    Once I got set up on member perks through the LegalShield portal, it was easy to book the hotel rooms at TicketsatWork. I realized that there was a less expensive hotel room from the pictures and since it was a Days Inn hotel, it looked like a decent place to stay for a good price. So TicketsatWork was kind enough to apply those monies that we had paid for the previous hotel to the new hotel and they also gave us the credit back. So that was all fine and TicketsatWork did a good job with that. But I’m not happy with them.

    On the weekend of check in, our other party got to the hotel prior to us. They were appalled at the conditions and the rude staff. The hotel was a complete dump and they didn’t feel comfortable staying there. They were construction people so they’re used to staying in cruddy places and for this place to scare them, you could tell that’s really bad. So I researched and it was the Knights Inn in Downtown Colorado Springs. Every review that was on the list said horrible, disgusting and rude staff. My other party that showed up to check in that afternoon saw a couple of possible drug deals going on in front of the entrance way and some possible prostitution activity happening not too far from the entryway.

    Although TicketsatWork did not necessarily make the hotel reservation for us, that is on us, they should be more careful about the hotels that they provide as third party vendors and be more cognizant of the hotels that they are providing through their website to be viewed. That’s where I was perturbed. I’m not necessarily blaming TicketsatWork for the quality of the hotel, that’s on the management and the staff at that hotel. It’s water under the bridge but the hotel was awful and that should be stripped from TicketsatWork’s website.

    I got off easy since I only prepaid for one hotel room and lost $80. But my friend ended up prepaying $450 for two nights at two bedrooms each night and they wouldn’t do a thing for him. I travel for work and I stay in a lot of hotels. I’ve always been very lucky I’ve found very satisfactory hotels at good nightly rates. And this one was too good to be true. I expected the conditions to be more like a Motel 6 but this was even below that. I wasn’t trying to be rude, I’m just trying to be honest and maybe this will help TicketsatWork fix their problem.

    I purchased tickets to Kings Island and was charged twice for the same purchase! Honest mistake on their part, ok no worries! I called the instant I notice the double charge. Normal charge card refund 2-3 days, well this business took 2 1/2 weeks to refund card??? After several phone calls, talking to manager, getting the runaround, calling Kings Island to find out it was PlumBenefits issue, not Kings Island issue! I was told the hold up was not them?? Very aggravating. Wasted time, 1 1/2 hour wait time on the phone trying reach customer service. Really? Never again!! Buyer beware!!!

    I won’t use TicketsatWork services again. I could have purchased tickets at Disneyland for cheaper. I could have saved a couple of hundred dollars with the Two-day Park Hopper Pass had I purchased them from either the gate or the hotel concierge desk. Plus, the experience I had with the hotel was a total pain as well. It was not clear that TicketsatWork is not the one booking the reservation. There’s an additional third party in the middle. When you talk about cancellation, timelines, fees, refunds, et cetera, it’s not clear on the website how that works. When I had to check out early and needed to be refunded for two or three nights, I spoke to half a dozen representatives and got half a dozen different explanations. They didn’t know what was going to happen, how it was going to happen, and ultimately told me that they don’t know if I’m going to get refunded because it’s up to their third party vendor.

    TicketsatWork said that they have a separate agreement with their third party vendor who actually makes the reservation. This was not at all clear in any of the disclaimers or any of the fine print when you’re booking through TicketsatWork. You are stuck and you’re screwed. Essentially, I had booked through Expedia, which I didn’t. I booked through TicketsatWork who then used Expedia to book my hotel. I kept calling and insisting. I talked to the hotel manager, to the billing department and they made it very clear that they had refunded the unused night within three days. I was able to provide documentation that said, “You guys can’t keep my money if it got refunded. It needs to come back to me.” I ended up getting a refund but it took several weeks and it was such a pain and a hassle. In the future, I will definitely book directly to avoid any of that back and forth.

    I went online and purchased a hotel reservation from TicketsatWork. I was looking for it at their website but it was too far buried through. I started off going through all these employee assistance programs then I had to log on and go through the counseling page. But I still couldn’t get it so I had to call them and they showed me where to find it. I also called customer service because when I cancelled the prior reservation I made at the hotel and decided to use TicketsatWork, the hotel made a mistake and cancelled both reservations. But TicketsatWork verified and took care of it for me and when I got to the hotel, they had my reservation.

    This was my first time using TicketsatWork but I saved their information because the rate was good. I was quoted $1,500 which was the discount from the hotel. Then I gave my sister the key to turn in because I was in a car crash and they told her the rate was $40 a night lower. She said the lady at the hotel said it was the best rate she has ever seen. I just checked out yesterday and I haven’t seen the charge go through my card yet. I want to make sure and I’ll feel better once I see it. But if the rate she said is the correct rate, I will be thoroughly pleased. It was worth it so I’ll use them again as long as the rate comes through. But they should improve the access to their website because I didn’t find it easy to use.

    I found Tickets at Work through a co-worker and I'm on the first year of using them. I looked on Tickets at Work for San Diego then I went back to Orbitz as well as Travelocity, and Tickets at Work has cheaper prices. I reserved a hotel for 2 days and the process was really easy. They have everything and I scan and find the rooms fast then click and reserve. Then I called back to cancel one day and there was no hassle and the representative even waived the $20 fee. They are awesome, have great service, hassle-free, and they work with the customer. They're also always updating their ads on email towards me. It was the best experience and I told a lot of co-workers about it.

    It was simple to purchase tickets through TicketsatWork. My niece typed in the information, gave them a discount code and then my friend printed the tickets out right then and there from the computer. It was that easy. My niece got this discount from her office and I got a $120 cut from the price of the tickets. We got such a good bargain and had the tickets a month ahead of time.

    Two weeks after this my daughter informed me that LEGOLAND had this ticket for adults which will allow me to go all year long if I bought it before June 30. But I already bought tickets through TicketsatWork and I don't know what to do. So when we called them they were so pleasant and they just said, "Oh, you know what? The only thing you could do is get a refund from us," which they were willing to do. I said, "No. I've already got them in my hands. I'm set. I'm fine." There was no other discount that can be used. But we had a fabulous experience with TicketsatWork. Check them out because it’s well worth it

    I booked 2 rooms for my family vacation in Seattle, WA at the Ramada Tukwila Southcenter. Printed out my confirmation letters and when I checked in, I was told that they don't have my reservation. The nice receptionist help called a different Ramada Hotel and found out that my reservation is at a different hotel. The hotel that I booked is 3 stars and they moved me to a one star hotel. I'm very pissed off. I called the people at TicketsatWork and was told someone will call me back. It had been 30 minutes and nobody is calling back. This is unacceptable!

    I got City Explorer tickets from TicketsatWork. I purchased the tickets and processed my booking online, according to what was posted, after reading a lot of it. The online process was straightforward and it wasn't difficult. At that time, the information was clear, but when I got to New York it was like, "Wow. this is not what I thought it was going to be." The process was supposed to be easy for us, but it was not. I ended up buying the tickets for when I was out of work and I was going to be there for a short time. It was literally a waste money for me because I had multiple people in my group and I lost over $500.

    People should be sure of exactly what they're getting into, or they should talk to somebody about the experience that the person had with TicketsatWork before they go ahead, especially when they're going to be in an area for a short time. I bought tickets to do three things for three days, but I was only able to use one ticket for the Bus Tour. Also, I could have used the ticket for the whole day, and used two tickets for two days. But I was only able to get on the bus in the late evening, right before the tour shut down. It depends on what people get the tickets for, but it was not worth it for me. Despite that, I would still recommend TicketsatWork to friends because if they know that they're going to be back in the same area within that year, they would have time to explore the wide pick of choices that they've got. Those were the choices that I didn't have, but this was not due to TicketsatWork but due to my time frame.

    I recently purchased some tickets to Universal Studios in Orlando from TicketsatWork and there was a $25 restaurant coupon attached to it. And I purchased some movie tickets, too. The process was fairly easy except for the Orlando experience as I wasn't able to use the $25 restaurant coupon. I buy tickets from them at least once a month and I love the prices, especially for the movie tickets. And the prices for Orlando was pretty good too. It's a great experience.

    Customer service was very responsive and provided me with a gift card to Tickets At Work which covered the difference in price, though I requested a refund so I could purchase the tickets elsewhere at face value. I understand that, as a reseller, this is their business model and at the end of the day it's me who should have shopped around and compare prices before purchasing. Still, the "Preferred Access" buzzword, which is merely the name of another ticket reseller, is used in a way that is intentionally misleading and rubs me the wrong way.

    Just bought concert tickets which were marked as being "discounted" from $96.00 to $76.00. When I received the ticket, the price on the ticket was $47.50. Sure enough, I looked on ticketmaster.com and found tickets in the same area I had purchased my tickets in for only $47.50. On top of that, the company tacked on an additional $16.00 in "fees," meaning that's not included in their $30.00 up-charge per ticket. Will not be using this service again.

    We purchased tickets to Blue Man Group from Tickets at Work. I went online and looked up New York, Manhattan, and then typed in exactly what I was looking for. I then called and spoke with their rep and the service was great. He basically went online and helped me compare the prices to Ticketmaster. Then I called a second time because my niece decided to go on a trip after we had bought the tickets so I needed to get her a ticket close to ours. And these tickets were just various areas, you don't have access to all the tickets.

    He actually looked up to see how I could get that other ticket that was right next to ours. And he told me that it was Ticketmaster and the price. Of course, I had to pay more because it was late and I wasn't able to buy it all through Tickets at Work. But he still helped me find the ticket which was over and above.     Buying Florida Disney World tickets through Tickets at Work was quick and easy. My husband works with Walmart so we went on to their website to purchase the tickets. It was a little challenging to find the tickets on the Walmart website but after that process, everything went smoothly. I didn't have to log on to Tickets at Work since the Walmart website took us to that and somehow they're connected to each other. I called Tickets at Work and their rep answered my question. The tickets were cheaper at Tickets at Work than purchasing them at Disney World, so they saved us money. Check with them first if you need tickets.

    I called TicketsatWork to book a hotel stay and I had a great experience. It was a bit frustrating in the beginning because I kept being bounced around. Eventually, when they were able to connect me with someone who was more aware of what I needed, the process went through and they were helpful. But, the prices could’ve been less because they're less in other sites. TicketsatWork said their prices could be up to 60% off and I wasn’t expecting 60% but a much better rate at least.

    I did a hotel stay in Orlando and we got attraction tickets for some local sites there through Tickets at Work. However, there was an issue with the hotel and I didn't know in which direction to go. I had to leave the hotel and needed a refund. I had to go through the hotel who told me I had to go through Priceline. So I called Priceline and they told me Tickets at Work did the booking and to go through them. I called Tickets at Work and they told me, "Why didn't you just call us first?" That was the only issue that I had, but Tickets at Work refunded me super quickly. They were great. They were really friendly and they helped me.

    So far, they're way cheaper than what I've seen. I'm a little upset at myself because I didn't know about them until my boss had me create an account with them. I was paying for twice for everything and then when I saw the tickets at Tickets at Work for the attraction, they were $20 less. It was huge difference. So now, when I go to schedule a trip, I go to Tickets at Work first and then see what kind of pricing we're talking about and compare it to everybody else.

    My husband works for Lyondell and he loves Tickets at Work. He always tells me to get stuff through it. It’s good and I like them too. We bought a hotel stay in L’Auberge in Louisiana from them plus I also got done last night buying some tickets to a luau, horseback riding and zip-lining in Hawaii. Buying from them was easy and sometimes, it's mainly navigating exactly where you're going to see all the options including quotes. But their website could be a bit cleaner, a bit more negative space. Coming from another business, it's easier to read sometimes when there's not so much on the page since most people know where they’re going and want to see the options they have.

    We buy from them three or four times a year. Their price is really great because when we went directly to their website, we saved $300 or $400 with the events that we picked recently. Their customer service reps were also very helpful. I had to add an extra day and they were able to cancel my first reservation then get me a new one that had all of our dates consecutive in the same room. I called them on July 4 which was a holiday, but the rep was still awesome and super friendly. Our experience with them has been good and I would recommend to friends that they use Tickets at Work if it was offered to them.

