Purchased tickets through TicketsatWork to "James Taylor with Bonnie Raitt" concert. When Bonnie Raitt was forced to cancel due to illness, I was unable to get a refund on my tickets even though the tickets were issued through Ticketmaster who were providing refunds to the original ticket purchaser. (I verified this by contacting Ticketmaster and providing the ticket order number to them.) TicketsatWork stated that their vendor, Preferred Access, had clearly stated that the tickets were a final sale (this is true) and were not interested in contacting Ticketmaster to ask for a refund or in refunding me. TicketsatWork supported their vendor in not taking care of their customer. Strongly recommend that everyone stay clear of this organization.

Upon checking, we do see that Bonnie Raitt has unfortunately fallen ill and has cancelled many of her upcoming tour dates, including your scheduled performance. As you mentioned, these were purchased through our Preferred Access Ticket Re-selling Marketplace, where we allow Ticket Resellers to post their Tickets at a discount compared to other reselling sites. As such, we do not own nor manage any of the Ticket Inventory. The Terms and Conditions accepted upon purchase only allow for us to reach out for Refunds for performances that have been cancelled outright. In this instance, the event still went on with a modified performer line-up so we are unfortunately not able to reach out per the Terms and Conditions. Even still, we proceeded to reach out to our vendor where they contacted the seller and we were unfortunately advised that they were unsuccessful in getting these refunded. We sincerely apologize that we were not able to resolve this more favorably.

I bought theme park tickets from TicketsatWork. I like implement preferred. If I look at the other website they were a little bit cheaper but like on trustworthiness that's why we go for event with this website. And if they can provide more discount it would be like really appreciated. The agents were also very good and were cool so it was a good experience.

Tickets at work had credited 90% of my purchase price. I received a call from their Tickets at Work Quality Assurance Department. After reading my review and talking to him, they were able to credit back the 10% balance so I have been credited in full as well as receiving restaurant.com gift certificate. They did make it right.

I ordered tickets for Disney and did not receive them by email in the 24-48 hour time frame. I called to cancel since I had to buy them locally as we were missing a day in the park with my family. I tried their automated system, it hung up on me. I called back and I was on the phone 54 minutes. I was told they would "try" to cancel and would get back to me. No one got back to me nor did I get a credit back to my credit card. I had to dispute with my credit card company. They finally credited me but less a 10% fee. For what, you never delivered the product!

I logged into TicketsatWork and knew what I was looking for so I was able to type in the hotel I wanted and the tickets directly to the search bar. It was super easy. It’s not the most intuitive website and there are better websites to use as far as helping you compare your options and prices, but overall, it's good. It’s better to know what you’re looking for. I ended up buying the hotel tickets online. I made reservations and felt that the hotel price was a really good deal.
Then when I was in the airport, I made a quick phone call and bought Universal Orlando tickets without a computer or anything. That was super easy too. Although the tickets were still super high, they're the best discount I could get. The reps were more than helpful. They answered all my questions and were cheerful. They also made sure that I got my confirmation email and that I was good to go before they hung up. Anyone who's able to get an account should get one to see the best prices. I found a great hotel deal at TicketsatWork and it would definitely be worth checking out to compare and try to get the best price for a vacation.

I purchased tickets for Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay and SeaWorld Orlando from TicketsatWork. I processed it online, and their website was simple. I've called their reps to help me with my purchase online and their service was good. The only thing is I wish the taxes came with the price I got when I first looked it up. The price I got for my tickets was $425. And I didn’t know there was tax and the tax was a lot. Still, TicketsatWork is good.

I've used TicketsatWork for the Disney's Blizzard Beach. This is my first time to use TicketsatWork and it worked out well. The tickets were ready in a couple of days and I picked them up at the Orlando office. It was reasonable. I would recommend TicketsatWork to others.

We bought 10 three-day tickets to Disney World from TicketsatWork. They had good rates. But we bought the tickets at different times since buying them all at once was costly. I bought eight under my name with my credit card, and the two under my wife's name. I had a problem with the two because I was using my wife's card and she hasn't changed her last name yet, so I had to call in to purchase them. But TicketsatWork made the process smooth and there were no issues. They answered any little questions I had and everything went smoothly. Then, all I had to do was just print out the thing. We walked up to where we purchased tickets out there, and they handed us our tickets, and we had fun. TicketsatWork made everything easy. I wanna plan another trip in the local Texas area and I’m gonna use them again to purchase tickets.

I made a hotel reservation and received two email messages from TicketsatWork just two days before travel (one day after the other) that my reservation was not confirmed and to contact customer service to resolve the booking. I called TicketsatWork and remained on hold for over two hours awaiting a customer service representative to take my call for a new reservation, but I was not able to get through. I called back several times, to include leaving my number for an automated callback but never received it. I also sent email responses and never received a response. Consequently, I had to book another hotel reservation outside of TicketsatWork one day before the trip which caused me to pay an inflated rate for the hotel stay. Ironically, on check-in day, I received an email notification from TicketsatWork that my reservation was confirmed; I was subsequently charged for the reservation.
Only after disputing the transaction through my bank did I receive a callback from the Risk Management department to resolve the issue. While the representative was polite, no accountability was taken for the error "...that's a problem that customer service needs to address...we're going through a reorg so things are a little crazy around here...I understand your frustration". No concessions were made for the time I spent on the phone trying to contact them to resolve the issue or the inconvenience of having to book a hotel stay at the last minute and pay more.

I love TicketsAtWork. Purchasing was very easy and I saved $115. I wish we could do TicketsAtWork and pay at the hotel because once you pay it, my fear is that there's no cancellations because anything can happen. But it was a very good experience and I anticipate using them again. I recommended them to somebody at General Motors.

I called TicketsAtWork and spoke to somebody to buy tickets for Universal Orlando. I had questions since I’ve never done it before. I wanted to make sure that I was covering the two parks and that I was doing it right. It was handled very professionally and also, the prices were reasonable.They were a little bit cheaper than buying the tickets at the park but it wasn't a huge discount. I would tell my friends that TicketsAtWork would be worth looking at. Sometimes, there are promotions that come up so that would be something to always check when you’re looking for the best price.

I needed movie tickets and called TicketsatWork. They then asked me what movie theater I wanted the ticket for and my information. Then they sent the ticket in my email. I just had to go to the movies and they'd take it off my phone. Their prices were great. After taxes, it basically falls into $10 per person which is better than getting the movie tickets from the movie spot itself. I’ve purchased from TicketsatWork for about six times so far and the quality of service has been pretty great. I also just found out that I could get hotel discounts and other tickets as well, so I would be looking forward to ordering other tickets. If you can get TicketsatWork, use it.

My wife's a teacher so she had some kind of benefits program. I went to the New Jersey Teachers' Association website about to order something. And then, I had to go through her benefits, put in her teacher's ID and that sent me either directly to TicketsatWork or the Plum Benefits and then Plum Benefits redirected me to Tickets at Work. Whatever the website is, it was my first time using it. And then, once I got into that, it was fairly easy and intuitive. You just put in how many tickets you want and the different packages popped up.
I first spoke to some people from TicketsatWork 15 days before I went on my trip. What I realized was once I buy the tickets they are non-refundable if my flight's canceled, or I can't go, or there's death in the family. So I'm better off waiting until the day before to order the tickets because I can get them right away. I ordered them the day before on the phone. I've been to Universal quite a few times and I figured all the details from one trip to the other. The process is very good. The most important part is that they're the cheapest. Moreover, the people were friendly and nice and easy to communicate with.
Thankfully, Universal Orlando tickets are what I wanted and it happened to be the cheapest. But if I wanted hotel rooms in Hilton Head, TicketsatWork is not a standout in that market. While they had good deals on rentals cars too, they're not a one-stop-shop for everything. I don't know what their niche is. Still, they compete well in certain areas. It's worth trying if you travel somewhere repeatedly or if you ever spend a lot of money on one trip. I have told my wife's friends that are teachers to definitely try their benefits there.

A short time back I had booked a hotel for my husband's birthday in Orlando Florida. The day of our trip (Saturday 4/21/18) I woke up with the flu and didn’t think I was going to make it for our trip. So, I decided to call TicketsatWork to try and get a refund for this trip because I am sick. Even though the room said it was refundable I was told that a refund was not happening. So, we ended up having to go to the hotel “International Palms Resort” in Orlando. Right when we walked into the lobby, there was no air conditioning.
Then, as we were checking in, the man at the front said “you will have to get up early tomorrow morning because they are going to be in your room working on the carpet”. First of all, not sure why we would have been put in an unfinished room in the first place. When we walked up to our room, there was stuff everywhere. There were broken shelving on the floor, cigarettes, paint and random closet doors open around the hotel with garbage inside it. We proceeded to our room, and when we stepped inside we were smacked in the face with a smell of bleach/chlorine. Not to mention the room was hot and muggy. We tried turning on the A/C but the dials would not work. The floors were sticky. The whole hotel is disgusting. We ended up booking a new hotel and relocating.
I called to tell the hotel how disgusting our experience it was and they stated they cannot give a refund because we booked through you. We paid over $90 for this atrocious hotel room. It absolutely ruined my husband's birthday experience. The fact that we were told we cannot be refunded is completely insane and needs to be fixed. We deserve to have our money back for a horrid place we did not stay in.

I booked a hotel on 4/16 using TicketsatWork.com. Today I show up to the hotel and they tell me my reservation had been cancelled. I asked them why they didn't notify me. They said that because I used an agency the agency should have called me. I call TicketsatWork and they were clueless that my reservation had been cancelled. I go back to the hotel and they show me a print out that TicketsatWork uses hotelbeds.com to book reservations and it clearly showed that the hotel denied the reservation for today on 4/16 because they were already booked. TicketsatWork employees didn't even know that they used hotelbeds to book their reservations. FYI since I had to tell them.
Their supplier "bonatel" who handles all of the customers' money had the hotel coordinator on hold for 2 1/2 hrs to find me a different room... While on hold their manager Jenny ** was extremely rude, inconsiderate, unapologetic, and also stated that they did not guarantee a room nor a refund... So moral to the story don't worry about saving $15 just go through the hotel itself.

After asking when my tickets would get to me before a Friday Raptors game, I was told they'd be processed 24-48 hours beforehand. I called them at 5 pm on the Friday to find out where they were, and heard back at around 7 pm; with the game start time at 7:30 pm in Toronto (over 1.5 hours away). The tickets "magically" processed into my account seconds after being on hold, and I was told they were processed far in advance so they would not refund my money, even though there was no way to see the event. I talked to two sets of managers, the last of which never called me back when she said she was going to. So I paid about $100 for tickets I couldn't even use. I will absolutely never use TicketsatWork in future, and will be sure to tell anyone I can about this experience; it feels like I've been cheated.

One of my colleagues knew that we were looking to do some theme parks and suggested that I check TicketsAtWork out. I bought tickets for Universal Studios in Orlando Florida, and the process was really easy. I didn’t have any troubles with the website in finding what I wanted to buy. And my only question was whether we have enough time because we wanted to buy the tickets that day and go to the park on the morning of the next day. And I didn’t know if they were going to be emailing me something but I wanted to make sure I was going to have them.
I called their helpline and the rep was able to explain to me that if I order the tickets, I needed to print my email and then I can pick them up at the kiosk. The rep was great and super helpful, gave a very immediate response, and took care of everything on the call. We were in the middle of a vacation and I was trying to buy the tickets, and I didn’t want to spend half a day working on it. I'll tell my friends to check TicketsAtWork out and compare the price. It was the best deal that we found and it worked out well for us.

They had investigated the ticket prices for seats similar to mine & offered me some reimbursement to make up for the difference in price. The effort was appreciated. I had purchased Taylor Swift tickets for $126 each a few months ago. I recently read that the ticket prices for her concerts have gone down. I checked on TicketsatWork & noticed that similar seats to mine are $40-$50 cheaper now. I emailed their customer service department & asked if I could receive a reimbursement & was told that they can't price match, exchange, or refund my tickets. I find it extremely unfair that people who buy their tickets early get punished by having to pay more than people who wait until the last minute. There are seats better than mine in the same price range as what I originally paid. I would gladly pay the difference if my seats were switched to better ones. I will never buy from TicketsatWork again because their business practice is shady.

I bought four tickets for a Gray Line Tour Grand Canyon tour from TicketsatWork. Instead of doing it online, I called and got a really sweet young lady who split the order where I paid for two and the other lady paid for the other two. The rep did very well with that. TicketsatWork made the experience so easy and it was amazing. I've told everybody about it. Plus the price they offered was a really good price.

I bought some tickets from TicketsatWork for some shows in Vegas. I logged on to our portal because we get this service for free and made my purchase. But usually, I call them because it’s easier as I look for handicap seating for my wife. It’s easier to handle it when it’s person-to-person. I never had any issues with their reps. We get tickets from them once a year, twice at the most. TicketsatWork is great to use it and the tickets that I bought had great prices.

