    I have never had a bad experience. Only once have my tickets been exchanged based upon an issue on Vivid Seats' side. Vivid made it right. Gave me better seats without any additional charges to me. I have not heard about with any other service without going through a lot of hoops and partial blame on the consumer.

    My parking ticket was not delivered on time for me to use it. I bought it at about 530pm for an 8pm game. We got to the parking lot at 715 and we still hadn’t received the ticket. We’d like a refund due to having to go elsewhere. Thanks anything would help in this time

    Great time. Great tickets. Great price. I met with my old college roommates for a little reunion and had a great time at the game. Vivid Seats was a really easy app to use, the tickets were affordable, and ticket master easily transferred the tickets to my phone. I would highly recommend this app to others, and will continue to use it for all Detroit sports and concert tickets that I get. I love life in general.     Vivid Seats: We bought tickets in Las Vegas last week during Thanksgiving break to see the V2 experience at the sphere for $163. The tickets never transferred. Over 100 of us were not able to get into the concert and Vivid Seats is not refunding anything; which points to the fact that they guarantee is definitely not a guarantee.

    Horrible! Withdrew $800 for 2 concert tickets and in an hour text me that the order was canceled, but they had my money. Don't deal with them, thieves. I called their customer service and they had the nerve to tell me to repurchase.

    The website is not good. I tried logging in with the same account I bought the tickets with and said there was a error. Consumer service aren't helpful and says they can't do nothing about because they are a 3rd party. Unacceptable when you buy expensive tickets. No confirmation email as well because the tickets can arrive only 1 day before the event. I feel like it is not trustable and you be left alone after purchase. I do not suggest the app.

    I missed this young man's name but he was my second contact with the company this morning. I bought tickets and had not received them. He was able to resolve and let me know how I missed a letter typing in my email so it could not be confirmed and I was going to cancel my transaction.     The fact that the cost of the ticket more than doubles when you add the fees is a reason I doubt I will ever use this app again. Please stop gouging your customers like Ticketmaster. It is going to come back to bite your business and Ticketmaster if you don't change, it'll be like Blockbuster, then RedBox, etc who didn't see the change coming because they were out of touch. You can still make a lot of money without taking advantage of people's desire to spend time with friends or family at an event.

    Once app was download & complete it was a bit confusing regarding purchasing food & beverage items. There was a hold up at the entrance of the store. My seats were AMAZING. I'm glad I chose that section. Can't stand people getting up every 5-10min. Everything would of been PERFECT during the performance if they would of turn the monitors ON. Also in my area you couldn't hardly hear what they were saying. That was a BIG TURN DOWN. Last part was the exit that was crazy because in case of an emergency that ain't going to work. People will get injured. Oh the parking for the east garage man INTUIT DOME need some try of transport. It's too much money that we pay for parking & still have to walking like a mile to get to the center. THIS IS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

    I called the morning of the show because I still had not received my tickets. The first time I called, the agent told me that the seller would send them in 5-10 mins. I then waited another hour. I called again and another agent told me she would investigate my case. I was then put on hold for 30 mins on and off, during which she kept saying she was investigating. Then there was less than an hour left before my show, and I finally received my tickets after speaking to another agent. Ultimately, I received my tickets 10 mins before the start of the show. It was a very stressful experience.

    You sold me tickets and they were season ticket holders seats. It was fraud. I need my money back asap please. I drove three hours to the delta center to find out I had no tickets. We had a confirmation email from you stating we had two tickets and called in to see why we could not get in so they walked us in but the true ticket holders were on the seats.

    I bought tickets to the the ryman in Nashville and was unable to even use my tickets because they were non transferable. I was told by the ryman employee Vivid Seats knows this or their third party person should have. Highly disappointed with my experience with Vivid. I do not plan to use this site again.

    When buying parking from Vivid and you use the direction button it was the wrong parking lot and no one knew where said parking lot was located. It took us 30 mins and two angry parking attendants along with a cop before we knew where to go. Once we found said parking lot there was no one to scan ticket so we had our fingers crossed that our car wasn't towed. Tickets for game were easy. Parking next time I will wait to purchase until I get down there even if I have to pay twice as much. Having that aggravation was worth paying double.