    I've looked at other deals and I tried Expedia, but I ended up going to Tickets at Work because it had the lowest price. I logged in and located the lesser price hotel in New York. I paid for it, went to the hotel, and that was it. All in all, it's an easy site. I like it and have also recommended them to others.

    I used the website to book multiple hotels for a trip. The hotel price was a little cheaper but they charged fees. What is really bad is their customer service, which is terrible. I called to make 1 change and they wanted to charge $25 per change, which was ok, except that no one followed up to make that change with the hotel. Been 7 days and still no word from them. Next time, I will save myself time and headache by booking directly with the hotel instead.

    Don't ever use this company. I bought tickets only to later find out they were cheaper at Costco by $30 dollars. I called and asked to return or adjust as I didn't receive my tickets yet.     Tickets at Work's site is easy and convenient to use. I even told my co-workers that I like how they have the attractions listed per city or per state which then lets you narrow down attractions in different areas. It's not something that we know too much about at work. We know about it but we don't realize how easy it is to use. I was also able to see my prices right away, so I could see how much I'm saving. I was then comparing it to the actual prices if I buy it at the location.

    I bought tickets for Disney World, which they allowed me to print out my tickets, and water parks for Disney, which I had to drive somewhere to get. The convenience of being able to print out the ticket was what's key for me, so going out of my way to have to pick up the tickets at a different location for the water park was a little inconvenient, just because you never know how long the lines are going to be. It took me 20 minutes to get to the place where I could get my tickets and back, and ended up waiting for the tickets for 15 minutes. I hope there could be a process where the tickets can all be printed out, or have the option to do either/or, and not just on certain tickets but on all of them.

    We were looking for reasonably-priced tickets and my daughter-in-law found TicketsatWork online. Once I put my request in, they got the money off my credit card and they confirmed that they had gotten it in a timely manner. Then I got the confirmation number on my phone so the park already had all the information. All they had to do is pull it up once we got there.

    However, they said one thing online and then when we got there, they said that the amount we paid wasn’t correct. They talked about it being the peak season and how we had to pay more money. It's already very expensive and I didn't like it. We had asked to speak to somebody from TicketsatWork when we were there trying to get the tickets and everything straight, but we were not given any other options except to pay the money and get the tickets. It was $21 per person and there were at least 20 people in our party. I don't think we were treated correctly and it was completely ridiculous because TicketsatWork had already quoted us a price. I wasn’t satisfied at all and I would like a refund of all that extra money.

    I went to TicketsatWork's office and got the tickets for the Island of Adventure theme park in Orlando, Florida. It was a little bit sketchy to find the building because I didn't expect where it was. They don't have a sign on a busy street that says "TicketsatWork" and I had to go into an office park. It was a Sunday, so there were no other cars around. But the good thing is that they're open on the weekend and it was a total last minute decision, so it was very fortunate.     My family and I traveled to Orlando and we went to a couple of parks at the area. I bought tickets at TicketsatWork because of the discounted price and when we went to Animal Kingdom, I did not realize that the tickets weren't for the peak season. Nobody told us that we bought the value tickets instead of the peak season tickets. Also, we had no idea that it was peak season when we went. We don't live in Florida and we don't go there every day. Their website was pretty easy to use and self-explanatory but there was nothing on there to indicate when the peak season was. It only said that the tickets had to be used before December 31st.

    I spoke to four people and told them I bought the tickets the day before we went to the park. I explained to them that I was traveling with my family and we were excited about finding those tickets at their price. Each person that I spoke with told me the same thing that since the tickets had already been issued, there was nothing that they could do. In the end, we were responsible for paying $100 more to cover the cost of the tickets that we bought. I was disappointed with how things were handled and I would not recommend TicketsatWork.

    So far I have purchased four times this year from TicketsatWork. I purchased tickets from them to go to Orlando, to Disneyworld, and afterwards I purchased tickets for the hotel as well. When I searched for a hotel in Orlando, I didn't filter too much on the pricing. I read the ratings, viewed the pictures and saw how close it is to the theme parks. Then I go to the accommodations like what type of rooms they have for a family of five. The only problem I had was when you go and look at a particular hotel and you view it, then when you try to go back, you had to do the search all over again. That was frustrating.

    I would like to thank and commend Ms. ** for her excellent customer service. At the last minute my family and I decided to visit Universal Theme Park while in Orlando. I was advised when I placed my order through TicketsatWork that I would have the tickets in approximately 20 minutes so we left our hotel and headed to the park. Upon arrival I discovered the ticket voucher never arrived and there was a delay in the transmittal to the theme park.

    I purchased a hotel's stay through TicketsatWork and it was at a discounted rate. But there was a problem with the booking at first because I wanted to stay at the Days Inn which was a mile and a half away from the hotel I ended up staying in, the Orlando Metropolitan Resort. I booked the hotel but TicketsatWork called me back stating that they couldn't book it. There was a whole altercation with the personnel on the phone because I was getting frustrated that they took my money and they didn't have the reservation done. They kind of threw me off.

    The rep said there was some type of disclaimer but I didn't read it if there was. I read all of the things, though. They tried to get me three other rooms at the Days Inn but they couldn't get it. So I said I'll try the Orlando Metropolitan Resort. My wife was going through Tickets at Work too. She's with AMSA that works with Tickets at Work. She was the one who found the hotel. Then at the Orlando Metropolitan Resort, there was someone who broke into the hotel and stole stuff. I saw the guy and I let the hotel know. I also complained because there were no key cards and they were getting us a room with a hook. Overall, the person who dealt with me over the phone did phenomenally but it was just a horrible experience all the way around. I checked out on the 12th, this Monday, and the hotel refunded me a night's stay and they told me to contact TicketsatWork to get the additional money back.

    I purchased tickets to a Chicago Cubs baseball game as an anniversary present for my husband. I paid just over $1100.00 for two tickets. TicketsatWork have this marked as a discounted price. After the purchase was made other sites had similar seats listed between 3 and 4 hundred after tax per ticket. I talked to a customer representative who said nothing could be done. I advised her that I was displeased and she advised out of every 10 customers they have 2 that are displeased, but 8 that are pleased. So today my tickets arrive and what I paid 500 plus tax per ticket for are showing on the ticket after tax the ticket would cost 194.88. I understand an increase to some degree. The difference I paid was over $700.00. That is ridiculous if you ask me. Before you make a purchase thinking you are getting a good deal look at all options.

    I got three-day passes for Disney World from TicketsatWork. Originally, I was trying to figure out how to purchase a ticket through my job and I was not getting anywhere. I had a relative that had TicketsatWork through her company and I had purchased my tickets with her and then I had to pick it up at the location.     Purchasing the three-day Disney World Park Hopper ticket from TicketsatWork was pretty easy for the most part. I just logged into the website that we use for work and figured out which pass I needed. I looked around to see if there were other options or competitors, but TicketsatWork had one of the lowest prices. Although there was another place that had a lower price, I didn't really feel real comfortable going through them because I've used TicketsatWork before, and had good service from them. I'm willing to pay a couple of bucks more for something I know that works.

    However, I read online that when you purchase it, it takes about 48 hours to get your pass emailed to you, and mine was an impromptu trip, so I didn't have 48 hours. When I called, the first lady I spoke with said that I could use my receipt from my email to take to Disney, but the website said the opposite, that you have to use the actual PDF that was sent to you. I ended up talking to three different people and getting three different answers for things. And then it got too late and I ended up just calling and doing the booking over the phone with the last person I spoke to because I was told that if I want to come pick up my pass, it takes 24 hours for them to get it ready and have it printed. But if I buy it right then, someone will have it ready when I come pick it up. So I just drove down there, told them who I was, and they printed the ticket out right there. The whole process was quick and pretty painless. I would recommend TicketsatWork.

I notified the company and was lead to believe they would credit my account and understood. After several phone calls and a promise to call back--they didn't. Finally after I called them they told me "Sorry can't issue a full credit less $25" as they indicated they would.

    After 10 emails, 17 phone calls and a lengthy discussion with "Juan" their customer service manager, NOTHING WAS DONE! What make it the worst is "Juan" promised to get back to me in 72 hours. He apologized and said he would personally call me and DID NOT! I followed up several times, leaving 4 messages (this is over 2 weeks ago) and he never called back! This company is worthless! Their customer service is inexcusable! It's not just about the "refund" anymore, it's about the disrespect and lack of consideration to provide customer service! I hope you don't choose to do business with them! I hope enough people complain and exercise caution before booking with them!

I also did the hotel reservation, which was also good. I have bought from them two times now and I'm going to do a third to reserve some CityWalk club tickets.     It was a simple and fast process with Ticketsatwork. I've used them a lot and we always buy our Disneyland tickets from them. This last time, I purchased Disneyland tickets and I went to their site, which I'm familiar with. I was trying to get the ones that had the gift cards which have actually been somewhat problematic and I had to go find a specific deal to use them. But that’s okay. I got all the way through paying the tickets then it said I needed 48 hours to process the tickets. I didn’t have 48 hours so I had to call and talk to a representative from Ticketsatwork to see if they could escalate, which they did and they were very helpful.

    We bought the tickets under my husband’s Amazon because Amazon had a deal with TicketsatWork, which is better than the deal it has with my company, Hewlett-Packard. And that's kind of strange. Also, the website was fine but there should be a better explanation/clarification on the differences between all the choices especially on Disneyland tickets. There are usually three or four different choices and sometimes, somebody could select the Southern California package without knowing that one has to be a Southern California resident to do that. But I would tell a friend to go for TicketsatWork purely based on price.

    We’re going to Walt Disney World and we went to TicketsatWork for tickets. Their online process was easy. We punched in the information including where we wanted to go and for how many days. But I didn’t proceed to purchase the tickets online because there was a part that said that I would be receiving the tickets by Monday or Tuesday, which was already late and everybody else in our group had already picked up their tickets.

    I called TicketsatWork to find out what we could do. When speaking with the representative, it was quick, concise and we didn't wait too long for an answer. The service was of good quality. We're told to go to their office and get the tickets there instead of waiting for the tickets to be emailed to us. They seemed to know what they were talking about. If not for that, I would’ve had to probably lose a day of going to Disney because I had to wait to get my tickets emailed to me.

    We made our first purchase from TicketsatWork and it was for Dollywood tickets. It's easy to purchase online and I got a better deal than what I'd get at the gate. But I thought that the tickets would be available right away but I was only told that it would take up to 24 to 48 hours when I went to the confirmation email. It should say that before you purchase them but I never saw that anywhere when I was purchasing the tickets. We purchased the tickets last minute, the day before the event. We held off since we didn't know if we were going to be able to go. When we got to the venue and we still didn't have our tickets. We had to call and wait outside the gate about 30 minutes. They get it through but it took a while. Overall though I was happy and I would recommend them.

    We got tickets for New Kids on the Block when they were in Portland. Then I went on TicketsatWork to see what would be interesting and I saw Criss Angel. I went through the calendar when we would be in Vegas and purchased the tickets for my daughter for her birthday.     I researched Cedar Point tickets at TicketsatWork then I called them to ask some questions. They told me the tickets will be the best ones for the water park and amusement park that we were going to. I was happy because I thought that’s what I needed. So I went ahead and purchased two different sets of tickets online and the process was very easy. The website was easy to navigate and there were a lot of options for buying tickets. Their prices were also reasonable and a lot better than other competitor websites.

    But the issue was when I printed the tickets and I was reading the fine print, the tickets were only good for the amusement park and neither set of tickets were good for the water park. I got kind of frustrated because I was told incorrect information at the beginning. So I had to work with them for a little over a month to get a refund on one set, and it took a bunch of back and forth when it wasn’t something that I did. But I eventually got my refund and purchased from them the right tickets. So next time when I do it, I'll do my research a lot better before I decide where I'll buy these tickets from. But overall, I’m happy and I referred a friend who’s going with us to purchase her tickets through them and she did.

