I purchased some tickets online through TicketsatWork, and then I called them to make sure that I was gonna receive the ticket because it said it could take up to 48 hours. I wanted a confirmation number because I didn’t get one emailed to me. The rep was able to help me out fine. It was really easy. It was my first time and I will definitely purchase again. It was an enjoyable experience.

My family and I wanted to go on a nice vacation during winter break. We shopped around for tickets and decided that buying through TicketsatWork was cheaper, especially with their buy 2 get 2 pass to Universal Orlando. Unfortunately, since I bought on my phone, I didn't even SEE the area I was supposed to click on to even be able to read the fine print. I only found out when I printed our voucher that 3 out of the 5 days we are supposed to be in Orlando are blocked days. Now we are flying out tomorrow, a Saturday, with tickets we can't use until Tuesday. Even when I returned to the site, to make sure it wasn't just me being careless, I had to look to find the fine print and was disappointed to find that it is only in one place and hidden behind a button click. If I had known, we would have been able to order something else.

I purchased Universal Studio tickets from TicketsatWork. They said that there was some type of discount so I just went with them and I didn’t shop around. It was also my first time purchasing from them. I just made a phone call in around the date that we will be using the tickets. The interactions I had with the representative and the quality of service offered were all fine, and the process couldn't be improved any more than that.

Getting tickets through TicketsatWork was easy and very straightforward. I went to their website and purchased the five-day Disney World pass, and then got a confirmation number. I was confused about something and just the way it showed up on my credit card so I had to call them, and the service was great. Then when we got to Disney World, we showed the pass to them and they printed out the tickets for us once we got there. It was a very smooth process and all went really well. TicketsatWork saved us a decent amount.

This company is very deceiving with their business practices. Did not disclose a $25 shipping fee on the tickets until AFTER charging my card. They refuse to make it right or take care of their customers. My company will no longer be using them and I encourage anyone thinking about buying tickets from them to buy them ANYWHERE else. It is not worth having your vacation ruined.

I bought tickets in Nov for a basketball game in Denver for tomorrow. It's a day before the game and I still don't have my tickets. Was told it would be 24-48 hrs before the day of event. Then was told it could be an hour before the event. Very disappointed and will never buy tickets again. We have to drive an hour to get to the game and not knowing if I have tickets or not is not cool.

I purchased admission to the Disney Parks online through TicketsatWork. In the future, if I were to do something like that, hopefully I would be able to do the comparison at home as opposed to doing it online going back and forth which made it very confusing. I was trying to do a comparison between just purchasing at the gate or at the resort compared to what the tickets were gonna cost through work and it was a little difficult maneuvering back and forth between sites. Also, TicketsatWork should expand what they offer. I went to the site a couple of times after that Disney trip, looking for something, but they did not offer them. But the price was fair.

I was very disappointed to find out the rate of my room. Was actually cheaper if I just called the hotel directly to book. TicketsatWork does not offer the lowest rate, so shop around first. I called within 10 mins to cancel my reservation and was still charged $50 to do so.

This site actually added $20 to my Walt Disney tickets. Wow no savings this way. And I have to print out my documents. Not sure why it's not an option for paperless save a tree. Geez. Please actually give people a discount or don't sell the product. Tax was more on this site.

I purchased what thought were concert tickets, as the website gave a section and row. After I purchased the tickets I found out they were parking passes... Even though they were listed at section 315, row 1 and the section was highlighted on their venue map. I called TicketsatWork and was told no refunds. I told them they misrepresented the tickets and I just received “you should have called” and “you can sell them”. I think this type of misrepresentation and bait and switch is abominable.

I accidentally ordered some tickets to the wrong amusement park with the same name but a different location. I called TicketsatWork 3 times. After waiting 20 minutes each time, they hung up on me twice and the 3rd time I was sent to a voicemail. I can't get my money back now. Thanks...

I have purchased tickets for Disneyland and delivery note says I will receive my ticket as an email between 24-48 hours. I have not received my ticket and whenever I called their helpline, I had to wait at least 40 mins and customer representative was not helpful and they were very rude also. If you like yourself, stay away from this website.

I understand that they have a no refund or exchange policy. I think there should be some understanding that people make mistakes. I purchase tickets for an amusement park late at night and booked them for the wrong Park. I believe the park is owned by the same franchise. I didn't want to refund. I just wanted to exchange the park. As I was taking my kids for their first time experience for Winterfest. They are 6 + 4. I thought it would be a nice Christmas gift. I was simply told there are no refunds and no exchanges and I called within 10 minutes of purchasing my tickets. As soon as I receive my email I realized I made a mistake. So I'm out three tickets and four souvenir cups. I have four kids and I'm out $120 right before Christmas with nothing to show for it. I will pay more elsewhere to get better customer service.

My boyfriend and I left for the Murder Mystery Dinner Show from tickets we purchased through TicketsatWork with an expected time to get there 45 minutes before the show. We were both very excited even though the drive was over an hour for us to the event. Well on the way to the venue we got stuck in standstill traffic on 429 toll road from a 5 car wreck with 8 people injured and 2 cars on fire. The event was 45 minutes from starting when I called the venue to say there was no way we would make it because without traffic the drive itself left for us was 45 minutes. So over 2.5 hours later traffic finally started moving and we were able to get around what was left of the wreckage. I called TicketsatWork about this today to request a refund and I was told there was nothing they could do, that all sales are final. So for something that was out of our control I have to lose my money. Needless to say I am never using them ever again to purchase anything.

I bought some theme park tickets through the call center and the reps at Tickets at Work were good. I called a couple of times and the information was consistent. Prices are better than what’s available outside so I’m happy with that.

I looked at getting a car rental through TicketsatWork for my upcoming vacation and contacted their number. I get logged in through my company because I didn't have the information since it's very new to my company that we started using this service. Their representative was very helpful and helped me obtain the actual code as well as setting up the booking through the phone with me. The process was very quick and easy. I have been recommending it to my colleagues. A lot of us liked to travel and I think that's why our employer really wanted to implement this program for us. There's something that they offer that we don't even consider because we go on Expedia and we can compare with different sources right there.
Through TicketsatWork, there are also opportunities for different events to find out what was going on in the area as far as being on vacation and having those extra little tidbits that we wouldn't typically have when going into a place that we're unfamiliar with. And compared to other places, the cost was half which was incredible. TicketsatWork is a wonderful service, and if there was a lot more of advertising for them, a lot more companies would go through them because this is the first company that's ever used those extra little tidbits, and it's really an asset.

I looked at a few other sites and TicketsatWork prices were better. I had to order 11 SeaWorld tickets so I ended up calling in. The customer service rep was very helpful and gave me the cheapest rate possible. He was excellent.

TicketsatWork's customer service is incredible. They’re amazing people and they know their job well. I was buying nine tickets at a time because I have a threshold that I could use everyday on my card. I probably bought a total of 60 something tickets, and every single person gave me the same quote. I manage customer service areas for many years and I was really amazed. Their staff go above and beyond their job. I called every year to make my purchases and it was a very good experience.
However, I purchased tickets through my corporate card, and I wanted to purchase things on my own, and the person that I spoke with last year told me that they could only have one email address. It doesn’t make sense to me. If I’m buying something on my own card versus a corporate card, I should be able to put my email address in there. If I’m buying off of my own personal card, it has nothing to do with the company I work for. It’s a different card and I shouldn’t have to be told, “You have to use your company email.” I don’t want my personal stuff in my company email because I would like to purchase more on my own.
If I can’t, then unfortunately, I have to pay full price at the box office. But overall their prices are good. A little perk which my team actually pointed out to me this year was that last year, they got popcorn and a drink, But this year, they didn’t get that. But as far as any questions I may have, everyone is consistent with their answers. They’re quick and professional.

Purchased tickets to an event and almost immediately sought to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances, the intended recipient changed travel plans and was unable to be present for the date of the event. Contacted customer service and although they initially indicated a cancellation was possible in light of the circumstances, and even likely due to the request being weeks in advance, apparently "operations management" denied the cancellation request hours later without informing me. Called for an update and confirmation the refund would process and was informed they never should have even considered it, much less granted the request. Now I'm stuck with tickets to a football game that won't be used. Terrible experience, would not recommend this company ever. Stay away.

The prices that TicketsatWork offered were very competitive. I purchased a ticket from them once. We went to Florida and we had a theme park experience. Purchasing tickets from them was very easy. I did it through the website and it only took a couple of clicks and I was done. I was also able to speak with their customer service and they did a great job answering my questions in a very timely manner.

My daughter had information through her work and when she got online, Tickets at Work's price was the cheapest that we found for tickets for Universal Studios in Orlando. Tickets at Work was quite a bit cheaper too. But we did not utilize the website because each one of us was trying to pay for our own if we could. We did not know if my daughter would have to purchase all of the tickets for us or if we could actually split the order up in each one of those paperwork. We didn't use the website because that wasn't on there.
My daughter called and they ended up letting us do that. We handed the phone from each other and the lady on the phone was very courteous. She went through the spiel and we had the tickets emailed to our phones. She was very helpful and quick, and the customer service was very good. Then we used the tickets that morning. So it was sweet and the service was fantastic. It was a very good experience and we will definitely be going to that site again in the future when we need something like that.

I was able to get Disney World at Walt Disney in Orlando from TicketsatWork. The process was excellent. Everything was online and the delivery of the notification through email was very quick. However, if you’re looking for one thing, they’ll push out 10 more things to you. It's a little overwhelming but that’s with any website these days. The prices were okay. It wasn’t a huge difference from what I purchased before. It would definitely be much more worth it if we can get a good percentage of discounts. This was my first time purchasing from them and I look forward for doing it more. It has been a good experience overall.

I’m a Wells Fargo employee and we have offers that are sent to us often. I saw that TicketsatWork have tickets to a particular show in Las Vegas and I booked through the website. I would not recommend this company to anybody. I was charged with an incomplete purchased. I called multiple times. Everybody has rude. The customer service was terrible. They tell me my money will not come back to me for 72 hours even though It was in incomplete order!

I needed entertainment tickets and I called TicketsatWork to purchase them because it needed to be done within 24 hours and I couldn't wait for it to be processed. Buying from them was seamless and quick. The rep I spoke with was great and she gave me perfect service. I've also done this before and my experience has always been good. Other than that, I've told tons of people I work with about TicketsatWork.

I purchased Disney, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove tickets from TicketsatWork, and I did them over the phone. With the Discover Cove ticket, there was a good $20 difference compared to other companies. But there wasn't much of a difference with Universal and Disney. Overall, they had good service.

When I booked theme park Walt Disney Orlando, price overcharged 54 dollars. They said compare price with GATE, how compare price with gate price, they doing all online reservations. When I refund 50 dollars back refused, so check before booking this website. Compare closely. It was not cheap price. Also not kind at all... Ticket price is day by day changed. When I request money back already price go up. Same gate price, so I do not recommend at all this web for employee. They not giving benefit at all. Use employee base, bad bad bad.

I bought a Disney World ticket at TicketsatWork and it seemed pretty easy, as far as the process. A Disney rep was the one that passed me onto them. I wanted to make sure that if I did go that route, that they would accept them. I gave TicketsatWork the credit card over the phone. They processed that and they sent me an email right away. The service over the phone was also excellent. The discount was probably one of the only discount that I found, other than maybe like AAA. So that helped a lot.

I recently booked a hotel stay for Thanksgiving night because we were too tired to drive all the way home, we figured it was safer to just book a room. My employer uses TicketsatWork so I figured we would use their website. It was late when I booked it, I found a great price on a hotel, I paid for it, and we drove to the hotel which ended up being in the middle of nowhere. We tried checking in but they couldn’t find our reservation, apparently I had accidentally booked for the wrong day.
TicketsatWork would not give us our money back and the rates were way too high to pay directly to the hotel, so we ended up just driving home that night. After 5 different phone calls and talking to countless people, the final decision from TicketsatWork was no refund no matter what! I wish this company had a little more compassion for a mistake that was not intentionally made. We’re left without a place to stay on Thanksgiving! And no refund for something we can not use! Horrible customer service! I will never use TicketsatWork again!

