I am soo disappointed in you guys, my little sister wanted to go to her first concert (02/23/2018) and we told her if she got a 4.0 honor roll we would take her to see her favorite Rapper G-Eazy! We bought tickets through TicketsatWork.com about a month ago and never received the E-tickets or tickets through Mail. My little sister and big sister are currently at the venue and are unable to be granted access because the tickets never arrived. I called TicketsatWork and was on wait for 3 HOURS and then spoke with the only Denise who was going to send me the tickets again, she disconnected the call then called about 20 mins later stating that all we had to do was create an account with Ticketmaster.com and accept the invitation. Well we never got the invitation and once again we are on hold. The damn concert starts at 7:00 PM and my sister is crying. Ticketmaster has no account of this and neither does will call.
Hello Andy,
Thank you for contacting TicketsAtWork.com. We apologize for any confusion that you may have experienced with the redemption of these Tickets but we are happy to see that you were able to speak to a member of our Customer Care team who walked you through the redemption process prior to the event. These particular tickets are delivered by way of a Mobile Transfer where an account needed to be created through Ticketmaster in order to redeem your Tickets. Upon review it appears as if the initial email with redemption instructions was sent on 01/30/2018 and again on 02/22/2018. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing TicketsAtWork for your entertainment needs.

I placed an order for Disney World Tickets to be sent by email and I have yet to receive them. I have tried calling. Every time I call it says they are experiencing high call volume. I have left my number to be called back so I don't lose my place in line and I have not been called back. We have spent over $800 for the tickets. It is proving very difficult to even talk to somebody. I would really just like to have contact with someone to make sure I get my tickets and don't get screwed out of a $800, because I didn't follow my gut and just buy from Disney directly.

I never received my tickets. I’ve been on hold for over two hours with hopes of correcting the problem. I previously left and never received a call back even though the automated service stated that the callback time was 10 seconds but still, no call. These tickets are nonrefundable and are scheduled to be used this Saturday. This will be my first and last time using this system.

I made a reservation for a hotel in Puerto Rico for next month. However, I have tried contacting the hotel multiple times to see if the reservations were confirmed by them and they don't have the reservations in their system. When I have tried to contact the TicketsatWork call center, I have been more than once waiting for a customer representative for more than an hour, to no avail. This reservation is for my wedding and it worries me since I don't want to get to the hotel that day and find out that there's no room for me.

So my friends and I planned on going to Miami for the weekend. I decided to book the hotel and everything and sadly, plans had fallen through. I made the reservation on Sunday evening. On Monday evening, I called to cancel. No response. So I decided to leave my number. They called me at 11:36pm on Monday night. I have to get up for work at 4:30am so I was not awake at that time. Today, I called during my lunch break. No answer. And the wait time was excruciating! Over one hour EVERY SINGLE TIME! As I'm writing this, I am on hold! Currently it is at 1 hour and 40 minutes and 3 seconds. On the confirmation, my room is refundable. BUT, if I cancel within 72 hours of my check in date, it's non-refundable. But it would be extremely unfair if I've been trying to cancel for TWO days! I even emailed customer service! If you want to book with Plum Benefits, MAKE SURE you're really going to go through with it.

I was contacted today and TicketsAtWork made things right for me. They really did a nice job of handling my concerns. My rep also did his homework by researching other 3rd-party ticket sites for cost comparison. I take responsibility for not looking closer at the price for each ticket prior to my purchase.
I would recommend them to others with a caveat that their Customer Service could be easier to get through to when problems arise.

I got a bad feeling right away after booking a concert and hotel room with this company. I couldn't cancel a hotel reservation from the any screen on the Internet. I sent an email but still have not heard back in over 24 hours. I also called and the callback system is supposed to call me in over an hour!!! I checked the price I paid for the concert ticket and there wasn't any discount as suggested by their website. In fact, it cost me MUCH more to use TicketsatWork than if I purchased from StubHub, Ticketmaster, etc. Unbelievable!!! I'm going to contact my HR dept tomorrow to advise them that this is a ripoff!!!

Pedro was very understanding. I feel like this company will do well once they fix they excessive wait time to reach a CSR. I will update to 3 stars for now but once our trip is complete with no more bumps in the road, I would be willing to give 5 stars. Our trip isnt until August and I will feel leary until things go as planned.

We purchased tickets for Disney World and for Universal Studios from TicketsAtWork, and these ones were definitely the best price for these tickets. I know Disney World tickets are quite expensive and to even save a 10% or 5% is helpful. Every time I've used TicketsAtWork before has been through ordering online. This time, I checked online to see what was available but then I called about a question 'cause the expirations dates for the tickets for Universal weren't noted online. When the rep had answered that question, she actually was able to process my whole transaction over the phone, which was just as easy. It was extremely helpful and everything went super smoothly. So I'd definitely use it again.

I booked a hotel reservation thru TAW and the hotel has no record of my reservation. Called TAW last week and they said they would contact hotel to have them add my name. Still nothing. Send 2 emails. Nothing. Trying to call TAW is torture. "Due to heavy call volume the wait is over an hour but you can put your phone # in so they can call you back." So they took my $789, and now I am not confident I have a hotel room. I am about an hour away from processing a charge back thru my credit card. As far as I am concerned, I have no reservation and no one at TAW is fixing the issue and you cannot get a hold of anyone. NOT HAPPY and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. All to save $100! It's not worth my time and aggravation and now STRESS.

I recently bought tickets to the San Diego Zoo through TicketsatWork. After the purchase I realized I had a hefty tax added to my order. Once the taxes were in included the 15% percent discount I thought I was getting was almost totally eliminated. Once the taxes were added to my four ticket order I saved about $1.00 per ticket off the gate price. I would have saved much more if I would have gotten the AAA discount at the gate.
I called tickets at work customer service and they explained to me that the tax was a Florida state tax. It doesn't matter that I'm in CA and the place I'm going is in CA. They are in FL so FL state tax must be paid on every order. The extra taxes pretty much destroy the entire value proposition of TicketsatWork. Once you add the tax you are not getting much of a discount. I called them to see if I could cancel my order and they told me all orders are nonrefundable and there was nothing they could do. I will not be using TicketsatWork again.

I usually buy cinema tickets from TicketsatWork. I call their phone number, talk to a representative and provide my basic information. The only thing that I would like is that they could save the information because I need to provide the same information every time. They already have my phone number so the information could be linked to the phone number or something like that. Other than that, the reps are nice and provide very good service. I purchase from TicketsatWork about 10 times a year and the prices offered are very good, since the cinema tickets are half the price that I would pay in the books. I would definitely recommend them.

After posting this review and finally getting a hold of customer service to have them resend our tickets, my friend and I were able to make it to Disneyland. I was also contacted later that day my TicketsatWork and they followed up to make sure everything was resolved.
Original Review: Feb. 18, 2018
I am in California with my best friend, and we had plans to go to Disneyland. We decided to get our tickets through TicketsatWork because we got the $25 restaurant vouchers included in the price. Unfortunately, we chose the virtual ticket option and an email was sent that should have had our tickets in it, but only the restaurant vouchers were attached. We tried calling customer service multiple times, but were on hold for an exorbitant amount of time and no one ever answered the phone.
We decided to not go to Disney the day we were planning so we had more time to figure it out. This is our last chance to be able to use our tickets which cost $300, and we don’t have money to be able to buy more tickets at the gate. I’m so disappointed in myself for not looking at the reviews before using TicketsatWork, because it seems that many other people had the same experience and were not able to get anyone to help them out. My best friend and I are not going to be able to go to Disneyland, because TicketsatWork did not send us the tickets we paid for.

My job has a company website and under Perks, we can sign up to TicketsatWork. I signed up and the TicketsatWork website is very user-friendly. I purchased movie tickets and I did a trip down to Orlando. I went to the website, liked the movies they have on, looked at what tickets I wanted, then I purchased the amount, and it was easy. However, I had a little problem when I did the trip because it asked me to pick a location and it kept pulling up hotels since it was a Google maps course. We didn’t want a hotel and we wanted to rent a house with a pool, but it wasn't an option. So, I had to call in and the lady helped me out with that. The first time I called, the lady said to put in the maximum number of people, which I did and that went right. But when I called back, I got somebody else, and the lady just found them for me, and she sent some stuff to my email. It would be real good if they had rental properties there.
The first representative was not so perfect but the second one was perfect. I worked in customer service for years, and I'd rather have the rep say that they don't know then we'll figure it out together instead of telling somebody wrong. Still, a lot of time, they were very patient. I purchase from TicketatWorks probably 10 times in a year and the price is fine. Yet they could have combo deals when it comes to the movies. Some of the theaters serve dinner, like nachos, soda and popcorn, and that could be included in the price. That’ll be more but it would be nice to have when buying a ticket. Or one could get tickets and buy in increments of $10 worth of food.
Also, TicketsatWork should have local stuff. I had gone to Ticketmaster and there's so much doggone fees to pay. I don’t mind paying some fees, but paying $40 or $30 in fees for an $80 ticket is too much. We have comedy shows in Atlanta and I like to be able to go on there. I would prefer to go to TicketsatWork than go to Ticketmaster to pay all those doggone fees that they rip one off with. Other than that, it’s cool and everything can stand to be improved. Others should check if they can sign up with TicketsatWork through their job. A lot of us didn’t know that at work, but the word got out so a lot of people use it.

After receiving a phone call this morning from TicketsatWork, I was informed a refund was initiated for the difference between a booking date and current date for a room reservation. Checking my email, there it was, a difference of $83 which will cover two "nice" meals on my next trip in April. This was an exceptional experience as customer relations appear to be waning in the "digital" age. This experience has allowed a return of "faith in humanity" beyond monetary exposition/exploitation, truly satisfaction at its core. As I am terrible with remembering names, I did not repeat the gentleman's name after he introduced himself and instantly forgot it. Regardless, his customer satisfaction based approach was more than expected. I am assuming he is of supervisory or managerial level, if not, then he ought be due to his client based technique.

I have used TicketsAtWork on several occasions. Primarily as PayPal is an accepted form of payment, it affords me the opportunity to PLAN in advance and reserve a room while paying off my account balance in installments. However, this past experience is far from acceptable. When contacting customer service (TicketsAtWork 1-800-331-6483) I was informed that the variable rates at which rooms are priced are not reflective of any "exclusivity". This provides a false sense of security when placing an order, i.e. room reservation paid in advance, to the member pricing that would constitute such labeling via the TicketsAtWork.com site.
This sleazy sales tactic has been utilized and obviously worked, e.g. $84 price difference from time of original purchase to checking the site for the same room availability and cost. I do understand that room rates change often. Regardless, the refund policy of "exchanging" one reservation for another while holding firm on a "$25 subject-to-cancellation policy" is a horrible customer service practice. The reason for two stars and not one, I am a firm believer that "there are no mistakes, just lessons". This case has provided clarity to be like everyone else and procrastinate when wanting to book a room for subpar accommodations. Then, complain when I do not receive a five-star room when attempting to pay a two-star price. If not understood, sarcasm is the core of the previous lines. In conclusion, satisfaction definitely far from met.

Booked and paid for a hotel room. Realized the month was incorrect, called them to correct it and they would not. Said I could cancel (lose my $200) and re-book (add'l $200). This is an unfair practice. I was not trying to get a refund just correct the date. Is there anything I can do? I already contacted my credit card company.

BIGGEST RIP OFF. I am completely disgusted with the way that TicketsatWork scams you if you are dissatisfied with a hotel room. Not only did they advertise false amenities with the hotel, but have not answered my calls or worked out any deal with me as I left the hotel early. I planned to stay at Eden Roc in Miami, which is honestly questionable as to how they are rated 4 stars when your room looks out at cement - but when I worked out a supposed deal with the front desk to pay an early fee to leave and be refunded there was no compensation. It is an absolute scam! Do not use unless you are positive you want to stay at the resort! Overall TicketsatWork ruined my vacation and I will NEVER use again.

TicketsAtWork is amazing and I used them a lot over the last five years. If I was at work, I'd buy the tickets online and their website has been easy to use. But if I was at home, I'd make a phone call and purchase. Their customer service has always been excellent. If I didn't know exactly which direction I need to be going in, like getting a room, they would usually request different hotels or different movie plans so people have a nice time. Sometimes, I'd purchase a room and every now and then, I'd go online and see where it was a little bit cheaper or if they had a special through Expedia. And most of the time, TicketsAtWork's prices are much better. I recommend them.

We finally decided to take our kids to Disney this spring. This will be our families' first trip to Disney. Thinking that by using our corporate discount at TicketsatWork I'm getting a good deal, I purchased the tickets through their website. The retail value for our tickets was showing $1383 while their tickets were $1218 without taxes and fees. Once I went ahead the total was $1358 (11.5 percent increase). I still thought I got a deal saving $30 and 25 gift card from Restaurant.com.
I had no idea that the retail value of the tickets was misrepresented until I decided to print the maps from Disney website, I was shocked to find out that the tickets that I purchased with my corporate discount were $150 more expensive than the Disney price. I thought this was some kind of a mistake and wanted to call TAW customer service but after waiting over 90 minutes for someone to pick up the phone I decided to write the report. Please do your research and don't trust this company because this is a rip-off.

I have never been conned in my life as bad as I was with Plum Benefits TicketsatWork. Me and friend was planning on watching Monday Night Raw 25th anniversary only one night only. We bought the tickets at 4pm. The venue started early at 7:30 pm. After purchasing the tickets I received a confirmation that it was paid and my tickets will be sent in another email. An hour past and I didn’t receive any tickets. I waited until 6pm still no tickets received. I called the company which placed you on hold or has a call back function. I was on hold for 30 mins then I called again and left a call back number. I was worried because the amount of money I spent was 388.00 in total. I left for the venue waiting for a call back. Paid for an Uber from Brooklyn. My friend came from Long Island.
As soon as we got there it was 730 and they started letting people in. We could get in because no ticket was sent. As I got frustrated I kept calling with no response from the company. It was now 8pm the venue started. We missed the best part of the show which was Stone Cold Steve Austin. I emailed and called several times again. Still no response. At 9 pm we decided either we go home or go to a bar and watch it. We ended up looking on Vivid Seats for tickets which we got and paid and they sent the tickets within 5 mins. Meanwhile Plum Benefits still hasn’t sent anything or responded. Tell me how Plum Benefits calls me at 11 pm when the venue is over. I got frustrated with them and ask for a refund.
Rudely the customer service rep told me there is no refunds. They send the tickets. They had no proof to show me as they keep stating they sent. I didn’t receive anything up to this date posting. I ask to speak to a supervisor. He said he can’t do nothing but give me a voucher for 100. I was upset because I didn’t receive anything and they took my money. He also stated they have trouble with certain email address, but how was I able to receive a confirmation. After excuse after excuse from the company I figure I would never buy from them or recommend them to anybody again. Don’t get scammed. I’m sure you can get better service else.