    We’re gonna do Legoland and Disney World and booked our hotel online through Tickets at Work. I went through Wells Fargo because I’m a team member. I clicked on the only option they give us that is available and it was a two-bedroom suite at this hotel. Not as fantastic but they paid for it. I booked under my husband because it’s his card. I’m a bit OCD, so I called the hotel to make sure everything is good to go. And because it was a third party, I got a little bit of a runaround. When I finally spoke to the hotel, they said the reservation shows a studio. It wasn't what I paid for and they told me to call the third party I used to fix it. I called Tickets at Work and talked to a super nice and absolutely wonderful gal. She was pretty baffled because it takes 24 to 48 hours for it to even load and transfer over to the hotel. It’s not possible for them to have any idea what exactly I booked.

    I explained to her what was going on and she did every research that she could and said it shows on their end that I booked a two-bedroom suite. She made the stressful situation a little bit better. She told me to call back. I called back on Tuesday to give it enough time to fully process, but I didn’t get her. I got another gal and she tracked it, went through all of the notes, came back and said I got a two-bed studio. I told we got a two-bedroom suite so we ended up fixing it again. It cost me $17 more for them to fix it, but as far as I know, it’s correct at this time. The customer service that I got on Tickets at Work was wonderful.

    We stayed at a resort in Orlando two years ago and it was wonderful. We looked at staying there, but that resort doesn't give you all of the fees up front. They give a price, but when you get there, you have the resort fees and everything else. They total up very quickly. I remembered that from two years ago so I compared it by looking for a resort that had a pool and something comparable. This other place had a pool and water slide and a lazy river and that was the resort we selected for this year. The price at Tickets at Work was pretty comparable for only a little bit more. I've used Tickets at Work twice and they have great service.

    I’ve purchased from Ticketsatwork two times in the last one year. I reserved a hotel in Vegas through them. I booked it online and the website was good. I booked four adults and two kids but the site took five adults and two kids. So eventually it raised the cost of the reservation. I spoke to a representative and she corrected the error and got the money refunded. It took a while but it was good. I referred Ticketsatwork to a few people and sometimes, they get a very good deal. But other times, the site is as good as any other places selling tickets. Another feedback with Ticketsatwork compared with VRBO is that they take care of hotels whereas VRBO will give the option to add the private vendors or somebody not running big hotels.

    There were a lot of offerings at TicketsatWork and their prices were great. I checked Costco and Disneyland, but TicketsatWork, by far has the best deal for the Disneyland tickets.     All my other friends would tell me the price that they see the tickets for. TicketsatWork is on my benefits website at work which I'm on because I'm a benefits administrator. So, I checked on the TicketsatWork website and the tickets were cheaper so it's better. I've used them a few times and I really like it. I went to Tyson Lagoon two weeks ago and that was a lot of fun. I got the 65-dollar tickets for $55. The line was crazy long when I got the tickets though. The ticket center took forever. But when I went to Universal Studios in Orlando, it was just a pick up at a kiosk which was easy. I saved a couple of dollars on that, too. I haven't had any issues with TicketsatWork so far and I would recommend them. I might buy from them a few more times this year if they have the deal.

    I purchased tickets to Universal Studios online from Tickets at Work and it was good. Sometimes you have to jump through and through and the links might be duplicated or it hasn’t been updated. There are different links to cheaper hotels but it’s all owned by the same parent company which is Wyndham. You might click on Motel 6 and it’s Wyndham. Then, you click on another one thinking it’s another company to check the other rates and it takes you to the same page. But it was somewhat easy and it worked great. They gave us a discount and I’m gonna save up 10% or so. The prices are slightly better than normal but they’re okay. Also, they are competitive but maybe with the hotels, not so much. But that’s because their search engine’s a little bit more updated. This one goes directly to the hotel’s rate and the discount. I would absolutely refer Tickets at Work.

    I bought Disney tickets from TicketsatWork online. Their website was very easy and user-friendly. Two weeks later, I called them and I purchased another set. I had to call because it takes a certain amount of time for the tickets to be processed and I was buying extra set of tickets two days before the event. I was going to be in Orlando and I wanted to make sure that the tickets would be available when I got there. Their reps were very helpful. I also got a great deal. It was 140 bucks each ticket at Disney but for Florida residents, it was about $99 each. So, it saved me a good change of 50 bucks a piece. I recommended it to a couple of people when I bought the tickets.

    Purchasing a ticket from TicketsatWork wasn't the best experience I had but it was easy. However, a lot of the reps didn’t know much about the tickets. I had to call three different times to get different representatives to tell me what is All Day Dine. When I called the first time, I asked them for some information on what to do in Orlando or what attractions they have and the rep replied Sea World. I asked if All Day Dine was included and she said yes but when I asked for more information, she didn't know. And then closer to my vacation, I ended up purchasing the tickets from a young lady and she was very nice and she knew everything about it.

    The Sea World tickets were so expensive and it didn't specify if it included the parking or not and then I had to call. I thought I was getting something totally different. My husband had a broken ankle and I asked them if the parking is accessible for the handicapped or is it something that we should look into and it didn’t have any of that information listed. Also, the Sea Life aquarium was closed when we went so it's a waste of ticket. But overall, their pricing was reasonable and they had a discount which was one of the biggest things in my experience with them. I recommended it to one of my coworkers the other day and they had a good offer.

    I bought a few tickets from Tickets at Work for the Circus Circus Hotel in Las Vegas and I was also at The Lion King show. I purchased a Universal Studio as well so every time I need a ticket or if I'm going to a vacation, I'm going to use Tickets at Work. I’m very happy and contented with the price because I can save a lot of bucks compared to the regular price or to different companies that sell tickets or coupons. The customer service is awesome too. However, when I purchased tickets for The Lion King show, the Tickets at Work website didn’t show me the seat. It was a Broadway show so I can still see what’s going on in front of me but it would be great if I can purchase a ticket and see which row or how far or how close I am.     I was down in Orlando and went right to Tickets at Work. I bought Busch Gardens, Universal and Lego World. The rep quoted me the right price and I told her to go ahead, but she couldn't print anything out to give me. I thought they handled everything and they had to send everything by email. I printed out the email at the resort I was staying at and my wife went through the Universal tickets. She found that all seven said 'kids' and I didn't even notice it. I tried to get through to Tickets at Work, but nobody was answering the phone. It was a nightmare.

    On the day we're supposed to go to the park, we didn't go because I went early in the morning to Tickets at Work. The rep had to cancel that order and wait an hour before she can put in the other order and then you got to wait an hour. I was there for a long time and by then, it was not even worth going to the park. I went to Universal, but not that day. It wouldn't have been too bad but we have friends from here meeting us in Orlando. We're all supposed to get together that day and they were on the way to the park. The incident screwed everything up.

    In the past, everything was fine but I remember them issuing the passes right then and there. This time, the experience wasn't very good. Also, Tickets at Work used to be closer to Disney and they moved the location to almost downtown Orlando, so it's not that easy to get there anymore. I get the tickets in Orlando because I keep an eye on the weather. The last couple of years, I've been waiting to get there and play by ear. If it's supposed to be a nice Wednesday. We'll go Wednesday. If it would rain the five days I'm in Orlando, I wouldn’t want to buy them up here.

    I finally received a refund yesterday after way too much back and forth and run around. I greatly appreciate it but am sad that it took this long to resolve because of "company policy". I also truly believe I never would have received the refund if I hadn't posted something here and made a big stink to Universal themselves. All these policies do not keep the customer in mind and need to be rethought in the future. I am amending my review because ultimately I received my refund. However I can't give full stars because of what a hassle this was.

    I went through my husband's work to purchase tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood. Not realizing until after that they were for the wrong time frame and will expire before our planned trip. I live 1,000 miles away and can't go at this time. I was given the runaround and went back and forth between TicketsatWork and Universal. TicketsatWork told me Universal should be able to just let me pay the difference for the tickets once I get there. I talked to a Universal ticket agent who said this isn't true.

    Back to TicketsatWork who finally are putting through a request to see if MAYBE they can get these changed but it will take 7-10 days to hear back. Seriously? You're telling me there is NO WAY to just refund me and let me re-book them? I understand that these 3rd party contracts are complicated but I can't be the only one who has ever needed a refund/correction made. I take responsibility for the mistake but any kind of reputable business should have been able to fix this without the runaround I have been put through. I have 2 kids who have been looking forward to this trip not to mention the $420 I stand to lose if someone can't help. (Can't even try to sell on Craig's list because my name is on the tix and they check IDs). Terrible way to run a business. If TicketsatWork makes this right I will amend my review.

    We bought the Busch Gardens tickets from Tickets at Work. I googled it and I was led to their site. It was user-friendly. This is the second time I have purchased with them. The prices that were offered were comparable. We saved a little bit of money than going directly to like the Holiday Inn Vacation Club. I ended up having to speak with them when we had to cancel. I booked the room through them too in Busch Gardens. We showed up at the resort and then we had to leave because we had a death in the family, so I ended up speaking to their customer rep at that point. They helped us get our refund even though technically, we weren't supposed to get a refund for the room. It was amazing. We rebooked our trip online so we'll be going back the weekend of June 16th. It was a good experience and they were very helpful. I would advise my friends to use it.

    I usually purchase tickets from TicketsatWork for my office because we do promotions at my job and when the employees win, I purchase the tickets for them. We've done a bunch of stuff with them — theaters, dinners on boats, and baseball games. Purchasing tickets is a pretty simple process. We go on our corporate web and then we go to Tickets at Work, and then we can browse and see whatever we like and choose these. Their website is very easy to use. I was surprised that it was so easy to purchase a ticket with someone else's name. I pay for the tickets, but other people use them. Theater tickets have to be picked up at the Call box so I have to make sure that their information is there, and it's very easy. It's great.

    I called TicketsatWork once because we had an issue. Some people had gotten tickets to dinner on a boat and the manager emailed me and said that they had missed the boat because they forgot about it, but we were not able to get the tickets for the boat dinner refunded or rescheduled. However, the tickets that I had purchased for the museum were good for a year and those were rescheduled, so it wasn't a bad thing that the people couldn't make it then. So, it's been great with TicketsatWork and they've been very helpful.

    I bought tickets to Busch Gardens from TicketsatWork but then I wanted to look for hotels and their customer service rep really helped me. I talked to two different people because I end up purchasing three tickets. The first time, I just bought two tickets and said to the rep that I have family in Tampa but I kind of wanted to still get a hotel and if she'll be able to find one for me. She started looking and was trying her best to look for a cheap hotel for me and my daughter. I decided if I do decide to get the hotel then I'm going to send a callback.     She suggested for the all-day dining for $106 and we went for only one day. We really enjoyed it and literally ate at every restaurant all day and pigged out. My sister and I went this past weekend and had a good time. It was my first time to purchase from them and I'm definitely going to use them again for an upcoming trip in August for Disney World.     The purchasing process was simple. I went online, selected what I wanted, and paid for it. However, what the ticket could be used for wasn't as clear as it should be. Initially, we had bought a five-attraction CityPASS and then we got some information. But, the information that the folks at Tickets at Work had wasn't necessarily accurate when you called some of the sites in New York if you could use it and how it worked. And because we couldn't use it for what we thought we could, we ended up calling them back and we were lucky enough Tickets at Work let us change from a five to a three and refunded the money.

    The service level was fine. However, the knowledge could be better about what the passes covered. Then, I believe there was one on there that they didn't honor anymore, that they still had listed as something they do. So, it needs to be updated. But, it's nothing major and it wasn't one we were going to. So, we weren't disappointed. And considering what happened, the side where they made sure they took care of the exchange and got us what we needed was fine – just could be more knowledgeable of what they're selling and have a little more detail.

    When we're going on vacation or out of town with friends/family, I always check it to see if there was something that we would do and see if it's a better rate. I check Tickets at Work because I'm the one who has it available. But a lot of times, it's not necessarily the best deal I can find. For attractions and tickets, it usually is. However, for hotels and travel, I don't find that it's cheaper. We're better off finding it somewhere else. All in all, I'm satisfied with Tickets at Work. But, I really believe the only thing that made it a bad experience was the trouble I had to go through to find out how the CityPASS worked and how to use it. If that wouldn't have been the case, then I would say it was excellent.

