Richard contacted me about the issue, I had with Sam's Club. He was very apologetic and resolved the the issue.
Original Review: Nov. 7, 2019
I just recently purchased a Sam's club membership from Tickets at Work on 11/05/2019 and the promotional code will not work. I called and the rep advised to call back 2 days later, to see if they got additional codes. I called back talked to one rep, she puts me hold to send me to another rep. This rep asks the same questions over again. I want to know, why the first rep couldn't just give me a refund. She tells me that the 1st rep is in sales and couldn't. 2nd rep puts me on hold for 10 minutes of complete silence. She says the money will be back on my visa in 3-5 business days. It didn't take 3 to 5 business days for them to take the money, so why is it taking 3 to 5 to give it back. We will see, if my money goes back into my account. Tickets at Work is a joke, don't use them. You are better off going to Groupon.

Richard called me soon after posting my review. He assured me my refund was sent to the right card and also refunded the 10% fee that was originally withheld. He also said he was going to mail me a gift cards to use.

I purchased tickets for seaworld/bush garden that we planned to use this coming March. Due to some changes in circumstances I requested a refund. I was told by TAW on 10/31/19 that I would receive my refund (minus a 10% fee) in 3-5 business days. It is now 11/7 and there is no refund, not even anything pending in my checking account. I've called TAW and can't even get any information. They claim they can't even verify what card the refund was sent back to. Very misleading, total lack of communication and confidence. I just want my money back. At this point I'm out nearly $700 and have worthless, cancelled tickets. Will save myself the headache and never order through TAW again.
Tickets At Work appreciates your business and glad we were able to come up with a prompt resolution. If there is anything you need please feel free to reach out to us and we hope to hear from you in the near future. Thanks!

Company reached out and resolved our issues. In the end, happy resolution.
Original Review: Nov. 4, 2019
TicketsAtWork is a great concept - but the execution, at least from a customer service perspective, is terrible. Our family purchased tickets to a show that we thought was local to us. Through a mixup (their mobile site is rough), we purchased tickets to a show 1000 miles away. A quick call was made to the TAW team to try and rectify the situation, but we were told all sales are final and there was nothing they could or would do about it.
When attempting to negotiate for a better response, the company blindly points to their terms of service which do clearly state all sales final. Since there is absolutely no recourse, you should really find a better vendor to work with. Life is too complicated to be so black and white. Don't waste your time with this company. All they care about is your money. If you're human and you make mistakes, these people will eat your lunch and then shrug it off. It seems that researching yields cheaper tickets most of the time anyway. Don't get suckered into buying into the hype just because your HR reps were hoodwinked into peddling this apathetic service. You deserve better than they perform.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As a 3rd party marketplace we actually reached out to the venue for a refund and they denied the request. However, we are happy that a prompt resolution was met for the customer. We hope to hear from you soon and all the best. Thanks!

No seat selection and all final sale. I don't like their policy. Also finally it's more expensive to their vendors. Over price and no service. Please do not buy any ticket from them. It's not the benefit to the employee from ADP.
We regret you had issues with price and the seat selection. We are the 3rd party and glad we were able to come up with a prompt resolution. We hope to hear from you in the near future as well. Thanks!

We bought tickets for a concert through TicketsatWork. Unfortunately my father passed away a 2 days before the concert, we called tickets at work to let them know and to try to get a refund. They just kept quoting the policy and for us to try to sell them which I think was incentive since we are grieving the loss of a family member. They should have tried to work with us, I even tried talking to a manager who also quoted policy. So be careful buying tickets through tickets at work and let your employers know.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As a 3rd party seller we reached out to the broker and they denied our request for a refund. Our condolences go out to you and your family and we are glad that we were able to come up with some type of resolution. We hope to hear from you in the near future as well. Thanks!

I should have known better. Back in June I booked a hotel through this discount program through work. I got to the hotel only to be notified they had no record of my reservation. I wound up paying more by reserving my room at the desk ... Three HOURS after I arrived. Recently, I purchased tickets to Discovery Cove. Their website states that any refunds or changes had to be made 30 days before arrival. My brother wasn't going to be able to make the trip, so I requested to cancel one of two tickets. They "can't." Despite following exactly what their website states, they get to keep my money. Learn from my mistakes and never purchase a thing from these scammers.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As a 3rd party we reached out to Sea World and unfortunately the request for the ticket to get voided was denied. We are thrilled that we were still able to come up with a prompt resolution with you. We hope to hear from you in the near future and hope you have a fantastic time at Sea World. Thanks!

Purchasing tickets through TicketsatWork is only worth the savings if nothing goes wrong with your order. Their customer service really is terrible. Within 3 hours of purchasing tickets to the Vegas show Absinthe, circumstances outside of my control rendered me unable to attend. I called ticketsatwork explaining the situation, and they said because of the supplier all sales are final. I called the supplier directly, and explained the situation, and they gave me detailed instructions on what ticketsatwork would need to do to cancel the order. I called ticketsatwork back, and they still would not cancel my order. It's not worth the savings if the purchase ends up being a total loss at the end. I recommend purchasing your tickets directly through the supplier, and not a third-party.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As a 3rd party marketplace, the tickets come directly from the actual box office. This show has a strict policy about modifying or cancelling and as the guest has agreed with the terms and conditions of this purchase it is considered a final sale. However, we have a manager that is currently trying to reach out to this guest to see if the venue is willing to do anything about this matter. We have tried to call this guest and has emailed her a few times as well. If the guest call the manager that has been trying to contact her we will appreciate it. Thanks!

I ordered a Sam’s Club membership and received a code. I went to the activation site, put in my code and got a error message 3 times. So I call, the representative asks for my order number. She pulls up the code and has me wait while she tries the code. She comes back to say that code doesn’t work and I will have to call back in 3 days to get a new code. What? I’m confused. So anyone purchasing a Sam's membership between today and 3 days from now will receive bad codes? I mean you got the money. That didn’t take 3 days but I cannot activate my membership until Wednesday. What a joke. It was only 23.00 but it’s the principle. I wanted to go to Sam's Club today not possibly Wednesday. Why can’t I get a new code today? Why can’t I get a refund until 3 days from now and wait to get a new code and if that code doesn’t work they will speak to me about possibly refunding my money. Too much! First and last time I’ll use this company!

Long time user of TicketsatWork, always good experiences until last week. I purchased four (4) tickets to Halloween Horror Nights for my family. We arrived at Universal Studios Orlando, Fla for HHN only to find out I had purchased four (4) ticket to Universal Studios Hollywood, California. Universal would not honor the tickets because of they were purchased from a third party (Tickets At Work). I purchased four (4) more tickets from Universal so the trip would not be a loss. When I contacted Tickets At Work about the mistake, they would not refund my money, did not offer anything, did not attempt to recognize me as a past customer, did not even attempt to earn my future business. Bad customer service, shame on them.

I went to our work website and saw them advertise a Sam's Club membership for 24.99 and it was great. I was about to have a graduation party for my students and I thought perfect! I can get some stuff for them and save some money. After buying the certificate and trying to activate my account the code they gave me did not work, I spoke with a representative with Sam's Club who was really helpful and they tried so much to help me but in the end they directed me back to TicketsatWork since something is wrong with the code.
I tried calling TicketsatWork cc and the first time they told me to wait a couple hours since their system needed to update. Waited till the end of the work day, still didn't work. Called again and they told me I wasn't doing it right and literally walked me thru everything the Sam's Club representative already did. Again the code didn't work and they told me to try again in 24 hrs. 2 days later the code still doesn't work and I'm out 25$. I called again they told me their systems are down and cant do anything. Why cant I either get refunded or just get a code that works!! Save your money and a headache and use Groupon or go directly to the vendor.
We regret that the Sam's Club card did not work for you. We had a manager reach out to you and we are glad that a prompt resolution was made. Even though we did not create the membership we are happy that an agreement was made to resolve this matter effectively. Thanks!

Do NOT go through this 3rd party! I purchased tickets for a concert. The only confirmation I got was from Paypal stating my 104.00 was taken out for tickets. Never received actual email from TICKETSATWORK or got anything in mail about tickets. I just thought my ticket purchase from pay-pal would be enough to get my tickets at box office..I get to concert after driving 3 hours and they have no record of my ticket purchase, they never heard of Ticketsatwork. I was unable to get in concert. I explained this to Ticketsatwork and they basically called me a liar and will not refund me my money! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WE TRIED CALLING THAT NIGHT 3X AND HOLDING 15 MIN EACH TIME AND NO ONE PICKED UP.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. I brought tickets on October 11th to go to Halloween horror Orlando. Total $295. So me and my 2 boys for his birthday we get there. Try to use the tickets and I was told it was so the one in Hollywood and I would have call TAW to change them to Orlando because it was a honest mistake. So long story short I talk to 5 different people and they all said I could not exchange the tickets. Let’s just say my sons didn’t get to go to Halloween horror and I’m out of $295 being a single parent. That’s a lot to lose but I will be disputing it with my bank and see how this goes.

Bought tickets through here due to discount we could get since we had a large group and the convenience doing online ahead of time. At the end it ended up not saving us much money and the tax charges were more than double what they stated would be on their FAQ page (listed 6%) and way more than what the attraction would've charged. A bit disappointed and probably won't use again.

I have booked excursions with this site for years without any issues. However, this is my first hotel booking. Booked a Times Square view room in New York for my 50th bday. The next day, TicketsatWork called me to tell me that my booking did not go thru. No problem... I go back to the site to do it again. However, this time the cost has increased SUBSTANTIALLY. I call them and am told that they will book the EXACT same room and honor the price.
At the end of the call, I repeat the booking to the lady and she says, it's a King traditional and that the Times Square are no longer available. I'm upset but now I must make a decision and take her word for it. I go back to my desk, log on and the rooms are still available. THAT WAS A LIE!!!! THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT TO PAY THE HIGHER PRICE NOW AND HONOR MY ORIGINAL BOOKING!! I'M BEYOND PISSED!! I just want the room I booked. They said they would try to ask the hotel for a refund and call me back in 2-3 days... It's now been over a week... ANOTHER LIE!!!
I will be discussing this with my company as they send us emails saying we get discounts from them but they will not be happy with how this was handled. YOU HAVE RUINED MY 50TH BDAY!!! I could care less about you giving me a cheaper, crappier room and having the nerve to tell me you'll refund me $18 for the difference in the rooms! I DON'T WANT THE CHEAP ROOM!! I WANT WHAT I ORIGINALLY BOOKED!!