After spending 500$ for my anniversary on these tickets that were incorrect, I went and bought new tickets on the 50 Yard line and did not use those. The company will not issue my money back and said those were the correct tickets. If I wanted to sit inside at the "Indoor Club" I would have purchased those tickets. Clarify your ticket choices and give people what they paid for. Never again will I use this website.

I've used TicketsatWork twice already. First time was for Disneyland tickets and the second time was for Universal Studios tickets. Their purchasing process was awesome. I basically just called the number because I don't like doing the online stuff and I spoke to the person and told them what I was looking for. They told me it was available and then I purchased them.
I received the Disneyland ticket longer. But it still tells you beforehand, like a day or two at the most. And the ones for Universal are actually instant. As soon as I paid for them I received the email within five minutes. The prices are great. For the season passes I got for Universal they actually offered a 12-month season pass versus the six-month that's offered on their actual official website and it was $30 cheaper. And I got an extra four months. I would recommend TicketsatWork. Their tickets are a lot cheaper and they have better options.
Hi Saul,
We are glad that you have had great experiences with our representatives when making your purchases for Disneyland and Universal. Our experienced representatives don’t just offer tickets at a great value, they truly care about the quality service that they deliver and the experience you have. We are extremely pleased to hear that our service and value have exceeded your expectations! We are also very grateful to have a strong partnership with Universal which allows us to offer season passes to Universal Hollywood Studios at a great value! Thank you for choosing tickets at work and we hope to hear from you soon!

After posting on 1/31/2018 I was contacted over the phone on 2/1/2018 by a manager who apologizes for the situation and offered a full refund. Even though our trip was not enjoyed to the fullest I am relieved that we were refunded the amount to my credit card. The manager stated that it was a simple human mistake that the employee who made my transaction sent me the email with the tickets but also sent them to another buyer purchasing the same amount of tickets. Sad this situation didn't get resolved right away but glad they owned up to their mistake. Updated my rating to two stars because they resolved the issue. I am glad that a friend told me about consumer affairs because if it wasn't for this post I would have had to continue making payments to my credit card in hopes to pay the tickets and the accumulated interest charges.

Last year we planned to finally be able to take our 3 girls on a family trip to Disneyland. This was the first time going to Disney for my mom, brother, husband and my 3 girls. I had only gone once before. I was a full-time nursing school student and was super excited for a nice vacation with my family. My husband decided to purchase all of our tickets through his job that had discounted prices through ticketsatwork.com. We all had to get a week off approved by our different jobs and everything else that goes with vacation planning. We drove over 500 miles with super excited girls only to find out that ALL of our tickets did not work. I was beyond crushed to see their faces when the lady told us that those tickets were already used.
We walked out of the line and I immediately called the customer service number for TicketsatWork. I was on hold for over 40 minutes still standing outside the Disney gates with my disappointed family only to be told by multiple representatives that the tickets are non refundable and since they showed up as used there was nothing that could be done. No refund or anything was given. Actually the manager who I spoke to told me to talk to someone at Disney and that was my best bet. At this point with tears in my eyes my husband and I decided to go and purchase tickets at the gate with our credit cards since our girls had been complaining for an hour that they wanted to go into Disneyland.
At the ticket booth in Disneyland I asked if there was anything they could do about our situation and they said they were genuinely sorry by that because TicketsatWork is not an authorized Disneyland seller. There was nothing that could be done. The rest of the trip was not as happy as planned having to think about how we got robbed by TicketsatWork. Sometimes a discounted ticket isn't always a good thing. I ended up paying twice the amount and couldn't even fully enjoy our first Disney trip thinking about the nightmare that TicketsatWork had put us through. Please think twice before using them.
Hi Adriana,
We value every customer and the experience that you have. We are sorry to hear that your trip to Disneyland did not go as planned and that the tickets were unable to scan when you arrived to Disneyland. We strive to ensure that quality service is always delivered and as such, a member of our quality assurance team has reached out to you to provide a resolution.

I did a two-day park offer with TicketsatWork. I spoke with a service rep and it was great. They were very informational and helped us by getting the two-day park offer instead of just getting the one-day for both parks. It saved me a little bit more money. The purchasing process was easy, but I ended up purchasing tickets from Disneyland later on and TicketsatWork didn’t have the same special as the Disney tickets because I couldn’t do the fast pass. That made it kind of discouraging because the tickets I bought from Disney was for my oldest daughter. My little ones and I had to stand in line when my oldest one had the fast pass on her ticket.
Aside from that, purchasing from TicketsatWork was still easier for us. The prices are fair. It’s a little bit lower than Disney so it saved me some money. Also, I've never had any poor service from TicketsatWork. I use them about once a year because we take our family vacations once a year to Disney World or Disneyland. I turned everyone on to TicketsatWork and told them to call TicketsatWork's number if they plan on saving some money.
Hi Antoine,
We are glad that you had a great experience when purchasing your two-day park ticket for Disneyland. We hope you had a great time at Disneyland and are sorry to hear that you were unable to set up the fast pass. For Disneyland, the MaxPass must be purchased separately. Here is a great link that explains how to utilize fast pass in the park or how to purchase MaxPass for use with the Disneyland app on one’s mobile device: https://disneyland.disney.go.com/guest-services/fastpass/ & https://disneyland.disney.go.com/guest-services/maxpass/. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are thrilled that you would recommend our service to others! We hope to continue providing you great service and value for years to come!

I purchased tickets for the Justin Timberlake concert at The Capital One Arena in Washington, DC, using the TicketsatWork website and I was a bit hesitant because the ticket prices seemed too good to be true. I purchased two tickets in an area that was marked 115 (in purple) between section 111 and section 211 on the left hand side of the stage. The details matter because there is a section 115 that is a rearview that is behind the stage and I would never intentionally purchase tickets in that section. So when I get my email confirmation it states that I have two tickets in Section 115 row X (rearview section). I immediately go to the Capital One Arena website and see that there is no area marked 115 on the left hand side and that the only section marked 115 is in the rearview. See attached image for seating details. So I then call the customer service number to clarify my recent purchase and I wait on the queue line for 1 hour.
I finally speak to a representative named Swanda who was a bit rude and condescending and explained my ticket dilemma and she puts me on hold for 30 minutes stating her computer powered off and when she finally gets back on the line she states she can't view my ticket information and states even if there were an issue that my purchased tickets were non refundable.
I then get off the phone with her and call the customer service line back and I'm on hold for maybe 20 minutes and I speak to Jennifer another customer service representative. I notify Jennifer that the tickets I purchased and the tickets are received are not in the same section and that I needed an explanation on the matter at hand or my money back. She then puts me on a long hold not once but twice because she said she had to discuss the matter with her operational manager. We ended the call with her telling me that even if I'm seated in section 115 rearview they are still good seats.
She also proceeded to tell me that I can dispute the matter but it's a 99.99% chance that my dispute would get denied and she emphasized that point three times. My total time on the phone with her was over 70 minutes. In the end I wasted 3 hours of my life and my time that I cannot get back and I'm stuck with a purchase of two section 115 rearview tickets that I did not choose to purchase seating wise. The customer service representatives could use better training because I hung out with both representatives feeling like they were saying, "Yup, we screwed you over and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it." So to whomever is reading this... Do not use this company! Signed a very dissatisfied and disappointed customer.

I've already used them 4 times and I recently purchased some New York Show tickets and then also a hotel for Florida. Everything went very smoothly and the website was very easy to navigate. The first time I did it, I spoke to a customer service representative who provided excellent service. She was very helpful and she actually took care of everything for me because I was having a hard time figuring it out on my own. Then on the other times, I did it on my own. I would recommend TicketsatWork for the convenience and the price.

We purchased our park tickets from TicketsatWork when we went to Orlando Disney World. We went online and their website was easy to use. Apparently, there are certain tickets that you have to call in. I had a question about the multi-day tickets and their rep said I could either go back to the website to do it or she would be happy to set them up for me, and she went ahead and did it for me over the phone. The location that we went to go pick up the tickets was very convenient and it was on the way to the park too. I've got in and out of there real quick.
Their service was very good. We used them about four years ago to buy tickets for Universal and my wife has bought movie tickets off of them too, and the experience has always been good. Their prices were really good too. The Universal was a very good discount. The Disney was not as good but it was still a good discount. We looked around before because my wife has a discount program and my company has a discount program, we compare them both and hers is better. So far, everything was quick and easy. Others should definitely check them out and use them.

When trying to purchase tickets for Cirque du Soleil they only would allow me to purchase one ticket because apparently they are sold out? But they aren’t and had plenty available seats on the actual Cirque site. Then I tried to purchase hotel nights in Napa and it was wayyyy more expensive on www.ticketsatwork.com than every other site including the actual hotel site. On top the purchases made on the rip off TicketsatWork site are not refundable but all the other sites were. Wasted my time. Don’t use this company!
Hello Deana,
Thank you for contacting TicketsAtWork.com.
We, as a third party ticket Reseller, are provided a finite supply of seats to events such as Cirque du Soleil in order to provide you with the best deals possible. Our inventory may not be an exhaustive list of available seats as the venue may retain a certain level of inventory to be able to sell through their own channels at full price. We work hard to ensure that we only sell the number of tickets that we have available to avoid displacement of your party.
While most of our products are offered at significant discounts, there may be certain instances where the prices of our products are slightly above the prices offered through our site. For many of the same reasons listed above, we are allocated a certain number of rooms that we can offer at a discounted rate. Above this, on our site we actually offer refundable and non-refundable hotel reservations, depending on the option that you choose throughout the booking process. Generally speaking the non-refundable option is usually slightly cheaper than the refundable option as you are assuming the risk of the booking being non-refundable.
We hope that we were able to clarify any confusion and hope that you consider using TicketsAtWork.com again in the near future.

It was my first-time use Tickets at Work and it's good, and easy to use. They have a lower price compared to others. Their site randomly assigns the seats. I wanted to see if there is a way to pick a seat so I called in. They explained to me that the computer randomly picks it. Their rep was actually very nice. She multiple times tried to see if I would get a different section. She tried different things. She suggested that I set a certain amount of tickets and she was going to do the same thing. She was on the phone with me for a few minutes trying to see if it would land on a section I like.

Tickets at Work was perfect. We bought tickets to Six Flags from them and that was my first purchase. It was through our employer. We decided to call last minute, but it was great. I did it online first. I then called them to confirm that I did it right. I was given an excellent quality of service. A rep and I stayed in contact via email to ensure I got everything. We were then on the road and she said, “I’ll wait with you on the phone” to make sure that I got the information that I needed to have at the gate. The price of the tickets saved us a lot of money, too.
I looked into finding rates for Disney Orlando. Because I was worried about what I was clicking and wanted to do some comparison shopping, I emailed them about tickets and told them what I wanted, like how many people and the ages. I asked if they could send me their best deals that included flight, hotel, and tickets, and all I got was an email that said, “You need to call the office.” I got a little confused and that was not good. I don't know if that's their policy, but I would just rather do it via email. Nonetheless, I would tell friends to try Tickets at Work and see if they like them. I would recommend them.

My husband and I saw an offer at TicketsatWork through his employer portal for the Broadway show Aladdin in New York. When we called the number to ask about the type of seats available, the lady we spoke with said that we would get the best orchestra/mezzanine seats that were available at the time of purchase. When we asked where the orchestra seats started, she said that they started at row L, sometimes row M for Orchestra and starting at row BB for Mezzanine. We checked Ticketmaster.com before purchasing and saw that there were plenty of seats in Orchestra starting at row L and Mezzanine level starting at row AA. So we processed the order and waited.
Today we received an email with our seats and saw that they were for Row V. At first I thought that maybe all the rows before V were already sold out but then I checked Ticketmaster again and there were plenty of seats starting at row M so I don't understand how they determine "best available seats" when clearly there are seats available in row M and rows closer to the stage than row V. Had we been told more accurately where the seat range would actually be, we wouldn't have been surprised. This is highly deceptive practice by TicketsatWork. I tried calling customer service and have been on hold for 2 hours now. I would like a refund for these tickets or replacement for the tickets located closer like row M and N.

I made a reservation through ticketatwork.com, and they sent me a confirmation that they had my request and said that they would email me again with the hotel reservation after my card was charged. My card was charged and I received no hotel confirmation. When I arrived at the hotel they had no idea who I was, they had no reservation for me and they had not received any payment for my room from TicketsatWork. My card still has the 80 dollar charge that was used to pay for the room though. I tried calling but was put on a long hold and was told they would call me back, but I personally didn't receive a call.
I had to make another reservation at the hotel, effectively paying twice for one room. I tried emailing them and they said that reservations are nonrefundable, which would be fine IF THEY EVER HAD ACTUALLY MADE THE RESERVATION WITH THE HOTEL. I emailed back weeks ago and never received any further communication. Be careful when booking through them, you might not actually have a reservation, the hotel also said that they had issues with TicketsatWork in the past as well. I paid 160 dollars for what should have only been 80, and received no customer service for a mistake on the fault of the company. I am very disappointed and will not be using them again.

I bought Sea World and Universal Studio tickets from TicketsatWork. I called in to order the tickets because I had talked to a lady prior to ordering the tickets and I bought the tickets at the last minute. If I had ordered them online, the tickets wouldn't have been available for up to 48 hours. Their service was great because there was somebody that I reached immediately and purchased the tickets and she sent me my receipt. And shortly after that, she sent me my tickets, which was great, because I didn't know if there would be a place for me to print the tickets out when I got there. So, it was important to have the tickets before we actually get on the plane. I did that the day before we left so I was able to get the tickets and print them out.
The challenging part of it all was that, I had to speak with somebody and I couldn't enter in all of my information online, like all my credit cards. I had four different parties that wanted to buy tickets and the easiest thing to do is to put everything on one credit card and then have everybody pay me. I looked quite a bit around trying to find deals and TicketsatWork were a bit better than other places that I found. They have some great deals on like if I wanted to go to Disney for five days, they had passes that were extended passes for multiple days. We really wanted to go to Universal one day and Disney World another day, so we weren't looking for multiple days. That was the best deal. So, when you're buying the single pass tickets, the discount wasn't a lot but it was fine. I would definitely do it again and would definitely look at TicketsatWork first. In fact, I went back to their site to look for tickets for new purchse since I'm travelling for business this week.

I had to cancel my reservation to travel to Las Vegas. I had to make many calls to finally have my reservation canceled. My refund was supposed to be credited to my credit card in 3-5 business days. Nobody could explain where was my money, only to say it was credited to some account I did not recognize. Thru your intervention, my money was identified in a wrong account and they properly reimbursed to me.

Company, thru Customer Care and Escalations, claims made a reimbursement of $871.13 to an account ending with #**. I do not have a card ending in that number. I paid with a card ending in #**. I have explained this to them, but they say that I go to my bank. The bank cannot help me with an account number I do not own. TicketsatWork do not answer my mails or phone calls.