    I booked hotel rooms through TicketsatWork. The process was easy. However, the only thing I didn't like was that in order to add an additional room, I had to rebook. And so, you have to pay for it first and then again when we ended up redoing it. While it wasn't that big to do both payments, it would have been a bummer if we didn't have extra money. Still, TicketsatWork is great. It saved us money and I was able to get them on the phone quickly. I used them for a big trip and they booked my room the week before. I recently purchased some movie tickets and at first, it didn't come to my email and when I called and spoke to the representative, he was very careful in trying to get it done and I finally got the email.     When I went to TicketsatWork, I went to sporting events and I found tickets for the playoff hockey game that I want to go to. That was the only thing that I booked and it was fairly easy for the most part. Their website was fairly accessible and pretty user-friendly. Also, the prices were fairly decent and I was able to find multiple in a row, which would be much harder on different websites so, it was very convenient. Also, everything was done really quickly and I got confirmation emails right away.

    The only thing is that there’s a button you can click for free upgrades. I ended up clicking on that and then, later on, I got an email saying my original ticket had been canceled. It didn’t give me an explanation on what was going on so I was out of the loop for a sec. Then, I got another email saying that I got new tickets and they were at a higher price. But nowhere did it mention that these were the free upgraded seats so, I had to call TicketsatWork to confirm that I wasn’t being charged or nothing else was going on. Their reps were able to understand where I was coming from and what was being said. It’s been an awesome experience. I'd definitely recommend TicketsatWork and it’s an alternative to other places where you might find some things much cheaper than what you normally would find on the internet.

    It was my second time using Tickets at Work. When I arrived at San Diego, I inquired about the San Diego Go Card and when you do it online, you have to give the system 24 to 48 hours to generate. If you want it instantly then you have to call and they can email it to you right there on the spot. Tickets at Work is very similar to other sites and I can get the same or better deal from others. The hotel discounts are deceptive. They’ll say, "Go to Disneyland and get 40% or 50% discount." I can go to hotels.com and get the same exact room for less. But the service was good and I had no problem with their customer service.

So, I called them, told them where I was going and the activities I wanted to be a part of, and they were able to tell me which tickets were the best match for me.     In the beginning, when I started using TicketsatWork maybe two years ago, it was difficult. It seemed like the representatives really didn't know their job and they weren't really professional. If I was calling to ask them about a certain place like the difference between a villa and the regular apartment, the guy said that one is a villa and one is an apartment.     TicketsatWork is really good. They have good people who are really professional and they help you a lot. I purchased Disney World tickets and everything went well. I paid $10 and they sent my tickets by regular mail and I received it on the next business day. They have good regular prices and have a discount for members. I've had a good experience even talking with them over the phone. I also purchased the hotel with them then and they called me right away because the hotel was full and they worked with me for an hour trying to find me a new hotel and they did.     It was a difficult situation when I purchased the SeaWorld Orlando tickets because I was trying to figure out other angles as to how I was gonna approach the overall purchase.     I've purchased about twice from TicketsatWork this year. First, when I got Disneyland tickets, I had to call because I wanted to make sure there were blackout dates for Disneyland and that I wasn't gonna buy the wrong tickets. They helped me with that and they offered me a $25 gift card for Restaurant.com. But the restaurant we tried to use it at was only accepting $5 off and we would lose the rest of the money so we can't use that. Then I also got Legoland tickets and that was nice.

    One time, I called them to make sure if they got my order and if it was processing because I didn't see the tickets come through right away as it would take a few days. The representative I talked to was really awesome. He expedited my tickets because it was getting close to the date of the event and he made sure we got them on time. He did an awesome job on that. The prices of the tickets were comparable. Sometimes it's less or more but it falls in categorical so I had to choose them than another company to purchase the tickets. I only wish they had more things we can go to and more event offers.

    My wife and I use TicketsatWork a lot. I'm the one who purchases the tickets and I always call and talk to an operator. We bought from them two years in a row. We had a problem the first time. We went to customer service and they got the tickets to come up. The second time, this year in April, we had no problem with that at all. We went to Disney Orlando, Florida. We did that for seven days and the ticket price was around $1500 which was pretty decent and reasonable. We called TicketsatWork to purchase tickets and they sent them to our home. We showed the tickets at the Wyndham Resort gate and they were okay with that. It was an easy process.

    I had a great experience with them. It's a very good way of getting tickets for concerts, movies and everything. I use it as much as I can and I'm very happy with their service. They're user-friendly and pretty good on the phone when I call them. I get pretty much everything I ask and I enjoy using them. They don't have every ticket in the real world but it's worth it.     I went online and I tried to purchase my ticket reservations with Tickets at Work first on my phone and I couldn't get it to work. I went on to a Mac and that wouldn't work either. I wasn't able to complete the transaction. So, I ended up calling and doing it over the phone and whoever answered was really helpful and nice. The person on the phone told me that they have had similar feedback. Then, I was able to print the tickets I needed from my email. Ordering via phone was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

    I purchase from them about twice a year. The prices offered were not amazing but good. It was worth the time. It made me affordable for me to go and do that activity. However, you need to do it ahead of time because you may not be able to order them online without having the 15-minute sit down and call and do it that way, which is kind of a barrier. I'm on the older end of the spectrum so all the 20-somethings that I work with would not be willing to do that. But overall, they have excellent service and they were easy to use.

    I purchased some musical tickets in March or early April from TicketsatWork. The actual performance was in late April and down in Austin. TicketsatWork's website was easy to use. The only snag that we had was there was some miscommunication back from TicketsatWork. After we had already purchased the tickets, they said the tickets were no longer going to be honored by the Austin location and so they were going to credit it back to us. Later that same day, they called us and said, “Oops, it was a mistake.” The Austin place really told them not to sell anymore, but the current ones that were already sold were okay. So they charged us again for the tickets and a few days later, we got the credit for the first time we bought them. Though it was an odd discussion with them about cancelling the tickets, their reps were friendly. I’d tell my friends and co-workers to use TicketsatWork.

    The issue is now resolved for the football tickets, they have come back with the option of e-ticket and a refund for the overnight delivery change $25.00 will be refunded (not rec'd at this time, but they tell me it was put though prior to the holiday yesterday). The person I spoke with on the phone last week was helpful and resolved the issue, but did not follow up with an e-mail as she stated she would, so I will leave the stars at 4, the only reason I rec'd it in writing today was because I had left another message on this board.

    I bought tickets for a game (New York Jets at Buffalo Bills) in Sept 2017 in Buffalo, NY. We will be on a RV trip for several weeks and thought it would be great to see a football game while in NY. Upon getting the confirmation there is a $25.00 charge for "shipping" the tickets, so I figure it will be sent via overnight. Well after two weeks no tickets show up. I call TicketsAtWork.com... They state the 3rd party selling the tickets will ship them overnight the week before the game. Well I will already be on the road in the RV by then. So rather than trying to come up with a solution, they just keep telling me, "Sorry it was in the fine print."

    Football tickets are sold and shipped in advance all the time, why is this set of tickets having to wait until a week before the game to ship??? Very poor customer service, will not call the "3rd party" with me on the phone to try to resolve the issue. This is the statement on the receipt: "Once tickets have been procured, and prepared for shipping we will send you tracking information via email. Be aware that shipping times vary dependent upon where you are located."

    I purchased a hotel reservation from TicketsatWork for a sleepover with my 13-year-old granddaughter. Purchasing was easy. I went online, got the reservation, and paid right away. However on the day of the reservation, I called the hotel and found out that there were no reservations for me at all. I kept calling the whole day. Since the hotel hadn't gotten anything yet, I called back the 800 number. TicketsatWork said that they have the reservations and that they were getting ready to send it over again. They also told me to go to the hotel.

    When I went to the hotel at 9:00 PM, the lady in the hotel, who was very helpful, said she had just gotten the paperwork. She tried to put it in but it would not go in. I was still there at 10:00 PM and I figured that I got to be out by 11:00 the next day and it’s crazy that I need to pay $97. I tried to cancel the reservation, but the lady couldn’t cancel it because she didn’t have an authorization account. It was almost 11:00 PM and I was really mad. I just wanted to leave. She told me to call the number back that TicketsatWork had on the fax, but nobody ever answered. At one point, TicketsatWork told me that I’ll have a callback. They’ll call you back but after almost two hours.

    Then finally, the lady from the hotel called me and said she was trying to get them to give me a free room because of all the trouble I had. She called me the next day and said she still hadn't gotten anything. She couldn’t give me any money back. I called that Monday and TicketsatWork said that the $97 will be put back on my card. They put the money back but my granddaughter was disappointed and hurt because the sleepover never happened. I felt so bad. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault because I stood right there with the hotel lady. Our experience with TicketsatWork was terrible. But there were two people from TicketsatWork that were really helpful. I talked to their supervisor and told him how much they helped me. I would have to give TicketsatWork another try, but right now, I wouldn't tell anybody to use them.

    I logged on to the TicketsatWork using the username and password, clicked the seat that I want and how many tickets I want and then I paid for it. The process was easy. Then I spoke with a rep because they had a special going on and these limited tickets were already discounted from what they are. They hadn't taken down the advertisement for that discount yet so I had to turn around and repay for my tickets without that discount. But they still helped me get a $5 off of that little set of tickets. It was still a bit more but I understood they only had that 10% around that time, and I missed it. I just wished that they didn’t have it up there, but it was still fine.     My husband went online and found out that he could go to TicketsatWork and get a discount. However, there was some confusion because the girl who we got a hold of the first time accidentally typed in Six Flags Hurricane Harbor instead of Six Flags Over Texas. That was a big mistake. And it took us 10 to 15 minutes just to get our email straight. It was like she couldn’t comprehend what we were saying. She couldn’t spell very well. We had to repeat things to her over and over. Finally, she got it, but it was the wrong ticket. We didn’t realize the mistake until we got the email and we printed the tickets out. So we panicked and got back on the phone. We were told it was gonna take five to seven days to resolve the problem and we were supposed to go that next weekend. We were unhappy with that.

    So we kept waiting and I finally called back two days after that and talked to somebody who managed to help me get the money applied to another ticket. The lady we got a hold of was really nice. She went and talked to her boss. I was on hold for close to 45 minutes. She finally got back on the line and told us they're going to apply the money towards the tickets to Six Flags and then we'll have to purchase another one. To make up the difference, I paid an extra amount which was almost $50. We got the issue straightened out a few days before we were supposed to go, but for a while, I thought we lost our money because it said no refund. After that, I told my husband that we're not using them ever again. There were days of them not doing anything about it. They need to double-check with the person buying the tickets. We thought it was a real good deal because it was $50+, but little did we know that one can get two tickets for Hurricane Harbor for $50+, and the actual tickets to Six Flags were a lot more expensive than that.

    We went to Disney World and purchased Universal Studios and Animal Kingdom tickets from TicketsatWork. We did it over the phone and the experience was fine. They had a deal where we could buy two days and get three days free at the park so that was wonderful.     I purchased tickets for a Yankee Game through this company. I was on the website looking to buy 10x tickets for a game and when I went to click "Purchase," I was told the time to purchase had expired and I had to go back and reactivate the tickets to try and purchase again. I did so. When I checked my email I received two back-to-back confirmation numbers and was charged for two separate orders (a total of 20 tickets at $1300!!!). I have emailed and called to get in contact with Customer Service minutes after the incorrect order occurred. They have told me there is nothing they can do to refund me for the tickets. I would gladly be ok with the 10x tickets I initially went to purchase, but now I am stuck with 10x additional tickets and out over $600. I am extremely upset with the careless customer service representatives. I want my money back for the 10x additional tickets! I don't know who to contact for this!

    I purchased a reservation for a hotel down at the beach for my family this mother's day. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel the reservation with great pain since it was to be our first truly family getaway with our 1 year old. Due to this circumstances I was hoping to get a full refund from TicketsatWork since money is tight nowadays but that is not the case. As a customer put it earlier... I paid them 25 dollars to let me look at a hotel I could not stay at and to let them hold my money in the meantime since the refund still hasn't shown up on my account. TicketsatWork you have lost a customer.