After calming down and speaking with a manager from tickets at work, I realize that a majority of my frustration was at other things that all combined made them seem like they were the bad guys. Richard was very nice and actually listened to what was upsetting me and worked to resolve it. Through my venting about the situation I was able to see that tickets at work may make mistakes on occasion as we all do but they, unlike some other companies I can name, at least have caring people who will strive to fix what is wrong even when the root of the problem is something else entirely. I will definitely not post such a review so hastily in the future and would recommend everyone else do the same. In the end, tickets at work was in the wrong place at the wrong time so to speak and I apologize for letting my emotions get the better of me. I feel an outright fool to be sure but I recommend using tickets at work because no matter what may happen, and how ridiculous their customer may be acting, they will do all they can to make it right. Little things like that truly set them apart and are exactly what we need to see more often these days.

I was planning a trip to Six Flags and saw they had tickets for $39.79 each so I put in the request for time off at work and booked a room near the park only to come back to TicketsatWork to see they had raised the price almost $2⁷.00 in total. Disappointed but still wanting to go I bought two tickets and not even a minute later ended up on the actual Six Flags website where tickets for the exact same day were way cheaper than TicketsatWork. I hadn't even received the tickets through email when I went back and began the cancellation process to get my money back so I could just buy them directly from Six Flags and save $32.00 on the tickets and even more once you consider parking and food at the park. I submit my cancellation and am told someone will be in touch with me shortly. I receive the tickets through email the next day and I try calling them.
Two days go by and I've been calling and sent multiple emails with no response or resolution. Then I get a rather rude email from customer service that just says no refunds once the tickets have been sent out. Feel free to gift them to someone who can take your place if you are unable to go. No mention of why they lied and said they were 45% off the gate price when they were actually more expensive and no regard to their customer in any way. I explained I wouldn't be trying to return the tickets if they hadn't straight out lied on their website to trick people into paying more and that it is false advertising to say you are 45% off the gate price when you are closer to 30% more than the gate price. They also don't mention anywhere on their site that parking is extra when you buy the tickets through them.
If the fact that they are lying and ripping people off was not enough to make me never go through them again, the terrible customer service and attitude from employees certainly was. I can't imagine a company doing this to its customers and their partner companies being alright with it. I have initiated a formal complaint against them through my employer to let them know how Ticketsatwork is a big ripoff and it's cheaper to go to the park directly. Very disappointed in how they treat their customers and I will never use them again. Even after unsubscribing from their emails and telling them to close my account, which they refuse to do, I still get daily emails and have even started getting more spam emails and phone calls so I'm sure they sell customer information which wouldn't surprise me in the least knowing now what kind of business they are running.
We appreciate your feedback and your kinds words. We take pride in our customer service and the manager is still reaching out to you to see what else he can do for you. We hope you continue to use us for all your vacation needs and hope things get better. Thanks!

Richard from tickets at work reached out to me and explained the situation in detail. He was genuinely interested in helping me out and reached out to Disneyland as well.. they were not able to activate my tickets but he worked to help me understand the situation and why it wasn’t in tickets at works hands to refund or reactivate. Thanks for your help.. it made me trust TAW again.

Beware or the fine print and double check expiry dates! Horrible customer support. I bought Disneyland 3 day passes from TicketsatWork worth over 600 dollars. I was going to use them the same weekend but my son fell ill and couldn’t go. I was mistaken about the expiration of the tickets and what I thought was end of the year was end of May! I realized this in June and called TicketsatWork- the customer care person said it’s in Disneyland’s hand and they can only put in a request which he said he put in and that I will find out within 72 hours what happens with the request.
I got no email intimations about this request so it was weird. I got busy with life and a couple of months later decided to follow up again on the ticket extension/refund. This time, the person I spoke to said I would have to call up Disneyland as this is a Disney enforced restriction and TAW cannot do anything about it. I called Disneyland and they said none of the Disneyland tickets have expiration other than special event tickets which mine were not. They said since I bought tickets from a third party, TAW would be the one that would be able to help with the tickets.
So I call up TAW again, and this time after about 15 mins of holding, the representative tells me the same thing - that they have no control and these were final sale tickets. What the hell! Why did the first person tell me they were filing a request to Disneyland if that’s the case? Every person I spoke to said different things and this service is not what I expect when I’ve paid 600 + for these tickets. I would be happy with a date extension on the tickets. Don’t need a refund but definitely need to know the right information when I call them. This was a harrowing experience and I will not be buying anything from them again.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. We regret the customer was not able to use the tickets which resulted them to be expired due to her son being ill. We are the 3rd party and unfortunately Disney will not provide us any credit for this guest whose tickets are expired. However, as a company that believes in great customer service we have a manager who has been working on her complaint and has been trying to get a hold of the guest. Even though we are not Disney, but the 3rd party marketplace, we are trying to provide this guest some type of compensation. We highly recommend that the guest contacts the manager that has been trying to reach her by phone and email. Thanks!

I thought I was getting a good deal for 5th row seats for Hamilton. However, the risk is greater than the reward and I ended up paying 3X THE AMOUNT for obstructed view tickets. You don't get to choose your seats, and there is NO DISCLAIMER that chances are you will most likely get an obstructed view seat. The "click here for free upgrade" is USELESS! They will not refund the tickets and have no power on exchanging them for different seats. They really didn't care that I paid $150 for $50 tickets. Wonder who benefited from that one...
Tickets At Work appreciates to opportunity to write back. We deeply apologize that your seats are obstructed and that the pricing from the broker was lower than what you paid. The Preferred Access section is from re-sellers/brokers who can price the tickets lower or higher than the price on the voucher. The wording on the site comes from the box office as well, but we are glad a prompt resolution was made. We hope to hear from you in the near future and hope your parents enjoy the show. Thanks!

This is a joke. I bought tickets for Seaworld that did not say anywhere they expired in 1 week!!! I went to use them and couldn't because they were expired. I called TicketsatWork to try and get my money back on tickets I never used and they told me there were no refunds. What a ripoff!! I booked a room for my wedding anniversary in early August for the first weekend in October using this company. After two weeks I called the hotel to make sure they had received the reservation. They had not. At that point I called Tickets At Work and was advised that the reservation might not show up until two weeks before check in. This past Saturday I called the hotel again, and again they had no reservation. I contacted Tickets At Work and was advised they would file a claim and it would probably be around 48 hours and I would hear something back. Today I decided to call the hotel again, and yet again they said they had no reservation.
I am upset at this point and decide to contact Tickets At Work again, and yet again they state they will file another claim and this time it would be 72 hours for a response which is close to when we are suppose to be checking in at the hotel. I pushed the issue and asked for a refund at this point. I was put on hold for close to two hours while they contacted their manager, and then the hotel itself. The agent I spoke to comes back and provides me with the confirmation number at this point and all seems well. I decide to just double check behind them and I called the hotel again. This time they did have my reservation finally but it was for a double queen room when I had specifically paid for a king. I call Tickets At Work yet again and am put on hold for an additonal 30-45 minutes.
I am told there is nothing they can do at this point cause all of the king rooms are currently booked. Instead they offer me some coupons for Restaurant.com which I accepted thinking that me and my wife would be able to find a place we can use it in Savannah. After checking out the Restaurant.com website and seeing what restaurants participate in their coupons this was a mistake as all the restaurants are places that we would not like to go to and seem absolutely unknown. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO USE TICKETSATWORK.COM. At this point I have lost time and money and still do not have what I original purchased from them and had to call multiple times to just get this. It seems to be a scam at best.

I purchased tickets thru Tickets at Work for Six Flags magic mountain, the day we went the park shut down due to a wildfire on the interstate adjacent to the park. We live in Chattanooga so passes where out of the question. My step-daughter also purchased tickets thru them but was issued a refund. I have not had any assistance nor compensation. I have called on numerous occasions and spoken to numerous supervisors. One supervisor hung up on me and another supervisor named Jose did not even speak with me, he just told me to call corporate (of course at the time corporate office was closed). If the supervisor conduct themselves in this manner how can the employees be held to standard? This has been the most unprofessional group I have ever worked with. I have sent a letter to my employer's corporate office and hope they sever their relationship with tickets at work. The only reason they got 1 star is that I could not give "zero" stars".
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. We are the 3rd party vendor and actually had a manager reach out on your behalf to Six Flags but the request got denied. Unfortunately, the park is stating they were giving out rain checks and are unwilling to provide us any compensation for you. We are investigating the calls you had with the agents as we take customer service to a higher level than most. We are happy that some type of resolution was met and that you continue to use our service in the near future. Thanks!

UPDATE: Richard with TicketsAtWork reached out to me. I appreciate the time he spent to fully understand my issue and the reasons why I was upset about the ordeal. My concerns dealt with how the situation was handled after the fact and the responses I received from TAW. Better communication would have helped because the lack of communication really skewed my perception of TAW. This really made me feel discontent with TAW when in reality, the problem stems from the hotel - which I was not aware of. Richard made me feel assured that my feedback was being taken seriously and I'm glad he reached out to me to discuss it.

Users beware when booking a hotel through TicketsAtWork. I booked a hotel only to find out when I arrived for check-in that my reservation was cancelled. Apparently TAW uses suppliers for the hotel bookings. The hotel said they saw the booking was booked by the supplier but it was cancelled by the supplier. Was I ever notified by this? Of course. I was forced to pay again for the hotel since I couldn’t be left stranded even though TAW already took my money. I tried to request a refund after returning home but they would not honor my request and alleged that I cancelled my own room reservation which is absolutely absurd. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I’ve booked many rooms before from Hotels.com, booking.com, etc but never had a single issue. Don’t be tempted by the lower rate given by TAW and spend the extra $$$ to avoid risk of being left with a cancelled hotel reservation and money stolen from you.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. We deeply apologize about what occurred at the hotel and the miscommunication you got from the email you received. We take customer service seriously and we will be filing a complaint against the hotel for the reason of the cancelled room. We are glad that a prompt resolution was made and we hope that we continue to do business with you shortly. Thanks!

I would rate 0 stars if I could. We booked two rooms with an ocean view, we got two rooms about a mile away from the beach (no ocean view). When we described this to the front desk, we were told there were no more ocean view rooms and this is a result of booking through a third party. The link selected from tickets at work clearly stated OCEAN VIEW. When we called TicketsatWork they again stated no refunds, we were aware of this but also aware of our rights to get what we purchased. We have a dispute filed with the cc and are working on the resolution.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. We are a 3rd party marketplace and the hotels we sell on our site come from a hotel supplier and not directly from us. As a result, all information on through our website comes from the supplier including the hotel and Tickets At Work does not add or create hotel information to any reservation to make it seem like something it is not. This customer is stating he purchased an "Ocean View" but the reservation booked is for a "Guest Room." The hotel does have rooms that contain the "Ocean View" option, but what the guest purchased never stated or showed that. We double checked all information such as receipts, website information, possible IT issues, and relevant wording that was related to his booking, but nothing showed that he was supposed to get an "Ocean View." Also, as a firm believer of great customer service, we even reached out to the hotel supplier to see if possibly the hotel could of made a mistake on the room type and they denied a request for any type of refund stating that the guest booked correctly. The customer is trying to state we did a "bait and switch", but we are the 3rd party marketplace link-through that has no option to create or alter any hotel information that is listed through that hotel/supplier. The hotel stated to our supplier that the guest got the correct room with the purchase he made an no partial refund to him would be given. We highly suggest that guests carefully watch what kind of "room type" that are buying before making the finalized purchase.