I got the Cirque du Soleil tickets for Vegas from TicketsatWork. And I was looking the tickets up on their website before I decided to call in. It was my first time purchasing tickets, so I wanted to make sure that I did it right. It was very easy to buy from them and the service was great. It was really easy to get through the experience and I got really good seats so, it's really helpful. I was satisfied and I would recommend TicketsatWork.

Working at a public school, I've been buying discounted Disneyworld tickets through Tickets at Work. I went online initially to look up information and find out if I qualified for tickets but when I went to check out, I didn't get it to work right. So, I called them up to purchase. It's easier for me and I prefer to talk to somebody. And it worked out fine with the rep. They got the credit card number and the process went real quick and easy.
Tickets at Work prices are about the same as if I was a Florida resident or a Disney Vacation Club member. I happen to be a DVC member but the membership will only allow me to purchase tickets for me or people living in my household. I explained to the Tickets at Work rep that I wanted to get the ticket for a friend and he said it was okay. So, it worked this time and it worked one other time as well. Rather than going to Disneyworld and falling in line for the window, it allowed me to purchase a ticket in advance and saved some money too. I would recommend looking into Tickets at Work and rechecking the prices out. Also, I’d tell people to check with their employer if they qualify for the discount because that employee pricing is a little less than just going through the site.

I usually buy tickets for Cirque Du Soleil from Tickets at Work. I do it online but the last time I did, it had some trouble. I had to call customer service and the rep whom I spoke with was very kind to assist me. He went to put me in the fourth row and it was the same pricing that I was looking for, so it was a very good experience. He was a gentleman and even shared his experience of the Cirque Du Soleil which I have not yet gone to. At Tickets at Work, I find some tickets that have very much affordable pricing for employees. But what I know is that Tickets at Work is only for employees for certain companies.

For Disney tickets I searched a lot and none of the sources give less price than Disney's original site. TicketsatWork shows less price at the start but as part of checkout it adds tax. Whereas Disney site does not add extra on checkout. TicketsatWork tickets cost + tax > Disney ticket total price on Disney site.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our site. Upon review, we were unable to locate an Order placed through our service for Disney Tickets.
We at TicketsAtWork.com are incorporated in the state of Florida, therefore we are unable to take advantage of the recreational taxation exemption that is offered to those in California. As such, we are obligated to charge Taxes on all of our products. These fees are strictly enforced and are unfortunately unavoidable.
Please note that our Disney Land ticket prices are not a direct comparison to those that are offered by Disney directly. Purchasing through Disney directly will simply cover the cost of admission to the amusement park only. The prices that we are currently promoting on our site include an additional component where 1 Restaurant.com Gift Card valued at $25.00 is also included per ticket. This makes comparing prices difficult as Disney does not currently offer the same promotion and product on their site directly. We hope that this information has cleared up any confusion and thank you again for taking the time to write us here at TicketsAtWork.com.

I purchased some movie, Universal Studio and Halloween Horror tickets from TicketsatWork. I also would be getting rental cars through them. I mostly do it online or on my phone, and it’s been great. If I’m not using my Tickets at Work, I’m using my mom’s sometimes, too. I always get my movie tickets through Tickets at Work once a month. Rental cars, I get two or three times within a month. For any reservations, I go through them. The majority of their prices are better than certain sites. Although the Halloween Horror ticket is still up there, $85 with the promotion. Because there’s another site that has it for $83 dollars or a dollar difference.
Hotel wise, if you want to rent a vacation home or condos, they should have different sections of that. Other things like rental cars, it says what size you want. What they should do with the rental cars, is the chance to pick exactly the models of the car, if they could. Some people want certain cars. Because mostly, I always get Chargers or Challengers, or Mustangs, or Camaro Convertibles. It doesn’t have the description of what kind of cars you want. But Tickets at Work is a great site, so I would refer my friends to them for everything.

The person I spoke to at TicketsatWork was really knowledgeable and helpful. He me gave me answers to questions that I wasn’t even basically expecting them to answer like amusement parks and different parks. Their price was about $18 cheaper than the park's itself which was great. It was not the best savings but for no hassling, headaches, and complicated online websites, I would recommend TicketsatWork to anyone. They were fast and convenient. We went to Disney, and then I wanted to go to Universal, so I made a phone call and within 10 minutes, I had the tickets on my email. Thank you TicketsatWork for the followups and service. After being on hold for three hours. I finally spoke with Richard, the customer service manager “top-person” in the department. I on multiple occasions asked for a name to a director someone who could help do something about this and I was not successful. I also asked for another phone number to speak with someone to express my concerns about this unethical business practices and he refused to handover any information.
Richard told me that they do not price match their own TicketsatWork prices. I was not challenging the hotel prices. I was asking for the best rate guarantee as advertised on your own website TicketsatWork.com. Your website states best rate guaranteed. I am calling because there is a $223 difference, and he refused to do anything about it, except to offer me a $20 gift card - that was not only inappropriate but insulting. This is false advertisement and unethical for TicketsatWork to contact the business in this matter.

Thank you TicketsatWork for calling me back and resolving my problem for me. Initially, I was so frustrated that I was charged a different amount, but after speaking to a representative on the phone, they explained that it was a general receipt and the discount was applied. Two days after, another representative called to apologize again (after seeing my review on Consumer Affairs) about the misunderstanding. I was pleasantly surprised that TicketsatWork actually has pretty great customer service - opposed to what I had experienced the first time around. The representative I spoke to did mention that December is a busy month for them, perhaps that's why it was so difficult to reach someone. In the future, I will still continue to use TicketsatWork and I do hope that it'll be smooth sailing from now.

I was very excited to use my welcome code from TicketsatWork, which was a $10 off $150 purchase. I put in the code and the payment page showed me a $10 discount was applied. However, after I entered my credit card information and submitted my payment, order confirmation no longer had the discounted price! I read the other reviews from TicketsatWork and saw that I was not the only one being overcharged! I then called TicketsatWork (800 311 6483) and have been on hold for 1 hr and 4 minutes (as seen on the screenshot). Even though I called within their hours of operation, no one picked up my call for an hour. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing.

I made a phone call, asked whether it'd be easier online or over the phone and the individual said she would be able to take care of it right there on the phone. I told her what I wanted and she processed it immediately. She was excellent and I was extremely satisfied. It was painless and the tickets were well discounted too. We had the season's passes at that mountain. It was the holiday time and we had family in so I was going to have to buy the tickets anyways and the discount was a bonus. And being that it was our first try with TicketsatWork, it worked great. The whole process was very seamless and simple. I showed the emailed tickets on my phone down at the ski area. They had the barcode and they scanned it right on the mountain. I didn't have to go to the base lodge.

First time user and will not use again nor recommend to co-workers. Reported discrepancy internally to our HR representative who initiated the relationship with TicketsatWork. Having a family with 3 children under 7 yrs, was very excited to use this perk to purchase Disney Passes particularly the 4 day/Get 5th day free option. Had done my research and trial run of selections a few weeks previously. When I was ready to purchase, this time found that accessing options online sends you to the Park Hopper which I didn't notice in my excitement and inadvertently selected the Park Hopper (We wanted the Base Passes) and purchased at 2:30 pm.
The base options were not readily available on the first screen as they had been previously before (found later that this time, you had to navigate a bit to get to view the Bass Passes). Realized mistake and contacted that same day at 6:32 pm and left my number for them to call me. Received a callback from them at 6:43 pm. Spoke with representative who took my information and would pass along the information to the department that works with Disney to request that refund be issued so that I could purchase the correct tickets that I wanted.
Heard back the following day that refund was denied as this was not an emergency and we were not due to arrive until summer. Asked if they could try again or put me in contact with the department. Was told no, they don't do that. Asked then whom I needed to speak with? Even offered to do a conference call with all parties. Was told no as well and nothing else they can do. Was told that it was Disney that declined the refund (Find it hard to believe that the Mouse House would do that). So essentially we are stuck with a Park Hopper Pass that makes no sense for our family (hauling 3 little kids from park to park in one day doesn't sound like a fun time). Buyer beware if you have an issue or discrepancy as you will be out of luck.

I got Walt Disney World Park Hoppers tickets from Tickets at Work. I heard about them at work then I looked into it and wound up going on the Disney Resort search tab. The Park Hoppers were pretty much the best deal so I booked it for me and my buddy. It was my first time doing it and everything was as smooth as it could be. I got all the confirmation emails.
Their website is easy to use. It’s self-explanatory If you want to look for tickets or flights or basically anything like resorts and hotels, it brings everything up. I’m also big in golf, so I was looking at that. They do Universal tickets, too. If we wanted the one-day gate Universal ticket, I could get a discount on Tickets at Work really quickly. The only thing that I’d like to request is getting some New York Rangers hockey ticket on there. As for the price, I’ve been to Disney millions of times and I know it very well. For the price that we paid, I’m not arguing at all. We’re going to 5 amusement parks, and we paid $400. That's $75 a day or so and is equivalent to a discounted Six Flags ticket. I’m very pleased.

I went through the internal website of Time Warner to get to Tickets at Work. I was specifically looking at Disney and Universal tickets so my search was very intentional and I didn’t browse around for anything else. On the website, everything was intuitive. But they need to be clear and define the time period for what is a normal day versus a peak for theme parks, especially since the ticket is locked in once a person buys it and it’s not an easy return process. I assumed I was going during a peak season because it was at the end of the year and it was a holiday weekend, but it wasn’t easy to find. After searching for what I wanted, I didn’t want to buy the wrong ticket type for my park ticket so I called and spoke to a representative. I also wanted to make sure I'm reserved with Holiday Inn.
So, I told the representative exactly what I was looking for, what days I needed, and the parks I was wanting to go to. I knew I wanted a Park Hopper ticket and to go to Animal Kingdom, but I asked for suggestions. I was also debating between Epcot over Magic Kingdom, and he was extremely helpful. I booked everything with him on the phone and he definitely made my experience a positive one.
The hotel offerings at Tickets at Work are probably better than the theme parks. Although I didn’t have time to google a coupon quote if it was going to be better than my corporate discount, the price was decent with $35 off the gate price. Yet another thing that would have been nice was for Tickets at Work to have a partnership or add the express pass tickets. I still had to buy the express passes at Universal and everything would have been a single transaction if I was able to buy them through Tickets at Work.
Hi Tiffany,
Thank you for taking the time to review the service you have received when making your Disney world and Universal purchase. We hope you enjoyed your time at the parks! It is our intention to have all relevant information readily available to our guest so they may make a well informed decision prior to purchasing. On TicketsatWork.com, for both Disney and Universal we provide a “helpful tips & information” tab that will allow our guests to open and print or download a pdf of the seasonal pricing calendar for their convenience. We do have a great partnership with Universal which allows us to offer their team park tickets at a great value, however as of yet we do not specifically offer the fast past option. We hope to continue this partnership and are excited to see our product offerings continue to evolve. Thank you for using tickets at work and we hope to provide great service and value!

I mainly get movie tickets from Tickets at Work. I usually just buy them as I need them because of work and the schedule might be a conflict. The good thing about Tickets at Work is that if I put money into this ticket and I didn't use them that week, I can still use it next week or the week after. I usually call their 1-800 number to purchase and then they email me the tickets. But it's more time consuming than doing it online because every time I call them, I have to constantly start from scratch. They don't save your information and I wish they could do that. I would think by now there would be a mobile app and I just have to put in a password. But I do sign in on the computer and without a password, Tickets at Work won't give me any access to see discounts. Also, during the times that I called them, they were extremely busy and I had to wait on the phone for 30 minutes.
Most of the time when we call, the reps put all the information in and they also make sure that I received the ticket and it's very convenient for me that they have the patience to help us. And they always tell you that these tickets are not refundable. There has been times when we have phone static and they messed up my email address but they corrected it for me, so that was very convenient.
I also look into hotels and Tickets at Work had some really great deals. You can stay in a hotel in Las Vegas for $30 a night instead of $90. But that has a lot to do with the time that you scheduled it. You should schedule ahead of time and be smart. And if it’s something you’re trying to buy on the day like I do, take all the deals because they have some really good deals and you just have to basically check all of them.
Also, if there was some kind of holiday coming up, they could have a combo promo. You buy with Tickets at Work the tickets, but you still have to spend twice as much trying to get drinks and popcorn. That’s where Groupon comes in competition with Tickets at Work. Because they’ll offer you a combo of some sort. It might not always be the best thing because you might just get a medium drink and a medium-sized popcorn but at least you got something. Tickets at Work can ask a little bit more questions from their customers that they can use to come up with the combo.

She even gave me some options and it worked out and made me happy because she saved me some money. The tickets came in within two days, so it was nice. It was well-worth using it and I'll refer them to anybody. The only thing I'd tell others is to call ahead of time and not leave it for the last minute because then it’s a process they'll have to go through.

In 2 separate instances, me and my friend purchased hotel rooms at Las Vegas. TicketsatWork debited the money from our account and we were happy that the rooms are booked only to receive a mail the subsequent day that the rooms are not confirmed and that we need to reach out to the customer support within next 48 hrs else they would cancel the order and refund. And that the refund will be made within 3-5 business days.
When we called the customer support, we waited in the call for over an hour but never got an opportunity to speak to the customer support person. We left a call back number and there was zero response from anyone from TicketsatWork. Wondering if they are really supporting people 24/7. If the rooms were not confirmed, why did they had to debit the amount from the card only to cancel/refund after 3-5 business days? This is not the first time. We have had experience with the restaurant gift cards that came along with the theme park tickets. None of the listed restaurants accepted those gift card certificates. It's over a year now and we still have $125 worth of these certificates which is not accepted anywhere.