TicketsAtWork is a great service and it's easy to use. We purchased tickets for the Legoland Amusement Park and we booked a hotel. I did a quick comparison and it seemed that TicketsAtWork was cheaper than if I had gone out and booked it myself on another website. I found what I was looking for online at TicketsAtWork and then I called to ask questions before I made my purchase. Customer service was excellent. I asked the rep for other suggestions of things to do in Orlando and she was helpful. She gave us ideas on things to do and what was in the area and where we were looking at staying. Every time I wanted to book, I would ask for her. I’ve already talked to my co-workers about TicketsAtWork and told them they need to check them out before they book anything.

I have been calling TicketsatWork for days and I get no answer to my issue. It was a lot of money and I need an answer. I lost more than 350$ and I need to understand what happened and where is my refund it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was surprised how quick I got an answer since on the phone they are unresponsive. I was told a week ago I would receive an answer and have not gotten any information yet. Since I can't write back to the company unless they respond my message I have decided to write another post to get their attention. I spoke to a nice guy called Peter but have not hear from him since APR 18. I would appreciate a status update since my bank already transferred the funds to TicketsatWork's bank more than a month ago (Mar 9th). Thank you.

We used TicketsAtWork to purchase tickets for Busch Gardens Tampa and it was excellent. It was quick and easy on the phone and they did a great job. The rep told me about the park and all the stuff for my kids' ages so that I was set up with the tickets that we needed. She sent them to my email and made sure I got them before we hung up. She was very nice. I like their website, but when we were in Florida trying to get tickets off of it, I had to always call to get the tickets because I don’t have access to my work email from my personal phone. That was a little frustrating. But the prices they offered were fair. It's not crazy, but it was nice to get a little discount. It would be nice if we could set up a profile so that they’ll send us tickets that are interesting to us. That way, you only get the email that's got pertinent things that you might be interested in, instead of a whole wide variety. TicketsatWork is a great thing to utilize, especially if it’s offered through your work.

TicketsatWork is a scam. We were charged twice during our stay because they did not pay the hotel. If we had depended on that money for our trip, we would not have been able to do anything. They refused to pay the hotel the full amount we paid them and when I asked them to refund it, they said, “Ha, that is not going to happen.” They do NOT offer discount prices and it cost us over $100 more using their site than it would have just booking through the hotel. Please don’t go through this 3rd party site.

Upon review of the Order Details we have confirmed that the Payment was not going through initially because an attempt was made to change us for an additional night that was not included on the original booking. We were able to contact the Hotel through our Hotel Suppliers and have successfully confirmed payment for the balance pertaining to the dates that were booked. The remaining night as well as the associated incidentals will need to be paid to the Hotel directly, as these were not included in the initial booking. We hope that this provides clarity and thank you for choosing TicketsAtWork for your Hotel needs.

I went online at TicketsatWork and I found the Elton John tickets I was interested. I was going to order them online but what stopped me was the site didn’t tell me if the two seats I was going to order were next to each other. All it said was the row and two tickets. I didn’t want to order if they’re not so I called their number and talked to a girl. She checked everything and assured me that they were next to each other then she put the order through for me. She was awesome. Overall, TicketsatWork has better prices than what I’ve seen on some of the other sites like StubHub, and their fees are probably around the same which they could lower. Purchased Disneyland tickets yesterday, during purchase it says there is only e-ticket option and the “pickup” is 48 hours later. Hmm confusing. I thought pickup is for people picking up physical tickets. Now leaving for Disneyland tomorrow without tickets. Can’t reach them or cancel. Very annoyed with the whole thing. On what world does pickup mean email delivery? If I had known I would never had purchased.

Today I purchase tickets for California Academy of Science center through Tickets at Work website. I use my smartphone for purchasing tickets. While entire process of adding to cart and checking cart, it nowhere mentioned any hidden fee like taxes, service fee. Always I was under impression that I am getting for good discount prices. After some time I checked my email and shocked to see that $24.17 is charged as Taxes and Service fee for the Gross amount $146.80 (which is 16.46%). Remember that "California Academy of Science" website does not charge these fee. So now hardly I got any discount after these fees. It was totally annoyed, not for collecting taxes and services fee but keeping these charges hidden in the entire process of checkout.
So, I called their customer service and now the real pain starts, I was on hold for like 25 min and finally one guy responded and he said they would charge 10% cancellation fee and I said OK since I was getting for 20% discount at AAA and no taxes and fee. Again he says that he cannot guarantee cancellation until 3 days on top of charging 10% since they need to contact California Academy and finalize. But my visit is very next day. So indirectly he is saying to gamble all my money.
I raised the question of, "Why you were hiding the taxes while checking out," then he started to point me that, "You should have called us before purchasing." That's ridiculous answer!!! He also start to pull my previous 2 to 3 very old transactions pointing that taxes were charged in those also and why I did not complain with that. That comparison is insane. He never replied to question that why taxes are hidden while checking out. I think that their website has some issues with mobile view in phones and hence taxes and fee column did not show while checking out. They were not ready to accept their mistake but instead looking reasons to throw blame on me in entire conversation. By the way I work for one world roost reputable company. Now seriously should complain with my HR.

I purchased Busch Gardens Florida tickets from TicketsatWork. The process of purchasing the tickets was fairly easy. I was gonna do it online through our company but that could take up to 48 hours. I ended up having to call them instead because I was going the following day and I needed it expedited quicker. Their price was fairly good and the quality of their service was great. It's highly likely that I would purchase from them again in the future if we go to any parks. Overall, it was a good experience with TicketsatWork. Others should look into it.

My company enrolled in TicketsatWork so that their employees can enjoy the benefits of low cost tickets to attractions, sports, and concerts. I finally decided to try this site out to buy tickets to see Logic with my boyfriend. GA pit tickets are $90 on Ticketmaster so when I saw GA tickets for only $62 I was beyond excited! After paying for the tickets I get an email confirming my purchase of GA LAWN tickets. Once I read this I think there is a mistake, there is NO WAY Lawn Tickets can be that expensive because on Ticketmaster and SeatGeek they are only $16...
I call the customer services line provided on the email confirmation. I am put on hold for 30 MINUTES. Once a rep finally answers (I forgot her name) she is very rude and curt. I try to explain my situation and how ridiculous it is to charge $62 for one Lawn ticket that is priced at $16 on other sites. She exhales and tells me she can’t help until she gets my confirmation number. I apologize and give it to her. As soon as I do she places me on hold without a warning. At this point I am a little put off by this but I figured it would be fine.
So when she comes back less than a minute later she says “I can’t pull up the tickets for Ticketmaster you were quoting. There is nothing I can do.” I try to ask her if she can cancel my order because my payment has not gone through and she repeats the same line. I ask her if there is any way I can get the difference back or something since it’s a little crazy to be spent 6X what the ticket is worth and she tells me “it’s premium seating, there is nothing I can do.” And then she proceeds to hang up. This company’s customer service and the rest of their company is a joke. I am telling everybody I work with to NEVER USE TICKETS AT WORK.

I bought the 1 day Disney and 1 day Universal - $25 restaurant card, advertised as $271 retail, with the understanding that I was getting a special 20% discount, I was charged $269+10% tax. No discount, and I paid $25 for the worthless restaurant card. I called 800-331-6483 and waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone, they wanted to charge a 10% cancellation fee. Very disappointed with TicketsatWork, I will never use them again.

I bought some tickets for Universal from TicketsatWork. I had questions that couldn’t clearly be answered online so I ended up calling them and they were very helpful. The quality of service they gave was very high. However, their online site was less-than-stellar and wasn’t entirely clear. Also, their list prices were higher than if I bought directly from Universal, but their discount prices were lower. I'd tell friends that TicketsatWork can be worthwhile. They just have to do their research.

My employer told me that TicketsatWork offers a discount to our company, and I got an excellent discount for the event that I booked. And it was something new to me and I found it very helpful and awesome. I was able to register with the department assistant, and TicketsatWork's website was user-friendly to me. Also, the representative on their end was very helpful, nice, and patient. They sent me everything electronically, and I was able to print the tickets. I would recommend TicketsAtWork. TicketsatWork called me immediately after seeing my review, which I posted less than 24 hours ago! The representative listened to my original call and apologized for the gentleman's tone and how he treated the issue. The original representative did not explain what a preferred access ticket is and didn't offer any resolution to my issue. A TicketsatWork representative called me, explained everything in great detail and refunded me the price difference of $42. I will continue to refer people to use Ticketsatwork, but will explain that these are re-seller tickets and not tickets purchased from the original venue like when we purchase Dorney Park Tickets from Ticketsatwork. Thank you for fixing this issue for me so quickly and making me feel like an appreciated customer!

I recently purchased tickets to the Bubble Guppies show from this website. After purchasing the tickets I see that I was sold $25 tickets to a kid's show for $46. I called customer service immediately and the representative hung up on me. The next representative nearly laughed at me when I asked if I could get a price adjustment or refund. He placed me on hold as he spoke with his boss and confirmed nothing could be done. I have told all my colleagues and employees to use this site, not anymore. I will ensure to tell all staff in my department and other departments how this website robbed me of $42 because of the overpriced tickets! This is a disgrace, especially on a kids show!

TicketsatWork (T@W) is a service my company uses and I have had an experience from hell. Ordering the tickets was easy enough and relatively painless. I selected to pick up the tickets at the park so I wouldn't have to print anything and bring with me. I received my confirmation email and a separate email saying I had to print my gift certificates first, and I did, and then nothing more was addressed. I spent a total of 75 minutes on the phone trying to reach ANYONE and no answer. I was told at the park that Disney no longer works with T@W and I had to print the tickets before coming. They advised to call again while in line and after 25 minutes hung up again. I was able to get in because the supervisor I was dealing with gave me comp tickets.
Between the following day and today, I have sent 3 emails to customer service spent close to 5 hours on hold and have heard NOTHING. The contact that handles the contract for my company is no longer with T@W so that avenue is gone. At this point it is almost laughable that this company is even contracted with my company of some 170000 employees. Also the customer service line on their website is completely different than the one on daily emails that come out. I will never use this company again. The discount is not worth my time and effort.

I work for a large Fortune 500 company that offers employee perks via TicketsatWork, first time buying through this feature and must say was let down. Purchased my tickets to Disneyland and received a confirmation email and email containing information for $25 restaurant gift certificate immediately, but no Disneyland tickets. Online it states could take 24 to 48 hours to process despite it being an “e-ticket”. 48 hours comes around with no tickets... so first phone call with a 40-minute hold time I get a rep who puts me on hold so she can check with the “ticketing” department. Surprise she advises me I should receive them tonight via email. Another 24 hours goes by with no tickets... this is my second phone call and although I called shortly after they opened up customer service hours I’m still on hold for over a half hour.
I walked through the long process and steps of making an account and leaving a review here all while on hold. Being a site lead with over 500 employees under my site, I find it difficult to recommend let alone incentivize my employees to use this service when I myself have had issues. If my complaint is not resolved while on this phone call will be unable to vouch for this service and will be reaching out to the appropriate channels in seeing our company does not do business any longer in order to protect our personnel from the same disappointment. It’s a shame our business wasn’t cared for.

I bought movie tickets from TicketsatWork and the process went great. I've done it several times over the years, and I either do them online or I get assistance from someone on the phone. Their service is excellent. Their website is very user-friendly and it is a very helpful tool when I'm here at work and I need to get something for my family to do in the evenings or when I look at trips. And my other co-workers said that they have purchased trips and they really liked what they got. The prices are very good, too. And I don't have to worry about paying a high price. If I wanna go to a 3D movie, it would be a couple of dollars to $5 extra, which is not bad.
If TicketsatWork is available at my friends' place of employment and if they were another NGHS employee, then TicketatWork would be a great place for them to purchase their tickets as well as going to the theater, a dinner and going out to other recreational places for their kids. It would be a very good place to find the best deals that they could possibly find. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience with TicketsatWork.

This was my first purchase from TicketsAtWork and I am really disappointed with the customer service and their policies. I purchased this pass on the day of visiting New York and there were no terms and conditions mentioned on the website before purchase. I got all the information with terms only after purchasing the pass. Website has standard terms and condition which says all sales final and no refunds. I tried to visit couple of destination which I decided to visit in my 2 days visit and, some of them were closing early on the day or completely closed due to private event.
I talked to representative and they just told me T&C and no help from them. Even today at the time of writing review I called them and they again told me same T&C as sales are final. Even I asked them that specific pass terms were not mentioned on website so they said that we sent to you in email after you purchased. When I told them I was not able to return the passes before using since your website says no refunds, it means that TicketsAtWork already know what they are selling and they are just ignoring genuine request as well.
Even after purchase we have to go inline to convert our passes to tickets at each place which was painful and like buying tickets over counter, no separate lines on many destinations. I will never recommend this pass to anyone and also TicketsAtWork after my experience and no help with rude behavior from CC by just reading 2 T&C from website + 1 from after purchase T&C which they send in email. We do not have a way to get those T&C before purchase which comes in email. Totally disappointed with my purchase from them.