I shopped around price for Disney tickets and I was looking at total price, including shipping. Tickets at Work seemed to have the best option. They were cheaper than Disney and although there were a couple of other places that were very similar, their shipping wasn't cheaper. That was why I went with Tickets at Work. It was cheaper to get everything through email and they could do multi-payments. Other places couldn't do the multi-payments even if I called.
I had a bunch of gift cards that I wanted to use. Tickets at Work only took one form of payment online so I couldn't buy. But I called in and they were awesome with me. I had four gift cards and it took a bit for them to process every one of those separately over the phone. But they did it and they were really helpful. On the other hand, the search section of the website is real tricky. If you spell something wrong, even if it's close, the search won't take it at all. If it's not exact, it really won't pop up. It would be easier if the search prompted something up. But other than that, the website is easy to use.

TicketsatWork does not transfer e-tickets as smoothly as expected. I had to continue to call all week before being able to access the site. The free upgrade on game day is NOT TRUE! The rep reassured me I would be able to get an upgrade the day of the game when I arrive. I was unable to. IT IS BETTER TO PURCHASE TICKETS DIRECTLY FROM TICKETMASTER. Do not use this corporate site.

I didn’t know though that the ticket had to be up to 48 hours that I would be able to use it so I had to call. That was inconvenient but it was okay. They were nice, very professional and helpful. The policy for TicketsatWork is all sales are final... I know that. However, I realized immediately that I had purchased tickets for the wrong month (same day, wrong month). For an event almost 2 months in the future, too. Emailed right away, but received no response. Called customer service, waited 20 minutes on hold with really obnoxious music, just to be told there is NO way to fix it. Even though the tickets I wanted were actually cheaper than what I bought and I was willing to just exchange, there was no way to make the trade. Again, I know it's the policy. It was my fault. But if there's no give at all, I simply won't use the service again; it's not worth the headache.

After doing research from a number of organizations we have access to, we decided to buy our Disney tickets thru TicketsatWork.com. I unfortunately clicked the checkout button before realizing that they charged "taxes & fees" that put the final price above another option we had by $64.00. In California, theme park tickets are not subject to taxes. While this deal was better than buying at the gate, it was not better than at least 2 other options we had, once their taxes and fees were taken into consideration.
This is my fault for not slowing down my transaction and reading fine print, but when I called to see if I could get a refund, a manager was ready with all the information to prove why I was in the wrong and how much better their prices were than the Disney box office. I might have been better appeased had she not condescendingly interrupted me to tell me about Florida tax laws, and to ask what other vendors I was referring to, as if I was lying about it. Lesson learned. DO your research and you'll find comparable deals. They may have the best one, but depending on where you live, you should not have to pay Florida taxes.

The TicketsAtWork website wasn't easy to navigate and I had questions about purchasing tickets for the Halloween event so I had to call and ask about that. They should make the process easier. I had purchased Disneyland tickets online and there was a little bit of savings. However, I was surprised that it cost me as much as it did for my four-year old little grandson. It’s expensive but we had a good time.

I purchased tickets to a concert for a singer and his group. I had heard it would be a great show and had listened to his music since just recently discovered him although he has been performing for years. The thought that a corporate discount program would charge more for their seats than the actual venue shocked me. I wrongly assumed that Tickets at Work would have a better price than other ticket sellers. I was so wrong! In haste I purchased two tickets to the concert that would occur in St. Augustine, Florida on October 27, 2018. I paid $170 for two tickets. Little did I know until later that the St. Augustine amphitheater sold tickets in the same seating area I sat in for $42 each. I then realized I was charged almost twice as much as the venue was charging for their seats to this concert. I feel I was ripped off and don’t ever intend to give Tickets at Work another dollar of my money.

I use TicketsatWork frequently and in my experience, the pricing was actually pretty good per market value compared to any other sites that I’ve seen for tickets. Recently, we did the 2-park pass to SeaWorld at Orlando. For that particular case, we were checking some discount rates while we were in Orlando already and TicketsatWork’s pricing came out to be better. We did the one with the dining pass so it was good. We just went on the computer, logged in and purchased my tickets. The website was easy to use then at the gate, I actually just used the email that came in my phone.
Sometimes though, if I was actually in the car driving and I get to drive in, I would go to www.TicketsatWork.com. I know there's a mobile-friendly site to it but if they have an app, that would be even better. But I also have the website saved as a favorite on my homepage on my cellphone, my laptop and my iPad so it’s easy to use because I know we'll always keep traveling a lot. My wife works with Delta so we’re always going somewhere. I’ve used TicketsatWork to buy movie tickets. We’ve also done Cirque du Soleil and a lot of different shows' tickets. People always ask where we bought our tickets so I’ve recommended TicketsatWork to other people.

This is the first (and last) time that I use TicketsatWork to purchase discount tickets. First of all, there is not much of a discount when it is all said and done, but primarily because I made a reservation that I was later told could not be fulfilled and they still charged my credit card! I emailed a few times without response and also made a call and spoke to someone that said I can expect to receive a refund in 5-7 days once it is approved by management. I asked for a confirmation email stating this refund was heading my way which they refused. I am not sure why I am waiting a week for a refund when the charge should never have been made (if I see the refund which at this point is questionable).

Thought I was purchasing tickets to Cinemax in our area but bought Cinemark by mistake which only has a theatre in Rochester, NY. This is too far for us. I called and e-mailed immediately and they refused to work with me on a solution. I printed ticket out and it says invalid when scanned. This ticket has not been scanned or used.

Ticketmaster and the venue where Ed Sheeran is playing are offering refunds to his originally scheduled 11/10 show. TicketsatWork refuses to do the refund. If I had bought direct I would not be out 2 tickets. They are capable of getting the refund and for all I know have. These crooks get your money and your refund. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Each time I got a confirmation email and then about an hour later an email saying they can't fulfill the request due to high volume. The kicker is hours later both hotels on their website still let you book at the rate I originally received. Total bait and switch. I have made quite a few purchases from TicketsatWork and until now I have been very fortunate to not have to deal with their customer service department. I purchased tickets a week ago for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party. They were not a huge discount from buying direct from Disney ($5 less) but I have had good luck with buying park tickets previously so I didn't see why this time would be any different.
Immediately after purchasing the tickets, I was worried about the delivery. Previously all the tickets I purchased I was given an email code to enter on my My Disney Experience app. This enables you to book fast passes on that day. Realizing that they actually intended me to pick up the tickets I called customer service to see if I could cancel or find another solution. I won't be in Orlando until the day of the event and if I ordered from Disney the tickets are delivered via email immediately.
The customer service person I talked to was rude. She initially said the order had not yet been processed but insisted that she could only cancel if I paid a $22 "processing fee." Interesting I would be charged a processing fee for something that had not yet been processed. The only solution I was able to take was to mail the tickets. I chose the cheapest option because I am not going to pay MORE to wait for my tickets than to cancel. They were supposedly mailed USPS First class. According to the USPS website, it should take 1-3 days to receive the tickets. But they still aren't here. I will not be using this company going forward.

I have reserved a hotel for Corpus Christi about a month ago. We had an awful experience at hotel which hotel manager later called us and mentioned issued the refund. Waited for 3 weeks and did not get the money back. Called TicketsatWork, they claimed they have called the hotel and no response. I called the hotel and they mentioned nobody called them. They have refunded the money to EXPEDIA. That means TicketsatWork is reserving through Expedia. I called them and could not resolve the issue since they mentioned it is been done through Hotwire. TicketsatWork is waste of money and time while I could get the same deal from either of those sites and expect customer service from them. I lost my money and time. TicketsatWork is just a middleman with very bad customer service.

I recently purchased Disneyland tickets from TicketsatWork. The tickets were advertised as $165 per ticket, which included a $25 restaurant.com gift card. Since the ticket price at the gate is $167 for the day we are going, I thought it was a great deal and purchased them. Big mistake. TicketsatWork added a charge of $40.18 for "service charge and taxes" which made the price of three tickets $535.18, instead of the $501. I would have paid at the gate. As far as the $25 gift cards...they are basically worthless. Restaurant.com's website is virtually impossible to use, there are very few restaurants that actually participate, and there are so many rules and restrictions it's very difficult to redeem the gift cards. I'm so disappointed that I thought I was getting such a good deal, and instead I feel like I've been completely ripped off, both by TicketsatWork, and restaurants.com. Learn from my mistake, and just buy your tickets at the gate.

Richard reached out and was one of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with. While I was very busy handling things, his responses were very timely and very helpful. He ended up resolving my issue diligently and respectfully and I know he was doing everything in his power the whole time. I know Tickets At Work is a third party, so really it was the Pod hotel that can be difficult (although they ended up assisting in the end). I would advise to definitely read all of the fine print before booking, and really only booking if something is refundable. Richard however is fantastic and a pleasure to work with, and I would give him 20 stars if I could. First off, the deals on most things aren't that good anyway, but they put things in fine print that they don't expect you to read. I booked a hotel room in New York expecting it to be like any other hotel company (refundable with a given time frame). I had a family emergency and I'm not able to make it up to New York. I called and politely asked to cancel, where the woman on the line (who was completely monotone and didn't seem like she cared at all) said she wouldn't even try to do anything and asking anything else was pointless. She asked "what is it" in a rude tone when I said I have an emergency, and said someone would call me in 72 hours.
Well I waited almost a week and no one had called me back. I e-mailed about 5 or 6 times before I could get a response from anyone saying the same thing. I told them I could prove things with medical bills, anything. After that I've continued to email and no response. I will definitely be telling our HR how terrible this experience is, you'd think coming from a company with over 10, 0000 people and many global offices they'd try to help more. It seems like they just got what they wanted which was my money and don't care anymore.

It's fine that the person who uses the ticket at Universal Horror Nights has to have the confirmation number, a photo ID and a phone number, but if you buy the ticket for your 18 year old, it's pretty tough to meet the requirement of a credit card in her name as part of the process. Now, I'm stuck and have to change the ticket to my name, then I have to drive her there and pick up the ticket myself so she can get in. This is not made clear before you purchase and the situation I'm in is certainly not worth saving 25%. Too much red tape and not enough flexibility for the customer makes Tickets at Work weak and, in my book, not worth working through for tickets again.

I booked a hotel through TicketsatWork in Burlington, Vermont to go see my son in college for family and friends weekend on September 28 2018 - September 30 2018. It was a horrible stay and I called the hotel when I got back to NY on 10/1/18 to let them know about my stay as the general manager was not there for me to talk to. I did speak with him on 10/1 and he did apologize for the bad stay I had and told me he was going to refund me my money. Because I went through TicketsatWork they were the ones who had to refund me the money - I have been dealing with this issue since 10-1 as NO ONE from TicketsatWork would ever call me back- I had to keep calling them to see the status. They kept telling me that it was being investigated.
I haven't heard from them in a week so I called them today 10-26-18 and they told me that they decided I was not getting my money back. I had asked the lady who told me this why when the GM of the hotel was oking it and she told me it's because when I booked the hotel that it was a no cancellation or money back policy - I told her I didn't cancel and the only reason I'm getting my money back was because it was a bad experience. She told me, "Oh well. You're not getting your money back," and hung up the phone. I will NEVER use TicketsatWork again in my life and will let everyone who uses them to know what they are really like.

I was pretty excited to book a room through TicketsatWork. The discount wasn't great but overall I love work incentives so I gave it a try. I own a Tesla so before I book a hotel I check to see what hotels have destination chargers on the Tesla website. After finding one and seeing it was able to be booked through TicketsatWork I booked the room. The next step is me typically calling the hotel and asking if I need to reserve the charger or pay additional charges to use it. After calling the hotel they told me that they don't have destination chargers and that's their downtown location.
I called TicketsatWork to cancel my reservation as I could not stay here and they did not see the downtown location on their site. I was told that a 25 dollar fee is added to any cancelations. I asked if there were any exceptions and was told no. So I explained that this was not even in my control, the Tesla site has this location as having a destination charger. I was told "you should have done research before you booked this hotel. You can see and agreed to the 25 dollar fee for cancelations."
While I understand there is a TOS and that everyone must agree to the TOS. I also understand that companies do make exceptions. I called within a 30 minute timeframe and explained that this was not in my control. While the 25 dollar fee is not the end of the world the delivery was in poor taste. Working in client services I could think of many ways to respond to a customer who feels it's a bit unfair. Having empathy and trying to put yourself in their shoes works wonders.