I had purchased 2 Universal Studio Hollywood Express tickets on August 31 for September 5th. My voucher was to be emailed to me 24 to 48 hours prior to my show date (September 5th). I did not receive any email with my voucher. I had to call early in the morning the day of September 5th. I was emailed a voucher from customer service but little did I know that the voucher they sent me was inactive. When entering the park I was told that my tickets did not work. I had to go to guest services. At guest services they were unable to find my reservation and that the vouchers that they sent me are invalid. They (Universal Studio Hollywood) no longer took vouchers they only accept e-tickets. I was on the phone with TicketsatWork customer service for an hour!! Finally they were able to give me a new reservation number and finally sent me my acceptable e-tickets for the park. I hope they are able to fix this problem so no one has to deal with this again.
Tickets At Work regrets what happened on the day of your Universal outing. We are a 3rd party and the tickets we sell come directly from the venue. We are investigating this issue further and we hope you continue to use our services. We want to make sure all customer get quick, reliable, service from us and hope their trips to the park go smoothly. Thanks!

Purchased Disneyland tickets recently through their website. After getting the tickets, they said they expire "October 13", which was fine, because we're staying in early October. Then I went back to the website and noticed it says "Valid for arrivals through 9/30/19". That's the ONLY place it says that. Not on the tickets. Not on the email.
The only ticket they sell that's valid apparently past 9/30 is with a Restaurant.com gift card offer that's more. It's a little sketchy. I called, and, of course, "There is nothing we can do, because it does say it." Technically true, but the TICKET never mentions it. The email invoice never mentions it. I would recommend people purchase their tickets elsewhere.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. Our website provided all the full details of the expiration date and the deadline. The deadline to go is 9/30/19 and the ticket expires in full on October 13th. For this 3 Day special provided from Disneyland, if the guest shows up on the last day of the deadline, (9/30/19) as an example, he/she will have 13 days to use it making the expiration date of this ticket to be 10/13/19. The information about the 13 days to use it is on the ticket. As a 3rd party, this ticket comes directly from Disneyland and the verbiage is from the park as well. As the guest agreed to our terms and conditions, this ticket purchased is a final sale. We highly recommend that the guest carefully reads all important & valid information before buying a ticket to make sure he is aware of any deadlines or expiration dates provided from the park. We sell thousands of these tickets and other items as well from Disneyland. As stated to the customer previously, we cannot alter or create a park ticket on the guest's behalf. All valid information is listed correctly upon purchase and the proper directions and expiration date of use is listed on the ticket that came directly from Disneyland. Thanks!

I thought I found a good deal for this room on TicketsatWork. I read through the email and did not see anything about addtl fees for the hotel. Come to find out it was addtl resort fees but that wasn't clearly listed on any email that I have. Also called the hotel 2 days before my check in to confirm my reservation. I was confirmed but was told it was for a one bed. My reservation said room type double occupancy type when I clearly remember booking 2 beds. The hotel advised I can pay and addtl $40 per night!! This hotel I thought I was getting for a good price has become the reservation from hell. Customer service is not helpful at all and only keep telling me the reservation is nonrefundable. I AM AWARE OF THAT. Save yourself the hassle and book directly from the hotel site. Also the hotel kept saying I booked with Agoda. I had no idea what they were talking about. They had no idea what TicketsatWork was.
We deeply regret about the resort fees and issues with the room. We take customer service seriously and we are glad we were able to provide a prompt resolution to your situation. We hope to hear from you in the near future and hope you continue to use our service as well. Thanks!

I'm very upset. I had bought 2 tickets to a concert on the 31st of August, but it was rescheduled due to a hurricane in the area. It was rescheduled to October 26, and I can't make it, so I called TAW customer service. They said that the tickets were final sale and that they couldn't refund me the money, even though it's not my fault that there's a hurricane.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As agreed in the terms and conditions of the sale from the buyer, the "Preferred Access" ticket purchased is considered a final sale and if the concert is not cancelled we are unable to obtain a refund. However, as a advocate for great customer service, we have tried to reach out to the seller and the request for refund was denied. The show is rescheduled for October and unfortunately the seller will not a possible provide a refund when we reached out.

A few dollars off a trip or show is not worth the headache of trying to cancel before LOSING thousands of dollars. They do not provide customers with a FAIR opportunity to cancel if needed. I did a hotel booking of Ramada by Wyndham Wayne Fairfield Area, 334 Route 46 East, Service Road Wayne, NJ 07470. My flight got cancelled and I took another flight. Reached late in hotel Ramada. Ramada Hotel Manager ** informed cancellation and she cannot help further. When I contacted Ticketatwork they did not help and took ALL my money and stand firm for cancellation by giving reason as - This is a special low rate for pre-paid reservations. I found both Ticketatwork and hotel staff discourteous, disrespectful, ill-mannered and uncivil.

I normally just go through online but it didn’t tell me exactly what I needed so, I called to make sure that the details were clear. Plus, with Universal, if I don’t get the tickets, I’m responsible. I made a hotel reservation thru tickets at work, first time, but we were using them because of the IBM use. Well, never again. Had to cancel reservations, called hotel, but could not cancel because of it being a "prepaid reservation". Was told to call T.a.W. maybe they could help us. Got on phone, put on hold, got tired of holding. Tried later - same thing, tired of holding. Left number for a call back. Next morning same thing. By this time less within the 72 hour time frame. I knew I had lost 300.00.
When finally got to talk to someone, they said there would be no refund, and they said one of the 2 rooms was used by our party anyway. Total B.S. because neither my wife and I or my grandson who was to occupy the other room. My daughter has talked to them numerous times at t.a.w. Just like talking to a brick wall. Going to check with Capital One, credit card company to see if there have been any complaints made with them. I would not use the, under any condition… They sell you something and then you can never get anyone on the phone to cancel if necessary.

Bought almost $1000 twice for events in New York and PA. This woman Sophie from Florida, supposedly, was very rude and ignorant (I had the misfortune of dealing with her both times). The first time when I told her that I only had a question and will purchase the tickets later she just hung up on me. I purchased the tickets anyway for 3 events in New York on July 19 for 5 people. When I was in New York one of the tickets did not work on one of the last attractions. I called TAW and they told me that the teller in New York had scanned one of the tickets twice and had not scanned one of the other tickets, meaning I could still use that one ticket that was never scanned at all. At the time I did not know this and my son had to pay cash for this attraction. TAW did not resolved my issue because I am not going back to New York any time soon.
The 2nd time I dealt with this Sophie I asked her politely if she had better seating. She angrily told me in a loud voice with her accent "this are very good seats, if you don't purchase the tickets somebody else will". There was no need for this response. This woman does not realize that answering questions is part of her job description or maybe she needs to be trained on how to be a better customer service rep. I cannot believe that this company will lose customers because of an angry, ignorant worker. Don't they have enough good people in Florida willing to answer a phone? How hard can that be. Probably she did something to that ticket that I could not use in New York. Most likely I will not buy from TAW anymore.

I purchased hotel room for family of four. I read the disclaimer about no refund. I read another item related to $30 additional occupancy fee. I interpreted as another fee for additional people. I thought it was for protecting the hotel against many people in a room. It was not and they would not refund. It is in fact another $30 each person, per night added on to the price of the room. That totals an additional $120 per night. I am now paying more for the room than the hotel is advertising. DO NOT USE this service. Customer service sucks. Took over 20 minutes to speak with someone. They were no help.

By recommendation from brother I signed up for TicketsatWork because they offer discounted tix he said. Yesterday I bought tix for a comedy show for a discounted price as stated on TicketsatWork website. Today I received an email with a link to electronically transfer them. It also stated to verify the seller because any fraudulent tix or fraudulently obtained tix will result in no refund. Without the ability to verify the seller I went ahead with the transfer hoping they are legit. I then proceeded to read some reviews on C.A. and was unhappy with what I found. I then decided to check prices on the venue's website and to my dismay tix in the same section as those purchased from TicketsatWork were $60 less for the pair.
With no means of refund if the tix turn out to be fraudulent I can only hope they are legit. TicketsatWork is merely a 3rd party seller where either a seller and/or the website can profit. They falsely advertised next to their purchase price the tix were being offer at a discount. Unfortunately from what I have found that is not the case. Yesterday's purchase, my first, will also be my last.
Side note. Many reviews on this site are 5 stars yet they read negatively. Of those many say the rating has been increased to 5 stars from less than 3 without offering any follow up from the reviewer stating any action taken by TicketsatWork that lead to the increase. I find that puzzling. I am including a pic of the receipt from Ticketmaster which shows purchase price is zero dollars because I find that odd.
We appreciate your feedback and glad that we were able resolve this concern with you immediately. Tickets At Work values our customers and hope to hear from you in the near future. Enjoy the show and all the best! Thanks!

I really had an bad experience while booking my hotel. First of all they are not cheap at all and they are not giving any discount. Not sure why they have written exclusive discounts on their page. In fact they are charging more for the hotels compared to hotel website or any other third party. If you book any hotel from its direct website or any other third party they are much cheaper and will give you at least cancellation policy or will refund your amount in case of any issue. TicketsatWork are really strict about the their policy and they are not flexible at all.
They do not have good UI and you can't even check your booking online after making reservation. If you reach in any issue then they are not available 24/7. They have limited hours of customer care service (7 am Est to 2 am Est). Few days ago I booked an hotel in Chicago and during the check In I found that it's an smoking room I will be getting. So I called my third party and mentioned my problem to them. They refunded my full amount and I was very happy with the service. I am sorry I can't say the same for TicketsatWork. I am really not happy with the service.

