I purchase two 4 days pass Disneyland tickets back in Feb 2020 before lockdown, ticket exp in Jan 2021. Hope things will get better, until Canada announce the border will not be open until next years or longer. I call in and they told me there is no refund and no extensions for the exp date! I need to wait 2 weeks for a email to see if they can do anything! This is ridiculous. This is my first time and last time using TicketsatWork.

Purchased NHL tickets in March. Refund times were quoted at 30-45 days, which is fine. I receive an email that they have no idea when I will get a refund. Will not ever use this company again. I went through them to save some cash but next time I’ll just buy from one of the big name sites.

I have been completely disappointed with the way the refunds have been handled with these NBA tickets. I cannot get anyone directly whether I call or chat. I got an email offering me a voucher for instead of my refund. Then today I get another email saying a refund won't be issued. I demand my money back for these cancelled games and no voucher will do. The country is going through a pandemic so what would I need tickets for right now. I will not be using TicketsatWork again.

Richard contacted me to resolve the issue. He definitely made me feel as if I were important as a consumer and he did resolve my issue. He has also made me feel much better about the situation and I would feel confident using TAW for future events/trips.

    Original Review: July 10, 2020

I purchased Disney Park Hoppers and Universal Tickets in early March before these parks were shut down. Once all of the cancellations started (fireworks, parades, Halloween party, dinner shows, etc), it was not feasible for my group to take the trip. I was advised by TAW that it was approved for me to get a refund for these tickets. That was on 6/23/20. The conversation on that day was sketchy and I was unsure whether the refund would happen or not. The person I talked to did not sound confident in her answers, kept placing me on hold and was vague in explaining the process.

I called back on 6/29/20 and asked if I could have some sort of verification that the refund was processing. I was sent an email dated 6/29/20 that my request was approved. So, was it approved on the 23rd or 29th? Is this even approved or did they just send an email to appease me? I have left messages with no return call since I don't even receive updates that this is being worked on. I don't feel confident at all that they are processing this request and will be sure to advise my employer of the service provided by this company. I have had no other issues with cancelling anything else related to this trip (AirBNB, flight, car, etc). This was my first time purchasing discounted tickets and will definitely never do so again.

    Original Review: July 9, 2020

I booked 3 rooms at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas back in March, ensuring that these were refundable if I had to cancel for any reason. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 I am having to cancel the trip. I reached out yesterday, which was within the cancellation period, to request a refund. I was told that there would be no problem issuing a full refund and that I would absolutely get my money back. It was only AFTER the rooms were cancelled that the representative told me that I would be receiving my "refund" in the form of a voucher. This is unacceptable. I had confirmed and re-confirmed that these would be refundable and now, during a pandemic, I'm being told they're not.

Meanwhile, The Cosmopolitan IS offering refunds for customers who booked directly with them. I was told that a supervisor would contact me the next day to try and resolve this, but by this evening no one had called so I called them back instead. I was finally able to speak to a supervisor, but they are still refusing to issue a refund back to the original payment method. I was also told that the voucher "refund" was only recently implemented, but was not at the time I purchased the tickets. This company is not trustworthy. It doesn't seem like they're very interested in retaining customers, only the initial money they can make off of them. Issuing a voucher forces me to spend my money with this company, which I will not be using again after this experience. Going forward, I will book directly with the hotel or use a more reputable company.

Terrible experience and it’s not right. First I thought I was just reserving the room and then realized they took my money. I called to have room cancelled because of the protesting and curfews and they never told me how the refund would work. I had to email them for them to tell me it would take 30-45 days. What? For refund? And I still don’t have refund and it’s been close to 45 days. This policy is not right and it didn’t take them that long to take my money.

Updated on 09/01/2020: I wrote a review almost two months ago and received this response from the company then never heard from them again. "We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party we have been reaching out to the partners to see if they are willing to provide a refund. We apologize about this matter but the venue has postponed the show to the following year. We are still trying to see if the broker can obtain a refund from the seller and we will keep you posted." Their customer service is horrible and I am extremely disappointed in the way they handled this matter.

Original Review: I purchase tickets for the Sea Hear Now Festival in Asbury Park, NJ through Ticketsatwork.com in March right before the COVID pandemic. This festival has since been postponed from September 2020 to September 2021 due to COVID restrictions/precautions. I am unable to attend the dates for next year and when I contacted Ticketsatwork they refused to issue a refund stating that the event is set to take place at a later date and the tickets are still valid.

I explained that Sea Hear Now is issuing refunds to fans who purchased tickets through them directly and are unable to attend the new dates, but they still will not refund my money. I reached out to Sea Hear Now to let them know what a disgrace this is and they state they are not even familiar with this company and therefore cannot be of any assistance. It's a shame that TicketsatWork is taking advantage of this global pandemic to profit for themselves. I will never purchase anything through their site again and I will spread the word to everyone possible.

Richard reached out to me and took care of the situation.

    Original Review: July 3, 2020

First off, I am an essential front-line worker at 2 local hospitals. I am a Respiratory Therapist and I have been on the front-line during this whole pandemic. My family and I were hoping that this pandemic would ease up so in April of 2020, we decided that we would go on vacation to Florida and take the family to Universal. I have used Tickets at Work in the past and absolutely loved the discounts, so I thought that I would try again. I spent a great deal on 6 adult and 3 children's tickets.

Well when the pandemic picked up again and Florida became a "hotspot", we decided best to cancel our trip. I have 2 children who have asthma and this would not be in their best interest for their health. So I called Tickets At Work to request a refund due to underlying circumstances. I sat on hold for the better part of an hour and was told no several times, I escalated the call and the person I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional making me feel unimportant and that my family's health and welfare was of no concern to them; and that all they care about is their profit and their bottom line with no concern about their customer's needs or concerns.

I booked a hotel room through TAW with a refundable rate and when my travel plans needed to get canceled a month in advance due to more positive cases of covid-19 in the area they would not refund my money due to my reservation being non-refundable according to them. I am very disappointed and will not be booking anything through this company anytime soon even though it is promoted at my work. Save yourself and book directly through the hotel so you can cancel if need be.

Updated on 07/07/2020: I posted a negative review of my terrible experience with Ticketsatwork and the nightmare of getting a refund. While I wouldn’t take that review back, I would like to post an update. I have to give credit where credit’s due. Richard **, a manager at the company reached out right away to resolve my issues, he kindly apologized for the inconvenience and the runaround and was extremely quick to provide a refund, provided proof of the refund and even checked in after the refund to make sure I rec’d it! What a contrast in customer service! I can’t thank Richard enough for helping my family and I out, he has excellent customer service skills and should be training the other reps! Thanks Richard!

Original Review: TicketsatWork sounds great but it is NOT worth it. I have been trying constantly for 3 months to get reimbursed for Disney tickets. Covid made Disney close and therefore my tickets were unusable! Emails get generic responses and phone calls get you 50 min holds and then the cust svc rep hangs up on you! AWESOME! Avoid the headache and just buy direct from the vendor! This is a nightmare! And not only my nightmare but 5 of my other family members that bought tickets as well! Horrible.

    Original Review: June 28, 2020

We booked a hotel stay, ensuring we picked a refundable room type as there were questions on whether we’d be able to travel at that time. 5 days prior to the deadline to cancel, we reached out through the form on their website, requesting a cancellation and refund per the booking. Ticketsatwork issued a “voucher” rather than a refund. I called to have a refund issued as I requested but was told that I “have already accepted the voucher”. The representative stated they would submit a request for the voucher to be cancelled and a refund to be issued but that vouchers aren’t able to be cancelled once accepted (which I never did). I was told I would hear back within 24 hours. At this point, I’m done with website. I would recommend they be avoided at all costs.

Richard had reached out to me regarding the policies for both Tickets at Work and Walt Disney World. I appreciate his timely response and empathy. I definitely have to admit some misunderstanding on my part, and I am pleased that the situation could be resolved.

    Original Review: June 28, 2020

The amount of savings I received on Walt Disney World annual passes was not worth giving up Disney customer service. I bought a total of 3 passes in February, after 4 cancelled trips I can’t get a refund. WDW has changed the policy to offer full refunds, but since I purchased through Tickets At Work I was referred back to them. Even with Covid 19, I received an email reply that the passes are non refundable. I am out over $3000, and it’s disgusting. I understand policies, but WDW is CLOSED and we are traveling from NJ. I was even willing to take credit or a different ticket. It’s unreal that this company cannot refund tickets during a pandemic. Next time, buy direct! I’ve learned my lesson.

I was very disheartened when I started this complaint process. I truly felt TAW and I were on opposing sides. I no longer feel that way whatsoever. Yes, I have done a full 180. This past Sunday, I was contacted by the nicest man ever (Drew). He not only took the time to assure me I'd been heard but further explained they were working on my ticket order, exploring every possibility for resolution. We exchanged info and I was to be contacted by Richard. (For those who do not know, Richard is mentioned in numerous resolved reviews. Richard has since called me, he understanding, knowledgeable, helpful, and dedicated (He contacted me on his day off). These gentlemen changed my perspective, with their over and beyond customer service!.

    Original Review: June 25, 2020

Tickets at Work has a no refund, no exchange policy. For an event where you know nothing will keep you from attending, this company offers fair pricing. During a worldwide pandemic, where events can not proceed as planned, it appears this company is focused on keeping people's money instead of helping their customer get funds refunded. Bottom line, when times get tough, through no fault of anyone, true colors start to show. Unfortunately, I feel TAW is focused on money and not overly concerned of the well being of the ticket holder. I am not happy. Think twice before dealing with this company.

The customer purchased Santana concert tickets from our Preferred Access section on the website. These tickets comes from a trusted broker and under the terms of sale that was agreed upon these vouchers are considered a final sale. The concert, due to the Covid-19 situation, is postponed and we deeply apologize that a refund cannot be provided at this moment. We recently reached out to the broker to see about a refund, but they confirmed that the show is postponed and will not be able to issue a refund. We will definitely check periodically for this guest with the seller to see for any future updates or changes. Also, if the artist and/or venue decides to cancel the show then the guest will definitely get a full refund.

Richard reached out to me and was very personable. He explained to me the expiration policy. Thank you, Richard. I appreciate your time reaching out and helping me understand.

    Original Review: June 25, 2020

I bought my Disneyland tickets on Feb 12. Clearly, this was before covid shut Disneyland down. The expiration date on my tickets say Jan 12 2021. We were supposed to go for spring break and then thought we could try for the summer. With today's announcement, there's no way we'll be going on this trip of a lifetime if there's no parades, no fireworks for my kids now in the summer. I was even thinking of going around the holidays but with this reservation system going to be in place trying to get the school holiday days (like everyone else) makes me too stressed out. I don't want a refund. I don't want my money back. I just want my ticket expiration date to be extended.