Worst experience with TicketsatWork, I plan on letting my HR department know how my experience was with the company. I will also tell my coworkers to avoid you as well. Bought over $380 worth of tickets that were unable to be used, since the QR tag was invalid according to the tour company, and now their customer service is telling me there is no way to get an ETA on my refund as they have to contact the sightseeing company even though I paid tickets at work! If you’re on a tight time schedule and have issues with your passes, there is little that this company will do to remediate the issue, since they have to submit a request for any issues you have.

I purchased the wrong tickets for Halloween Horror Nights. I had to repurchase the tickets the night of the event. 2 days later I put in a request for my refund since I couldn't be in California and Florida for the same event. I sent them all the information they requested. I had to call every 3 days to follow up on my refund request. Every time they would ask for more documentations. After 2 weeks of back and forth they advised refund was denied because the event had already passed.
These people have horrible customer service. I am out $200 and TicketsatWork wouldn't even bother to help or find a solution that would benefit both me and them. They didn't care that I had used their service a lot. They have lost my business and I plan on making them lose more with my company. I will never ever use TicketsatWork ever again. They take your money with a smile.

My family are huge Notre Dame fans and my wife's favorite performer is Garth Brooks so when he decided to perform at the first ever concert at the football stadium my wife was ecstatic when I surprised her with tickets that I bought through this site. We didn't really have the money to spare but I knew it was a once in a lifetime chance for her so I bit the bullet and paid $320 for a pair. Since I'm not into country music she asked my niece to go instead. The day of the concert was very cold with rain/snow mix but when she got to the seats and saw the stage she said that it was worth freezing for. A few minutes later another couple came up and said they were in their seats and produced an exact copy of the e-ticket that they sent me for our tickets. Then a few minutes after that yet another couple came and showed the same thing!!
The usher looked at them all and said that the only good tickets were the 3rd couple's because they bought a group of tickets all together and their name was on them. The usher escorted them to the gate and was going to make them leave and my wife was in tears and somehow my niece managed to talk them into letting them stay if they agreed to stand at the very back of the crowd on the field where they couldn't even see the stage so they had to watch the entire concert on the big screen TV. Pretty much ruins the experience wouldn't you say?
I called the next day and after 40 minutes on hold the girl who answered was very understanding and after a few calls said she got authorization to refund my money. I said that would be great however in my opinion that was the absolute least that they should do and I would still like to speak to a manager because I feel like they should do more than just say "Oops my bad, here's your money back." after making them miss a once in a lifetime event due to their mistake of TRIPLE BOOKING the same tickets. She said she would have a manager call me back as soon as one was available but I never heard back from anyone. I sent a long (as pleasant as possible) email to customer service the next day and still haven't heard from anyone.
The e-ticket said Ticketmaster on it as well as the other 2 couple's tickets so how do they possibly issue the same 2 seats to 3 different people?!!! And what kind of company isn't willing to make up for their mistakes that cost customers to miss out on events that are that important to them? I've had better customer service from restaurants who mess up my order than I got from this place. I have bought amusement tickets through them before and didn't have any issues but those weren't reserved seats. How do you trust a place like this if this is how they operate? I don't think I'll be using them again.

I purchased tickets this morning for my family. I only needed 6 and we wanted to park hopper passes for 5 days. I checked out, reviewed the purchase which showed the 6 tickets at a little over $2,000. All was well until I used the hotel concierge to print the tickets via the email that was sent and I realized there were 12 pieces of paper, and 12, not 6 tickets.
I checked my credit card account and I’d been charge for 12 tickets, almost $4,000. The extra, in-needed tickets were for 5 days, only one park (which I never would have purchased or even thought of purchasing as I want the hopper pass). I called within minutes of my purchase and explained my situation. The customer service person was kind and patient but said that there wasn’t much he could do. The only option was to flag it and send to another department to approve or deny the return AND if they do allow the return, I have to pay a 20% fee.
Ridiculous. I’m covering all the costs on this trip to take my parents, sister and her kids to Disneyland and now I don’t know if I’ll get my money back and even if I do, I have to pay a fee? Not the best way to do business. I was excited to use my work membership through Passport and now I’m hesitant to use it or Tickets at Work again. I could use that extra money to ensure my family has a great time but now it sits in limbo and they are having to help me cover other expenses due to this unforeseen event.

We went to Universal Studios and bought our tickets at TicketsatWork. Their website was telling me that it would be 24 hours before my tickets would be available. I called over the phone and processed the order, and their rep was great. However, when we arrived, I couldn't print my ticket and I'm not sure if it was because of TicketsatWork or it was something happening at the kiosk. It wouldn't come up with the confirmation number that I was given for my tickets. I had a live representative help me and print the tickets at the booth. Overall, it was a good experience.

TicketsatWork's website is great and everything is good, but I don't see a lot of discounts on some theme parks. The rep I dealt with did good. She helped me in buying the tickets for the Universal Studios in California. She told me I could use it on the same day, but when I called the Universal Studios, they couldn’t accept the tickets on the same day. That was the hard part, but they helped me in going to the park on the same day, so it was all right with me. According to the tickets, I can use it at any time but I had to register the tickets at Universal Studios before using. There is a 24-hour lag before you use the tickets. TicketsatWork says you can use it before the expiration, but it doesn't work like that. Still, my experience was good and I would recommend TicketsatWork. Do your research but with TicketsatWork, you’ll still save some money.

We recently made reservations for an Universal Studios trip for my daughter’s graduation present. We purchased a deluxe hotel accommodations along with park to park tickets. The price of the hotel was amazing and we thought it was a great deal. They charged my account and on received verification number and receipt immediately. We were all very excited. Then I received an email that stated to call because that offer was booked up. I called to speak with customer service and they only said they could refund me in 7-10 BUSINESS days. My husband also called and the representative said they were having technical difficulties with pricing on their website and when something is too good to be true it probably is??? Seriously... you advertise best guaranteed deals!? I have sent 3 emails with no response to have in writing the refund. I will NEVER book or buy anything from TicketsatWork.

The website of TicketsatWork was great and I was very pleased with it. It was very easy to navigate through their online site. There was a very good selection offered and the show that I was interested in was available. Also, the seats were good. I was able to understand the differences in price and in seating. I purchased a ticket online for the Broadway musical "Beautiful". It was a good show and the price that I paid was reasonable for the seat that I was in. It was at a fair discount. In addition, they keep you updated on future events, which is a good thing. Overall, it was a good experience. TicketsatWork was recommended to me by a co-worker and I would certainly recommend them to other people as well.

I booked a stay with TicketsatWork.com for the Cabana Bay Resort in Orlando, FL. As agreed per policy, I paid the full amount within the same transactions. I was booking my stay for the month of December 2018...2 months in advance. It was hours later that I received an email stating they were not able to sustain my booking due to high volume, but the booking was 2 months away. So, they gave me the option for a full refund, they pay 15% of what I paid, or $25.00 towards the increased amount for the same facility, or book a new stay with the same resort or different facility.
I did the math, the $25.00 was already 15% of what I paid. So, I have wait for a full refund. I think it was because the rate was for only $46.00 a night. When I made my transaction I decided to see if the deal was still available and it wasn't and the price went up $206.00 nightly; which is not even the regular stay amount at the Cabana Bay resort. In addition, I had canceled my previous reservation I had made two months prior to finding such a deal. Thank you for raining on our holiday fun I have been planning in the summer.
Updated on 10/25/2018: I was told that I would receive a $75.00 gift card in the mail by the manager, for the trouble of not getting a deal for a resort. I received my refund, but it's been one week and no gift certificate.

I purchased the three-day Disney pass from TicketsatWork. I was able to get into three parks. I tried to purchase online but then I had questions and I wasn’t sure if it had gone through properly so then I called them. I called the ticketing center and purchased the tickets that way. However, when I made the payment, it didn’t give me a confirmation number. So then I called the customer service number and they said that they didn’t show any purchases from me made that way. But I put in my credit card number so it might’ve just been a glitch on my side.
Even so, TicketsatWork provided an excellent service. The rep was prompt and he addressed me by name. He also asked me if I’m willing to hold while he read the notes or check whatever. I appreciate when somebody does it to me because I think that’s a nice way to put it. He was very considerate. I got the three days for $220 and then there was a small fee. If I went into the parks individually, it would cost at least $300. So I saved almost $100.
I was very pleased with the service and I was very happy with the price of the tickets. They also said I could just go to the office to pick up the tickets and it was very convenient for me. It was a very short distance to go pick them up at the Disney location. The ticket center was very polite as well. They gave me some references for places to go eat and things that I might wanna do outside of the park area. I would definitely recommend TicketsatWork.

Customer service was horrible. They never tried to help me. They kept putting me on hold and giving me silly excuse like “my manager is not here today to authorize a refund.” They were just stalling to not get me a refund. I asked for a credit for something else and they wouldn’t do that either. They were helpless. You can tell they all benefit from not giving out refunds.

WOW - I had really low expectations after being on hold for so long but Richard from Tickets called me and was immediately engaged and advocating for me. I placed an order for 4 Disneyworld tickets. I made sure to confirm this amount before I hit SUBMIT for payment. When I received the e-ticket voucher and online receipt, it showed I ordered 8 tickets. Still not sure what glitch occurred here but the agent is now saying that I most likely won't get refunded for the error and have no option to cancel. Not sure how many people have a spare $1200 lying around to give away to Disneyworld, this amount could literally be better spent on anything else - I will never order from TicketsatWork again.

TicketsatWork's price is reasonable and they are a lot cheaper than other places I looked at. I got Monorail passes as well as tickets for Michael Jackson, Cirque du Soleil, Stratosphere and High Roller events. For Cirque du Soleil, I felt that they put me a little further in the back, but it was okay. When I booked for a hotel, I talked to an agent and told him what hotel I was looking for and what state I was going to. I told him I was looking for two queen size beds and he found it. I was given the price, I purchased the tickets and our interaction was excellent. I am very satisfied. TicketsatWork is the place to purchase tickets. I told everybody at work and they have been going on there to purchase tickets.

I purchased Disney Water Park tickets over the phone from TicketsatWork. Their rep was helpful and he got me the tickets I needed in a reasonable amount of time. Also, their prices are reasonably competitive. Once I add the convenience fees, buying from them is not that much different from buying from Disney directly. So, the fact that I had to drive out of my way to get the tickets and spend 40 or 45 minutes on that journey is a factor. If I spent 6 or 7 more bucks, I could have gotten the tickets directly. Also, I'd prefer to see additional fees upfront. When I looked online up to the point before I called, all I saw were actual prices but not convenience fees. Nevertheless, I had a fine experience buying tickets from this company.

We bought tickets from TicketsatWork for a concert of Cher. Going to the Cher concert was something that I really wanted to do. We were trying to keep the cost down, and we found out quickly that Ticketmaster, StubHub and all the other venues were making at least $80 per ticket. So it was making it hard to get anything that would make it worthy of even going. It was our first time purchasing tickets from TicketsatWork and the process was easy to do. The TicketsatWork rep was amazing and we had a very good interaction with her. Others should not to even bother going anywhere else, they should give TicketsatWork a try.

I recently found out about this company through my job and was very excited to use it for my family vacation, however, I am now regretting my decision. I purchased Disneyland two day hopper passes 2 days ago, but I have decided to go for three days. The time I plan on going is going to be extremely busy so I figured we could use an extra day. I contacted this company ONE day after my purchase to ask if I could please change the 2 day hopper passes and make it 3 day and was told there is nothing they can do. I now have to pay for a one day park hopper separately and the cost is terribly high! I of course will be going through Disney site itself as I will NEVER use this company again, not to mention there is only a $20 difference. I am extremely disappointed with this company and expected much more. I can understand that they do not do refunds, but I am literally asking for something that will cost more not less.
I emailed them to try and get this resolved, but no one has gotten back to me. I would try and call again, but that did nothing for me yesterday. I have spent almost $3000 in the last week through this website and to be treated this poorly is unacceptable. Please be careful if you are buying anything through this place especially if you have a family, Lord forbid you have ANY changes in your life they will NOT help you!