I called TicketsatWork because I had a question about the Disney tickets and the quality of customer service was very good. The reps walked me through and they were able to answer my question, then they went ahead and placed my order, and I purchased the Disney tickets. These were about the same price as AAA, but I was also purchasing a hotel reservation through TicketsatWork so I did it at the same time. That was the only time that I purchased tickets through TicketsatWork but I have booked a hotel reservation through them before.
TicketsatWork is with Groupon, but there are a lot of hotels on their website that you wouldn’t want to go to. There are a lot of fleabag hotels there and they've got hotel rooms all the way down to 20 bucks a night, but if you read the reviews on the website, these are horrible and have bed bugs. The hotel room I stayed in was not fancy but it was very clean, although there was a little bit of a water spot, like a leak, on the carpet and it couldn't be removed. Also, the hotel may have been renovated and the bathroom looked like it had been redone.
I booked at that same hotel for my daughter for the end of May. I had booked her hotel room first and then my friend and I decided to go there. I paid $49 a night for my hotel room, while I paid $59 a night for hers because it was the season but it was still cheaper than booking through the website which was $80 a night. The only bad comment I saw about the hotel that I stayed in was that somebody was moaning and groaning about the resort fee. But this was clearly stated on the websites of TicketsatWork and the hotel and when I booked the hotel room, the rep let me know and warned me that there was a resort fee, so I certainly knew about it. But the thing is, not anybody can go to TicketsatWork and use their service. One has to be an employee of a firm that allows TicketsatWork. I’m an employee of Stantec and they have TicketsatWork, and we're also offered perks.

I literally stayed up an extra hour to personally set up an account here and type out how disappointed I am with this company. I booked a hotel using their site a few weeks ago and, now that some plans have changed, I wanted to shorten the stay by one day. I called as soon as I found out about my situation. First call, 20 min no answer, second call (11 pm at night) after another 20 min, no answer. I called again twice today, another 20 min each, no answer... To my dismay, even my email didn’t get a response! I’ve been reading some comments stating the same situation and like hell are they gonna charge me $25 to cancel when I can cancel for free using the hotel website, had I not been drunk, high, or stupid enough to use such a worthless and shameful company to book my hotel.
How counterintuitive that just when you’re trying to relax, you first have to get aggravated by a company who has ONE JOB! I will never again book with this site to save a measly $10, because it’s just not worth the stress. If I were an employer, I would be downright embarrassed to call this a “benefit” for my employees. To have to call multiple times with a 20 min hold time and be charged for something other places offer for free is a shame and a sham. Y’all should be just ashamed that I have to write a bad review (like everyone else recently) on this website for any potential action to occur. Buyer beware. This was the worst mistake ever. 0 stars if possible.

I bought Universal Studios tickets for Florida from TicketsatWork. And instead of doing it online, I ended up calling and doing it over the phone. I asked a question to make sure that I was getting the right thing. I was confused by the $25 restaurant gift certificate where I thought it was for the place at Universal but it was for the Orlando area. TicketsatWork is a good site, and I’m very satisfied with my experience.

This was my first bad experience with TicketsatWork. Booked a hotel on Sunday night for that upcoming Thursday. Got a confirmation number/email and thought I was good to go. On Wednesday afternoon I got an email saying the reservation didn’t go through... an email! Called (waited 40 mins for a rep to pick up) and the lady was completely unhelpful. Bottom line, the city was 100% booked by Wednesday, and I had to cancel our family vacation. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE ROOM, DON'T ALLOW ME TO BOOK IT! A phone call would have been nice. What if I didn’t see the email and showed up to the hotel?? Service center offered me nothing to compensate, and I don’t expect this complaint will go anywhere either. Be careful booking hotels through this site.

I called TicketsatWork and told them I work for Schlumberger and I had my badge, and they were able to quote me on five tickets. They explained to me what time they open and what I’ll have access to. And it sounded great so I bought some Legoland Florida tickets, and they walked me through buying them. The first person that I talked to was very informative. I couldn’t buy the tickets then because I was on the road. So then when I got home, I called back and spoke with another representative. Both representatives were very helpful. TicketsatWork is a good deal.

I booked a hotel for July 4th-July 6th. I was charged $531.50 for the hotel stay and received an email to confirm my booking. The next day, I received an email saying that TicketsatWork would be unable to fulfill my hotel stay "due to high volume of bookings." I attempted to call TicketsatWork and left a callback number. I never received a callback. The email stated that if TicketsatWork did not hear from me within 48 hours, they would refund me and it would be reflected on my statement within 3-5 business days. It has been 10 business days since TicketsatWork should've refunded me, and I have received no refund. I have tried calling, no response. Meanwhile, I have received several emails about this unfulfilled order, but you guys are impossible to get a hold of. I've emailed you back and still haven't heard anything. This is ridiculous, I want my money back.

Gave my girlfriend my card to purchase tickets to Universal Studios and a reservation for a hotel. They took our money and failed to inform us the age limit to check in was 21 and she is 20. I'm currently on hold for customer service to have the reservation put in my name since I'm 21 but the hold time is about 1 - 2 hours (not exaggerating). It's been 72 hours and they said they already changed the name but the hotel has not confirmed it. The hotel is treating us like crap because it was bought through a third party so good customer service would be them calling the hotel with you on the line to help you fix and explain the issue.

At first I thought I would save a lot of money but in reality I only saved a few dollars. I hate it they charged sales tax while at SeaWorld online they only charge service fee and it's a flat rate of $5.99. I bought a ticket worth $150 and the taxes and fees were $20.81. TicketsatWork same ticket costed me 170.81 while if I get it from SeaWorld website I'll be paying $174.98. Meaning you only save a less than $5.

But, since it was the same day, I called and they were able to help me. Their customer service was good. I called TicketsAtWork and talked to a representative to get tickets for Universal Orlando. It was my third time to purchase from them and their price is cheaper than the tickets offered at the regular places. They provide very good service, and the only problem that I had was when they told me that I should be able to scan the ticket at the kiosk but it did not work. But there was a person at the kiosk area so they were able to get it in.

I booked a Disney Package thinking it was a good deal - Disney ticket with $25 Planet Hollywood Gift Card. Turns out this was a complete waste of money. The Disney tickets were cheaper online and I received 6 different Planet Hollywood e certificates, which can only be used by me, one per visit, and only during lunchtime. We are on a 4 day trip, two of them being all day Disney. How am I supposed to use 6 different gift certificates during lunch in that time frame? None of these regulations were mentioned prior to me purchasing this package. After being on the phone for over two hours, the TicketsatWork rep said she was able to do anything for me and the package was nonrefundable. After talking with Planet Hollywood, they can't do anything because "that's the package you purchased." I am furious and almost at the point of tears. Instead of trying to save money on this trip for my child's birthday, I just wasted an extra $150!

This is the third day of trying to reach their customer service and after 30 minutes have given up again. Purchased tickets for next Monday's Nats vs Braves baseball game and still have not received them yet. I was just looking for an update when we might receive them since the game is only 4 days out. While on hold the other day the following message came on about putting in your number so they could call you back when your place in line came up. I put my number in but no one ever called me back... So I'm giving TicketsatWork a big fat F for their inability to answer incoming phone calls from their customers.

The process of purchasing Disney tickets from TicketsatWork was good. However, I ended up calling in because I didn't quite understand everything before I purchased $1,500 worth of tickets. The lady who was on the phone helped me and she was really good with it. She walked me through the process. I've also used their website to buy other tickets. However, when I'm buying tickets to events, like the way I bought tickets to the Harlem Globetrotters for my grandson, the site didn't let me see where the seats were. So, I was blindly walking into it. Instead, I'd like to know where I'd be sitting in advance.
Still, the prices of TicketsatWork are good. My nephew got Super tickets to Disney but he got a full discount. So his tickets were a lot cheaper than ours. But, compared to buying the tickets at Disney, we saved a little bit of money, around $75 a person. TicketsatWork is a great place to get discounted ticket prices for events and it's easy to use.

I made a room reservation for La Quinta Inn through TicketsatWork.com. After finding out the pool was closed, I called the hotel to cancel. I searched my receipt and confirmation emails to find any contact information or instructions on how to cancel, but their contact information is not included on the purchase receipts. The hotel assured me I would not be charged for the canceled reservation. Several days later, my credit card still showed a charge. I requested a call from the TicketsatWork, and after 2 hours, they called. They said if they can independently confirm the hotel did indeed cancel, I will still be charged a $25 cancellation fee. I did not recall agreeing to this prior to my purchase.
The customer service rep helped me find that this information is apparently disclosed in the fine print under "Terms and Conditions of Sale" (8 pages long) in Step 2 of the checkout. I feel this is highly misleading. It should need to be blatantly disclosed upfront. It is disclosed on the purchase confirmation, which is sent AFTER the card is charged. I did reach La Quinta myself to verify again that they have a reservation cancellation on file. They said it was listed as an "Expedia" reservation (**), and that it was indeed canceled. They did not charge me although they said I have to contact Expedia to cancel the charge, which makes no sense, since I didn't make the reservation through Expedia. Assuming they refund me the hotel charges, I believe I should also be refunded the $25 due to lack of conspicuous disclosure prior to purchase.

I've booked a hotel through TicketsatWork before and had no problem, so decided to use them again for my trip to New York in May. Everything went great, got the hotel confirmation e-mail like they said I should. Due to reviews I've read where people book hotels through TAW, but end up discovering they don't actually have a booked room, I decided to check on the hotel's website using the confirmation number they gave me. Now, when I insert the number on the official website it says my confirmation number is wrong.
The problem is that the number I was given is 1 number longer than what is allowed to write on the website, so as I was afraid that their might be a problem with my reservation, I e-mailed TAW. Since their customer service phone line is useless, I e-mailed them because in another review someone said they reply faster to e-mails. It's been 5 days and still no e-mail. I just want to know if everything is okay, or if the hotel's website is the one with a problem.

I got my tickets for A Bronx Tale: The Musical from TicketsatWork. I ordered online and called to confirm. It was a pretty decent experience. Their rep answered all of my questions. Also the price is remarkable. That same ticket would have been around 130 but I saw that out there on my company website the tickets were $40.

Want to pay more for Disney tickets and get no customer service thru employer's Perks at Work site which, in turn, sent me to the TicketsAtWork site... Where I purchased 7 tickets for 2 days at Disney... Surprise, you cannot order JUST the WDW tickets, they come bundled with a $25 discount for Planet Hollywood. Ok. We all can go there for dinner one night. NOT! First off, the actual cost of the tickets is actually $169 HIGHER than of the Disney site. Oh, but we get 7 of $25 certificates to eat out... Wrong, can one use ONE per party, per table, and only before 5 pm. Even though they state they are available 365 days a year, repeated calls with wait times, too long for anyone to hold for, is ridiculous...
After 2 hours, I did get a call back and was basically told that we are stuck with this deal. But they did offer to allow us to cancel but with a 10% fee. Really? I asked to speak with someone else... Now I'm on hold for them... Wonder how long this will be? I'm forwarding this information to both employer and Perks at Work site so others are not duped into this scam.

I placed an order for Disneyland tickets on Friday realizing "it can take up to 48 hours" to receive. I wish I had checked these reviews first as here I am beyond the 48 hours and on hold for 30 minutes (so far) trying to get an assurance that I will get my tickets today. I also sent an email on Friday, to which I have had no response. My family gets on a flight to Anaheim tomorrow, and the last thing we want to do on our first day of vacation is worry about whether we will have our tickets.
I have used TicketsatWork before, without issue, but this is a HUGE disincentive for future use. To spend such a large of money and not get the tickets as promised AND to have to sit on the phone waiting for a response is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a business that touts itself as being so great. Not to mention all the emails I've received about other great deals I can purchase since placing my order but none with the tickets or status of my order. That's pretty obnoxious. Fingers crossed that this will get resolved today and in less than 5 hours as others have experienced. Think twice before using...I know I will. The savings is not worth the stress. I have been trying for days to get a customer service agent on the phone to adjust our hotel reservations for next Tuesday 4/2. During my work week I cannot hold for extremely long times and would have to hang up. Now on my Saturday when I have many other things to take care of I have been on hold for 2 hours and still cannot get any help. Was excited when I first heard about TicketsatWork through my employer and now would not recommend them to any of my co-workers due to this poor experience. We would very much like to adjust our reservation or at this point cancel, but unless someone actually answers the phone we are stuck and likely out $$$. We have now reached out a total of 8 times collectively, with a combined wait time of over 5 hours on the phone... We have yet to speak to a single representative, and have tried contacting your company via Phone, multiple emails, and even Twitter. We are going to be on our way to the park tomorrow morning (Friday-March 30th) and we still do not have our E-tickets to be able to get in... Why won't anyone answer a phone call, email, or tweet? I recently bought lift tickets for skiing from TicketsAtWork. I've purchased from them twice and the process is usually pretty straightforward. I just call them and there's a little bit of wait time but I just do the callback and they call me whenever they're free. So it's perfect. Their customer service team has been great and they email the tickets immediately. By the time we were done with getting it all setup and we were still on the phone, I already have the email of the tickets.
I started using TicketsAtWork mainly because I heard they had discounted lift tickets. Lift tickets are so expensive. I normally compare the lift tickets at TicketsAtWork and from the straight up mountain prices. And TicketsAtWork almost always have a better deal. They also have an any time ticket and I've actually got a ticket that I haven't used yet because the snows are bad but I'm going to use it here shortly. TicketsAtWork has been great so far. I plan to continue using it especially as winter comes around, and also try to expand more and see what else is out there.

