I recently bought tickets to a Lakers game. When getting to the venue I was told that my tickets were not valid to go in. That what I bought was a pass to go into the Lexus Club and that I needed to buy a separate ticket for the venue. But I thought that what I bought was a ticket to see the game but it wasn’t so I lost out on the money that I spent on the passes and the game.

Day of game I logged on and was able to find the perfect seats at the perfect price for my family of 4. We had an awesome time and really enjoyed how close we were to the court. Easiest process for purchasing tickets to an event. Parking pass was available as well at such an affordable price and we even parked close to the event without having a hike to get in.

I’m honestly so disappointed with Vivid Seats. I received what felt like a million emails from them, but not one actually had my ticket. I stood outside the venue for nearly 30 minutes trying to figure it out, only to be told that the ticket was supposed to come from Ticketmaster. Why wasn’t this made clear ahead of time? The confusion and poor communication caused me to miss the beginning of the concert I was so excited about. Super frustrating and honestly took away from the whole experience. I expected better.

I didn’t get my tickets. Customer support refunded it but the customer support chat requires that I message every 2 minutes and not getting my tickets is an absolute drag. Not to mention processing fees are still a thing which sucks.

Where to even begin. Everything about this ticket buying experience was a total shat-show. Would never ever ever buy tickets from Vivid again. They resold my tickets without asking. The site is glitchy as all get out. Basic obvious features don't work or don't exist. Just a pathetic company all around.

When I bought my tickets for Shane Gillis the diagram showed 3 tickets available on the floor section 3 row 4 2-4. For $125 each. When I got my tickets transferred the seller from SeatGeek they were club seats. I didn’t make a mistake and I would have never spent that much for club seats. I think something happened and wasn’t told. I’ll never buy from Vivid again especially the online service tannaram didn’t care and showed that.

Had a great experience, went in, they found me no weight, as smooth as it could be had some extra items on the side for festival goers couldn’t buy my ticket because the seller didn’t release it through StubHub, found this the day of the event and at a reasonable amount

I ordered tickets on 3/30 for a 4/12 football game. Three days prior I asked where the tickets were and was told that I’ll have them the day before. Less than 24 hours to game time, I was emailed to respond urgently. Called and was told that they could not fill my order. Again, less than 24 hours from kickoff time. Offered $100 off of the $170 order for lesser tickets that I could get for $30. This was a total bait and switch tactic. Awful service and will never use them again. Order #**.

The staff were very friendly and efficient in helping me get my ticket. They had refreshments and I would use them again! John, Erin, and Marisa were great! Super fun individuals and made the process so smooth. :) I thought it would be a long process but that was not the case. Had a great time chatting with the team and they made me feel at home in the cool air conditioning on a hot hot hot day.

The overall experience was easier than I anticipated. Once I figured out how to retrieve my tickets, which meant I had to go to another website, then download them, and then screenshot them, all was perfect. I’m sure part of the challenge was I had not used an iPhone for Vivid Seats.

Best ticket experience. Great staff, air condition and no lines. Easy parking with no issues at all. The signage was excellent and the staff were ready for us explain to us how to put on the bandannas. The hotel provided great parking for my campervan and there were absolutely no issues with buying is the only problem was that we were a little bit unsure about where to get the tickets but this was confirmed with the phone call.

Vivid Seats does not treat you fairly. I have had a credit with them for years! I cannot get Live Chat to resolve my issue. They don't connect with a live agent. Alicia Keys was canceled because of COVID, and at first they were not going to give me my money at all. After more than a year, I was awarded a credit. Now, years later, I still cannot see the money in the system to use my MONEY. Buyer be aware!

Our seats were double sold. Someone else had our seats, even though we had tickets for the same seats. Fortunately the usher was able to reseat us at a sold out event due to some no shows. We were very upset at this occurrence and surprised that a computer would make this mistake.

The lady when we entered was so sweet and immediately greeted us. She had other people also observing to make sure that the process went smoothly which I appreciated to make sure there were no mistakes during the exchange. The listing information did not disclose that the tickets couldn’t be picked up until 7 am day of event. The gate opens at 7 am and (as a prior masters attendee, I know) in order to get high-quality seats around the greens, visitors must get to Augusta at 6 am. This pick-up time made my 10-year-old son's experience far inferior to what I planned. If I could give you 0 stars, I would as your listings border on misleading given the lack of this important information.

No help thus customer service sucks. I can’t access my baseball Marlins tickets vs Washington Nationals. The game is tonight. Spent over $211 and I’m unable to get the tickets accepted because my email doesn’t match according to the app. Please get someone to send assist with getting these tickets on my phone to be available to show at the event entry gate.

I was extremely satisfied with the ease of ordering and Receiving the tickets. Ordered twice in 4 months and absolutely no issues. I been ordering from Vivid Seats now for a few years. I have purchased tickets from other agency but they were to confusing. Price is compatible to other sites as well.

The app did not work and I was unable to access my tickets and missed the game. I tried multiple times to access them with no luck. I have used other ticket apps in the past and never had this happen. My friends and I were very upset. Extremely disappointed with my experience.