I call customer service and they tell me it is none refundable and cannot be credited toward a future date. I must have missed the super fine print if it was there. Spoke to management as well and they are not open to helping me. So disappointed and will never order tickets using TicketsAtWork again. They do not care about the customer. What a loss of money. I called and spoke with a TicketsatWork representative to buy tickets for my son and my husband to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. The experience was very quick and easy and the guy was very good and helpful. He gave me a lot of good tips too, ‘cause he had recently been to Halloween Horror Nights and told me all kinds of great things to look for and things to check out. TicketsatWork was very helpful and useful. I got their number from the site, then I called and spoke with someone to purchase the tickets, asked questions that I needed answers for that the site didn’t give and I was satisfied with the service. I did a comparison between what was offered at the theme park versus what was offered on the site and it was cheaper. Getting the tickets immediately was a convenient move as opposed to waiting until I got to Universal Orlando to purchase. I would recommend TicketsatWork.

I purchased Broadway tickets as well as tickets for Orlando entertainment parks from TicketsatWork. During the different times I've purchased, their reps have been very helpful. They give me all the information I need up until when I can use the tickets. Furthermore, my e-tickets come within a couple of hours to my phone. I am a shop-around person so I compare prices all the time, and if I feel like I can get a good deal with them then I buy it, but if I can’t, then I’ll just get it from somewhere else. Most of the time however, I don’t find TicketsatWork to have better prices for theme park tickets than the actual theme park itself. The theme park changes their sales and prices that they give their customers a lot of times that TicketsatWork is steady with their own sale.
But then for Disney World, I find that the multi-day tickets are priced very well. The only problem is before, they used to have the hotel with the flight and the theme park tickets on offer. I miss that. It makes it easier for our travel if I can book my plane ticket, hotel, and everything at once. Also, it would also be good if they can give customers a choice on seats from what they have available before we book it because I don’t really know where I’m sitting all the time if I purchase their ticket unless they send the ticket to me. I can’t switch the seats either. I just assume that they’re giving me good ones. Still, I recommend TicketsatWork to my friends.

I purchased Disney World tickets about 3 weeks ago and I have yet to get them. I have called multiple times and they keep me on hold forever and then tell me I'll be getting them in a few days and it never happens. I'm so frustrated with these people. If I had known it would be this much trouble, I would have gladly paid full price. Beware of what you're getting into. I spent too much money on these tickets to not have them by the time our trip comes around in a couple of weeks. Why take out money from people's accounts when you can't even deliver the tickets as advertised. Currently on the phone trying to call them for the 4th time and I've been waiting for 35 minutes... Never again!

I went on to the TicketsatWork website looking for water parks and that’s when I found Aquatopia in Orlando, Florida. I didn't realize that most of the tickets that are sold at TicketsatWork have a small disclaimer that says it could take up to 48 hours before the process goes through and the tickets are emailed to me. I needed the tickets the same day so before I bought it, I called to see if that was necessarily the case and made sure that the rep put my order in and have the tickets emailed to me within a few minutes. The service was great and it's worth to take a look at TicketsatWork. The discounts were also good but I would love to see them even lower than what they were.

I booked a hotel that they said was available but they waited all the way until 2 am of the morning. I need to leave to tell me "oops sorry we actually don't have any more rooms at that hotel". So by now all the deals that were available are gone and hotels are sky high when I could have booked another place reasonably had they not listed unavailable hotels. The person I spoke to was unsympathetic and just wanted to be done with the situation. She did not offer any discounts and the other places they offered were places that I am not sure I would leave my dog. I am unsure if I will use this service again for hotels because I feel like it was unreliable and a waste of time.

I had to buy six tickets to Universal Studios and was already in Florida that time. I received one of TicketsatWork's advertisements from my corporate email, clicked on the link which took me right to their site. Before I bought the tickets from them, I compared the prices to other places. TicketsatWork saved me roughly $180. But then, when I was doing the transaction online, it said that it would take 24 to 48 hours to process. We were planning on going to the park that day so I needed to make sure I was getting the tickets right way. So, I ended up calling and they were able to issue me the tickets right away. The only thing I noticed was that prior to us going, the SeaWorld tickets were at $28. But then when we got to Florida five days later, that promotion had ended, and the tickets were more expensive so we ended up not going to SeaWorld. Nevertheless, I’ve referred most of my co-workers to use TicketsatWork. I also used it to rent a car.

I was shopping for a Universal hotel on TicketsatWork this morning and saw an incredible average rate of 100 dollars a night for December 19-24. I called TicketsatWork to confirm that the fee made sense, since the last two days showed as 2 dollars a night. The person I spoke with said that the fee looked okay and legit and that I should book quickly before it goes away. So reassured, I did. My husband and I then took vacation days and started making arrangements for the trip.
In the evening a TicketsatWork representative calls me to say that the booking was canceled by the hotel and that fee was an error. I explained that I called their customer service to confirm that the fee was correct since it looked incredibly low and was assured that it was a special deal. The representative spoke to a manager who said that they don't record calls so they wouldn't have proof that I spoke to someone. If they had proof they would have offered to cover a larger percentage, otherwise all they can offer is 15 percent from the current low fee, which is not helpful at all. Needless to say we are very disappointed and were hoping for more reliable service.

For the Universal Studios ticket purchase, the lady whom I spoke with had a job there so she gave me some tips on how to make my experience better there. I was excited to try out this website as I enjoy going to concerts and music festivals. However, after spending well over an hour on the website and comparing to the music festivals' websites, the prices on TicketsatWork are not even close to being lower, they are actually higher. The price of the AMC Yellow tickets I purchased was good. It was easy using TicketsatWork and purchasing the tickets online. I was able to print the tickets off and when we got to the theater, they scanned them. We also didn’t have any problem when they scanned the tickets.

I came across TicketsatWork through the Delta Air Lines perks site and used them to purchase Six Flags Over Georgia tickets. I called their 800 number and ordered the tickets. It said in the message online that it would take at least 24 hours to send the tickets but I wanted to go that day. So, I called TicketsatWork and they were able to accommodate that. The first time we've used TicketsatWork was to buy a three-day Disney pass and the process was easy and smooth. We went online to purchase and saw that it required 48 hours for the ticket to be delivered. So, we called TicketsatWork and ended up doing the entire thing by phone and we picked the tickets up from their facility in Orlando. We've been very satisfied with our experience and since then, we've also purchased tickets for Kennedy Space Center. I'd tell my friends that as long as the pricing is less expensive and it's a good deal, then they should definitely use TicketsatWork.

I had planned on going to San Antonio with my family for the weekend to spread my grandmother's ashes. Unfortunately, we had another death in the family the day we were supposed to be in San Antonio. I was on the phone over an hour trying to get my room canceled and money refunded due to the situation. Not to mentioned customer service kept giving me different numbers to call and telling me that I needed to contact the hotel, or that I needed to contact the booking site (Expedia).
I was finally able to talk to someone with TAW that could "help" me with my situation but she didn't help. The policy is no refunds. All sales are final. TicketsatWork is careless to your situation and will not refund you money. Even though I used TAW quite frequently I will never use this site again to make any kind of purchase with them. I lost over $350.00. Now I won't be able to afford another room for my family when the plans are being rescheduled to visit SA still, to not only spread my grandmother's ashes but my uncle's as well. I hope TicketsatWork is satisfied with their strict policy, happy that they are losing a customer, and that I am going to miss something that means the world to me because they kept my money.

I went through my Humana employee incentive program to obtain Disneyland tickets for my small family. I was please that TicketsatWork offered discounted Disneyland tickets. I bought the 4 tickets I needed and felt pretty good until my curiosity prompted me to look at Disney's own website and discover that TicketsatWork charged me more than the normal rate. Not much of a discount to pay more than the retail price! I quickly called customer service to which I was informed that no cancellation, refund, or refund of the difference was available and that all sales are final. However I was offered a $100 coupon for restaurant.com that I did not want (minimum purchase of $50-$75 to use the $25 coupon at a restaurant I do not want to go to). Very disappointed by this "employee benefit".

We have a hotel booking, This hotel is located in Williamsburg, VA. Due to the impending hurricane and weather, we would like to try and reschedule. I have called 2x. Once I was told a 72 hr request for a change could be made, but no guarantees. I said I would call back. When I called back and mentioned the above info, the representative pretty much stated "sorry for your luck, that's not the policy," and hung up on me. This will be our first and last time going through "TicketsatWork". All I needed to do was reschedule for September 22nd-24th. Due to a weather related event. I have never dealt with such rude customer service. I do not recommend booking through them.
Their policy states the following... "Cancellation Policy: This is a special low rate for pre-paid reservations. Hotel cancellations or changes can be made at any time outside of 72 hours before your Arrival Date, and will be subject to a minimum $25 cancellation or change fee per room, however any changes for different dates will be based on availability and room rate prices may change based on available inventory at the time of the change request."
"Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date are non-refundable. However, please note that any reservations associated with room type offers stating “Non-refundable”, the standard cancellation policy is not applicable and these room type offers cannot be refunded. Unused rooms and no-shows are non-refundable. Arrivals made on the check-in date are considered no-shows if you arrive after 11:59pm per local time at the hotel you booked. For any questions please contact our Toll-free Customer Service Center."

I was in Florida at the time of purchasing the Walt Disney World and Universal Studios tickets. TicketsatWork's rep was very helpful and advised me to make the purchase over the phone so I could pick it up in person. She walked me through the process of how everything’s going to work before she took my payment. Once I showed up in their on-site office, they were very efficient in confirming who I was. I just provided my ID and they printed out the tickets for us to be able to use the same day which was a huge help versus making the purchase over the internet, which I might not have received it the same day. I bought Disney Seaworld tickets through TicketsatWork and the process was seamless. I just had to speak to a rep because my planning was too short-term but they took care of it on the spot. Online ticket sites would always be cheaper to a certain percent but I have built a confidence in TicketsatWork so they are the first place I go to when I'm buying tickets for a tourist attraction in the US. It's very convenient. The only thing I'd like to point out is the lead time for the tickets. I would recommend being more conservative with their range. Instead of giving the next 24 hours, they could give two days from the time the ticket is bought. This is so that people can plan and be surprised if their tickets come earlier. Still, I'd recommend TicketsatWork. My experience with them has worked very well.

I called on August 29th and asked how long Universal tickets are good for, and was told a year. I bought tickets only to find out they expire September 17th. We were not going until January which I told them. I called to find out if this is right and I'm told it was my responsibility to know this already, even though I had been told they were good for a year. I was told I should have seen it when I bought them, but I didn't. If they expire it should be the first thing listed. It seems as though you were trying to hide the fact that they expire! I had to cancel the tickets and was charged 10% for TicketsatWork's poor communication skills. I'm going to need someone to straighten this out. Customer service department are very condescending.

I got play tickets for The Carole King Musical from TicketsatWork. The customer service was good and they were responsive to my questions. Also, the prices were good. The play tickets were substantially lower and there were better seats. I also purchased tickets to the Big Bus but the prices weren't as great. I also had to go to a ticket office to redeem the tickets and that was a pain. We were in New York and I had to take a taxi to get all the way to Times Square even though there was a Big Bus stop near me. Apart from that, the tickets were okay and I'd purchase from them again if I was travelling in an area that they opened the play.

My sister purchased tickets to a concert through their website and was sent a confirmation email saying tickets would be mailed to her. Now a day before the concert our tickets have not arrived. Calls have been made to customer service every day with no guarantee of receiving our tickets and according to shipping tracking they have not been mailed as of this morning. We will never be using this website again. Hoping to still make it to the show but most importantly hoping we can get our money back. I purchased tickets to Disneyland Resort and it was really easy to purchase through TicketsatWork. I went online and they have a partnership with GovX so the discount was fairly accurate. The discounted rate for TicketsatWork was wonderful. The email went straight to my phone and the tickets got printed out and were immediately accepted. I even walked through my girlfriend, who isn’t technologically inclined and she was able to use it really easily.
However, if they're gonna add the Restaurants.com add-on, they could maybe add a quick tutorial on how to use it since there was none on Restaurants.com. That was our only hang-up with the service that they’re coupled with. That was a little confusing at first, and we’re still trying to figure out how to use it correctly. Other than that, I'm satisfied with TicketsatWork all-around.