Writing this on March 29, 2018 3:50PM PST right after my call with Janice? Just like other reviews I have read, I have the same problem and did not received my Disneyland tickets for Los Angeles, CA. I contacted Ticketsatwork.com number 800-331-6483 4 times! My 4th try while being on hold for 1 hr a rep finally pick up. If I can recall her name, her name is JANICE? She asked for my first name and ask how can she help me? I told her that I order my Disneyland tickets yesterday and I have not received it. If you are buying a ticket from this website make sure you are buying a couple of months away from the show or your planned visit to the theme park. 48 hours after the ticket was purchased, they took the money from your bank right away and the tickets are still not yet sent to me via email. You call the customer service and NO ONE will pick up and need to get a call back if you want to speak with them. I think it's not worth the savings of a few change if you are going to experience this fear that you might not get the tickets on time!!! I will definitely inform my HR about this.

They did call back once. We got disconnected and they never called back. I tried to call them back immediately and was put on hold again. I've sent several emails. They responded to one. I have sent at least 3 responses to that email, even threatened to dispute my credit card charge. I've still received no response. The credit card I used was charged, but we never received a confirmation or our tickets. I'm very unhappy!

I just started using TicketsAtWork and I've booked hotels, like Best Western, a handful of times this year. I would tell others to use them too. They have good deals and it’s super easy to book. The last time was a couple of weekends ago and I go through my work to book 'cause I get a discount through Boeing. It worked out good. I prefer to do it online which is easier. I don't have to talk to people. I have gone through the website a couple of times and I only called in to split the payment one time. The customer service is really nice. Every time I've called, they have been very helpful and they double-check their work. It goes very smoothly. The prices are really good too. And if I booked through the hotels' websites, they would be drastically different. I may not have that exclusive offer, that extra 20% off.

Trip is in 2 days. No hotel confirmation after a week. I have been on hold for 2 hours waiting for a customer service agent to talk to me. I reserved a hotel room at CoCoKey resort in Orlando for a trip I am taking with my girlfriend and her son on 3/30. I booked the hotel a week and a half ago. I received an initial email confirmation showing me my card had been charged and that they will email me my hotel confirmation shortly. I called the hotel this morning and they have no records or reservations under my name. I am freaking out now thinking that I am not able to book this particular hotel and I am out the money I paid. I am unsatisfied with the way they are currently operating. There should be no reason for a 2 hour wait time.

The problem has been solved, after paying further because a room didn’t go through with the initial rate in which we booked. I understand you may be busy at this time, but there should be better management in place to help with times like these to prevent having upset customers. The first person that talked to me was a great help. The second person sent us the emails that weren’t sent and then hung up. No formal good bye. Just hung up after I was on hold waiting. I purchased a Broadway show and Disneyland tickets from TicketsatWork. Their prices were good. I purchased the tickets both online and over the phone, and the process was easy. Their reps were very helpful and very knowledgeable about the different shows, the tickets, and seating in the theatre. I've done going through TicketsatWork versus going on my own. There were certain Broadway shows wherein I can’t pick the exact seat, just the section. Since I was paying the amount of money I was paying for that show, I wanted to know the exact seat that I was gonna be in. So, I ended up buying it all by myself. That’s not for all the shows though. Nonetheless, I recommend TicketsatWork.

I bought tickets to Cirque du Soleil from TicketsatWork. I also booked the hotel and then the hurricane came, so I had to have a refund, but everything was processed very well. So I have been happy with them. I purchase maybe four times a year, and I have tried purchasing online and over the phone, and either way is fine. I called on the phone because I wanted to see if there were different seats as I wanted something different, and it was fine. The website is easy to follow, too. Their prices are great, and I like having the discounts, so that is why I use them.

I recently signed my company up to use your site. I wanted to first try it out for myself to see if everything was on the up and up. Good thing I did. I book a room for a business trip and got there to no room. Then waited in the lobby on the phone with your contact centre for 3 hours and missed 1 very important meeting. Things happen. I get that. My issue is that I spoke with 3 different managers because I wanted an explanation. Why did this happen and what assurances do I have that my staff will not go through a similar issue.
Here is where I got most frustrated. Each person gave me a different story or explanation. At one point I was hung up on. I was nothing but respectful. I constantly ask for a high manager and the last 2 Managers told me that the Senior Manager of customer service is on vacation or out of the office. Mind you those calls took place about a week between each other. Are they ever there?! How can that be when you’re so busy? That may explain the super high call volume. I truly love the concept of TicketsatWork so I would like to make this work. All I want is someone who is knowledgeable to call me to explain what happened. That’s it. I booked a hotel and received a confirmation from ticketsatwork.com that I was booked and nothing else needed to be done. Then they send me an email that they couldn't actually book my room and to call them for other options. So, I call and I'm on hold for an hour before someone actually answers and he gives me my options which were get a refund or find another hotel. Finding another hotel wasn't an option as the rest of my group was already booked and confirmed at this hotel (through the hotel website). TicketsatWork said it would take them 5-7 days to refund my money. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE MY MONEY IF YOU DIDN'T ACTUALLY BOOK THE ROOM??!!!
So, now I have to book through the hotel and pay $40 more per night for the same room (which is available by the way) and I have to wait a week to get my money back before I can do it and hope there is still a room left and that the rates don't go up even higher. What a complete waste of my time! I asked to speak to a manager regarding this situation and was put on hold for an additional 40 minutes to be told the same nonsense "we do apologize". Nothing to fix the problem. Nothing to compensate for the higher rate I'm going to be stuck paying and nothing but excuses as to why they couldn't do their job and run a business that does what it say it would do. "We only purchase a certain number of rooms." Well then shouldn't you know if you have any of those rooms left?
The exact words from my confirmation email, "Thank you for your purchase at tickets@work.com. You're all booked!. This is a confirmation of your order. There is no need to contact us to reconfirm." Sounds like you have a room right??? Nope, not until they send you a 2nd confirmation email apparently. What a joke! Worthless site, don't waste your time!

A lot of our co-workers use Tickets at Work. It's nice to get good information on what we're looking for. We went to Disney in Orlando and purchasing the tickets was nice and easy. I called to get numbers first, and then called back once I could confirm the pricing they sent. Their prices were five bucks lower than what everybody else had. I've talked to three different people 'cause I've called three times, and they were all great. Everyone was respectful, they answered questions and was able to get everything done. They told us to print the tickets and keep them, and they walked us through how the tickets would come through.

I purchased tickets on 02/08/18 to see a Cirque du Soleil Michael Jackson show in Las Vegas this coming Monday have not received my tickets. I have tried calling the customer service line but have never gotten through to someone and not received a call back. I have also emailed and not received a response. I am concerned that I will not be able to attend the show I spent over $200 on. I would either like a refund or my tickets before the show Monday, 03/26/18. I will never use this company again, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I purchased two NBA games tickets Wizards at Bulls on April 1 on February 18, 2018 and until now I have not received any tickets yet. The site have debited my account already. I tried calling their phone number but was put on hold for 45 mins, 35 minutes and last one was 50 minutes. Left my phone number also but no return call was made. Tickets were non refundable so I don't know if me and my dad can go. The game is on April 1. I hope they give us tickets before them. Really bad customer service. The problem is this was being advertised as a site to buy tickets and events at work. I will file a complaint with them for getting me to buy on this website. Please help me get my tickets delivered.

I booked a hotel with them for Orlando Florida. They sent me an email a week later that they overbooked me. It took me about 2 hours to get a hold of someone. The representative then booked me for another hotel. A couple of days later I called the hotel and they said that they don’t have my reservation. I am panicking. My vacation to Disney is in about a week and I am not sure if I am going to get a hotel. This has been the worst customer service experience I have received in my life.

I have used TicketsatWork many of times in the past several years ago and have never incurred any issues. I went on the site today and purchased tickets for SeaWorld and another attraction. I have also booked a last minute hotel deal for tomorrow through their site because it stated reservation confirmation would be immediately and we are going out of town this weekend for my daughter's birthday. I received email confirmation from TicketsatWork stating that my hotel reservation has been booked and confirmed and nothing else needs to be done and also stating that I would receive a confirmation email with an attachment for the hotel booking to bring with me, I booked this around 9am this morning and it is now almost 3pm and I have yet to receive the email attachment.
I have been checking my email since 30 minutes after making the reservation and I immediately contacted TicketsatWork and the automated system states that they are experiencing extremely high hold times and that I would be called back. I was called back and hung up on then I called back again and put in another callback and have been waiting for over 2 hours now. I have contacted the hotel directly and they stated that they do not have a reservation with my name so I need to know what is going on. This check-in is for tomorrow and my daughter and I can not sleep in our car or in the streets and I have already been charged, I see the amount taken out of my account so it's just awkward to me that I am quickly charged but not quickly booked. Someone needs to contact me and let me know what is going on.

I've had the worst experience ever!! I reserved a hotel room on Monday for a team member from TicketsatWork. This and had to change the reservation due to an error... When I called on Tuesday, I was on hold for over an hour, left my number on their call back tool and no one returned my call. I called back on Wednesday and was on hold for over an hour again. I finally got someone on the line and was told I had to hang up and call the hotel myself and speak to a manager to see if they would refund the room charge. I spoke to the Hotel customer care and was told that someone would get back to me in 48 hours and this didn't happen either, so I called the hotel back and finally spoke to a manager today who stated they would cancel the room without penalty and they would just have to hear from TicketsatWork.
I tried calling TicketsatWork and was on hold for over two hours before I decided to finally leave my number at the call back tool... Miraculously, I received a call back... Gave the girl a synopsis and the order number and she stated she saw the notes on the account, and then phone got disconnected. The girl hasn't called me back and she has my information. Now I'm trying to call back and have been on hold over half an hour. This is absolutely insane and the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. The reservation is for this coming Monday and I'm at my wit's end. Don't know where else to turn.

I accidentally booked a hotel and park tickets to Disney World through TicketsatWork. I am identifying this as a fraudulent charge since I, myself, did not make this purchase. We were browsing vacations on our family computer and left the tabs open to go back later on. I then received an email that reservations were made and realized someone must have accidentally clicked on this site.
I have been on hold currently for an hour and a half and still holding. I need to reach a customer service representative to cancel this "nonrefundable" charge although it was not authorized by me. I have also notified the credit card companies. Terribly disappointed in this company, seems like a scam. No company that you're booking vacations through should be this difficult to get a hold of. I would never do business with this company again. Plus, if I were to buy tickets through Disney you can cancel at any time without charge. There's no reason that the Disney tickets through this site should be non-refundable.

I ordered Disney World tickets a few days ago and never received the e-tickets. I need them to make FastPass reservations today. I called and called (14 times!) and all I ever get is hold music. I entered my phone number for a callback and they never called back. They won't respond to my emails and won't answer their phones. I just want my e-tickets so I can make my FastPass reservations. The lack of customer service or response is completely unacceptable and I should have paid the extra $50 and bought the tickets straight from Disney. I will never use their service again, and I'm contacting our HR department to see if we can end our corporate agreement with them. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU NEVER USE TICKETSATWORK. I called the hotel I booked and they said they didn’t have my reservation. I immediately called TicketsatWork customer service and was on hold for an hour. They finally answer the phone only to tell me that they have my booking but I won’t get a room until a week before my reservation date! They can’t hold rooms. What the hell is that! I paid for the room!!! I want my room now confirmed with an actual confirmation number for the hotel! If not I want a refund ASAP so I can book a different room with an actual confirmation! We were on vacation and we wanted to go skiing, so I called Tickets at Work. The person who handled my case was fantastic. I’ve never been through anything like this before, and she guided me through all of it. She was very helpful. I was extremely happy with the process. Now, every time we go to do something, I have to put a rule on my email so everything I get from Tickets at Work goes right to my wife, so she can scroll through things we want to use their service again. I absolutely recommend them. I do it to all of my employees who work for FedEx as well.

As I am sitting here I have been on hold for over an hour... What type of business thinks that is okay? This is the second day I have tried to get someone on the phone. Yesterday I let the phone sit for 2 hours before I finally had to hang up. I am getting ready to leave on my vacation and am scared that I will have issues, and getting them on the phone at the theme park will be not worth it. Not sure that I will buy from them again. I bought tickets for PAW Patrol - Live for my niece for tomorrow morning. I have yet to receive my tickets. I fear that I will have to disappoint my niece who is very excited. I called yesterday and was on hold for 2 hours. I tried the callback option and haven't received a phone call. I tried the callback option again this morning and still haven't received a phone call. I have been on hold for an hour already while at work. The tickets should have been delivered 24-48 hours before. It shouldn't be so much of a hassle to get tickets that I paid for weeks ago.