    We got some hotel and High Roller tickets up in Las Vegas for the big Observation Wheel from Tickets at Work. Purchasing was very convenient. We were able to log in to our corporate benefit website at work and it was able to give us a hefty selection of entertainment, of what shows and times were available when we are going out to a certain city or state. Their website is awesome and very easy to navigate through. It gave us some very good prices compared to the hotel's actual website. We stayed at the Westgate Hotel and before that, we had logged on to the Westgate Hotel website. The rates through Tickets at Work were a lot more cash efficient for what we were wanting. I then got the confirmation for my hotel stay but not for the Observation ticket. I called them to make sure I had everything I needed and they provided me the confirmation number for both the hotel and the High Roller.

    So Tickets at Work exceeded expectations. I would tell a friend to go to Tickets at Work if they have it available through their work as they give you a much more competitive pricing. Sometimes, on most hotels, it’s a lot cheaper, like 30% to 40%, sometimes even 50% off depending on hotel rates and depending on when one selects it. And every day and every week the prices change. They also have a lot of selections for everyday use like electronics and apparel. I can’t wait to use them again. In fact I'm looking through the website again because we're planning another trip in September. I love Tickets at Work and I'd definitely recommend it. Everybody needs to know how Tickets at Work works, how easy it is and how they save you quite a bit of money to spend on your vacation and entertainment.

    We ordered tickets for Game 5 of the Cavaliers' games series from Tickets at Work, and it was easy to purchase our tickets. But Game 5 was canceled because the Cavaliers won in Game 4 which is good, so I had to have our tickets canceled and the money refunded. When I called to do that, it took a long time. I was on hold for some time while the lady rep figured out how to get our tickets canceled because they did not have a game. Nevertheless, the lady was very nice and she was able to get our tickets canceled. Tickets at Work said it would take between 48 and 72 hours to refund our money, but I still have to check my account to see if they have already done so.

    We had also used Tickets at Work for Payless Car Rental in Florida last June. The car rental place was ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend them, but Tickets at Work was fine. I still plan on using Tickets at Work again. We're planning on going to the Cavaliers' game the next time that they're in Cleveland. But we have to see if the Celtics pull things off or not because, if it's the Celtics, they have the advantage. So, we have to see if the first two games are going to be held in Cleveland or in Boston. I will recommend Tickets at Work. In fact, I have already recommended them to people that didn't even know about them, and one co-worker was looking in to see their plane tickets.

    I accessed TicketsatWork through our company portal and then put in my search criteria where I was gonna be staying. I was looking far and wide within available resources that I had for the most economical price for our vacation coming up and it's the first time I used it. I purchased two hotel stays in two different cities. They had a wide variety of hotels, it was almost overwhelming.

    I would look at the hotels that it just listed and filtered it down by price as well as the star selection and the proximity where we wanted to stay. That minimized the list, but there was still a good healthy amount to look through. But what would happen is if I selected a hotel from the list to expand it and when I would go back, I would have to reset my filters. It wouldn't hold the filters that I had placed initially. So that I didn't like because it takes a while to load because there are so many hotels. So that I thought was a little bit asinine where it just wouldn't hold my filter selection throughout my hold transaction.

    For the second selection I thought I did enough due diligence in looking. We're a family of four but then when I made the reservation and paid for it, when I looked back at the hotel's website, I realized that I booked a room that showed two twin beds for four. I'm 6 foot, 2 and wouldn't even fit in a twin bed by myself. Let alone with my wife.

    So I called to cancel that reservation, so I could rebook. I was nervous because it said all over the place these are final things. It was a Sunday night. I called the number and I was doing some things around the house. I must have been on hold for about 45 minutes, but nonetheless, this gentleman answered and was very, very pleasant, very, very helpful. He was able to cancel the reservation for me. Then I just went ahead and rebooked at another location.

    As I read the fine print, I'm sure a lot of it says that these are final transactions. It's not like you're making a reservation and you pay when you get there. They're taking the money right away. So it seems like a lot of them, I thought there was like a no cancellation policy. This hotel I looked at said no cancellations but he was able to do it for me. I never really liked locations that don't allow you to have some sort of cancellation policy because plans change. I wanna get the best price that I can, but sometimes things happen. But it all worked out for me anyways, so I was happy.

    So I would definitely tell my friends that TicketsatWork is worth it. The pricing is pretty competitive. Anytime I go to sites like this, I check prices around in comparison. The TicketsatWork price was the best out there for my two selections. So I would definitely recommend it. For a savvy traveler that likes to be able to stay in a nice place and not pay overly priced, I thought it was a great option.

    I was buying tickets for Cirque du Soleil and I was able to select the date and time I wanted, it automatically generated the seats and then I bought them. And then I looked at the Cirque du Soleil website. And the special that's being run through Tickets at Work gave me 20% plus an additional 10% for purchasing it that day or that week, so I ended up getting 30% off the ticket price. Had it not come from my HR department, I probably would not have proceeded because it sounded almost too good to be true. But since it came through our HR department, it was pretty easy and clear.

    But then my tickets showed full price on it, so I panicked and thought that I purchased for full price even though I was supposed to get the employee discount. So, I called and the lady was very friendly. She's very knowledgeable and she said that's just for bookkeeping purposes, and if I looked in my credit card it would actually show the right amount that was charged. So, I looked at my credit card statement and she was correct. I got confused, but I understand the reason behind that. The only complaint I had when I first tried opening the link through Internet Explorer, it would not pop up. It said link not found or no internet connection, but then when I copied and pasted it into Google Chrome, it works just fine. But overall, it's been a great experience and it was really easy. It's a good service.

Sent an email to customer support and got back an email that I was unsubscribed, but I keep getting their emails – more than a week after tech support claimed I was off. Is there any way to actually stop getting their junk?

    I spoke to a manager (Mark **) the other day about what happened with my initial reservation and how the tickets didn't arrive until 1-2 days before my trip - adding to the stress of travel. He was very polite and knowledgeable and helped clear up the misunderstanding as well as work to appease the unsettling feeling I had from booking with them. To me, seeing a company reach out to someone who felt wronged is an amazing trait and rare this day and age in the business world.     I made my hotel reservations through TicketsatWork for a vacation. I went online, put in my dates and places, and looked up where I need to stay. I picked the one that I wanted and booked it. In the past when I booked hotels, they take the payment at the front desk when I arrive for the trip. I went through the whole process online and it was a bit of a shock having $500 bill show up five months in advance. When I went through the entire process, there was no disclaimer or asterisks or anything that said that they were going to bill upfront.

    I talked to a representative but she was not overly helpful. She said, “Well, we can cancel your reservation and give you your refund if you'd like or you could keep it.” I had two options. I was planning on saving for that five months to book the hotel, but I couldn’t cancel it because after this month had gone by, hotel prices had gone up a bit. I would've been paying more money for a hotel, so I rebooked it. I was kind of stuck in there, so I didn’t really appreciate that. On top of that, I had to call three times to get the Disneyland tickets that I bought. I got a confirmation email and number, but the actual tickets were not sent until two or three days before my trip. I was flipping out because I was hopping on a plane in two days and I still didn’t have my ticket but they had already taken my money.

    When I went through the Tickets at Work website, I was looking around through the different offerings they had. I then purchased hotel reservations from Tickets at Work on the 9th, but I noticed it didn't select the reservation dates that I chose. So I had to spend the next two days giving Tickets at Work a call. The service wasn't great once I made my reservation because I spent two days trying to connect to the customer service. After waiting for 40 minutes each time, I couldn't connect until on the second day around closer to nighttime on my local end. I live in Canada and I called around 10 or 11 o'clock at night, and I finally got through after another 30 minutes of waiting.

    It took me a while but I was able to speak to an agent who was able to help me correct the booking. He was nice and helpful. He gave me a lot of details on how to fix the corrections. He gave me the pricings, and he knew I was worried about the cost, and how to fix the error that was happening on the system at the time with regards to my booking. He gave me the email confirmations of the new bookings. But it seems he made a mistake because when I gave the hotel a call to double check and see if the bookings that we made at the time were correct, I wasn't sure if my bookings would still be available or not. Then I found out there's something wrong with my booking.

    My hotel reservations that they sent me say that it was booked, but I spoke to the hotel and it's booked on another date, which I wouldn't even be there for. I'm not sure what's going on. It's frustrating because it's through my work that promoted the Tickets at Work website to help find discounted prices. I'm not getting a very good experience and I didn't get the correction until late April 10th. So now I'm having a problem. Because now it's May, and it's getting close to my vacation time. I wouldn't recommend it to my colleagues.

The process of purchasing the tickets was easy and their people were really nice and fine to talk to. The only issue I had was when I got online, it didn't specify the room that I got.     Tickets at Work is offered through the company I work for. I’ve used it a few times and I’ll continue using it. One time, I printed out my passes for Universal Studios up in Hollywood. That was a piece of cake. The only thing is we were re-driven to a different entrance where we had to check in. That didn’t take too long but it was a surprise where you can’t just go up to the main gate and show your printout.

    I recently used Tickets at Work in Vegas when I took all my sisters up for a helicopter ride. I called and talked to one of their representatives and I was wondering would it be best if I printed them out or she did. She said that she’ll help me right then and there. We went through the process, the dates and other things. I was supposed to get a confirmation email or an email with my tickets, but I didn’t, so I had to call back. It wasn’t that big of a thing but that didn’t quite work out real clean and smooth. I should have printed the tickets out myself without calling. Other than that, it’s been non-hectic. Plus, I got 50 percent off, so that was pretty big. So far, so good.

    It was our first time using TicketsatWork and we booked a hotel in Vegas through them. My aunt works for a company and she realized that they had a discount deal with TicketsatWork which saved us a lot on the hotel that we were looking at. I didn't look at different travel websites apart from Priceline or Orbitz. The only difference was their packages come with flight included as opposed to TicketNetwork.     I was pleased with the service of TicketsatWork. I purchased tickets for a Disney show. I called the 1-800 number and they emailed the voucher, which served as the ticket, once I paid for my order. Their sales reps were very pleasant and helpful.     I called the hotel to check on check in/out policies twice and was told based off what I was telling them I needed that I should book my reservation for a particular day. When that 4AM check in time came after being at work for 9 hours then driving another 9 hours that they would NOT honor my reservation until 3pm and they had no rooms available. No manager, no staff until Monday even though it's Saturday and their corporate account holder doesn't even have me in the system for a reservation. Here is the icing on the cake, TicketsatWork is the third party and they can't make the hotel honor the reservation but they can cancel it and refund everything but $25 for their surcharge amount. Why do they keep anything. I did not cancel the reservation or no show, the hotel would not give me the room. Shame on you crooks. No honor among thieves.

    I got my NBA playoff ticket from Tickets at Work, and I had a great experience with them. I ordered my ticket online, sent my order through, and paid for it. There's a box in the website that you check when you're purchasing online, and it just says, "If we can upgrade you to better seats, and if you would like that, then check the box." So I did that and then they called me to say, "Yeah, we've got a little better seating there than what you originally had." They verified that I wanted them to upgrade me and I said, "Sure." Then they sent me the ticket later on through email and I printed it out. The only thing was, the ticket didn't have my name on it. But it turned out that the name of the broker was on the ticket and that didn't matter in getting to the venue. So, the purchasing process was straightforward and it was very neat and good.

    The discounted tickets through your employer is a great new feature. If your employer offers you that option or service, you would definitely want to take advantage of it because you can't get such good tickets and at a discounted price from Ticketmaster or any of the other ticket sales and distribution companies. Overall, I had a super experience with Tickets at Work. Everything was great and I am very satisfied.

    One of my co-workers told me about Tickets at Work. I decided to use it and the only negative thing I could say is that it took the extra two days to get my actual e-tickets. The representative said he sent them and it would take 24 to 48 hours, but I never got them. They weren’t in my spam or my trash mail, so I called in, he sent them again and they were right there. It wasn’t their fault. It could be my old Windows computer. Other than that, everything was smooth and simple. Plus, when I called in, they’ve been very helpful, so that’s good.