I used the TicketsatWork website to buy tickets to a sporting event. I'd never used the site before and believed that doing so would give me discounted pricing thru my employer’s benefits. I bought 7 tickets for $315 plus shipping/fees. Each ticket cost $45, but when they arrived today, the price stamped on each ticket was only $28. Yes, I paid $315 for $196 worth of tickets, plus shipping & fees. I called the company and was told, and I quote representative when I say, "we're basically just like eBay, a third party seller." Since I am posting a review, you can be certain that I got the classic bait & switch comment, "there is nothing I can do for you." Needless to say that I will never buy from this company again, and I will be letting my employer know how they operate. All should beware of the bait & switch practices here.

I work for Mayo Clinic, so I went to our website to find out what kind of discounts we get and TicketsatWork was there. I called TicketsatWork and told them I was looking to buy SeaWorld tickets for the next day. They told me the amount and I said it was good. Then the rep processed the purchase and it showed up in my email. I printed it and I took it to SeaWorld. I didn't get that big of a discount but I’ve only used it for SeaWorld. The quality of service I got from the rep was good. The only drawback was I needed to print the ticket, which kinda seemed weird to now be printing when you can scan most things on your phone. However, it was stated very clearly in the email that I needed to print these tickets and I could not use them on my phone.

Someone contacted me on Wednesday August 15, 2018 stating that my seat had to be move from my original purchase of 115 Row 1 Seat 9-10 to section C Row 29 Seat 7-8. I accepted that offer on Wednesday. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday I called several times to check the process of my order. Each time I was informed that they was waiting for their partners to release the tickets. On Saturday, I stayed on the phone for 32 minutes before someone picked up only to tell me that my tickets still have not been released and it’s nothing that can be done at this time but I will have the tickets before the show start. At that time it was 3 pm. I never received the tickets.
I called back at 5:30 and was on hold for 48 minutes before someone picked up. At 6:18 was informed that my tickets was there but it was 10 people in the QUEUE who was ahead of me before my tickets could be emailed. At 7:38 I received an email that my tickets was transferred, the show started at 7:30. The tickets that was emailed had my original purchased seating. I was excited because I assumed my seats was now available. I waited in line for 29 minutes, once I made it past checkpoints, I get to the entrance gate and was told that I had to go to a white tent because my tickets wasn't valid and my seats was moved.
I get to the tents which was where the ticket sale window and the line was wrapped around curb. I waiting in that line for 38 minutes before receiving tickets that stated Section 135 Row 42 Seat 10. I immediately informed them that these was not the tickets I agreed to when I was told my seat was switched. I paid for front row seat. Why am I being placed in row 49? No one had answers for me. I was told that was the tickets that was assigned to me. At this point I flew from Baltimore, Maryland to be told that what I thought I had purchased was a scam. I was scammed out of money and had already missed half of the show. When I finally made it inside the stadium Jay-Z and Beyonce was already on stage. This is unacceptable!!

I purchased a Water Country ticket from TicketsatWork. I had to call them to do that since it wasn’t clear from their online system if I had to wait 24 hours from when I bought the ticket to when I could use it or if I could use it right away. I would like to buy movie theater tickets too, but it's also not clear if I have to buy them in advance or if I can buy them the same day that I'll be using them at night. The price of the Water Country ticket, though, was not that much of a discount because I ended up seeing on the Water Country website that I could get tickets from them at a reduced rate and at almost the same price on the same day that I got my ticket from TicketsatWork. Nevertheless, the website of TicketsatWork was easy to use, even if it was my first time using it. Also, the rep that I spoke with on the phone was nice and accommodating, and the service offered was good.

I purchased four tickets to Orlando Typhoon Lagoon park and I chose the delivery method, due to a previous bad experience when picking up tickets personally. So, after a few days I check my email and find the tracking information. According to UPS the tickets were delivered but I didn't have them. I called TicketsatWork and they said to call UPS because this was out of their hands already.
As instructed, I call UPS. They take all the information. After an hour a representative calls me telling me that they confirmed it was delivered to the right address. They even mentioned the name of the street my house corners. So, I said thank you and called TicketsatWork again. Now with another representative. I asked her if it was possible to cancel the tickets issued to me under the order number and she continued to say that the issue was between me and UPS and that their tickets are non-refundable. I said, "I understand this but I don't have my tickets." To which she responded, "How is that our fault?" I calmly responded that I wasn't blaming them nor UPS, however, it is obvious in my mind that if there is an order number they know which tickets were issued and somehow they'll be able to deactivate and issue new tickets.
She continued to say I needed to file a claim with UPS. I told her, "I already dealt with them and they confirmed delivery. But I still have no tickets." She then said talk to my bank. WHAT? This was a legitimate purchase and has nothing to do with my bank. I asked if I could speak with a manager. Was on hold for over an hour, never spoke with the manager and she said, "The manager said that once the tickets leave our facility it is no longer our problem." I responded that I refused to believe that this is the first time tickets are lost and she said they never had this problem before. I call this bull...
So, now I am short $265+ and my kids didn't get to go to the water park. While I had previous good experiences, a company's reputation is determined on how they handle customers during unfortunate situations. So, I'll rather deal with the parks directly or with better customer service oriented discount companies. Hopefully they are able to use my hard earned money in a positive way. Totally disappointed and annoyed.

I surprised my best friend with the news that we were going to see Taylor Swift live in Atlanta on Saturday August 11. I was told that the tickets would be sent to my email Thursday August 8, and it's now the night before the concert and the tickets haven't shown up. Every time I try to call I'm routed through the automated switchboard and placed on hold indefinitely. I spoke to a live person twice.
Yesterday, the operator told me they had up to an hour before the show to appear in your email, but if they hadn't shown up in the morning to call back. I called back and received the same runaround. I've been disconnected twice, and while my frustration is mounting, I've been nothing but respectful while trying to sort this out. I flew to Atlanta for this and I am pretty upset that I can't get a real answer. I bought these tickets over a month ago and they are electronic. It should not take them over a month to deliver to my email. This is unacceptable and has dissuaded me from using this service for future ticket purchases.

I bought tickets to Disneyland in California from TicketsatWork. I did it easily online. They didn't have that great of a discount, but their prices were a bit lower. What I didn’t like, however, was I got $25 in restaurant gift cards but I have yet to find the restaurant even close to me or buy something where I wanna go that I can even use it at, so it wasn’t really a benefit to me to get that. Still, overall I was pleased with TicketsatWork. I was able to save some money. I would use them again and recommend them.

Any reputable company would give you a refund immediately and apologize for their screw up, not them. So they take my money and waste my time with hours of waiting in line with customer service, it's not the high volume of calls, it's the low volume of people that they hire to answer calls perhaps! This website is a scam with their fake comments saying they resolve the problem. I booked a room for Aug 10-14 and when I proceeded to check out the website changed the dates to the 17-21, I looked at the email they sent me and called immediately. I was on hold for 45 just to be told I can’t change the dates. I’m not even asked for a full refund. I just don’t understand why I’m paying almost $300 for a room I’m not staying in, I don’t know if I’m more mad at the fact I lost my money or the lack of customer service TicketsatWork provided to me over the phone. Basically telling me I need to pull another $300 from my rear end or you’ll be sleeping in the street. This website robs people of their money and it’s unfair. I honestly don’t see how they’re still a company.

I’m a New York City Department of Education teacher and I got an email from work. There was an advertisement about how we could get discounts for different attractions and events with Tickets At Work. So I opened up on the link to Manhattan shows and the prices were good. I saw Waitress and I called to speak with someone. But I had to wait a couple of minutes there until the rep got on the phone so that could definitely be improved. They need more operators to answer the call. I also didn’t like the fact that they had a map online that showed the seating arrangements and yet the representative I spoke to didn't tell me where my seats were going to be. It was almost like first come, first served. That was ridiculous. I paid $300 plus for three tickets and for that amount of money, I should have the capability of choosing the seat that I want.
My seats ended up being all the way to the left side. The theater was small and the viewing was okay. But if I want to pay the amount of money for center orchestra seats, I should have the capability of doing that. When I purchased the tickets, people before me may have already purchased tickets so I assumed there was a smaller selection of seating availability. So I guess you got to get out there quick and try and purchase the tickets before they sell out or you would get a seat that you really don’t want. If I want to purchase tickets for a Yankees or a Mets game and it would be the same philosophy, then I may not purchase tickets. But that aside, it was a very nice experience. I hope that Tickets at Work would continue to offer discounts for city employees.

TicketsatWork works great. When I went on the website to buy tickets for the Six Flags America park, it was a little ambiguous as to how quickly I was gonna have the tickets. It had some weird range and wasn’t specific if the tickets would be available today or tomorrow. My son was going that day and I didn’t wanna buy from the website and then not have the tickets. I decided to cancel out of that, picked up the phone and called. It was easy to find the phone number and the rep was able to take care of it right away. Plus, the prices were good and it was definitely cheaper than I could get using any other method. I’m gonna be using TicketsatWork again this week because my son is going on a trip to California and he’s gonna go to Universal Studios.

I constantly use TicketsatWork and had a good experience, but unfortunately last week I booked four hotel rooms for the wrong dates. I booked them for August 8th, 2018 – August 12th (keep in my mind I am still within the 72 hour cancellation policy). I called immediately after booking to see if I could change the dates which they said they couldn’t because I chose a non-refundable room? I talked to one of the agents at TicketsatWork and they stated before booking it shows a BIG ORANGE BUTTON stating non-refundable.
We hung up and I didn’t remember seeing anything about non-refundable, so I decided to go back to the website and went through the whole booking process thinking I missed it, but no! Nowhere in the site said anything about non-refundable. Now they have me back and forward about the refund saying the hotel refused to give me full refund? I have an email from the Hotel supervisor saying we will be receiving a full refund. TicketsatWork just wants to keep my money over $1000. Please be cautious about your bookings.

First of all, be prepared to stay on hold for at least 2 hours before you call them. I bought wrong tickets by mistake and when I called them the first time, the representative I spoke to (after waiting on hold for almost 40 minutes) promised that a refund would be given and told me to contact after 3 business days. When I called after 3 days, the representative I spoke to, told me that she had to consult a manager before giving me a response and put me on hold for 1 hour and 38 minutes and then hung up. I was very frustrated at this point and called again, and after being on hold for another 40 minutes, a gentleman spoke to me and told me he couldn't give me a refund. I bought $600 worth of tickets and it was a genuine mistake. I am not sure if I have to be frustrated about losing the $600 or about wasting almost 4 hours on hold for nothing. Worst customer service ever.

I purchased tickets for Universal's Islands of Adventure and then Volcano Bay. The TicketsatWork website was very easy to use but because I was taking my family I did it over the phone because I wanted to make sure that I would get all my discounts. I had purchased from TicketsatWork through my employer for six flight trips as well. They are very usable and I had a great experience with them. TicketsatWork is a great opportunity to save money.

Purchased 6 New York Passes based on the attractions that were listed on their website. Attractions that require advance reservations were highlighted in red. Two of the main attractions my family and I were looking forward to going on were not listed as needing advance reservations when, in fact, you must make reservations. Now the attractions are booked and we’re out of 2 major attractions because their website has it incorrectly listed. I was given the option of canceling my passes, which would essentially leave me with nothing. I paid more than $1200 for these tickets based on the information on their website provided and am extremely disappointed that no help was given. I feel a partial refund would be justified since we are missing out on a once in a lifetime opportunity because of a mistake made by this company.

We got tickets for Universal Studios and the Disney World Magic Kingdom. I was able to go online for the Universal Studio tickets and I did those the night before we went out. Then they were emailed directly to my email. However, I didn’t read how far in advance I had to purchase the Disney World one. It was like 48 hours. We woke up and my son hadn’t decided which theme park he wanted to go to, but we were still able to purchase them that day. The rep I spoke to was really nice, understanding, and quick. She was able to speak to her supervisor and get the okay, and got all my information, and was able to take care of us. It was just a couple of hours versus the 48 hours. TicketsatWork was able to make that exception.
Their website was very user-friendly. There was a lot of reading but you kind of have to do that when purchasing those tickets with the parks and the different ways that you could purchase. Other than that, it was really clear and the information was all there. It was my first time buying from them, but I’ll definitely be reusing the site. TicketsatWork was great and I’d recommend them. It was very convenient, and the price was perfect.

