    I had a credit that I told the broker I wanted to use; he said sure but I needed to first purchase the tickets & I did. He told me that he would transfer my call to the person who would credit the difference of credit to new purchase; however they refused to apply my credit to the purchase. So now I still have $142.00 credit and had to pay 138.00 for the tickets. This credit is still on my account as well as the purchase of 4 more tickets. So I was lied to and it cost me paying again for the tickets.

    The purchase and tickets were good. The price was a bit high for the seat location. The description of the seats was not excellent as described, but the seats were ok. We have always had an easy ticket transfer with no issues. The hidden fees that are not known before the transaction should be disclosed prior to purchasing instead of after the receipt is given.

    I purchased New York City ballet tickets in the centre of the row in the front row. I get a call the day of saying there is an issue transferring my tickets and I have to do different seats. The seats offered to me were in the second row, not center. I was willing to pay extra for the centre and first drove so I could thoroughly enjoy my experience. However, the entire experience in process was ruined because of this.

    Hey Trish, we're sorry that your tickets were not as good as you were hoping. When you purchase tickets from us, we usually cannot guarantee specific seat numbers. In this case, the seller provided you tickets a row behind your original selection in a very similar location to what you would have received if they had been able to provide the original row, so your view was not that much different. We recommend searching for tickets that state clearly they are center view in the listing notes. Unless the listing states otherwise (as in, Aisle Seats, Center Seats, etc), tickets you purchase will be for any of the seats within the row you select.

    The concert was awesome. But the seating was horrible for the price. The entire row was packed but the row behind me was completely empty, and the row in front of me was empty as well. Next time I will look for better pricing and better seating. Not receiving the tickets until the day before left me stuck with the seats. Maybe could have sold them if I had more time.

    Overall flawless experience with buying tickets off of the app. Only one problem one time. I went to go see one concert the front bottoms. The tickets wouldn't come up as purchased in the vendor app like normal. Ended up going and proving to this box office that these tickets were purchased and that I should have them. He looked them up in his computer and yes I had. But it wouldn't pull up in any of the apps. Problem solved we had a great time. But nobody had ever experienced that problem before. And I never got my 4 stamps from that incident.

    Yes, I would like to get in contact with the promoter. The concert was very unorganized and not only was the main singer not there Barbara Mason. There were other singers That were not there. They were replaced by singers that we didn’t even know and people just singing songs that belong to the real artist very unsatisfied with the concert and would like to know what I have to do to move forward or some kind of compensation or refund.

    This was so upsetting. I had been going through depression and bought myself a ticket to an inspirational speaker to help myself. I don’t live close to the venue and it was pouring out. My ticket was not ever issued. Totally sucked. Vivid told me there was nothing they can do and referred me to AXS tickets, axs said the ticket was canceled and let Vivid know. I said I need proof I just can’t call and say that. They said you’ll have to battle it out on your own. WTH. I called Vivid back and shared. I don’t know what happened l, I asked for a refund and emailed the screenshot of my empty portal. The people were helpful.

    I had a horrible experience with Vivid Seats regarding my purchase of Boston Bruins tickets. I bought the tickets over two months ago and spent nearly $2500. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the tickets even though the game is just a few days away. When I contacted Vivid Seats to inquire about the delay, they seemed unconcerned and assured me that "this happens all the time" and that I would receive the tickets. However, I remain skeptical as I have friends flying in for the game and currently have no tickets to show them. The fact that they've held my money for two months without providing the tickets is incredibly frustrating.

    I won't use Vivid Seats again due to this experience. It's a straightforward business model: sellers have tickets, and buyers want them. The exchange should be seamless. However, holding onto my payment without delivering the tickets undermines any trust in their service. Additionally, I've had 33 tickets purchased through Vivid, with varied outcomes. I received tickets for one game promptly, which isn't until April. But for the upcoming games on Monday and in March, I've received nothing. I am definitely considering looking for alternative services for future purchases due to this disappointing experience.

    I understand Vivid cannot anticipate if fans in front of the booths stand. But Vivid could post a notice like, “if fans stand, view may be limited.” I am not exaggerating when I say that I saw the tops of the performers heads and sometimes I had no view at all. I gave up, sat down and just listened. To pay for premium seats and have no view is an absolute rip off. I see music multiple times monthly in Las Vegas and have had experience with most larger venues. This is by far the worst viewing experience I have had. I am done with Vivid due to the lack of notice that the view may be limited. What a shame.

