    Ticket prices paid through the website was triple the amount the venue was selling the tickets for. Upon arriving and checking into the venue, I reviewed my email and no tickets were received by email. The only way to enter the show was to purchase additional tickets at the box office window. The entire transaction was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

    The seat I selected didn’t reflect the actual seat I got. I chose the seat based on being close to the stage and the seat I got is way in the rear of the floor. I’m only 5 feet and can’t see which is why I chose a seat closer to the stage. I’m extremely disappointed and will never order from here again. BEWARE THAT THE SEAT YOU'RE GIVEN DOES NOT REFLECT WHAT YOU'RE GETTING. I ordered section C row 3 off Vivid Seats and when I got the ticket on Ticketmaster it showed section C as in the the rear of the floor.

    Tickets arrived on time and everything was easy to do. Parking ticket was expensive though. But much cheaper than other sites. Maybe with the expensive seats that are over 200$ there could be free parking pass. Spent over 600$ on tickets, didn't expect parking to be almost another 100$. That and service charges were 200$.

    The tickets purchased a month prior to the event was cancelled by seller less than 24 hours before the event took place and we were unable to buy new ticket. There should be a rule that a seller cannot take back their tickets so many days prior to an event.

    The tickets listed were not the correct row. I had specifically picked them so that we could get “rail” bar top seats, but when we got the Ticketmaster transfer, it was a completely different row, that we paid way too much for. We would never have purchased the tickets had we known the actual section and row.

    I am an avid theater fan. So I love everything from Book Of Mormon, to Wicked (Hamilton is a little too cliché). So when I saw deals for Come From Away and Moulin Rouge I JUMPED ON IT. Both shows were amazing, and the people I took to the shows loved it!. Before this I actually shopped via Ticketmaster, issue is with them, their hidden fess and they will surcharge you LIKE CRAZY and you'll end up paying more in hidden fees and taxes you'll pay more in tax then the ticket itself.     I am very disappointed with this service, my ticket was never delivered and my money was never returned. I am very frustrated. I bought the ticket a while ago and then when it came the day of the concert, nobody sent me any heads up or anything about the ticket. And no solution was ever provided to solve the problem. I am really willing to delete Vivid Seats from my phone forever. This is really ridiculous.

    First off the extra fees are insane. For every 3 tickets I bought I basically paid the price of another in fees. The customer support was also not very good. I was referred to the online FAQs when I called with a question and never got my answer. It was also not made clear when I purchased my tickets, the type of tickets I was receiving. I paid for the seats advertised and I ended up having different seats for every single session. I will most likely be using Ticketmaster in the future.

    Several years ago Slipknot got cancelled and I received credit plus 10 percent. No one could tell me how to use the credits I received and I thought I had lost the $150.     I had talked to you for three days stating I couldn’t receive the tickets, I stated Ticketmaster said they went to another account. I was told I was wrong, made to feel I wasn’t smart enough to receive the tickets….a ”your verified seller” lied to you, you told me that it wasn’t possible because they were a “verified seller.” Well, I went to the show, we didn't receive our tickets, they were sold multiple times and in fact there was someone in our seats.     When I tried to retrieve tickets I got an error message saying tickets were not available. Tried chat and even called in advance of event. Customer service was not helpful at all. So now I am out $630 and never got to go to the event. Do not recommend using for events. Better to use Ticketmaster. Very disappointed!

    When I arrived at the venue, I couldn't figure out how to get to the tickets, even though I had previously downloaded the app as you instructed. The ticket taker sent me to a woman who was helping another customer. Not coincidentally, he had bought his tickets on your site as well, and also couldn't obtain his tickets. The people at the venue were not able to help me at all. They couldn't figure it out either. I finally got it to work after playing around on my phone for 10 to 15 minutes and changing my password multiple times. I will not be using your site again.

    Do not buy these seats. Say there are two bars to SRO AND now they rent that area out and there are 2 4 foot windows to watch from! So disappointing as the place is amazing otherwise. So tell your customers that you are not letting people see the game they paid over $75 for. Do better!