I was planning a week at Disneyland, Universal, Hotel and all, over 4K. I was issued the wrong 4 tickets for Universal Hollywood: summer time instead of fall. I ordered on weekend but did not reach anyone until that Tuesday to explain my problem. They told me that I should hear from someone in 5 to 7 days, but nothing. I called again and this time told that I would be contacted in 72 hours, again nothing. I called again and was told that those tickets are not refundable by Universal, but that they would defer it over to Universal, and it was Universal's determination. Universal has the money and they're not going to help and the service reps at TicketsatWork can't help, so either I use it or lose it, with 18 days left. "No mechanisms in place to prevent mistakes from happening".

My wife found "TicketsatWork" from the human resource website, and made a hotel (Holiday Inn Express) reservation for six nights online for my surgery at Stanford Health Care. The doctor did not receive the tool for the surgery and asked us to change the surgery date. The doctor wrote a letter to help us to make a travel schedule change. My wife and I had to call "TicketsatWork" and the hotel manager several times over last two months. With the help from Sr. Manager at Customer Care of “TicketsatWork” and the hotel manager, we received the refund (>$1,000). We should be responsible for the schedule change since our hotel reservation is nonrefundable. We appreciate their understanding and support. We have been choosing to stay at holiday inn for many years. We will consider to choose "TicketsatWork" again in the future.

My wife and I feel extremely frustrated for our first experience of using "TicketsatWork". My wife found "TicketsatWork" from the human resource website and she thought it should be trustable. We booked six-night hotel stay through "TicketsatWork" for a surgery at Stanford Health Care. The doctor did not receive the tool for the surgery on time and asked us to change the surgery date. My wife called the hotel and the hotel manager agreed to change the date. We provided Jimena at “TicketsatWork” the hotel manager's name and contact phone number.
We thought the problem had been solved. I did not receive Jimena's response until about 20 days later when I emailed again. Jimena told us that they can reach out if the hotel manager approves a cancellation to rebook. Later, the hotel manager agreed to cancel our reservation and he actually did cancel it. I emailed Jimena again and no response is from Jimena for another 20 days.
I called "TicketsatWork" today and a lady told me that they reach out the hotel yesterday and the hotel would not refund us. Actually, I spoke with the hotel manager and he suggested me to fight hard, and was willing to call "TicketsatWork". He did call "TicketsatWork", and the customer service did not allow him to speak for me. I asked for an itemized receipt and "TicketsatWork" would not tell us how much was actually charged by the hotel. We booked our airfare through Expedia and those are non-refundable. We got reimbursement from Delta and American Airline once we provided my doctor's excuse the same one I provided to "TicketsatWork".

I called Tickets at work today at 3pm eastern time and was on hold for approximately 45 minutes before I got through to a customer service rep. I explained that I had emailed and called a week ago and my booking was supposed to be cancelled but I didn't have a cancellation confirmation. He put me back on hold to check on the status. While I was on hold I had an incoming call that I didn't answer because I was waiting for my customer service rep to come back. When he returned, he told me that the reservation had been cancelled at 3:43 PM eastern time. Someone had cancelled it TODAY while I was on hold. this was incredibly delayed but OK, no problem, he says I should receive my refund within another 3-5 business days. After getting off the phone I checked my voicemail and the call I had missed was from Tickets at Work telling me that they had cancelled my reservation and wanted to talk about my review on consumer affairs. While they did finally cancel, it was a week after they originally told me they cancelled, and if I had not posted on consumer affairs I would likely still be waiting. It shouldn't take a poor review on the internet to get a result. I still have legoland tickets from TAW and a rental car booking (both booked before this experience), so we will see how that goes. So far I am not impressed.

I booked a stay through TAW at Coco Key hotel in Florida without looking at the reviews (my fault). After finding half of the reviews were about cockroaches and bedbugs (gross), I decided to cancel my refundable booking. I emailed both the info inbox and the customer service inbox this past Thursday, but received no response from either, so I called on Friday. I was on hold for half an hour, but when I finally got a customer service rep she said she could cancel it and I would receive a cancellation notice within 72 hours and a refund within 3-5 days. I never received the cancellation email so I don't know if or when I should be getting my refund, and I am dreading sitting on hold for another 30 minutes. It's been a full week now since my initial emails and 6 days since my phone call. I am unlikely to utilize this service again because of this experience.

Booked tickets online for a concert this September. We booked 6 tickets for the lower bowl section 5 of the stadium. However when I just checked the tickets we have discovered that the computer and/or company has messed up the booking and given the wrong tickets in the wrong section of the stadium and for a higher price. I have already called and tried to get this resolved and was told on the phone this was my fault (it was not my fault) and that they can't do anything to help me.
I was also just informed of their no exchange or return policy which was very alarming as I was given the wrong tickets with no way to exchange or return them. I am extremely upset and angry that a company would take over 1,300$ from me for tickets give me the wrong tickets, blame the fault on me and then say they won't help me at all. I feel like a sucker who has been scammed and stolen from by this company. This company is terrible and has ruined what was to be a wonderful birthday present for me and my twin sister! I will never use this company again as they are just cheaters and scammers.

My husband and I thought it would be a great idea to bring our niece and nephew from Washington to experience LA along with some other family. I was very excited to find out that my company offered discounted tickets, hotels, etc to their employees and so I decided to book my whole trip down to LA through TicketsAtWork. The booking process online was easy and fast with no issues. However, upon arriving to our hotel on Sunday after a long drive we were informed by the front desk that our room had not been paid for. How is that?? I booked everything online two months prior and had everything paid for in advance.
With two kids and my mother-in-law in tow we had no choice but to DOUBLE pay for the hotel on our credit card just to ensure we had somewhere to stay. I then called TicketsAtWork immediately to get this issue resolved. I was told that I would receive a call back; 2-3 hours later I finally got a call. I spoke with a gentleman named TJ, he was helpful but was unable to talk with the hotel personnel. He informed me that the hotel had been paid for through Expedia and he needed me to go down to the front desk to verify this information. Putting my vacation on hold I then went downstairs to do so and I was then the mediator between TicketsAtWork and my hotel- not an ideal situation as this is my vacation and I should not be dealing with these issues.
I was once again informed by the front desk that our room had still not been paid for. TJ then informed me he had to take this a step further and would call me back that night. (Never got a phone call.) The next day I proceeded on with my vacation as planned with no phone call from anyone at TicketsAtWork. Wednesday rolls around with no phone call still; during my travels that morning I had to call TicketsAtWork once again to get this resolved. After spending about a half hour on the phone I was told that the hotel has now been paid for by Expedia and I needed to verify this with the hotel- mind you I'm on vacation and not at the hotel ALL day. Upon getting back to the hotel that night I confirmed this information and it was all OK. (Should had been ok the minute I arrived.)
Needless to say I was very disappointed in the services rendered by TicketsAtWork and will not use their services again nor recommend them to any coworkers. I thought this would be a great experience and it turned out to be the opposite. I spent three days dealing with something that should had been paid for way in advance as I had already done so. I would advise everyone to be aware when booking through TicketsAtWork, if you plan on actually enjoying your vacation and not worrying about hotel fees or issues I suggest booking elsewhere. Very disappointed, I was hoping to use these services in the future but will not due to this experience. I purchased ticket for SeaWorld. Total 4 ticket (single any day ticket cost is 289.0. Taxes & fees 41.12). But in the https://seaworld.com/ website cost is 284.0 (4 tickets) and another site ** ticket cost is 269.0$. Better go with **.

As a third party vendor, we do have our own fees assessed which may bring the rate higher than what is offered on other sites, including the theme park's own website; just as there are times when our rate may be lower, but we do not offer price matching. Last night, my husband and I bought hockey tickets and did not notice that we purchased tickets in the opposite team's city... not our own. I understand it was our oversight, but today, after sitting on hold for over 30 minutes, was told that there are no refunds or exchanges. Even if we don't get a refund, I would have appreciated an account credit that we can put towards correct tickets. The game isn't even until October, so it's not like they were last minute tickets! Very disappointed as we were planning on purchasing from here for future tickets, but we will not be using this company again.

Within 24 hours of my negative review, Tickets At Work called me! A wonderful, sane representative, Pedro, completely understood my frustration. He acknowledged my problem, and without hesitation, refunded the full amount back to me. I was extremely grateful that he was able to see the reality of this situation. He also acknowledged the presence of a possible problem within their organization that would be addressed because of this particular instance. Unfortunately, if I hadn’t sought ConsumerAffairs.com I may still be out the $866. So my advice would be...Use TicketsAtWork.com with caution and have a back up plan if the tickets do not work!

Well, I was there, in New York City, where TicketsatWork told me to go to redeem my ticket vouchers for real tickets...And the ticket agent said..."I'm sorry these vouchers and invalid!" Don't buy from them! they will steal your money!!!

I recently ordered tickets from ticketsatwork.com for Ka in Las Vegas. When I started the process, I had picked 3 tickets in section 101, row M. During the transaction an error message came up stating the order had timed out and would need to be replaced, so I went back tried again and got section 101, row N. Got my tickets, saw a great show and thought everything was fine... till I got my AMX bill showing double charges of $384. I disputed the charges thru AMX, got notification back from AMX that Ticketsatwork.com showed 2 ticket orders so they sustained the charges. I called AMX to see next steps, AMX referred me to contact Ticketsatwork.com directly. I called today, spoke with Samantha who got the very basic info from me, but no details of what happened, put me on hold approximately 10-12 mins, came back asking if this was about Disneyland purchases, I again advised it was for Ka.
Gave her all the details, including order number, she said it was in red so couldn't do anything, referred me to AMX. I advised AMX referred me to them. She said nothing they could do. I asked to escalate, she again put me on hold, then came back and said the supr said escalation wasn't necessary because charge was valid. I advised I understood that they thought it was valid, but I was a customer asking to escalate and that was my right. She again told me escalation was not valid because charge was sustained. I asked for the name of the person refusing to take an escalation from a customer requesting a supr. At first Samantha would not give me the name, but finally advised me it was Nicole (I have last name but not putting in out here).
When I was asking for which call center they were in, she hung up. I have now gone from a highly satisfied customer to a highly dissatisfied customer seeking a way to get an escalation/complaint made --- unfortunately, I was not able to find anything online, so will have to take avenues such as this in hopes of getting some satisfaction from this company.

Once every three months, I purchase tickets from TicketsatWork. I call to purchase the tickets and their customer reps are great. While the process went fine, when you purchase tickets they should advise that you should reserve your rides well in advance. But other than that, they have great prices. They are cheaper than any other ticket sites. So definitely use them.

This service is offered through my job so I thought I would give it a try. I purchased tickets to Journey for me and my husband thinking we were getting a "discount". The tickets came over with another person's name on them which makes me leary since the person could have printed off the ticket themselves for use. I sent an email and got no response from customer service. I called and was told not to worry. The next day after booking a friend purchased from Ticketmaster in the same section for half the price. I thought this was supposed to be a discounted site. So basically I paid double for two tickets that have another persons name on them. Oh and the ticket stub that came over says 53.00 with fees so I really feel scammed! Do your research before purchasing!

Their pricing for Disneyland ticket is misleading. My husband bought 5 Disney tickets that bundled with $25 restaurants voucher, for $140/each for 2 kids and 3 adults. We found out that Disney's official price is only $110/kid and $117/adult and that the food voucher is the unpopular restaurants.com voucher, not being able to use in Disneyland. We called them to ask for a price match or a refund. They refused and told us that their price is higher because they bundled with the unpopular $25 restaurants.com voucher. We don't want nor need the restaurants.com voucher. And anyone can get the $25 restaurants.com voucher for as low as $2 on various websites and at least 30% on restaurants.com official website. They totally fooled us with their bundling tactic. We are very disappointed.