    We never were able to accept our electronically transferred tickets. We tried for 5 day!! No one could figure out the error! We paid $976 for an event we were unable to attend! No refund offered! We are very disappointed and highly unsatisfied. We bought those tickets 11 months ago. Drove sis hours from home, paid for a hotel, and no tickets. Customer service was very unhelpful. We were told MULTIPLE times to be patient and the tickets would be delivered in time. They were NOT.

    I will never use Vivid again. Tickets were accepted by my daughter. Her email ended up getting hacked. And I called four different times. Not a single person would send this email to her new email. They wouldn’t even send them back to me. They had no solution and they would not refund my money. I were talking to Vivid all day long, each conversation was over an hour long. Finally, the last guy spoke to four hours before the concert ended up, transferring me to tickets and sells where they found me new tickets and was able to place my daughter on her concert. It took me all day to get that far when I should’ve been sent to that department at my first call. When I was asked about the new seats, I was told that my original seats weren’t even available. As I am thankful they were able to find seats. I am not happy with the runaround I got for four hours.

    I just made the mistake of buying a parking pass for a USC Football game tonight from Vivid seats for the 11-30-24 game. They were unable to get the pass transferred to me how they promised through TicketMaster, then after a difficult time getting a hold of one of their service agents, they made me download and sign up for another App to try and get me the ticket through Parkwhiz. After being intentionally being left on hold for over an hour when I complained about their service and then a two hour wait trying to get assistance through their chat I was finally able to get the parking pass I paid for. Stay away from this predatory company that takes your money and doesn't care about making sure you get your tickets. They obviously do not monitor their calls or care about service.

    I normally use Stub Hub. I tried Vivid Seats once. Never again. I had 2 tickets to the Lions game. $1700.00. The seller transferred the tickets to someone, not me. The phone number they had was not mine. My number is correct on my account. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 32 minutes trying to resolve the issue. The person helping me was useless. At 6 minutes before the start of the game he finally said, "There is nothing we can do for you" and hung up on me. When I contacted them for a refund they basically said too bad. THIS SITE IS SIMPLY A SCAM. I'll continue with Stub Hub and complain about their ridiculous service fees.

    Couldn't open the tickets at the show, app kept crashing "something went wrong", tried on the website instead of the app and it was same issue. Deleted the app and reinstall and sign in again and same "something went wrong" message kept popping up when trying to retrieve the tickets. Also try to open the e-mail link and same message came up "something went wrong". Several individuals had the same issue as there was a line of over fifty people commenting on the same issue.     On November 5th, 2024, I purchased concert tickets from Vivid Seats for my son and I to see Ado on July 29th, 2025. They were extremely expensive but I got them as a gift because my son loves her! I checked today and learned that the same tickets, along with even better tickets are now a quarter of the cost. I called Vivid Seats and explained that I found better tickets for a much lower cost. The representative told me it happens and there’s nothing they can do. Even after I explained the concert is not for another 8 months and we don’t even have the tickets yet and we just ordered them a few weeks ago, they refused to do anything. I asked for a manager and that person told me the same thing. I can’t believe that I have to pay over $1300 for 2 tickets that now cost about $300 in total!! This is horrible!!

    The event I purchased a ticket for got canceled but I got a refund which was very quick. It was instantaneous almost. I had to buy a new ticket and used my credit. I was trying to aim for the same kind of view but the tickets got more expensive so I paid some on top of the credit. But Vivid Seats' price is better than Ticketmaster's. I bought basketball tickets on Vivid as well. Sometimes the tickets come fast. I already have my tickets for the summer. But sometimes it says you'll get it a week before the event. They are also aggressive with their emails. If you're viewing tickets, you'll get an email later reminding you of the tickets that you wanted.