    We purchased SeaWorld San Antonio tickets from Tickets at Work with our children. But our children moved to Orlando, Florida and because of that, we couldn't use the tickets. We've had them for over a year and I thought they were already expired. Fortunately, the tickets were only going to expire this month. So I asked Tickets at Work if we could transfer the tickets to SeaWorld Orlando. Their representative checked with her manager and said that for a fee, they could upgrade the tickets to SeaWorld Orlando. She also told me that if I paid the price, the tickets would be good for another year. She was very informative and thoughtful. She looked into the matter. When we go to Orlando, we will be able to use them and not waste almost $500.

    We bought hotel accommodation from Tickets at Work. I went online to my discount website and was able to look at the hotel prices. The website is easy to use and navigate. I booked a hotel but then received an email asking me to call Tickets at Work because the reservation was not confirmed. So I called them and their rep was very courteous and was able to accommodate me with other hotels. He was trying to find me one and then he was able to find the same hotel that I was already in. It was at a higher price but he said that Tickets at Work will take care of it and he gave it to me at the same price that I had booked earlier. Their corporate discount really brought down the price and made it within our range. Tickets at Work is a good site and definitely provides good discounts so I'll tell a friend to try it out and see if it works for them.

    I had an amazing experience with TicketsatWork. I wasn’t too sure about the service, until a friend of mine went to Disney and told me about it. I started experimenting and purchased Disney and Universal Studios tickets. I work for Apple and I discovered that TicketsatWork is the service provided by Apple to its employees to purchase discount tickets. Their website was very straightforward, easy and fast to use. I established an account and from there I searched for the one that I wanted and it was right there. I work in technology so I’m very tech savvy. My aunt and my uncle were looking at that as well on occasion and even they easily used the website like it was nothing.

    However, we changed all the plans for the different days and the different Hopper passes that they offered. I gave them a call three separate times to cancel three different orders because of last minute family emergencies and they were literally amazing. They were very helpful over the phone, patient and made it super easy in a stressful time. They took the funds from the last ticket purchase and used it for the new ticket purchase. The quality of their service was fantastic.

    Thank you to the one who suggested TicketsatWork. I’m also going to relay that message to everyone at work. It was the first time I used TicketsatWork and I’m very happy with the service. Disney is really close friends with Apple because of Pixar. So, a lot of my co-workers always head down to Disney and to Universal Studios.     I booked a room for 2 nights in OC Maryland. I paid $255.00 through TicketsatWork, I get down to the hotel and they advise me that I was over charged by TicketsatWork and that the total was 194.12 for the 2 nights and that's what they charged Ticketsatwork... so where is the $60 extra dollars that I was charged? I called the company and was on hold for over 45 minutes, I chose to have them call me back which they did almost 2 hours later at 10:45 pm at night only to be told that there wasn't anything they could refund me for, but they couldn't answer any questions about the extra 60 dollars. I then emailed the company 2 times with no response, and I can't seem to find the company on the BBB or id complain about them there also.. it's a total rip-off. Don't ever book a hotel room through this company.

    This is my first, last and the worst experience which I will never forget. I had recently booked some tickets for SEAWORLD, Orlando on Friday 04/14 amounting to $660.50. I got a confirmation number immediately but neither got my ticket nor my money back. I called up the customer care 4 times which kept me on a hold for 1 hour each time. I did give my call back number but no one called back. Is your customer care so busy attending complaints?? I had to purchase tickets on my own tickets to visit SEAWORLD on Sunday (can provide copies). This looks like a scam, even after sending an email on April 19th (4 days ago) I still didn't get any response which make me more worried about the whole website.

    I would refer Tickets at Work because they’re pretty good and they have really good discounts. Their website is also very easy to use. Purchasing the tickets wasn’t good but it got resolved. The representative double-charged my card so I tried to work that out as soon as possible because I was leaving in a couple of days after. The manager approved for instant refund and it just took a couple of days before it came back on my card. But everything else is great.

    I was interested in investing in real estate so I enrolled to the Armando Montelongo seminars. Since I knew nothing, I was hoping to learn the business and get some tools that I could use to get started if I wanted to. The first one was the free hour and a half or two where they gave an overview of the business. Then the second one was the weekend where they went into a little more detail explaining some of the concepts and principles. But I was a little disappointed with that one because they didn’t seem to want to answer questions for people. This was three years ago and they tried to shut this particular lady down which was rather rude and it almost made me not wanna participate further. But the questions that she was answering were very reasonable. I'm a certified facilitator, therefore, I'm probably more critical than I should be to people who are facilitating sessions. But they were disrespectful.

    The next one was the bus trip, but because I'm not a party guy, I didn’t like that at all. I also went to the Master Mentor program, but, in relation to the money spent, that was also a disappointment. He does a few things that are good but the price is off the chart. However, there were a couple of things that were noteworthy that I really learned from. One was learning how to estimate rehab cost. That was the most valuable part of that trip but that knowledge wasn’t worth what I paid for. Also, I met potential people to network with which was valuable in that regard. But overall, I was really disappointed in the trip and the cost that I spent for.

    I got three tools, and in that regard, it met my expectations. But I keep focusing on what it cost me. Now that I have some experience, I've been networking and I've flipped five houses, that same information is available for 75%, which is significantly less. If I hadn't come across that information, I probably would've been happy. But still, the seminar has affected me in a positive sense because I wanted to do something that was very different by design. I chose something that was not connected to human resources even if it wasn't on purpose. But it's helped me learn a new field. I've made a bit of money and lost some, too. But had I waited a year later and spent more time online, I would not have gone to any of the seminars.

    But in the future, I would not attend any more seminars, although I would still attend webinars because now they are free to me. But the law of diminishing returns in my learning from Montelongo has set in now because I have the foundation and they're not incrementally adding anything to my knowledge. I tend to use other resources more than his. But he has a fantastic product and if he reduced his price for that, he'd get more people. But it still made a good foundation for my learning and entry into real estate investing.

    Had reserv to Pigeon Forge TN. We're set to leave out on 04/15/2017 to a hotel in Pigeon Forge. Received a call my sister had a heart attack and were unable to make the reservation. TicketsatWork were unwilling to work with us on anything, the representatives was rude and said, "Sorry that's not our problem your sister had a heart attack." Cold and heartless. I will NEVER!!! use TicketsatWork and am encouraging fellow employees not to use them either. The Motel was nice. They said if we hadn't gone through TicketsatWork they would have refunded or at least allowed us to reschedule at a later date. Never again with TicketsatWork!!!!!

    I would NOT ever recommend ordering tickets from this site. I ordered Seaquarium tickets on a Sunday morning for an 11:15 show on the following Wednesday. After calling Monday & being told voucher would be guaranteed to get to us by midnight that night, didn't get it. Called again Tuesday and was informed they would "guarantee" to have the voucher to me by midnight as I explained to them we needed to have the voucher asap as we needed to leave early Wednesday morning to get to Aquarium on time.

    Woke up Wednesday still no voucher. Needed to leave by 8:00 but had to wait until 8:30 to talk to them and they admitted they never sent the voucher as they "guaranteed me" they would on the two previous days. When I finally received and printed the voucher they had the wrong reservation time. Do NOT order tickets from here. Also, I did request to speak to a manager and was turned down.

    I used Tickets at Work to book a hotel and I’ll never do it again. I work for the Department of Health and Human Services and I booked it through our PRS website. And then I went to the discounts and it transferred me over to the Tickets at Work. The prices were slightly cheaper but I found that it was cheaper to just present my state ID. Then when I cancelled the hotel because my husband found the hotel that we wanted to stay at was haunted, I was charged for cancelling it. I did it within like three hours so I didn't like that either.

    I understand if it would have been booked then I would have done it right before and billed. I get all that. I understand why I was charged but I don’t think it's right that I was charged. I did it at my lunchtime and I cancelled it before I even got off work that same day. So, that was $25 that I had to pay just for booking at a hotel and not wanting to stay there. And then, on top of that, most hotels, when you book one, they don't charge you until you leave. I was charged that same day through Tickets at Work. They took the money out of my account. I didn't get it back until after my stay was already done a week later. I was out $160 or $165 for over a week and I didn't even stay at that hotel.

    It was not a good experience and I will never recommend it to anybody. If, for whatever reason it's a state employee, I will just recommend that they go directly to the hotel and say that you're a state employee and not only will it be cheaper, but it will be the normal hotel procedures. You won't be charged until you leave.

    My husband and I attempted to purchase a hotel stay using this company. We were given an order confirmation. I was soon thereafter sent an email saying the order had been cancelled, due to high volumes of booking. That was odd, but fine - we just wanted our money back. I immediately responded, asking about the charge reversal. No response. I called and spoke to someone who let me know the charge would be removed within 5 business days. One week later, and the charge is still present on my husband's credit card. I emailed customer service. No response.

    I called yesterday and waited for an hour with no help (no one answered). I pressed a button that would allow me to be called back By the company. No callback. I'm calling now, on the verge of a half hour waiting time, killing battery power, just to see if someone can fix this before we are charged credit card interest. This is also preventing us from planning our 1st wedding anniversary vacation. This is totally unacceptable, and we will NEVER purchase a hotel stay through this company. I will also make it known through my employer that this company has been very disgraceful. Lesson learned.

    I purchased Park Hopper PLUS tickets for my family for Disney World. After three days at parks, went to go to water park and after an hour + in line we're told that TicketsatWork only purchased Park Hopper not PLUS for us. Couldn't get in to water park or mini golf or other activities. Waited two hours for someone to call to be told "sorry". Ruined an entire day of our vacation. I was told I'd get a refund of $60... really??? (Which I haven't received and got no confirmation.) That doesn't cover the cost! They also couldn't fix the issue for the remainder of our trip! I asked to speak to a manager and was told they'd call me back. It's been over a week. I've called four times and emailed and have no response.     We ordered tickets from TicketsatWork online and they were the cheapest compared to other sites. We bought Disney hotel and park tickets and Universal park tickets but we had an issue with the Universal tickets. We were allowed to buy tickets that in the fine print said that they expire before we were even in the area. We noticed that right after we purchased it. They will cancel it but all sales are final so we were not able to get the full refund back and they charged us the 10% fee.

    I can't say for sure that we would be able to see that fine print before we bought them but it wasn't clear that those had expiration dates where other tickets did not. I mentioned that maybe it would be a good idea to make it a little clearer what the effective dates of the tickets were and if people are booking the entire trip through one website, then there should be the ability to double-check that the tickets can be used when they are actually at the hotel. TicketsatWork understood that but they still couldn't really do anything for us. They gave their reasoning for why they couldn't refund me the whole amount and I understood it but I think that that would be something good to look at.

    It can be frustrating when you're planning a trip and you budget your money but you end up having to spend more not because of what you chose to do but because of the way that you're booking the tickets. Next time I will be much more careful with the actual items that I'm buying and I'd tell people to really pay attention to what the dates are on the tickets and be careful before hitting the final send it button. But other than that, it was pretty straightforward and it's pretty good.

    I bought hotel tickets from TicketsatWork and the prices were very good. The first time, I took the room right away because it was $96 a night at the resort in Miami. But someone else purchased the rooms at the same time. They couldn't accommodate those and canceled my reservation. I would suggest that if it has a high volume on booking a room and if there's any promotions or good deals, it should be a first-come, first-served basis. They shouldn't cancel someone's reservation without telling them.

    I called them back and they accommodated me throughout the whole process on a different hotel. The reservationist was very helpful and she helped me out to look at whatever I paid. She told me she gave me a price closer to the $96 and I had to pay the difference. When I came to use the discount that I was doing through the corporate office that I work for, they weren't able to accommodate the discount. They never used the 60% off for the reservation that I did over the phone. But it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend it to a friend and I actually have.

    Don't use this company! They are running a scam. We bought tickets online for Universal Orlando. The website timed out. It said those very words. We tried again and this time successfully purchased tickets ONLY they DOUBLE BILLED. We contacted customer service assuming they would correct their system error and were told that they were unable to refund our money. They are thieves. I will NEVER use them again. They stole $500.