    The purchase went fine but to access tickets get said download Vivid app. I did so. Click on View tickets or something like that. Took me to Ticketmaster. Had to download and create account on Ticketmaster. Click on View tickets there. It showed me four tickets but said these are not the tickets. To view and save tickets, save them to Google Wallet. Which I did not have. Or I could click on download our app. So I opted to download the app which took me to Kronke Sports. After downloading that app it said view tickets here. Which again were not the tickets. It again directed me to download Google Wallet to save the tickets there so I wouldn't have to deal with heavy network traffic trying to access tickets when entering the event.

    Still no option to view those tickets or access them without downloading Google Wallet. So had to Download that app too after all. I spent more time trying to get tickets on my phone than the event itself is going to take. Terrible terrible terrible experience downloading 4 apps I will unlikely use ever again, In addition to all the verifications I had to do with phone number and email to get those apps to work.

    Hey Tom, we completely understand your frustration. Since the tickets were issued through Ticketmaster, that is why your link to access your tickets initially directed you there. Normally you can just log in through the website you're directed to instead of having to download an app. If the venue has opted to require the use of a digital wallet such as Google Wallet or Apple Wallet for their tickets, that's their choice as we aren't affiliated with them or with Ticketmaster in any capacity. Obviously for someone like yourself who isn't a frequent user of these apps, this is not as convenient as you would like your digital tickets to be! We recommend you provide your feedback to the venue or to Ticketmaster regarding their digital ticket formats, as it's important they hear directly from those affected by these changes.

    I was disappointed and where I was sitting for the cost 74. When I had other family sitting much closer to the stage who only paid 57 and I was sitting behind them, 7 rows. They did not use the same app so next time I will be more careful and shop around.

    The Fees they charge amounted to a 35% increase in ticket prices. Ridiculous. They also do it ‘dynamically’ to gouge people on more popular events. I wonder how much they charge for Super Bowl tickets. The only benefit is the secure, brokered transaction and e delivery, but the cost is exorbitant. Probably will not use again.

    First of all, I purchased my tickets for Tyler, The Creator on accident as I was trying to use the pay-as-you-go feature offered by PayPal. Instead $800 was taken out of my account and could not be refunded. Luckily I was able to gather up enough money to pay my rent that month, and I attended the concert. The concert was great, my friend who probably won't do a survey I had purchased a ticket for her son and I had a lot of trouble helping her get the ticket to show up in the AXS app with no help from vivid.

    Vivid offered me some parking passes to purchase and I found one for $18 when I went to grab my credit card I came back and the price had rose. I paid $38 for a $15 parking spot if I had purchased it at the actual parking place. I'm not happy and will never use Vivid for concerts again. Additionally, all of the times that I called for Vivid Seats. I pressed one for English, but was transferred to someone who could not understand English, I would love if somebody could please explain that the customer service was the worst.

    Likewise, we empathize with your friend's difficulty with accessing her ticket through AXS. We are not affiliated with AXS and do not have access to their services and systems, though we are able to help with troubleshooting. If she ordered her ticket for her son through us, we would have been happy to help if she had reached out to us. Alternatively, the box office of venues that use AXS have trained staff available to assist with troubleshooting if the issue arises when you're already at the venue.

    Some folks may buy parking for events but end up not needing it, so they are allowed to list those parking passes on our site. As with any type of ticket, they can set the asking price. Prices on our site may be above or below face value. It sounds like the one you were originally considering sold before you could purchase it.

    Our customer service agents are all fluent in English, and some are fluent in Spanish and a handful of other languages. The language selection option on our phone menu only changes the language that the menu options are read aloud in, and does not necessarily have a bearing on the agent you will be routed to for assistance. We also have a live chat and email address you can contact instead of calling our phone line, and we also have folks available to assist via social media if you DM our official accounts.