My issue is TicketsatWork told me if I had bought the tickets on Feb 21 or later the tickets would of been good till 2022. Really? I missed a whole additional year by 11 days? The fact that they won't extend my expiration date is quite frankly BS. Had I of known at the time of buying the tickets, I would of waited the 11 days. We weren't going till April anyway. I would not recommend TicketsAtWork due to their unfriendliness, lack of communicating as to how they came up with Feb 21st and how that impacts people who bought tickets in the beginning of 2020 thinking they were going months later. You'd think I'm asking for my money back. I just want my expiration date to be pushed out like everyone else who bought tickets 11 days after me.

It is now 6/24/20 and I still have not received my refund. They continuously tell me their back office is working on it and they are waiting on a response from their partner (Discovery Cove). I finally decided to call Discovery Cove and they tell me that have not notes or information requesting a refund on my tickets. I have allowed plenty of time for resolution and I now have no choice but to contact the Better Business Bureau and an attorney. Buyer beware.

I am saddened to not recommend Tickets at Work. I've used this service for the last 4 years. It was a good service when it came to me buying show tickets, booking hotels etc., But when it came to getting a refund, getting a hold of them became impossible. I sent an email about getting my money back for a hotel I booked about 10 months ago. Due to the covid situation the hotel on Vegas is closed and is forecasted to be closed the days I booked.

The only email I received from them was one that said they would gladly refund me my money but I would have to pay the cancellation fee. I then replied with an email asking if even though I had no control over the pandemic, even though the hotel isn't open, and when I booked the hotel certain amenities and restaurants would be offered but are not because of closures I still had to pay cancellation fees. The hotel isn't even open plus the whole landscape changed. I wanted to know if it's still on me to eat up the cost. No response. It's been about a month and I've sent them numerous emails and no response. I think it's disrespectful and wrong. Don't think I'll be using this service ever again.

I would not recommend purchasing tickets for any concert event from TicketsAtWork. I purchased tickets in December 2019 for a May 16 2020 concert (Sturgill Simpson @ MSG). Sturgill cancelled his tour on May 2. I would have expected a refund from TicketsAtWork within 30 days, because that's what Ticketmaster has pledged to do (the TAW tickets actually came funneled to me through Ticketmaster). It has been 50+ days and no refund yet. TAW even states on their website:

"Event Cancellation, Postponement, and other Event Changes.

Should an event be cancelled (and not rescheduled), or should a contingent event (e.g., a playoff game) not occur, you will receive a full refund (including any Preferred Access Ticket Fees) for your purchase." TAW emails me every 5-10 days and tells me that they are working on getting my refund, and that I don't need to reach out to them. Well, OK, just refund me $$$ already. It's gotten to the point where I have contacted my senator because this lengthy waiting time is just ludicrous. Don't use TicketsAtWork. It's that simple. Go directly through the venue if it's at all possible.

When the event was officially postponed to October, these tickets would carry over, but I have still received nothing from Tickets at Work. Now the event is officially cancelled for 2020, and they will not process a refund. I have called customer service numerous times and they have not been helpful in processing any refunds. I have still not even received the original tickets I was promised. Coachella themselves are offering refunds for the event and I am being refused. Horrible experience and probably will never use them again.

I said that my family is in New Zealand and they cannot use the tickets at this was a once in a lifetime visit. They said no. I said I purchased the tickets for $50 a person plus fees, you can currently buy the tickets for $30 and you receive a free ticket for the next year. Also several attractions are closed at KSC. I have talked to the ticket center at KSC and they are not even accepting coupons so we cannot in fact even use the tickets! This is ridiculous! Do not buy from them whatsoever.

We had two hotel reservations for mid-June that we can't use now since the area we are travelling to is shut down to anyone non-essential. We were informed that we could not even change the reservations to a later date or transfer the reservation to an essential worker so that at least someone could use the hundreds of dollars that we've lost. We will not be using TicketsatWork again. We have been very satisfied with Hotels.com in the past and will be using them from now on for our hotel reservations.

Due to all the travel restriction by COVID we cancelled all our flights, hotels and rental car reservations. By all companies it was no problem (Hertz, BA, Hotels.com) except TicketsAtWork. Every 5 days we get any email that we have to wait another 5 days. It's like a scam. Don't understand why my employer is related to them. I will never use them again and I probably will never see the refund.

My employer promoted this site and had a wedding at Disneyland that I was to attend in May of 2020. I purchased tickets in the beginning of March that totaled out to be over $700. When COVID-19 hit, the wedding was cancelled so I reached out to this company for a refund. They told me all sales are final and no refunds would be issued. I called Disney. They were offering complete refunds that I would have gotten had I bought directly from them. (Which I should have done anyway since this site only saved me TWENTY dollars!) So I called this company back and demanded a refund since disney was issuing refunds.

The representative told me, "No refunds would be issued since disney is allowing people to use unused tickets until December 2020." I told her, "I’m not going to Disney because the wedding had been canceled and a new destination was picked." She told me her manager said disney is now extending the tickets to be able to be used until December 2021. If they don’t get used by then I’d be able to get a refund. Again, NOT going to Disney because the wedding has been relocated. And they want to hang my $700+ up for a year and 7 months?! I’m livid. The lady spoke to her manager who finally approved it. She said I’d see the refund in 30 days and that I'd receive an email within 10. I receive an email every 10 days saying my refund is delayed. Very disappointed in this company and I will be sure to tell my friends, family, and everyone at work not to use it and suggest my employer stop promoting it.

I am pleasantly surprised with the support I got from TicketsatWork. I booked Universal Orlando promotional tickets with them in January planning to be there at the Spring break with my kids. Obviously, COVID-19 cancelled our plans. I was initially pretty skeptical on the ability to get a full refund (expecting some kind of voucher). Nevertheless I called them and requested a refund. It took maybe a month and a half (which is totally fine with me) to get my money back. Every 5/10 days I was getting updates from the company. Long waiting period was completely reasonable these days. Good job, I will use them some other time.

I used TicketsatWork because my employer promotes them. If I had gone directly to the Red Sox site for my tickets, I could get a refund. Instead, I got an email about NBA tickets and that they would get back to me??? I did not even buy NBA tickets. Basically, I was sold tickets that the seller will get refunded (I emailed the Red Sox site to confirm.) but they also get to keep my money. Does that seem fair? So why would anyone want to use this company? You are better off going direct and bypassing this group. I am out A LOT of money and this was a gift for my young son. We are disappointed that we could not follow through with this trip but it is beyond my control. I am very disappointed that during this pandemic this is how companies do business.

I purchased tickets to Disneyland for my family of four, which is now closed with no foreseeable reopening. I tried calling Tickets at Work to discuss the situation and they are not accepting phone calls, so I used the contact me function on their web site and asked for a call. I instead received an email which did not address my situation with no way to follow up. This is not helpful. Since the park will be closed for when my trip was planned in June I would like my money back. I would not recommend tickets at work as they make it impossible to contact them in a meaningful way. An email with generic information is not satisfactory.

As a 3rd party these tickets come directly from the park. We are trying out best to see if Disneyland will allow a refund due to Covid but the vouchers passed their 90 day rule. If there is any way possible the park can get these non-refundable tickets possibly voided we will definitely let the guest be aware. We deeply apologize about the phone lines which can be busy due to this Covid-19 matter. Thanks.

Richard S., the Manager for Online Reputation, contacted us within an hour of our review being submitted and approved. He provided great service and processed our refund immediately (2-3 days to process back to the account officially). It took less than 5 minutes for him to process. I wish this was the same outcome when I submitted my initial cancellation to TAW over 45 days before reaching out to Consumer Affairs. I give Richard 5 stars and TAW 3 stars; it is still unfortunate that it had to get to this level.

We booked our hotel reservation with Tickets At Work (TAW) on March 5, 2020. We had a refundable reservation and submitted a cancellation request on April 7, 2020 due to the pandemic. TAW stated the refund was processed on April 12, 2020 and would be completed in 21 days. TAW communicated they were working with their Partners for a credit; however, when we reached out to the hotel, they communicated that they didn't even have our reservation in the system at all. If the Partners (hotel) did not have the reservation request nor the money, then why has TAW not processed our refund? Where is the money? It has been over 45 days and no refund still. It has even exceeded the 30 days that a business would normally credit a transaction back. Their last communication stated “we do not currently have an estimated date of return.” Again I ask, where is the money or better yet who has the money?

I booked tickets for Disney back before this pandemic began, I even tried to wait it out after the pandemic began before immediately requesting a refund. After losing my job, I decided to go ahead and request a refund being that I’m due to give birth in now less than a week's time and I have no income coming in to help support myself, my son and my newborn child on the way. Tickets at work claims that my refund has been approved in full and that I only need to wait 30-45 days to receive it. There is no escalation process which I find to be absolutely ridiculous.

You were able to take my money from my bank account in a matter of seconds but you can’t seem to put it back within a 10 day period? I understand there are many requests coming in but NONE of your consumers asked for this pandemic to happen. I’m sure none of us wanted our events to be cancelled in the first place. So here I am, about to go into labor in less than 3 days and I have NO money to my name right now and waiting on a $1400 refund which might not even get here within the next month.

We had purchased tickets to a few theme parks including Disney (directly) and Universal (Through TicketsatWork from my company). When Covid 19 hit and California locked down the state, so did the theme parks. We were sad to cancel our vacation plans.

We called Disney and they were very prompt to refund us for the ticket purchases understanding that it was not easy for us to fly all the way across the country. However, TicketsatWork kept lying to me that we will get a refund. After calling numerous times and getting the runaround over a 2-month time span, I finally got an email saying that we would not get a refund and our Universal tickets were extended until the end of this year. That is not helpful at all. I can’t just fly a family of 4 with small kids to California from Maryland anytime I want during this pandemic. Please be a little more understanding here. I would just like for Ticketsatwork to refund me my money. Thanks.

Warning to anyone considering using this company. I would not recommend purchasing any travel related services from this company. They falsely represent discounts that are no better than what you can arrange on your own and the deals are nonrefundable. In addition, they offer these services through work related app making it seem more legitimate. This would typically not be problematic but given the pandemic, they are not issuing any alternatives despite the fact that travel restrictions are in place. You cannot communicate with customer service in any fashion except via email. They basically apologize but state no refunds or accommodations are going to be given due to their arrangements with the hotels they work with. In my opinion they are stealing money we paid for a family vacation for my son's graduation and will now not be able to go.

    Original Review: May 23, 2020

We were going to purchase our tickets directly from Universal Studios but last minute I checked if my job benefits had discounts and I found TicketsatWork. I purchased 6 tickets around late February and a hotel stay for early March. Then the Covid pandemic hit and we canceled the reservation for the hotel as things were escalating in Florida - no problem, I told them I would wait to talk to the rest of the people going on the trip because they said there was a 10% fee for tickets and I needed to confirm with the rest of the people going. Then everything got shut down due to covid and we had to use up some of our vacation days and the other people going on this trip needed their money back due to hardship. The Tickets at Work phone lines were extremely long so I found their cancellation/contact us email page and sent an email to cancel with a detailed explaination.

