The Vivid Seats app is super easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, and one I’ve been using often! I like that, along with selling tickets, there are games you can play to win discounts/tickets. I see myself using this app when buying tickets for any event. I 100% recommend!!

I was able to find affordable tickets easy and fast. This was my first time using Vivid Seats. I requested an electronic transfer of the tickets and it was confirmed to be sent 2 days before the event, I did not get the confirmation of delivery email until the morning of the event- THAT WAS STRESSFUL.

I had an excellent experience buying tickets over the phone when a discount was not applying. I unfortunately cannot the name of the lady who helped me. Her name began with an S, maybe Sneha. She was very helpful and kind. I would certainly buy over the phone again if I have an issue.

Easy to use app, quick transfer of tickets. I would recommend Vivid Seats for your secondary market NFL tickets. Fees are outrageous but I guess that’s the industry standard. I will always check Vivid Seats first when I’m looking for sporting event tickets.

I was promised a 15% discount because I signed up with them and was not able to use it when I signed out. It said my coupon could not be used on my order, but that information was never given to me. I think they call it false advertising. After spending almost $3000 for tickets they offer you a discount but then don’t give it to you when you check out. I’m going will be well informed not to use the site again.

I haven’t seen my tickets at the moment so I am a bit concerned. Is there any way to find them or talk about this? I want to see them because it said they were delivered but not anywhere in sight on my app or listing on the website. What’s going on?

The option for zero stars should be offered! My tickets were delivered September 5th for Oasis concert on September 6th. They showed up on the 5th. On the night of the concert they disappeared. I was unable to retrieve my tickets at the concert. Was told by the box office people Vivid tickets never get you in!! Fraudulent website. No customer service and no money back for my tickets!! Shut down Vivid tickets as they sell third party tickets which they do not have!

For some reason which I don't have a clue why, my tickets which I ordered yesterday, were canceled! I called yesterday for an explanation but was on the automated service call over 45mins! I was truly upset because I ordered the tickets to surprise my sister because she's a phenomenal sister. When I called this morning, Ron/Ronnie couldn't tell why the original order was canceled but was able to assisted me w/ purchasing tickets which were close by my original tickets at a discounted rate! I was told you buy 10 tickets you get an 11th free. Never saw this promotion when I made my purchase. Went back in the site weeks later to buy an eleventh ticket and had a credit on account. I would not have known about this credit, could have better communication.

If I could give this site a zero, I would. I bought a parking pass for the Hollywood Bowl in the D lot. I overpaid for a spot that said row one, space 14. As I have an ill husband, and wanted to leave as quickly as possible, I paid extra. When we got to the lot, they said there were no reserved spaces. Parking on site was $45 not the150.00 I stupidly paid. There is no talking to anyone at Vivid customer service, only by text, The only thing the “alleged” manager I texted with said, repeatedly, was what their policy was. He would not put me in touch with a supervisor. I spoke with someone at the LA Philharmonic and they said to use Park Whiz. So buyer beware.

The tickets on Vivid Seats are the cheapest amongst ticket sellers. Using a link from a credit card to obtain a statement credit. The process was quite straightforward and we were able to choose a pair of seats in a great location. My only concern is the ability receive the link to the pdf of the tickets and then to print them out as we will be onboard ship on the day for them to be delivered.

The tickets I bought a couple weeks ago were not available upon trying to enter the game. I was not notified of the tickets being declined until messaging the help representative. I miss the first quarter of the game trying to sort through this at the gate of the facility. Completely 100% unacceptable and I want at least a portion of my money back!!! I should have been notified ahead of time that the tickets I thought I bought were unavailable!

Bought pit/general admission tickets a month in advance (not sold out at the time). Tickets were never delivered. Reached out multiple times days and hours before the event—kept getting told the seller would deliver “day of” and then was guaranteed delivery 2 hours before the show. Two hours before, I was told the seller hadn’t responded but GA tickets were available. I agreed to the same tickets, but was instead offered inferior seats despite the company’s own policy promising “comparable or upgraded” replacements.

First, the eticket I received had no seat number. I didn't receive the 2nd eticket because I typed the wrong email. When I contacted via chat, after close to an hour I received new emails with the seat numbers. But then at the venue, 8 seats on my row had been double booked! The last to arrive were given the seats and we earlier ones had to go to the box office. They gave us closer seats and said some people sell a ticket twice. We were a few minutes late because of the ticket change. After the purchase I could see that the ticket itself was $72, but with the fees I paid $98! I used PayPal, so I don't have a receipt.

