line to get in, we found we had to go into another line purely for those who purchased through Vivid. It took an hour for them to Transfer the tickets to what the venue would accept (SeatGeek) That's something that should have been advertised or clearly stated at the time of purchase since the Delta Center is a huge venue and not new to hosting large-scale events.

While the seller who provided you the original tickets did transfer your tickets through SeatGeek the morning of the concert, it sounds like there may have been some technical issues with SeatGeek that day which required the venue to manually confirm each transfer for anyone who bought tickets through a marketplace like ours to ensure that you had no issues getting to your seats. The seats themselves are really cool. Good view of the field. Happy with that. Good access to concessions and bathroom. The problem with these seats relate to seats 1-24 which can only access bathrooms and concessions through one side (by passing these seats). Imagine standing up and sitting back down 40-50 times in a single football game. It’s just distracting and inconvenient. I would NEVER recommend these seats to anyone, especially at $270 for a pair!!!

Best experience at Wild'nout Houston, love the positive vibes and the show was amazing, and the food could’ve been better. Nachos were made sloppy and had less chips. Besides that everything else was fine. The concerts and artists performed excellent and their energy was on point. Customer service was amazing. They help me every step of the way.

My ticket was not honored at the venue and I had to purchase another ticket on my birthday at the venue and when I contacted Vivid I was told no refund. I had to really be upset for it to be investigated. I purchased my ticket in September and went to event and had the worst time trying to get a representative on the phone! I need my refund and things will be done right.

Tickets could not be Uploaded to Google wallet, and would not populate in the app....only available online....which sucks when at an event. Parking pass did not work...so had to pay twice for parking. Where is customer service on getting money back? Help would be appreciated. Not impressed. Will not use again.

Ordering process and delivery were easy and spot on. Great seats for the game. Great overall experience at the Garden. Tickets for the parking garage nearby were easy to use at the gate. I have spoken with 4 people to take to get my refund on my parking ticket that was invalid. I keep getting disconnected and it's frustrating. I thought it was guaranteed?? I started the investigation process but it stops. I am really disappointed I had to pay parking twice and no one is helping.

I found out the night before that the tickets I purchased weeks in advance “they didn’t actually have them.” They did not refund me, they did not refund me the ridiculous vivid seat fees they charged me!! Their buyer guarantee is a SCAM!! They tried to “store credit” me the fees and stopped replying to my emails when I said it was never a store credit and ONLY a refund (not of my original tickets, mind you, just the fees!!). They never called, never sent an app notification, just an email late at night the night before the event!!! This was my first time using them and I will NEVER use them ever again!! Contacting the BBB for fraudulent practices!!

I purchased two tickets for an event on December 7th. They were Christmas gifts for my fiance. I had to purchase tickets from Live Nation, which were worse. This is the first issue I ever had. I am not giving up on your service, but I am now hesitant to use Vivid Seats again.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS From THIS site!!!! It is fraud, I never got sent tickets and then when I reported it to my bank, Vivid tickets refused to give me any information, refuse to help me, refuse to give me the tickets. I literally had to flush $600 down the drain. Do not ever buy tickets from here. It’s a scam, they never gave any money back. They refused to even talk to me. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. To save you from flushing hundreds of dollars down the drain buy from a different site.

In August of 2024, I purchased tickets for a concert that was canceled in October. Since that time, I've made several phone calls, started many chat sessions, and sent multiple e-mails to Vivid Seats requesting a refund for the canceled concert. To date, I still haven't received a refund for the tickets and no foreseeable resolution in site any time soon. The actions, as well as inactions, of Vivid Seats’ Customer Service Representatives are prime examples of horrible customer service.

Our entire show consisted of watching a small screen behind the stage. At no point did we see an actual human. To make matters worse, the speakers appeared to be facing the front of the stage, so it was nearly impossible to understand the artists speaking or singing. Terrible experience, I would have paid more for seats where I could have actually participated in the show, particularly as it was my daughter’s first concert/birthday gift.

Worst experience I’ve EVER HAD!! I bought these tickets months ago and received my tickets thinking everything was good to go. Upon arrival I found out the seller didn’t transfer them to me. Very poor communication with venue resulting in both a frustrating and demoralizing outcome. Vivid CSR said that tix were printable and entry to venue upon presentation, but a scannable ticket was required. Wife and I showed up 25 minutes before concert anticipating a problem. After 50 minutes, problem went unresolved and Vivid CSR attempted to resolve, but was unsuccessful and hung-up on us. To be clear, Vivid isn't the only contractor with problematic service, but folks really depend on a seamless experience. This definitely was not it. Please do better going forward. Would appreciate a speedy refund devoid of "red tape". Seasons Greetings.

Through the whole process of getting my tickets I was under the impression that they would be available on the app. The day before the concert I looked to confirm. I was met with having to go through Ticketmaster. Why have this app if it’s just going to take me to another website?

My experience was horrible. I would never refer anyone to Vivid Seats. I paid over $800 for my tickets for Atlanta Hawks. I got there and my tickets would not upload at all. I received an email saying there was an error when I paid for them in full. Customer service couldn’t help me at home. The arena security had me and my nephew leave because we couldn’t enter. I’ve requested a refund with Vivid Seats. I haven’t heard anything. Very unprofessional. I would never use them again.