They sent an email back a couple days later and it was confusing - to submit a cancellation confirmation and to contact them if I hadn't received a refund. So, I hadn't heard back so I sent another email confirming my first email. After a couple days I received a reply to that one and was told they were not refunding. I called them and told them the same things as on the emails - that we weren't going to be able to go and needed our money back. When I purchased them the site did not state nonrefundable. I requested a manager and was denied - I was told that if they refunded my money that universal was not going to refund TicketsatWork back because they were 3rd party sellers and also the lady advised the policy changed on March 15 when Universal changed their contract with them.

I called Universal Studios directly to confirm this and they denied it - they are refunding 100 percent of unused tickets to direct buyers and denied what the rep told me and suggested I file a dispute with my credit card company. I called my credit card company and explained the situation back in the middle of April and today I received a letter in the mail asking for all the documentation. It's now May 22nd. I am over this, I wish I had never found this site. I had to refund my friends out of pocket. The pandemic has been a real burden and we don't know when we will recover from this and all this company cares about is profits.

    Original Review: May 21, 2020

I booked a Disney hotel room for 2 nights and Disney is closed due to COVID-19 and this business refuses to let me change the dates even though I asked way in advance (6 weeks). It's extremely ridiculous during this time of COVID-19 to not be willing to let someone change their reservation dates. This was a lot of money to me and I cannot afford to waste it. I understand not being willing to refund the money, but to not be willing to let me change the dates is unacceptable. I will be at work on those days and unable to go to the hotel to use any of what I paid for.

When I requested to change the dates, this is their response: "Unfortunately due to contractual agreement, we are not able to amend the dates on this reservation." I did not sign any agreement. This company is also very hard and time-consuming to get a real person on the phone, and they never bother to respond to questions submitted through their website. It also concerns me that I have called the hotel and they are unable to find any reservation for me. As with everything related to COVID-19, these are very unusual circumstances that I couldn't have possibly predicted and this company should review their policies during this difficult time.

I will never purchase from TAW again. I purchased tickets to a show in March. COVID-19 canceled everything. So even though the show was technically canceled it shows in postponed status. The promoters for this event have stated in their website that you are eligible for a full refund if the event is in postponed status for greater than 60 days, if you purchased the tickets through them. The venue for this event is stating that you can mail your tickets into them and they will refund your money, if you purchased the tickets through them. TAW of course says that the tickets are non-refundable. So it seems to me it is not worth buying from them if they refuse to give refunds for tickets where everyone else involved is refunding.

Apparently even a pandemic isn't enough reason to give customers their money back. I have seen on the BBB that they have refunded tickets to other customers that were purchased for other events that were non-refundable and also on this site. So I am confused why their situation is different from mine since we are all suffering from the same pandemic. TAW has even referred me to a site to prove that the event is still postponed. But also on this site it states refunds are provided for this event if it is postponed more than 60 days. They give the option to get your money refunded. When I brought this up in my reply on BBB the issue was "administrately closed" by TAW. The way this situation has been handled so far shows me that they are not a company that deserves my business.

We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party we were able to refund the guest for a part of his order even though our partners have extended the expiration dates on all tickets. We do have a manager looking into this matter to see if anything could be done, but if the guest alters a voucher then we are unable to cancel and refund it as an example. Once a date of entry has been changed by the customer it then becomes full ownership of the park. As a result, the 2nd order the guest had allowed us to void in the system as it was not changed or altered by the customer. The tickets the guest has can be still used at the park for a later date due expiration extensions and Disney is honoring that full credit in the future as well due to the virus situation.

In December 2019, I booked a week's stay in Las Vegas for May 23-May 30, 2020. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic all our shows and hotel are closed during this time. The shows booked directly through the hotels refunded our tickets within days of the cancellations without us even having to ask. I contacted Tickets at Work regarding the hotel room and waited for nearly 2 weeks for a reply. The good news was that Tickets at Work would be giving me a full refund as long as I cancelled prior to May 20th, but it could take up to 30 days to process the refund. I cancelled immediately and was very happy to know that they were going to be taking care of me and my family. Three weeks later I received an email to let me know they were still working on my refund and I did not need to contact them as I would hear from them in 5-10 days, still a happy customer.

The 30 days is now up and I receive an email advising me that my request has now been delayed and once again do not contact them, they will contact me again in 5-10 days. I am no longer a happy customer, I had to reach out to them to get the refund process started, wait 30 days for them to process it only to be told, on day 30, it is being delayed longer. I understand that they have had a lot of cancellations to work with, but the pandemic started nearly 2 months ago. I only saved about $200 using their service, but am having a big run around when it comes to the refund. I will never use a third party service again and would caution anyone using them to book hotels, shows, concerts, or other experiences. My family and I will be rebooking this trip for a later date, probably sometime next year, and I guarantee you we will only book directly with the hotels for our rooms and show tickets.

I contact TAW on 4/10/20 and requested for our reservation to be canceled due to the pandemic, which is beyond our control. Our reservations were nonrefundable, however, due to the pandemic figured they would honor a cancellation like all other major hotels were doing, including Disney. They responded same day and said "we regretfully are unable to proceed with issuing a refund at this time because the room type selected is a non-refundable rate. While we understand your travel needs may need to change, we appreciate your understanding of the limitations surrounding a final sale purchase."

Our travel needs did not change, the global pandemic changed them for us!! I responded right away and asked that even though travel is restricted and them parks are closed, refunds are not allowed, even though major hotels, Disney and BNB's are issuing refunds. Of course, no response. I emailed again on 4/16/20 asking for an update as no response has been received. Still no response. I submitted a new ticket on 4/21/20 and got the generic response that due to high volume of requests for cancellations they need additional follow up time.

On 4/22/20 I got an email with apologies for the delayed response and that they had located my order and have submitted a request to the hotel partner to cancel and refund the reservation. On 4/23/20 I received an email stating they have not been able to reach a resolution yet, however they will continue to reach out to the partners. Another email was sent on 4/29/20 with the same update. And then no more updates. I sent an email the morning of 5/11/20 and as of the afternoon no response.

I sent an email directly to the hotel I have a reservation at and they advised that they are giving refunds and if we had booked directly with them they would refund it. They stated that if TAW would call them directly they would authorize the cancellation/refund. So from the hotel's response, TAW has never contacted them!! Who is the partner? Disney World resorts are not taking reservations until July 1 and after. Since our reservation is before this date there should be an exception to a no-cancellation policy reservation as this is something that no one could have predicted and not something we are trying to change ourselves. At this point, I would not recommend TAW to anybody no matter what the savings is. I would rather pay more and be able to deal with a company that is more sympathetic and responsive to their clientele during a pandemic.

DO NOT BUY! I decided to buy through Ticketsatwork instead of Universal directly because it saved a couple hundred dollars. Unfortunately, I could not go on the trip because two of the people going are my 70+ parents that live with me. We need to wait for a vaccine for COVID19. I had bought express passes through Universal directly and they were very understanding - full refund. If I had bought my park tickets through Universal, I would have gotten a full refund as well. Ticketsatwork refused the refund. Lesson learned, ALWAYS BUY DIRECT.

So we called Tickets at work to see about a refund for the hotel stay. After about a month and a half we get an email saying that we will not be getting a refund for the Hotel. Which is BS especially with everything going on. To steal money from people with the pandemic going on is pretty crappy thing to do.

We purchased tickets to Discovery Cove for June earlier this year before COVID. Because of the situation we are unable to travel and have no idea when we can. I am unable to get a response from Ticketsatwork on refunds. The call center goes to a full voicemail box and I keep getting the same boilerplate email message to rebook for a later date but who knows when we will be able to go? I have no other plans to travel to Florida any time this year. They refuse to give me my money back for the SeaWorld tickets, which will be almost $400 I will be losing! They want to blame Seaworld for not returning the money. But I feel they have the right to refund the money if they wanted to. They have also promised a refund on my Funspot tickets on 3/31/20 and stated it would take up to 30 days to receive the funds but I have yet to receive them, which is an additional $100 lost! Will not be ordering from them again no matter how much money they can save me. And I will not recommend anyone else to use them either!!!!

This is the worst experience ever. We had a trip planned for Chicago and pitched tickets for Wild N Out and Chicago Skydeck. Obviously due to Covid19 everything was cancelled or postponed. I contacted TicketsatWork in mid March for a refund and was told that since one was postponed and not cancelled they cannot refund for that show but but since Chicago Skydeck closed and stated they were honoring all refunds that I would get a refund for that one and to call back by April 30 if I have not received refund.

I called in the beginning on May and was told that my request was never even seen as the person who took the request is no longer with the company and she was the one responsible for following up with the claim so it was never even addressed. I was being told by the associate on the phone that all sales were final and that they were not issuing any refunds even though this is out of our control.

I then asked to speak with a supervisor to then told me that since the previous employee who initially took my request faked to do her part that she would push the request through again for a refund and it should be final without 72 hours. Well 48 hours later I received an email stating the refund request was denied. I am in Ohio and will not be visiting Chicago anytime in the future and will not be able to attend either of these events and due to being out of work I don’t have $250 to just throw away. I have now contacted the attorney general offices in Ohio and Illinois to address this matter. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

We planned our spring break vacation, and it had to be canceled due to Covid-19. This being completely out of our hands, I called for a refund. I was advised, there was nothing that can be done and these tickets are final sale, and basically give the tickets away, or figure out a way to get to Florida before they expire. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would advise that you just purchase directly from SeaWorld, so you are not donating $800, if there is ever a global pandemic out of your control.

I bought my family a Disney Land vacation for my family with Tickets at Work on 2/20/2020 not know this COVID pandemic would shut everything down. My vacation was scheduled for June 1st and there is no way they are going to open by then. Due to these hard times and no way I can do my vacation I asked for my money back. They have refused saying that the tickets for disney are good until January 12 2021 and the room I got was not refundable. First off I am not able to use the tickets. I am not going to be able to go to Disneyland to use these tickets due to the circumstances. Second my receipt for the room list the rate type as refundable.

I have read the other reviews here from people who had this experience and got their money back so here is what I am going to do if not resolved. Like the others I will bring this complaint and theft up with my state and your state's Attorney General. Second I will forward everything including the lies to my HR department which I am good friends with and we are a large company. I don't think they will like that you won't refund me. Third if needed I will dispute this charge and with Paypal. Lastly if needed I will take any legal steps necessary to get my money back. My one star review is based of them not giving my money back and also lying to my face about the room. I will never recommend tickets at work to anyone due to this experience. We literally have to plan 1 year in advance because it's not easy saving money and getting the time off of work, but we were pushing to make this happen. We worked HARD for this! Finally the day came when I could finally buy the tickets and thought I found a great deal with Tickets At Work. It wasn't long after when Covid 19 hit and everything began shutting down, beginning the same week we were supposed to go. Absolutely crushed, I called TAW and stayed on the phone on hold for 2 hours before someone finally answered. The rep was kind, and professional and did say that a refund was approved and going to be processed in 72 hrs, but I received nothing. So I called back and they weren't taking calls anymore, so I followed directions from the voicemail and emailed them. A

gain I received an email saying a refund was approved but this time it would take 30 days. This was in March. It has been well past the 30 and still no refund. Then I received an update saying it was processed and I should see the money shortly...still nothing. Then another email saying it would take ANOTHER 30 DAYS! Every time I try to email them I get a copy/paste response and nothing more. They had really good deals, but I would hate for anyone else to be in this situation. I just need to talk with my HR at Amazon and Alorica and begin the process to have them removed from our employee benefits discount options. I'm sure there are other companies that can use the business. Absolutely crushed.