When I got them at the beginning, I tried to do it online but it didn’t work for me, so I had to call one of their representatives and they sold me the tickets. The rep was nice and helpful. It was my very first time using TicketsatWork and it was a good experience. It was very simple and I will use them again. Over a month ago my fiancée wanted to book a New York trip with two friends through Ticketsatwork.com. I said okay and let her use my card. The expectation was to stay at Hotel Pennsylvania in Times Square for two nights, Friday and Saturday. When we showed up we were extremely taken aback by the conditions of the property and actually very worried about staying. The room was in terrible condition, blood on the walls, dried flies stuck to the walls. Huge holes in the walls, the comforter had a large cut down the middle of it. It looked like a scene from a horror film. The conditions were so bad we didn’t feel safe leaving our French Bulldog there alone.
We went with two of our close friends whose room was also booked on my order confirmation. They were getting into the city a little later so when we were describing our room to them they thought we were exaggerating. For those two hours we left the building and just tried to take it all in. Needless to say our friends arrive and they send us a text saying, "OMG please come back we don’t feel safe here". At this point it is 11 pm est in NYC not like we could do much so we all left to grab dinner and drinks so we would not have to stay in the room. We all talked about this not being sanitary and based on time we went back to our rooms and slept fully clothed on top of the comforters fearing the worst as the sheets were stained and tattered. We slept for a total of two hours. Woke up, took the dog for a walk and when we got back guess what we saw, a RODENT in our room.
We all grabbed our belongings, reported to the front desk manager and told her what our experience was and more importantly that we could no way stay another moment let alone another night. She was very apologetic and understood our disappointment. She immediately issued a refund. Here’s where it gets tricky. Since we booked through Ticketsatwork.com they booked through their vendor “Getaroom”, “Getaroom” booked through “Tourico Holidays” and they booked Hotel Pennsylvania. Personally I don’t care what the chain of events entail for the business exchange to take place as my order was booked with Ticketsatwork.com, meaning I am their customer.
I was happy that Hotel Pennsylvania’s manager handled the situation the right way, we booked a new Hotel room at Hotel NYLO which we typically stay in and it’s phenomenal. It cost us 3 times as much but boy was it worth it... Now I’ve always been the person who thinks that when people post these negative replies they have to be off. Well here I am posting one because I have been going through hell to try and get my refund from Ticketsatwork.com. I’ve been respectful and patient but their lack of care and the countless of hours I’ve spent on the phone trying to recoup my money is unfair. If I could give them a negative rating I would. I hope all of you proceed with caution when booking trips and furthermore hope you choose not to move forward with bookings for Ticketsatwork.com. I wrote this as I sat on hold today for another 50 minutes.
Andre,
We regret to hear of the conditions that you encountered during your stay at the Hotel Pennsylvania. We certainly take these matter seriously and work on your behalf to investigate these issues with the Hotel. We, as a 3rd party site, offer prepaid reservations for a wide range of Hotels therefore the funds are immediately funneled through the appropriate channels that eventually end with the Hotel Property to cover the cost of your Reservation. While we strive to resolve these matters expeditiously, we are at the mercy of the investigative process, as we must obtain authorization from our Partners. We apologize that this was a lengthy process but we are happy to hear that you were able to speak with a member of our Team and a favorable resolution was reached. I purchased tickets from TicketsatWork on August 2017. I have been contacting customer service for assistance and they have all been nice, but I do not understand why the ticket expired so quickly and a full or partial refund cannot be issued. I purchased the tickets for my parents as a gift. They were on their way to Florida, along with other family members, to go to Disney World. An unexpected happened during one of their rest stops in South Carolina. My dad had a medical emergency and had to be rushed by an ambulance to the hospital. He had to get surgery done which deterred them from going at all. Per the refund policy, it states that a refund cannot be provided under any circumstances, "except as explicitly permitted herein or as TAW may permit in its sole and absolute discretion."
My parents were literally on their way to Disney that day. We were able to get a full refund from a hotel they booked that was non-refundable at the time of purchase. My parents definitely still wants to go and I want to make it happen for them. I was offered gift cards, but it's not the same. I understand prices change and I am willing to at least get some back to put towards a new ticket, if a full refund cannot be provided. I called many times and requested for a supervisor, but was not transferred to one. In what circumstance will TAW consider a refund??
Hello Christine,
We regret to hear of the Medical Emergency surrounding your Fathers hospitalization. We hope he has recovered well. These particular Tickets were a part of a special promotion that was offered by Disney World for a limited time and were only valid through the end of September 2017. We certainly understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that may arise unexpectedly so we do our very best to assist in any way that we can within the limitations of our Terms and Conditions. We are committed to your satisfaction and a member of our Quality Assurance team will reach out to you to discuss your experience further.

I went on the rooftop over in New York just like the Rockefeller Center where you go up to the top and you see all of New York from up there. It's been a very easy experience for me purchasing a ticket from Tickets at Work. I just had to add to the cart and put in my payment information and that's it. I had looked up the place beforehand and I felt that if you bought the tickets directly from the place then you would have to choose a time of when you want to go up the elevator. But on the Tickets at Work site, it just says you buy a voucher and you go in, you get to go up the elevator without specifying a time.
The quality of their service was very good. Their reps were very professional and they were able to help me. Their prices seem very competitive. I looked up their site and other sites as well for tickets and Tickets at Work was one that had the best price. I'd tell my friends that Tickets at Work is a great site to look for tickets for events and stuff. If you have access to it, then it might be cheaper than other alternatives.

I also did an order where I spoke with a person and the call was efficient. Also, their website works fairly for me but the only issue is I wasn't sure when I was going to receive the Disney email. I ended up calling and they told me that I would receive something as soon as Disney released the tickets. It all made sense and worked out fine. Their service was great and I had a great experience.

We bought our Disneyland tickets through TicketsatWork noticing the ticket prices were $5 cheaper each. Turns out they charge high "Taxes and Fees" that we didn't notice until after the purchase that Disneyland does not charge, California does not tax amusement park tickets. We thought we would save $20, we ended up spending $50 MORE than if we had just bought them through Disneyland. When we called for help from customer service, they said these are fees not taxes and the tickets are non-refundable. This is deceptive and taking advantage of the trust employees have with their employers. We will be filing official complaints to have this site removed from our company.
Hi Shelby,
We glad to hear that you either have or will be visiting Disneyland soon and understand your concern surrounding the taxes and fees you paid. Generally speaking, if an online retailer maintains a physical presence in a state that charges a sales tax on most purchases, then that online retailer must charge sales tax on any items that are sold to customers within the home state. Similarly, our Providers may operate in the same or additional states creating a sales tax liability that is passed on to us and recovered accordingly as a "tax recovery charge". The taxes paid were of the total of state, county and city sales tax rates and the service fee you paid accounts for only 2.6% of the total taxes and fees paid. As we are committed to your satisfaction a member of our Quality Assurance team will be reaching out to you.

Tickets at Work is great. I purchased Knott's Scary Farm tickets for me and my boyfriend. My school gets a discount through them for their students. I saw it on my school's website, clicked on it and made my account. When I purchased the tickets, I went to their website, logged in on my account and on the drop-down menu, it gave me different theme parks. I clicked on the Knott's Scary Farm and it popped right there.
I had the season pass for Knott's Scary Farm and Tickets at Work gave me a better deal than my pass. I didn't know that there was a chance that I could have taken some time to process the payment and I wasn't receiving an email with my tickets. I called and the girl was kind enough to let me that everything went through. She went ahead and sent the tickets again and it went through that time. She helped me out. Go ahead and check Tickets at Work. They're going to get you the best deal out there. I researched, tried to find coupons and other stuff and Tickets at Work was the only one that really came through for me. I'd definitely be shopping again with them when it comes to a time to plan for another little trip.

Several months ago I booked a hotel stay for a surprise Christmas trip to NYC for my fourteen year old daughter with TicketsatWork.com. We were scheduled for departure on Friday December 8th and a very unexpected snowstorm that hit the Atlanta area and caused hundreds of flights to be canceled... One of which being mine. I contacted the company immediately and a very nice young lady confirmed my flight had been canceled and stated she would submit the request for a full refund. Which is the only logically/ethical business decision that could be made since obviously I do not control the weather. I was advised it would take 72 hours to confirm the HOTELS decision on the refund and I would be contacted back... Saturday no call and no update from the "hotel"... Sunday same information was given to me.
With no help from the company I contact Hotel Pennsylvania directly and they assured me that with proof of the canceled flight I would receive a full refund. Today I called Tickets at Work (again) and was told there was still no response and it would be another 72 hours. I promptly asked for a supervisor, Jose, who immediately told me that everyone I spoke with was wrong and it would be 7 -10 days. After much back and forth I convinced him to call them vendor. He advised that this is against company policy (if this is the truth... I think that may be a policy that should reconsider!) but he would have someone call and stated someone would contact me back later today.
Around 3:15 today Michele ** called to advised that only some of my money would be refunded per the HOTEL to which I reminded her I had already spoke with the hotel and this is NOT their policy. Michelle stated she would check again and return my call. At this point I feel the representatives I'm dealing with are not honest so I call the hotel and ask to speak with the Marketing Manager, Gloria, who AGAIN stated that with proof of a canceled flight a full refund would be given. Incidentally, Michelle called back while I was on the phone so I merged the calls so we could all be on the same page. This time Michelle was requesting written documentation that my flight was canceled, even though your first rep confirmed it on Google... I suppose I control information posted to that website along with the weather. I have submitted the documentation TWICE this evening and I have heard NOTHING back from the company.

We got tickets for Cirque du Soleil in Atlanta from TicketsatWork. I worked at the school system and we had a discount through the school system. Purchasing them was easy except we could only order it with the codes to get the discount. I ordered two lots of tickets online. The first lot was for a friend who was not near a computer. They didn’t send the confirmation for the second. Whereas for the first I got a confirmation then another email with the tickets in it. I didn’t receive the tickets the second time. I had to call customer service and they were very confused over what had happened.
And then there’s a problem where they issued me tickets there and then and that link wouldn’t go through so they issued me more tickets, where they could send another email. I ended up punching the wrong email, which had already been superseded by the next lot of tickets. So when I got to Cirque du Soleil the tickets that I had obviously showed that they had been reissued. There was confusion over whether I don’t have it and I’m saying I had the email from my previous tickets and I know how this works. The person I was dealing with had to speak to the supervisor and came back to me.
The supervisor said I should have an email and I told them I haven’t received email with the tickets. They told me to look into my spam folder and so I told them that I work in the school system and that I see all my emails and it wasn’t there. But once they said they tried to re issue the email and I said “Okay, that’s not coming” and then they reissued them again. I didn’t realize until I printed the tickets because I think when they sent it, two were there, and I didn’t realize that I just printed one of them.
And then when I was standing, waiting to check in at the event, I saw it say something like, “These tickets have been reissued,” so when I got there they said, “None of these are valid tickets.” It was not the best to try to get in the door. They had to take the tickets away and we had to send them. They came back about 10 minutes later. They had been reissued. I bought tickets for eight people. We got it fixed and they were okay. But it was really a lengthy process.
TicketsatWork is a good website and is easy to use. Their prices were very good and the deal with the school system made it slightly cheaper than what was being offered as a deal. It was 25 percent off, but we were getting 35 and it was a great deal. I’d try them again if there’s something else I want to see. I didn’t like what happened before but I was quite confident that it would be sorted out once I got there. It’s definitely a good experience and I’d tell friends that it’s worth looking at and worth trying.

Sometimes I call to double check on something and instead of them asking what else they can help with, they'd say, "Okay, I'm ready. You want to purchase those tickets now?" I asked when my tickets would be coming and they said it would take some weeks for it to be sent to my Email. Months passed by and I started getting worried and I called again and they said the tickets would arrive 2 to 3 days before the concert.
Finally the tickets arrived two days before the concert and I was happy and printed them out. When I reached the concert I was sat all the way at the top end at a 300 level. They were definitely not the seats I asked AND paid for. My entire family was happily looking forward to that concert and I feel lied to and scammed. I specifically asked for certain seats looking at the map of the arena and the prices for each section and paid the high price for that specific section where in the end I was not seated. I ordered basketball tickets on November 9th for a game on November 27th. It was my husband's birthday present. It's November 26th and still no tickets. I called to find out the status and all they could tell me was the reseller was unavailable to follow up on the tickets and that's it's possible I won't get them until the game starts. I'm so upset. This has been a horrible experience with them and no one can give me any answers.
We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration surrounding the delivery of your Tickets. Through our Preferred Access program, tickets are sourced through a variety of ticket sellers who determine the date of availability and the processing time of the tickets. We purchased California Disneyland tickets from TicketsatWork and the process was fairly easy. I looked online initially, but because I bought the tickets at the last minute, I had to call back and the representative I spoke with was very informative in trying to ensure that I was able to utilize the service and the tickets that I get. TicketsatWork's prices were okay. The tickets I purchased came with a $25 gift card and I wasn't able to utilize it, but we had a great trip to Disneyland. It was well worth it and I'd recommend the service. Our experience was easy, quick and painless.

I bought Universal Studios Orlando tickets from TicketsatWork online. Their site was user-friendly and their ticketing process was simple with easy directions to buy tickets. The only hitch I encountered was when I reached Universal Studio, and when I did the order IDs, I was not able to take the printout of two tickets. But it was fine and overall, they were great.

My boyfriend and I buy movie or show tickets from TicketsatWork two to three times a month. Their price is perfect and it's easy to buy tickets. We do it without any hiccups. We had bought Regal tickets to go to the movies because the price was a little less. But I had a little issue with the technology and where the tickets got emailed. The tickets got caught in the internet space because it's attached to my boyfriend's account. I've spoken with them and they were kind, patient and good at problem-solving so, I appreciate it. The issue was something that could be frustrating but it wasn't.
I wish they'd make their process a bit easier when it comes to sending the tickets, even if we want to send them as a gift to someone. You don't really need a printer unless you’re in an office setting. In fact, we don't have one at my house. Furthermore, Tickets at Work also do hotels but sometimes the prices fluctuate within hours on their site, and I don't know if I got the better deal or if it is going to be better in a few hours or if it is going to be better at all. So, it's like playing an airline game instead of it just being a flat, standard discount for hotels. Everybody has always loved to get a discounted rate or feel like they have some special inside on being a consumer. My sister and I bought a hotel room and used their rates before. I would definitely suggest TicketsatWork to others.

Thank you for taking the time to review our site. Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible so we are happy to hear that our Care Agents were able to assist you with your purchase. Buying tickets from TicketsatWork was easy. We were going down to Vegas with other couples and we all wanted to go to the same show. We purchased online and we had no trouble getting in. The price was all right too. However, we ran into quite a snag one time. We were in Alberta and we headed out but we couldn’t get to the airport so we had to cancel our trip. We did Copperfield and Cirque du Soleil. They were non-refundable tickets but they ended up giving us our money back. It took a little while but I was pretty happy. I didn’t want to spend that kind of money and just throw it away. Overall, TicketsatWork is very good to get along with.

Purchasing Universal Studio tickets through TicketsatWork online was pretty easy. Plus, I looked at other standard websites and it was a little bit cheaper with them. I didn't read down at the bottom, though, about making sure the tickets were correct and that they're not transferable. Maybe they could put it in bold letters towards the top and at the beginning of the process. But they helped me because they let me exchange tickets that I purchased, which they typically don't do. What was wonderful was that they’re very useful in getting my error resolved over the phone. So, I was very thankful for that. This was my first time to purchase from TicketsatWork, so I'll definitely use them again on my next outing as this was a great experience for me. I would recommend them.

I purchased tickets for Miami Dolphins VS Tampa Bay, I told the agent I wanted seats in the 100 section. I was charged 214.00 for tickets in the 300s. I did not look at the ticket until the game. If I am going to pay that kind of money why not go to Ticketmaster's website who had it for 33.00 per seat which was indicated on my ticket that I got from TicketsatWork. This is my second bad experience. I bought movie tickets on TicketsatWork thinking I got a good price. I showed up at the movies and had to still pay taxes when I got there. What is the point? There is no convenience using these people. It's a rip off. Most people at my job agrees. The agents need to be upfront and state the details before selling tickets.

