Ticket prices are cheaper here than most other resale sites! Easy checkout process and if you’re lucky you might get a random 10% off discount for certain shows! I’ve purchased tickets from here twice and both times the entire process was swift and uncomplicated. 10/10 recommend!!

The process was smooth. All the other sites were sold out except for Vivid Seats. Can always count on them. Picked out my seat closest to the Stage and still got a good price. Everything was as expected. The price was affordable and I did the 4 payment plan.

Purchased tickets on 04/11/25. Confirmation states Seller will be ready to send tickets by 09/25/25. Jazz Festival starts on the 26th. Would not get tickets in time to travel to California from Michigan. Had to change sending address to hotel in CA. No email sent confirming delivery yet. Not confident tickets will be there in time for event.

I am beyond frustrated with this entire experience. I tried to use my reward credit to buy a ticket for an upcoming event and every single time my purchase was immediately canceled. I reached out through the app and ended up chatting with four different senior specialist none of whom could solve the issue on top of that. I called customer service multiple times, wasted hours explaining the same situation over and over and still got absolutely no resolution. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of anyone taking ownership of the problem I was basically brushed off and told to go somewhere else to purchase my ticket. That response is insulting and unacceptable. Why even offer a program reward if I can’t actually use the credit when I need it most. At this point it feels like no one cares about fixing the issue or valuing my time as a customer. I am angry. I’m disappointed and I want answers not excuses.

It was good and fast. I didn’t have any problems. I would recommend it. I could see the map clear of the seats and I could see the Row Alphabet and the numbers. I saw the stage area clearly and the payment info was protect and the ticket was sent promptly and that’s it.

Overall, this Vivid ticket experience was very disappointing - but your customer service were able to salvage a potential disaster by securing 2 tickets after the show started. When I purchase tickets from a vendor like vivid, I fully expect those tickets to arrive. When I saw that my Floor GA tickets to my daughter’s favourite band hadn't arrived yet - 30 min before doors opened - I reached out to your team. Sadly, the tickets i purchased never arrived. And by the time your team was able to confirm that they never would arrive, the other reasonably priced good tickets i had been following at the time of my purchase were no longer available.

Andreas was very clear as to what our options were. Found the best seats at our price level. was familiar with the system on which we had a lot of questions. Left feeling good about our purchase. We even had a question about a previous purchase and he helped us with that as well.

Never had this problem of where I didn’t receive tickets on time until 30 mins after the game started. Missed start of the game. And buyer guarantee says “valid tickets in time for event or your money back.” We were stuck outside in the sun waiting for the tickets.

I will try to make this as direct only to the company Vivid Seats as the further complications that arised from vivid seats was more complicated. I had purchased vivid seats market place tickets for a concert. This detail is important since apparently this makes your ticket a resold ticket and the original purchaser has all the rights to the tickets.

I purchased NFL football tickets, before purchasing I called and communicated with Andres C. to resolve some concerns I had. After Andres doing some research (because he did not know the questions I was asking), he informed me that with my package I was purchasing it included 3 hours of a pre game tailgate party including drinks and food. He also confirmed that there would be food and drinks inside the stadium. To my surprise, after receiving information from Elevate VIP there is no food or drinks inside the stadium included with the package I purchased. This is false advertising and misinformation so I would purchase the tickets. This is unacceptable, and would be greatly appreciated if I was contacted by someone with the proper authority to resolve this issue.

Prices are always what they say they are, so there are no extra fees at the end. There are many ways for payment which makes it easy and tickets come fast. Sometimes the 10 minutes to buy the tickets can be annoying but you have to be ready to pay for them.

I bought and paid for tickets to a Broadway show over a month ago. The date of the show is in three weeks. I received a message telling me to click on an address to get my tickets. When I clicked I got a message saying they are not available yet. I have spoken to Customer Service Live Chat three times but received NO HELP. They gave me a phone number to complain, but when I call I receive a recorded message telling me contact Live Chat and they hang up on me. Apparently I have no recourse!

Great!! Couldn’t get them after waiting in the queue for Ticketmaster after an hour and then got them here. Sent to my account immediately, it was easy to process and easy to pick my seats, glad I got them though. My husband and I are excited to go, can’t wait!