Replacement tickets are standing room only, and that was not specified by the customer service representative for the replacement tickets. I am frustrated by the delayed delivery of the initial tickets and worse replacement tickets. This needs to be fixed immediately.

I ordered two tickets from this site. They were marked up from $47 to 104 with all their fees, etc. And then when I came time for the performance, the two seats has actually already been sold by the venue and my tickets were no good.

Thank goodness for the Ticketmaster app because I was unable to view my tickets thru the Vivid Seats app after I purchased. I downloaded the app using the same email address and it sent me an email with a "magic link" and when I clicked on the button it went nowhere.

Seamless purchase of tickets was great; struggling to get tickets on our phone though. Hoping to figure that out because right now it’s really confusing. Not sure what else to type into this window. It seems like there aren’t any digital tickets to be found.

I bought tickets thru Ticketmaster first but was limited to 4 only. I needed 4 more tickets in the same row (row 15 of section 11) so I had to use another ticketing platform. In Ticketmaster I specified which seats in the row I bought, seats 17-20, so we were on the end. I paid $500 for 4 tickets. In that app, I could see there was another 6 seats available in the row right next to my first order. Them being the only option for another 4 seats. Unfortunately, Vivid Seats doesn’t offer seat specific purchasing. I could only place an order for 4 tickets in row 15 of section 11. Knowing that was only place in the row with 4 seats and was right next to my first order, I made the purchase and hoped for the best.

It was a little stressful not having the tickets delivered until the day before, but I was very relieved when I finally received them today. Some extra communication between the date of purchase and the date of delivery would have eased my worries. Regardless, I was able to purchase them earlier and at a lower price through your service, which was fantastic. Had we waited for the general sale, we may not have made it through the queue at all. I am beyond frustrated with this entire experience. I tried to use my reward credit to buy a ticket for an upcoming event and every single time my purchase was immediately canceled. I reached out through the app and ended up chatting with four different senior specialist none of whom could solve the issue on top of that. I called customer service multiple times, wasted hours explaining the same situation over and over and still got absolutely no resolution. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of anyone taking ownership of the problem I was basically brushed off and told to go somewhere else to purchase my ticket. That response is insulting and unacceptable. Why even offer a program reward if I can’t actually use the credit when I need it most. At this point it feels like no one cares about fixing the issue or valuing my time as a customer. I am angry. I’m disappointed and I want answers not excuses.

It was good and fast. I didn’t have any problems. I would recommend it. I could see the map clear of the seats and I could see the Row Alphabet and the numbers. I saw the stage area clearly and the payment info was protect and the ticket was sent promptly and that’s it.

Overall, this Vivid ticket experience was very disappointing - but your customer service were able to salvage a potential disaster by securing 2 tickets after the show started. When I purchase tickets from a vendor like vivid, I fully expect those tickets to arrive. When I saw that my Floor GA tickets to my daughter’s favourite band hadn't arrived yet - 30 min before doors opened - I reached out to your team. Sadly, the tickets i purchased never arrived. And by the time your team was able to confirm that they never would arrive, the other reasonably priced good tickets i had been following at the time of my purchase were no longer available.

Andreas was very clear as to what our options were. Found the best seats at our price level. was familiar with the system on which we had a lot of questions. Left feeling good about our purchase. We even had a question about a previous purchase and he helped us with that as well.

Never had this problem of where I didn’t receive tickets on time until 30 mins after the game started. Missed start of the game. And buyer guarantee says “valid tickets in time for event or your money back.” We were stuck outside in the sun waiting for the tickets.

I will try to make this as direct only to the company Vivid Seats as the further complications that arised from vivid seats was more complicated. I had purchased vivid seats market place tickets for a concert. This detail is important since apparently this makes your ticket a resold ticket and the original purchaser has all the rights to the tickets.

I purchased NFL football tickets, before purchasing I called and communicated with Andres C. to resolve some concerns I had. After Andres doing some research (because he did not know the questions I was asking), he informed me that with my package I was purchasing it included 3 hours of a pre game tailgate party including drinks and food. He also confirmed that there would be food and drinks inside the stadium. To my surprise, after receiving information from Elevate VIP there is no food or drinks inside the stadium included with the package I purchased. This is false advertising and misinformation so I would purchase the tickets. This is unacceptable, and would be greatly appreciated if I was contacted by someone with the proper authority to resolve this issue.