Thank you so much! The fanny packs are very cool. The service was great. I really enjoyed the bounce house in the waiting area. The bandannas and fanny pack will come in handy at the festival tomorrow. I hope Vivid Seats employees have a nice Coachella festival and get to see some of the shows is it is and it's for two hands. I'm not being very good. Sometimes these places. All right, we got probably know this is registered but is there anything either number on them? I think there's numbers on them too. I don't even know how to put them on.

Everything is easy to use and got my tickets fast just wish they had the map view for seats prior to purchases. So you can see where you are in the row. Other than that the experience was pleasant and definitely will be using to book again.

I paid a lot of money for my tickets (not to sound like a dick) and my tickets were double booked. Someone else kicked us out of our seats and we got moved to a spot with a worse view. We were not reimbursed in any way personally. I think there should be a bigger effort to prevent things like this from happening, especially after paying for a money back guarantee.

Purchased a ticket to Chris Brown for September 27th of 2025 on Monday April 7th of 2025. I am trying to sell the ticket back to Vivid or the seller and it won’t let me. You guys charged over $100 just for the service fee. Ticketmaster had the same ticket and closer seating and spent only half of what I paid with vivid.

I took my two boys to the Devils game for their birthday and they loved it. Me and my boys love ice hockey. We also love the New Jersey Devils. We try to see at least one or two games a season and I like using Vivid seats. It was Great.

I absolutely loved that tickets were so easy to get and were readily available to download to my phone after purchase. It was an amazing concert and definitiely will buy tickets from vivid seats again. We saw Disturbed, Daughtry, and Nothing more. It was overall an amazing experience and Vivid seats made everything so easy. They also sent emails as reminders and had easy access to pull up my purchase history.

I go a game and was on time limit to park my car and go to see the game with my family. Was waiting for 30 minutes in the cold outside with my family to clarified the ticket that didn’t work Was end up to pay $100 to park the car and be on the phone on international call for over 10 minutes that cost me $23. Horrific experience with customer service team and very rude communication of the terms and service agreement from the Vivid Seats representative. Never given clear guidance or assistance during any of my multiple calls to the support line which has led to me both losing money and not being able to attend the event due to a death in the family and extremely poor customer support.

The amount of time I had to decide on tickets was great, the ticket price was good as well. I liked that sorting had many options. However the fees were very expensive and not possible to see until way into check out. I would have liked to know the fees prior to putting in my card information, or known when picking the tickets.

I made a purchase with Karma.. After getting approved for the ticket went to purchase ticket. They were gone. But Karma still charged my account. How does this get fixed. Who do I need to contact for a refund. So I had to reorder ticket and pay for tickets again.

I purchased a ticket in excrement and I didn’t realize till after the purchase it’s 21+event! I’m not 21 years old and I bought this ONE ticket $798 after tax. I am very very upset and I spoke to over customer service person and she did not care one bit. This is the worst place to purchase tickets unfortunately.

Missed my event due to never received the tickets. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer service until they informed me they had no way of getting my tickets to me. I am incredible disappointed and upset with the way the website and help chat were operated. And the fact that I received no tickets is crazy. I never received the email from the seller with links to accept my tickets. I checked all email folders about five times during the time I was waiting for tickets, while I was on the phone with customer service. No email exists in my inbox with tickets.

Overall, it’s a good site. Prices are better then other sites and usually there is prompt ticket delivery. Definitely recommend for getting tickets from them. However, if buying within the same day of an event be advised that ticket delivery may take a couple hours as they are from other sellers.

I could not attend the event and contacted customer service at Vivid to try and sell the tickets. They told me I couldn’t post them and told me to try to sell them to a buddy. Lost $400. Try this only as a last resort. If you get into a bind they are not going to help you. Very unprofessional business. The tickets could have been uploaded for someone to buy but they refused to help in any way.

Vivid Seats refused to give me a refund or to help in anyway when the Bret Michaels concert I had purchased tickets from them was postponed indefinitely. It was explained to me from the event venue that they would not work with them either. I had spent close to $400 and can’t get my money back after I had found another concert closer and less expensive. Never again!

I was sitting at the Crown semi finals with 3 minutes left in the game. I went online to purchase tickets for the finals. And they showed availability row A seats 1-7 for $150 each so I purchased two of those tickets. Three hours later I receive two tickets via email for row A seats, 27 & 28. That’s not what I ordered and when I called in, nobody would help me, completely missed representing what you guys offer. I will not be using Vivid tickets again.

Your website states buy 10 tickets and get the 11th on us! Which is untrue. I bought 18 and I only got $47 credit. And I paid over 230 for each tickets. So I think it’s a lie and false advertisement and you shouldn’t have that on your site if it isn’t true. I have purchased MANY tickets before and this is very disappointing.

STAW AWAY FROM VIVID. As a business owner. This was the worst experience buying tickets in my life. I was trying to take my dad and wife to see the colts play the ravens and it showed me the colts stadium colors and then sold me tickets to Baltimore and they told me they wouldn’t do anything about it!! I had purchased a ticket to an event that happened last night, April 4th, 2025 starting at 8 p.m. At around 4 p.m. I received an email where it stated that my ticket wasn’t valid anymore on the app. That I needed to call support. I called and texted support as soon as possible, and nothing happened. By the time I was commuting to the venue, I got an other email where my vendor lad linked my new seat. It was next to the one I purchased. I finally got to the venue, and when I was at my row and section, I realized that there was a lady already sitting at what was said to be my new seat.
We discovered that the same thing happened to her on her end. And she also had that same seat. So I just sat next to her for the night and we both agreed to let our providers know of what had happened so that it is prevented for next time and so that there is clarity on what had happened. Oh, and the lady that I sat next to told me that they wouldn’t let her in because her ticket wasn’t scanning and then the staff let her in after they kept asking for more higher ups or managers around that entrance.