Vivid seats have very expensive service fees. They offer low price tickets then ADD on extremely high fees & charges. The worst is that you may not get your tickets until 2 hours before the day of the show. They are a marketplace and not an ideal seller to purchase tickets from. Check out other sites before booking with them. They will NOT issue refunds and have terrible customer service.

I had never used VividSeats before this and I had a great experience. My tickets were delivered on time and I had no trouble getting into the venue. I was worried because I couldn’t add the tickets to my Apple wallet but they loaded just fine at the venue. I had a great time!

Customer support is from Philippines and are useless.

I purchased tickets for the Hometown Holiday concert in Kent WA, but was no longer able to go because of work. When I tried to sell the tickets, Vivid Seats did not have an option to sell digital tickets, which almost all tickets are digital now. Instead, I went to social media to try to sell the tickets and email them, but I wasn’t able to sell them. Because Vivid Seats does not allow selling of the most common type of ticket, I am just out over $200. I won’t be using VividSeats again.

I was not able to accept my tickets and ultimately missed the show disappointing my 5 year old daughter. When I contacted customer service I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I lost out on $200 and was told basically, "Oh well" and if I file a dispute I won't win. I will NEVER use this service again and I will dissuade anyone else to do so.

Vivid Seats failed to disclose a 40% service fee. I went through multiple pages selecting seats, adding contact info and adding payment info, all without the fee being shown. After all information had been input, the fee was added off to the side on the "complete order" page. No information about the existence or nature of the fee had been disclosed before this page. I believe this is a deceptive and predatory practice and in violation of the state law where I live. The fee was not even disclosed on my receipt (I was just charged 40% more than expected). I immediately asked Vivid Seats for a refund upon being charged much more than I expected but was refused. In fact, they tried to get more business out of me by having me sell the tickets I no longer wanted on their site (for who knows what fees)!

We display the fees prior to purchase as part of the full price breakdown which details the quantity of your tickets and the listed price (which is set by and paid to the seller), the service fee (broken down per ticket), and any applicable sale tax or delivery fees depending on the location of the venue and the delivery method of your tickets. All of this information is available to review before you submit and finalize your order by clicking the Place Order button at the bottom of the page.
While it is true that we offer fans the opportunity to resell their tickets on our platform, only certain formats of tickets are currently accepted for listing by fan sellers (folks like yourself who are maybe not as experienced with reselling tickets). Since these tickets are not being issued in a format that we permit you to resell with us, you would have to list them elsewhere or arrange a sale independently via social media. We suggest this course of action for various reasons where you may no longer want your tickets and those reasons don't fall within the scope of our Buyer Guarantee or Terms of Sale, because we want you to know that you have that option.
Despite any frustration you may still be feeling about not spotting the fees before you submitted your order, we'd like to emphasize that you've secured tickets for the game, and you're bound to have a fantastic time watching some Spring Training sessions if you choose to use your tickets. If you decide you no longer want to keep these tickets, reselling is a fantastic option for you to recoup some or all of your order total at your discretion. Transaction was done very smoothly! I had bought tickets expecting for them to arrive the day before the show, but they came in August! Mind you my concert was December 3rd. I then had bought tickets for my parents as well, and absolutely no issues! I had feared that we would get scammed! But I was proved wrong! The concert was the best experience of my life, thanks to Vivid Seats!

Everything was great but on the map that was provided I had chosen a specific area where the players would be with a good vision of the court and then I was on the opposite corner but other than that, I had a great experience especially for it being my first professional game.

Denver Nuggets game 12/03/2024: This experience began when I made a purchasing error and purchased one seat instead of two. I immediately phone customer service and was told there was no problem. The customer service agent purchased two additional tickets together in the same section although a different row. No problem. He then said he would switch me over to his colleague who would take care of eliminating the one-seat purchase. I was switched to a different agent who said something to the effect, as a reseller, Vivid Seats could not be responsible for customer errors. Therefore, “you” must take the one seat that you purchased and place it on StubHub for sale. It would be have been very easy on my initial call for the agent to simply purchase an additional seat in the same row if a refund or correction of the error could not be made.
I ended up with three seats instead of two, and did put the one seat on StubHub for sale. I totally admit it was my initial error of completing the transaction for one seat instead of the two that I really wanted. However, because of the way it was handled when I call customer service it ended up costing me about $400, that could have easily been avoided if the customer service agent had responded in a different and more efficient manner. As a result of this experience, I will not use the services of your company ever again. As I said, this was initiated by my error, but customer services approach to solving the issue cost me $400 of unnecessary expense if the situation had been handled in a much easier and much more efficient and appropriate manner.

There should be more clarification on what SRO means. I did not know that when buying my suite tickets. Was disappointed when I got there to find out that I had to stand the whole time. Granted I should’ve looked it up, but the tickets said seat, five and seat six. So I was under the impression that we would have seats. My first time buying tickets for a suite.