I'm really disappointed to be writing such a negative review after being a past customer with good experiences. I love writing great reviews about companies, but I feel strongly to write this one and warn everyone. If you have the option to book hotel, entertainment, or tickets elsewhere, please do so. It isn't worth the hassle of being inconvenienced. For our honeymoon, my husband and I decided to go through TicketsatWork for all our entertainment in Maui and Oahu. Because a lot of the entertainment had limited availability, we were only able to book for two events, which ended up being disasters.
Our dinner cruise was cancelled due to an emergency, which we totally understand the need for cancellation. However, no one from the company notified us. Since we booked through TicketsatWork and not the actual event/company itself, it was TicketsatWork's responsibility to notify us. They had my email and no one ever reached out. We ended up driving an hour across the island just to figure out it was cancelled. Instead of the taking responsibility, TicketsatWork just blamed the actual company that I did not book from.
The second disaster was booking a luau. Luaus are quite expensive and I was excited to see that we were able to find one through the website for under $100. There was a Honolulu address on the ticket that we thought was the Luau's address. Mind you, there was no other address on the ticket so we went with it just to found out at the "destination" that it was on the complete opposite side of the island. We ended up missing half the luau. The customer service we spoke to even admitted the wrong address was on the ticket and that she will help us get at least a partial refund. Instead, we were denied.
It isn't worth the $10-$30 discount per ticket to be inconvenienced. Booking through a third party like TicketsatWork is no longer recommended. I'm extremely disappointed because of the way the situations were handled. My husband's coworkers and families are customers as well and I will be telling them about our experiences. Please avoid this company to avoid any inconveniences! Especially for out of state trips where you're relying on these events and specials as your entertainment for your trip, it's just better to book somewhere else.
Tickets At Work appreciates your loyalty and hope to hear back from you soon. We take customer service seriously and do regret you missed most of the show. We are glad you were able to work out a resolution and hope you continue to use our services in the future. Thanks!

On 6/5/19 I went online to place reservations for a 7/13/19 to 7/19/19 stay. I paid thorough my PayPal and received a confirmation number for the stay. When I went to check in I then found out that there was no reservation for us and that it had been cancelled by TicketsatWork. I did have to pay for my stay again, the hotel was kind enough to give me the same rate that I had reserved the room for. I then contacted customer service to see why this happened and what would be done about it. I was told that some one would contact me within 3 to 4 hours. After 3 hours I was contacted by a customer care specialist. I then explained the situation again. In the end I was refunded the money spent with TicketsatWork. I'm happy they did this but not so happy of the issues that I had to go through to start my stay. Looks like in the future I will for go the discounts and just place my reservations direct with the hotels I and my family will be staying.
Tickets At Work appreciates you and we hope to hear from you in the near future. We are investigating this matter and glad that we were able to come up with a prompt resolution for you in the mean time. If you have any issues please reach out to us and enjoy your summer. Thanks!

I purchased a day pass for Discovery Cove with Seaworld and Aquatica included. Less than a week later I was checking other things and decided to check the price for the same package on the same day. For two people, the price was now $150 cheaper. I called TicketsatWork customer service and they advised that they won't refund the difference. I don't understand how the price can be that much different anyway...
As a 3rd party, the tickets purchased come directly from the park. Also, as agreed in our terms and conditions, since we are the 3rd party marketplace, the items purchased cannot be modified or changed since it is considered a final sale. However, we do have a manager trying reach out to you to provide you a resolution. Please reach back out to this manager so we can try to resolve this issue as we believe highly in great customer service.

This business is a scam - they sell tickets at a higher price compared to event site claiming they provide 'preferred' seating, meaning if a better seat becomes available you get an 'upgrade'. I have a feeling you never get an upgrade. :) Please check the price at the event site before purchasing anything from these folks.

About 3 months ago, we reserved & paid for 2 rooms at Newport Beachside resort for this weekend. When we went to check in, the hotel said that they only received 1 of the reservations. After 4 hours of talking with TicketsatWork, we were told that we could get a refund on 1 of the rooms, & would have to be relocated at a different hotel. As I was traveling with family, this was not an option. After another 2 hours of discussions, I finally had the option of being refunded both rooms. We had already spent $52 in Uber fees getting to this hotel AND half a day wasted. I will never go thru them again. Even the hotel warned me that TicketsatWork does this a lot!! Be warned my fellow shoppers!!

I purchased from TicketsatWork.com for tickets to San Diego Safari Zoo on 6/14/2019 while on vacation for 4 families for $652.87. I went online at 8 AM to purchase the 9 adults and 4 children tickets. We didn't leave Westminster CA until 8:30 AM and I still haven't received my tickets. As we drove down there, I continued to monitor my email inbox and junk mail and still don't see any confirmation email. We stop to get gas, and I try to call TicketsatWork.com at 10:13 AM. The wait was long, so I leave a call back number.
We went to zoo to meet up with the other families. As we wait in line to get the ticket since I think there is something is wrong with their system because I bought tickets from them before and got it instantly. They did not give me a call back until we were already in the park at 11:12 AM. As I spoke with customer service on the phone, I ask if I can cancel it because I'm already in the park, and it was their system error that I never got the confirmation email. She told me the ticket is final, but I try to tell her that I'm on vacation and doesn't live in San Diego, CA. At 11:18 AM, she sends me the ticket. Even as of today, I never got their confirmation email, and I only got the email from the customer service agent. I don't think I'm going to fly my family back to California just to the zoo. Even if I do go, I don't think I could use all that ticket cause I bought for a total 4 family tickets.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. The vouchers come directly from the park and we regret you did not get them on time. We are glad that a resolution was made and we hope to hear from you soon. If there is anything you need please let us know. Thanks!

I purchased four concert tickets (3-day passes) from Tickets at Work and received a message to install AXS App in order to have the tickets electronically deposited into my account. While this process was seemingly seamless, the tickets for the Day-1 and Day-2 concerts disappeared without notice. I was unable to attend either concert. Tickets at Work blamed the trouble on AXS/Flash App and the representative at AXS told me he had no record of my ticket purchase. However, he did suggest that he would enter a trouble ticket because my account was empty and after all, why would I call about tickets being absent from my account if I hadn't purchased them.
Long story short, after being bounced back and forth between AXS and tickets at work, Day 2 tickets were sent to my account, but again disappeared before the start of the concert. In fact, I also received 3 additional tickets that I did not pay for. Don't worry they too were snatched out of my account while in the meantime Ticket as Work sent me an urgent email message telling me to return the extra tickets right away. I didn't catch that email til the following day, but as I said, the tickets had already vanished from my account. Today I sit waiting for a refund for the first two days of concerts in the series. After all, that's the least that could be done since I wasn't able to access the tickets at the time of the concert. Their response to the mixup was that the tickets were delivered. Over $800 later, that's simply not acceptable.

I purchased a ticket to Worlds of Fun amusement park from TicketsatWork. I called their 1800 number, and then the ticket came to my email. It was so easy. Their price for Worlds of Fun was perfect. They were a lot cheaper. I couldn’t find anything for the price that I would be able to get it there. We looked at some places like Disney, and they were still kinda high. It was a great experience. Every time I go out of town, I check TicetsatWork first to see if they have any better deals than what I can find online. I would recommend it.

We purchased vouchers for a zipline tour on Oahu. The day prior to our scheduled tour, my husband suffered a near drowning while on another excursion and had to be evacuated to a hospital where he spent the the remaining two days of our trip. We were unable to use the voucher due to this and unable to reschedule as our trip was ending and physically my husband would not have been able to do the tour. I called to inquire about a refund and was told that TicketsatWork would contact the vendor to see if they could get a refund.
After several days, I received an email saying they were not willing to do so and that there was nothing else that could be done. I offered to provide documentation of the hospitalization and was told that they could not accept it because it was confidential information (our information which WE were willing to share). I asked if there was someone else I could contact including the vendor and was told no. I was also told that the vouchers don't expire until March 2020 - we will not be traveling to Hawaii again that soon to be able to use them. I will never purchase tickets through this company again. The discount is not worth the hassle. Had I booked directly through the tour company I would have been granted a refund.
Tickets At Work deeply regrets what you and your husband experienced in Hawaii. We are glad we were able to resolve this issue and we hope your husband gets better. We take pride in our customer service and hope to hear back from you soon. Thanks!

Horrible service and a nightmare. Keep away. Run if you can. Fraudulent ticket business not straight forward and conmen business. We purchased universal tickets online, we got stranded at the gate as we couldn’t enter with the confirmation code, you’ve to wait for a pdf confirmation. We couldn’t use the ticket and had to pay more money to enter the park more, shady business. Attempted to complain. Hold time customers services is over one (1) hour and managers plus reps were very rude. Following managers were rude and very unhelpful: Chyna, Camilla and Andrew. Andrew offered me 2 $25 dinner gifts card after we lost $600. What an insult in his part. I declined the dinner tickets.
Just buy tickets directly from Universal's website. AVOID TicketsatWork purchases at all costs. They are fraud. They buy Universal tickets for $50 then they triple the price plus you’re will be in the dark, stranded and abused by managers and their employees. They falsely stated that we we detained by the police, I am planning on suing them for tarnishing my name. Don’t buy last minute or even advance purchase from TicketsatWork. Stay away.
Tickets At Work takes pride in our customer service and we are pulling the phone calls that you placed. We are glad that we were able to come up with a resolution for you and hope that you can continue to use us again in the near future. Don’t bother buying concert tickets through TicketsAtWork.com, unless you are willing to eat the cost of the tickets for a rescheduled show you cannot attend. I purchased 3 tickets to go see the Rolling Stones in MD on May 31st. The show was postponed by the band to July 3rd. Unfortunately, due to work, I am unable to attend. When I contacted TicketsAtWork to get a refund (which TicketMaster was offering if the new date was not unacceptable) they told me that since the tickets were bought through a third-party I could not get a refund, but I was more than able to gift them or sell them to another party! This was my first and now LAST experience with TicketsAtWork. No great deal here. Always go through TicketMaster, they take care of their customers because they want them to come back.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. The customer purchased these tickets from our reseller section called "Preferred Access" which are listings from different sellers and trusted brokers. As the guest agreed in the terms and conditions, once the tickets are purchased we have no way to get them changed or refunded. The show was not cancelled but postponed so we were unable to get that refund from the actual seller. However, as a firm believer in great customer service we reached out to the seller and that request to get a refund was initially denied.

I purchased tickets from this site as a present for my relatives here from abroad. I purchased the tickets fine even entering in the date because it was a 1 day 1 park pass. The tickets came in email and it said, "not valid June 1 - Sept 8" amongst other dates. I called customer service and it was horrendously bad. 2 called me a liar. 1 manager didn't even want to talk to me after a rep tried to transfer. 1 hung up on me after I gave him the order number and stated my situation. One was like calling me a liar and that there is no field to enter in a date when you are purchasing tickets. It does ask you!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. VERY VERY BAD. I SPENT $1000 on tickets to Universal and Disneyland. This is a complete NIGHTMARE. I will be submitting to event to my work and gather all other bad experiences on our company social media. This is absolutely a nightmare. We are a Fortune 500 company in the 100 billions. Why did we switch to this company (just happen recently). EVERYONE STAY AWAY!!!!
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. If you go on our website you will see that the customer has the option to choose what type of ticket he/she wants. This customer chose regular Disneyland tickets and unfortunately these tickets have "Black Out" dates as stated on our website. There is also another option on our page that allows you to buy "Peak" tickets which are the ones the guest should have picked for the summer months. Furthermore, we are a 3rd party marketplace; this guest agreed and confirmed in our terms and conditions that this ticket is considered a final sale and we have no option to modify or cancel these vouchers. Disneyland will not allow us to cancel or modify the ticket that the customer chose and purchased. We highly recommend before the customer makes a purchase to make sure he or she is aware of dates they would like to go and pick the type of ticket needed for the park. We have calendars and information listed for each park and once this type of ticket is purchased we have no way to cancel or modify it. We will pull phone calls to see if anybody called the customer a liar and check the quality of the conversations that took place, as we take customer service seriously in this company. We sell thousands of these tickets and urge customers to make sure they choose what dates they need to avoid any issues when they get to the park gates. Thanks!