Tried 3x to address issue with live chat. When we’d get to the point where I’d entered all info (email, order #, etc.) and chat confirmed order, it would restart the chat without addressing the very direct issue. Called customer service, waded thru a long prompt menu. Still no resolution. Really, really horrible customer service. I will not use Vivid again.

Transaction went smoothly, ticket location previewed exactly as the real experience. Using the app from purchase to stadium entry posed no problems and went very well and easy. The ticket price is posted but the final total price comes later in the transaction, which I like to verify before my purchase. Having additional fees reflecting the total cost posted sooner in the transaction would be helpful.

Customer service had no idea what was wrong. Ticket sender was not listed in emails. Customer service told me to sit tight. Was also told that Customer service needed to educate me on the process. Will not use Vivid Seats again. 4 total hours on virtual chat with Vivid. Kicked out several times and had to reinstall chat. Just a total waste of my time. Should not be this hard. Never have had this problem with getting tickets with other sites.

Great ballpark atmosphere! Went to go see my Yankees on the road. Went with an old friend of mine from college. Like to visit new MLB ballparks in the future. Been using Vivid for years now. It is always straight forward and simple. You purchase on vivid and usually within a few minutes to an hour you’ll have your tickets transferred to you from the seller. There’s a few competitors out there but I think with the value stamps given every time you get to 10 tickets purchased it’s a no brainer.

You did not have a seating chart and a way to choose your seats. They were all the same price in the row I chose, BB. I bought 2 tickets and left it to your computer program to choose the seats. I would have thought I would get the best seats available in that row, BB. I received seats 25 and 26, the worst seats in the row. All the seats 1-19 were empty. Since so few seats were sold for this tournament, I would have thought you would want the best experience for all that attended. Since I did not have a team in the game, I came to have a great experience.

Using GPS we drove round and round and could not find the parking venue. We did not use the parking we had already paid for. We had to pay to park at the Buell Theater where Shen Yun was playing. Money down the drain. Will not use again! Buyer beware!

I purchased a parking pass and the location was nowhere near where it was described. I paid over $120 for something that I could not use. I am requesting a full refund. I took our ticket purchase to the SF Giants box office and they could not find my tickets, they were under someone else’s name. I had to purchase another set of fifteen tickets for our group. I called your customer service and they said it was an issue with the MLB app. MLB said it was your issue and the box office confirmed that.

Ticket price was listed at $17.50, when I checked out it went up to $35. I reached out to customer service and they pretty much told me to go pound sand. Very disappointed and will probably delete the app. Have had it for awhile and the fees are absolutely ridiculous but this sealed the deal.

I purchased 6 tickets to the OU softball game scheduled for friday afternoon. On thursday at noon the game was cancelled due to weather. They later moved the game to thursday evening. We live 8 hrs away and had flights and hotels for friday. There was NO possible way to attend the game with 6 hrs notice. YOUR company refused to give me a refund or credit. In addition, I was told I could not list the tickets for sale because it was same day. This is horrible customer service and I will not use your company again! Your company ruined my father's 80th birthday.

I was very disappointed, my view of the 2nd stage which would have had a closer perspective to see the performer dance, was blocked by the lights attached above the sound control area. I could only see the performers legs. Very expensive seats to experience that issue. I was not told that there would be issues or partial obstruction to the stage area.

This was my first time attending a concert at Lucas live at winstar, it was a great experience. Loved everything about it. This is my second time ordering from Vivid Seats, never had an issue with my first time getting tickets to see the Dallas Cowboys, with these current tickets to see Intocable I originally purchased row 100 and never rcvd it so instead I got row 300 isle k which was okay. It was an anniversary tickets. Overall it was good.

That's what they're supposed to do. I purchased 5 tickets for the Yankees increase end pirates game on Friday, April 5th and they were sent to my phone through the Vivid app. Unfortunately, vivid never told me that I couldn't get into the stadium with that and that I had to download another app. Or 2 or 3. I missed the first hour of a game I paid $800 for because vivid didn't tell me what needed to be done, and then gave me no customer service.

I had to download ticket master (app) to view my tickets for entering the venue. I may have missed something, but I thought I could access them in the Vivid Seats app 🤷🏻♀️. I didn’t realize this until I was standing in line, and it was a little stressful thinking I would hold people up. I think more clear instructions would be beneficial - again, I may have missed something along the way.

This was the most horrible experience. A FRAUD. We got to the venue and had no sears. My sisters. Came from texas and virginia to have a “wonderful sister weekend” and enjoy Anjelah Johnson …. We show up at the concert and we don’t have seat numbers and the lady at the ticket office confirmed the tickets were fake. She said that we could buy tickets directly from them, so we still got in. But I will never buy tickets from Vivid Seats again, and I expect a refund of $600 for the tickets we didn’t even get.