    Hello. I was happy with the event, however when I was in my seat, a lot of the game was obstructed view, with the seat being in the middle of the aisle. I enjoyed the experience but I wish there was an accurate photo of the seat view. The fees were a bit ridiculous but I was expecting it to be 25-40$ but I didn’t think it would be 50$+. In the future, putting bag policies in the ticket info would be great as some events have lesser bag policies and my bag was not allowed inside.

    We were told we would receive tickets for our March 17 concert by end of day on March 15. We called multiple times between the 15th and the 17th and finally at 8 AM on March 17 12 hours before the concert Vivid tickets figured out that the seller was not ready to sell the tickets. How is it possible for a seller to not be ready to sell the tickets for a concert the same day? In the end vivid was able to get us tickets from another vendor that ended up being better seats for us, which is why this is a three star review instead of a two star review

    Bought tickets to The Players tournament for my fiancée for Christmas. We flew down to Florida and took off of work to go to this. The day of the event we still did not have our tickets. March 14th it said they would be available to be downloaded and they never were. So, we called customer service first thing on the 15th (day of the tournament). An hour and a half later the best they could was refund my money the day of the event we were supposed to be going to.     I purchased floor seats for the Shane Gillis show at the Delta Center, on Vivid I was assigned Floor 12 (F12) Row 7. I received tickets from Seat Geek for Section 12 Row 7.     Do not buy tickets there! They sent me an email with a blank order number. They took my money from my account but I couldn't open the tickets.     Never received the link for my tickets, was at the gate and realized the app only showed the tickets but there was nothing to scan to actually get into the gate. It was so loud in the arena that I had to use chat to get someone to help me. All correspondence from Vivid Seats were promotional emails and not my ticket link. If you had me download the app then the ticket should be available there. Chat agent after 30 mins decided to send me the link for the tickets. Issue could’ve been resolved immediately. Will ever use vivid seats again, this surgery actually just reminded me to delete the app.

    Pretty sure they double booked my tickets. I paid almost $900 for Disturbed tickets. When I tried to claim and transfer my tickets, a pop up informed me they had already been claimed by another email address. Customer service was not helpful at all. They were unable to find what email was used to claim the tickets nor were they able to reissue them because they had been transferred. Just not to me. We spent over 2 hours on the phone with Vivid and Ticketmaster. They both blamed each other. Meanwhile we missed the whole show.

    I bought a parking ticket and couldn’t use it. You should be able to just open your tickets through Vivid Seats and not have to use Ticketmaster. I didn’t end up using ticket because I couldn’t get the tickets open at the event. What a waste of money.     I don’t know how this site is legally operating and am convinced these must be fake reviews. I bought 3 tickets to a Hozier concert- the tickets were listed in CAD and I was charged in usd (100 dollars more than I consented to), I emailed customer service and tried to phone call- I was hung up on. I then realized that the tickets were set to be sent in 2026 when the concert is for 2025, tried contacting them and when I got back was basically an “oh well, nothing we can do”. So it’s VERY LIKELY you will get scammed on here and if you do customer service will ignore you. I lost 400 dollars and haven’t heard a word back from them.

    Made very unhappy by the process of ordering tickets through Vivid. 3-4 hours and 10 or so attempts to secure my seats through ticket master. Contact with customer service did not resolve issue. When I arrived at venue, parking had to be paid by qr code. Never use your site again and will not return to Fischer's Event center. Frustration outweighed the fun I could of had. Save everyone's hassle with your site and close it. I refrained from the expletives when conveying this message. Cannot express enough my bitter feelings of this whole fiasco. I would have rated this in negative stars given a choice.

    I received a call about 40 min before the event telling me my seats were not available. I was offered an upgrade. I was would waited outside the venue until my tickets arrived in the horrible app. Doors were almost closed and called to ask any the new tickets hadn't been delivered. After a 10 min wait I was told "the seller couldn't deliver the tickets" and that there were no longer any tickets available. I was told I would be refunded for the tickets, but I would need to call the insurance company to "request" reimbursement of my insurance.