Prices are always what they say they are, so there are no extra fees at the end. There are many ways for payment which makes it easy and tickets come fast. Sometimes the 10 minutes to buy the tickets can be annoying but you have to be ready to pay for them.

I bought and paid for tickets to a Broadway show over a month ago. The date of the show is in three weeks. I received a message telling me to click on an address to get my tickets. When I clicked I got a message saying they are not available yet. I have spoken to Customer Service Live Chat three times but received NO HELP. They gave me a phone number to complain, but when I call I receive a recorded message telling me contact Live Chat and they hang up on me. Apparently I have no recourse!

Placed an order and realized it was only 1 ticket and not 4 and that apparently final and they couldn't help me switch it to 4 or cancel this order and place the 4 tickets. Accidents happen and to add 3 tickets you would think would be something they could do but not the case.

I ordered tickets for an event where I needed a physical bracelet as a ticket. For weeks before it says my ticket was sent. So I didn’t panic. The week before I got an update from UPS that my ticket was at a facility near my home and would arrive the next day. The day before the event the ticket still didn’t arrive. Ups says it was lost and started an investigation. I never got my ticket and when I contacted vivid seats they said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even value their buyer guarantee. So I was out $638. BEWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR “buyer protection.” Do not use for physical tickets expected in the mail. Because if it gets lost in transit you are out of luck! I am currently filing a dispute with both my credit card and UPS. Their guarantee policy is a scam!

The tickets were delivered to an account NOT associated with my VividSeats account. I needed them either transferred over so I could access them, or cancelled so I could purchase new ones on my account. I used vividseats because of the rewards. I'm UPSET.

It was really pleasing, friendly and easy way to understand navigate through and not get lost. I was able to find exactly what I was wanting and purchasing the tickets was just as easy. Was not at all stressed out or frustrated and was very quick and easy.

First-time user. I was a little hesitant at first and more nervous as it got closer to the event. However, I just received the tickets in the app. The follow-through and communication have all been good. The ticket price was just slightly more than the original price, but well worth it as the show has been sold out. So, I would recommend it especially if you miss a sold-out show sale and I will use the service again. Note, this is all app driver, which I actually prefer.

I ordered seat for tier 2 and they was cancelled cause I didn’t reply fast enough, which is crazy to me. I’m at work and at meeting. Only email I got was your order has been cancelled! That’s not right! Now I reordered and the original tickets are not available and had to order tier 3 tickets. I’m not happy at all. This was a surprise for my daughter and the seats have been changed.

Great simple process but would have preferred not to need to download the ticket master app and confirm all that for my tickets. But it was easy to get my tickets and I really like the preview of the seats you can see them before you buy. I am super excited for the game.

I purchased 2 tickets to the AF Academy game (which was Sat. 30 Aug). The day before the game I went on the Vivid Seats website, asking where my tickets would arrive via email. After a few chats, I was told not to worry; I would receive them by midnight. The day of the event, I spent 2 hours and 40 min on chat! The agent claimed he/she couldn't contact the seller. After all the frustration, I finally got the tickets 4 1/hrs before the game. We had a 3 hr commute (plus looking for parking)! It was ridiculous. I filled out the survey and never got a reply! Never again! I would give them zero stars, but that's not an option.

I just received a lot of emails from Vivid Seats and some from Ticketmaster…took me awhile to sort it all out. I was eventually able to figure out how to transfer the tickets to my daughter for her birthday. Realize now that it would have just been easier to have her buy them and pay her back. Ultimately it’s all good…just a learning curve for someone that doesn’t buy tickets all that often and ended up having to download two new apps.

I believe she did the best she could and it was very helpful. She was very polite and patient. I think the company should give these representatives the ability to apply promo codes. Even though I called late at night there was someone there to answer, which is great.

I called customer support to ask about age restrictions for The Prodigy concert. The assistant immediately offered me to purchase tickets online and offered a discount. I wasn't ready to purchase during the call, but she convinced me that they have a special price. As the result the assistant sold me wrong tickets: I wanted to purchase GA floor and she purchased GA Balcony for me instead. Now I want my refund and want to change my tickets, but there is no way for me to do it. I'll never use customer support again to purchase anything.

Disappointed with the fact that they didn't give me a no refund notification for the tickets that I bought. It's a little sad that there is no easy way to request help when due to forcing AI chat before getting to a representative. Long story short, I am out $1000 because of poor customer service design and focusing fees on scalpers' tickets with an extreme mark-up.