Do not do business with this company! I bought tickets through their website on 3/15/2018. I was emailed my receipt and the money was taken out of my account immediately. The receipt said I would receive my tickets in a separate email, but it never came. I’ve sent numerous emails, all of which go unanswered, I’ve called their customer service line only to sit on hold for over an hour and no one ever takes the call. My next step is to call my bank and see if they can give me my money back since I never received the tickets that I paid for. All this to save a few bucks? No thanks! I had to cancel my trip because of this company and their non-existent ‘customer service’. I just hope I’m not out the over $200 that I spent for the tickets!

A few days after booking, I received an email stating that due to the high demand for the hotel I booked, they were unable to fulfill my reservation. The money has already been taken from my account. We booked tickets to Disneyworld and a nearby hotel recently. Due to an unexpected medical condition of one of my family members, we will likely be unable to use the tickets/hotel reservation. I've been trying to call TicketsatWork for days without success (over an hour on hold each time, leaving my number, etc.) to see what my options are at this point in time. Very poor customer service. In addition, when you do reserve, they send an email confirming that a purchase was made but with no ID# or confirmation number for easy reference.

I purchased 4 Park Hopper tickets for Disney World through TicketsatWork and have been waiting patiently for the e-ticket delivery after receiving my order confirmation. I've spent nearly $2000 and have not received my tickets. Now, after reading multiple reviews of this happening to other customers, I am VERY concerned to say the least. She emailed the tickets to me. And I'm able to show the tickets at the movie theater from my phone. Ticketsatwork is super great. I purchase from them about three times a year. I went to book my reservation through TicketsAtWork as I heard they had great discounts without sacrificing a quality experience. Let me say, short and sweet, this was not an enjoyable experience. I purchased my reservation on 3/13 and was charged and my account was debited $1,400.00 for my reservation (confirmation email attached). I went to check my email Sunday night and noticed I received an email on Saturday (3/17) 4 days after my reservation was confirmed saying that they were unable to fulfill my reservation (email attached). They instructed me that I had 48 hours to call the non-priority, 1800 number to speak with a representative to discuss alternative options. I called them on my lunch break and they mentioned they were a bit busy however I would be assisted shortly. I was on hold for an hour and decided to leave my number for their call-back system as I was swamped with work that needed to be done.
After 30 minutes without a phone call, I called them back and waited another hour on hold without speaking to a live person and was abruptly disconnected. I called back and waited another hour and a half to speak with someone yet my inquiry went unanswered. I sent an email to the representative I received my cancellation and decided to be patient. The next day, I did not receive an email so I decided to call them back (while at work) in which I have been on hold for an hour (4 hours total on hold). I am completely frustrated for many reasons other than them charging my card and lack of customer support. I compared prices for the JW Marriott using their pricing and the JW website pricing and there was a $150 difference (JW price $570/night) the night I booked. I went back yesterday and the JW price was $700/night...). I will now have to incur additional costs to accommodate my vacation.
The icing on the cake for me, was when I called the JW Marriott regarding the reservation I had made. When I spoke with them, they told me although there was higher booking volume, they still had plenty of rooms available. Marriott also told me that they had not received a booking on my behalf from Tickets at Work, yet they still charged my card the full amount and did not notify me that they were unable to fulfill my reservation until 4 days later! Also mentioned in TicketatWorks email, that my refund would take up to a full business week to hit my account. My family has been in the service industry their whole life and to me, this is unacceptable, and borderline unethical.

This is my first time using the website. My husband and I compared our pricing options in between Universal, Legoland and Disney in Orlando and we settled on Disney. My daughter's spring break starts next week and we wanted to surprise her by taking her to Disney for a day and thought the $25 Planet Hollywood gift card was a great compliment for the Disney tickets. I placed the order, paid and received two emails. One was an order confirmation for the Disney tickets that stated they would be an eTicket. The second email with the vouchers for Planet Hollywood. I was concerned because I had not received the eTickets for Disney, I was hoping to link them to my Disney app so I could reserve FastPasses now.
I couldn’t find any information from Ticketsatwork.com as to when my tickets would arrive. I did a quick Google search and happened on all of these complaints of people who never received their tickets. I tried to call the customer service number and was told there was a high call volume and requested a callback. I’m hoping to receive one. I’m terrified that I just spend $450 on tickets that will never come and my 7-year-old's spring break surprise will be ruined. I will definitely update this review pending the ultimate result.

I bought luau tickets and while we were in Hawaii the luau was cancelled due to weather. They told me to contact TAW for a refund. I tried calling and was on hold for 2 hours! I had to hang up finally. I have emailed them about 4 times now and it's been a week with no response. I don't know what else to do!

My experience with TicketsatWork worked perfectly. We bought Disney Park passes from them, which I did online. At one point, I did call to ask if the tickets were going to be able to transfer to our MagicBands. I just made sure that they were convertible and indeed they were, and they worked perfectly. We go to Disney almost every year so I would absolutely use them again in the future. When you buy four, you get the fifth park for free. And that's very close to $100 savings. When I had to call that representative, she was extremely thorough and reassured me everything was gonna be fine. And if I had any problem, I could call her back.

I made a reservation with tickets at work, saved me 75 dollars from the hotel site, come to find out it's booked thru Priceline (so I could've gotten the same price with them). I had a family emergency and had to cancel, I called, waited an hour and 36 minutes. Finally someone answered, I told them my situation and 'they canceled the reservation and waived the cancellation fee'. One week later and I have not received the funds back in my account or a cancellation email. I am currently on hold again to get the status (2 hours and 30 minutes so far). The 75 dollars saving is not worth it. I will never use this again.

My niece and I work for Vanderbilt in Nashville and there was a discount. It was a family event thing and she gave me the information. I bought the tickets from TicketsAtWork for me and my two sons and it worked out great. We were able to get two days’ worth of passes for it. We all went to Busch Gardens and we were going to go to SeaWorld but we didn’t have enough time.
I bougt the tickets online and it was fine. It worked out easily. I got right in, did what I had to do, got the tickets, and they were all sent to my niece's email. Then she went ahead and printed them all up. I also spoke to someone on the phone and she was very helpful. She walked me through the whole thing and made sure that we were all set. It was easier than going, try to shuffle around and pay when we were there. We had it all with us and just had to bring it with us, show them at the door and we were good to go. I booked a hotel through TicketsatWork, the hotel did not look how it said it looks on the internet. I called multiple times to get my money back. The manager of the hotel didn’t want to give me my money back. I drove 4 hours for a funeral. TicketsatWork said they don’t know if they can refund me. The comforter was nasty and the room was nasty.

I bought Animal Kingdom tickets and I stayed at a resort in Orlando as a package deal. It was the best experience of my life. I called Tickets at Work and they did a good job of helping me out. They were real friendly and helpful. The rep helped me out more than me doing it online. I normally go to the website if there's a reference and then I would call, and I always get better results when I speak with somebody.

We are due to go to Disney World in 4 days. Ordered our tickets through TicketsatWork over a month ago. Received an email with “THIS IS NOT A TICKET” for an order confirmation but have yet to receive any actual tickets. I’ve called every day for a solid two weeks to be on hold for an hour or more and still not speak to anyone to get this resolved. The deal is not worth the headache. The only thing I have left to do is buy our tickets directly from Disney and dispute the charge from TicketsatWork with our bank.

Omg... I'm having a panic attack. I spent $2000.00 on tickets to Disney World on March the 15th. I still have not received my tickets. After reading the reviews I'm afraid I may not. I tried to call but continued to get the same message as all the others. I need these tickets before April 1st. I've bought from TicketsatWork before with no issues in the past so I didn't check for the reviews first but I should have. I've been on hold for 2 hours now and left my phone number also. Don't know what I'm going to do if I have to repurchase these a different way. Don't think I will ever use these people again.

I booked hotel at south beach Miami three months ago. 4 days before my dates they are sending me email saying they can't fulfill my request. What the **. Then what is the purpose of booking in advance. I planned all my commute according to current hotel and now they are asking me to move to different hotel. I was mad but I still thought to let it go. So I emailed them back saying I am fine with relocation. I did not receive any reply. I emailed back 3 times. Still no reply. I decided to call them.
At first I was glad that they had call back option so I don't have to hold. I left my call back number. Never received call back. I called again and hold for 4 freaking hours! No one responded. Are you serious. It tells me that they are busy because of promotion. Are you kidding me. How many employees do you have? Just 1? Either there is no customer server agent there or they are all sleeping on job or they suck so much that not even single problem was resolved in 4 hours. Just stay away from them. If you paid them you have just been scammed.

I bought 2 California Disneyland ticket on March 14. It says it will deliver electronically in 24-48 hours. It's already more than 48 hours nothing. I've called many times no answer for like 2 hours and then I left a call back number and waited for almost 40 minutes. Decided to take shower because it was taking so long then I saw one missed call. So I called again for several times still no answer. I even emailed them and still nothing. We are just on family vacation for only 5 days in LA so I'm hoping to get the ticket today or else my $439 will be a waste. Very disappointing. I'm hoping to get my refund because it's more than 48 hours.

I purchased 2 tickets of Disneyland 1 day park hopper tickets through TicketsatWork. Website indicated it will be delivered in 48 hours. 48 hours passed but I don’t have tickets yet. I am at the Disneyland now and planning to go tomorrow. I called customer services and have been holding 50 min so far. Looking at others’ reviews it seems I will be getting the same situations with those people...at the Disneyland with no tickets. It’s not worth saving small money and get such hassles at precious vacation time. I will never use TicketsatWork. I want my money back if I ended up buying another pair of tickets tomorrow morning which is 9 hours away from now.

I purchased a hotel stay in Feb. Two weeks later I found cheaper rates with the same hotel. I call to cancel. This in itself is a nightmare. You sit on the phone for hours and when you finally get fed up, you ask for the callback option. They tell you you’ll receive a call within an hour. Lies. The first time it was 5 hours later! And I missed the call so you have to do the same nonsense all over again. Days later I was able to cancel with a very rude employee. They told me I would have my money in 5-7 business days. I’m on week two and my money has yet to be returned. I call and call and they say the same thing. I’m about to file a fraud claim! THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF.

We were planning a trip to New Orleans and we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We called to cancel one of the rooms as the people we were meeting there cannot attend. We were told no cancellations or refunds. Had we booked with the Hotel directly, they would cancel and refund as requested. The TicketsatWork prices were just slightly lower than the hotel directly, now I'm regretting having used the service. Nowhere during the purchasing process did it say no cancellations or refunds. I used TicketsAtWork for the first time when I purchased tickets for Disney World and I would tell others to definitely use it. I have the app on the phone and I was watching the prices. And theirs were definitely lower than the other prices that I found for Disney World. TicketsAtWork gave us the savings and purchasing the tickets was simple. I just put in how many I needed and it worked fine. When I spoke to a representative to make sure what would happen if I didn't receive the tickets for some reason or if something went wrong, they were helpful and they answered my questions on how it would be handled. The service was really good and I was real pleased with it.

I booked a hotel room through ticketsatwork.com. I received a confirmation email right away and the total hotel amount was charged to my bank card. The next morning I received an email saying that the hotel was unable to accommodate my reservation and sorry for the inconvenience. I called the hotel directly and found out that they did have rooms. I booked it through them assuming that the charge from TicketsatWork would fall off and not post to my account since I couldn't get a room through them. I now show that they did not refund my money and I am tight on money for the trip because I had to book the room the second time. Tried to call them and was placed on a callback list where they NEVER CALLED BACK! This is ridiculous.

After the third try, I checked my credit card statement to make sure I wasn't getting charged numerous times. We were going to Universal Studios in Florida and I went online to find the pricing at TicketsAtWork. The website was easy to use and it gave me all the information. But because I had never been to the park before, I wanted to make sure that I was getting the right ticket. I felt that I'd be more comfortable if I could ask questions and speak to someone so I ended up calling the number and making the purchase over the phone. And the representative was able to walk me through the different options based on what we were trying to do.
TicketsAtWork doesn't offer the express pass option to bypass the lines though. I had to purchase that separately and it would have been nice to be able to either have that bundled with the ticket or to be able to add that on to my purchase at the time. Despite that, the experience was good, easy and fast. I was even able to call back and ask about the fast pass. It was good and everybody was friendly. TicketsAtWork saved me about a hundred bucks a ticket. It's a nice benefit to have here at work.

My husband and I decided to plan a Disneyland trip for my birthday... I purchased 2, 1-day 1-park tickets through TicketsatWork, and received a confirmation email as well as my eGift cards for restaraunt.com that were included, but it is now Thursday afternoon and no Disney tickets? I have tried on and off all day, spending a total of 3-4 hrs on hold trying to speak to someone to see if my tickets will be emailed or what we need to do at the park to retrieve them. I'm from Texas and I'm currently in California for spring break. I bought 3 Disneyland tickets from TicketsatWork. We drive all the way to the Disneyland and they tell us they can't find my tickets, that I have to call customer service. Just like anybody else here, it's impossible to reach them. They put you on hold forever, I choose the option for a callback. Hours later no email or callback. I wish I would have seen this reviews before spending over $500 on this webpage. So if you're trying to buy tickets I'm pretty sure you can find a more reliable website and save a lot of time and disappointments. The $25 gift card is definitely not worth it in my opinion.