Save yourself headache and avoid this company at all costs. I Purchased 12 month tickets March 4 for Busch Gardens. Mid March the state of VA closed due to covid. The park is closed and remains closed. I called end of March and inquired about a refund and I was told it has to be reviewed and can take up to 21 days. I called just this week April 21 and Lucinda informs me that they sent an email denying the refund, which I never got. Lucinda was difficult and very argumentative stating no refunds and these tickets will still expire March 4 2021 DESPITE park closure!!!

I asked to speak to the manager and was transferred to Yoav ** who had even less customer service skills than Lucinda and was really just downright arrogant. I asked to see the terms and conditions as I doubt it included a force majeure clause, which he refused initially and then finally agreed to email it after we went back and forth.

I agree with a previous reviewer in the statement that these people who work for TAW do not appear to want to amend or offer ANY accommodations and appear to be looking for an argument. They state the tickets will still expire on March 4 2021 even though if we had bought the tickets from Busch gardens directly we would be privy to the extension they are offering but since we bought them from TAW, that perk is not applicable to us and apparently they do not comply with that extension. (How is this even legal?) The park has been closed now for 2 months. How are these by definition, 12 month tickets? THEY’RE NOT!! Essentially we aren’t even receiving what we purchased!

I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and plan to move on to the attorney general because this cannot be legal. I also plan to report this to my HR department as my company should not promote TAW. Shame on TAW for taking money for a service NOT rendered during a pandemic! A word of advice to TAW - during a traumatic period of time i.e. a pandemic nonetheless, you may want to consider putting your employees through some Customer service training with a focus on compassion. Avoid this company.

I had to cancel the reservation due to the Coronavirus outbreak. When I called to cancel, they told me there was a fee of $194.81. This was also in the booking email. However, I did not receive a verification email cancellation and called them on several occasions about that. Sure enough, after the time frame of refund cancellation, they sent an email saying I was not eligible for any type of refund—none. So hurt and angry that a company would do this to a family.

I never received my refund and my husband works for a large company where they advertise this company. I will make sure this experience is shared throughout the entire company. I have every single piece of proof needed to validate my claim. So buyers, please be aware before purchasing or feeling safe because of a cancellation policy you see on the page. The issue is that they don’t send confirmation of your cancellation to you and then claim you never canceled in time. Be cautious before making a booking.

Our Universal Orlando vacation planned in May 2020 was unexpectedly cancelled due to COVID-19. First our flight was cancelled on us, then the hotel (Hard Rock) notified us of cancellation and we discovered that the park would be closed through the end of May. Even though we had non-refundable airline tickets, we were able to obtain a full refund from the carriers. We also did not have any problem getting a refund from the hotel. HOWEVER, when I contacted TicketsatWork, I was given the response that the passes we purchased were nonrefundable.

I tried calling to appeal, but the number I called had a recording stating to contact them via e-mail. I've e-mailed 3 times, but no response at all - very disappointing. I understand that in a normal economic environment, yes, they are non-refundable. But due to the circumstances, we feel the company should be more lenient in their rules and try to help out its customers. My pay has been cut due to COVID-19 and there is no way we can plan a trip any time soon to Universal Orlando. It would have been nice to at least receive a response to my appeal, but I haven't heard a peep. Very discouraging.

Very disappointed with the level of service I have received. On March 15, 2020, I spoke with a representative who advised me my recent Hotel/Ticket experience would be refunded in its entirety, less a $25 processing fee. I was so relieved. I was told I would receive my refund in 5-7 days. On day 8, I called and was told 7-14 days, on day 15, I was told 21 days, and then on day 22, I was advised it could take UP TO 30 days. On day 31, I spoke with a representative who advised me that my CARE request was inadvertently closed as complete even though no actual refund had been given. I was given a new CARE request # and told it would still take another 24-72 hours for them to release the funds AND another 15-30 days for me to actually get my $2160.46 back. So here I sit, more than a month later, with very little confidence that I will get my money back.

I purchased a hotel through TicketsatWork and it was approved for a refund since 03/25 and until this day I have not yet receive my refund yet. It's 4/22 now. They have an automated phone message when you call. I know that it's COVID-19 crisis going on, but it still shouldn't take that long. Since it was approve since 03/25. The crisis shouldn't have anything to do with it when it was already paid upfront. So, where did the money go? If it's taking that long for a refund.

My fiance and I spent over $800 on Disney World tickets for 4/26/2020-5/2/2020. Due to the Coronavirus Disney World has closed and I have been informed from customer service that we will not receive a refund. The response was that Disney has extended tickets until December 2020 and we can contact them, but there is no evidence that Disney World will be open in December or that we will be able to travel by then because of finances. My fiance went from working 6 days a week to working 3 days a week and our finances have been seriously hurt by the pandemic so getting a cash refund would be a big deal for us.

Found out on Monday our hotel is closed for our travel date due to Cov-19 and they would refund the room to tickets at work but now tickets at work won’t give us the money back!! We will lose $800 for the hotel and it’s not even our fault. We did not choose to cancel. The hotel is literally closed! We can’t afford to even go to Disney now because we don’t have another $800 for a different hotel. They aren’t even working with us. I’m so upset.

I had tickets purchased for Disneyland, Universal Studios and Tampa Bay Parks in Florida back in March/2020. Unfortunately, all those parks closed last month due to the recent Coronavirus pandemic. I called Ticketsatwork to receive a refund and they informed me I would have my money back within 7 days. 2nd time I called them (about 10 days later), they informed me that it could take up to 21 days. 3rd time I called they decided that they would not refund me my money anymore. They extended all the tickets thru December 2020 even though I have informed them that I can not travel to Disney World this year anymore and this resolution is not acceptable by me.

At this point they decided not to respond to my emails anymore. To this day, they still have my money with no intention of giving it back. This way of handling customers during a world Pandemic speaks volumes for what kind of business this is. If you can choose to do so, I ask you to reconsider ever doing business with Ticketsatwork.

Taking the time to review this business as I'm appalled at their insistence on sticking with their normal refund policy despite the fact that the economy has fallen to pieces. Bought tickets to a Braves/Giants MLB game for 4/17/20 on 3/2/20 and have been told on a couple of occasions that they will not refund the ticket purchase until the event has been changed from postponed to cancelled, despite the fact that we have no idea if or when games will be played at this point. I'm supposed to just swallow the fact that they have my money tied up this whole time when other businesses (mostly outside of the ticket exchange universe) have made exceptions or changes to their policies to help consumers. I will not be using their services ever again.

I booked a room at a resort back in August 2019 for an event that was happening at ESPN at the end of April. Due to Covid-19, ESPN is closed and so is the ACTUAL HOTEL until this travel ban is lifted. They are offering no refunds and no help at all. We prepaid for the hotel which was $1500.00. Since this company is a third party booking they are blaming it on the actual hotel stating that they will not allow them to cancel the reservation and offer a refund. I just got off the phone with the hotel and they stated that they ARE offering all third party booking companies a full refund at this time. The actual process is frustrating also. Every time you call, the person on the phone has to "submit a request" through email to someone. Then they send you an email back stating the request to cancel and get a refund is denied. Then you have to begin the whole process over. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

    Original Review: April 16, 2020

I purchased Disney Park tickets through TicketsatWork for the end of March. Due to the global pandemic the theme parks have closed down and my trip was cancelled. I requested a refund for my tickets and was met with generic email responses, the latest of which told me that Disney extended the ability to use the tickets until the end of the year so they would not be issuing me a refund and I should contact Disney to make changes to my tickets. So I did just that and was told by Disney directly that they WOULD issue me a refund, however the refund would need to be initiated by TicketsatWork since I purchased the tickets through them. When I called TicketsatWork to initiate the refund I was met with continued resistance and they are still refusing to give me my money back.

The customer service rep just kept repeating to me that they are not providing refunds for Disney tickets with no legitimate reason why, since Disney was obviously approving these types of refunds. I asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. The company is 100% scamming people out of their money. They are a third party, so if their supplier is offering refund to their customers TicketsatWork should honor that! Not to mention now is not the time to be greedy! We are in the middle of a global crisis, and people will remember the companies that treated their customers poorly. They've essentially proven that they don't provide a valuable service. I clearly would have been better off purchasing directly from Disney! I would highly advise against purchasing tickets from this company, and will obviously not be utilizing their service anytime in the future.

My husband Andrew and I were schedule for a cruise leaving out of Florida for the 6th of June. Because of Covid-19 our cruise was cancelled. Carnival refunded our money. We had to book a hotel because we were traveling from Texas. We had booked the hotel through our work at ticketsatwork.com. We called TicketsatWork and explained that our trip was cancelled because of the virus. The lady explained to me if we could get the hotel to agree to not charge for the room and get their name of who we spoke to they would give us a refund. Now, mind you, everyone's trips are being cancelled because of the virus and wait time to talk to anybody at ticketsatwork is atleast an hour or more wait. So, did as she told me, I called the hotel, spoke with the manager, explained the situation. The manager told me, "Of course we aren't going to charge you, here's my name and number. You have them call me."

Called ticketsatwork again, stayed on hold over an hour only to be told "lady I don't know who you talked to, but this isnt how this works. We are not going to give you a refund." I said, "But that's not what I was told yesterday, and I was given instructions as to what I needed to do." By this time the customer service rep was yelling at me and finally she simply hung up on me. I have every intentions of calling the Benefits assistance office and making a complaint and letting the Company I work for handle this. This is a time in which greed should not be tolerated. This is just inexcusable behavior out of a company and its customer service representatives. I will not rest until they no longer have this account.

    Original Review: April 13, 2020

Don't use Tickets at Work unless you can afford to lose all the money you give them. I bought 11 tickets for the Holiday Gator Park in Florida for a family reunion in March 2020. Of course, the venue had to close due to covid-19. We were there, but the venue was closed. So we called and emailed TicketsatWork about getting a refund. Their response was that we could use the tickets at a later date! Really? What are the chances that we are going to get 11 people together at one time to travel to Florida and use these tickets? So I'm out more than $270 and they couldn't care less. So my advice is to avoid using Tickets at Work for anything! The amount of the savings isn't worth it if a disaster happens and you lose all the money you spent! But as long as Tickets at Work is making money that's all they care about. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I had bought tickets for a Spring Break trip to Universal Studios Orlando. Universal Studios will be closed for over 2 months including the week I was supposed to go. I had a horrible time trying to get a hold of somebody which is somewhat understandable given the circumstances. What is not understandable is being told I would be reimbursed on a phone call and then getting an email saying no reimbursement. I was told I could use them at a later date. The problem is I work as a nurse and I am limited on when I can take a vacation.