TicketsatWork is perk through my work. I purchased Universal Studios Express passes for my family that were "discounted". After purchasing, I called Universal ticket sales directly and the gate price tickets were actually cheaper. I called TicketsatWork, was told the ticket prices aren't always a discount and are only discounted off of the "gate prices." I told her that's not true because the Universal Studios gate prices were actually cheaper. She told me there's nothing she can do. I told her I'd like to speak to a supervisor and she told me that the supervisor was going to tell me the same thing and she wouldn't let me speak to the supervisor.

I used TicketsatWork to purchase Broadway tickets and the process was easy. The only thing I wish I could see is the availability of the seats like exactly what seats like you can when you do it at Ticketmaster. At some point, it’s better off being in the mezzanine than being in the orchestra and you don’t know until you see where your tickets are. Other than that, the gentleman I’ve spoken at customer service was wonderful. He felt the same thing I did though, so he couldn’t give me more information. But he was easy to work with, and picking up the tickets was easy as well. The website is fairly easy to use. I tried to book a hotel through them. They sent me a confirmation to let me know that my hotel was booked. I therefore ordered my tickets for my flight to NYC. Several hours later, they emailed me to let me know that they were not able to reserve my hotel room. I looked at my credit card online statement and it showed that they had already charged me. I called them and asked them why did they charge me already if they didn't reserve my room. They then proceeded to offer me the same hotel at almost 3 times the price.
When I told them to then just immediately refund my money, they said that they will refund me for another 5 to 10 business days. They should not even charge me if they were not able to reserve my room. And if they did take my money then they should honor what I was charged for. They did neither.. This company appears to be predatory, and I will also discuss this with our HR department to see if our company can use a different company as an employee benefit.
Tickets At Work is a marketplace where we get our hotel rooms from a hotel supplier which is limited. The order for the guest failed due to the availability of the room he wanted and we could of rebooked him for a different hotel as well. Even though it is agreed upon in our terms and conditions about supplier cancellations and failed orders, we still tried to rebook the guest and even offered to cover an additional amount to assist. Our agents could not find a similar room at that hotel with is amount and our difference that he decided to opt for a refund. We even reached out to the customer today willing to cover a higher amount than given to him previously to assist but he had already booked the hotel room he needed. Thanks!

The process was pretty easy but my interpretation of something that had to do with the price and the number of days wasn't clear. Once we purchased the tickets, I believed we had unlimited admission. Both times, each representative that I spoke to was clear and precise with the information that I asked as far as the pricing and if there was an expiration on the tickets, and when and how I will receive them. They were very clear with the instructions and information provided. Both were very informative on the services, the pricing, and the fees attached to the purchase as well. They were very helpful in making the process a lot easy in purchasing those tickets.
The prices were reasonable compared to the amount that you would normally pay at the gate. When I was told about the discount tickets through work, I just went on and looked and because my children were home that weekend for spring break, I wanted to do something. Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As the guest purchased these tickets on our "Preferred Access" re-seller website and agreed to the terms of the sale, we are not held responsible if the singer decides to postpone the show. Also, the reseller ticket the customer purchased is considered a final sale and our terms that were agreed to states that we cannot refund a postponed event unless it is ultimately cancelled. It was a special occasion and I was trying to do something special for my family, so I bought four tickets thinking I was getting them 20% less than market price. Once I received the tickets, I saw that face value was $135 and realized that I could have bought them directly from the team's website and saved over $200. I just bought concert tickets from them a couple of hours ago. I blindly trusted them because they are affiliated with my work. I bought two tickets for $250 and it was a large purchase for me. I then receive the tickets in my email and see that they were originally $54 tickets and have someone else’s name on them. I had no idea that they were an upselling site and so I went on Ticketmaster’s site and can get almost the same seats for much cheaper. I also notice now that Ticketmaster has $29 seats for sale right now and the seat next to them are $60 on TicketsatWork. They say that they are worth $75 but they are actually $29. Complete lie.
For less than what we spent on bad seats with TicketsatWork we could be in the pit at the front of the stage. I called TicketsatWork and the first representative hung up on me and so I had to call back and waited for the second representative to say that we agreed to buy the tickets and it’s not their fault that we didn’t do our research to see what the tickets are selling for on the original site. I’m in shock. $250 for $60 worth of seats. I just want to cancel and buy the $60 seats through Ticketmaster. They refuse.

Of the 3 people I talked to on the phone over the course of 2 weeks, no one could tell me why these bookings were failing despite it showing availability online. If what is listed online at TicketsAtWork.com isn't accurate, it should be updated - plain and simple. I now have 6x $900 charged to my credit card because of the failed bookings no one was able to figure out. Unfortunately I'll now be booking my reservation through the resort itself, for double (or more) the price - because these rooms ARE available.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As agreed in our terms, we are a 3rd party marketplace and the hotel rooms we get come directly from a particular hotel supplier. We regret that the hotel room she wanted failed due to it being sold out within the supplier's inventory, but we tried to get ahold of the guest immediately once we found out. We tried to rebook the guest on that same order but unfortunately the room she wanted for that date was unavailable. Also, we only show 1 charge with that one hotel order and do not see any activity that shows this customer was charged 6 times on her credit card like she is stating. We could of found a different hotel and assisted with the difference in the price, but the customer decided to get a full refund. As a company that believes highly in customer service and feedback, our Quality Manager has tried numerous times to reached out to this guest, but has not been successful on reaching her.

Word to the wise don’t book any rooms through TicketsatWork until you have done your research.

First time user, bad experience! Please review all hotels prior to signing agreement. I'm disappointed the hotel we were going to stay at had bed bugs. Since TicketsatWork has a no refund policy I wasn't able to get my money back. Even though I didn't stay a single night. I believe that is a health hazard and shouldn't be under the policy, I was denied refund.
Tickets At Work appreciates you as a customer and deeply regret what you endured at the hotel. We take pride in our service and we are glad we were able to provide you a prompt resolution on this issue. If you need anything else from us please call us. We are glad you will be returning to us as a customer and we greatly appreciate your business as well.

I did a reservation with them 05/24 @7:53 and 4 hrs later they send an email to let me know that at the time they are unable to fulfill my reservation, I'm trying to contact them and no answer -- I need my money back right away--- last time using TicketsatWork. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TICKETSATWORK 100%.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As agreed in our terms, we are a 3rd party marketplace and the hotel rooms we get come directly from a particular hotel supplier. We regret that this past weekend was a busy holiday one and the last minute room she tried to get failed due to being sold out within the supplier's inventory. We tried to rebook the guest and contacted her immediately when we were found out about the issue, but unfortunately the room she wanted for that day was unavailable. We could of found a different room and assisted with the difference in the price but the customer decided to get a full refund. As a company that believes highly in customer service we tried reached out to her today with a resolution to gain her trust back as a customer but she kindly declined our offer.

I’ll be traveling to Reno with my mom. I saw in TicketsatWork that it was $10 cheaper a night than what my mom booked so we decided to book through the website. Come to find out they only offer ‘run of house’ rooms and when we called to request a two queen room we were told first by the hotel that they couldn’t take out request then by the customer service that we could get a two queen room but paying $13 more a night. Luckily we didn’t cancel the reservation my mom had already made.
When I tried to cancel I got the run around... got hung up on and left on hold for over a total of an hour if not more over the course of 4 individual phone calls. Ended up talking to a supervisor at the hotel and they said they couldn’t cancel due to it being a wholesale issue but gave me an email to use to cancel it. So I sent the email and the next day I had a reply saying I would be issued a refund and not incur the $25 cancellation fee due to the horrible service I endured. However they said it would take 3 to 5 business days to credit my account... It’s been 7 and still nothing.
I reached out to the customer service email again and they told me it typically takes 3 to 5 business days but can take up to 30 days. Then they told me the full amount of $394.26 would be credited back... The full amount I was charged is $419.62 so needless to say they are trying to charge me the cancellation fee after I was told I wouldn’t be. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service and I work in the industry. I would not recommend this site or any of the affiliates to anyone. They give you the run around and then say your full amount isn’t what you were charged. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Sarah,
We, at TicketsAtWork, strive to provide the best experience possible to all of our customers. We regret to hear that this was not your experience in this instance.
Upon completing a through review of this experience, we were unable to locate any call recordings related to this cancellation request. Per the e-mail correspondence received, it appears as if you were communicating first with the Hotel and then by phone with our Hotel Providers. The e-mail acknowledging the cancellation came directly from our Hotel Suppliers therefore we were never informed of the cancellation and the reservation remains active in our system.
In situations where a customer is seeking to cancel a reservation within the window of cancel-ability, the request must be facilitated directly through the Merchant of Record, as defined in the merchant details on your Credit Card statement. The cancellation process is outlined, for your convenience, in our Terms and Conditions that were acknowledged and accepted before payment was processed. Since this booking was not made through the Hotel nor through our Hotel Suppliers directly, they are unable to assist you with facilitating the cancellation, as we retain the original funds, despite the e-mail from them stating otherwise. In order to reverse this charge, the request would have needed to be facilitated through TicketsAtWork.com as the Merchant of Record.
In any case, we are committed to your satisfaction and would like to discuss this matter and resolve this to your satisfaction. We understand your initial reply to us expressed apprehension with discussing this matter further. We believe this disconnect in the cancellation process is the reason for this frustration and kindly ask for the opportunity to make this right.
We hope to speak to you soon.

Nondisclosure Hotel Cancellation Fee. BE AWARE OF THEIR FEES. $25 cancellation fee of any reason and time. I made a hotel reservation through the website. While I was making the reservation the cancellation policy was nowhere to find, so I assumed that there is no fee if I cancel the reservation on time (which is typically 72 hours prior the reserved starting date). That particular hotel does not have cancellation fee if it's on time. I thought there is NO cancellation fee if there is no indication of hotel cancellation fee on TicketsatWork website, so I went ahead and book it.
Only AFTER I booked the hotel, the cancellation is attached to the confirmation email. I am now tied to the $25 cancellation fee of any reason and time. TicketsatWork's rate for this hotel is same as booking directly from the hotel plus $25 cancellation fee. TicketsatWork's website and policies are tricking you to book without knowing about their hidden fees. Too much work for me to fight over a $25 fee, so I just let it go.
BE AWARE OF THEIR FEES. CHECK OTHER WEBSITES FIRST. Other booking sites have more flexibilities such as free cancellation, no booking fee, modify or cancel reservation ONLINE, ability to check your reservations/bookings ONLINE. I would not use TicketsatWork again online if their deal is 50% less than others. Otherwise, Thank you, but NO THANKS!