    The I had gotten were not the real tickets, when first buying them there was No notes that said it was not an entry ticket. That information didn't show up until after I purchased the tickets.     Ordered tickets through the vivid seats app for a concert in Tacoma Washington. Tickets were incorrectly displayed as front row, when I brought this to the attention of Vivid's customer service team I was told I was wrong and AA was in fact the front row. Upon further review and numerous calls I finally found a rep to admit that the app was incorrectly sorting rows with double letters (AA, BB, CC) in front of the single letter rows. So row AA was actually behind Z. At that point I was thinking they would own up to the error on the app and help me purchase different tickets as this is clearly a mistake on their end. Instead, they told me I should have confirmed the seating chart by referencing a different section… which makes no sense as all sections aren’t set up the same.

    I spent over 2 hours total on the phone with them to tell me they couldn’t escalate and they recommended I sell or give them to a friend or family. Instead, I ordered tickets from StubHub, which were accurately depicted in the filters and went to the show with my wife. I will never use vivid seats again and caution anyone thinking of using them. I’m attaching screen shots still showing the error with the filter first to last showing single letter rows behind the double.

    I purchased tickets in a specific section of the stadium and those were not the tickets that were sent to me. When I called customer service they said the tickets I received were "better" than the ones I originally chose. How can Vivid Seats decide what they think is a better seat and not even ask the person buying the tickets if they want to move sections? The new section was 3 away from the one I wanted to be in and we were only one row closer. That's not a better seat in my opinion. And if I wanted to be in that new section, I would have purchased tickets there originally. Will not be using vividseats again.

    There is no reason in the world that a seller has to wait a couple hours prior to game time to deliver their tickets and then doing it incorrectly the first time and to resend them.     Vivid Seats is a scam. Do NOT use Vivid Seats to purchase tickets, especially if you are traveling a significant distance, purchasing hotel rooms, paying for parking or otherwise spending money in addition to your ticket purchase to attend an event. Read the fine print. Vivid sells tickets that they do not actually have on hand. Their seller is only required to deliver the tickets to Vivid 2 hours prior to the start of the event. If the seller fails to deliver and Vivid can’t replace the tickets, they only refund the amount you paid them.

    Airline tickets, hotel rooms, parking, hideous commutes across town, and the disappointment and embarrassment when you tell your guests that you actually won’t be attending the once-in-a-lifetime event you had planned on, although you are standing outside the venue—these are all exclusively on you. I purchased tickets to a comedy show 3 weeks in advance, called the morning of the event to inquire about delivery of the tickets, was told that they would be delivered or replacement tickets would be sent 2 hours before the event, called again two hours before the event, both calls being routed through a phone tree and chat bots for 20 minutes before being disconnected. I eventually reached a human, only to be told that no tickets were available and that my money would be refunded.

    When I expressed my displeasure at the inconvenience and the fact that my guests and I had already paid $60 for parking, I was told that a credit of $50 would be made to my account. Time will tell if the refund and credit will be made, but I highly doubt that I will ever use Vivid again. I wonder whether Vivid's actual business is taking ticket orders and money in advance, then trying to buy the tickets at a low price from desperate sellers very close to the actual event, then slow-walking a refund of the money they've collected if they can't fulfill the order, while collecting interest on the money advanced by the buyer.

    I purchased 3 tickets to the Washington Dallas game on Nov 24. I purchased this summer and just received them yesterday Tuesday Nov 19.     I purchased the tickets for the Pittsburgh Steelers versus Kansas City Chiefs from my phone for my father since I'm a little more technologically-savvy. It was smooth. It's a little annoying when Vivid Seats is not transparent with the fees but it's not unique to them. If that was included in the price of the tickets rather than tacked on once you hit confirm, that would be fair. The tickets were expensive and we knew that. No matter where we bought them, they would be. But we like how Vivid Seats have rewards points where you at least get a little bit of cashback that you can use towards future tickets. It helps a little bit in getting some of the price back.