I've used TicketsatWork twice, both for Universal Studios in Florida, and the quality of their service has been great. Their price, if you compare it to Universal itself, is also great. Usually, with Florida weather, I wait until the last minute to get the tickets so I call them and I get the tickets emailed to me immediately. If you do that online, you would have to wait a couple of days for them to process it. I've already recommended TicketsatWork to my co-workers.

I was excited when I seen a hotel in Niagara Falls Ontario Canada for 149 a night, I booked it for my family vacation coming up. The price came to 476.37 for 3 nights. I thought score! Well my credit card account has a pending charge for 645$, I called customer service and they told me the room is non refundable, it said when I booked it was refundable with a 25$ surcharge. So they told me to call the hotel and see if they will reverse the charge and refund my money. Of course the hotel has not received payment. So I call back and was given a runaround again rather than them cancelling the transaction. Now I am stuck waiting on a call back which they said will take at minimum 72 hours. My trip is in two week :/. I Will update everyone here and on Google with the results. Thanks.

On May 7th I reserved a room for July 9th-13th for our annual family vacation. At the time I did not notice that the room was non-refundable until I got my confirmation which was fine until my mother unexpectedly died on May 10th (I have death certificate). I needed to cancel my reservation so I called TAW and explained what was going on and I was told to call the hotel to get permission to get a refund.
I called the hotel and spoke with Donna whom was very rude. I explained to her what the TAW rep told me so she looked up my reservation and said she does not see a reservation through TAW only Booking.com and they never heard of TAW. She said she could not authorize a refund because TAW never paid for the room although, $340.72 was taken out of my account the same day I reserved the room. She told me to call TAW back and explain what she had said to me but before she hung up she said your room has been canceled have a nice day. I spoke to another TAW rep after being on hold for about an hour and explained what was said AGAIN, too emotional I had to hang up and give the calls a break to grieve.

Then I just downloaded the tickets, printed them out and showed them at the gate. Also, the prices they offer are great. I used the TicketsatWork website for the first time to book my kids and I a vacation for July 15th-21st and I have a death in the family and cannot go. I contacted customer service about my booking and they were VERY unhelpful and rude. I asked to speak to a manger and she was also very rude and unhelpful as well, stated there is a no refund or adjustments allowed to be made to my reservations regardless of the situation or circumstances. So needless to say I'll be out of luck getting my $500 back for the room I booked. I'll never use this site again.

I purchased theater tickets from TicketsatWork for three plays in Broadway. I was looking for a way to buy Broadway tickets and not get ripped off by Ticketmaster. My husband is a retired State of Texas employee and I saw TicketsatWork in one of his newsletters. So, I went online and I saw that they had what I was looking for. And I decided to call because I needed many tickets and I needed to understand exactly how the process was gonna work. I talked to a lady named Dana, and she was very helpful. I talked to her supervisor later and said I really appreciated her help because I was trying to get tickets on certain days for eight people including little kids, and that we were gonna be there a week, and she was right on top of it.
The only thing that bothered me was that you don't know what tickets you're getting immediately, and unless you pay these ridiculous quadruple prices for them, you don't get that option. But within 48 hours, I had gotten emails about all the seats and where the seats were. So, it didn't take too long and of the three sets of tickets that I got, there was only one that I had a little bit of concern about. All in all, the process took 20 minutes. Although there was a bit of delay, it wasn't unreasonable considering the number of tickets and the three different venues that I was looking at. It was my first time using TicketsatWork and I will definitely use it again.

I purchased 7 Disneyland tickets. Checking the small print that I could use them successfully on July 1 only to find out that dates differ from website to the actual tickets. I went to the park and they had to charge me extra another $266 because it wasn’t “value” ticket day. I called TicketsatWork and since in their fine print they don’t give refunds even though their website wasn’t correct they said contact Disneyland so I emailed them today. It’s not right.

Disney land has a tiered pricing structure. As such the prices for the tickets vary depending on the season. For slower days, they accept "value" tickets, for medium range attendance (March/April), it is "Regular Season". For the busy season (Summer), the park is in "Anytime Season". We offer each of these tickets as many people tend to purchase well in advance so we do not restrict the product offerings to the current season. In either case, we strive to achieve full transparency so we list each season type and advise that these tickets are only applicable for the season being purchased.

We were told about our benefits that we have at the hospital and TicketsAtWork was one of the benefits that we had access to. Purchasing from them was all electronic so it was pretty straightforward and simple. I did call them because I wanted the Express Pass tickets. But when I got a hold of someone, the Express Pass tickets were not available online. I had to get those when I actually got to the park. But as far as getting the ticket itself, there were no issues at all. They were very helpful and gave me the information I needed so that was fine. I would definitely use them again.

I was gonna take my two youngest ones to Disneyland and it was a super last minute trip. I went to go do that online TicketatWork's site was very easy to navigate. Everything was laid out well and all the information was there. However, it said that I had to wait 48 hours for the tickets. So at first, I thought that it was gonna ruin the whole trip because we were already at the airport. But then there was a second option. In bold red letters, it said, "But if you need them right away, just give us a call."
So I called and it was super easy and I wasn't on hold for a long time at all. The guy I talked to was wonderful. Everything went smoothly and I had the tickets within less than 10 minutes in my email. Now I'm going to purchase more from TicketsatWork and whenever I'm going to do anything, I'll always check there. I've told my coworkers about them too. Their prices are phenomenal as far as Disney, like half off even. Disney doesn't give anybody a discount so even that small discount was something.

So I was trying to find out how to go about changing Disneyland value tickets to regular tickets. The customer service rep told me (with an attitude!) that the sale was final, no return, no exchange, done deal. She didn't know I read the fine print before calling and told her that it said on the ticket itself that the amount paid can be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket. She then put me on hold and came back with a better tone saying I could exchange it at the park. So she either does not know what she is doing or she likes to give people a hard time. I asked for her name and she refused to give me her full name. Come on, if you don't have the patience and kindness to be in customer service--don't work in customer service, please!
I also realized that the price I paid at ticketsatwork.com was more expensive than if I had gone directly to the Disneyland website!!! And they charged for taxes and fees as well!!! Yes, the ticket I bought came with a $25 restaurant.com gift card. It might be worth it IF we actually use the gift card. I didn't know I was paying for the gift card as well. My fault, didn't do enough research before purchasing but lesson learned--never use ticketsatwork.com again!!! Never again.

The TicketsatWork representative on the phone was very positive, helpful, and gave me a smile for the day. I thanked her for that and the process was easy. I purchased my Universal Studios Hollywood tickets in under 24 hours, on the night before we were going, and calling in allowed me to get the tickets very quickly. It was a very good experience. Also, I’ve been online, looking at tickets for a Broadway show coming up in New York, and the price was fantastic because it's not easy to find discounts. But I didn't like that I couldn’t pick out my precise seat. Still, I’d recommend them. If people have access to it, then it’s a great benefit.

The process was easy as they set everything up and then we just gave them the credit card information. I've used TicketsatWork for theater, movie, and travel tickets. I also used it for Medieval Times and I purchased the tickets through my company because I got their website from my company. The purchasing process was easy. I went through the website and it asked for my password because it was an employee discount. Then I looked at the entertainment events that they had and I booked Medieval Times from there. Everything I needed was there and when I called them, their reps were very nice. They helped me with all of my questions and were very friendly.
The quality of their service is good as well and you save money which is important. You also get the tickets right away and you just print out the number or the ticket. It’s easy and I like that. I like to go to entertainment stuff and sometimes I just look if TicketsatWork has discounts and travels. This weekend, I want to go to the theater again so I might purchase the tickets from there. Everything I purchased from them worked very well and I recommend them because they're safe to use and they got good stuff.

Very Disappointed! My daughter is a nurse in St Pete Florida and recently purchased 6 tickets for a total of $420 to a Baltimore Oriole/NY Yankee MLB game. Six of us met as a family, from 3 different States, in Baltimore on June 2nd for the Sunday, June 3rd ballgame. Sunday morning it started pouring rain and the 1:00 PM game was officially cancelled before noon. We were told the tickets would be honored at a later game in August but since none of live close to the Baltimore area, we were not able to attend so we requested a refund.
Without going into the details after several emails of TAW pointing to the Orioles and Resellers I can't even determine WHO has our money! Everyone is blaming everyone else. The Orioles are telling us we need to go through TAW. TAW is saying, "These tickets are sourced via resellers whose terms are strict and do not permit for any requests, even in extenuating circumstance"... whatever that means! It has been a runaround and frustrating that nobody can step up and even tell us where the $420 ended up - somebody profited.
I'm afraid this is an intentional smoke-screen often used to make us just go away and drop it. However, that's not going to happen. My intentions are to keep working my way up the food chain until I get in touch with someone who cares but the bottom line is this... When buying tickets go directly to the source - had we purchased our tickets directly from the Orioles a full cash refund would have been made. It was our mistake trying to save a few dollars and trusting Tickets At Work to be a company of integrity.

TicketsatWork has the cheapest Universal Studio Hollywood tickets by $8 or $9 but I hope their website works. I tried three or four times but they had some sort of a glitch so I had to call their customer service. The agent was very good, very professional, and she helped me through purchasing the 11 tickets. Their quality of service is good and they offer a good deal, so everyone should at least check them out if they have the opportunity to do so and use them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Booked a hotel room through TicketsatWork in San Fran for the upcoming weekend. They immediately charged my card for the room. Then I get an email the following morning from TicketsatWork saying that the hotel can’t fulfill the accommodations. So I immediately cancel. Then I get bounced around through emails and finally I get one saying that the hotel agreed to refund me and it would take up to 10 days. Refund me? I never received the room to begin with so why was I charged? The trip is this weekend and they are holding my money for up to 10 days. Why would you charge someone’s account when you clearly do not know if the hotels can accommodate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are clearly a third party that cannot guarantee availability but will charge you regardless.

I thought my issues with TicketsatWork were over but not. Today my daughter went to Disneyland when she tried to get into the park with these tickets, the attendants told her that her tickets were invalid if she don't pay the difference in the value of the tickets. I wish TicketsatWork has clarified that to me, that way I can just buy from Disney direct and avoid all the hassle with them. Anyway I ending it paying the full amount on the tickets when I was told by TicketsatWork there should not be a problem. I am requesting $80 dollars to be refund to my credit card. I promise not to buy or recommend TicketsatWork to nobody. What a bad experience.

TicketsatWork is available through my work and you can purchase tickets online but I called in. I spoke to a representative and they booked the Universal Studios tickets for me and emailed them to me. They were quick, helpful and took care of it right away. It was great dealing with them. Also, it was my first time buying from them and I got a $30 savings. We were going as a group so we all got there at separate times because we were all driving separately. Instead of having one person pick the tickets and wait, it would be nice to just be able put names on each of the tickets so everybody could meet inside instead of having to wait outside. To be able to do that online would be a lot simpler and it’s the same group but easier pickup lines. Still, they are cheaper and helpful and people should use them.

I bought tickets for 2 days at Disney World from TicketsatWork and the tickets came with the Planet Hollywood. The purchase process was very simple and this was the second go-around for me. TicketsatWork has a discount on my work website and I’ve also already referred several co-workers to them. A lot of guys who work with us forget about the benefit and I have reminded a couple of them to check it out. I always check TicketsatWork, look and compare prices before I go anywhere else to buy anything. I called them one time to inquire and make sure that everything was included in the FASTPASS and the representative was very nice and a little more knowledgeable than I am. She told me that the base tickets would be included in the FASTPASS.

I went to Busch Gardens and purchased the tickets for it from TicketsatWork. I called TicketsatWork's phone number from my work. And the lady rep told me what price they had for our tickets and then she offered me all-day food tickets. She made the process very easy and I was very impressed with her. She knew what sales were there, the available dates and she told me that if I didn’t use the tickets, I could just use them later. She also informed me that they have a parking fee. She gave me all the information and she was excellent. I have told others to use TicketsatWork as well.