    So I'm out about $100 in related expenses and two hours of my life because of Vividseat's apparently questionable seat acquisition practices. No after market ticket reseller has ever not be able to provide seats. Vivid seats failed me twice. A company that rules on trust cannot offer seats they cannot fulfill. Unless Vividseats does better than a refund, they have permanently lost a customer. I'll go to Any other reseller and pay more for tickets I know will be available.

    Avoid choosing right side balcony seats 9-13 in row L. You're right above the stairwell. Your view will be blocked by a constant flow of people coming up the stairs then standing and trying to figure out where they're sitting. Heard but couldn't see first 3 songs. Same thing happened during last 2 songs. People leaving stood at the top of the stairs to watch. Nobody there to keep them moving on.

    Normally I’ve had a decent experience on this app, Vivid Seats has typically been my preferred platform to get tickets. However this time I got them through SeatGeek, mainly due to price and the ability to see the pricing with Fees. But on our way over to the Austin FC match I wanted to get parking passes to make things easier on my friends. We were about 5 minutes out and the game started soon and we wanted to be there ahead of time. Typically with SeatGeek it arrived almost instantaneously, which was what I was expecting - but after five minutes I have a confirmation. We arrived and the parking security turned us away because the confirmation was not enough to park there. I tried reaching out to support but wasn’t able to make any progress.

    The police told us we had to find another place to park, so we eventually paid to get parking on a different lot. But at this point I still haven’t received the tickets, the game was getting ready to start. I wanted to get it refunded prior to me receiving the parking pass but support glitched where none of my messages would send. I reached out to support today and was not helped or refunded. I was just told, "It’s not your fault." It’s frustrating. I feel like I just wasted money. But but the worst thing was the fact that it was my fault now that all of my friends and I were late to the game because the tickets that I paid for didn’t arrive in my email. I and my friends will probably never use this platform again, unless there is some resolution to this matter. In the future, I think there needs to be some sort of policy and or provision, where if it claims to be an instant delivery, it should be instant not at a convenience.

    First time using Vivid Seats and I made an account using “Sign in with Apple” - not knowing this app doesn’t actually save tickets, but pushes them to other ticket brokers. My Vivid acct email is different than my AXS email, meaning my tickets got lost in the internet ether. Day of our event, I spent almost 2 hours working with their chat service.

    The first two reps were useless, one of which said “try to be positive” after dodging multiple questions on whether I could attend my show. They seemed more interested in getting me to hang up than to try helping. To their credit, the third rep was amazing, identified the issue immediately, and rerouted the tickets to the venue’s box office so I could pick them up - taking less than 5 mins. Your service experience will depend on the rep’s experience, which is unfortunately the standard these days. The fees were also nearly the cost of a ticket and I wish the level of service reflected this - instead prepare for lots of canned responses and inconsistent help.

    The tickets were never sent to my email for me to accept. We drove over 3hrs to this game for my son birthday and wasn’t able to see the game. I chatted and spoke to vivid reps and that was also a disaster. After chatting with the AI I called with a ticket master rep on the line with me. I recorded our conversation to prove the rudeness of vivid customer service. After I ask to speak to a supervisor the representative started over talking me and then just hung up on me. I asked for a refund and was told they are unable to refund me. I’m beyond pissed, frustrated, and disappointed with vivid and I will never recommend them to anyone. We never received the tickets, drove over 3hrs for my son birthday, missed the game, horrible customer service, and was told we couldn’t get a refund. Horrible experience!! As we were frustrated and nearing gametime, this would cut into the gameday experience causing some disappointment.     I couldn't sell my tickets on my phone, where I had done all the buying. Having to download my tickets, after three attempts with the customer service, in order to sell them.     Absurdly expensive fees. I bought two tickets at $54 each, and ended up paying $161!!! Not to mention they have zero customer service, and zero refund policy! I've bought tickets from other ticket sites and been able to get a refund same day, but Vivid just tells you to kick rocks. I bought tickets for a concert not knowing my husband had already bought them as a birthday gift. Now I have extra tickets and I can't reliably resell them, because Vivid won't release my tickets until a few days before the show.