    I contacted Vivid 3 times about these tickets. My questions were not answered. The concert was over an hour away from where I live so I need these tickets well in advance to plan for travel. I mentioned this several times in conversation. The venue changed for this concert and they couldn’t even tell me if the original tickets would be accepted at the new venue until the 3rd time I reached out.

    I bought these tickets in late November/early December. They were sent to me less than an hour before the show. I will not be buying from Vivid ever again ever again after this experience. Thankfully a friend of mine had extra tickets from Ticket master so I was able to attend and plan travel that way. But without the ticket master tickets I wouldn’t have been able to go to this concert.

    I have never in my life had such an awful experience buying tickets and never in my life received tickets less than an hour before the show. Especially having bought them over two months prior. Then to never have had any of my questions answered. Unfortunately because I did actually receive the tickets I probably won’t even be able to get a refund. But they weren’t used. Anyways never will be using vivid again.

    Tl;dr - you might not (probably won't) get the seats you chose (and OVERpaid for) when ordering. Avoid at all costs and go directly to somewhere like Ticketmaster. Very shady. Purchased tickets to a Toronto Blue Jays game back in November as a gift for some family members. Pretty normal process - you choose your seats and they deliver the tickets when they're ready.

    The problem is apparently they aren't obligated to deliver you the tickets you actually choose. When we received our tickets they were NOT the seats we selected. They were materially different - we chose seats in the shade due to health reasons for one of the family members they were a gift for. The tickets we were delivered are in direct sun the entire game. We cannot use them. It took them over a week to even acknowledge our support ticket, and when they did it was the classic 'sorry not sorry'.

    Actual quote from their email: "..we cannot guarantee specific rows, or in some cases, even specific sections. We do however guarantee that tickets purchased in a single order will be together unless otherwise disclosed in the ticket notes." Then why let users choose specific seats? And why not be honest and make it well known there is no guarantee?

    On top of that, the tickets were TWICE as much after fees as they would have been had we purchased directly through somewhere like Ticketmaster. Will never be using Vivid again and will tell as many people as we possibly can to avoid at all costs. Hopefully, our credit card company will work with us on a chargeback, cause Vivid has been clear there's absolutely no refunds or anything they can (will) do. Feels like a classic bait and switch.

    I ordered a Coldplay ticket last October 11, only to find out that they would deliver the ticket just before the concert. I called them, and they assured me that I would receive the ticket within a week—but they never sent it!     This is by far the worst experience we have ever had with purchasing and trying to use their tickets. Not only are there a bunch of fees and they are not willing to give you a refund, but they are not affordable!! My dissatisfaction came from the service rep. I started a chat and asked if I wasn’t able to find the resale button due to it being same day. The response was “yes.” So I said, "Okay, is there any other options available by chance?" The response was “find another website”. I understand resale wasn’t an option, but there was no need to be rude and annoyed with a simple question. I was already bummed about not getting to go, then even more bummed about losing the money I’d spent on the tickets. I didn’t need the customer service rep to be rude on top of it.

    I’m extremely disappointed by the experience I’ve had with Vivid Seats. After purchasing tickets in October, I was notified by TicketMaster that the tickets had violated their terms of service and needed be cancelled. I contacted Vivid Seats and shared the concern that week. I was told to sit tight and that the tickets were guaranteed, so there was no need to worry. I checked in monthly asking for updates, and now - 5 months later, 2 months before the now sold out show, I’ve been told tickets will not be available… It’s a shocker! I honestly feel this is a bridging loan scam.

    I purchased (2) tickets to Zach Top in Denver Colorado through Vivid Seats. Tickets were sold as VIP 1st row and I was charged quite a bit more money for these VIP tickets versus the General Admission tickets that were also being sold on their site. When I received my email confirmation it also confirmed I had first row tickets. When I arrived at the venue I was advised my tickets were not VIP and that they were not First Row. Venue advised that all of their tickets sold for the event were all General Admission tickets and that they did not offer any other ticket level.