After reading reviews on here I decided to call TicketsatWork for myself considering I'll be providing feedback to my company GE, as to my experience. So far I have attempted to get a hold of them on 5 different occasions and with no success. I even stayed online once, with witnesses for 5 hours. Starting at 2:30 pm on a weekday and never was the phone answered. They had a leave us your number service twice when I called, no one tried to get a hold of me when I left my number.
What I am calling about is to why the 2 Evanescence tickets I ordered were not E tickets to begin with considering I paid quite a bit for box seats. Why were they called box seats when nothing at the venue shows such seats when you go to their website. And worse of all, why would you mail the tickets out with only 3 days to get to my address, when the concert is on a Saturday and I have to leave before the mail gets to my house on that day to even see the concert and what guarantee does anyone have that the tickets will be accepted by the venue given the past reviews I have seen on this matter. So with the concert only a month away, only time will tell if I recommend keeping them or getting rid of their services to corporate.

I did Aladdin on Broadway last year. I know it’s not for every show but with Aladdin TicketsatWork was able to let me know exactly what seats were available and I can choose my seats. By talking to them I was able to do that. But I wasn't able to through the website. It would be nice if you could also choose through the website. That would be great rather than just pick a section because if I’m in way back of that section, maybe I will spend a little extra. But TicketsatWork are cheaper and cheaper is always better. And the process is quick and easy.

Our company gets the benefits of TicketsatWork and I get emails regularly from them and when my husband and I were driving to Orlando and spending the week, we thought of seeing if we can get a better deal from TicketsatWork. The SeaWorld Orlando tickets we got were $30 cheaper than if we bought them at the gate. So, it was more affordable and it's a pretty cool perk. Usually, you can purchase tickets online but I have a lot of questions when I buy something so I called in and I was able to get all my questions answered. It was really simple just to call in. They took the payment over the phone and we were good to go.
I was worried that I would not get the tickets in time and the reps were able to send me a confirmation email before I even got off the phone. Then they said that my tickets would be there within the next 30 minutes, and I got them in 20 minutes. But I also had a few questions about how the process worked with buying them because online, it was vague, like the fine print. So, they were able to walk me through everything, especially it being my first time using it and it was very helpful. I told all my friends such as my co-workers who didn't know we had this opportunity within our work to use that website. I had them log in with their own username and password that they have. They should be using it if they haven't already.

I went to the TicketsatWork website and it's user-friendly. They have a lot of different options and I was surprised by the different entertainment venues. I purchased movie tickets from the Regal Entertainment because that’s what’s local to us. They were offering two adult tickets with a $10 concession. I just clicked on that, put in my information and paid them. And then five days later, I got the tickets in the mail.
I also purchased tickets to the Phantom of the Opera in New York City a few weeks back. That was really simple because I had a question about the seating. I couldn’t understand the seating chart. I called them and they explained it very well and offered me the best seats that were available at the time. And when we finished that, they sent me an email that had confirmation on it. I took that to the theater and they had the tickets waiting for me and I just got right in. Also, their prices were fair, too. TicketsatWork has an easy process and I will be using them more.

This website, company, is horrible. I thought it would be advantageous to use them and it was a nightmare. Booked a room at Grand Sierra in Reno Nevada for 3 nights for $146 a night. Total was just under $600, not unusual with resort fees, taxes, etc., but then realized the extra $150 did NOT include resort fees, that it was a recover fee!?! Called immediately and no one, I mean no one, could tell me what that was. So I called Grand Sierra to inquire and they had no idea who TicketsatWork was and that my reservation was through Expedia, AND that they only charged the first night, with the remainder to be paid when I stayed there. So called my credit card and was alarmed to find out the whole $596 had been charged! Called TicketsatWork, again, and explained what Grand Sierra said and they had no explanation.
Admitted they did go through Expedia, which I could done with no hassle, but still could not explain the exorbitant $150 fee above the cost of actual room. They kept saying they didn’t understand why the hotel said what they did, nor could they break down the fees. Well, they need to understand; that’s their job! When they couldn’t help me, I decided to just cancel and rebook. Well, cancelling costs $25. I explained the situation again, after asking for a supervisor, and she still said there was a cancellation fee. I had just booked with them an hour before, my booking didn’t make sense.
To Grand Sierra, the hotel cost was higher than Grand Sierra’s website (with the $150 unexplainable fee) and I just wanted a refund. Nope, had to pay $25 cancellation fee. Supervisor was rude, to top it off. This is a travesty. I cancelled, not very happy, and am paying the $25 but not without writing this to let everyone know what a ripoff this website is. At first they didn’t even want to admit they had booked it through Expedia but had no choice when hotel had told me. Really took a big chunk of my time to, in the end, pay $25 for nothing and be talked to rudely. Beware, it is a scam. So very unpleased. Rebooked through Booking.com, cheaper, no hassles, and NO cancellation fees. And they can you exactly for what you are being charged. TicketsatWork cannot! Disgraceful. Should not ever book through this website!

I looked online to see if there was something that was available for veterans or military, and TicketsatWork popped up, and so I called. I bought 4-Day Pass Disney World tickets. The representative helped me purchase the tickets over the phone. And then she told me how to get online to register into other stuff. I was able to get back online to register and I’ve already set up the FastPass stuff. Everything was smooth and very simple. I would recommend TicketsatWork.

Advertisement clearly showed a separated room. Once arrived it was clearly smaller and a single room. Talked to the hotel staff, but it was a 3rd party purchase and they were unable to upgrade due to being booked. TaW was unable to help when called, responding purchases were final. I saw Tickets at Work's website, which was pretty good, and I checked the offers. I purchased and paid online for a movie ticket. Then I I checked in with the chart at the kiosk. But it wasn’t clear that there were two different types of tickets and it would have been better if I could tell one type of ticket from the other one. Also, I purchased the $15 ticket but I paid $8 through Tickets at Work. When I showed my ticket at the theater, the person there took off the $8 from my ticket and he asked me to pay the rest of the $15. Since I would be paying the same price, I didn't buy another ticket through Tickets at Work. It was really a good offer that they had, but it didn’t work out. If it could work out, I would definitely buy from them again and again. Tickets at Work didn’t work out with me, but maybe I'd tell people to give them a try.

There was a link to TicketsAtWork's homepage at my work. I just clicked on that and followed the instructions. I had to create a sign-on and bought tickets through there. The website is very easy to manage and I get the tickets quickly. I've had to call TicketsAtWork and the service I had received was excellent. The rep was able to help me out and got everything I needed. With TicketsAtWork, it was definitely easier to get the ticket prices compared to other ticket sites. I looked up some of the other site's coupons and each one required me to fill out a survey or make a phone call. TicketsAtWork was very straightforward and gave me the price quickly. I've purchased a few different tickets from TicketsatWork. We made a recent trip to Orlando, Florida and we went to Walt Disney Park, Legoland and saw Ripley's Believe It or Not. We did a few different things there. I called TicketsatWork because they told me that if I were to get the admission tickets to the park online, it would have taken up to 24 hours to get them. We were pretty much on our way there.
Their reps were pretty good. I called a few different times and all of them were very customer service-friendly and they knew exactly what they were talking about. They answered pretty much all my questions. We went to Orlando in spring break so the call center was a little busy. It was just a matter of waiting in order to get to the representative which was my only concern. The longest I waited was half an hour. This was my first time doing it with TicketsatWork and for certain things, their prices were a pretty good deal.

But I had to call back in and have a name added because I bought the tickets for someone and they were gonna pick the tickets up. The service was good. We bought some Universal Studios tickets from TicketsAtWork and did it through the phone versus online. It was a little easier. We're old school and prefer to talk to people just because we had a lot of questions and options that we could talk through. It was easy and straightforward. It was our first time purchasing from TicketsAtWork and my wife wanted to purchase movie tickets as well. We don't normally buy tickets online or from any other websites. We typically just go straight or get to the ticket station but thought it was more convenient because we didn't have to wait in line and ask questions there when you got about 50 people waiting behind you. So definitely, we're gonna use a little more of TicketsAtWork.

I used TicketsatWork thrice. I used it once at the aquarium while I was waiting in line, once for a comedy show, and then for a concert. Buying from them was pretty straightforward each time. When I purchased the tickets online, I just logged in and I was looking at different events that I was interested in. It was pretty easy and I wanted to make sure that I got the best deal. I looked at Ticketmaster but I also looked at other companies like StubHub. TicketsatWork wasn’t the cheapest but it was cheaper.
Their reps were nice when I called them. I was waiting in line at the aquarium at the time and then looked it up at TicketsatWork site, got the number, called and it was fairly painless. I had children to think about and I was really appreciative of how responsive TicketsatWork was when I talked to them over the phone. It was nice that I didn’t have to actually wait in line. I was kicking myself, “Why didn’t I think of this sooner?” I would not have waited as long as we did before I remembered so it kind of makes me remember that next time, check TicketsatWork first and then go on with my day. I am writing a brief description of the unauthorized charges done by TicketsatWork.com on March 22, 2018. I had reserved a room with Best Western Club House Inn & Suites for a total of $90.58 on the evening of March 22, 2018 via a company discount offered by my employer. Upon my arrival the next day (03/23/18) at Best Western Club House Inn & Suites in Mineral Wells, TX., the motel clerk informed me that my transaction had been deleted and that I would need to pay separately for a room if I wished to stay there that evening. See attached documents of printouts provided by the clerk, Michelle has evidence that the online transaction via TicketsatWork.com had been deleted. I had decided to move on to a different motel (Days Inn & Suites) since the only room available was a smoking room, which was not a viable option.
Michelle then was kind enough to provide me with the 1-800 phone number for TicketsatWork.com. I called TicketsatWork.com that later that evening and was on hold for approximately 45 minutes listening to a recording that stated "all of our representatives are currently busy, please hold for the next available rep". By then I decided to disconnect my call realizing no one was going to assist me. After disputing the charges of $90.58 due to the fact that the online 3rd party reservation had been deleted and printouts from the motel clerk confirmed such, ticketsatwork.com is now refusing to reverse the charges on my credit card. I would strongly suggest that if one is considering using this service, you would be wise to avoid it all costs.

I'm new to the company and I had the opportunity to use TicketsatWork through work for the first time. I bought the Aladdin Orchestra tickets from them and the purchasing process was pretty easy and it was online. The tickets were a gift for my new son-in-law for his birthday and I called them to confirm to make sure because they’re getting ready to go here in a couple of weeks. The rep I talked to was very friendly and informative and the customer service was great. We're retired military and my husband works with the government, so their rate was the best I could find. They were over $100 a piece. And I checked out other vendors including the military because normally we get great discounts from them. My sister worked for the company, Edna and I used my card to purchase tickets to LEGOLAND through TicketsatWork for her. The process was done all over the phone. At one point, the rep said the computer stopped right in the process of my card payment going through. It wasn’t his fault and it was a technical difficulty. I called TicketsatWork to purchase the tickets for Fun Spot America and they did everything for me. The rep was excellent. She was very polite, quick and made it work for us. Using the website is easy but we had so many tickets to order so we had to call in because it would only let us do up to 10. They’re better than what’s offered on the other website where you could buy the tickets originally. Check it out. Sometimes the tickets aren’t a whole lot better. But if it saves you $10 per ticket, that’s worth it.

Working with TicketsatWork was tremendous. I purchased tickets for A Bronx Tale over the phone and their representatives were consumer-friendly. They answered my questions. I asked if there were any other seats available and they went out of their way to punch in the planogram, and then verified that the tickets that I had picked out were the best ones they had to offer without going to another price range. They were very, very, helpful. So far, I've purchased from them five times and they're always smooth transactions. While the prices are very good, I usually take advantage of the promotions when they come out, like the 20% and 50% off discount tickets, as well as buy one, get one frees. Other than that, everyone at TicketsatWork I dealt with went above and beyond to help me.

There was an offer TicketsatWork had through my employer. I purchased tickets for the Merlin Entertainments I-Drive Experience, and I did it online through the discount I received. Their prices was definitely a perk. It helps so it was enjoyable. Their customer service representative was really professional. I wanted to be able to get the tickets right then and there. Whereas online, it will take probably 48 to 72 hours but there was no issue and everything was great. I’ll definitely use TicketsatWork again and I would recommend them.

Their website, which I use very often to purchase tickets, is easy to use. I call them for some of the purchases too and their reps are good and helpful. Purchasing tickets for Universal at Tickets at Work was good and I didn't have any problems. The first rep I spoke to was great. She told me all the different parts that I can go to and she helped me get a better understanding of it. We stayed on the phone for a long time but it was a good conversation.