I traveled to Nashville and used TicketsatWork to get a hotel room at Vista Inn since they had discounts for employees of our company. I went online and the price displayed was $68 for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning, but they said they'll charge me $89. When I got to the hotel room, it wasn't clean. I took off the sheet from one of the beds and there was a blood stain at the head of the bed. I called the front desk and asked for another room. I told them they needed to clean up that mess and I haven't gotten that resolved. When I saw that blood stain, I was ready to go. I called TicketsatWork and they were trying to communicate with the hotel but it turned out to be a long drawn out situation.
They finally decided to send me less than the money that I paid for the room. They gave me $190 something back when I paid $299 for the room. I didn't even stay in that hotel room for a couple of hours. I called TicketsatWork about every other day and they said that they talked to somebody, but they hadn't gotten back to them. I didn't understand their process. They had all the information because that very night, I called them and they told me to checkout from the hotel until they find out what's going on. However, the owner of the hotel wouldn't come up to the premises and do anything.
TicketsatWork's reps were friendly each time I spoke with them but I don't know how come I had to call so many times. Plus, it was like a new conversation each time I call. I always had to have the information that I was calling them about in front of me because they wouldn't know anything. I called once a day for ten days and at one point I thought about giving up with that amount of money. Considering that the hotel is still in business, I don't know why the health department isn't going up there to shut them down.
As far as TicketsatWork was concerned, at the beginning, I thought that I was going to get my money ASAP, but it didn't happen. I had to wait for over three weeks to get my money back and it was cumbersome. This is the first and only time that I'll use them. Never again. I will be getting my AAA back. This is also the first time I've ever had a bad experience with a hotel. I expected TicketsatWork to be more corrective or concerned about someone calling them and complaining about something but it was like they were saying they don't have my money and I got to wait for the hotel to give my money back.

I've been a member of TicketsatWork for ten years and I purchase a lot from them. I purchase stuff for New York, California, and for different places that I go to at Las Vegas. I log on to ticketsatwork.com and find the location where I want to go, and then I book my reservation there. I've had a good experience with TicketsatWork. Their prices could be better, though. And it would be nice if they offered discounts for local events through the month.
I go to an event that's called "South Beach Wine & Food Festival", which happens only in February and it's a week-long event. It is extremely expensive so to get a discount would be great. And more discount prices on Broadway showed in the Miami area would be really good, too. I don’t see them advertising a lot of discounts for Broadway shows in the Miami area, wine and food events, and tours. It would be a good idea if they did that because Groupon competes with them and I find myself purchasing a lot of stuff from Groupon if I can't get it through them. But I've recommended TicketsatWork to over a hundred people.

I went online to Tickets at Work, and I selected the option I wanted and paid for it with a credit card. I bought the New York City Explorer Pass through my company because we have a corporate card. I’m very savvy and I use an iPad all day long for work, as well as my iPhone, but it was not easy to navigate Tickets at Work’s website. I had to call them and ask questions, and then once I got that information, I wasn’t given the code, so I had to call the company. They didn’t have the code so I called Tickets at Work again, but they didn’t have the code either. So, I had to call back the company and they had to push the special email to me with a pass number that they had to add each person and on the app so I could use it.
For people 50 and over, they’re never going to be able to figure it out, and some of them would still be working. That was my first time to purchase through Tickets at Work and it was challenging for me, but I only saved around six bucks a person, which I didn’t feel was huge. I also tried to purchase tickets for a musical, and they were more on Tickets at Work’s website than going direct. Also, with the seats for the Wicked musical in New York, I would just blindly pay for them, and they would give me random seats, like a $150 a person for this random seat. I decided to go direct and it was cheaper, and I could select the exact seats that I wanted. The best ones I could get for a bit lower price. But I’ll go back to Tickets at Work to see other things in the future especially when we travel.
It was a true pleasure speaking to you today regarding your recent experience with our site. We hope that you enjoy our recent improvements to our mobile site and we thank you for your feedback regarding our Broadway offerings. We hope the attentiveness and service received was satisfactory.

I thought I was going to be out of a lot of money at first or have to pay more but TicketsatWork has always been cheaper than buying at the gate. I purchased four tickets to Disneyland at TicketsatWork. Buying them was pretty easy and they gave me four $25 gift cards to use but nobody knows how to redeem them. I took the coupons that they offered for going through their website. TicketsatWork told me to go and log on to Restaurant.com and redeem the tickets on my phone so I did. But when I got to the restaurant, they only take $50 gift card. I needed help on the weekend when I was there but they were closed. It was frustrating. They also told me I had to call Restaurant.com but there's no number for Restaurant.com.
After the third restaurant we ordered, they said they take the gift card. But, when we try to redeem them, they said, “Oh, we don't take these ones." We ended up paying $200 meal which was fine. It was out of Disneyland then we went to House of Blues and they won't take our coupons, either. There were 27 of us who went to Disneyland but we couldn’t use all the coupons we have. It's funny now but it wasn't at the time.
I called back TicketsatWork and tried to upgrade but they said we can’t touch the tickets once the reservations are done which they should be able to do if they need to. TicketsatWork gave me four tickets for two days and I needed to upgrade them to three days. I’m a little upset that they didn’t tell me I couldn’t add a day to the ticket. I called back twice and the second time I wanted to purchase tickets for three days for one person but there was no option for that. They told me to call Disneyland so when we got to Disneyland, I just upgraded two tickets. My son had school and he couldn't fly in at the time we flew in and came in the following day. They gave me a good price for the upgrade which was $70. Everything was fine, it's just the coupons that they sent me were misinformed.

I was excited to buy good seats to an NFL game coming up on December 17 in a nearby state. I wanted to get the best seats I could, so I used the TicketsatWork site to try to get them at a reasonable price. I spent $1,002 on two 40-yard-line seats. Since completing the purchase on their website back on 4/28, which is the day tickets went on sale for this season, I have not been able to get any additional details about my seats or the seller. They processed my payment immediately, and sent me a 'order confirmation' email that listed very basic information. I expected I would get a detailed email with confirmed seats, and instructions about how to contact the seller to arrange for my tickets to be delivered to me. That was not the case.
I tried going online in August to look up more information on my order, only to find out there is no record of my order anywhere on their website! I have a login, but there is no 'account' page for me anywhere. This was strange to me, so I called their customer service to get help with the info I was looking for. I was told they don't keep an account page for their users/transactions, and that my order reference number is all I needed to provide them to get assistance. I then asked the customer service representative about how I could get in touch with the seller to coordinate the ticket delivery, and they told me I couldn't, and that they were the only party who could communicate between myself and the seller.
When I purchased the ticket, the note on the ticket selection page said 'tickets would be delivered no later than 12/16/17.' The game is scheduled to take place on 12/17/17, so I wanted to see about getting the tickets in hand as soon as possible, since they had already charged me the full amount for them. Also, on the order confirmation it says the 'Timing' for tickets to be emailed is 'Typically, immediately after order processes...' On that first phone call, she explained to me that I would either get an email with a pdf ticket or an email with a link to an e-ticket emailed to me on or before the 12/16 date. Why would they only send me those tickets so close to the event date? This began to sound fishy to me, and I said so to the rep on the line, and she reassured me that I may get them sooner than the 16th. I didn't like what I heard, but decided to just try calling again closer to the game date to see if I could get the tickets then.
Since that call, circumstances have changed and I am no longer able to attend the game in person. I called them this week to try to see about getting my tickets sent to me ASAP so I can try to sell them to someone else, and since they are my seats I should be able to do that. This time, the CS rep was very uncaring, and just told me that I would not be able to get my tickets sooner. After a brief discussion about how that doesn't seem fair, as they already have the full amount owed for those tickets, she didn't seem to care. I'm talking about over $1,000 dollars here, and they can't get me those tickets?!
I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she was even more rude than the rep I first spoke to. I again asked to be put in touch with the seller so I could arrange things with him/her, but they now told me they are NOT able to get in touch with the seller either!! What?! How do you agree to post tickets for sale for a third party, and not have contact information for the seller? Didn't they verify the seller and that these tickets were legit first? I am now very suspicious that this is a scam, and I want to cancel my order, but they tell me I can't do that EITHER!
After reading some of the other bad reviews on this ConsumerAffairs page, I see that this bad experience isn't unique to me, and I'm very nervous that even if I find a buyer for my seats, and I somehow manage to get them the email link to the tickets in time before the game starts, they may not be valid at the door! Then what happens? The game will go on whether the tickets work or not! Will I just be out my $1,000 dollars?? This should not be allowed to happen to anyone! How can they get away with this?!

I purchased theme park tickets from Tickets at Work thinking that it was going to be an easy process and one of my coworkers told me it was cheaper. However, the amount of tax added was $60-something dollars and for six tickets, I took off any savings that I could have gotten. I could get them on site for less. Also, I ordered the electronic tickets on a Monday, so I thought I would definitely have them by Tuesday when we were heading out to the airport, but that wasn’t the case. When I still hadn’t gotten any of the tickets and saw that the money had been deducted from my account on Tuesday evening, I started calling because we were going to use the first one the next day. I bought one for Wednesday and five for Thursday. The rep said the electronic tickets could take 24 to 48 hours because they manually enter them and I wish I knew that.
I was told I'd have to call back the next morning because that department’s closed and they can put a note in the file. I waited for 30 minutes to talk to somebody and we were heading to the park the next day. I had to call back again a couple of times because they were trying to figure out what it was. When I finally called a second time, they were able to get it in 5 to 10 minutes and I found an email come through with a ticket. They said we could use our phone, but it’s better if we printed it out. I had to be by a computer, so I had to be at the hotel that Wednesday.
I called back on Wednesday and waited again. On Thursday when I still didn’t have the tickets that morning, I called again. At that point, I just wanted a refund. I noticed that the Thursday tickets were still not in the account even though when I called on Tuesday and Wednesday I told them we have tickets on Wednesday and Thursday and gave them the order numbers.
On Thursday morning, the lady didn't let me off the phone until we got things figured out, but she was really sweet. I could tell that she was frustrated too. She apologized and put me on hold, so we were on the phone with her for 30 or 40 minutes because she was trying to get the order processed. It was too much hassle and too stressful trying to make sure we had the tickets. I could have gone down to the lobby and instantly gotten the tickets for $95 bucks instead of paying Tickets at Work $97 bucks plus tax, waiting 30 minutes on the phone and trying to figure things out. There’s got to be a better system because this is ridiculous. That’s the last time I will use Tickets at Work and I would definitely not recommend them to a friend for theme park tickets.

It has been a really frustrating experience. I booked 3 different hotels with them, covering Christmas and New Year's Eve. The most important being the one I am gonna spend holidays with family. For all the hotels, I got a confirmation from TicketsAtWork saying I was all booked, and that I could print out the email and bring to the hotel. The money has already left my account.
However, 1 day later I was notified by TicketsAtWork that the hotel was fully booked, and they couldn't process my request anymore. They recommended to book another hotel that is almost twice the price of the one I booked before. I keep getting default emails (4 that went to my Spam folder) from them saying pretty much the same thing, they are unable to book the hotel for me. I've already provided my phone number to them, no return. It is really disappointing to be informed you are all set, and then get another email saying pretty much the opposite. And I would expect a much greater effort from TicketsAtWork to provide me another option which is similar to the one I was charged for, not twice the price.

I really hate to give these people this bad review because I've had a number of good experiences but being overcharged $100.00 for Dave Koz concert tickets after going through my company's employee discount program is pretty upsetting. I printed the tickets out after paying $105.00 per ticket (2 tickets total 234.00). The price printed on the ticket showed $55.00. I called the place of the event who stated that they never sell to a third party. I called TicketsatWork who could only tell me that they go through some guy named Jacob who purchases tickets for them to sell to me. WHAT! What does that have to do with me paying over $100.00 more... the event referred to that practice as "online scalping". This was my second purchase from Tickets at Work and it was pretty easy to make the reservation through them. However, when I got to the hotel, they couldn’t find the reservation in their system, but I had the confirmation email and everything, and I actually had to call to get that to work. The hotel had to call their vendor. Other than that, the prices offered are good and I would have had paid more had I not gone through the Tickets at Work website. When I was comparing to other sites, they were the lowest from whatever members. Their customer service is also good, and I would definitely recommend them.

We've purchased tickets for the whole family (2 adults, 1 child) for San Diego Zoo. Getting in the zoo, we were surprised by kids are free for the whole month of October. Thus, buying from TicketsatWork was way more expensive than if bought at the gate. The site should alert me about special perks for the attraction! Otherwise it creates this misleading and wasting money situation.

I purchased tickets for Legoland and Walt Disney World from Tickets at Work. I went online and looked it up, then clicked it and bought it. It was easy to place the order and they emailed the tickets to me. I had a question about something so I called them, and they helped me with it. There was a bit of a benefit when it comes to their price but not as much as I was expecting compared to the price I could’ve gotten at the Disney website. But this was my first time ever to purchase from them and I would go back again.

I purchased a ticket for Disneyland through TicketsatWork on a Thursday for a Sunday trip. Well, I never received the email with the eticket, I just received a confirmation of my payment. I didn't think much of it because I had a confirmation number. On Sunday, after waiting in line to get my ticket with my confirmation number the employee at Disneylands told me that that confirmation didn't work with Disneyland because I purchased my ticket through a third party. So I had to call TicketsatWork just to hear that Disneyland system was down and they could not process my ticket so I had to get back in line to buy another ticket but this time through Disney.
While waiting in line I received a call from a representative of TicketsatWork saying that they were able to process my ticket. I agreed because I would be able to get out of that line and go straight to the entrance of the park. They sent the ticket in 8 min but I didn't receive anything for almost an hour. While waiting for the email, I was just fed up because it was almost noon and didn't want to wait any longer so I bought a ticket through Disneyland itself (what I should have done in first place). Anyways, two days later I called TicketsatWork to get my money back and they refused, their excuse is that I did received the tickets, regardless of the fact that I received them at noon!! Oh and by the way, the ticket at Disneyland is 5 Dollars cheaper than from TicketsatWork. The best thing that they were able to offer me was an extra 25 dollar gift card. Worst company ever! I will never do business with them again!

Purchasing a Disney ticket at Tickets at Work was easy. I got it through a representative and the quality of service I received was good. The price they offered was actually better than Disney's. I also purchased my hotel room from them. I have paid for it upfront but then I found a better deal. However, Tickets at Work couldn’t find my reservation information. They couldn't change or cancel it. So in order for me to get the deal that I actually found, I had to repurchase it so it was easier and then cancel it through them. Instead of having them switch it over and give me a refund on what I’d already paid for, I just re-did it. That was kind of irritating and not everybody can come out of pocket $600 and with another $600. But it worked out and I got my money back so it was fine. Nonetheless, it was probably one of the best travel purchases I’ve done. I would tell friends to purchase at Tickets at Work.