I purchased tickets to a comedy show to celebrate my wedding anniversary, and once I got in the venue, someone else was in the seats. They had proof of purchases from Stubhub. The venue couldn’t help told me to contact Vivid. Vivid didn’t help either. Said they would need 3-5 business days to investigate. Me and my husband had to leave.

I asked for a refund on parking tickets, as I had purchased tickets that showed an address for a parking garage right by the venue. Once I purchased the tickets the address of the parking garage was changed to one 15 minutes from the venue. I am disabled and have a very bad limp that is very painful if I have to walk long distances at a time. I would never have purchased these specific tickets if they advertised the actual address. It was blatant false advertising.
When I requested a refund I was told I could try and resell the tickets like that was an actual option. I'm sitting on the side of the road trying to find parking for a concert. I don't have time to set up and sell parking tickets that won't sell. I could see all the other cars that probably also had the same problem because Vivid seats allows their sellers to false advertise to their customers. They then keep the money and do not help you at all. Absolutely ridiculous and a scam. I hope the people involved get what's coming to them. Absolute scam.

I bought three tickets, then immediately called and it to another one in the row and section I picked. I told the two gentleman I spoke with I needed an additional seat. I understand that these seats are bought in bulk by these companies. They said they would try make that happen and they really didn’t. My fourth ticket ended up in another section. When we got to the stadium there were plenty of seats open.

I am obsessed with the Vivid Seats app. Very easy to use. If I have an issue the Vivid Seats support team is there to help me. Vivid Seats is the only app I use to purchase tickets to any event that I go to. I just love the app. I would never used any other app to purchase tickets.

Everything was perfect for me and my son. We had a blast and it was a 1st Lakers game together and if it wasn’t for Vivid Seats I don’t think it would of been possible so thank you so much for this app. And I love this app. You guys are truly the best. Purchased tickets to the KC Royals baseball game on Friday night April 4th. Tickets never arrived well arrived an hour and a half after the game and kids didn't get to go. Paid for parking and everything! Need to speak to someone about getting a refund! NOT HAPPY! Need to speak to someone immediately.

Ticket fees are ridiculous. $170 tickets cost me $288. I would not use this seller again. I found way cheaper on other sites. I would not recommend using this site. They are unwilling to work with you either. I didn't realize the fees were so much before charging my card.

The event venue was changed and I was never notified. The place that the concert was actually being held at was over a 30 min walk away. I had to spend time on google to see where the event actually was. This caused me to lose money and ultimately be late to the concert. Definitely not worth the ridiculous amount of extra fees I had to pay you!

Third party took my money via Vivid Seats. I missed the Opening Day for the Detroit Tigers. While chatting with Vivid, guy posted 100 million satisfied customers and told me there was nothing he could do after I'd given order#, email, zip code etc. So after this I'm erasing the app. Contact me email for refund or not at all!

Vivid made it very easy to buy and use my tickets at the Jumbo Shrimp game! I was able to add the tickets straight to my apple wallet and it was seamless entry into the ballpark. On top of this, the tickets were good price and we were sitting on the first row right off of the field. I would definitely use vivid again!

I attempted to purchase two tickets online through your website, they were then canceled due to some security issue. I then called customer service on the phone and had the customer service representative. Purchased the tickets for me and walked me through the process herself on her part and the tickets were still being canceled. I then called a third time and was told that there was nothing they can do, they were aware of what the issue was for security concern, but couldn’t help and relay that information to me so I had to go to a third-party company and completely remove myself from Vivid Seats altogether. So I had $1100 pending on my credit card and over the course of two hours still no tickets.
Absolutely dumbfounded on how hard it is in 2025 to secure two tickets, they’re already overpriced, and then having to pay the hundred dollar processing fee twice essentially which is even more sad because really there was nothing you guys even did Except cancel my order so it’s like what am I even really paying this processing fee for what it does go through. Will never use Vivid Seats ever my entire life again.

Lost the loaded poor service and quality. Lost 80 dollars of value due to sales method value of 80 dollars. Losing money is not acceptable. Selling unusable value is fraud. I should receive the money in a return or refund.

I purchased 1 seat. The description when purchasing said it was Seat 1, 2 or 3. I received Seat 14, same row. I would have never purchased this seat. That’s what was sent and I didn’t realize until after accepting. Vivid did nothing to help. Customer service was horrible. I’ll never purchase through Vivid again. You lost my business for life.

I mistaken bought a tickets and I was not help because of third party. This is very upsetting. I did not want the ticket and I could not get a refund. I bought the other ticket what I wanted, This not my favorite app to use to be honest because of these incidents.

I bought tickets for the Miami Heat game yesterday, and the game is tomorrow, and I still don't have them. I'll update this review tomorrow before the game. I hope to receive the tickets on time. I already received an email notifying me that the tickets were processed, but I still haven't received the delivery, and nothing appears in the app either.

I've been using Vivid for a couple of years. They're a great company. I haven't had any problems at all. I like the fact that the tickets are competitively priced. It's not like overpriced or even extra fees. So I like the fact that it's fairly priced. The Vivid Seat website is not user friendly in determining fees that are added to published ticket prices. $36 ticket became nearly $52 after I clicked to purchase. I called Vivid Seats and customer service is also lacking. Please revamp website and give customer service agents more flexibility in assisting.