    When I received the link to get my tickets, it said something went wrong and I was unable to access them. I contacted Vivid Seats, where the only way to speak to a representative was via their live chat (I was never able to reach a person on the phone). I spent over 4+ hours on 3 separate live chats where I was sent numerous links to access tickets which did not work. I was told to contact Ticketmaster, but to not disclose that I had used Vivid Seats to purchase tickets or they would send me back to them. I contacted Ticketmaster who confirmed that I had not received the tickets and that the seller would need to call them to resolve. I contacted Vivid Seats again via live chat, spent an additional 1.5 hours getting nowhere.

    I communicated to the representative that Ticketmaster needed the seller to contact them to resolve issue. The representative told me that the seller would not be calling and they had provided proof tickets were received. At this time I have not received my tickets, but learned to not ever use Vivid Seats again. I will be disputing this transaction with my bank and writing this review. Buyer beware when using Vivid Seats!!

    Terrible! Do not recommend at all. I thought I was on the event website and mistakenly made a purchase for a ticket that for $50 for an event that I could have got at the event site for $40. I called customer service as soon as they open in the morning and told them of my error. However, they were could care less. So, I attended the event and the next day when I looked at my credit card I noticed that I was charged $91. What a joke! When I called them and told them that they over charged me, they said the charge included a $25 service charge and delivery fee. I never received a price breakdown of these charges. Vivid is a TOTAL SCAM.

    I love the way that it's very easy to buy a ticket from Vivid Seats. My first experience was to buy a ticket for the concert of Coldplay with that website and I continued to use it. It shows where you are going to sit which is very important to me as a buyer. I also participate in their rewards program. But to buy 10 tickets for the rewards is a lot of money and is difficult for me. Other than that, I bought a ticket for Shakira and they canceled the venue.     I purchased seats from VividSeats in the beginning of October. When I clicked on the link in the transaction to accept the tickets, VividSeats had cancelled the transaction. I have been fighting with VividSeats for a refund for a transaction THEY cancelled for over a month now and they refuse. I have only received one call from the company from a woman who claimed I had to remove the dispute from the credit charge card for them to process a refund. DO NOT EVER DO THIS. My bank informed me that doing this will forfeit my ability to dispute the charge again, and they are very familiar with VividSeats' predatory practices and that this is a common scam for them to try to trick people into voluntarily forfeiting what little leverage consumers have against predatory companies like this. I have filed an incident report for fraudulent business practices against the company with my local police.

    Suggest everyone not to buy tickets on Vivid Seats. They are fraud! After paying around $100 extra over and above the market price for each ticket they made us wait for 2 hours at the box office and delivered tickets just 5 mins before the start of the concert and that too after repeated calls and follow-ups. The ordeal did not end there. They delivered us the wrong tickets and we had to sit way up at the arena despite having paid premium price for the tickets. It was our first Don Tolliver concert. The whole mood for the concert was spoiled. The least Vivid Seats can do now is refund our money - for the trauma they made us face and how they spoiled the concert for us.

    This is the worst scam ever. Paid $101 for a reserved parking spot at a concert venue. Upon arrival, was told by the attendant "the lot is full, your QR code won't help you, you can get a refund." Called Vivid Seats the day after to complain and get a refund. Was told I would hear back in 3-5 business days. Called back one week later to follow up and was told by Vivid Seats customer service: "it was a third party so we will not give you refund." Asked to escalate to a manager and was told to hold. Was then told the "escalation team" said no refund. When I asked a third time to talk to a manager, the customer service representative said "I will have to hang up on you now." I was never rude or mad and was hung up on! Will never use them again. Beware giving them your money because you may or may not get the service and you will certainly not be given a refund.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I bought Noah Kahan tickets at Fenway 8 or 9 months in advance and was looking forward to it for the better part of a year. The tickets were sent to me the day before which is already nerve wracking. I left work early, took the train to the city, and walked to Fenway only to be denied entry. At first, I was told I just needed to download the tickets in the MLB app whereas I had it in the Vivid Seats app. They told me to walk to the ticket booth on the other side of the park and they could help me. I was annoyed but figured it would be no big deal.

    Mt Joy was opening and they are one of my favorites so I was anxious to get it before their set started. So, I walked to the ticket booth and they instructed me on how to get the ticket in my MLB app, except when I did what they said, there was no ticket. They then told me I had to call Vivid Seats and have them send the ticket to my ballpark app. So, I called and waited on hold while also texting w someone over the app.