We purchased Kennedy Space Center tickets from TicketsatWork and overall, things went smoothly. We were able to access their website and select all the information as to who was going to pick up the tickets. But at the time of picking up the tickets, the Kennedy Space Center wasn’t able to access the tickets immediately. Since the PDF we received didn’t have the information they needed, they weren’t able to access it that way. So, it took us a little over 30 minutes to access tickets to the park. I got in touch with a customer service rep from TicketsatWork and they were able to send the emails out again. They were quick and efficient. At the time of processing the transaction, if the confirmation number could be generated then and there, that could be used as a reference for Kennedy. But TicketsatWork generates their own confirmation number and creates the order, then sends the emails. Other than that, TicketsatWork was useful.

Was shopping in the Universal Orlando section on my iPhone 8. Tried to buy 3 tickets for Universal Studios Halloween Horrors on September 29th in Orlando, but somehow purchased 3 tickets for Halloween Horrors in Hollywood, CA instead. Noticed the mistake within 3 hours of purchase when I finally saw email confirmation. Called customer service immediately to fix this only to learn that they would not refund, change city of tickets, exchange, etc. Basically was rudely told I was out $225. I still am not sure how I bought tickets for Universal Hollywood when I was browsing for deals on Universal Orlando.
Anyways, I was about to spend another $1,000 with these people until learning of their very stubborn no refunds policy. Website was not working properly on my mobile device. I have screenshots from where I tried to replicate the error, and the site was not acting properly. I got the wrong tickets, but company will do NOTHING to assist me in getting the correct ones. Now I am disputing charge with my credit card/bank, as there is no way I can use the non-refundable/non-exchangeable garbage this company has sold me. Buyer beware.

Jose from TicketsAtWork reached out and was very friendly and helpful.
He explained that the agents/managers will only call the vendor (Expedia in this case) for emergency reasons; i.e. room does not match booked description or some other major problem. He was able to verify that Marriott did release/refund Expedia and was able to credit our money back.
Jose was very helpful and the situation was resolved.
I have updated the star rating to 3 stars since Jose resolved the issue. We still spent probaly 1 1/2 hours on a stressful phone call while on vacation trying to check out early. The representatives we spoke to were not friendly and helpful like Jose was.
My advice is to be sure you know what you're getting in to.
I would only purchase from TicketsAtWork if they provided a steep discount.

My wife booked a hotel room for us at Marriott through TicketsatWork. Prices were the same as other travel sites (e.g. Expedia). Our travel plans changed, due to 9 hours in the car with a 2 and 4 year old. We asked Marriott if we could check out a day early to cut our drive down. We even offered to stay at another Marriott property, but they told us we could check out early "No problem!" Upon checking to cancel the night's stay, they said to call Expedia. We thought this was weird, but they told us we had booked through Expedia and gave us the confirmation number to use.
We called Expedia. Expedia said we could cancel, however the representative could not pull up our account. We then called TicketsatWork. The first lady who answered was rude from the get-go.The conversation went like this: Lady, "Confirmation number." Me, "Hi, I missed your name." Lady, "Confirmation number." It wasn't a great start.
They then proceeded to insist that my room stay was non-refundable. I found this odd, since Marriott was telling me they would not charge. They then told me that TicketsatWork books through Expedia! By this time I was speaking with a manager named Jennifer (I was put on hold for 20 minutes for wanting to speak with a manager). Jennifer explained that they book the rooms through Expedia. She told me that it's not the consumer Expedia, but corporate Expedia. I explained that Marriott wasn't going to charge. She was unsympathetic and told me that it was a non-refundable rate. She said that Expedia would not refund TicketsatWork.
I then asked for the Expedia contact info, since the consumer side couldn't pull up the information. She told me they didn't have the corporate Expedia information, which doesn't seem to make sense. After that she told me to get documentation from Marriott that they wouldn't charge, then TicketsatWork could follow up at Expedia to get refunded. I found this to be a strange twist, since a moment ago she told me they didn't have Expedia's contact information.
Marriott was super helpful. The manager put in a case with Expedia and printed up the documentation. I now have to follow up with TicketsatWork. I have sent them an email and am awaiting a response to refund my money. I dread having to deal with them after my last experience! TLDR - TicketsatWork provided no value to me. They are another middleman between you and the hotel. It would be better to deal with either the hotel or even Expedia, rather than TicketsatWork. They were rude and unhelpful.

Made a reservation at the Days INN Queensbury NY which was totally misrepresented in the pictures of the hotel. It was a DUMP! If I had done further research as I normally do I wouldn't have made the reservation at this particular place. The problem became when I attempted to cancel the reservation. They requested a name and number of a contact from the hotel to approve of the refund which I provided to them. So haven't seen or heard from them after 7 days. I called which is always a jone with horrendous wait times! The service reps I've spoken to just say I need to wait for a determined time of 7 to 14 days but I've spoken also to the so called owner of the hotel and he plays dumb or asserts that he's never been contacted by them about refunding my money.
I understand that it was a non-refundable reservation and there could be a fee... We'll I've said I'll pay the fee to get most of my money back but still I'm told I have to wait for it to be handled through the 3rd party provider who made the reservation. When I questioned what happens after I wait through the waiting period, what is the next step to getting the charges refunded I am only told I need to wait out the process. So when I ask what is the process the rep just says, "I've told you already" which I haven't only that I am to wait. WELL I'M DONE WAITING!
So what kind of consumer protection do I have from hotel scammers who mis-represent their establishment and when does the provider (TicketsatWork) do what's right. I never stayed at the hotel but they have my money and the owner or ticketsatwork are not telling me the truth as to how the process works to get my money back for services never used. This is the last time I will use the service because I can't be certain I will be able to back out of a bad situation and recoup my hard earned working dollar. SCAM!

I made a hotel reservation in Myrtle Beach via Tickets at Work. The reservation was made online and was very easy, I like their website. However, it was the first time I used Tickets at Work and I had issues. I guess I got confused with something on the website, it was asking about additional guests in the room so I put my husband’s name down because he was going to be traveling with us. But he got too sick and he couldn’t go. When I got to the hotel, they would not let me check in because the information that was transferred, they said it was through Expedia, only had my husband's name. There's also a different credit card number that wasn’t any of our credit card numbers that was showing up on their file. So, I was stuck in the hotel for over an hour while trying to get into my room.
We were going back and forth with someone. I didn’t book it through Expedia but we called Expedia. They couldn’t help me. They were telling me the information like my email, phone number and all that wasn’t matching up with any of their records. So, then I had to go back to look at my original reservation at Tickets at Work to find their phone number, called them and had them try to fix my reservation. They said they faxed that one to the hotel. The hotel was waiting on the phone with them at the front desk but the fax they sent in was still in my husband’s name. They still couldn’t get it straight, so they finally just let me in the room, they could see I originally booked it in my name, because my name was on the reservation. I was very upset because I was 400 miles from home, it was in the evening, and I’m stranded there and had already paid for everything upfront. That was a bad experience there. But other that that, everything seemed easy.
I’ve told my co-workers to use Tickets at Work. It's through our state employee site, Human Resource site has it there. Hopefully, I won’t have the same problem again. The prices Tickets at Work offered were great, that’s why I booked it. I went through Expedia, KAYAK, those type of sites, and Tickets at Work were much cheaper than anyone else.

I got hotel tickets from Tickets at Work. I simply put in where I wanted to stay, the date and how many miles away I was willing to go and they put all the rates that they had available. And then I picked the hotel I wanted to stay, put in my card information and paid. I had to call them however because the rate that the hotel gave me was a completely different figure from what I paid. I was trying to figure out why I paid $1,600 and the invoice only showed about $1,200 being paid. And the rep was very understanding. She explained the process to me and why there were two different figures. She explained that as a third party, they had to make some money. They book it and then we’re buying from them. So we pay a little bit more that what they would have paid the hotel. But the hotel would only see what they were paid. It was a trip for work and, thankfully, the people my job was understanding. I showed them the Tickets at Work invoice in the end.
I’ve done movie tickets as well and that was awesome. I went online and I paid for any day, any time. It was less than what I would pay at the theater. But once I redeem my ticket, I can see any show or new movie whenever it's convenient. The only downside to that would be if a show is already sold out, it wouldn’t be possible to go in to that show. But other than that, I like it.
I'd tell friends to use Tickets at Work too. They offer something for everyone and save us money in the long run. Like with the hotel thing, it threw me off because I have to get invoice, but it was a last minute trip so the rate I would’ve had to pay that day when I was booking would’ve been much higher, it was almost $2,000 total. They book and pay for these rooms so far ahead, that it’s only a $100 or so a night as opposed to $180 plus a night. And then, they advertise that they have it at this great rate, and we pay a great rate last minute. And they make money off of it because they only paid a $100. They’ll make $30 off each night as opposed to me paying $179. The only downside was that what they paid for the room wasn’t what was reflected on the invoice. But that’s how the whole thing works. So they saved me money personally in such a short notice.

I made reservation to Panama City Beach, Florida September 23, 2017 for the weekend of October 7-9, 2017 to celebrate my son’s birthday. Well on October 04, 2017 I was notified that another hurricane was heading towards the Panama City Beach area. I immediately contacted TicketsatWork to change my reservation dates. I was informed by the agency that the Resort where we are staying cutoff date for modification or cancelations was September 27th.
I advised the agent that my confirmation states that changes or cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to check in. I also advised the agent that Hurricane Nate is expected to make landfall in that area. I was told that they would contact the hotel to make a special request but it was up to the hotel if they would allow the change or not.
I waited all day the following day, Thursday for a callback but didn’t receive one. I called TicketsatWork back Friday October 6, 2017 at 9 AM only to be told that they still haven’t made contact with the hotel resort yet. I call back at 1 PM and was told the same thing they can’t get in touch with the hotel resort. I googled the resort found a contact person, sent her an email and she immediately responded. She provided me with a different contact person and the phone number for cancellations and modification.
I call the number and received an immediate response. I informed the resort agency of the situation and she advised that she hadn’t received ANY requests from TicketsatWork to modify my reservations. She stated she hadn’t received a call from them either. I was told that because the reservation was book through a third party, TicketsatWork need to contact them directly, but she would make the modification to my reservation due to the Hurricane if TicketsatWork called her back today.
I called TicketsatWork back, was on hold almost an hour before providing them with the correct contact number and information. I am very ANGRY and frustrated with this agency. I have spoken with five different agents and they all say the same thing, “The Supervisor is working on it” but that’s was a lie because the Supervisor didn’t even have the correct contact number for the resort. But they don’t care they are not about to lose their money. I will never use TicketsatWork again. The discount isn’t worth the headache you are going to have afterwards.
LaTonya, we understand you spoke to a member of our Care team who was able to address your concerns. We are happy that you were satisfied with the resolution and hope you will consider updating your star rating and continue to use Tickets at Work in the near future!

I was going to take my family to Disney and purchased 4 tickets (3-day hopper). The tickets did say Disneyland but did NOT have any mention if they could be used only in CA. I didn't realize Disneyland and Disney World were different but then I never visited Disney. I am not the only one who made this mistake, there are tons of people who buy wrong Disney tickets (and Disney refunds them). As soon as I received the eticket I realized that these would only work at CA (because it was now explicitly listed in the eticket). I called the customer service immediately and they told me the tickets were non-refundable.
I reached out to Disney directly and they agreed to refund initially. When I provided them with my details, they then told me I have to request the same through TicketsatWork. I reached out to TicketsatWork and they still are not willing to refund. They offered to change the names on these tickets but don't know why someone would buy from me and go through all this hassle. I ended up buying another set of tickets for Disney World.

I booked a hotel at the Golden Nugget and a show at the Luxor right before the most recent Vegas shooting. For some reason TicketsatWork charged me double for the hotel and are currently refunding my one of the 2 charges but won't be refunded for 3-5 business days?!? What? You took my money in 30 seconds but can't give me it back for days after your company messed up?!?! Then on top of it we wanted a refund for our show tickets as my wife isn't comfortable sitting in a dark theater, TicketsatWork again said they would have to check with the venue to see if they're refunding. I called the Luxor they stated absolutely due to current events refunds will be given. It's been 3 days still no refund from tickets at work... Truly a joke, the customer service was SOOO RUDE! So headed to California and Vegas for a week. And I'm out over $500. As I'm waiting for a show refund and "business" days to pass!!! Such a joke!!! Don't buy anything from them!
UPDATED ON 10/25/2017: So the Tickets at Work saga continues! I finally had a rep from Tickets at Work call me on Monday 10/23/2017, the Rep stated that I would have an "Non-Expired" gift card overnighted to my house and I would have a new one on 10/24/2017... 10/24/2017 has come and gone and it’s now 10/25/2017 and still no card this afternoon... It’s great Tickets at Work is trying to make good on their terrible customer service and rude staff and the issues I have had with them, but they can’t even fix the problem! They’re dropping the ball again... My faith in them for any future purchases more than likely will NOT happen.

I purchased 2 4 day Disney tickets in August through the discounted price at TicketsatWork. I had this whole trip planned out and excited for this trip that would be happening in 10 days! I went onto the Disney website to find out that our tickets were gone, contacted Disney customer service to find out that our TicketsatWork tickets were expired. I contacted TicketsatWork and spoke to an agent whom confirmed that our tickets are expired that we had purchased them during a promotional period which made our tickets expire on 9/30. There was never an expiration date of 9/30 anywhere, including on the ticket itself as well as the confirmation email that I will attach to this review.
This agent informed me that there was absolutely nothing she could do for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor whom also informed me there was absolutely nothing they could do. So here we are, 10 days away from our trip we have anticipated since last year and we are told that our tickets that we spent our hard earned money were expired and nothing can be done to fix the issue. We saved for this trip since last year and these people were not willing to help in the slightest. I will never purchase anything from this money hungry company again and would rather spend the extra money to companies that care about their customers. Thank God for amazing Disney customer service for saving the day and fixing what TicketsatWork could do nothing about.

Disneyland Tickets are advertised as the “discount” but will end up costing you more due to the imposed Florida state sales tax. Tickets in California are tax-free. I see no reason to buy these Tickets as they do not guarantee admission into the Park and end up costing more after tax. This was not clear to me at the time I purchased the tickets and they told me that it would cost 10% to refund the tickets. Not cool!! They should make it clear that tickets sold directly from Disney are tax-free and their Florida tax will end up costing you more. Don't blindly assume because it's on an employer recommended discount site that you will save money.