    Charged for tickets I never authorized! My first, worst and last experience with TicketsatWork.com. I entered the site as a first-time user to purchase (2) tickets to Universal Studios. There are multiple locations and ticket options. I proceeded down the purchase path. As I got towards the end there was no confirmation of what was being purchased (as you would have on airline site or Amazon, etc.) before checking out and I wanted to make sure I had selected the correct location so I went back to the Home page and making sure I selected the Hollywood destination, and proceeded forward again.

    Getting to the end point again I also realized the checkout process didnt show the ticket option selected so I returned to the Home page and made sure that I selected the desired destination (Hollywood) and 2 single-day tickets, and proceeded to the checkout page now confident I had the correct selections. I reviewed the quantity (2) and price, and proceeded to check out.

    When I received the confirmation email it showed I had purchased 6 tickets and had charged me over $600. I looked back at the page I had clicked "Purchase" on and it showed the quantity as 2 and price associated price. I spoke to a developer friend from Microsoft and he informed me that likely what happened was that the prior aborted entries into the purchase path had saved the quantity each time and only after I clicked "Purchase" on the page that showed only 2 tickets did the shopping cart charge me for 6!

    I immediately called Tickets at Work Customer Service and explained the issue with the site, and requested the order be corrected, they informed me that all sales were final and there are no refunds. I again explained that the page I clicked "Purchase" on only showed 2 tickets so it was a site issue. I was put on hold and then given the same response. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold again, and then told no supervisor was available, and that if I did speak to one they would tell me the same thing, and I was subject to their terms and conditions.

    So now I'm stuck with over $400 worth of tickets I have no use for and I don't live in CA. Thanks to TaW for ruining my girlfriend's birthday trip. The site user experience is poor, your customer service is rude and shows zero interest in satisfying customer issues. I will be reporting this transaction (for the additional four tickets) to my credit card company as fraud and taking additional actions of recourse.

I was on the website and when I went to click "Purchase," I was told the 10 minutes had expired and I had to go back and reactivate the tickets to try and purchase again. I did so. When I checked my email I received two back-to-back confirmation numbers and was charged for two separate orders. I have emailed and called to get in contact with Customer Service minutes after the incorrect order occurred. No one has returned my phone calls or answered my emails.

    I need to cancel a hotel reservation but the customer service phone # for Ticketsatwork is on infinite hold. Their "special optional tool" for a call back does not work either. It just keeps asking for your 10 digit # to be entered. I've called the hotel directly regarding the cancellation, but they state I must reach out to Ticketsatwork in order to cancel. No response to emails either that were sent to customerservice@ticketsatwork.com. Frustrating!

    I booked a hotel with this site for the first time a few weeks ago and unfortunately we are not gonna be able to attend the event due to medical issues... I was totally aware of the fact that the fare was non-refundable, however, I wanted to give it a try and decided to call their customer service number. First of all, I waited for around 20 minutes and there wasn't any agents available. They do offer this callback feature but I was not gonna be able to pick up the phone an hour later due to work restrictions. When I finally had the chance to talk to them, they were totally unprofessional.

    The gentleman who answered the phone (Ty was his name), was completely careless and it felt like he was having a bad day. I explained my situation to him, and before I had to chance to finish he went ahead and said "There's nothing I can do"... He didn't explain, he didn't empathize and he certainly didn't care. I asked a few questions about if there was a cancellation fee or anything I could do, and I could hear him talking/fooling around with someone else in the background thinking that he put me on hold. Clearly, he was not listening.

    I had the same issue a few months ago with another 3rd party company (hotels.com), and even though I had a non-refundable rate, they did managed to give me my money back 4 days before the reservation date. This review is specifically about their customer service. Do yourself a favor and use another 3rd party company... They offer the same deals for hotels and they do care about their customers...

    I ordered Disneyland tickets on the website thinking I was getting a good deal as they claim to sell discounted tickets. While waiting for my e-tickets (that also never came), I found out that after the TicketsatWork fees, the tickets are actually cheaper to buy at Disneyland. I stayed at a Good Neighbor hotel that offered actual discounted tickets and bought them there instead.

    I called the company and waited over an hour to speak to a representative. I asked for my order to be canceled and was told that to cancel it: #1 I would be charged 10% of my order total (over $50) and #2 They would have to contact Disneyland and await approval for the cancellation. It has been 3 days and I have yet to receive any news or money back. Also being charged 10% to cancel tickets I never received is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. I am still waiting for my money back and I hope the 10% is worth losing my business for good as I have been loyal to you for years.

    Tonight I booked a Hotel, Universal tickets and Disney Tickets with the 25.00 gift card promotion. I wish I would have read the info on ConsumerAffairs first. The Disney tickets after taxes and fees were significantly more than on the Disney site and the Restaurant.com gift card is a joke. The information is very misleading and makes it seem like it can be used at Disney Parks and it cannot. Just random places in Orlando you would never go to if your vacation is centered around visiting the theme parks. Not to mention I still haven't received any confirmation about our Disney tickets. I would like someone from Tickets at Work to contact me asap about refunding the Disney portion of our purchase. It's very sad this company is ripping people off who are trying to take a family vacation. I will also be letting my company know that they should not present this as a "benefit" to us as employees.

    I ordered tickets from TicketsatWork and it was strange that they will prefer what the delivery date would be. I put it for “As soon as possible” so that I can use it at my own convenience. The confirmation email said I will get my tickets after 48hrs but I didn’t receive any when the time came. I called customer service and it was a three and a half hour wait to talk to a representative. That’s when I looked at ConsumerAffairs and read about the negative reviews for TicketsatWork where some never received their tickets. I felt I was bamboozled. I noticed that the reviews were getting answered and that led me to writing one. Within a week they gave me a call because of the review I posted. They sent me the tickets and they worked out fine.     I would give no stars but had to give one. This company came thru my work email so I thought it was a good reputable company... I bought pre-sale preferred comedy tickets for comedian Trevor Noah. The ticket prices according to this site were very high. I paid $109 per seat for Center Orchestra. I went onto Ticketmaster, today, the day the tickets went on sale to the general public and the seats are AA. According to Ticketmaster, they are Rear Orchestra and the tickets are only $69. This really sucks. I will never ever use this site again.

    This site also did something while I was trying to book a hotel room for Memorial day weekend. It told me that my card was declined. I called my bank and they said that it was declined by the merchant, TicketsatWork. They raised the price of the hotel while I was in the middle of my transaction. Will def not use this old school site. They got me once, but won't again.

    I thought this website was going to be great because it was a discounted rate on hotels. The discount ended up only being $5 but I booked it anyway. Come to find out a few days later, the price dropped $20. They wouldn't refund the difference to my account, even though it says "LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE" on their website. They said I could cancel for $25 and rebook, which is ridiculous. All other hotel websites let you cancel for free almost up to the date. Not very happy with my experience with their customer service about the issue. Won't be using them again.

    I purchased a voucher for 2 dinners at Margaritaville in Las Vegas. I paid 70 dollars for two sets of dinners while we were going on vacation, March 20, 2017, along with another 520 dollars' worth of tickets. When I went to use the voucher, I was told it was expired and there was nothing they could do. I was then told to call 1-800-331-6483 (ticketsatwork.com). There was always 1 hour wait times, and then intentionally got hung up twice. I finally got a hold of someone (Scott id# **). I was told that all sales are final and that the vouchers were expired and there was nothing he could do. This company just took 70 dollars from me for nothing in return, and all I was told is "I'm sorry." I will never do any business with them again, and request my company General Motors to remove them from employee's site.

    I booked a hotel through these guys and had 72 hours to cancel with a $25 charge fee. Something came up where I couldn't make my trip and ended up having to cancel. Not only did they never mention that they were going to charge me for a night even though I was still outside of the 72 hrs cancellation period but they also told me numerous times during the numerous times I had to call cause I never received a cancellation email. I was suppose to get my refund back in 3-5 business days and here it is over and week long now and still not refund.     While planning a recent vacation to Orlando, I decided to give TicketsatWork a try to see if they could perhaps save us money, even if only a small amount. However, I found that the prices from TicketsatWork to be consistently higher than could be had from purchasing whatever you wanted directly. For example: a Day Resort pass at Discovery Cove costs $190.64 per person, per day, taxes included, when the ticket is purchased directly from Discovery Cove. However, on the TicketsatWork site, the cost is $212.93, a difference of 11.0464%.

    A three day Park Hopper pass (with water park access) for Disney from the Walt Disney World website $307.79 per person, taxes included; at TicketsatWork the price is $408.96, a more substantial 28.2302% increase. This is despite the language on the website which states that the TicketsatWork price represents a $44 savings. Again, these upcharges may not seem like much, but the principle of the matter is that the prices on the website are supposed to be discounts. I did find that, for Universal Orlando, the prices were exactly the same, so no discount, but at least you're not paying extra for the "privilege" of using this company.

    To be fair, I did give TicketsatWork two opportunities to respond by contacting their customer service number. In the first instance, I was told that customer service could not help and that I would need to call marketing; I was then given a number which was not in service. The second time I contacted them (later the same day), I was told that prices for tickets are set based on agreements with the vendors (i.e., the parks) and that if the parks lower their prices, then TicketsatWork must still charge the same price (although Disney just raised prices in February 2017, so if anything the price change reduced the percentage difference between the two ticket sources rather than increasing the gap). I was told I could write a letter (!) to the corporate office, not addressed to anyone in particular (!!) and they might (!!!) contact me in some way, shape or form at a later date.

    Overall, it seems to me that utilizing this company is not worth your time; you're certainly not going to save any money and, at best, you will break even, but only selectively; in many instances, you could pay more. The general lack of concern about the wildly increased pricing leads me to the conclusion that the company in question is either unaware of the issue or, more cynically, is hoping no one notices. I noticed, and I will be recommending to my office that we no longer make use of this company to provide a "benefit" to our employees, since the only one benefiting is TicketsatWork.

    I purchased Disneyland tickets from TicketsatWork, and have been trying to reach the customer service line for over an hour and a half. I thought I was purchasing a discounted ticket through a work program, but it turns out they charge more than the Disneyland.com website. They add on additional fees and taxes, which are not charged through Disney. On top of that, I have not even received my ticket, which was meant to be an e-ticket. The website indicated I would receive my tickets as quickly as just a few minutes, but instead I've gotten just a confirmation email. This makes me uncomfortable when spending a few hundred dollars to not receive a ticket, through a company I cannot reach, and has on multiple reviews failed to provide tickets in a timely manner.

    I have purchased Disneyland tickets through TicketsatWork. Only after arriving to the Disneyland gate, after I purchased my tickets, I understood that the ticket will not be processed in time and then I also realized that tickets from Disneyland itself were cheaper than the tickets I purchased and that the prices mentioned on TicketsatWork site as the base price are false advertising and misleading. I tried to call their offices and could not reach through. Their representative called me back after I was already in the Disneyland Park after purchasing new tickets directly. She promised to check for a possible refund and few days later I received an email saying my order has been successfully canceled and a refund was issued to my original form of payment.

    There was no mentioning of a 10% fee neither in the email nor in the long discussion I had with their representative PRIOR to the cancellation. No one ever mentioned a 10% cancellation fee and just to be clear this is fee for tickets that were never issued and I have never received!!! I would have not have cancelled if I would have known of this outrageous fee. I am very upset with their behavior as I sent them a long email about this and they never even responded. I will never use TicketsatWork, and I will definitely not recommend it to others in the future.

    I noticed 2 charges on my debit card for TicketsatWork.com. One was for $1144.01 and the other for $563. I contacted TicketsatWork to dispute the charges and the representative asked for my order number. I told him I didn't have an order because I didn't purchase anything, and then he asked for my email. I gave him my email and he said it wasn't the one on file. So he asked for the last 4 of my card. Then he asked for the name on the card. He then tells me, all the info points to me, so there's nothing he can do... Hello... Isn't that what fraud is?!? I was calling because my debit card was used. Of course the name of the debit card was mine.

    Anyway - I asked him to please get me to someone so I can report the fraud and he said there was no point as when I purchase something I can't dispute the transaction. I didn't purchase anything. Especially not $1800 worth. I then asked him to please remove my account that I didn't know I had and I would go through my bank. He told me they couldn't close my account. Really? So some person can continue logging in and make purchases because according to this guy, I gave out my information. Bad experience. Fraud and poor customer service. Never again.