    Meanwhile, three other groups arrived and were having the exact same problem w their Vivid Seats tickets. Anyway, I finally was able to get through to someone but they just kept sending me the same incorrect ticket in the vivid seats app. At the same time, I was missing Mt Joy's set. I spent over an hour talking to customer service and getting sent further up the chain. I was then missing Noah's set as well.

    I kept getting sent further up the chain and being sent the same wrong ticket over and over. Then I was sent to someone who seemed to be taking a report of the incident instead of trying to help resolve it. When I asked what she was gonna do to fix it, it was then, an hour and a half into the call, they told me for the first time there was nothing they could do and maybe they could refund me depending on the information I give them. That was infuriating as I had spent the last 1.5 hours still holding out hope that I would see some of the show, no one told me what was happening and just starting interrogating me, and by the way I had already provided this info to multiple employees.

    If I had been told I wasn't getting into the show, I could've taken the T to the train station and taken the train home. Because they didn't tell me, I had to scramble to make the train, paying for the T to the train station only to miss it by 5 mins and then pay for an Uber to take me home so I didn't have to sit at the train station and wait 3 hours for the next one. I was then told that I would be sent an incident report questionnaire via email in the next few days and I only had a couple days to fill it out and request a refund. Seriously?? So, I check my email every day until I get it and fill out this lengthy questionnaire which is again asking the same info I've provided to at least 4 different employees at this point. So, I submit the questionnaire and have I received any response? Nope. Haven't denied or approved the request and it's been 4 months. I'm disputing it with my credit card but just warning you not to ever use this company.

    After getting off the phone with Destiny just now, here is my synopsis: Bought two tickets to and April Deftones show on Monday for a someone's daughter as a surprise gift. Turns out teenagers like to go to shows with a full on army of their circle of friends and all sit together...who knew?     Where do I even start. My experience with vivid seats was absolutely horrible. I have used Vivid Seats in the past, but because of this, I'm never using it again. I purchased Billie Eilish tickets on April 30th, 2024, concert was on November 3rd that same year. I was told the tickets wouldn't be sent to me until Nov. 1st because the direct purchase websites (venue and/or Ticketmaster) don't send the tickets to the seller until much later. I didn't think anything of it since I had used vivid seats in the past with no issues. Fast forward to Nov 1st, I had not received any email. I decided to call the customer service line since I had spent nearly $2000 for 4 tickets and was not risking on losing that money. The lady essentially told me to be patient and that she was sure the seller was working on it, as well as to trust their '100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee'.

    I had also asked that in the hypothetical situation, if I didn't receive my tickets that day, what was I to do. She repeated the same thing over and over again (customer satisfaction thing) so I just thanked her and hung up. The customer guarantee didn't make me feel any better, but there wasn't much I could do but wait. I flew to Atlanta from Texas for this concert, so that's more money being spent there. When I checked my email again on Nov. 2nd, I had still not received my tickets. At this point, I was already stressing out because the concert was in less than 24 hours and I had no way of entering the venue. So I called again, and the same lady from the previous day answered the phone. I explained to her that I still had not received my tickets and that I was getting worried. She told me she would contact the seller for me and put me on hold for the time being.

    Once she returned, she told me that she did in fact get in contact with the seller and the seller told her that they had sent me the tickets already, which wasn't true. I had checked all 3 of my emails from top to bottom, spam and archived included. The lady said she would make the seller aware and told me to wait until the end of the day, if the seller had still not sent my tickets, I was to call back. I checked my email later that night, and still no tickets, so I called back. Same lady answered the phone, she knew me by name at this point. She contacted the seller again but no response, and again told me to be patient. I was getting frustrated at this point since the concert was the very next day, and since I had general admission tickets, I needed to line up early (9am) showing my ticket to get a wristband. I wake up the next morning with still no tickets, so I called again the moment it struck 9am since that's when they opened.