We never received the email with the link to the tickets. We called customer service 10 minutes before the show and they sent another link 3 minutes before showtime. It was very stressful. Why don’t you just allow the tickets to be in the app??

When trying to buy tickets for Lady Gaga, I attempted to click purchase two separate times, and after processing for about two minutes, I was redirected to the ticket selection screen and my purchases weren’t processed. The tickets I was checking out with had increased in price by $100. This was outrageously frustrating. On top of that, charging $125 for a service fee for a each ticket is greedy and unconscionable. Shame.

The website offered seats to a New Orleans Jazz Festival at $800.00 per ticket (this was the same price as others, and I thought this was a good vendor). After confirming the purchase, my credit card was charged $1300.00 per ticket. I could find no way to contact the vendor. I filed a complaint through my credit card but was told that when I clicked confirm to the $800.00, I agreed to their terms and conditions; namely that all sales were final and they could charge whatever cost they wanted.

I was concerned, at first. I received my tickets 8 hours prior to the soccer game to start. Once I received them in my email in pdf, it was easy to download on my phone with QR code visible. I was able to forward my son's ticket to his phone.

I had the concert booked and we couldn’t get through the border, so we were stuck & no refund. I won’t be booking through here again. Very unsatisfied. No one even tried to make this right for us. Even a credit to my account for another concert or ANYTHING. Will never book through here again.

Website is a scam. Will sell you tickets for one location. And then when you go to look at the tickets they are actually for another location will not refund. You will put you through the Ringer to try to even get your money back. Good luck if you go through this website.

From beginning to end my experience was 10/10. Finding tickets was very difficult everywhere else but I immediately found amazing seats, the prices were very reasonable and the fees weren’t out of control. Using the app was the best part. My only complaint is the link for the actual tickets being hard to find.

Sometimes the delivery of tickets is slow and could improve. Overall this is the best reseller of tickets out there and is my go to because of the reward system. If the delivery of tickets was quicker this review would be 5 stars. Vivid Seats should also give out more promos for loyal users.

The processing fee was a bit absurd in my opinion, but my tickets were transferred successfully to my Ticketmaster account. Though when I checked in my email today, it looks like they sent that discount to my email as I was in the process of purchasing them (despite refreshing my email multiple times before committing to checkout). Please just apply the code automatically at checkout for first-time buyers!

After purchasing tix and confirming email, I'm instructed to go to Ticketmaster page to get tickets. Once logged into Tm I only get a white screen. This happened last time I purchased tickets. After working with 3 people at VB Amphitheater I was directed to ticket office where I finally was able to get tickets printed. I missed most of the first act! I certainly hope this situation can be corrected before the Def Leppard concert in August.

When I arrived at the venue, security scanned our tickets and said that they were fake. And I wasn't the only one using the Vivid website that has fake tickets....30+ people got scammed. I had to pay again for the same concert because it was sold out. I bought these tickets back in September!!!! And I informed y'all and I'm praying you refund me the $100 I spent to see Paleface Swiss. Never again will I use this website.

Very bad experience with Vivid Seats. I was delivered tickets to an event with seats that were not what I ordered. I was refused a refund as Vivid Seats declared they are better than what I ordered, but that is inaccurate.

We drove all the way to Colorado Springs with two excited kids with no notice the show was cancelled. This experience was a nightmare. We turned around and drove home with both kids crying and my husband’s birthday totally botched. I also wasted 300 dollars on the tickets and expect a full refund.

This was my first time seeing Deftones. Only knowing their classics. I originally came for Fleshwater but left a fan of both. I love LCA and go on occasion. My only complaints are the seating being too narrow so I gotta be GA, but as much as I love GA I don't love standing on that hard ahh floor they have. Sound was really good, staff does well. Nightmare leaving the venue but overall a great experience.

I purchased a parking pass for the garage at Mission ballroom and when I arrived, they informed me that the person that sells this specific pass lies and uses a picture of a map that shows the wrong parking garage. The actual parking garage is nowhere near the property. I ended up having to pay for parking twice because the person that was with me was disabled and not able to walk that long of a distance. The parking garage attendant informed me that the person that sells these other parking passes has been doing this for a long time. I would love to file a proper complaint so I can get a refund since I never even used the bogus parking pass. I attached an image of the parking pass that arrives after you pay. It has the name of the company on there but no phone number. This is wrong and deceitful.

When I purchased tickets for Matt Rice, it was because I had a credit from my last, which had been canceled. That refund process was good.

The tickets were "decent", but when I called to exchange for Disabled seats, customer service said I would have to call the stadium. Was disappointed to hear that. But, was a great experience at the game and would do again in the future. Customer service just let me down a bit is all. Was still a decent deal on the tickets I bought.

I found the app to be user friendly for finding the event and choosing a specific section. However, it falls apart after that. I generally prefer to find an aisle seat when I can, and I didn’t have the ability to do that. Also, I suffered a bit of sticker shock when I got the final price. It was almost double the cost of the tickets.