The other members of our party are unable to take off at the same time in the future. I am very angry that other vendors have refunded their customers with no difficulty, but we are being told that we cannot get a refund for a product we did not receive. It sounds like even Tickets at Work is getting refunded but not passing it on to the customer which is very unethical if true. I will be reporting this to my Human Resources department which advertised this company.

We were penalized by TAW for cancelling our Vegas trip after the state of Nevada shut down Las Vegas while Covid-19 spread to every corner of the world! Caesars Palace contacted us to communicate that they were closing the entire hotel and casino for all of April and the foreseeable future. I contacted TicketsatWork whom we had our reservation through to request a refund, later I was informed my cancellation would take time, but they also wanted to highlight I would be charged a fee. They also had no shame in wording their response as if it were our fault we had to cancel, because a world pandemic is not something they could possibly sympathize with when it comes to their set in stone cancellation fee.

Never-mind people are losing their jobs at rates most have never even seen in their lifetime, and that the majority of reputable companies are contacting their customers informing them that they are automatically issuing a FULL refund, nope, not tickets at work. I had to contact them and they they quickly reminded me of that cancellation fee for changing my plans, never mind that the hotel is literally closed. In times like these behavior like this speaks volumes, what a vile company with no morals. I would love to see where their cancellation policy state “and if your hotel is forced to close due to a world pandemic”.

Here is part of their response to me, as if I should just let them keep the entire booking amount because I am "choosing" to cancel. "As it relates to your request for cancellation at Caesars Palace - Resort & Casino we must regretfully advise that a refund would include a $103.09 cancellation penalty. While we understand your travel needs may change or even be rescheduled, we appreciate your acceptance of our need to enforce the policies agreed to at the time of purchase."

Recently GoCity extended their pass validity for up to 2 years, but our passes are not extended since we bought it through TicketsAtWork. It was such a huge purchase for me, a single mother of two sons. Instead of taking into consideration that the Pandemic took this time from all of us, they rudely spouted rhetoric about rules. I ordered Universal Studios tickets through them, and unfortunately our trip had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 park closure and our availability to fly to CA within the time frame that the tickets were due. I was promised a refund from them within 72 hours on my first call to them, but that refund never arrived. Then I called again and they told me refunds were taking up to 15 days. I waited 15 days and no refund. I called again, but this time was told to email.

Several emails later, over a month’s time, and a couple of tweets at their company I received a call from a gentleman named Drew ** at **. He said that they will no longer refund us, but would extend our tickets expiration. The problem with that is that we cannot find time to travel to CA within that specified time frame. We live in MN.

I am at a loss of what to do here. This was not in their terms and conditions of the tickets and in speaking with Universal Studios they would have refunded us no matter what and they have also refunded their third party vendors. So there is a common theme. TicketsAtWork is collecting the refunds from Universal, Disney, and SeaWorld, but not passing them on to the consumer. Terrible company and I can't wait until the lawsuits start pouring in. I have already contacted my attorney and also ADP who is our benefits partner that introduces our employees to them for a small discount. Sounds like ADP is going to dump them also. Scam of a company. AVOID.

Now that Disney is closed indefinitely and we are out of jobs, TicketsatWork is refusing to give us a refund for something that totally out of our control! This is the worst customer experience ever! And to boot, this was supposed to be a trip for my child’s 10th birthday, so they are taking away from him too! I’m only giving this a 1 because I have to give it something, but this is A “0” rating!!!!

I have contacted Ticketsatwork with two emails over a week ago through their website and I have heard absolutely nothing back. As far as I can tell there is no number to call either. I need my $2200 dollars back, I need FOOD and SUPPLIES. Instead some vendor will not even respond to me. Frustrated beyond belief. If this doesn't get resolved soon you can bet I will tell everyone I know to tell everyone they know to stay far away from this company.

Both myself and my brother-in-law purchased tickets in January through my TicketsatWork account in anticipation of a family trip to Disney World for both families, including 7 children. The trip is to begin 4/26, so we've had to cancel due to the current shutdowns, etc. After calling 3 times since the day after Disney announced it's closing and giving our order numbers, we were told to await a refund and to confirm online via the Contact Us link. We were told today that we will not be receiving a refund and have not gotten any reply when asked for further explanation and reasoning.

This is detrimental to our families and I am absolutely taken aback that this is how a company would respond, especially when Disney World itself is approving refunds through June. This was planned meticulously as we are from Pennsylvania and they are in Texas, and there is no way that simply extending the dates for the tickets would work, as this trip was a year in the making. I can say that I would not use this system again and cannot justify the marginal amount I saved by using on TicketsatWork for this to be their protocol in a time of crisis.

Ticketsatwork said “sorry” but they won’t refund the tickets and I should reschedule for sometime later in the year. We are slated to be out of work, out of school for several months. Refunding purchased for locations shut down by a Pandemic should be standard, especially when the nations Unemployement is rising. Will spread this word around, great service until they cleared my sale, then stagnant and careless ever since.

I booked a non refundable hotel at the Wyndham New Orleans on 9/20/19 for the upcoming Essence Festival in New Orleans July 4th weekend. Essence Fest just announced that the event is postponed due to coronavirus yet they don’t have a new date. On 3/28 I reached out to the hotel to cancel and they told me I need to cancel the third party which I did. I received an email back from a CSR apologizing that they can’t do anything for me. Many other companies are extending cancellation policies. I had no issues with Southwest Airlines or Priceline with cancelling and receiving credits and refunds for this same trip. I don’t know why TicketsatWork is not doing anything to help.

They didn’t offer any type of trip insurance or anything. The event cancellation us beyond my control. I don’t even need a refund I can use the credit and stay at the hotel when the essence festival gets new dates. Ticketsatwork is acting like they can’t assist me at all. I don’t even think they contacted the hotel to help me. I really hope this can get resolved. I’ve never had any issues with ticketsatwork until now.

They even have a whole section on their website about cancellations due to coronavirus which says: HOTEL CANCELLATION REQUESTS: We are working with our hotel suppliers to cancel existing hotel reservations and can accommodate most requests. Please contact us via our contact form and detail as many specifics as possible, including hotel name, location and dates of stay, so we can help expedite your request.

It doesn’t appear that they’re honoring what they’re saying they can do.

Hello, I purchased tickets for Disney back on 2/14/2020 for an upcoming trip to Disney World on 4/8-4/13. As you know Disney World is currently closed due to COVID-19 and Orange County FL is going to shelter in place indefinitely starting on Thursday. I have reached out to Tickets at Work and they have stated that they will do nothing to accommodate me. This is very unsettling as I spent $2381 on these tickets and the fact that I am possibly going to lose this money without recourse. I understand these are final sale tickets but these are unforeseen circumstances and I am willing to take this to whatever length necessary to seek a resolution. Approximately 3 wks ago (2/26/2020), I have made a hotel reservation for the last weekend in March (3/27-29/2020). Every year, about this time, I book this reservation through TAW because my son and his high school rowing team have a regatta (rowing race) at the Sandy Run Regional Park in Northern Va. We live about 4 hours away (south) hence why we drive up the night before and just stay for the weekend.

Well, in light of the current situation with COVID-19, the organization that host this regatta has canceled all events until further notice; therefore, I have no need for this hotel reservation. I have spent hours on the phone multiple times and even left my number (to hold my place in line) for a call back. I have emailed the company as well. All to no avail. I understand and can appreciate the high volume of calls and longer wait times but a couple of hours just waiting for someone to come on the line is just ridiculous. I will never use TAW to make any hotel reservations in the future nor will I be using them to purchase tickets of any kind. Based on this experience alone is enough for me to go ahead and pay regular/full price just to avoid this headache and frustration.

I have purchased a hotel package in Cancun thru Ticketsatwork at the end of January of 2020. The trip was booked for 03/17/20. I purchased what I believed to be "all inclusive" package. Confirmed by phone with two different salespeople. First call couple days prior to purchase. Second call, I have asked the representative to confirm that in fact this is a "all inclusive" deal, and she said it was. This call was recorded and there is a proof of our conversation.

Fast forward to now, I have called the hotel directly on 03/08 to make sure everything was set as expected. To my surprise, the reservation existed but it was a "room only" deal. I have attempted to call ticketsatwork right away and was told the supervisor will call me back as soon as she/he is done with other call. I waited till 11:30pm and no one has called me.

I called again on 03/09/20 6:30am and was told that the only thing they can do is to refund my money within 5-7business days because they do not sell "all inclusive" packages anymore. If I have not called the resort to confirm, I would not found out about this problem until me and my family got there. We would have been charged additional $400 per night for what we thought we already paid for. This could put most families thru serious financial hardship.

Now, not only I have to wait for my money I had to reserved directly thru the hotel, and it's costing me $1100 more than what I have planned for. In addition, my hotel choices are limited at this point because of Spring Break travelers. So disappointed and stressed. I will never book thru them again and definitely letting my company HR and benefits person about it. Save yourself some stress and book it thru a reputable agent.

I bought Post Malone tickets for my 16 year old daughter and 3 of her friends at this website in December that is offered through my employer. These tickets were a Christmas present to the girls from the parents. I offered to purchase these tickets at a good price and never had a concern that tickets would be invalid. Concert was Friday 2/21 and received a frantic call after the girls went to concert that the tickets were not valid and were resold. They had to go to box office and I spoke with ticket office contact that the issue was with third party site where I bought these tickets and girls couldn’t get in. I had to buy new valid tickets at a higher price to ensure girls could get in concert because concert was starting in 40 minutes. I had no time to contact Tickets at Work as I was not home and didn’t have their contact information with me.

I called them after I got new tickets to get refund and they told me they emailed me replacement tickets (no guarantee these tickets were valid) after my daughter was denied access to concert but I wasn’t checking my emails at a frantic time with 4 upset girls and me trying to make a wrong right with limited time. I am embarrassed with the other parents that bought these tickets that they were voided as buying these tickets from work discount program should be valid. I was told by ticketsatwork needs to review and will take 10 business days If they will refund me original tickets and the difference I paid for valid tickets which is very frustrating. Waiting to see if ticketsatwork will make this horrible situation girls and I went through right. Ticketsatwork promise on website terms and conditions states all tickets issued will be genuine and valid entry into event which is a false statement.

How can I feel ok driving 6 hours to not have any proof of ticket? Aside from that the upcharge was insane. I compared their prices to venue prices. Triple! I know it's too late to cancel, but will not purchase from TicketsatWork again. Not knowing if I wasted 506.00 for 2 concert tickets and just trusting I can get them the day of show, is no way to provide good customer service. Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to speak. The guest purchased tickets from our re-seller section called "Preferred Access." The tickets bought on this website, as stated, can be higher or lower that the actual face value on the voucher. However, these tickets do come from trusted brokers and sellers and we do guarantee that the customer will get the vouchers before show time.