Placed an order and realized it was only 1 ticket and not 4 and that apparently final and they couldn't help me switch it to 4 or cancel this order and place the 4 tickets. Accidents happen and to add 3 tickets you would think would be something they could do but not the case.

First order got cancelled, luckily right before getting to the game we got a call from vivid rep and got a replacement, it took about 45 minutes after my purchase to get a call. I noticed the tickets weren’t showing up in my app. But the replacement ones showed up much quicker.

I ordered tickets for an event where I needed a physical bracelet as a ticket. For weeks before it says my ticket was sent. So I didn’t panic. The week before I got an update from UPS that my ticket was at a facility near my home and would arrive the next day. The day before the event the ticket still didn’t arrive. Ups says it was lost and started an investigation. I never got my ticket and when I contacted vivid seats they said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even value their buyer guarantee. So I was out $638. BEWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR “buyer protection.” Do not use for physical tickets expected in the mail. Because if it gets lost in transit you are out of luck! I am currently filing a dispute with both my credit card and UPS. Their guarantee policy is a scam!

The tickets were delivered to an account NOT associated with my VividSeats account. I needed them either transferred over so I could access them, or cancelled so I could purchase new ones on my account. I used vividseats because of the rewards. I'm UPSET.

However, I just received the tickets in the app. The follow-through and communication have all been good. The ticket price was just slightly more than the original price, but well worth it as the show has been sold out. So, I would recommend it especially if you miss a sold-out show sale and I will use the service again. Note, this is all app driver, which I actually prefer.

I ordered seat for tier 2 and they was cancelled cause I didn’t reply fast enough, which is crazy to me. I’m at work and at meeting. Only email I got was your order has been cancelled! That’s not right! Now I reordered and the original tickets are not available and had to order tier 3 tickets. I’m not happy at all. This was a surprise for my daughter and the seats have been changed.

I purchased 2 tickets to the AF Academy game (which was Sat. 30 Aug). The day before the game I went on the Vivid Seats website, asking where my tickets would arrive via email. After a few chats, I was told not to worry; I would receive them by midnight. The day of the event, I spent 2 hours and 40 min on chat! The agent claimed he/she couldn't contact the seller. After all the frustration, I finally got the tickets 4 1/hrs before the game. We had a 3 hr commute (plus looking for parking)! It was ridiculous. I filled out the survey and never got a reply! Never again! I would give them zero stars, but that's not an option.

I just received a lot of emails from Vivid Seats and some from Ticketmaster…took me awhile to sort it all out. I was eventually able to figure out how to transfer the tickets to my daughter for her birthday. Realize now that it would have just been easier to have her buy them and pay her back. Ultimately it’s all good…just a learning curve for someone that doesn’t buy tickets all that often and ended up having to download two new apps.

I called customer support to ask about age restrictions for The Prodigy concert. The assistant immediately offered me to purchase tickets online and offered a discount. I wasn't ready to purchase during the call, but she convinced me that they have a special price. As the result the assistant sold me wrong tickets: I wanted to purchase GA floor and she purchased GA Balcony for me instead. Now I want my refund and want to change my tickets, but there is no way for me to do it. I'll never use customer support again to purchase anything.

Disappointed with the fact that they didn't give me a no refund notification for the tickets that I bought. It's a little sad that there is no easy way to request help when due to forcing AI chat before getting to a representative. Long story short, I am out $1000 because of poor customer service design and focusing fees on scalpers' tickets with an extreme mark-up.

Hello, I do not understand why a price of $138.58 was NOT applied for these tickets and I got charged the full amount of $297.16 total or $148.58 each. Like it can be seen in the screenshot below, a $138.58 per person should have been applied for a total of $277.16. Besides this discount, there is also a 15% discount (max of $20 per order) that should have been applied at checkout for being my first order at Vivid Seats, like it is mentioned as well in the screenshot. Total should have been $257.16 and I paid $297.16.

It was a good experience as it was very easy to navigate as well as convenient. I think the only improvement could be continuously find new ways to make the process faster, easier and more user friendly in the future. I would recommend this app to family and friends.