My husband and I purchased tickets for the Beth Page Black PGA tournament March 29th. The tournament is May 18th and as of today we still have no tickets. We are set to leave tomorrow due to driving form Ohio to NY. We have called and emailed since April 9th just to be told we will get our tickets, still no tickets. After a long conversation last night we were told, "We can’t guarantee the tickets will be there before you leave but yet we can’t offer you any other way to get them," so basically we will be out tickets and money because they said no refund will be given either. It’s a poor way to handle the situation especially because we paid a lot of money for these tickets and no one can help us. I will never use this company again to make a purchase. I’ll pay the full price.

I am very disappointed with how I have been treated by TicketsatWork. I purchased tickets (4 each) for Disney and Sea World hoping to enjoy a vacation in Florida. Well the day before we were to leave one in our party fell and cracked her Knee cap. Well that ended the vacation and to my disbelief refund on my tickets. I did get a refund for Sea World but Disney no, we lost 700 dollars. I understand policy but there ought to be a policy when something happens medically. Maybe sell insurance like timeshares do.
I tried to reason with customer relations but every one I talked to gave ne a different answer. Tickets are in my hand, Tickets were only good one day, so sorry. I wanted to talk to higher ups but that was no also. Consumer affairs did their job. We are all retired and 700 dollars is a lot of money to loose, Oh I don't have tickets I got green charge cards that have no dates on them. Why couldn't they just cancel out the cards they have barcodes on them. I am willing to pay a return fee but 700 dollars come on.
I asked to speak to the Ceo but I got another no. I have written several times now they don't even respond. Again 7000 dollars is a lot of money for people on a fixed income. I am suggesting a policy be put in effect for a buyer to buy insurance to protect their purchases. Oh yeah I could not get one supervisor to talk to me it was easier to tell the operator tell them no. Poor chain of command. So all I can say is buyer beware, you are on your own and don't expect any help. My next step will be contacting other companies that handle consumer complaints. Thank you, Ken **

I was trying to book a rental car, but the pricing was changing every few minutes with the same search. I was trying to show someone the great price, but when I looked again (3 minutes later) the price had doubled. Thinking I did something weird, I refreshed the page and it dropped $40. I thought is was strange, so I switched from my mobile to my PC and the price was back to the highest price. I went and searched on another site for a better price, but when I went back to TicketsatWork it had dropped back down to the original price. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I called support and they said they can't fix it and you just have to buy it when you see it low. I have screenshots with time stamps, but they won't adjust it. RIDICULOUS!!!
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As stated to the customer when she called, we are a 3rd party and we do not make the prices for the rental car companies that are listed on our site. With that being said, prices listed after the search engine can either go up or down and the rates come directly from the rental car companies. We cannot change or make up a rate as this was explained to the reviewer. If the customer saw a great rate we highly recommend they get it at the time as the price can go up or someone else can possibly purchase it as well since we sell plenty of rentals. We cannot fix rental rates that continue to go and down due to customers making purchases in the car rental's inventory since we are a 3rd party. However, as a company that believes in great customer service we have tried to reach out to the customer to try and provide her a good rate on a rental and she never reach back out to us on the number we provided.

I booked a trip for a two rooms in a Hotel in New York city-followed by two rooms for 3 days in Ocean City, MD. When I called the Hotel in New York City to confirm my reservations they had no information on my reservation, even after spending over 30 minutes trying to confirm. They suggested I call TicketsatWork.com, when I reached them, they told my name would not show up as a reservation until day or two before my arrival in the New York. I told them I did not trust this type of business model, (what hotel would not have your name) So I asked to cancel everything. I did not want to travel so far without reservations and take the chance of not having somewhere to stay.
She told me my tickets were non-refundable and there was nothing I could do. I said, "I can also dispute the charge," once I said that, she became indignant with me and refused to help me anymore. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. She said I would receive a call back. I did not, I called back today and they tried to cancel but said the third party vendor would not cancel. Again I was then told the reservations would not show up until 24-48 hours before our trip. This is completely not an acceptable way to do business. I will not take a trip hoping the reservations may or may not be there. There is no disclosures on their site that indicate you will not be able to confirm your reservations.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. We are glad we were able to resolve this issue for you and hope that we built your trust in us. We hope to hear from you in the near future and if there is anything that you need please let us know. Thanks!

I purchased tickets to the Lion King and had an emergency that I would need to change the date of the show. I did not want a refund, simply a change of date which the venue said that was not a problem. Unfortunately it was because I purchased my tickets through TicketsatWork. The venue stated I would need to reach out to them as only they had access to my order. I called and spoke with the rep and was unable to do so. I tried calling again. I really wanted to see the show (been waiting 8 years) and they were $352. All I needed was to change the date. Brandon had me on hold over 30 minutes trying to resolve the issue for me. He finally said that the claims department would get back to me within 72 hours.
No one returned my call so I called again today and the customer service person said there was no record of my call. She said she would process a request/claim and they would have 72 hours to get back to me. I felt they are just giving me the runaround. I'm very disappointed as I use TicketsatWork for Hotels and Game tickets. I advise to be very cautious. They are not interested in helping the customer.
Tickets At Work appreciates our customers and we are glad we were able to resolve your Lion King issue. We hope to continue to do business with you and hope you enjoy the show. If you have any questions please feel free to call us. Enjoy!

Bought 4 tickets to the Kiss concert in Atlanta. Paid $420 for them and never received the tickets. I spent several hours on the phone with TicketsatWork the day before and the day of the concert. Never got the tickets. I missed the concert so I asked for a refund. They said that the tickets were emailed to me so I wasn't entitled to a refund. I never got an email with a link for the tickets and obviously I wanted to geaux. They refused my refund so I disputed the charge on my credit card. I will never purchase anything from them again! They tried to scam me out of $420.
Tickets At Work appreciates the opportunity to respond. As the guest agreed before purchasing the tickets, in our terms and conditions, Tickets At Works is a 3rd party in which there is a marketplace of resellers that have tickets for sale called Preferred Access. The tickets do not come from us but from brokers and sellers. We do guarantee the customer will get their ticket before the show and the seller sent the ticket link to the customer's correct email on November 7, 2018. Once the ticket link is emailed from the seller to the buyer it is now in ownership to that new customer. As a firm believer in customer service we reached out to the broker to see about a possible refund and that request was denied as the seller sent the ticket link at least 4 months before the show. Tickets At Work did not try to scam the buyer out of any money like he is stating and has tried a few times to see about a refund. Thanks!

I am extremely disappointed with what happened to me on 04/20/2019 when I went for a nice vacation to Daytona Beach, FL. I had purchase a reservation using TicketsatWork because my job offers those benefits but I never thought I was going to be put through this because I have actually use this service previously and never had an issue.
I had booked a two night stay at Ocean Breeze Club Hotel, I arrived there around 10:30PM and first I couldn’t find parking and just parked at the drop off area in front of the hotel, I approached the front desk and there was a young lady there which when I showed her my ID and the reservation paper receipt, she said that there was no reservation under my name and that they don’t work with TicketsatWork, she said that they have tried to get themselves off of the website and that even if I wanted to get a room outside of the reservation the hotel was fully booked anyway.
Since they didn’t have any rooms available I decided to look for an emergency hotel and I was going to handle this at a later time because I had just got off the plane and was tired. I just wanted to rest. I found a hotel nearby and right after I booked it I sent an email to TicketsatWork and explained to them what had happened, they replied to me saying I needed to call, I called and the first person I spoke to was extremely rude and said, "Well why didn’t you call when you were there." I said, "Well they said they had no rooms available anyway so I had to look for a place to sleep first." I then requested to speak with a supervisor and the supervisor said she would submit a request for refund but then later I received an email saying it was denied because the hotel had mark my reservation as a no-show, which it upsets me so much because I was there physically with my reservation receipt in hand trying to get the room.
Anyway, I called back again because I couldn’t believe what what’s going on, the person that answered was very nice and I could tell he was making a great effort to help me, he re-submitted the request and was talking to a supervisor and then asked me to email him the proof of purchase of the emergency hotel and a copy of the email I had sent to them that night, the proof of purchase for the hotel has a timestamp of 10:56pm which means I was physically at the Ocean Breeze way before 11:00pm as they had said their cut off check in time was 11pm, also the email I sent has a time stamp of 11:01pm which means I was out of that hotel and inside my car at that time. Even with all that they denied it again.
I don’t know how they came up with the denial decision but this needs to be investigated better because I am not going to lose my money because the hotel messed up and had me go through this, either the lady in the front desk working the night shift that night had personal reasons to send me away or she didn’t know what she was doing but I shouldn’t be going through this, I’m disappointed on how TicketsatWork has been handling this, I need to get this resolve because I’m not going to lose this money because I work hard for it.
Tickets At Work appreciates your business and we are glad that a resolution was made. We appreciate you and hope to hear from you in the near future.

Be very careful when purchasing hotel/Disneyland tickets on the same order. My wife made the mistake of booking a hotel for June and tickets to Disneyland that expire May 23rd. We called and they said there is no way to adjust the dates on the hotel or tickets. I get non-refundable, but it seems to me that there should be some way to adjust the dates, at least on the hotel. We are over three weeks out still, so it seems there is time to fix it. If not, this is a very expensive mistake. We will be out about $1200 on the hotel.

In January, 2019, I purchased from TicketsatWork (TAW) two passes for the final round (4/14/19) of the PGA Masters Tournament at a cost of $2,000 each. Shortly thereafter, I read an article that said that Augusta National strictly forbids passes to be resold, and that counterfeit tickets are rampant, so I placed my first phone call to TAW for some reassurance that my purchase was valid. None was received. They told me that the passes, which I was anxious to see firsthand, would arrive at my house in Texas on Saturday, 4/13/19. I told them that this was a show-stopper, since I was flying to Augusta that morning. They would not assure me that the passes would arrive before I departed.
After three more phone calls, I went through an elaborate process to set up a pick-up location for the passes at a FedEx Office location in Augusta. TAW still wouldn’t assure me that the passes would arrive before play began on 4/14/19, despite my escalating my alarm to at least two different call center supervisors. When I arrived in Georgia on 4/13/19, I called the FedEx Office location to confirm that the tickets were waiting for me. They had no record of a pending shipment in the entire FedEx system. I had just flown my 84 year-old Dad halfway across the country to attend this bucket-list event, and I had no faith that we actually would take possession of the $4,000 worth of passes I had ordered.
After two more frantic phone calls, I was told that the “vendor” that TAW was working with would meet me to give me the passes. I ended up having to meet him in a sketchy hotel parking lot, where he informed me that TAW had made the purchase that very morning. There was never any need for the whole arrangement with FedEx Office: They were buying the passes from a scalper, and I believe they knew that all along. Instead of coming clean with me, they let me panic and call them dozens of times to straighten it out. What they’re doing isn’t just poor service, it violates the code of conduct that Augusta National has established. Avoid this company at all costs!