As a firm believer in great customer service and quality, we have a manager working with the seller to see if the customer can get the tickets sooner than anticipated. He is also investigating the prices of the tickets compared to what Ticket Master has them for. In addition to this, the manager has also been in contact with the customer directly to see what can be done to make sure she has a great time at the show. We recommend the guest work directly with that manager that has been contacting her directly for the past few weeks.

    Original Review: Jan. 24, 2020

I have always booked hotels and bought concert tickets on the TicketsatWork website, as I have discounts for employees. I have always believed in the slogan "Exclusive Employee Discounts". I bought two tickets today on the ticketsatwork website via ADP system and to my surprise the ticket was almost double the original value that is being sold at Ticketmaster. I bought ticketsatwork for $ 132.00 each ticket and in ticketmaster the same section - row was $ 75.00. I tried to cancel my purchase a few minutes later and was told that they could not cancel and that I would have two options:

    1. These tickets are direct entry and require no personal identification. Therefore, you can gift your tickets to a loved one who can enjoy the experience.

    2. You may explore service providers who assist in the legal resale of tickets. We are unable to endorse any specific provider.

This site should be audited!!!! Discounts are fake! I am very despondent and I will never buy ANYTHING on this site again and I will warn all my co-workers not to buy!

It turned out that it snowed on the day of the show that I had purchased the tickets and was unable to make in to New York City due to the weather. Had I purchased tickets from the box office I would have been able to exchange them for another day. I also paid more than the regular purchase price than if I had just bought them direct. Absolutely no benefit from purchasing through this vendor. In fact, you have to be careful because they are completely unwilling to help you with an exchange or cancellation no matter the circumstances.

We purchased tickets to Disney's Christmas party through TicketsatWork and it rained the entire night. Events did not go on as planned. Disney is offering refunds for this. We called Disney and they said that they would issue refund but because the credit card went through tickets at work they can't. We got the representatives name and phone number and she put it in her notes that they would issue us a refund if possible and told us to contact TicketsatWork. We contacted TicketsatWork and the representative stated that they can issue refunds in situation like these and they would get back to us in a few days.

TicketsatWork then contacts us and says Disney said no and that we should contact them. We then contact Disney again and it took a whole minute for the representative to pull up the first ladies notes that they would issue us a refund. So again we contact tickets at work and got the same response. Buyer beware. They make up excuses. Save yourself the time, hassle and money by buying directly from company or venue. It is not worth saving 5 dollars a ticket to be out 700 plus dollars. So basically if you buy tickets from this company and they venue or event gives refunds tickets at work WILL NOT.

Called customer service on the phone for over 2 HRS. Had to forward the promo code email to the customer service rep twice, asked for a manager 3 times and was on hold for more than 90 mins of my 120 min phone call. Better off booking directly from Disneyland, with the taxes and fees that "TicketsatWork" charges. It's the same price as booking directly. Will never use this site again!

I book a 2 rooms, 5 day/4 night at Holiday Inn on Celebration at Orlando. The location and price was fine, until I checked in the Hotel. The Hotel charges an additional $15 service fee per day + tax, not mentioned anywhere. I called TicketsatWork Hotel Support and they promised me a reimbursement. Original Review: Dec. 29, 2019

If there is an option to give zero star, I would give it a zero star! I booked a hotel for $420/night for two nights through TicketsatWork from December 27th to December 29th at Waikiki beach in Hawaii to spend holiday vacation with my family. When I checked in at the hotel at 3pm on 27th, I was informed by the hotel that the reservation was canceled. I booked the hotel on December 10th, and never got notification from TicketsatWork that the hotel reservation got canceled. I have their confirmation email and never got any cancellation email. I called TicketsatWork about the situation, they told me that they were going to relocate me without any additional charges to another hotel or refund full.

I asked them to find me another hotel given that it was a extremely busy time in Honolulu, and I personally couldn’t find any other options by googling hotels. At first, they called me back in 30 mins and told me they found Hilton Waikiki beach hotel, which they confirmed with the hotel already that there is a room available for two nights. I accepted without a second thought even it’s a less nice hotel than the original one I booked. Then they put me on hold for another 20 mins and finally told me that option wasn’t available anymore either. They said they will keep searching for next option and call me back again. When I got their call back in another 40 mins, they informed me they will keep searching but nothing so far is available for 27th and the chance to find one for 27th is very slight, but there is plenty of options available for tomorrow.

While I was waiting for them, I googled again and found one place available for 27th and another place available for 28th. So I told them if they could book the one i found for 27th for $900, they refused to book it for me because that hotel wasn’t showing on their platform, so I have to book it myself and they won’t reimburse me for additional fees. I felt really frustrated at that point but can only accept the fact that they can’t do anything with 27th, so I asked if they can book the 28th for now since there are options available and keep searching for 27th. The person put me on hold again because she wasn’t sure if they can split my reservation. After 20 mins, she came back and refused to do it again because their system didn’t allow them to split my reservation.

I felt this is too inflexible especially in this real extreme situation. I asked to escalate to a supervisor and hoping they can make exception for this. Then, this customer care manager, named Carlos took over the line. When I told him this situation, he told me that there is nothing they can do but to refund me. I asked why can’t they book me a place for 28th, he said if they put a reservation for me for 28th, the hotels will reject the requests anyways because it is too short of time and it won’t be guaranteed I will get a room. I asked him if this is the case, what is the purpose for ticketsatwork to exist?

First, I didn’t get any notification that my original reservation got canceled, and second they can’t relocate me for only 28th even I accepted the fact that there is nothing on 27th. And I asked him why I didn’t get any notification for the canceled reservation. He simply said that because the hotel didn’t communicate with ticketsatwork that they canceled the reservation so there is no way for them to inform me. I then asked him then why this hotel even show up on on their website if there is no communication between the hotel and the website. He got inpatient with me by asking these questions and he spoke to me with a very unpleasant tone by asking, “Do you want the refund or not?” From a customer perspective, I simply want to understand what is wrong with their system and I was completely frustrated by not getting any answers nor resolutions from this website.

That is the end of the story with ticketsatwork, but not the end of the story of my night of December 27th. I spent five hours from 3:30pm to 8:30pm waiting for ticketsatwork to find a another place. I was frustrated and try everything at the same time in order to find a place to stay for my family. My husband kept calling around including Airbnb and even hostels. And literally nothing is available in Oahu. After another few hours, we finally found a hotel that they just got two rooms canceled, so we were able to stay for 27th. And it costs us $700 for one night and we still don’t know where to stay for tonight, December 28th.

I usually use Priceline, TripAdvisor, Expedia or bookings.com and never have issues with them before. Since Honolulu hotels were very expensive during holiday season, we thought to give it a try since TicketsatWork offered the lowest price and we thought they are legit since it was popped from our company’s employee website. I will contact my company that this website should never never show up as an option again for anyone to book. TicketsatWork is the one who is responsible for this disaster. We would never imagine that we deserved this while spending our vacation and celebrate holidays together. I personally never had such bad experience before in my life. Please STAY AWAY from this website. Don’t ruin your vacation by using ticketsatwork. It does not worth your money, your time with this website.

    Original Review: Dec. 18, 2019

I purchased a set of three 1-day tickets to Disneyland, lured in by the "save over 10%" tag that they put over the price for the tickets. They include a $25 Restaurant.com gift card presumably as a bonus. It was quite a surprise to find out that they charge ~ $23.00 in fees, which I discovered only after I purchased the package (they sneak in taxes and fees without telling you about it until you've completed the sale).

When I realized the hidden fee a minute or so after purchased, I called them and asked for a refund on the entire purchase, or at least a refund on the handling fees and was given a sarcastic response by one of the TAW phone agents that the transaction details were all there for me to read. Truly an unprofessional person. I asked him to submit a refund request and was just told by another employee Maricruz that my request was denied because the fees were provided on the order summary prior to check out. So, I went back to the website and tried to repeat the purchase (without submitting my credit card info again) and the fees were not there on the screen prior to checkout - proving the fact that the handling fees are added on at the time of the credit card transaction.

Here's the facts - the tickets they sell are the same price as at the park (deceiving that they make it look like they are $25 more at the park when they are inflating the number with the restaurant.com gift card). There are no taxes in my state and no taxes on Calif. park tickets either, so that doesn't explain the "taxes and handling". The scam is that they get you to essentially pay for the 'bonus' gift cards from restaurant.com cards with the TAW handling fees. Why would anyone want to purchase park tickets + a restaurant gift card on a discount site for their face value? Perhaps because they are being scammed? I can't believe my US Veteran worker union lists these fraudsters as a discount benefit vendor, and that they get away with this. STEER CLEAR!!!

I booked three rooms at hotel through this site. Well within the dates of the cancellation time frame stated, I called to cancel one of the rooms. Tickets at Works refused to cancel the room and asked me to call and cancel the room myself. After canceling at the hotel, I called back and gave them my cancellation code. They then refused my refund and ask me to call the hotel again and speak to a manager to approve the refund. Long story, tickets at work denied refunding the room and gave me the run around for 2 days. They took nearly $250 for a room that has been cancelled. I will never use this service again. Avoid at all costs. They are just a go between company who contracts with another vendor (i.e. Get a Room) to book rooms for you. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received! I should never be asked to call another company and basically do their job for them.

We booked a reservation for the Venetian through Tickets At Work. They always list resort fees with their hotel reservation order summaries. This hotel didn't list any. Surprised, before we booked we called customer service to verify this. Talking to multiple people we were told with absolute certainty there would be no resort fees since the hotel is required to disclose those fees with Tickets At Work and they are required to list them. This is all laid out in their Terms of Sale. In addition, refund information is listed for any typographical errors. Since it was an error to not have this information listed and we made our reservation based on that info Tickets At Work is at fault for the surprise resort fees.

We tried talking with customer service about this both with the Venetian who understandably has resort fees as nearly all hotels in Vegas do and with Tickets At Work who refused to accept any responsibility for this. I'm sick of being lied to by this company. The sheer amount of disrespect they have for their customers is disgusting.

    Original Review: Dec. 7, 2019

A close family friend passed away suddenly in August of this year. His birthday would have been October 11th and he would have been celebrating with his wife and family at Knott's Scary Farm. In our grief and the want to celebrate his life, I wanted to do something nice and take his family to Knott's Scary Farm. We made and confirmed plans, and I went on my mobile phone to ticketsatwork.com to purchase 10 tickets for October 11th for $481.

The first time I hit purchase, the system timed out, so I had to re-enter my credit card to process. I clicked purchase, and when it finally went through, I was horrified to see that the tickets that I received were for 11/1 and not 10/11. Immediately, I made a call to customer care at ticketsatwork, com letting them know that the tickets that ended up being purchased after the system had timed out on me was for the incorrect date and that I needed an exchange and would be willing to pay any fees incurred in order to get tickets for 10/11 and not 11/1.