I got emails from various sources which was confusing. Some from Vivid. Some looked like Ticketmaster, and another looked bizarre. Not sure who. Tickets are not stored on the app. It uses a link which doesn't work if network is an issue - security, VPN, no internet, then no tickets. I was finally able to download tickets on eWallet instead, but it took an hour of frigging around. Extremely expensive tickets but instead got amateur frustrating service.

I purchased tickets to the Usher concert in Miami. The concert was rescheduled due to a hurricane. I couldn't attend on the rescheduled date (on a Monday a week before Christmas). Vivid was not willing to give me a refund. I tried to speak to a supervisor. The agent refused and disconnected the call. It has been a horrible experience with Vivid!!!

Representative was very nice and trying to figure out the ticket issue. But we did not resolve the issue. He told me to wait and it should be resolved soon and to wait till the day of the event. I cannot wait that long since I have other events planned around the game.

The app did not work for the Wang Center. That meant a delay. I couldn’t find when I purchased the 5 tickets. For proof, they had to give me a paper ticket and then told me Vivid Seats are a 3rd party ticket office and if others came back with Ticketmaster seats we would have to move. No one else claimed the seats so we were fine. However they couldn’t scan the tickets from the app. It was a run around!

During checkout I chose the option to pay in installments and the next morning I received a notice from my bank that the full cost was deducted from my account. The tickets we purchased were for Box A and the tickets we received were for Box B. Someone had already checked in with the tickets and we were turned away. After speaking with the general manager of the theatre, I inquired if he could see if there were anyone in the seats. No one was sitting in the seats and they accommodated us allowing our girls to attend the show.

For my first time, I wasn't sure how it would go compared to other ticket sellers. However, the checkout process was quick and easy, and compared to other ticket sellers, the tickets were significantly cheaper. Only issue I had was figuring out how to claim my tickets. Once I got it figured out, I was able to save my tickets to Google Wallet, and I am super pumped for my first MN Wild game.

Actually getting to customer service and getting to talk to an actual person is difficult and the automated system is just overall frustrating and not very helpful. Once I did get to a person the issue I have is the return policy. I bought tickets for a show that was happening in 3 days, within 2 hours of buying the ticket the artist announced he was sick and would no longer be attending. He said all tickets can be refunded but because he rescheduled for a later date that somehow doesn't count for a cancelation? The concert is in seven months and I won't even be in the state? I bought these because I am in PA for the time of the show but I live hours away in OH and will not be on vacation in seven months. How is this even part of the policy? The concert I bought tickets for is no longer happening.

After 8 phone calls - 3 hours on phone over 14 hours, I finally convinced them to resend email just 2 hours before event. I literally was printing them off right before leaving to Bass Hall. I was told the team was working on it and would resolve it. I had to keep calling back. Finally, I said I would not hang up till I got email. I was dressed for event and had no tickets.

Yes I had an amazing time. This was my first basketball game. Found cheap seats to the game. Wasn’t too far from the court. Great view. Was easy to book and pay. We were stuck in front of the parking garage but the pass wouldn’t scan. It kept coming up invalid. The parking assistant tried various times. The assistant made us pull up the app to try to scan it through the app. That didn’t work. Luckily, they finally just let us in. Nice garage though. We were pretty close to the venue.

I am very disappointed that 1 min into purchase you price gouged me further on my order. The prices should not be moving while you are typing your information in to make the purchase. Clearly these are deceptive tactics which need to be regulated further. I will be not doing business with this ticket application again.

I'm afraid to order from Vivid Seats now, sadly... after many positive experiences. I was sent PDFs of 3 MLB parking tickets. They don't show up in the MLB Ballpark app. Their security features are not able to work. These should have been sent electronically. This is bush league. Now I'm having to deal with this problem.

Never received my tickets. Drove 2hrs with my son to get to the stadium to be turned away because the tickets were never transferred to my name then told by Vivid they couldn’t do anything at the moment and would need to do an investigation to see why the tickets were never transferred and it would take anywhere between 3-5 business days with no guarantee of a refund and refused to find me new tickets since I was already there. Worst experience ever!

Booking experience for Denver Nuggets vs Utah Jazz 3/28/25 basketball game was easy, but luckily I checked my tickets in advance of the game and found out that my order was cancelled due to lack of verification, which is incorrect because I had verified via email. Luckily, when I called customer service, the agent helped me book new order for similar price. The cancellation shouldn’t have happened, and I should have been notified.

I didn’t get to go. I wasted my money. I had to attend a funeral and couldn’t sell the tickets. $1300 down the drain. I tried to post on Ticketmaster and it wasn’t allowed. I am very disappointed with the purchase I made and I will probably won't buy anymore tickets again.

Horrible horrible experience with Vivid Seats. I will NEVER use them again! We bought tickets with friends visiting from out of town and since they were two separate orders their seats ended up being moved two sections over on the day of the event!! So we had to sit through an entire game separated from our friends. We purchased the seats same day, two months in advance, chose the same row and seats right next to theirs to have this experience together. Vivid seats just doesn't follow through on confirming orders so you're left at their mercy. Terrible experience! Do not use.

I enjoyed the event! However, I didn’t have the option to select a single ticket and was charged for 2 tickets. Was the option available? Luckily, I was able to find someone to join me. They also had fun. So, it would be helpful to have other ticket purchasing options. I was fortunate that the other ticket didn’t go to waste. The comedy club was packed with wall-to-wall patrons.