Hello, I do not understand why a price of $138.58 was NOT applied for these tickets and I got charged the full amount of $297.16 total or $148.58 each. Like it can be seen in the screenshot below, a $138.58 per person should have been applied for a total of $277.16. Besides this discount, there is also a 15% discount (max of $20 per order) that should have been applied at checkout for being my first order at Vivid Seats, like it is mentioned as well in the screenshot. Total should have been $257.16 and I paid $297.16.

It was a good experience as it was very easy to navigate as well as convenient. I think the only improvement could be continuously find new ways to make the process faster, easier and more user friendly in the future. I would recommend this app to family and friends.

I did eventually get my tickets, but they were sent through Ticketmaster which was a whole ordeal trying to sign into. If I had know these tickets were to be sent via Ticketmaster, I probably would have purchased through a different vendor. Ticketmaster customer support told me I need to completely delete my VPN to use Ticketmaster..

So far everything has been very easy and smooth. It was easy to find the tickets I was looking. I promptly received notification on how to claim my tickets and get them delivered to me. I was able to easily download the app and can view my tickets from there.

Online experience left a lot to be desired - I was not allowed to enter my CC billing address because it's a P.O. Box. The website message was "can't deliver to a P.O. Box" even though the title on the form said, "Billing Address", not delivery address. The Post office does not deliver to my physical address. I had to call in to get help with my purchase. That said, Chan D. was extremely polite, understanding, and helpful and provided excellent service. Only issue was the requirement to purchase a larger block of seats than I needed, however, the seats I wanted were not available from Ticketmaster, so props to Vivid Seats for having more to sell than them.

I enjoy the app. I wish you could see more details on the stadium and venue map. I have had numerous times where I can't accept the tickets because the email I get doesn't have any links. That is very frustrating. When I call in, I can't speak to anyone unless my event is the next day or that same day. The online chat feature doesn't help as much as I would hope it would. There should be a way for us to submit a request to have ticket acceptance emails resent to us and some help for general questions, as opposed to just people who have events within the next 24-48 hours.

The overall experience is a little confusing as I'm "an old guy" who has had to learn the whole technology way of life after growing up having actual paper tickets to get into anything. The emails seem of little importance as I had already downloaded the app and my tickets seemed to be already available... I think....

I ordered 2 sets of 4-pack tickets and within ten minutes all eight tickets were in my Ticketmaster account. I do wish the individual seat numbers were available, because I had to go to Stubhub to confirm the 2 rows seats proximity. Otherwise, very efficient.

Due to never receiving tickets for a concert the day prior to the concert date when I purchased through another site, I was very upset. So now, I will not purchase tickets unless I receive the tickets immediately. I now have both my tickets and won't have to worry about canceling plans and arrangements due to the seller not sending the tickets I paid for. I ended up getting a refund, but the inconvenience was not accounted for.

I had an amazing experience using Vivid; I checked multiple websites for The Weeknd tickets in Houston, and no one had better prices. Delivery was fast, and the User Interface was very well done. I was also able to secure a 15% discount that they just gave for free, which helped with the price even more.

The tickets go to Ticketmaster and my account is paused and I cannot log into it to get my tickets. I was waiting on the phone for 50 minutes to talk to a representative. Hopefully they will take care of it in 24 hours. Why can't I download it on Vivid seats?

I've had easy and satisfying purchases with Vivid Seats. I like the app. I've used them for a lot of different types of events. I purchased tickets for a couple of Blackhawks games, a ticket for the Dave Chappelle show, and soccer tickets, too. They usually have a good amount of tickets to choose from and the price includes fees, so it breaks it down easier. The pricing is usually good. Also, Vivid Seats is giving an acknowledgement of me being a customer. For my latest purchase, I still had a credit from their rewards program that I needed to use. It was a really easy experience. There was a good map that shows where the seats.

The experience with Vivid Seats was fine. I purchased Eagles tickets from them last October and that was a very cool game. I've bought a lot of Phillies and Eagles tickets through them at an average price. They even have a good rewards program where I get a cashback for every 10 tickets. As long as they give me my tickets at a good price, that's all that matters.

Things on the website/app are pretty clear. It was fairly easy to find the tickets I wanted and purchase them. One thing I do wish is that their seat map showed more clearly where you will be seated and not just the section, that would be helpful in the process of choosing.

When placing my order on Vivid Seats, I was given the section and row number of the venue. However, after completing the transaction and receiving the ticket transfer, I discovered that it is a seat with an obstructed view, something that was never disclosed. I paid $200 for this ticket and will not be able to see half the stage, which is misleading the buyer (me) and falsely advertising.