The customer care person told me that tickets were non-refundable and that when I clicked to purchase it, I was accepting these terms and conditions and that there was nothing that they could do; however, because they empathized with my situation, as a courtesy, they would contact Knott's Berry Farm and send a request for a refund for me.. They stated there was no guarantee, but to check back again tomorrow.

The following day, I called ticketsatwork.com customer care again to see if there was any status and was told that someone from Knott's Berry Farm responded back and said that if I re-purchase tickets for the correct date, they would consider the refund but needed proof of the repurchase of tickets with the correct dates. Based on that, and in good faith, I purchased another 10 ticketsatwork for 10/11 for $552 over the phone so that ticketsatwork could submit the request over.

I called ticketsatwork.com every day for 2 weeks thereafter and was told each time that they haven't heard back from anyone at Knott's Scary Farm and that they are still awaiting to hear back. Fast forward now to December 7, 2019, just finished tearfully talking to another customer care person at ticketsatwork.com STILL saying that they are awaiting from Knott's Berry Farm for their response and they haven't heard back and to wait another 7-10 business days from today for a response and approval for the refund. If you were NEVER going to give me a refund, WHY TELL ME THAT IF I BUY ANOTHER 10 TICKETS FROM YOU, YOU'LL CONSIDER IT? I could have bought it directly from Knott's Berry Farm cheaper with a generous refund policy and no heartache.

I just recently purchased a Sam's club membership from Tickets at Work on 11/05/2019 and the promotional code will not work. I called and the rep advised to call back 2 days later, to see if they got additional codes. I called back talked to one rep, she puts me hold to send me to another rep. This rep asks the same questions over again. I want to know, why the first rep couldn't just give me a refund. She tells me that the 1st rep is in sales and couldn't. 2nd rep puts me on hold for 10 minutes of complete silence. She says the money will be back on my visa in 3-5 business days. It didn't take 3 to 5 business days for them to take the money, so why is it taking 3 to 5 to give it back. We will see, if my money goes back into my account. Tickets at Work is a joke, don't use them. You are better off going to Groupon.

I purchased tickets for seaworld/bush garden that we planned to use this coming March. Due to some changes in circumstances I requested a refund. I was told by TAW on 10/31/19 that I would receive my refund (minus a 10% fee) in 3-5 business days. It is now 11/7 and there is no refund, not even anything pending in my checking account. I've called TAW and can't even get any information. They claim they can't even verify what card the refund was sent back to. Very misleading, total lack of communication and confidence. I just want my money back. At this point I'm out nearly $700 and have worthless, cancelled tickets. Will save myself the headache and never order through TAW again.

    Original Review: Nov. 4, 2019

TicketsAtWork is a great concept - but the execution, at least from a customer service perspective, is terrible. Our family purchased tickets to a show that we thought was local to us. Through a mixup (their mobile site is rough), we purchased tickets to a show 1000 miles away. A quick call was made to the TAW team to try and rectify the situation, but we were told all sales are final and there was nothing they could or would do about it.

When attempting to negotiate for a better response, the company blindly points to their terms of service which do clearly state all sales final. Since there is absolutely no recourse, you should really find a better vendor to work with. Life is too complicated to be so black and white. Don't waste your time with this company. All they care about is your money. If you're human and you make mistakes, these people will eat your lunch and then shrug it off. It seems that researching yields cheaper tickets most of the time anyway. Don't get suckered into buying into the hype just because your HR reps were hoodwinked into peddling this apathetic service. You deserve better than they perform.

No seat selection and all final sale. I don't like their policy. Also finally it's more expensive to their vendors. Over price and no service. Please do not buy any ticket from them. It's not the benefit to the employee from ADP.

We bought tickets for a concert through TicketsatWork. Unfortunately my father passed away a 2 days before the concert, we called tickets at work to let them know and to try to get a refund. They just kept quoting the policy and for us to try to sell them which I think was incentive since we are grieving the loss of a family member. They should have tried to work with us, I even tried talking to a manager who also quoted policy. So be careful buying tickets through tickets at work and let your employers know.

I should have known better. Back in June I booked a hotel through this discount program through work. I got to the hotel only to be notified they had no record of my reservation. I wound up paying more by reserving my room at the desk ... Three HOURS after I arrived. Recently, I purchased tickets to Discovery Cove. Their website states that any refunds or changes had to be made 30 days before arrival. My brother wasn't going to be able to make the trip, so I requested to cancel one of two tickets. They "can't." Despite following exactly what their website states, they get to keep my money. Learn from my mistakes and never purchase a thing from these scammers.

Purchasing tickets through TicketsatWork is only worth the savings if nothing goes wrong with your order. Their customer service really is terrible. Within 3 hours of purchasing tickets to the Vegas show Absinthe, circumstances outside of my control rendered me unable to attend. I called ticketsatwork explaining the situation, and they said because of the supplier all sales are final. I called the supplier directly, and explained the situation, and they gave me detailed instructions on what ticketsatwork would need to do to cancel the order. I called ticketsatwork back, and they still would not cancel my order. It's not worth the savings if the purchase ends up being a total loss at the end. I recommend purchasing your tickets directly through the supplier, and not a third-party.

Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As a 3rd party marketplace, the tickets come directly from the actual box office. This show has a strict policy about modifying or cancelling and as the guest has agreed with the terms and conditions of this purchase it is considered a final sale. However, we have a manager that is currently trying to reach out to this guest to see if the venue is willing to do anything about this matter. We have tried to call this guest and has emailed her a few times as well. If the guest call the manager that has been trying to contact her we will appreciate it. Thanks!

I ordered a Sam’s Club membership and received a code. I went to the activation site, put in my code and got a error message 3 times. So I call, the representative asks for my order number. She pulls up the code and has me wait while she tries the code. She comes back to say that code doesn’t work and I will have to call back in 3 days to get a new code. What? I’m confused. So anyone purchasing a Sam's membership between today and 3 days from now will receive bad codes? I mean you got the money. That didn’t take 3 days but I cannot activate my membership until Wednesday. What a joke. It was only 23.00 but it’s the principle. I wanted to go to Sam's Club today not possibly Wednesday. Why can’t I get a new code today? Why can’t I get a refund until 3 days from now and wait to get a new code and if that code doesn’t work they will speak to me about possibly refunding my money. Too much! First and last time I’ll use this company!

Long time user of TicketsatWork, always good experiences until last week. I purchased four (4) tickets to Halloween Horror Nights for my family. We arrived at Universal Studios Orlando, Fla for HHN only to find out I had purchased four (4) ticket to Universal Studios Hollywood, California. Universal would not honor the tickets because of they were purchased from a third party (Tickets At Work). I purchased four (4) more tickets from Universal so the trip would not be a loss. When I contacted Tickets At Work about the mistake, they would not refund my money, did not offer anything, did not attempt to recognize me as a past customer, did not even attempt to earn my future business. I went to our work website and saw them advertise a Sam's Club membership for 24.99 and it was great. I was about to have a graduation party for my students and I thought perfect! I can get some stuff for them and save some money. After buying the certificate and trying to activate my account the code they gave me did not work, I spoke with a representative with Sam's Club who was really helpful and they tried so much to help me but in the end they directed me back to TicketsatWork since something is wrong with the code.

I tried calling TicketsatWork cc and the first time they told me to wait a couple hours since their system needed to update. Waited till the end of the work day, still didn't work. Called again and they told me I wasn't doing it right and literally walked me thru everything the Sam's Club representative already did. Again the code didn't work and they told me to try again in 24 hrs. 2 days later the code still doesn't work and I'm out 25$. I called again they told me their systems are down and cant do anything. Why cant I either get refunded or just get a code that works!! Save your money and a headache and use Groupon or go directly to the vendor.

I have booked excursions with this site for years without any issues. However, this is my first hotel booking. Booked a Times Square view room in New York for my 50th bday. The next day, TicketsatWork called me to tell me that my booking did not go thru. No problem... I go back to the site to do it again. However, this time the cost has increased SUBSTANTIALLY. I call them and am told that they will book the EXACT same room and honor the price.

At the end of the call, I repeat the booking to the lady and she says, it's a King traditional and that the Times Square are no longer available. I'm upset but now I must make a decision and take her word for it. I go back to my desk, log on and the rooms are still available. THAT WAS A LIE!!!! THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT TO PAY THE HIGHER PRICE NOW AND HONOR MY ORIGINAL BOOKING!! I'M BEYOND PISSED!! I just want the room I booked. They said they would try to ask the hotel for a refund and call me back in 2-3 days... It's now been over a week... ANOTHER LIE!!!

I will be discussing this with my company as they send us emails saying we get discounts from them but they will not be happy with how this was handled. YOU HAVE RUINED MY 50TH BDAY!!! I could care less about you giving me a cheaper, crappier room and having the nerve to tell me you'll refund me $18 for the difference in the rooms! I DON'T WANT THE CHEAP ROOM!! After calming down and speaking with a manager from tickets at work, I realize that a majority of my frustration was at other things that all combined made them seem like they were the bad guys. Richard was very nice and actually listened to what was upsetting me and worked to resolve it. Through my venting about the situation I was able to see that tickets at work may make mistakes on occasion as we all do but they, unlike some other companies I can name, at least have caring people who will strive to fix what is wrong even when the root of the problem is something else entirely. I will definitely not post such a review so hastily in the future and would recommend everyone else do the same. In the end, tickets at work was in the wrong place at the wrong time so to speak and I apologize for letting my emotions get the better of me. I feel an outright fool to be sure but I recommend using tickets at work because no matter what may happen, and how ridiculous their customer may be acting, they will do all they can to make it right. Little things like that truly set them apart and are exactly what we need to see more often these days.

    Original Review: Oct. 10, 2019

I was planning a trip to Six Flags and saw they had tickets for $39.79 each so I put in the request for time off at work and booked a room near the park only to come back to TicketsatWork to see they had raised the price almost $2⁷.00 in total. Disappointed but still wanting to go I bought two tickets and not even a minute later ended up on the actual Six Flags website where tickets for the exact same day were way cheaper than TicketsatWork. I hadn't even received the tickets through email when I went back and began the cancellation process to get my money back so I could just buy them directly from Six Flags and save $32.00 on the tickets and even more once you consider parking and food at the park. I submit my cancellation and am told someone will be in touch with me shortly. I receive the tickets through email the next day and I try calling them.

Two days go by and I've been calling and sent multiple emails with no response or resolution. Then I get a rather rude email from customer service that just says no refunds once the tickets have been sent out. Feel free to gift them to someone who can take your place if you are unable to go. No mention of why they lied and said they were 45% off the gate price when they were actually more expensive and no regard to their customer in any way. I explained I wouldn't be trying to return the tickets if they hadn't straight out lied on their website to trick people into paying more and that it is false advertising to say you are 45% off the gate price when you are closer to 30% more than the gate price. They also don't mention anywhere on their site that parking is extra when you buy the tickets through them.