I booked a hotel room for two nights with Tickets at Work which was pretty easy. I've gone through them before and they were good. But the last one, I had a little misunderstanding with them and the hotel that we were going to stay at. I ended up having to get a refund but that never went through. Once I called up their customer service, they were good but I kind of lost a little bit of money in that whole refund thing. It was a very confusing thing with my bank and everything. So I didn't get the result the way I wanted to. But other than that, it was fine.
When my parents got the tickets for Disneyland from Tickets at Work, everything went smoothly there. The process to get everything was good. We did it all online because my dad gets discounts from them. Using the website was easy. I searched what I was looking for and if they didn't have it then they really didn't. But if they had it, it was simple. All you have to do is select how many tickets you want and pay for it. Then you get your email as your confirmation.
This year, I purchased from them three times since I saved enough money to on vacation. They're a little discounted but it's not anything huge. It's just $20 which at the end of the day, it is saving money which is good. This is the only company that I've ever used for discount tickets and all that kind of stuff. If I were to buy for Disneyland, I go through them. It was a fun and easy experience and I am satisfied.

TicketsatWork had cheaper pricing, so I went online and got hotel reservations through them. I purchase tickets from them three or four times a year, depending on where I'm going. It was easy to purchase the tickets. I just went on the site, looked at what tickets I needed and the city that I needed them for, and purchased them. Also, the quality of the service was nice.
But when I got to my destination, I had of a couple of mishaps and I had to call TicketsatWork twice to get the matter straightened out. I was in Atlanta, Georgia and I was staying at the Marriot Hotel. TicketsatWork sent me the confirmation number for my hotel reservation, but it wasn't right. When I showed it to the hotel twice, they didn't have my reservation in their system at all, and TicketsatWork had to call the hotel twice. The first rep that I spoke with at TicketsatWork was all right, but she just gave me another confirmation number and then hung up. Then I told the second rep not to hang up in case my confirmation number wouldn't work again, and she was very nice about it. Even so, I would let others know that booking with TicketsatWork was cheaper than what the hotel actually charged, and you don't have to pay the full price for it. All in all, I had a good experience with TicketsatWork.

Recently used this service to purchase theme park tickets at a very slight discount. Asked ahead of time if they would be e-tickets or vouchers and was told they would be e-tickets. Sure enough, they're vouchers! Complained and was told that exchanging them for tickets at the park won't be a big deal. Oh! Thanks, I could've made that decision for myself if you didn't misrepresent what I was purchasing. The whole point was avoiding the line at the park and the customer service person totally missed that point, despite me explicitly asking about it. I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience and will never use this service again. I will also encourage my employer to seek out other corporate benefits programs.

This is regarding the problem that I faced with the Disney tickets that were included in the order #**. I ordered 6 tickets (4 adult and 2 child) for Disney 2 day 1 park on August 20, 2017 in ticketsatwork.com. I received the tickets in 2 emails. First email had 5 tickets (3 adult and 2 kids) while second email had 1 ticket (1 adult). On September 11, 2017 I stood in the line for Disney entrance. Their staff scanned the tickets and to my shock they said that tickets were already used ones. Out of 6 tickets, 5 tickets did not work and they said they were used on July 19 and July 20 already. These were the 5 tickets that came in the first email. The final ticket that came in different email was valid. I contacted TicketsatWork customer care through phone but there was huge wait time due to hurricane. I could not let my family and kids wait so I went to repurchase the tickets in Disney counter for hefty price.
Later I got call back from customer care who took my case and said TicketsatWork just forwards tickets that come from Disney so they will contact Disney and get back to me. But I never heard back from TicketsatWork. I called them back again 2 days back and they said the case was closed as Disney said there was no mistake on their side. TicketsatWork asked me to contact Disney directly. First of all, this is irresponsible answer. When I purchased tickets from TicketsatWork why would I contact Disney? But still I am dealing with 1000$ here and I cannot let it go.
I called Disney myself. The first thing they said was as this is purchased from 3rd party they can't help me. But still I gave one invalid ticket number (out of 5 tickets that I faced problem). Disney said those tickets were issued on July 13th by them and it was not issued again on Aug 20 (for me). And it makes sense it was used by the original purchaser on July 19, 20 in Disney. They said it had to be TicketsatWork who had sent the same tickets to me for second time.
For every call that I make to TicketsatWork and Disney I am on hold for about 30 minutes due to huge volume. I am frustrated with this situation. It is not only the 1000$ worth tickets that I am fighting for without any fault from me but it is also 3 hours that I stood in sun at Disney for first time and with repurchased tickets to enter by then the crowd came and my day was ruined. Also, I repurchased the tickets at Disney without any discount. I am looking for a way to get this fixed. I am typing this email with immense hope that TicketsatWork will get me refunded my ticket money and compensate for the problems that I faced.
Just by looking at the ticket numbers I could say the 5 tickets look way back in series than the one that worked. This order also included 6 tickets for Sea World and Zoo for which I did not face any problems using them. It was only that 5 Disney tickets. Kindly help me with this. It took me months to save money to take my family on this trip. I overused my credit card with repurchase of Disney tickets as I had no other choice. I have no time and patience to make phone calls and fight for this problem. I have never faced this problem before with TicketsatWork so I understand it's a rare case. But why don't they take it seriously and investigate it rather than throwing the ball on other's court?

Tickets at Work is one of the discount perks from work, Northwestern. I saw the flyer on the work email, went through it and registered at Tickets at Work. The discount is already applied, so I just put in the company code, browse for the tickets, and then bought them from the house. The website was easy, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable with the show. The Cirque du Soleil tickets were emailed to me, I printed them out, went to the venue and then watched the show.
When I purchased them, there was a 40% discount from the venue price, so it's a good deal. I normally get tickets from Ticketmaster before, but there wasn't as much of a discount compared to Tickets at Work. However, I was not able to use one of the tickets on the day of the show and called Tickets at Work to try to cancel it and get a refund. They told me it would take a few hours and they called the venue if there will be a refund for the ticket. The venue said that since it’s the same day, there's no way of getting my money back, which is understandable.

My partner purchased tickets for NY Comic Con on June 12th, 2017 for the NYCC, specifically for the 5th and 6th at a total of $448.00 ($50.00 of which was shipping). As of today, we still had not received our tickets, and contacted the customer service number listed on the email he received. Per the customer service rep, our tickets would not be shipped until 24 hours before the event-so we would not receive them until the 4th - which is the date of our departure as we live 6 hours from the event.
We were also told that we should have known this - even though this was never specifically listed anywhere on the confirmation email nor on the website where the tickets were ordered. These tickets are non-refundable, and we were also told that they were "very, very, VERY special, rare tickets" which require special authentication. These are general admission Comic Con tickets. We are being charged $88 per ticket for the Thursday admission and $98 per for the Friday admission.
I went on the NYCC site while we were on a 30 minute hold and discovered that the NYCC was charging $45 per ticket for the Thursday admission (not yet sold out) and $50 for the Friday admission (sold out). We are now awaiting permission from another department to "bend the rules" if the vendor allows it to maybe have these tickets shipped to our hotel. This is absolutely ridiculous. At this point, we wish we could cancel these tickets and just attend the Thursday admission and get our money back. This process has been the most dishonest and disingenuous we have ever come across. The company is supposed to save money for employees, not cost twice as much.

I'm completely satisfied with the bookings we have done and have placed with TicketsatWork except for one incident. They messed up my Statue of Liberty cruise trip. This happened the last week of my trip with my kids and my parents who visited from India. I traveled from Los Angeles for four days of east coast trip. My initial schedule was 9:00 to 1:30 for the cruise. Then I received a call from a lady and she said that the boat company could not accommodate us and we if we can go on Sunday morning, 8:30 slot. I told her that was perfectly fine. I'd switch my day two to day one in New York. I then got a confirmation saying that there was no need to take any other printout. It was the same confirmation number.
But when I went down Sunday morning around 8:15 to that pier where the boarding coordinator stayed, they said according to us, this was cancelled. I called TicketsatWork which opens at 8:30 in the morning and Mork picked up my call. We went back and forth and he kept on putting me on hold. One time, I got frustrated and I told their reps, "Boss, please go ahead and cancel my tickets. Do your thing."
It was badly drizzling that day and I was standing in the rain with my family and my parents. I told Mork thrice this and asked if he understood the gravity of what I was saying. I told him that we will refund. There are open tickets available in the counter here. I'll go and purchase and finish my trip as I have to move on. Mork kept on putting the call for 50 minutes and wasted my time with no resolution. But aside from this incident which I got really upset with, I was very happy with TicketsatWork. I'm almost booking all my tickets with them because I'm getting good deals.
When I book tickets with them, I always use their website. It's very intuitive and it gives a lot of options. I always go to the site, select my preferences, set all those details and filter down the results. Even if I want to book a hotel, it gives the selection too. There's a little kind of bar where I can adjust the rate from $35 to $150 for a room per night and that’s very useful and quick. Their prices are also always very competitive. Since I am an internet geek, before I book, I list and compare the different prices from different websites like Hotels.com and Marriot.com and TicketsatWork is always a few dollars less.
Seetharaman, we appreciate your feedback and value your business. We work hard to provide the best discounts and offerings and are happy to hear you have been able to take advantage of them many times. I purchased Universal Studios tickets for two pax at TicketsatWork. The first time I called, one lady tried to help me and explained the deal to me. It was good. In my second call, I had some problem. I tried to book a hotel at the DoubleTree and the price was not clearly mentioned there. There was a hidden charge, a resort fee of $25 per day. I had to cancel that. The lady I spoke with was so nice to me and gave clear explanations. She told me where to start, how to end and what was the best place to spend my time on. Other than that, I see a $10 difference with TicketsatWork for hotels when compared to Hotels.com. I'm an employee of Accenture so I normally compare the outside price and the inside price and I prefer TicketsatWork. I purchased tickets from them once or twice every six months. I have purchased tickets from TicketsatWork two times now. The first time, I bought a couple of tickets for a museum. Then two weeks ago, I booked a couple of hotel reservations through them and it was worth it. I went to their website, looked for the hotels, and booked online. Using their website was easy. Afterwards, I received an email with the confirmation. But they could improve the synchronization of the confirmation because I had a problem with that which was resolved later on. I had booked a hotel reservation and received the confirmation. But one or two days after the booking, I received another email saying that even though I had already paid for my hotel, my hotel reservation was denied, maybe because it was too close to the date that I was planning to go to that hotel.
Tickets at Work said that was okay and they would review my booking with the hotel. I had to go through the process again and, this time, a rep helped me with the booking, transferring the money from one hotel to another. The rep was nice, polite, and helped me make that transfer, and the call only lasted five minutes at the most. The good thing is that any time you confirm a reservation, the transactions actually happen immediately between the TicketsatWork reps and the hotel staff. Generally, I had a good experience with TicketsatWork and I would definitely tell others that their service really works and they help you to get cheaper tickets and good opportunities to save money.

This is a late post that happened in March 2017. But I felt the need to inform the public about my experience with this merchant. At one point I use to appreciate TicketsatWork my initial experiences have been on point. I was never disappointed with my purchases until CATS. I have seen CATS over four times and I was so excited when it came back to broadway. Therefore, I purchased three tickets through TicketsatWork. I know the seating arrangement and I have purchased seating with TicketsatWork blindly before but when I received these tickets I was so shocked. We were placed in the far end of the mezzanine and my company couldn't see the stage. The worst part is we paid full price. I know the price that tickets at work offers isn't much of a difference from regular price when it comes to broadway shows. But since TicketsatWork has been a good place to purchase broadway shows, with good seating arrangements, I went there.
I was very grieved with the seats and I couldn't change them. It was the worst show I saw. No one could do anything about the seating because it was purchased through a third party merchant. I would have never purchased corner seats and the fact that TicketsatWork sold me these seats was very discouraging. I use to recommend them to all my co-workers in the agency. But now I am not sure how I will ever trust that TicketsatWork cares enough for the people that uses them. Maybe they became too big and it no longer matters how they service their clients. I am so sad that I will have to look elsewhere.

I called TicketsatWork back and tried to get a refund or switch to another day but they wouldn't do it. Their fine print should be in bold letters or in red but it's my fault since I purchased the tickets quickly. I purchased tickets for the Depeche Mode Concert for 09/13/20107, order **. This was purchased as a birthday gift for my husband and I paid over $500 for the tickets. On 09/06/17 we had to evacuate southwest Florida due to Hurricane Irma. We were in Georgia in a hotel until 09/12/17 and then had a 16-hour drive back to Florida due to the traffic. I called TicketsatWork to make sure the concert was still happening on 09/13/17. The operator assured me it was and if it got cancelled they would notify me by email. I told her my situation and how I need to make sure it was still going because I live 2 hours south of Tampa and was not looking forward to anymore driving. They also told me I could not be refunded on the type of tickets I got unless it got cancelled in which it was not.
On 09/13/17, I looked online and called live nation and the Amphitheatre and it still said it was going on, as a matter of fact they were still even selling tickets for it. My husband and I drove the two hours to the concert and the gates were closed and there was a big sign saying, "CONCERT CANCELLED"!!! I asked a man who was standing at the gate what the deal was and he said he knew since 5 am that morning the concert was cancelled. This is shameful, common sense told me it would be cancelled but every place I looked and called said otherwise. At 7:45 PM the same night I went on the Live Nation site and just for curiosity sakes tried to purchase tickets and it let me. I did not go through and purchase them but what in the world is that??? We drove 2 hours there and 2 hours back and had to even search for a place to purchase gas.
I just got done driving over 24 hours going back and forth to Georgia to escape a natural disaster, this is unacceptable customer service. I have purchased many tickets from Ticketsatwork and from Live Nation and am completely appalled now. I have wasted time, energy, money, etc. and this is totally unacceptable. I am not made of money and spent a pretty penny to evacuate Florida, money that I don't have to waste. I saved for those concert tickets and paid a huge amount, it may not be to you but $500 is a lot to me. Today I received an email telling me about the cancellation, this is a day late and a dollar short!!! You really need to revise your system because that is appalling!!!