For a few days now have not had any success canceling my hotel reservation. My boyfriend and I have been trying to cancel our hotel reservation since Friday. My boyfriend called and selected the callback option and no one called him. I tried on Monday looking on the website for emails to contact and I sent three emails and have not heard back. Yesterday I called at 10AM and was on hold for 1 hour and no one answered, I finally selected the callback option and someone called me at 2:30PM. They said my boyfriend needed to be on the phone for a few minutes since the reservation is under his name.
The lady I spoke to said she would personally call my boyfriend at 3:35PM. He never received a call. I called one more time last night was not given the callback option so stayed on hold for 45 minutes and no one answered. This is very frustrating because we are trying to cancel the reservation and we are not able to get the help that is necessary and the agent I spoke to lied about how she would call my boyfriend. After this experience and now worrying that we will have to go on the trip due to not being able to cancel it.

On March 12 I purchased 5 Disneyland park passes through the TicketsatWork website. I immediately received a confirmation email telling me the instructions for accessing my passes were contained in an attachment to the email. The attachment, however, does not contain any retrieval instructions, but clearly states "This is not a ticket." I've tried for three days to contact the customer service department. I've spent a total of five hours on hold waiting to speak to a representative, but I have yet to speak to anyone. The on-hold recording encourages callers to leave a phone number and request a callback. I've provided my number and requested a call back three times, but I've never been called back. At this point I assume my only option is to dispute the charge on my credit card through my bank in an attempt to get my money back.

I was buying four three-day adult passes for Walt Disney World in Florida from TicketsAtWork and their website was confusing. I called them and the rep I talked to was really good. I happened to come upon a little sale that was going on in the 1st of the year and I had a couple of questions about it. I live in the area so I know some of the little pitfalls and gotchas that could happen at Walt Disney World. So, he was able to clear that up for me and the rest of the process was very simple. The tickets I got were a bit cheaper than what I planned to get my kids and grandkids for Christmas. It was even better than the gate prices. I looked at what Disney would offer the same tickets for and I saved about 15%. I almost got pretty close to get four tickets for the price of three. So, it worked out very nicely. I'd tell my friends to give TicketsAtWork a try.

Tonight I ordered 6 tickets from the TicketsatWork website for $1110 for my family to see the Lion King that's coming to the Robinson Theater in LR on May 6, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Unfortunately, they don't assign your seats until after you purchase your tickets. You can only see the section of the theater where your seats will be located. We received their email with our tickets/seat assignment. After I received the tickets, I then reviewed the seating chart for the Robinson Theater in LR and discovered that they assigned us 2 wheelchair open slots (41 and 42) on Row K in the Grand Section.
I called customer service and after waiting on the phone for 1 hour and 22 minutes I finally spoke with Customer Service Rep and explain the situation. She found my ticket order and said she would need to speak with her Supervisor and then put me on hold. After another 15 minutes she returned and informed me that the tickets they sold to me/my family was "final" and there was nothing she could do for us. I asked to speak to the Supervisor and she came on the line and I explained to her that they had sold us 2 tickets for people who were disabled and who would probably need that "open space" (41 and 42) for their wheelchairs. I explained that we did not have any disabled individuals in our party who owned/used wheelchairs and we would need "actual seat". She said nothing while I explained the situation and then the phone went dead! YES, she hung up on me.
Our HR Director told us how wonderful/useful TicketsAtWork was. I've always used Ticketmaster but decided to give this site a try--BIG MISTAKE. I will be speaking to the HR department first thing tomorrow morning to see if there is anything they can do to resolve this matter or cancel our account with TicketsAtWork. If this matter cannot be resolved, I plan to reach out to as many people as I can in my Company, on social media and word of mouth through friends and family to inform everyone of this horrible experience with TicketsAtWork.

I recently purchased tickets for Disney World through TicketsatWork, which was a mistake in many ways. One, the tickets are cheaper than at the gate yes, but every hotel/gift shop/gas station has Disney tickets for much cheaper than $287 per person. Two, we were told the tickets would deliver to my email no later than 24 hours after the transaction was posted. Well, they have my $1200 but I have no tickets. Now I am in my hotel in Orlando with no tickets to Disney for tomorrow. I tried calling customer service and no luck. I have been on hold for an hour and a half on one phone and 30 on another. I will be speaking to my HR about this. We should not be associating and promoting a company such as this.

I spoke with a representative from TicketsatWork requesting a change of date for an existing hotel booking with Courtyard Marriot in San Diego. I requested a change 9 days prior to the confirmed initial booking, BUT unfortunately they are not able to change my dates AT ALL; not even with a fee. I just lost $405.00 and there is nothing TicketsatWork is willing to do, but tell me "sorry, yes you lost your money". Why even offer the service if you are not flexible to work with people. NO STARS to this company. Be careful when you book hotels with TicketsatWork, unrealistic. Also, it took more than two hours to get in touch with a representative.

I bought tickets for Knott's Berry Farm AND Universal Studios and NEVER received my tickets. My family vacation is in 2 weeks and we are flying out to California! If no one is going to call back or answer how am I suppose to fix my reservation?

I have purchased NBA tickets almost a month ago for today. Got my payment confirmation immediately but no tickets as of yet. Tried contacting customer service without any luck. I’m afraid we won’t be able to go to the game which was a gift for my child’s birthday and it’s too late to buy new ones at decent price.

I am very please I must say with the urgency of this company in regards to getting my matter resolved! The representative that I spoke with was very pleasant and gave me as many options in reference to refund etc. due to the hotel being overbooked I was able to use the funds and transfer to another hotel nearby which was great because this is a busy weekend in Savannah and their were very few options left! I too was excited to try this company out for the second time however, I am very disappointed. I have an event coming up this weekend in Savannah and purchased my tickets online at ticketsatwork.com. Waited for a confirmation from the hotel. Still didn't receive one. I CONTACTED Hampton INN of Savannah I-95. They have no record of my reservation but the money has been deducted out of my account!!! I am now furious because this is for 300 a night! Then the representative tells me that they have been sold out for weeks so I am now even more furious. I've contacted customer service all morning. Still NO response! I need my reservation or a refund now!

I bought 7 Disney World Tickets for one day on my cruise. I called TicketsatWork and the representative stated that their benefit was that each ticket comes with a $25 good voucher. TicketsatWork prices were a little more than at the door so I decided to get because with 6 kids the vouchers would save me money. After I paid I received the vouchers and they said on it only one voucher can be used per party/table. I called TicketsatWork and Derby the representative stated that their solution was sit at all different tables... that is not an acceptable solution because a 6 and a 3 yr old can't sit at a table by themselves.
I was never told that we could only use one when I purchased or I would have never bought them. Derby promised that Jose the manager would call me back within 24hrs but he did not. I called the following business day and was sent to Jose's voicemail and still he has not returned my call. This customer service is horrible and I feel that I was scammed into buying more expensive tickets because I was promised fake promises with discount that cannot be used... Horrible business.

Just purchased Disney tickets because I thought they would be eticketed. I was confused because I had to put a pickup person too... And I read it like 20 times. Anyway, I got my email - and it said, "You're confirmed!" And that's about it. Fast pass is supposed to be included with every ticket, but if you don't GET your tickets until you ARRIVE, then how does that help? The tickets were not much of a discount, and the hassle is not worth it!!!! I have been on hold for HOURS and no one ever answers. I should have paid the extra five bucks or so gotten them straight from Disney. Of course, I didn't get what I expected to get, and now it is not refundable. I am so disappointed. I just want to speak to someone to get my money back or etickets - or if I am somehow mistaken, someone to answer the phone to explain this to me. This is horrible. Will never use again.

I have been buying tickets from Tickets at Work for two years. Recently I bought three tickets for Busch Gardens. I really needed those tickets for the same day and the online system does not allow that, so I called on February to buy the tickets and to have them available the same day. The rep was able to get everything done for me and it was quick. This year they have the Fun Card of Busch Gardens, and that was really good. The prices on Universal are not quite special, but it depends on what you are buying and from who. I always suggest to my friends to use the page and I also help them through the website if they don’t know how to use it.

TicketsatWork is offered through my employer, so I took advantage on March 9, 2018. My parents asked, last minute, to find a hotel in Daytona Beach for March 10, 2018. According to TicketsatWork, an oceanfront hotel had a room available. We paid the fare, and later received a confirmation email saying that my order was processed and confirmed, that there was no reason to call and reconfirm. The hotel check-in time was 4 PM. My parents drove to Daytona Beach on March 10, 2018, arriving around 5 PM. At that time, my parents missed a call from TicketsatWork. Within a few minutes of the missed call, I received an email from the company with no valid explanation, that the room was not booked. When we tried returning their call, we sat on hold for over an hour each time (four attempts) and no answer. I sent two emails, with no response. I will never use this company again.

I am waiting for my refund from a cancellation. I booked a room, the money was immediately deducted. I was told I'd receive my refund after 5-7 business days. It has been longer. I can't get through and have been on hold for hours. I've left my number, no callback and no response to my emails either! I just want to get my money back for a service I never received and I can't get ahold of anyone. They took my money, didn't deliver and now I am waiting to get it back!

I have been on hold for a very long time. I have called multiple time trying to cancel a hotel reservation within the allotted time and have not been able to speak with anyone to do so. I even sent an email and haven't received a response either. I work at nights so I cannot stay on the phone all day waiting for someone to answer. I've never been on hold for 2 hours (plus 19 minutes) waiting on someone to answer a Customer Service line. Pretty unacceptable. Paid $178 for a one night hotel stay and I'm still waiting for my confirmation "with attachment." I called the hotel and there is no record of my name or my reservation. I'm concerned, because I need that EMAIL to check in to my room. If I can't get a hold of anyone and even if I give my number for a callback (which I've done 5 times today) and no one has called me back, how can I be helped!? We bought Disney World tickets and TicketsatWork was pretty good and so were their prices. We went with other family members that did not get tickets from TicketsatWork and the prices were very comparable. I ended up calling the number instead of doing it online because it didn’t have as much information as what I would like to see. We did a three-day Park Hopper and it didn’t say what that meant, like how many days is that good for. So, I went to the Disney site and looked that up. I wanted to make sure what I was purchasing from the TicketsatWork was the same logistically.
Otherwise, the gentleman that I talked to was very helpful and kind. He asked if we had done any other planning for our trip and offered up a couple other ideas. I looked into the things that he had suggested and it would have been things we were interested in and could have purchased through them but we didn't have enough time. The experience was very user-friendly and it was nice that there was a phone number to call.

On 2/23/18 I purchased a two-day pass for Disney World. On 2/26 I called and asked to cancel due to purchasing the wrong tickets. I was sent a confirmation email on 2/27 that refund was approved. After calling several times and being put on hold for 45 minutes or more they told me it would take 5-7 business days to receive my refund. I have emailed, called and left my number several times and every time I am being told it will take 5-7 days to refund. It is now 3/12 and I still have received no refund, and have sent two additional emails with no response.

I booked a hotel through TAW on 3/5/18 for the Hilton at Sea World in Orlando. They have already taken the almost $1800.00 for the room so I assumed I was good to go. Something told me to call because I never got a confirmation from the hotel. I called today and was on hold for over an hour so decided to ask for a callback, this was around 3 pm and I just got a call back around 8:30 pm. I asked about my reservation and I was told the rooms were overbooked. I can totally get understand that can happen. What I don’t get is why no one ever called to tell me? They offered to find me another room but I declined.
I want to stay at the one I originally picked. I went on Hilton’s website and I can still book through them but I no longer have the money because TAW has it and it can take 3-7 business days for the refund. TAW you took pretty much every dime I have to book a room and as I wait for you to refund my money, I have to watch the rooms sell out. I really hope there is still availability when I get my money back! I have found another place In case that won’t work but here I am on hold with TAW for 35 minutes now trying to see if I can switch. This is not right! TAW should not take the money until the hotel confirms!

After six plus hours I received a call back and the person that helped me said that it had not yet been 48 hours since I placed my order. He did however place me on hold and when he came back he told me he was able to get my tickets and emailed them to me. I will only upgrade this to two stars based on the fact that the person that helped me was helpful. He told me there was a reason why it took an unacceptable amount of time to call me back but that he wasn’t going to go into it or make excuses. I still do not think I will use this service in the future because a six hour wait to speak with a customer service representative is unacceptable.

I ordered three 5 day hopper passes for Disneyland on 3/9 for 3/11-3/15. I found that the wrong passes were ordered (my fault). I called and after being on hold for over an hour, I was told I would have to correct the issue at the box office. I received the restaurant certificates but not the tickets to Disneyland. I tried calling and got put on hold again. Here we are (my wife, daughter, and myself) in downtown Disney 5 hours later, no callback and still no tickets. I am furious and will be expressing this to anyone I can.

Update: One of their refs, Pedro, reached out to resolve issue immediately - apologized for the original delay in contact and made sure that everything at the hotel was taken care of. While the original experience left me a little nervous about reserving the hotel through them, the follow up was quick and thorough and handled extremely well.