I purchased tickets for and event on the East coast. When I arrived opened my tickets they were actually for a different show on the west coast. When I tried to fix this via customer service they told me to be on the lookout for an email to try and fix my situation. That email never came. I am very disappointed and disgusted.

As a prerequisite - I have Legends status with Vivid Seats and spend tens of thousands of dollars with Vivid. I bought a ticket for Opening Day at Yankee Stadium through Vivid Seats and never received it. I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get help, and was told the transfer would happen 20 minutes before the game. It never came. I had to call back again, got hung up on, and then spent another 30 minutes getting the original order canceled.
I placed a second order for a Legends Club ticket ($355), hoping to salvage the day. Again—no ticket. I called again and was told the ticket was sent 14 minutes after the game started. I didn’t even receive the “Accept Your Tickets” email until 4:12pm—well into the 3rd inning. I went home. I was told by a rep named Corey that the second order would be canceled… only to call back and find out that never happened either. Now I have to wait 5 business days for an “investigation” into something that was clearly their fault. Opening Day ruined. Horrible customer service. Zero accountability. Never using Vivid Seats again.

When I first went to look for tickets it was overwhelming. My friend told me about Vivid Seats so I decided to try it out. First, it was very easy to create an account. Once I created an account, it was a very user-friendly layout. Once I found the concert that I wanted to buy tickets to, the layout of how the tickets were listed was very easy to navigate. Other sites can be quite difficult to navigate the list and the map. This site was not difficult at all. I was able to snag tickets at a reasonable price. My friend and I are very happy to be going to our concert.

I got tickets for a show at Madison Square Garden for really cheap. I had a little trouble figuring out how to pull them up (I have trouble with tech) and they weren't able to help me at the venue. I called customer service at Vivid Seats and they helped me in a few minutes and were very nice!!

I don't understand how you calculate the stamp value. It's far less than the price paid for the ticket. It's better than nothing but I often use other sites now more often as a result. I wish you could sort by value instead of price as well. I like TickPick and SeatGeek apps better as a result.

Bought tickets a month before game never. Got them sent to phone. Finally asked Vivid Seats where they were. They said seller backed out. Had to go thru another site and pay 4x the amount. I was able to get refund but sellers shouldn't be allowed to back out, they should have to pay a penalty.

I was unable to find the QR code needed to enter the event and couldn’t enter the game until 40 mins after I had arrived and 40 mins after the start of the game. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with using Vivid Seats and being unable to get into a venue because the QR code did not show up through the app. I spent 40 mins outside and missed the first couple inning of the game damn near half because of the chat bot and phone lines. It's ridiculous that I need to switch to an entirely different app to access my full ticket qr code. Terrible experience with this app.

Based on my experience, it's clear that Vivid Seats is just a corporate veneer over an already shady third party seller market. The reality is that they cannot guarantee your ticket, and they mask this reality using deceptive language in their "100% Buyer Guarantee" that includes this clause: "Our 100% Buyer Guarantee promises that your transaction will be secure, that your tickets will be delivered before your event, and that those tickets will be valid and authentic." I bought my tickets for a show a month on advance on this platform. I was told the tickets would be delivered the day of. It did not come and I contacted customer service three times the day of the event. Customer service contacted the seller and relayed that the seller "needed more time." It wasn't until I got to the venue 15 minutes before my event when I called customer service again, who then, without my consent, canceled my tickets.
What this experience suggests is that Vivid Seats doesn't have control over its sellers or at best, doesn't hold their sellers to a minimum standard. This company may be legitimate, but its business is based on sellers that operate in an underground market known to scam, gamble, and speculate so they can maximize their profits. The least they could do is be MUCH clearer that a ticket is not guaranteed and SHARE more honestly how they work with sellers and offer more than just a refund, especially given that people like me take time and money to travel to venues just to be turned away (if I didn't call them before attending my event, I would have received zero notice that my tickets didn't exist). My best recommendation is avoid them altogether because companies like these shouldn't even exist. Why have a third party involved when they can't even manage third-party sellers who are already untrustworthy?

I don’t like not knowing where I will sit, I like aisle seats. Is there a way to add for future seats? Also the view picture is not the best. Anyway to make discount codes easier to find. When I get emails it’s not easy to get my ticket. Your charges are higher than other sites.

The salespeople are patient and helpful. I think the process would be improved by good photos of where the seats are to see the stage. Also there's several steps before you get to see the ticket you bought so as to print them. I recommend you write directions on the email to help us complete it, since it wasn't clear to me. Thanks. I was suckered by an offered 10% discount. My tickets were $72 each-after a discount of $14- plus additional service charge of $51+ (2 tickets). They were listed at $68, not $71 for Mystere, before the supposed 10% discount. Plus these guys add $5 to email us 'tickets' we have to print. The ticket only has my first name and middle initial, (will that work if they ask for my ID?). Total was $144 for 2 tickets, in back side of the theater. If we bought directly from Cirque Du Soleil, better, closer seats could cost about the same, without any added fees. Next time I'll BUY FROM THE PERFORMER'S site/web-page, to get real tickets for the appropriate price.