I did eventually get my tickets, but they were sent through Ticketmaster which was a whole ordeal trying to sign into. If I had know these tickets were to be sent via Ticketmaster, I probably would have purchased through a different vendor. Ticketmaster customer support told me I need to completely delete my VPN to use Ticketmaster..

Online experience left a lot to be desired - I was not allowed to enter my CC billing address because it's a P.O. Box. The website message was "can't deliver to a P.O. Box" even though the title on the form said, "Billing Address", not delivery address. The Post office does not deliver to my physical address. I had to call in to get help with my purchase. That said, Chan D. was extremely polite, understanding, and helpful and provided excellent service. Only issue was the requirement to purchase a larger block of seats than I needed, however, the seats I wanted were not available from Ticketmaster, so props to Vivid Seats for having more to sell than them.

I enjoy the app. I wish you could see more details on the stadium and venue map. I have had numerous times where I can't accept the tickets because the email I get doesn't have any links. That is very frustrating. When I call in, I can't speak to anyone unless my event is the next day or that same day. The online chat feature doesn't help as much as I would hope it would. There should be a way for us to submit a request to have ticket acceptance emails resent to us and some help for general questions, as opposed to just people who have events within the next 24-48 hours.

The overall experience is a little confusing as I'm "an old guy" who has had to learn the whole technology way of life after growing up having actual paper tickets to get into anything. The emails seem of little importance as I had already downloaded the app and my tickets seemed to be already available... I think....

I ordered 2 sets of 4-pack tickets and within ten minutes all eight tickets were in my Ticketmaster account. I do wish the individual seat numbers were available, because I had to go to Stubhub to confirm the 2 rows seats proximity. Otherwise, very efficient.

Due to never receiving tickets for a concert the day prior to the concert date when I purchased through another site, I was very upset. So now, I will not purchase tickets unless I receive the tickets immediately. I now have both my tickets and won't have to worry about canceling plans and arrangements due to the seller not sending the tickets I paid for. I ended up getting a refund, but the inconvenience was not accounted for.

I had an amazing experience using Vivid; I checked multiple websites for The Weeknd tickets in Houston, and no one had better prices. Delivery was fast, and the User Interface was very well done. I was also able to secure a 15% discount that they just gave for free, which helped with the price even more.

The tickets go to Ticketmaster and my account is paused and I cannot log into it to get my tickets. I was waiting on the phone for 50 minutes to talk to a representative. Hopefully they will take care of it in 24 hours. Why can't I download it on Vivid seats?

I asked a few times and was assured that going through the phone to make a purchase that I would still get my ‘rewards points’ and told yes. However the auto record I thought said ‘no’. Still uncertain as to which it is. Overall a good experience but just want to confirm the points.

I've had easy and satisfying purchases with Vivid Seats. I like the app. I've used them for a lot of different types of events. I purchased tickets for a couple of Blackhawks games, a ticket for the Dave Chappelle show, and soccer tickets, too. They usually have a good amount of tickets to choose from and the price includes fees, so it breaks it down easier. The pricing is usually good. Also, Vivid Seats is giving an acknowledgement of me being a customer. For my latest purchase, I still had a credit from their rewards program that I needed to use. It was a really easy experience. There was a good map that shows where the seats.

This company facilitates fraud. Users are selling bad tickets to unsuspecting buyers. I bought tickets to a show that were already claimed when we arrived. And customer service? Nope, just a bot that will recommend you sell the bad tickets…

Absolutely unreal! My Vivid Seats tickets for Laufey's Orlando concert on Sept 15th were the best decision ever. The process was flawless, and the seats were so close I could practically feel the magic. A night for the books—Vivid Seats is pure gold!

The experience with Vivid Seats was fine. I purchased Eagles tickets from them last October and that was a very cool game. I've bought a lot of Phillies and Eagles tickets through them at an average price. They even have a good rewards program where I get a cashback for every 10 tickets. As long as they give me my tickets at a good price, that's all that matters.

I have no complaints with Vivid Seats. They were definitely the best prices with the best seats. I shopped around at other ticket places and Vivid Seats continued to be the best. So I just kept using them. I've purchased Phillies tickets and I even bought other baseball tickets for my husband. I started using Vivid Seats a couple of years ago after hearing mixed reviews about other ticket providers, and I have used them for all my tickets ever since. The process is quick and easy, and the tickets can be added to the Wallet app on my iPhone and scanned at the venue, so I don’t have to go through all the stress about losing my printed tickets.