    A different person answered this time, but with the same accent (a foreign accent) most likely meaning the call center was in a different country. I explained to him the whole story and he said he'd try contacting the seller again. No response. He told me he could get me replacement tickets, the same type I had, but I would need to wait 2 hours because I needed to give the seller a 'grace period'. As if I hadn't already given them a 2 day long one. I refused and told him I needed them at that moment because I was already in the line to get my wristband. He kept repeating the grace period thing over and over, and so I snapped because of all the excuses I had been given these past 2 days, and ended up asking for a supervisor. He first told me that he 'didn't have one', but when I kept pushing and refusing to hang up until I received my tickets, he finally transferred me to a supervisor.

    (He had insisted I hang up and wait for the seller to send me my tickets or to wait the 2 hour grace period.) Once I was transferred, I noticed the lady had an American accent, so the 'higher ups' were located in the states. Ironic. I explained everything to her, including the line to claim the wristbands. She was sympathetic and actually explained to me why I had to wait those 2 hours. (It was a contract they had with the seller, they could get into legal trouble if breached, which I understood) But, she said she would make some calls to try and move up those 2 hours because of the line. She confirmed 2 of my emails, and 2 phone numbers were put on file to make sure she could contact me. The bare minimum. She explained I had to hang up but that she would call me back once she had made those calls. And she did just that. It only took her about an hour to return my call.

    She said she had emailed me the 4 replacement tickets and asked me to check my email to confirm if I had received them all, and I did. I thanked her profusely, she was the most help I had gotten within that weekend, and the only person who gave me hope that something was being done. She actually did her job, the bare minimum, compared to the other 2 customer service employees that I got. I had also been talking with another person with the same exact issue, for the same exact concert, who also purchased from vivid seats.

    They did end up getting their tickets thankfully, but they also had to push to get a supervisor. Overall, the experience was so stressful and infuriating, and the reason I'm giving an extra star was because of that supervisor. Was it worth it to go through all of this just to go to the concert? For me, most definitely since I've been a fan of Billie since 2017-18, but if this was for someone else? Definitely not. Avoid this website at all costs.

    Currently trying to get my presale Metallica tickets for April 19, 2025 transferred to my Ticketmaster. Transfer was cancelled by Ticketmaster! Been calling Vivid weekly getting nowhere. Just being told to be patient and seller will email me, but never does. I am guessing seller sold my tickets for more. These were going to be a Christmas gift for my son! Vivid will not give me any info about seller or when I will get tickets! I spent a fortune on these and will be disputing with credit card soon, I can not afford to be out that money via this scam! I don't do concerts often so thought this was the way to go, obviously not. Customer service is lacking and protects the seller more than the buyer! DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not be doing any further concerts. These virtual tickets systems are nerve wracking!

    Recently purchased 2 tickets for Tyler, the Creator at the United Center in Chicago on 6/30/25. Specifically selected Section 308 but when the tickets were transferred to me by the Vivid Seats seller, they were for Section 304. If I wanted that section I would have chosen it in the first place. I realize that the "fine print" says the tickets will be "comparable" but those are 2 very different sections at the United Center. When I inquired with customer service, I was told the tickets that I received were an "upgrade" per the fine print on their Seat Savers policy. If the seats I received were 1 section over on either side of the one I chose, then perhaps they would indeed be "comparable" but 4 sections away is definitely not "comparable." Nor is it an "upgrade."

    Ultimately, 2 tickets purchased with VividSeats have cost me more than what I would have paid elsewhere for the seats I ended up with after the fact. Very, very disappointed with this "middle man" ticket broker. I'm a first time and last time customer with VividSeats and will strongly advise friends and family to buy their tickets elsewhere. [Note: if you use the chat feature be sure to copy and paste the chat because you will not receive an option to save/print when the chat ends, even though you'll be told that you can. I also waited 6 days for an email re: my initial inquiry on this issue but one never came.]

    I got Shakira concert tickets and New England Patriots tickets from Vivid Seats. I like the availability of tickets in a particular section. The site is also user-friendly. However, the fees are higher. As for the reward system, I think that there was a $30 max on something and it seemed it was inconsistent. They say 15%, but it's like airline points. They say these are good for four flights across the US, but maybe across the state.