    I called Vivid Seats and asked how they can sell a VIP First Row ticket when there is no such ticket available and was advised that that is how they keep track of the tickets they sell and that they assign their own rows to the GA tickets. This was 100% false advertising for the tickets and would highly recommend to make sure you know what you are getting. I am cancelling my account and will never purchase from them again.

    I used to buy more tickets from Vivid Seats but the expense has gotten way too expensive. Vivid's fees are never disclosed until the sale is finished and it's almost as much as the price of each ticket. I am not interested in paying high prices plus fees anywhere.     Easy to buy except it’s hard to retrieve the tickets when it delivers them to Ticket Master site. Wish that when you buy them through Vivid Seats you can just get them from that site. Why does it go to ticket master site all the time? Can I get an answer please?

    Your service fees are ridiculously high and are NOT well disclosed until the purchase is made. Horrified to find a $200 purchase balloon to more than $300... Seats are also not well detailed so was unsure what quality the seats were. l will be avoiding Vivid in the future. Please reduce your service fees.

    I bought two tickets to Billy Strings 1/25/25. I viewed the tickets at home on my phone but upon arriving at the venue, the tickets showed as "not found" on my phone. This was the negative part.     I got in a car accident couple of hours before the event and tried to sell the tickets but was unable to sell them. Said I needed to sell them at least two days in advance but I had bought the tickets the day before so I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I’ve used other ticket services and was able to sell my tickets hours before the event especially with a high demand event like this one. I wasn’t expecting the car accident and ruining my plans for the day but more disappointed that there was a two day sell in advance when I had just bought the tickets the day before.

    Decided to use Vivid for my son’s first professional basketball game while in Charlotte. Being a longtime hedge fund guy also trying to perform some due diligence. I started by watching prices for a few days before taking the plunge and purchased seats in section 106. That was all good. Problem arose when the tickets didn’t turn up. The date seemed to coincide with my order date but after a day I reached out when no link. Btw, how does the customer know if there is an issue? When do we follow up? I decided to initiate a chat to quickly run into an AI bot.

    After clearing that hurdle, found a person still on chat. Net result was that ticket was never sent and after trying to reach seller at 11:30 big surprise, nobody answered. I was then offered other tickets and while two rows closer, the seats were absolutely on the far side of the section. Ended up spending about an 1/2 hour to get seats that may have been worse than the originals. Seems like there is a reason. Ticketmaster perseveres.

    Your resale option is horrible and should be more like Ticketmaster. If I would have had a few more days I might have been able to sell mine instead of eating the $165 I spent and couldn’t make concert. The fact that I couldn’t sell off your site sucked too!     The tickets just say 9:30. There was no specific time of when the meet and greet starts. He posted on his story on INSTAGRAM that the meet and greet was 1 hour and 15 minutes before on the same day. I drove 3 hours to see him and the concert. There should be specifications and meet and greet times; especially for the price of the tickets and only get half of the experience!!

    Look at my account and you’ll see there is an investigation and I never received the tickets!! I am contacting BBB in Chicago and Consumer Affairs. Your customer service reps kept me on a hamster wheel for over 6 hours and never got my tickets link correctly. I drove 3.5 hours and stayed on the phone with Vivid 866 number to no avail and the all customer service rep were trained not to help. Just keep saying that they are escalating and leaving customers on hold just to wear them down. I bought section 114 and the scammer seller tried to send a bad link for section 104. I told the complete story to your customer service reps over and over every time I called. This has been a traumatizing experience.

    I thought they were sincere about helping since y'all took my $379 and never delivered tickets but that are highly trained CSRs not to help but to mentally wear the customers down. I’m beyond frustrated and feel so so violated and Vivid Seats would not help. Your 100% guarantee is a complete joke. Of all the customer services reps that said they would help me and did not, I hope the karma bus comes around and takes $379 from each of you. That was a lot of money to me and Vivid should be ashamed of how they’ve treated me. I am entitled to a full refund because you failed to deliver me any tickets at all. You did not even try to get me other tickets, so sad you treat a 55 year old woman this way. Shame on your management. You failed and should feel slimy.

    How do you feel working for a company that rips people off? I found your corporate office in Chicago and I won’t stop until I get a refund to my PayPal original form of payment. I will contact every single agency until you refund my money for not providing tickets! And check my records. You have all the screenshots of the tickets not being electronically delivered to me. Vivid is part of the scam!