When I went online and purchased at Tickets at Work, they didn't send me an e-ticket through email since we were picking up the tickets at Disney World, They only pulled that at layaways so I had to buy three separate times at Disney World for my kids and grandkids and put my son’s name to pick them up. When I got an email confirmation, my son’s name was not on it. It was my name instead. So I had to call Tickets at Work and they rectified it quickly. It’s a good thing I noticed and bought enough in advance because they said it will take two business days since the purchase goes through them and they submit it to Disney. Then they have to wait until Disney has it in their system and it is only then that Tickets at Work would be able to contact them and change the pickup name.
While it was easy to order on my phone and pay for the tickets, if I hadn’t caught that error, my son would have gone down and Disney wouldn’t have given those tickets to him. But their ticket prices are really good. It was between $20 and $30 cheaper than we would have bought them at the gate. So, when I bought seven of them, we’ve saved a couple of hundred dollars. In general, I had an excellent transaction with Tickets at Work and they were very good. Their reps were very helpful and courteous. They fixed everything I needed and they also have a good group of people answering the phone. Also, I have told a couple of people to order tickets from them and I'll use them again.
Christine, thank you for the wonderful review of your experience with Tickets at Work. We are happy to hear you were able to save hundreds of dollars on your Disney tickets and had a positive experience with our Care team who rectified your issue. I bought tickets for a place called Discovery Cove using Tickets At Work. I purchased these tickets for a vacation that was planned a few months ago. There is a hurricane that is hitting the state of Florida where I was supposed to be vacationing this weekend through 09/16/2017. I have cancelled my hotel and anywhere I had plans, everyone understood and refunded my money with no problem. I contacted Discovery Cove and immediately got a response that they could refund my money but since I had went through a third party (Lifemart- Tickets At Work) then I had to contact them.
I called Tickets At Work and spoke to a girl who told me that it wouldn't be a problem. They just had to submit a request in to discovery cove and once it was approved then they could issue a refund. At the time I hadn't set anything in stone, so I told her I'd call back. I ended up calling them back once we decided to cancel the vacation, I spoke with a man who didn't seem to even know what I was talking about when I explained to him what the girl had told me. He argued with me for about 15 minutes about my billing address and he wanted my card number that I had paid with which I thought was odd. I didn't give him the number, but he finally decided to help me. At first he just kept telling me that they did not do refunds at all. He put me on hold service times for long periods of time. Finally he came back with he had submitted a request but it would take 72 hours to be approved and whatever the decision he would call me.
I had reached out to Discovery Cove and they told me that they did not handle any types of requests with third parties. So I was concerned that they hadn't even processed a request. I emailed Tickets At Work again and then they told me that if they decide to refund me I have to pay a 10% fee. At this point I don't know if they even submitted anything, and I haven't received any phone calls, no one will email me back. When I call I have to wait 30 plus minutes just to get someone on the phone. It's been 72 hours. It's a different story every time. It's not like I'm calling to cancel because I don't want to go, there is a Category 5 hurricane hitting Florida this weekend. They have evacuated parts of Florida. I don't see an issue with them refunding the money.
I reached back out to them again and was informed that the request hadn't even been put in until 2 days after I called about it. I asked to speak to a manager and was told very rudely that they couldn't do anything either, but I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and a manager never got on the phone. It has been nothing but rudeness and the run around. Terrible place to do business with. I will never use them again and I really hope anyone trying to find a deal doesn't plan anything with them. They are crooks and just want to take your money.

I purchased some Disney World tickets online for the first time from Tickets at Work. Two days later, I spoke with a representative who helped me to expedite the tickets to be issued because we're already traveling. We did receive our payment back while we were gone on another vacation with the response that they needed to make sure that the place we were going was going to be closed the day we were supposed to be there. To me that tells me if they had been open they wouldn't have refunded and expected us to travel through the hurricane to get there.. which is still aggravating. I think they should run by the same policies that the company does.. IE: If a named hurricane or tropical storm in the area of the park or the area you live in comes into play you will get a full refund. We should have just gone straight through the company. The hassle wasn't worth saving ten dollars. You live and learn!

A friend and I had a trip planned to Florida next week and bought tickets to Discovery Cove through TicketsatWork. As everyone knows there is a Category 5 hurricane headed that way and supposed to hit the day we are supposed to go down. Needless to say we have cancelled our trip and have gotten nothing but run around about getting our tickets cancelled. We spent over $400.00 and are not getting an easy fix. I could understand if there was no reason why we are cancelling but considering the whole state is under a state of emergency we think it best not to make the trip... crazy us, I know! The company has a hurricane clause but TicketsatWork apparently wants to be difficult about it. We just want a refund because we don't want to risk our lives. I will never support them again. This is a special circumstance.

I purchased Busch Gardens tickets for family vacation in Aug 2016. Tickets and Busch Gardens representative said I'd have 1 year to use tickets… I return to Busch Gardens in August of 17 with my family only to be denied entry into the park because the tickets won't scan. After being pulled out of line and embarrassed I was told that I needed to purchase additional tickets if I wanted to enter the park and being that I purchased the tickets from a 3rd party they couldn't help. Standing with a family that has been waiting for this trip just to turn away wasn't an option. I spent another hundred dollars after a 6 hour drive. Feeling that Tickets at Work would correct the faulty tickets.
I contacted Tickets at Work and filed the proper steps to try and get a refund. I had received a call from a manager who said, “As long as you didn't gain access to the park with the tickets... We will refund your money...” I said great. Because I'm 100% positive that wasn't an issue. I receive a call 4 days later indicating that the tickets was scanned for entry. They were wrong as ANOTHER manager named Richard indicated that the tickets were valid... But he wouldn't issue a refund because although it states on the paper work an expiration date of Aug... The tickets expired in July... Although it's not on any paperwork. My recommendation to all is don't use this service. If you save a few dollars and in most cases it's a few pennies... It's truly not worth it if an issue comes up. I've paid twice and between the calls back and forth... I can say Tickets at Work truly ruined my vacation and can care less about it. They received their money.
Hello James, we appreciate your feedback and value your business. We certainly understand your frustration regarding your tickets and the inconveniences you encountered at the park. The expiration on your tickets is set by the park and communicated at the time of purchase. The terms and conditions set by the park indicate that once the expiration date has passed, the tickets are no longer valid and cannot be cancelled for a refund. This is the first time I bought and used a ticket from TicketsAtWork. I bought two Regal movie ticket. On the first screen, the total price was listed as $16.50. It seems a good deal. I chose Paypal. In Paypal, it says $16.5. Fine. Return to TicketsAtWork from Paypal. The total amount becomes $19.50. $3.50 more than the charge displayed on Paypal. I went to Regal Medlock Crossing Stadium 18 in Duluth, Georgia. The clerk at the box office asked me to pay $3.00 more. Very disappointed. I am not planning to buy any ticket from TicketsAtWork because it does not disclose information critical to my purchasing decision.

Back in July, we went to Los Angeles and visited Disneyland. I got the tickets from TicketsatWork but when we went to use them, it turned out that they were no longer valid. There was a mix-up and we had to go through quite a lot of aberration like driving around and going to Disneyland. We called and talked to one of the managers. He sent a letter of apology and a $50 gift card to compensate. We will be using it for something else that we’re doing in the fall. I would tell friends to be careful in dealing with them. Step or leave at least ahead of time in order to validate the tickets and get the ones that are valid.

I purchased concert tickets on the website thinking that the deals that TicketsatWork would negotiate would be at least better than what an at the door price might be. I later realized I probably wouldn't be able to go so I inquired about getting a refund however I was told that the tickets were non-refundable and I was SOL. Fine. I made plans so that I would go so I'm not out the money I paid but I don't receive the tickets until a day before the event. Now I know why. Once the tickets were received, I saw that the face value was over 50% less than what I was charged. I even bought these months prior to the event. This is simply disgusting behavior and I refuse to support a company which has the guise of "great deals" yet facilitates this type of transaction.

I book through them too if I know I'm going to need to book a hotel. Recently, I got hotel tickets online. The whole process such as selecting, checking out, and getting a confirmation receipt from both Tickets at Work and a secondary for the hotel was really easy. I am highly satisfied and it's nice to know that I can go to one website for a variety of different discounts, whether it be for a hotel stay, concert tickets or car rentals. It's definitely very accommodating in that aspect and convenient as well. I'd tell others how competitive the discounts are and for them to see the options that are available. There’s a wide range for prices or based on location. It definitely has its perks.

I clicked on Cedar Point to purchase 5 tickets and Worlds of Fun came up. I backed out to try it again and Worlds of Fun came up again. I thought maybe they changed their name since I haven't been there for awhile. I called and explained my issue which took them 18 minutes. They said they would have to contact their third party and get back to me which normally takes 24 - 48 hours. After 5 days I called them for an update. After 49 minutes they said I am stuck with the tickets and they said it wasn't their problem and I would be stuck with the tickets since I couldn't prove that it was their fault they couldn't exchange them for the correct tickets. I would not suggest to use this website in case there is a issue they are not a customer driven company. I hope Cedar Fair can improve this relationship with their customers.

I made a hotel reservation in San Diego California on Monday Aug. 14 2017 and tried to cancel on Wed. Aug. 16. The reservation was to be from Aug. 20 to Aug. 24 2017. The cancellation policy states cancellation needs to be prior to 72 hours which this was. When I called to cancel they said I had to cancel by Aug. 15 2017 based on the hotel's policy which would be paying the 1st night stay $177. Tickets at Work policy says nothing about hotel policy on my receipt.
I tried calling again Aug. 17 to see if could move dates up a day so stay would be Aug. 19-23. Tickets at Work tried and the hotel said no. I found this out by calling today Aug. 18. When speaking to the representative and expressing my frustration he told me had I called on Aug. 16 they could have refunded me in full. That's not what I was told prior, they said I would have to have cancelled by Aug 15 as mentioned above. I logged into my account, looked at the details, purchased and paid using a credit card. The service is good except when I had to do the cancellation. I got two hotel reservations at two different times and I have used one but canceled the other. If I call customer care, they keep me on hold for a long time. They keep on asking me to hold and then they’ll ask me to give the callback number. But they call me in a different time and if I don’t pick up then that’s all. Once I got set up on member perks through the LegalShield portal, it was easy to book the hotel rooms at TicketsatWork. I realized that there was a less expensive hotel room from the pictures and since it was a Days Inn hotel, it looked like a decent place to stay for a good price. So TicketsatWork was kind enough to apply those monies that we had paid for the previous hotel to the new hotel and they also gave us the credit back. So that was all fine and TicketsatWork did a good job with that. But I’m not happy with them.
On the weekend of check in, our other party got to the hotel prior to us. They were appalled at the conditions and the rude staff. The hotel was a complete dump and they didn’t feel comfortable staying there. They were construction people so they’re used to staying in cruddy places and for this place to scare them, you could tell that’s really bad. So I researched and it was the Knights Inn in Downtown Colorado Springs. Every review that was on the list said horrible, disgusting and rude staff. My other party that showed up to check in that afternoon saw a couple of possible drug deals going on in front of the entrance way and some possible prostitution activity happening not too far from the entryway.
Although TicketsatWork did not necessarily make the hotel reservation for us, that is on us, they should be more careful about the hotels that they provide as third party vendors and be more cognizant of the hotels that they are providing through their website to be viewed. That’s where I was perturbed. I’m not necessarily blaming TicketsatWork for the quality of the hotel, that’s on the management and the staff at that hotel. It’s water under the bridge but the hotel was awful and that should be stripped from TicketsatWork’s website.
I got off easy since I only prepaid for one hotel room and lost $80. But my friend ended up prepaying $450 for two nights at two bedrooms each night and they wouldn’t do a thing for him. I travel for work and I stay in a lot of hotels. I’ve always been very lucky I’ve found very satisfactory hotels at good nightly rates. And this one was too good to be true. I expected the conditions to be more like a Motel 6 but this was even below that. I wasn’t trying to be rude, I’m just trying to be honest and maybe this will help TicketsatWork fix their problem.

I won’t use TicketsatWork services again. I could have purchased tickets at Disneyland for cheaper. I could have saved a couple of hundred dollars with the Two-day Park Hopper Pass had I purchased them from either the gate or the hotel concierge desk. Plus, the experience I had with the hotel was a total pain as well. It was not clear that TicketsatWork is not the one booking the reservation. There’s an additional third party in the middle. When you talk about cancellation, timelines, fees, refunds, et cetera, it’s not clear on the website how that works. When I had to check out early and needed to be refunded for two or three nights, I spoke to half a dozen representatives and got half a dozen different explanations. They didn’t know what was going to happen, how it was going to happen, and ultimately told me that they don’t know if I’m going to get refunded because it’s up to their third party vendor.
TicketsatWork said that they have a separate agreement with their third party vendor who actually makes the reservation. This was not at all clear in any of the disclaimers or any of the fine print when you’re booking through TicketsatWork. You are stuck and you’re screwed. Essentially, I had booked through Expedia, which I didn’t. I booked through TicketsatWork who then used Expedia to book my hotel. I kept calling and insisting. I talked to the hotel manager, to the billing department and they made it very clear that they had refunded the unused night within three days. I was able to provide documentation that said, “You guys can’t keep my money if it got refunded. It needs to come back to me.” I ended up getting a refund but it took several weeks and it was such a pain and a hassle. In the future, I will definitely book directly to avoid any of that back and forth.
Andrea, although the terms of the reservation agreed to prevented the order from being refunded, we are glad you were able to connect with the Care team and they were able assist with your request and provide the resolution you were seeking. Although the terms are set by the hotel, we were happy to reach out on your behalf to request a cancellation since we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction for every experience. We hope you will consider updating your star rating to indicate your satisfaction and continue to use Tickets at Work again in the near future!

I went online and purchased a hotel reservation from TicketsatWork. I was looking for it at their website but it was too far buried through. I started off going through all these employee assistance programs then I had to log on and go through the counseling page. But I still couldn’t get it so I had to call them and they showed me where to find it. I also called customer service because when I cancelled the prior reservation I made at the hotel and decided to use TicketsatWork, the hotel made a mistake and cancelled both reservations. But TicketsatWork verified and took care of it for me and when I got to the hotel, they had my reservation.
This was my first time using TicketsatWork but I saved their information because the rate was good. I was quoted $1,500 which was the discount from the hotel. Then I gave my sister the key to turn in because I was in a car crash and they told her the rate was $40 a night lower. She said the lady at the hotel said it was the best rate she has ever seen. I just checked out yesterday and I haven’t seen the charge go through my card yet. I want to make sure and I’ll feel better once I see it. But if the rate she said is the correct rate, I will be thoroughly pleased. It was worth it so I’ll use them again as long as the rate comes through. But they should improve the access to their website because I didn’t find it easy to use.
Linda, we appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve the purchase process to help you create more memorable experiences. We are happy to hear the Care team was able to assist you with your issue and that you were satisfied with your experience!

I purchased some tickets for Legoland and a SEAL Tours from TicketsatWork. I went on the app, entered my username and password, searched for the tickets, looked at the prices then I booked them. It was easy and the prices were a little bit cheaper than others. I recommended TicketsatWork to one of my family members.
Roshni, we are glad to here you were able to find discount tickets for attractions from our mobile app! We appreciate the positive review and hope you enjoy your experience!

I found Tickets at Work through a co-worker and I'm on the first year of using them. I looked on Tickets at Work for San Diego then I went back to Orbitz as well as Travelocity, and Tickets at Work has cheaper prices. I reserved a hotel for 2 days and the process was really easy. They have everything and I scan and find the rooms fast then click and reserve. Then I called back to cancel one day and there was no hassle and the representative even waived the $20 fee. They are awesome, have great service, hassle-free, and they work with the customer. They're also always updating their ads on email towards me. It was the best experience and I told a lot of co-workers about it.