I purchased tickets on Friday for a special occasion. Unfortunately I tried to reach customer service because the wrong ticket was purchased with no avail. I tried calling their customer service department and immediately they stated on the recording how they were not going to get to my call anytime soon. Then the recording asks if you would like to receive a callback, after TWO HOURS OF HOLDING I opted to get a callback because I had other thing going on the last day. I HAD A BAD FEELING ABOUT DOING THAT TOO. Here we are 3 days later, NO CALLBACK HAPPENED. I've emailed the three different time with no response either. I've tried all ways of communication with them and they do not respond at all! Very disappointing because this website was suggested through the company I work for. I placed 4 order on March 4, 2018 for our hotel stays in New York and DC area. We booked rooms for 05/12, 05/13, 05/14, 05/15. Due to some family emergency we wanted to cancel the hotel bookings. We contacted the TicketsatWork by phone the next day on March 5th, waited in queue for an hour and gave the callback option. We waited for 3 days and got no response. I have left my number to be called back so I don't lose my place in line and I have not been called back. We are trying to reach them for the last 3 days and no luck. It is proving very difficult to even talk to somebody. I would really just like to have contact with someone to cancel my bookings. I have sent an email as well with all the order numbers and TicketsatWork confirmation numbers. I need someone to contact me ASAP!

I bought a lot from TicketsAtWork. I just use it in Oahu in Hawaii and used the one in Vegas too. It was really easy to purchase tickets. You just pick what you want from their website and then there’s a lot of options so it’s really good. I really like it. Plus their reps were really pleasant. They’re really helpful and they really give me what I want especially when they booked the one in Vegas. I think it’s a really good idea to give the employee a good discount. A little something goes a long way. Something is better than nothing. I always use TicketsatWork. It’s a really great program and people should use it all the time.

I booked a hotel room for a trip through the ticketsatwork.com website. Our trip unfortunately ended up being canceled so of course I wanted to cancel the reservation for the hotel. For the last few days I have been attempting to speak with someone in the customer service department. Initially, there was a message noting that there were longer than average wait times and you could put your phone number in and someone from the customer service department would return your call. Perfect! Put in my phone number and continued with my day. I never received a return call. The next day same thing. Put in my phone number with the prompt for the return call and no return call.
After the second time I decided I would just wait on hold. Over multiple days I've waited 38 minutes, then 25 minutes, and most recently over 1 hr and 20 minutes. There is also an email address listed with the other contact information so I thought I'd try that. Emailed that with my reservation numbers and request to cancel and still no response. This is ridiculous. I completely understand their policy that cancellations need to be a specified amount of time in advance of the actual reservation for a refund but what is someone supposed to do when they cannot get through to speak with anyone? I am extremely dissatisfied and regardless of the benefits through this website I will not be using them again.

I booked and paid in full a hotel in Vegas for a very important wedding. I was told I would receive a confirmation email and the hotel would know about my reservation. I called the hotel directly and they had no records of my booking. I tried to contact customer service and was on hold for a total of 2 hours with being hung up on. And never received a call back when I was told twice I would receive one. I am so unpleased and if I don't get this straightened out immediately I'm not going to have a place to stay while there. And everything else is paid. This is in unacceptable. (Currently still on hold for a total of 45 mins on this call.)

First attempt using a corporate perk. Absolutely not worth the effort. Ordered movie vouchers 24 hours in advance which were never sent until finally back-dooring customer service after over 8 hours of attempted contact time just for movie tickets. This was just for movie tickets. I am glad that I wasn't trying to book anything of value. Stay Away!

Booking with TicketsatWork.com is easy. However, should you encounter any problems good luck getting through to a customer service representative. I have been calling for a few days now and each time “they are experiencing a heavy volume of calls”. I work in a call center myself and let me tell you our customers are never on hold more than 10 minutes. Each time I call I am waiting for hours for someone to pick up. Furthermore, I don’t think my problem will be resolved, I’m losing out on money, and I will never use this website again.

I am literally sitting out in the rain because the tickets that were supposed to be held at the Universal Studios Hollywood kiosk don't exist. I came from halfway across the country to come to Universal Studios only to be told that they don't have the tickets reserved for us because TicketsatWork is a third party company. I've been on hold with TAW for 2 hours with no response and now I am not sure if I should leave and be out the $600 or wait out here while it's pouring down and see if someone will answer. I am pretty sure I will not see a refund on this.

This company is advertised through my place of employment. I bought Miguel tickets for 178.00 for the March 9, 2018 show at Royal Oak Music Theatre. When I received the tickets via email, I was already concerned because the tickets said 40.00 on each of them but I paid $178.00. I tried calling and asked for a callback, no call. When we arrived at the venue, they said our tickets wouldn't scan. We went to the box office they said that the tickets were fake. We were told that we hadn't been the first ones to buy tickets from "TicketsatWork" That were fake. They asked us to leave as if I hadn't spent almost 200.00.
I waited on hold for three hours thinking that they would get it taken care of before the show started. I feel asleep waiting for answers. I have now been on hold for 1:08:46 seconds with no answer still... I will continue to wait, that is a lot of money to lose and the embarrassment just drives me crazy. I am thoroughly disgusted that they would take my money so fast but answer so slow. I will be reporting this to my employer, so that their ads and emails can be taken down. I don't want to see any of my co workers experience this.

I was very excited to use TicketsAtWork for the first time, however, never received my tickets. I paid for two Disneyland Park Hopper tickets for $356 total, and never got the confirmation with the ticket info. I tried to call multiple times the day before we had planned our Disneyland trip, and also left an email asking to get my confirmation resent. On the day of our Disney trip, I went to the Disney Box Office, and they had no record of my tickets. I had to repurchase both my tickets, with money I barely have, and it really put a damper on my anniversary that I was celebrating. At first I had to go to TicketsatWork website, which was given to me. It was easy for the most part but they asked for some kind of verification code by my company, as proof that I’m an employee of a supporting company and I had to call because I didn’t know what that was. And then I spoke to a young lady who guided me throughout the whole process. She helped me purchase my ticket, sent me email confirmation then it was pretty much simple. I had a very good experience.

After trying numerous times calling, being on hold over 2 hours and trying the call back feature, I am still unable to get through to cancel a hotel reservation. My confirmation states it's refundable, however I CANNOT contact anyone at TAW. I tried calling the hotel directly but they stated they could not help me since I went through a 3rd party. After reading several reviews on the same issues, this company should be banned with doing business. I will definitely be talking to HR at my place of employment to find a new company to offer discounted tickets. I am beyond disappointed. I hope someone contacts me with this matter.

I placed an order on 3/1 for Country Inn & Suites By Carlson John Wayne Airport CA To book my room for 3/16, the transaction went through immediately and TAW stated that the hotel will send me an email once they receive the transaction. It has been 7 days and no email has been received. I contacted the hotel and they have no information regarding my room, they have not received anything. I have tried calling TAW and Every time I call it says they are experiencing high call volume. I have left my number to be called back so I don't lose my place in line and I have not been called back. It is proving very difficult to even talk to somebody. I made a hotel reservation for an important trip to Las Vegas/Henderson area back in mid-February. The reservation is not recognized by the Hotel and TicketsatWork has yet to respond at all even though I have already been charged. According to other reviews here I am not alone. The eventual result seems to pattern to arriving to no reservation on record. Initially when I made the reservation I was told the confirmation number given would be updated and confirmed with the hotel in 24 hours... it's been 3 weeks. Customer service is a joke. Call back in an hour... nope, three days and still waiting.
I need to see this confirmation solidified with the hotel. You have my money already. Now use it to pay for my purchase NOW not the day I arrive. I would definitely recommend not using this company. It is a severe inconvenience and does nothing but create worry. It is supposed to be a benefit, it is definitely not. I really need someone to get back to me while I still have time, if not this is just going to get even worse for me. No customer should feel that way.

I learned my lesson, I won't be ordering tickets here again! Bought 2 tickets to Eagles on March 23, spent $400 and have not received tickets. I called customer support yesterday, entered my phone number for "callback" and never got a callback. I have now been on hold for 1 hour 48 minutes and do not think this call will ever be answered.

I purchased Epcot tickets for a girls trip which after tax ended up being more expensive than I could have gotten than straight through Disney. They also don't make it clear that the tickets have to be picked up from their ticket office which is 30 minutes out of our way. I have been trying to call for 2 days (hour wait times and no one ever answers and even left a call back number which no one ever called back) to see if the tickets can be overnighted and ensure we will get our tickets for this weekend and still haven't been able to get in touch with anyone! Not sure if I need to call my credit card company to cancel payment or what since it appears I might not be getting my tickets!

I used TicketsatWork to book a hotel in the French quarters for my husband’s birthday. I booked almost a month ago and I get an email today with a cancel order from PayPal and a statement indicating refund (which I haven’t received). I contacted TicketsatWork at work multiple times, staying on hold and being hung up on when finally getting through. The customer service representative indicated attempting to contact me via email to explain the reason for cancellation. I’ve searched my email and did not see any communication from TicketsatWork other than promotions. Now I’m scrambling at last minute to find another room but still haven’t received a refund. This is beyond frustrating and is unfair. Now the room cost is double what I booked it for!

I finally got a hold of someone after calling 3 times more and being on hold for over an hour. The thing was, instead of pressing 1 for an “existing reservation”, i pressed 2 to “make a new reservation.” And to my surprise, someone picked up so quickly. So shady! Although i had to go through such hoops to finally talk to a human, she was very pleasant and they were able to take care of my changes quickly. For that, they get 3 stars. 2 stars deducted because of the trouble I had to go through to finally talk to someone. I’ve used them quite a few times and have always been so happy, but this most recent event makes me feel a little less for them.

But i must say that tickets at works did impress me by calling me back the next day with an apology and a wavier for the 25 dollar cancellation fee. They also offered me a 25 dollar gift card for the inconvenience. So though I was a little frustrated at first, i can say that the idea that they really cared about how a customer may have been inconvenienced makes me want to use them again. Which i know i will. I have called a total of two times to cancel my hotel room. My reservation is refundable, and I have left my number twice. The first call was on Sunday, Today is Tuesday and still no callback. I just left my number again after being on hold for an hour, customer service really does suck. I hope I get a callback today March 6. I will wait the hour they said, but if I don't get a callback, I guess I will be calling back. It does not make sense to have this call back system in place and not really use it, it's very misleading.

My cousin, Jessica **, and I are going to Disney World on 3/8-3/13. We booked our hotel reservation through TicketsAtWork on 2/18 for a Standard Room at the Red Lion Hotel Orlando and received confirmation so we thought we were all set. It was a great price for a decent hotel close to Disney. On 2/28 (1 WEEK PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL TO FL), we received an email from TAW that "At this time we are unable to fulfill your reservation at Red Lion Hotel due to high volume of bookings." We called the company immediately at 8PM and was put on hold for over 3 hrs. They finally called us back at 11:20PM. The manager tried to find other hotel options for us that costs the same as the price we paid + $50 as compensation, but what decent hotels are left for Disney 1 week prior to our arrival date?
Options were very limited for the same price range we paid. Only 2 star motels were left or too far from Disney. We were so stressed and unhappy customers. Why do we have to pay extra money now for a last minute hotel room when it was not our fault that our Red Lion Hotel reservation was canceled due to the unreliability of TAW to book our room? If they could not book our room, why did they not tell us 1 or 2 days after we made our reservation. That would have given us more time to use another booking site and find another room at a reasonable price.
Eventually, we came to an agreement with the manager and she said she was able to get us a room at the Park Inn by Radisson Resort & Conference if we were willing to pay an extra $76.50. Fine, whatever. However, I called Park Inn this morning and they said my reservation is nowhere to be found!!! There is no reservation for Jessica ** on 3/8/18. This is unacceptable. I have been on hold with TAW for over an hour now. If we end up not having a hotel room or they expect us to pay a ridiculous amount of extra money to get a last minute room, I will be so upset. TAW will have ruined our first family Disney trip. I am so disappointed with the service. Currently waiting for a resolution. My trip is in 2 days and I need this to be fixed! A manager or representative needs to please contact me ASAP.

I have been on hold for almost an hour and a half now. This is ridiculous. I don’t mind waiting but I requested the thing where I leave my number, it holds my place, and calls me back when it’s my turn. Didn’t happen. After waiting on hold for about 30 minutes today I finally gave in and decided to wait for a follow up. Twice. No call back so finally I called again when out of work and had time to hold and it’s still been hours. If I you’re not properly staffed and cannot address customer concerns, then you need to have the option to cancel reservations online. Or if you do point me to it because I have looked for it all day and can’t find an easier option.

The new Volcano Bay that Universal Studios has is one attraction that I heard is way hot in Florida right now. I was purchasing tickets once but TicketsAtWork didn't have a single day package that I was looking for. But I got SeaWorld tickets and they were cheapest at TicketsAtWork. I think they're open 24/7 and I called at night, got the tickets and sent it to my email. Once we got to SeaWorld, I went right up to their ticket booth. They scanned off my phone and it worked perfectly.