    Vivid Seats is good for secondary market tickets. I've been able to get the seats I wanted at the price that's good. They also seem the easiest one to use. We just bought Taylor Swift, Indiana State basketball, Indiana Pacers basketball, and All Star weekend NBA tickets. We had a credit for one ticket and I was wondering why I did not get a bigger credit for tickets I just bought for Taylor Swift. But I saw that I have to buy seven more to unlock that.     I've been using Vivid Seats for a couple years, and I always get my tickets when I buy it from them. We've bought 10 or 15 events through them, and they've given us money off some seats. We tried to buy seats a couple weeks ago for another game we went to from another provider, but they were unable to deliver the seats, so we used Vivid Seats again. The confirmation is quick. It just depends on when the event is, how far out we buy them. Sometimes, the universities don't release the tickets right away. For college football games, they won't release them until a week or two before the game. Then you get the tickets pretty quickly.

    Yesterday I had not received my tickets and it was less than two hours before game time. I had called Vivid Seats the night before and that morning and had gotten nowhere outside of they would email the seller to resend. Then I reached a customer service rep who was so helpful and did everything she could to help me out! She have moved my seats and sent them to me immediately and I am so grateful for what she did. I just wish I would have gotten her name to add it here!

    VIVID Seats broke my heart!! I traveled to Miami with my daughter to see Taylor Swift. I bought 2 tickets on Vivid and paid for them with PayPal But the tickets never came to me and they blamed the seller. How can they do this to people??? I even got a call from Vivid as I stood outside the stadium and Taylor was already on stage to verify that I bought the tickets and they assured me they would be in my email in a few minutes. Well guess what. They NEVER came through and I NEVER saw Taylor. SOOOO disappointed. I would not trust them!

    I have used Vivid Seats for many years. It wasn't until this summer when I purchased Front Row tickets for Daryl Hall and received Row 15! I paid over $1000 for two tickets and received a location that literally cost a fraction of that. I tried without avail to work with them directly, but repeatedly received canned, lengthy answers that went in circles to nowhere. Vivid Seats claimed that this was a comparable location. If you have ever been in a concert, everyone understands that the front row is just that. I contacted my credit card company and they investigated my claim and refunded my money directly. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

    P.S. I purchased another pair of front-row tickets thru Ticketmaster Resale and received exactly what I purchased.

    Vivid Seats. They sold suite tickets to a basketball game that already includes a parking pass. However the tickets that were sold through vivid seats did not send a parking pass with the suite tickets. When I messaged the customer service they said they cannot do anything about it. They are selling the tickets as if it is the same exact tickets however they exclude some of the benefits which is basically fraud in my opinion. They did not write that it does not include some of the benefits that suite tickets come with. They had the audacity to ask if I would like to resell my tickets so they can steal more money off of me.

    Please stay away from this company. This is a scam. I purchased tickets in February’24 ($456) for the Usher concert for my daughters. I’m less than 24 hours away from the start of the concert in October 28th ‘24 and I still haven’t received the transfer. Look up the BBB reviews. People are saying the same thing. They are paying a lot of money to be your 1st choice on Google but don’t be fooled. Try another site. You have been warned!

    App did not work so I could not access tickets before the game. Refund refused. This was after paying Vivid and its unexpected 33% service charge, downloading the app, creating an account with password, repeatedly attempting to login and speaking with vivid customer service.

    I bought 7 seats in a suite to the Taylor Swift concert. My tickets all had a number on them and they said front row in the suite. Unfortunately (for us) there were only 6 seats in that row, leaving one of us w/o a seat. Customer service reviewed our complaint and they said they do not guarantee a seat, only the suite - even tho we had seat #'s on our tickts!!!! Their warranty/guarantee info is 28 pages long, so do not expect any refunds for anything!! They do not care. Very poor customer service.