After submitting a request for hotel reservations I realized it was for the wrong two days, and it was only off by one day. They would not modify my date even after I was willing to pay an extra fee, and whatever the difference between the dates was. There was no number for me to call anyone else, and they would not email me proof that they tried to reconcile my modification. I called their customer service line literally 2 minutes after submitting the order and still would not be helped. Their terms and conditions DO NOT state that nonrefundable rooms can't be modified, only that they cannot be cancelled. I was willing to pay any extra fees necessary, yet I could not be helped. I WILL NEVER use the site again, and I would recommend that everyone else steer clear. Pay a little more and book elsewhere. The experience will be more than worth it.

Knowing that my wife and daughter LOVE Disney and Universal Studios I wanted to surprise them with a trip for our daughter's graduation present. I found TicketsatWork online and found their pricing very fair. I reserved Universal tickets and a 5 night stay at a very nice resort through their site. I am not financially secure by any means, but wanted to do something nice for my wife and daughter. I was sure to read the small print and was careful to make sure everything looked correct before making choices and submitting payment information. There was a comment about the potential for resort fees, but I thought that if resort fees were to be charged, they would have been included and applied when paying for the reservation.
Within the small print, it was stated: "At hotel check-in, you will be required to provide a photo ID. At that time, the hotel may also require a major credit card for incidental charges that you may incur during your stay." When my wife and daughter checked in, they provided ID and a Credit Card. They were shocked to see the resort charged our credit card an additional $300 for resort fees and parking. Nothing about this $300 was mentioned or within the confirmation information until the moment they checked in.
I immediately called customer service for TicketsatWork to express my concerns. They basically told me they have no contractual obligation to inform me which resorts or hotels charge these hidden fees at the time of making the reservation. They stated they have not have this information and that it was up to me to call the resort to find out if they charge hiddens fees before booking the reservations. SERIOUSLY?? At least they offered to give me a $25 gift card for my inconvenience. BUYER BEWARE!!

However, because of the extra text charges and surcharges, the cost ended up being about the same if I were to buy the tickets from the actual place. So, I’m not sure if I plan on using them again. Also, it was a little confusing and difficult to have to go through so many steps to get the ticket. For example, we had to call or email them to get the voucher and then once they emailed the voucher, we had to go on the site and reserve the spots. Then when we got there, the tickets still didn’t count as a ticket. We still had to get the voucher turned in as a ticket. So, there were three extra steps to get the tickets.

In case you haven't figured it out by now, they just overstate the regular price and understate their discounted price, by including the taxes and fees in one subtotal and not the other. So it looks like you're going to save a lot of money. Then they add huge taxes and fees at checkout, and surprise, you're paying the same, or maybe a lot more than you would pay if you bought directly.
I used TaW for an event earlier this year, and ended up saving nothing because of the added fees. I was thinking of using TaW for another event, but then I found that they had fraudulently inflated the regular price 40%. So their "discounted" price was actually more than the regular price, and that's BEFORE their taxes and fees. I would have spent almost 25% MORE if I had purchased through TaW. I emailed them asking why they're lying to their customers about the price of this event. They sent a form letter that ignored the question. Then they stopped replying. Pick a few events, and look up the regular price yourself. See if it's actually a lot cheaper than what TaW is claiming it is.

The prices are enticing. If you don't have any issues, you might be okay. But if you have a problem - you'll just be left out in the cold! We needed handicap seats so we had to make extra calls anyway. We were never told the handicap seats were not guaranteed. I would not have bought tickets if I had been told the handicap was questionable. The show we originally bought tickets for was cancelled. I chose a different day and time. Was told we'd be notified when the venue confirmed our handicap seats. Didn't hear anything.
Contacted them - was told we would hear within 48 hours of the show. Didn't hear anything. Called them the day before the show. Was told we would be notified. Nothing. Asked for a refund. Was told the tickets were available and there is no refund just because we didn't go. I spent more time on hold with this company than the show would have lasted and I'm out over $200. Just don't do it.

I went online, set up an account with TicketsatWork and looked for attractions. The homepage gives you several featured items that are popular among people but there isn’t a good search feature. The site is not user-friendly to try to figure out where to go. I had to go and hit a few tabs and try to figure out where Universal Studios could be. I finally came upon it and that itself wasn't too difficult. However, what was difficult is I actually wanted to think about buying Regal movie tickets. That wasn't obvious where it is at all. Also, there is a choice of a bunch of different theatre types and there’s no left column submenu to say theaters, restaurants and Florida attractions. There are tabs at the top and you have to figure out which is the right one and then keep going. The prices for the movies are okay and Universal is nothing great at only $10 but that's probably the best they could do because you seldom see much of those Florida attractions.

If I could give no stars I would give no stars to this company. Do not use this company if you can avoid it! We had an issue with dates when using the website to book a room and realized after when reviewing our confirmation email that the date was incorrect. We called the company THE NEXT DAY to have the date corrected and we're told basically too bad so sad and that we would have to forfeit $500 for the room because of their cancellation policy. The cancellation policy does say that there are no refunds, fine I get that, but we were not trying to get a refund. We were trying to get the date switch to the correct date!
We were repeatedly told that their cancellation policy was no refunds and it was just an endless loop with no reasonable explanations be made as to why we simply couldn't switch that date. And just to add that underneath the no refund statement it does say that you can make adjustments up to 72 hours before your stay. The company is ridiculous and I plan on posting this as many places as possible! DO NOT USE TICKETSATWORK!!!

I bought movie tickets that were the top link. Apparently they're not even valid in my state. I called immediately after the purchase and was told I should've read the fine print. Wouldn't refund or let me pay the difference for the correct tickets. They had the nerve to tell me to sell them to someone on the east coast. Completely unfair practice and totally unethical. How they can just keep your money on this technically is insane. I'll never buy from them again.

I work for a Fortune 500 Company that uses Tickets At Work as one of their employee discount programs. I ordered NY Nets tickets 7 weeks ago and paid $440 for 2 "lower lobby tickets" from their Premier Ticket Program.. I just received my tickets today and the seats that were assigned are going for $191.00 direct from the NY Nets website. I could've saved myself $440.00 7 weeks ago and purchased these seats today for the NY Nets-Boston Celtics game being played tomorrow, March 30, 2019. I thought the purpose of this website was to give an excellent customer experience by offering great seats for a great price... Instead I overpaid and had an awful experience
I contacted Tickets-At-Work and asked if they could possibly send me a different set of tickets or I told them I would pay additional money if they could give me better seats but the Senior Agent, Nicky ** I spoke with said, the tickets were sent to you and everything is final sale. I will never use this service again as the Customer Experience rating in my experience was a 0!

When I purchased tickets to Universal Studios and Disneyworld in Florida from TicketsatWork, I went in through my payroll portal and pulled up the website. It listed all the different types of tickets or packages they were offering. I clicked how many I wanted and paid with my credit card. The overall purchasing experience was great and it was easy. I initially reached out to a representative to get additional information and the representative that I spoke with was awesome. He gave me information on Universal and Disneyland. The last time I purchased tickets from TicketsatWork, I got them for Universal Studios in Hollywood and I could get the Fastpass and go to the front of the line. I asked how to get that and he said that I would have to go to Universal Studios directly to get that for Florida because it was not a package that they had.
The price of the tickets was fine although it was weird that I checked the price one day, then I had a meeting with all the other family members that were going, and when I went back online to purchase the tickets, the price had changed and it was higher. When I called and asked why the price changed, they said that the closer you get to the actual season, the more the prices are gonna go up. Nevertheless, I would totally recommend TicketsatWork.

When I called TicketsatWork to cancel, they told it would take 5 minutes. They also will ask you why you are cancelling. I told them just cancel. I was put on hold again. I could tell she was talking to someone, probably her manager. She got back on the phone and told that my CC would be credited minus the $25 cancellation fee. I said fine. I ask if it was cancelled. She said that her manager needs to approve it. Very shady business practice here. First there is no difference between the hotel price on their site and original hotel site. Second, you have 72 hours to cancel. Third, they don't include all the fees you will need to pay the hotel. I'll wait a few more hours before I call back and get my refund, or I'll just dispute the charges, which they will pay $35. They don't do cancellation emails. You need to trust them. Wowwww. What a biz.

I called customer service to hopefully get a refund, or at least a name change on the ticket, but the representative told me that it was not possible. TicketsatWork advertised to our corporate Human Resources department that if our company agrees to promote the "TicketsatWork" brand that it will agree to give our company's employees "special" discounts to Movies, Concerts, Theme Parks, and Hotels just by being an employee. In fact this turned out not the be the case at all. Not only does "TicketsatWork" engage in reselling tickets (scalping), It also charges a fee for using its platform that ended up being greater than 100% of the retail value of the Tickets. To add insult to injury... the tickets they send to you "HAVE SOMEONE ELSE's NAME ON THEM."
When I called to complain and demand my money back for the tickets I was treated like a stupid nagging customer who should have read the fine print. They refuse to issue refund forcing me to take extreme step of filing fraud complaint against them. It is bait and switch... You either scalp or you offer "discounted" tickets. False advertising and very poor customer service. TicketsatWork wants it both ways. You can not tell someone they are getting a discount then charge them a fee on top of being an online scalping firm. BAD BAD BAD Experience.

I have used TicketsatWork before and have been very pleased with their site, ease of use, and the good deals they offer. Today, I wanted to get tickets for the Kennedy Space Center for the family trip we are about to take. Not only were there general admission deals, but there was a Plus plan that added the tour and lunch with an Astronaut. The details said to call the number on the voucher to make reservations, it also said 7 days in advance.
I missed the 7 day thing because I was so excited by how cool it sounded to bundle the whole package. I got the voucher very quickly by email and called the reservation line, as promised to be on the voucher. However, I was told there are no times available for the lunch nor the tour. I called customer service to ask to try and get just general admission tickets since the extras weren't available but was told I couldn't change anything, but I had a year to go there. I live in Michigan, not Florida. Needless to say, I wasted a lot of money on the extras that won't be used. Very disappointed and will not be using TicketsatWork again.