I went to Orlando, Florida, and I purchased Universal Studio and SeaWorld tickets from TicketsatWork, and it was perfect of me. It was easy. I just called them up and the girls that I talked to on the phone were very eager to work with me and gave me different options. I also went online to check the gate prices with the facility first, and they were able to get much lower prices than what I got at the gate. I am very happy with the service they provided, and I will definitely use them in the future. There was one issue, however, and they offered me two $25 Restaurant.com gift cards. I can’t figure out how to use it, and I haven’t been able to claim them. Other than that, I don’t have any trouble with them at all.

I've used TicketsatWork a few times for various things like Disney tickets and event tickets and the experiences have been good until this weekend. I booked a hotel room for two nights using the website. After calls in advance to the hotel, (to verify availability), and TAW; I decided to place the order and received my confirmation emails. My card immediately charged, in full. However when I contacted the hotel to request special accommodations (after an hour wait on hold) I was told my reservation had not been made by TAW. After speaking with TAW I was told that everything had been taken care of and I would be in the hotels system by the time I got to the hotel (6 hour drive). I requested my hotel confirmation number but the rep would not give me a number.
Of course, when I arrived at the hotel there still was no reservation made for me by TAW. The hotel staff was appalled and wanted to charge me for the room again since they didn't receive payment for TAW! I was traveling with a baby, 8 yr old, and husband who just drove 7 hours straight... to have to deal with this at the end of our journey was not a good experience. The hotel manager called TAW and they still did not resolve the issue, causing the hotel to honor my room under strong warning to TAW that they better pay up. At check out, the hotel said that TAW only reserved for ONE night and they charged me for an extra night! Again, I had to speak with management to get the charges put back on my card. What a mess! Never again will I book a room through TAW.

TicketsatWork advertised a 4 star hotel in DC named the Renaissance operated by JW Marriott. So I booked this hotel at a great nightly rate. When I arrived in DC on 3/02 I find out that the Renaissance in DC Dupont circle has been shut down and open under a named called the Wink. So, I tried to get a refund with TAW's awful customer service that uses a call back tool that takes days to call back...you actually have to call multiple times to get the call back tool to work. I was told no refund would be issued because I was a no show, and I would have to speak to the manager of the Wink to negotiate a refund then relay the info back to TAW. Enough said...I will be reporting this incident to the BBB and let TAW deal with the complaint.

I purchased Disneyworld tickets from TicketsatWork before the prices went up, and it was easy. I first looked it up online, and I had a couple of question about different options. They explained them, and then we booked them. I gave them my credit card, which did not want to make that big of a purchase, so I had to call the credit card company and tell them that it was authorized, and then they charged it. The representative that helped me was very nice, and she definitely made a difference. She held on the phone while I called the credit card company. She was very patient and walked me through the steps, and a few days later, the emails weren’t working, so she had her supervisor email to make sure that I had a confirmation number. She also made sure that I had the email before I hang up, so it was comfortable.
About 5 days later, the UPS man brought the Disney tickets that I still needed to link to my vacation in June. I was really pleased with TicketsatWork, and I felt like I saved money using their site. I do my due diligence going there as many times as I have. And to book the hotel through them and then use their discount and buy the tickets separately through them definitely saved me a good portion of money. I also told a friend about TicketsatWork, and he said that they also saved him a lot of money. He also told me what a good job they did for him. I would definitely check my other ticket needs using TicketsatWork. I would go here first, instead of looking at other options.

The website of TicketsatWork is easy to use. They have a search engine so if I’m looking for a specific town, I just put it in the search engine and it’s really self-explanatory. When I purchased a room at CoCo Key, I went through the hotel. I hit hotels and I typed in Orlando. I clicked Orlando and then I just searched the area at the lowest to highest price. And then that popped up. And then I stayed there last year and I really liked the experience so I did it again this year.
I also purchase my movie tickets at TicketsatWork once or twice a year. But I don't like that I have to use a group to get a discount. It’s not like my husband and I want to go with the kids. It has to be eight and above to get a really good discount. But with the hotels, they have a pretty good discount compared to getting a hotel at a regular price. I searched the Sirata Beach Resort in St. Pete. It was $139 the last time I checked at TicketsatWork. And then when I checked the regular price, it was $189.

I booked a hotel for a family vacation in Fort Myers. We recently ended up needing to cancel due to a conflict. I called 3 times and gave my number to call back and messaging said the call back time would be about 1 hour. Took longer, but I understand that they are busy. When I got a hold of someone to cancel my room, they told me my hotel was non-refundable and I couldn't cancel it. Nowhere did it state non refundable when making my purchase online. I wouldn't have made that purchase then. The only place it referenced non refundable was on the receipt after the purchase. A non refundable prompt before making a $900 purchase would be nice. I hope that customer service can help us with this matter. If not, be aware before making big purchases through this site. I know I won't use them again.

I received a full refund so this complaint is closed. Ticketsatwork promptly called me after I placed the complaint with ConsumerAffairs. It's unfortunate that they would not issue a refund without me filing a complaint. Because I was fully refunded my star rating is now a 2. I paid for hotel reservations with TicketsatWork.com, but the hotel didn't receive my booking. Their customer service was way too slow to be helpful. On 2-26 @ 8:30 am I paid for 2 nights of hotel reservations with TicketsatWork.com for the Hilton Back Bay in Boston (see attached order & reservation acknowledgments). I paid with my Visa card & the total amount was $268.20. The nightly rate listed on their site without tax & fees was $117. The nights we were to stay were 2-26 & 2-27. On 2-26 I arrived in Boston at North Station I called the hotel at 1:3pm. They no record of my reservation. I spoke with both the receptionist & her supervisor Zen. He advised me to call TicketsatWork to try & straighten it out.
I immediately called TicketsatWork & waited on hold for 15 minutes before selecting their "call me back" option. We arrived at the Hilton via the subway with my wife, 2 children, & all our luggage around 2:00. Diamond from TicketsatWork finally called me back two hours later @ 3:32! I described the problem to her & she told me she would contact TicketsatWork's hotel booking department. The next call I received from TicketsatWork was from Jazzy @ 3:55 & she said she would call the Hilton & look into my missing reservation. At this point with no hotel to check into I booked two nights at the Sheraton from Hotels.com for $141/night + tax. (The Sheraton & Hilton have a common lobby entrance at the Prudential Center). I booked with Hotels.com because the Hilton was going to charge me $260/night +tax which was too expensive for me. The Sheraton got my reservation from Hotels.com instantly & we checked in.
2-26 at 8:03pm I received a call from Nichole from TicketsatWork stating the Hilton had my reservation. I explained that it was far too late now, that I had already booked & checked in elsewhere many hours earlier, & asked her to cancel the reservation & issue me a full refund. I explained that none of this was my fault, & that their inability to honor the reservation I paid them for was their problem, not mine. She said she understood our problem & would work on the cancellation & call me back.
The next call I received was on 2-27 @ 5:36pm from Jazzy from TicketsatWork. She said that there would be a cancellation charge of 1 nights stay. I again explained that this situation happened because of a booking failure on their end, & that their extremely slow response time prevented a better outcome. I again explained had done nothing wrong & that the hotel not having my reservation was on TicketsatWork, not me. I again asked for a full refund. The next call I received was from Michelle 2-28 @ 12:58pm stating that they would only credit me 156.54 ($111.66 less than the full amount). She said it would take 3-5 days & that I would receive an email confirmation. I've still not received any emails from TicketsatWork & I've even checked my spam folder.
On 3-1 @ 10:18 (after again waiting over 2 hours for a callback) I spoke with a female from TicketsatWork. I explained that I wanted a full refund & that their failure to provide the booking I paid for in a timely fashion shouldn't cost me money. As it was I had to pay more for a hotel than if they had provided what I originally paid for. At this point she hung up on me.
Bottom line: TicketsatWork.com did not provide the hotel booking I paid for in a timely manner & was so slow to respond that I was forced to book elsewhere. They then refused to refund the full amount of the booking. I'm posting this in the hope that I will be refunded the full amount of my booking that TicketsatWork failed to provide in a timely manner: $268.20. In addition to a refund, part of the reason I'm reporting this is to prevent it from happening to others. I believe it's likely that others have been defrauded in this way by TicketsatWork.com, & this company should be avoided at all costs! See above: Their customer service dept is way understaffed & far too slow to be of any help. Buyer beware! If the price looks too good to be true: There's a reason!

I planned a trip to Vegas over the 4th of July week and got some Blue Man Group tickets through TicketsatWork. I first went through the website and found that there was no way to select what seat I wanted. So I decided to call in and see if there was a better way. The rep was able to see the map and pick the seats that I wanted for that show. They were able to help me find exactly what seat I wanted. They were helpful and the small discount helps. It was a good experience and I'd highly recommend TicketsatWork, though I'd also recommend better seat selections through the website.

Tickets at work did a phenomenal job at contacting me and turned this issue around completely. I did have problems at first reaching a representative however the call back feature enabled someone to call me back. I spoke to the rep who assured me my tickets would arrive on time. Next day I get a call from the quality assurance manager who was extremely helpful, professional, and very sincere. But most of all a Leader who took initiative for me. Who put my concerns and interest first. My tickets was supposed to arrive on 6th however I received them today ahead of schedule and the amazing thing is he was able to upgrade me to lower seats for the bucks game. Tickets at work is amazing and i will keep utilizing them!

I would really love for someone to contact me regarding my E-tickets. I have been on hold for several hours for the past few days. I even sent an email as well. I have a Bucks game on March 9th. My delivery time is scheduled for March 6th for the e-tickets. Looking at the reviews although customers issues have been resolved I am very concerned. I purchased these for myself and a group of friends and family. I don't want any issues that would make me look bad or TicketsatWork at the day of the event. I am very worried. We purchased Disney World tickets from TicketsAtWork. The process was easy. The only problem that I didn't like was their site gave me an option to have the tickets mailed to me. Then, when I did the actual process of purchasing them, they said they were e-tickets and I would have to pick them up, which I did not want to do. I called them and they sent the tickets right out to me. My experience was great except for that. Their rep was absolutely wonderful. TicketsAtWork is very convenient and if you have an issue, all you have to do is call them and they'll care of it.

They take your money and don't make the reservations! They also don't ever answer the phone! The main number only transfers you to the 800 # that does not answer. I am going to get this company deleted as part of our "Benefits" since it isn't!

My friend called TicketsatWork to get passes for VIP Party Crawl by Nite Tours for a bachelorette party. She used my card and TicketsatWork called me to get permission to use it. They seemed nice and the process was pretty easy. The prices were great and I would recommend using TicketsatWork.

I have been able to resolve this issue with Tickets at work. They finally agreed to refund the amount I was charged while in Vegas. The the hassle to get my money refunded makes me never want to deal with this company too. They offered to send us discounts for tickets and not surprisingly we never got them. At least I got my money back.

This company is a joke. We booked our hotel reservation to Vegas for my birthday for Feb 6 to 10 back on Nov 11, 2017. I have 2 confirmations from TAW. We got to the hotel and guess what... No reservation. We went back and forth with the hotel and TAW for the ENTIRE stay. It ruined the whole trip. The hotel said they had nothing for us, TAW said they did. Turns out somehow our reservation got combined or something with some guy named Victor and they ended up cancelling it...? But no one bothered to tell us or refund any money. So the hotel tells us they'll put us a room and work it out with TAW. TAW says the hotel will refund the money and the hotel says no they won't. TAW will refund the amount the hotel charged since I've already paid $511.36.
We ended up being charged almost double the amount we originally paid (975.05) plus the amount I already paid to TAW. I just want to pay the amount I booked it for in Nov. Every single time you call it's 2 hrs before you can talk to someone (they have set up a great system to anger customers) and then I talk to someone new every. single. time. so I have to re-tell the whole situation again. Last time we had a manager hang up on us... I've talked to at least 10 different people and this doesn't count the ones we talked to while we were in Vegas trying to get it fixed. Cheryl, Diamond, Jenny, Ebony, Bridgett, Gabe, Jimena, Mia, Carlosha, and Casey.
We have been told we'll be refunded the 816.33 plus 100 for the inconvenience but at this point we don't know if that's true. Every time we talk to someone it changes a little and they're great at never really stating how much I'll officially be refunded and every time I ask for email for confirmation I never get it. I have started recording all phone calls every time I call now due to this. One manager I talked to said managers can't refund money and that this has been escalated up to senior management but when I ask to talk to them they say no one is available.
One manager stated that there was obviously a mistake that happened and it was not our fault but at this point they're trying to figure out who will refund the money to us. Whether it's them or the hotel or a third party company (that we never dealt with, or gave my money to?). They have offered gift certificates for the hassle but at this point I don't care at all about that, we'll never use the company again. And of course no one from the company will respond and if they do they will not follow through on contacting us or doing anything about this. Just stay far away from this company.

I bought Disney tickets and tried to cancel since Undercover Tourist was cheaper. When I called customer service they told me there was a 10 percent fee of $240. I said, "You did not disclose it on the email or anywhere on your website," they said, "Well that is what we charge." Customer Service was rude and not willing to help. I have several friends that are travel agents that use them a lot and had never heard of this 10 percent cancellation but I have let them know not to use them.