I have also used their rewards program and got a discount on tickets for a Kenny Chesney concert in Vegas. Their pricing is good, the process is easy to use, and I would use them again.

Open app states claim your tickets but nothing comes up or loads. Unable to get my tickets. Can you please correct this issue before the start of the game. Unable to load, would I be able to go to the office at the game and correct this issue. I appreciate the help.

Smooth transition navigating through the website. Had no problem accessing the tickets I choose, and they were a pretty good price for the area chosen. I am an older individual and decided to take my husband out for a evening of great entertainment. We both LOVE Charlie ** and have followed him since we were in high school. Things on the website/app are pretty clear. It was fairly easy to find the tickets I wanted and purchase them. One thing I do wish is that their seat map showed more clearly where you will be seated and not just the section, that would be helpful in the process of choosing.

When placing my order on Vivid Seats, I was given the section and row number of the venue. However, after completing the transaction and receiving the ticket transfer, I discovered that it is a seat with an obstructed view, something that was never disclosed. I paid $200 for this ticket and will not be able to see half the stage, which is misleading the buyer (me) and falsely advertising.

I do not wish to enroll in any services other than these tickets. I did not receive a receipt. I should have received the tickets by email as soon as I purchased them. I did not see the seat numbers until I received the tickets just the row. Your prices are too high. I could have purchased them directly through the theater for less even with a service fee.

Great deals!!!! Easy. Love the app. Ability to follow your favorite artists. Change location if you travel and find shows wherever you are. And the only place I know that gives you rewards for purchases. Free tickets?!?🎫. Yes please! I highly recommend Vivid.

Was able to receive my tickets before 2 days before the event. Was notified via email it was ready in app. When I went to the app, it was confirmed and I was able to view my tickets quite easily. Smooth transaction. Would look to reuse the site to purchase tickets for events in the future.

Vivid Seats had the best price and seating available! These tickets were sold out on the main site and everywhere else was way overpriced! Purchasing with Vivid Seats was easy and tickets were delivered as promised and before the deadline! I would highly recommend!

It was a good experience overall although the ticket came with the message when delivered that read Limited View after I purchased it. If it said that beforehand, I missed it. Also, an extra $104+ in fees is excessive. I would use the site again though.

Having to wait for tickets to be sent wasn't something that I want to experience going forward 😕. I was checking back on several occasions for the tickets. The actual price of each ticket was reasonable, but all the extra fees, I feel was unacceptable. I think one fee plus taxes is reasonable.

We were on our way to the concert when Vivid Seats called us to tell us the tickets we bought had been sold on a different website and let us know the seats were obstructed view, which we did not know 'cause it wasn’t listed on the information for the tickets. The lady that told us on the phone helped us find some seats that weren’t obstructed view and made sure we’d get to the concert. We had so much fun and our seats were amazing! I’ll definitely be using Vivid Seats more often.

I was excited to see I had scored tickets for Randy Travis. It's been hours and still no tickets have been delivered. Maybe this was a scam site, I don't know just afraid to order tickets again from this company. I have received no help trying to get information regarding the tickets. I should never have bought them, knowing they would only be delivered via their site. Just EMAIL me the tickets, since your way and/or instructions are not working!

Took me about an hour to find out how to get my tickets because they were not in the Vivid app that I downloaded. Support finally sent me a link to access the tickets only in a Google Wallet app which I can't download because I have an iPhone. What a complete waste of time. I will never use Vivid Seats again.

The tickets listed were row 21. After I paid for them the tickets I received were row 20. Might not seem like much, but at Hard Rock Stadium that is on the border of being covered vs not being covered. That 1 row does make a difference. Plus, you still have the issue of I didn't get the tickets that were advertised and I paid for.

Quick and easy, I wasn’t able to find the receipt and there was a little confusion because my Apple Pay and email that I used didn’t match and I didn’t realize it at first but we are all set now and ready to go. This was also the cheapest tickets when I compared it with other sites.