    I bought 2 tickets for Disneyland 2 day 1 park and it came with a $25 restaurant credit. During checkout, it says I will receive 2 emails. One is a receipt and the other is PDF attachments of my restaurant credit code. However in the email it states, "Thank you for your recent $25 E-Certificates order. Please note that this email cannot be used as a ticket/voucher. You must use the attached PDF(s) to print out your gate tickets before arriving at the park."

    So, does that mean I have to use the restaurant credit before I enter the park or I have to literally go up to the box office and show them these PDF attachments of a restaurant credit to get into Disneyland? That entirely doesn't make any sense at all. So, I have been on hold FOREVER and literally do not have time to KEEP waiting. At this point, I WISH I bought my tickets on Disneyland's website (which are CHEAPER) to not have to stress about not wondering HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS! I would like a refund, so I can spend my money on a company that is more reliable.

    Attempted to make a hotel reservation through ticketsatwork.com. After locating a hotel and providing credit card information, and submitting my purchase the website brought me back to the same page with a red dialog box at the top stating that my card information did not go through or something to that affect. I re-entered my card information and tried again. After many attempts with two separate cards I was still getting the error.

    I then clicked a link at the bottom of the web page for their contact information so that I could speak to a representative. Once I clicked the link a confirmation number popped up on the screen. I proceeded to call the number provided to speak to a representative to see what was going on. Keep in mind that this was all over a period of about an hour. The people answering the phone were very polite and informed me that my reservation did go through several time. They acknowledged that it looked like I attempted around 7 or 8 times for the same booking.

    Unfortunately this is where things went South. The customer service rep informed me that they would need the hotel to approve one of the cancellations and that there would be a $25 cancellation fee. I told them that I thought that was absurd for an obvious web page error. One of the hotel bookings was canceled but they refused to waive the $25 fee. They ultimately then provided me with a $25 restaurant.com card that is absolutely useless and said that there is nothing else that they could do. Needless to say that I will not be using this site ever again for my hotel booking business.

    It was my first time booking through TicketsatWork and I booking a hotel in Vegas a week ago. I checked the TicketsatWork again days later, and the price went down $50. I tried calling to edit my reservation and get a credit for the price difference, but the customer service rep told me that I would have to pay $25 just to cancel my order and rebook all over again. There was no type of courtesy credit that they could give me to get the lower rate. I probably won't book here again. My advice is to book through the actual hotel or book through a company that does free cancellation.

    My wife booked a hotel room for 2 nights in Vegas for our upcoming trip and she booked it in a rush. So she decided to book a refundable room so in case if we have to make changes, we will get our money back. She booked a room on Feb 28, 2017 and I called on March 1, 2017 (A day after the booking) and wanted to make some changes to the room type and extend the stay. I was told by the customer service rep that I will have to cancel my reservation and start a new one. So I said that is not a problem and let's do that. Once I told her I was fine with canceling the reservation, she told me that there will be a cancellation fee charged and will be deducted from the reimbursement amount.

    I was shocked to hear this since as far as I understand that refundable means you get your money back (of course you can't call a day before your booking date and try to cancel but I am talking about one week in advance and just one day after we booked). She told me she cannot do anything so I did not wish to argue with her and asked her if she can transfer me to her supervisor/manager who may have more authority to make this change for me. Here things took for the worst.

    I have never dealt with anyone in my life as this person especially her being a Customer Service Manager. She would not even let me speak and spoke over me and then when I asked her if there was anything she was able to do considering that I am still booking the room but just wanted to make some changes. She denied again and as it was clear to me that she was not going to help me then I asked her for her name and information so that I can report to my credit card about this incident and have them negotiate for me. She said no that she will not give her information and hung up on me as I was talking to her. Never in my life I have dealt with a Customer Service Manager who doesn't even understand what Customer Service is.

    Major Issues I have beside her rude behavior: If something is advertised as Refundable, I believe in simple definition in English Language is to give back or restore (especially money); repay. (Source: dictionary.com) but in this case, she was charging me to return my money on a room that is advertised as a refundable room. Not sure how can that be. If something is advertised as Refundable, then it cannot be Partly Refundable. Those are two different terms and they should advertise or list their services as such.

    My wife booked the hotel thinking that the rate she received was a discounted rate; however I started searching for other website for the same hotel and out of curiosity checked the same dates we have booked our room for, the pricing for other websites are either same or cheaper than one listed on Plumbenefits. So can someone remind me that how is this a discounted price as they advertise on their website?

    I have already made a call to my Credit Card company to dispute these charges since I will not pay a penny to this company who doesn't even know how to speak with their customers. But guess what? Charges have not even shown on my cards yet since it takes about 1 or 2 business days to post it. So how is there a cancellation charges when they didn't even charge it yet or fully process my order? I was going to book a second room but I have to reconsider 100 times before booking with them if their customer service is not improved. I am posting this here to see if I can have someone look into this matter and of course inform others for their false advertisement and rude customer service.

    I recently purchased tickets to Disney World through TicketsatWork. I am an MD Anderson employee and decided to take advantage of these offers. After I purchased my tickets, I realized tickets from Disney World itself were cheaper than the tickets and hotel bundle I purchased. Seeing this I became very upset because I thought TicketsatWork was supposed to be a great way for employees to save a little bit of money. If i would have known better I would have never used TicketsatWork, and if this is how your company works I will definitely not recommend it to others in the future.

    I experienced the same thing as Leah of Goodyear, AZ review on Feb. 9, 2017 and Michael of San Jose, CA review on Feb 2, 2017. I am very frustrated at the bait and switch that took place in my purchase of a 1-day 1-park Disneyland ticket on Feb. 23, 2017. TicketsatWork is provided through my employer's Passport Corporate program. Initially TicketsatWork looked like it would save me money but it was only after my purchased that I realized (unfortunately) that they charge taxes and fees where Disneyland does not! My $110 face value ticket from the Official Disneyland site was charged $9.41 taxes and fees and cost more at the TicketsatWork site. While the purchase from the site includes a restaurant.com gift certificate, taxes on the Disneyland ticket itself is not warranted as Disneyland itself does not charge taxes on it.

    It didn't help that I was on hold with TicketsatWork customer support for 2 hrs. too because the email instructions on how to redeem the ticket was not clear. After checking out, I was told I would receive two emails and the second email did not actually contain the ticket I would need to print and bring with me to the park. After finally getting a hold of customer support, I was told that I would get a 3rd email within 24-48 hrs. with the actual ticket. This should have been clear! I may not get my ticket in time for my trip. We will see if the ticket actually arrives because reviews on the ConsumerAffairs website note that tickets have failed to arrive and that TicketsatWork has charges a 10% restocking fee for electronic tickets that were never received in the first place! Hope you can correct this if you are looking for happy and satisfied customers because I am not one after buying from your site!

    TicketsatWork sold me a room at decent hotel, and charged my bank account. This hotel had just been bought by lesser brand hotel. Neither hotel chain had a reservation for me, for the next day. When I called TicketsAtWork, they would not refund my money. They forced the reservation at the lesser hotel, and said it is the same hotel. Hello, Motel 6 is "NOT" the same as Marriott. I will never use TicketsAtWork ever again, and do not recommend anyone using their service.

    I bought ten tickets to Universal Studios Orlando through TicketsatWork, a deal advertised as "Universal Orlando Resort™ 1-Day Combo w/ $25 Restaurant Gift Card." After receiving the tickets via e-mail, I learn that $25 gift card does not work in the parks, but at area restaurants, most you've never heard of. Additionally, each restaurant has its own terms, i.e. a $25 gift card costs $10. This deal from TicketsatWork cost $1,239. By comparison, you can buy tickets on-line from the park for $989.95 and that includes a $150 coupon book and the option to purchase additional items at a discount, i.e. dining pass at 30% off.

    I recently bought tickets to The Lion King on Broadway. There were two types of tickets available - "orchestra/prime mezzanine" and "rear orchestra/mezzanine." I purchased the orchestra/prime mezzanine to avoid sitting too far back. When the tickets came, they were 2 rows from the very back of the orchestra. I thought surely this should be considered "rear orchestra" and I paid for the better seats?

    I called customer service, and it took about 1.5 hours to receive a call back to speak to a rep. She told me "sorry, we can't do anything about the tickets - you can't check if there are other seats available and can't get any of your money back." This is one of the shadiest business practices I've ever seen - they purposely name the ticket groups in a misleading way and have no intention of giving better seats for higher prices. Why even distinguish between orchestra and rear orchestra if they're not planning to honor the difference? To them, there's no difference between orchestra and rear orchestra so don't bother paying for the better seats! They'll take your money and give you the cheapest seats they have.

    Bought some ski tickets from this company. Prices on the actual company were much cheaper. Not only I was on hold for over an hour, and got hung up by agents twice. They refuse to refund the charge, or even give me credit for a new purchase. All they told was to file a chargeback if I were unhappy. Terrible.

    We bought 4 Disneyworld tickets for our upcoming April vacation. Total purchase price was 1221.26. We just discovered these tickets are subject to a blackout period which includes the week we will be there. Never was it mentioned to us that there was a blackout period. When we called TicketsatWork people they told us the tickets were nonrefundable and to try calling Disneyworld. When we called Disney they told us since we bought the tickets through a 3rd party vendor they can't do anything either. We just want to buy tickets that we can use. We have saved up for years for this vacation. We are at a loss. We literally can't afford to buy new tickets if we don't get a refund for these tickets. I hope you can help us.

    My employer just sent out an email about this program to all 2,600 people that work for the company. So, of course, I thought this would be a trustworthy site. I have a vacation planned to California in a few weeks, so I was so excited to see "discounted" Disneyland tickets. TicketsatWork advertises that the tickets at the gate are "$190 Dollars for a Regular 1 Day Park Hopper Ticket, but your 'Corporate Price' is $165." Then they throw in they'll give you a $25 gift card to sweeten the deal. This is not a discount and just false advertising for 2 reasons...

    I checked the Disney's official site out of curiosity after I purchased these and saw Disneyland is selling their Regular 1 Day Park Hopper passes for $165 each!!! This is $25 CHEAPER than going through the site. The $165 on Disney's site also includes all taxes and fees, meanwhile I paid MORE for the same ticket through TicketsatWork. Ripoff!

    I might have been ok with this, since I first thought - well, that's ok, I have a 2 $25 "gift cards" to eat. I went to redeem the gift card (which, by the way, the app doesn't even work properly - broken links, freezing, randomly quitting, etc.). Turns out the gift cards are just more or less 50% off coupons to unappetizing holes in the wall. There are no disclaimers explaining that these aren't actually gift cards. This is completely false advertising!

    So, I got to pay MORE for tickets and bought $50 worth of crappy coupons. This is ridiculous. I feel so stupid for not looking into this further and checking the Disneyland site FIRST. Silly me for trusting this site. Of course they don't give refunds, not even 24 hours, to cancel these tickets, because they know how unethical their own company is. I will let HR and my coworkers know what a poor experience I had. I would very much like a refund of some kind, at least $50 for the glorified coupons or a the VERY LEAST the $22 EXTRA I paid for the Disney tickets.

    I recently bought Universal tickets as a present for my boyfriend back in mid January. These tickets started being valid BEFORE I EVEN PURCHASED!! How is this right?? Our trip isn't until May, but oh wait. Our tickets are already invalid! I tried calling multiple times and was on hold for over 1.5 hours each time. TicketsatWork should NOT be trusted. The tickets were only valid for 13 days period and some of that period was before my purchase. So basically they sell getting ready to expire tickets. I will not be using TicketsatWork again and I will be contacting HR to let them know all the trouble they have caused and how much money I am out.

    I received a link for Tickets at Work through my employer. I just assumed (wrongly) that their prices would be better than standard so I did not do my due diligence before purchasing. Initially, their prices are a few dollars less than through Disneyland.com, but I didn't realize that they charge "taxes and fees" that Disney does not. Needless to say, after numerous phone calls I am unable to cancel my purchase, or at least get a refund for the "taxes and fees". Do not purchase Disneyland tickets through this company without thoroughly researching first.