When it comes to suites, it appears not everyone would be entitled to a seat, and they are typically first come, first served. The venue can change the seating arrangements of the suite, and thus you will need to contact the suite rep taking care of your suite to work on accommodations during your event. Suites would only have a number of occupants, and you would need to use a chair to arrange another seat either provided by the suite rep or the seats in the bar area of your suite. The seller transferred the tickets as ordered, but the seating structure is out of our control if the venue changes the seating. We are always here to assist you!

    I've used Vivid Seats a ton. I like their process with the stamps. People get the 10 stamps, and Vivid Seats blends the average cost, then people get their money for that amount on the 10th seat. It's really cool that they offer that, and that actually inclined me to use Vivid Seats. Plus, the price is fair. The only apps I have download are theirs and StubHub's, and I usually just go through Vivid Seats and buy my tickets. Everything's been good.

    If you are Canadian, do NOT under any circumstances use Vivid Seats! They advertise as Canadian dollars and then go ahead and charge it as American and then refuse to refund for them misadvertising! I was quoted an amount all the way across the board until I went to buy something for my kid and didn't have the money to do so because the USD conversion was almost double what I agreed to. I called customer service and showed them the proof and they said, "Too bad so sad. Our policy is we are an American company and charge American dollars, even if it says CAD, you should know it's USD. That's an estimate, not your charged price."

    Ridiculous customer service. Ever since I’ve purchased the tickets I have not been able to access them, I asked for a refund. The representative helping me said I can obtain one with just the screenshot of the tickets since I’m not able to transfer them back to them. Turns out Vivid Seat representatives go back on their word and are not allowing me to get my refund when I have told them millions of time I can not transfer them ever since I’ve obtain them into my Ticketmaster account. They promised a refund. I’ve even emailed them screenshots of my conversations with their representatives and nothing has been done. Ridiculous service.

    Essentially, I bought Timberwolves tickets from Vivid Seats and they normally just transfer tickets to me through an app and then I just scan a bar code at the game. I hadn’t received my tickets yet and the game is tomorrow, so I contacted them and long story short they wanted me to log into the app under a different user name for a guy named Austin but his username was Mohammad something at gmail.com and use a different password and go from there. I expressed my caution about doing this, but they assured me it was safe. I deleted all financial apps from my phone, and I tried the login credentials they provided and it still didn’t work. Then they wanted me to contact the seller directly and said he’d walk me through the process of getting the tickets. All this after they charged me hundreds of dollars for a ticket “delivery fee”.

    They gave me some number that starts with the area code of 404. I said I wasn’t doing this and that my business was with Vivid, not this person. They basically said I agreed to their terms and services and wouldn’t issue me a refund and to contact this random person to get my tickets. I did not get the tickets I paid for from them and I’m refusing to meet up with, call, or text a random stranger to get the tickets when I bought them from Vivid. I’m disputing the charge and had to buy tickets from a different source.

    At the end of the day Vivid Seats took my money for the tickets (which I did not receive) and they charged me a few hundred dollars in “delivery fees” which their method to obtain the tickets did not work and they ultimately wanted me to do the work for them and get with the seller personally and work it out with him/her. What service did Vivid provide me for the fees and ticket charges? Nothing! Again, my business deal was with Vivid, not their end seller.

    I purchased Adele concert tickets from Vividseats in June 2024. It is now October 2024, the concert is in 1 week and I still don't have the tickets! They have this convoluted system that claims they will transfer the tickets to you via email and then you have to accept them directly into your Ticketmaster account and only on your phone. I did all that back in June after paying $2,700 for tickets. Those tickets still are not in my Ticketmaster account. It says 'your tickets are not quite ready, check back later'. For 4 months! Ticketmaster blames Vividseats by the way. I tried getting help from Vividseats and they did nothing but drop the call, again and again. It's a scam. My entire trip to Vegas is ruined.

    I bought a parking pass for the Brandon Lake concert on Vivid Seats for 58.89. When I arrived to Channelside Garage, they had general public sales for $30 on site. It was a waste! Not only that but someone must have bought a cheaper pass for $22.50 and resold for more than double the price. If you want to be taken advantage, make sure you buy here.