I didn't receive the tickets I purchased.. Ask the the checkout process it said GA PIT and that's the whole reason I bought them. Then BAM, when your scamming page sent tickets, it was for the nosebleed section... Your customer service lady was rude... I tried to fix the situation and offered to pay the difference and she told me there was nothing she could do unless I had screenshots to prove I wasn't lying.... I will absolutely NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY buy tickets from your site...

In addition the match that everyone was there to see was postponed to today, which you have to pay more money to go to. The only seats offered to people today were the worst seats available. The fees are outrageous. In hindsight I would not have purchased them through Vivid. I will be going elsewhere for tickets. I purchased tickets through here to use my points and $55 in points could barely touch the fees. At least make the fees included in the listed price when shopping for tickets.

Vivid Seats is an easy to navigate website, check out is seamless with multiple options to pay. My tickets were delivered quickly. I think the fee structure is on the high side and there are competitive options which will need to check the other options before purchasing. All in all had to get experience with Vivid Seats.

Ticket purchase was easy, admission at the venue with the electronic ticket was smooth. Great venue, amazing show. This is the third time I have used Vivid service. I am sixty six years old, I am NOT a fan of technology, I prefer to walk up with cash and receive a paper ticket. First time using Vivid Seats. I recently used Vivid Seats to purchase tickets and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The price shown initially seemed reasonable, but by the time I checked out, the total had increased significantly due to added fees and markups. I ended up paying much more than I should have for tickets that simply weren’t worth that price. I understand service fees are common, but this felt excessive and not transparent. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’m not sure I’ll use Vivid Seats again in the future.

I was looking for some tickets for a sporting event and saw that Vivid Seats was Google-Sponsored. And I like the rebate that you get through them, which is that after you buy 10 or so event tickets, you get a free ticket based off of the average pricing of the ticket that you purchased before.
But I think that there could be improvements that could be made to it. So, rather than just the average price of the previous tickets purchased and providing a free ticket overall, just kind of finding that one sporting event and taking 75% off or 50% off of the ticket would be better. Because some people want to use that as, “Hey, I’m going to go to a higher-class sporting event,” rather than, “Oh, I’m gonna go to a $60 game again. No, I wanna go to a $300 game.”
I’ve purchased multiple tickets for different events through Vivid Seats, such as sporting events, concerts, and comedy shows. And I still use other event ticket sites as well. So, I shop around, and it comes down to who has the best price and who has the lowest transfer fees.

Vivid Seats has better prices than any other App. And they even offer discounts for every 10 purchased tickets. In addition, they gave me 10% discount code for my birthday. It was a great show. A younger woman came through pushing people. She elbowed an older woman. The band handled it with respect and kicked the young woman out. Kudos for that. The merchandise wasn't overly priced. Parking really wasn't too bad either. Standing was a little hard but all in all, it was a great show.

I was looking for tickets for NCAA regional games here in Raleigh. I was on Facebook and AI put a Vivid Seats ad on my page. I saw 10% off and another discount. I put the discount code in and it raised the ticket price. The speed of the sale was slow. The tickets were immediately sent which is great.

Less than 24 hours before my event, I was called to be told that I would not be receiving my tickets because, "the seller could not produce the tickets." I was then offered $50 store credit on top of a refund. That would barely cover the their underlying fees if I was ever to buy tickets from Vivid seats again, which of course I will not be doing.

I purchased a parking pass for an Atlanta Hawks game. First, price was $43 and at checkout it came to just over $60, but never saw the fees at checkout. Had to verify my email and then it kept taking me to the original screen saying my electronic ticket was delivered. But at the ticket gate, I couldn’t access the QR code! So ended up paying at the gate for another parking pass, which was only $20! $40 cheaper than my Vivid Seats pass, which I never got to use! So I paid over $80 dollars for two $20 parking passes, only one of which I was able to use. Thanks vivid seats.

There were no seat numbers listed anywhere on any tickets I looked at. I am a bigger heavier set guy and need an aisle seat however I have no idea what seat I am getting. Make listing the seat numbers a requirement for re sellers or any ticket being sold on your platform. Thank you.

I bought resale tickets for a large event at Target Center. Transfer happened by email, I clicked "accept tickets", signed into the website, and they appeared in my app only after that. It's a couple of steps but very straightforward after all that. So when all said and done, I'm satisfied. I would do it again.

Tickets never made it, they touted an insurance policy that apparently doesn't cover them not delivering tickets. Was stuck at the ticket office for 30 minutes and they graciously gave us other tickets otherwise we would have been out of luck. Customer support is chat and seems to be AI-based. End price was very high, and they did not come thru on their side. Awful.

Purchased tickets several months in advance and my family member whom really wanted to see Hamilton had to have a mastectomy radiation etc post purchase of the tickets and Vivid Seats wouldn't let me return and were of zero assistance in trying to resell. I will never use this company again. Rip off.

I had bought tickets 2 hours prior to the start of the game I had attended. After 1.5 hours had passed by I still hadn't received my tickets. By this time I had already arrived at the stadium. Luckily, I was able to get in contact with a Vivid Seats representative who told me that the person I had bought my tickets from was unable to fulfill the order. However, the representative was able to get me a fresh pair of tickets.