    Cherry on top, however- just in case, I went through their ticket-selling option, and I can put them up for sale now, without the tickets in hand. Unreliable sales, they are all for. Interesting part of this process, they want me to enter my credit card number to sell my tickets. There's three links to the right: Will my credit card be charged? -this link works and provides an answer. Why is my credit card required? -this link works and provides an answer. If my tickets sell, is the 10% seller fee charged to my card? -this link does not work and suspiciously does not provide an answer

    After the fact, I did some Googling, and discovered an entire FaceBook page dedicated to dissatisfied customers of Vivid Seats, and spent an hour reading story after story of scams, financial retaliation from this $1.19 billion company, unreliable ticket delivery causing people to miss events, sellers being allowed to sell tickets they don't have, and more. Clearly a money hungry scummy site. So. If anyone is looking to buy my price-tripled concert tickets, keep an eye out on Vivid- maybe I'll be the next scammy "seller" to sell tickets I don't have.

    I have yet to hear back from you guys about having the seller send the tickets as a Ticketmaster transfer.     I bought 3 tickets to a local basketball game. A couple days before the game I decided to check and make sure that I was good. It ended up that the seller only sent me two out of the three tickets. I spent about 3 hours over 2 days trying to get the 3rd ticket I bought and each time Vivid said they were talking to the buyer and the 3rd ticket was on its way. They told me three times that the seller was going to send it right away. Long story short, I got two out of the three tickets and Vivid Seats did nothing to try to help me and my kids out. They offered me tickets 20 rows behind what I bought and made it seem like they were doing me a favor.

    I would never buy a single ticket from them and now I have two kids that are disappointed because they couldn’t go to a game because their seller decided to keep one ticket and tried to sell a pair instead of a solo ticket. Vivid Seats only cares about the ticket sellers, not about the ticket buyers. I would avoid this company more than a herpes virus. Stick with StubHub and SeatGeek.

    I bought 5 tickets for a family event costing $3000. Vivid Seats has a policy called Seat Saver written in small print. Ticket purchases of 4+ can be split! They're splitting families with children and pointing that out just before the event...greedies! I don't want Row A, I want Row J WITH my family which is what I paid for. I would have paid for Row A if that's what I wanted. Customer service is terrible, there is no escalation department because they have trained their representatives to tell customers the same thing 10x, hoping they will just hang up and move on. They couldn't transfer me to a manager/supervisor, they couldn't refund me the tickets I paid for, they couldn't provide me with an email address to VividSeats CEO, and they couldn't email me their policy! They can't do anything!

    Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing tickets. Found out about an hour before show time we weren’t getting the tickets. Paid over $750 for 4 tickets, started taking the 75-minute drive to the venue only to be told we were skunked by the seller halfway there. I’ve bought tickets from street scalpers that went better than this. Last time I purchase anything from Vivid.

    Vivid Seats seemed to be the easiest to do when purchasing tickets online. I've also applied with the rewards program when I purchased and it was fine. This was a special circumstance buying these expensive tickets for the playoffs, but I might use Vivid for more reasonably priced things.

    I'm not sure how I feel about the whole guaranteed resale from Vivid itself for prices that are way down. I ended up taking it, but I didn't feel great that it made the profit margin so obvious. That's already high with all the fees. I would suggest to offer a more competitive price when offering a guaranteed resale because people are already reselling at a loss. Besides that, I was generally happy with the experience.

Your order appears to be for the game taking place on March 8th, which as of the time of writing this reply (March 5th), has not yet taken place. Parking passes are only valid for the day stated on them, and your pass should show that it is for March 8th rather than February 22nd. We did have passes available for the 22nd but that is not what you purchased.

    As a marketplace, prices on our site may vary from the original price charged by the lot or garage for parking, as whomever lists their parking pass may list it for a price of their choosing based on what they feel is fair. If you do not wish to use your parking pass or don't have plans to attend the game this Saturday, you can always resell your unwanted pass to recoup some or all of the cost of your order, at your own discretion.