If the fact that they are lying and ripping people off was not enough to make me never go through them again, the terrible customer service and attitude from employees certainly was. I can't imagine a company doing this to its customers and their partner companies being alright with it. I have initiated a formal complaint against them through my employer to let them know how Ticketsatwork is a big ripoff and it's cheaper to go to the park directly. Very disappointed in how they treat their customers and I will never use them again. Even after unsubscribing from their emails and telling them to close my account, which they refuse to do, I still get daily emails and have even started getting more spam emails and phone calls so I'm sure they sell customer information which wouldn't surprise me in the least knowing now what kind of business they are running.

Beware or the fine print and double check expiry dates! Horrible customer support. I bought Disneyland 3 day passes from TicketsatWork worth over 600 dollars. I was going to use them the same weekend but my son fell ill and couldn’t go. I was mistaken about the expiration of the tickets and what I thought was end of the year was end of May! I realized this in June and called TicketsatWork- the customer care person said it’s in Disneyland’s hand and they can only put in a request which he said he put in and that I will find out within 72 hours what happens with the request.

I got no email intimations about this request so it was weird. I got busy with life and a couple of months later decided to follow up again on the ticket extension/refund. This time, the person I spoke to said I would have to call up Disneyland as this is a Disney enforced restriction and TAW cannot do anything about it. I called Disneyland and they said none of the Disneyland tickets have expiration other than special event tickets which mine were not. They said since I bought tickets from a third party, TAW would be the one that would be able to help with the tickets.

So I call up TAW again, and this time after about 15 mins of holding, the representative tells me the same thing - that they have no control and these were final sale tickets. What the hell! Why did the first person tell me they were filing a request to Disneyland if that’s the case? Every person I spoke to said different things and this service is not what I expect when I’ve paid 600 + for these tickets. I would be happy with a date extension on the tickets. Don’t need a refund but definitely need to know the right information when I call them. This was a harrowing experience and I will not be buying anything from them again.

I thought I was getting a good deal for 5th row seats for Hamilton. However, the risk is greater than the reward and I ended up paying 3X THE AMOUNT for obstructed view tickets. You don't get to choose your seats, and there is NO DISCLAIMER that chances are you will most likely get an obstructed view seat. The "click here for free upgrade" is USELESS! They will not refund the tickets and have no power on exchanging them for different seats. They really didn't care that I paid $150 for $50 tickets. Wonder who benefited from that one...

I booked a room for my wedding anniversary in early August for the first weekend in October using this company. After two weeks I called the hotel to make sure they had received the reservation. They had not. At that point I called Tickets At Work and was advised that the reservation might not show up until two weeks before check in. This past Saturday I called the hotel again, and again they had no reservation. I contacted Tickets At Work and was advised they would file a claim and it would probably be around 48 hours and I would hear something back. Today I decided to call the hotel again, and yet again they said they had no reservation.

I am upset at this point and decide to contact Tickets At Work again, and yet again they state they will file another claim and this time it would be 72 hours for a response which is close to when we are suppose to be checking in at the hotel. I pushed the issue and asked for a refund at this point. I was put on hold for close to two hours while they contacted their manager, and then the hotel itself. The agent I spoke to comes back and provides me with the confirmation number at this point and all seems well. I decide to just double check behind them and I called the hotel again. This time they did have my reservation finally but it was for a double queen room when I had specifically paid for a king. I call Tickets At Work yet again and am put on hold for an additonal 30-45 minutes.

I am told there is nothing they can do at this point cause all of the king rooms are currently booked. Instead they offer me some coupons for Restaurant.com which I accepted thinking that me and my wife would be able to find a place we can use it in Savannah. After checking out the Restaurant.com website and seeing what restaurants participate in their coupons this was a mistake as all the restaurants are places that we would not like to go to and seem absolutely unknown. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO USE TICKETSATWORK.COM. At this point I have lost time and money and still do not have what I original purchased from them and had to call multiple times to just get this. It seems to be a scam at best.

We live in Chattanooga so passes where out of the question. My step-daughter also purchased tickets thru them but was issued a refund. I have not had any assistance nor compensation. I have called on numerous occasions and spoken to numerous supervisors. One supervisor hung up on me and another supervisor named Jose did not even speak with me, he just told me to call corporate (of course at the time corporate office was closed). If the supervisor conduct themselves in this manner how can the employees be held to standard? This has been the most unprofessional group I have ever worked with. UPDATE: Richard with TicketsAtWork reached out to me. I appreciate the time he spent to fully understand my issue and the reasons why I was upset about the ordeal. My concerns dealt with how the situation was handled after the fact and the responses I received from TAW. Better communication would have helped because the lack of communication really skewed my perception of TAW. This really made me feel discontent with TAW when in reality, the problem stems from the hotel - which I was not aware of. Richard made me feel assured that my feedback was being taken seriously and I'm glad he reached out to me to discuss it.

    Original Review: Sept. 22, 2019

Users beware when booking a hotel through TicketsAtWork. I booked a hotel only to find out when I arrived for check-in that my reservation was cancelled. Apparently TAW uses suppliers for the hotel bookings. The hotel said they saw the booking was booked by the supplier but it was cancelled by the supplier. Was I ever notified by this? Of course. I was forced to pay again for the hotel since I couldn’t be left stranded even though TAW already took my money. I tried to request a refund after returning home but they would not honor my request and alleged that I cancelled my own room reservation which is absolutely absurd. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I’ve booked many rooms before from Hotels.com, booking.com, etc but never had a single issue. Don’t be tempted by the lower rate given by TAW and spend the extra $$$ to avoid risk of being left with a cancelled hotel reservation and money stolen from you.

When we called TicketsatWork they again stated no refunds, we were aware of this but also aware of our rights to get what we purchased. We have a dispute filed with the cc and are working on the resolution.

    Response from TicketsatWork

Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. We are a 3rd party marketplace and the hotels we sell on our site come from a hotel supplier and not directly from us. As a result, all information on through our website comes from the supplier including the hotel and Tickets At Work does not add or create hotel information to any reservation to make it seem like something it is not. This customer is stating he purchased an "Ocean View" but the reservation booked is for a "Guest Room." The hotel does have rooms that contain the "Ocean View" option, but what the guest purchased never stated or showed that. We double checked all information such as receipts, website information, possible IT issues, and relevant wording that was related to his booking, but nothing showed that he was supposed to get an "Ocean View." Also, as a firm believer of great customer service, we even reached out to the hotel supplier to see if possibly the hotel could of made a mistake on the room type and they denied a request for any type of refund stating that the guest booked correctly. The customer is trying to state we did a "bait and switch", but we are the 3rd party marketplace link-through that has no option to create or alter any hotel information that is listed through that hotel/supplier. The hotel stated to our supplier that the guest got the correct room with the purchase he made an no partial refund to him would be given. We highly suggest that guests carefully watch what kind of "room type" that are buying before making the finalized purchase.

I had purchased 2 Universal Studio Hollywood Express tickets on August 31 for September 5th. My voucher was to be emailed to me 24 to 48 hours prior to my show date (September 5th). I did not receive any email with my voucher. I had to call early in the morning the day of September 5th. I was emailed a voucher from customer service but little did I know that the voucher they sent me was inactive. When entering the park I was told that my tickets did not work. I had to go to guest services. At guest services they were unable to find my reservation and that the vouchers that they sent me are invalid. They (Universal Studio Hollywood) no longer took vouchers they only accept e-tickets. I was on the phone with TicketsatWork customer service for an hour!! Finally they were able to give me a new reservation number and finally sent me my acceptable e-tickets for the park. I hope they are able to fix this problem so no one has to deal with this again.

Purchased Disneyland tickets recently through their website. After getting the tickets, they said they expire "October 13", which was fine, because we're staying in early October. Then I went back to the website and noticed it says "Valid for arrivals through 9/30/19". That's the ONLY place it says that. Not on the tickets. Not on the email.

The only ticket they sell that's valid apparently past 9/30 is with a Restaurant.com gift card offer that's more. It's a little sketchy. I called, and, of course, "There is nothing we can do, because it does say it." Technically true, but the TICKET never mentions it. The email invoice never mentions it. I would recommend people purchase their tickets elsewhere.

Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. Our website provided all the full details of the expiration date and the deadline. The deadline to go is 9/30/19 and the ticket expires in full on October 13th. For this 3 Day special provided from Disneyland, if the guest shows up on the last day of the deadline, (9/30/19) as an example, he/she will have 13 days to use it making the expiration date of this ticket to be 10/13/19. The information about the 13 days to use it is on the ticket. As a 3rd party, this ticket comes directly from Disneyland and the verbiage is from the park as well. As the guest agreed to our terms and conditions, this ticket purchased is a final sale. We highly recommend that the guest carefully reads all important & valid information before buying a ticket to make sure he is aware of any deadlines or expiration dates provided from the park. We sell thousands of these tickets and other items as well from Disneyland. As stated to the customer previously, we cannot alter or create a park ticket on the guest's behalf. All valid information is listed correctly upon purchase and the proper directions and expiration date of use is listed on the ticket that came directly from Disneyland. Thanks!

The prices offered at TicketsatWork are pretty reasonable and there are some discounts so that helps. I’m happy with the service and I’m glad that it’s there. Purchasing movie tickets for the Cinemark Theatres was pretty easy when I called on the phone. I had looked it up to see what I wanted then I just got on the phone and told them. The representative was very helpful. They offered a discount and it was fast. I was able to get it right away. So I got exactly what I wanted, when I needed it.

I thought I found a good deal for this room on TicketsatWork. I read through the email and did not see anything about addtl fees for the hotel. Come to find out it was addtl resort fees but that wasn't clearly listed on any email that I have. Also called the hotel 2 days before my check in to confirm my reservation. I was confirmed but was told it was for a one bed. My reservation said room type double occupancy type when I clearly remember booking 2 beds. The hotel advised I can pay and addtl $40 per night!! This hotel I thought I was getting for a good price has become the reservation from hell. Customer service is not helpful at all and only keep telling me the reservation is nonrefundable. I AM AWARE OF THAT. Save yourself the hassle and book directly from the hotel site. Also the hotel kept saying I booked with Agoda. I had no idea what they were talking about. They had no idea what TicketsatWork was.

I'm very upset. I had bought 2 tickets to a concert on the 31st of August, but it was rescheduled due to a hurricane in the area. It was rescheduled to October 26, and I can't make it, so I called TAW customer service. They said that the tickets were final sale and that they couldn't refund me the money, even though it's not my fault that there's a hurricane.

Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As agreed in the terms and conditions of the sale from the buyer, the "Preferred Access" ticket purchased is considered a final sale and if the concert is not cancelled we are unable to obtain a refund. However, as a advocate for great customer service, we have tried to reach out to the seller and the request for refund was denied. The show is rescheduled for October and unfortunately the seller will not a possible provide a refund when we reached out.