Once I received and printed tickets it's in a city hour outside Chicago and to travel to the city it's going to cost me the same prices as the tickets. Called to see if could possibly just transfer location of the Legoland experience to MI where I live but no, cannot even give them to anyone else because I have to be present to use voucher. The only solution offered by the rude customer service lady was to be out the entire 150+ I spent and cancel my order. So I just lose money. I booked a reservation for one night at the hotel right beside Sesame Place. This was for mid-May. Less than 24 hours later, I contact the hotel and then TicketsatWork because Sesame Place is closed on those days, even until the end of May. I explained the situation and said that my reservation stated 24 hours to change it. I was told this policy did not apply because I had a non-refundable room.
I asked to speak with a supervisor. The customer service rep placed me on hold and came back just to tell me that her manager said it is against their policy to refund a non-refundable room. She also said she would "elevate" my situation via e-mail and I was told I would have a response in three days. Today is three days. No phone call. No e-mail. I finally decided to e-mail them myself explaining the situation. Their response? Call us and talk to us.

And now, your moment of zen: In a gesture of fantastic customer service, Richard—a social media manager at TAW—reached out to me personally to resolve this policy issue and was able to provide me a full refund on the reservation while absorbing the cancelation penalty imposed by the hotel.
A word to the wiser-than-I: TAW's Terms and Conditions of Sale (presented upon checkout) allow that "Hotel cancellations or changes can be made in accordance with the terms and conditions supplied by the applicable Provider at the time of purchase, or unless otherwise permitted by TAW in TAW's sole and absolute discretion." I greatly appreciate that TAW cared enough about me as a customer to warrant their discretion in my favor, and will continue to consider their services with a shrewder sense of my family's own needs.

I booked a two-night family vacation a month in advance, but drawing closer to the date I need to change the date. TicketsatWork has a 72-hour cancellation allowance, except for special room type offerings stating "non-refundable." Lucky me - my rate type (NOT room type), is designated "Non-refundable." So I opted to at least try changing the date to one that would better accommodate my family. After calling customer service, I was told that non-refundable also means non-transferable to a different date. I was told this is written on the webpage at the time of check out, but it is nowhere to be found in my confirmation email. Now my family will be forced to either lose $450, or take a trip at an inconvenient time of our lives. Unless there is another workaround that would allow me to change the date, TicketsatWork's arbitrarily stringent policies are not worth the hassle and I will be terminating my relationship with and recommendations for them.
Tickets At Work appreciates your feedback and we are glad to help you get the refund for this reservation. We hope you hear from you in the near future and if there is anything you need please give us a call. We hope your family will be able to travel to Canada in the near future as well. Thanks!

We were looking at going to Disney this summer and I saw that TicketsatWork had an option for a four-park explorer ticket. I compared the prices to the prices of other sites and it was much cheaper and much more reasonable.
I wasn't able to do the ticket initially though. They had to plug in the dates. I called them and when they plugged the dates in, it was closer to peak season so my price went up. After I've made the purchase, I called Disney to ask them something and it turned out that if you purchase that directly through Disney, you wouldn't have to pay the additional taxes on it. Buyers beware... This company has very strict cancellation policies and may not display the terms and conditions of purpose clearly before you purchase and commit. Afterwards you may be out hundreds of dollars with no recourse, understanding or accommodation. Here’s my story: I am going to Mammoth ski trip for Presidents’ Day weekend and purchased tickets originally through Mammoth’s website. My coworker told me about Ticketsatwork.com the next day and that we, as University of California employees, were eligible. When I looked at their website on my phone (in between meetings) it looked like a great deal! I would save over $160 for two 2 of 4 day lift passes. That is a big deal for me because I’m a young professional and these valuable dollars are the difference between saving and debt.
To be cost effective I spent over two hours on the phone with Mammoth to cancel my existing tickets and spent $35 in cancellation fees. I purchased the new passes before jumping into my last 6 pm meeting. It did have terms that said the valid conditions of the lift tickets, however, when their page displayed on my mobile phone the terms and conditions were cut off.
When the tickets were emailed to me I finally saw what my phone did not display... The tickets were blacked out for Presidents’ Day weekend, they were only good for the 2018 ski season and that they were non-transferable and non-refundable. Ouch. I have work travel for the rest of my weekends in Feb/March and again can’t afford lodging so I won’t be able to use those tickets later or sell them. My exiting lodging for Mammoth on Presidents’ Day weekend is already confirmed and not cancellable. That means I’m out $450. To top it off, when I went on Mammoth’s website to repurchase the other passes they had gone up over $200.
Immediately I called TicketsatWork customer support! My call was patched to a customer support agent. The agent explained to me that there was nothing her company could do. I asked politely to be transferred to her manager because I wanted to explain how I hadn’t been able to see what I had paid for until the tickets were distributed. The agent told me her manager would say the same thing. I explained the problem with the terms displaying on the phone and again why speaking to a manager could help. The agent said to me that “you should have been paying more attention” and that even if the terms are hard to see “they are there and you clearly didn’t look for them.” I now asked more forcefully to be connected to a manager as her conversation and professionalism began to degrade which the agent resisted.
Once I was finally (after being pushed nearly to tears) connected to a manager I calmly explained the communication I had just had in the phone with the agent (who had changed her tone to sugary sweet by the end) and the issue with the ticket conditions, offering to send a screenshot of what their website displays on mobile phone. While the manager was professional, he did not account for the agent’s behavior (or honestly seem to believe me). He explained that indeed there was absolutely nothing TicketsatWork could do. I am now disputing the charge with AMEX who is supporting my dispute based on inaccurate description of their product at the point of sale.
Overall, I am out $700 and was left feeling terrible as a customer. This was not a benefit for me but an incredible financial and emotional burden. I’m sure they have good deals for some employees but I would read the fine print very closely and I would take a second to consider that if there is something in the smallest print you’re missing there is no one who will listen or help you to solve your legitimate complaints before buying.

This was my first attempt purchasing tickets from TicketsatWork. I spoke with customer service and the reps were able to satisfy and meet all of my needs that I needed to purchase the tickets. They were very accommodating as well. I purchased tickets to see the Willis Tower skyscraper in Chicago and the price was excellent. It was 40 bucks cheaper going through this vendor than the actual purchasing over the internet. It would be a great plan to consider TicketsatWork.
Hello Peter,

I booked a hotel in Las Vegas with TicketsatWork which is supposed to be a 'benefit' to employees welfare at my company by providing deals for entertainment, travel, dining etc. The booking order was approved and I was set for the trip. I went on to book a flight from an airline separately soon afterwards. A few days later, I received an email from TicketsatWork saying they were unable to complete the order. So I now had a plane ticket, taken time off from work and they were saying they did not have a room booked even after accepting the order and withdrawing the money for the 3 nights (a couple hundred dollars).
I wrote them telling them that they were not only inconvenient but also a financial burden. There was no response from the company despite having 3 'customer care specialists' send me the cancellation of order. I got the refund but the room prices of other hotels had jumped up by then. My opinion is that they are unprofessional and it's a shame they sell themselves as partners to help employees. What a joke. Be very careful before doing business with this company. What a scam.
Tickets At Work appreciates your feedback and we are glad that we were able to resolve your hotel situation in Vegas. We definitely care about our guests and we hope to hear from you in the near future. Have a excellent time in Vegas and we appreciate your review on us. Thanks!

I've purchased from TicketsatWork twice in the last two years and they have the cheapest rate that I have found by far. Their website has a lot of information and it was set up well. Navigating through the sites was easy too. Most recently, we purchased tickets to Kennedy Space Center and SeaWorld in Florida. I needed to purchase tickets 72 hours in advance of the day that I was going to be there to get the discount so I did everything online. The experience was fine. But then I had to verify the timing that I had was soon enough and wanted to make sure the tickets were gonna be usable on a certain date, so I called them and talked to somebody. The interaction I had with their reps was very good and helpful. The information I got was all good and everything was accurate. I would tell a friend of mine to check out TicketsatWork and make sure they tried it before they buy tickets anywhere else.

I’ve gotten amusement park tickets from TicketsatWork and purchasing from them was easy. Everything was great. I called them up, they took care of everything, and then I picked up the tickets at the theme park. The reps were very professional and easy to talk to. Their prices were a lot less than the regular theme park tickets. They were also comparable to some of the tickets that I got from a travel agent. I also purchased ski lift tickets from them and they were much cheaper than what they were charging on the mountain. All in all, TicketsatWork is a good website.

I have used TicketsatWork several times, and was always happy with them in the last. I will Be traveling to Las Vegas this May to celebrate my 10 year wedding anniversary and decided to book some Cirque Du Solei shows while there. I chose two shows and submitted my order, and immediately realized that I have chosen the week after my stay. I called the customer service and they did note that my order was placed 4 minutes ago. I did not ask for a refund or a cancellation, just asked to change the dates for the week prior.
After 30 minute hold time, I was told that their “team” will get back to me within 72 hours. They reinstated the return policy- or lack of it, and did not even pretend to try and assist me. My trip is over 4 months away, the website shows availability and same pricing for the week of my trip, I reached out within 5 minutes of placing the order... and the rep was cold, unfeeling and honestly robotic. I truly hope that the management will step in and help me To resolve this issue.

Tickets at Work is a quick and convenient way to get tickets at a discounted rate. I got Knott’s Berry Farm tickets for my little sister and her friends. At first, I was in the Tesla internal website and it linked me to the discount I was looking for. It took me to Tickets at Work but from that point, I didn’t know my company ID so I ended up calling the phone number. It was a little bit later and I thought the office was gonna be closed but no. A representative picked up quickly and it was spot-on in terms of customer service. He was great. I told him I didn’t know my company ID and he said that if I wanted to get the tickets that day, he could process it for me. He said he would send me the confirmation and then an email and the tickets.
He gave me my company ID. He helped me out in setting up the order and then going through checkout. It all happened before he hung up on me. He was like, “Okay, I’m emailing them to you now.” It was really seamless and he was a really nice guy. He was professional and he came through. He didn’t take too much of my time either, and that was what I appreciated most. I also couldn’t find the upfront pricing when I did it online. It wanted me to go through another separate page. I guess there were only four months left in the Tickets at Work season for that theme park. If you buy the current season, for a season that goes from March to March, you’re only gonna get it at the same price from January to March. But that was the one thing I really couldn't find online. The representative broke it down for me and the customer interaction was great.

Shame on me for not checking pricing on Universal's website before I ordered through TicketsatWork. I ended up paying more through TicketsatWork than it would have been just paying full retail. Customer service was not helpful at all in taking care of the issue. They offered restaurant.com codes which are next to worthless. Caution to check retail before using their website, their retail prices listed are not accurate and their customer service was unable to refund the difference, seems crazy.

While their prices are good, it is important to know that they have a very difficult, so far non-existent, return policy if anything should go wrong. My family purchased tickets to Knott's Berry Farm from TicketsatWork. The park was closed on the day that we intended to go due to rain. We were willing to go in the rain. The park being closed made it not an option. After 6 long (20 - 30 minute) phone calls and several emails, I am still getting told that they will not issue a full refund. We live 8 hours from the park, and they told us that we could use the tickets until March 2019. That is not a solution that works for us.
I just got off the phone with TicketsatWork again, and there doesn't appear to be anything in their notes that even confirms that the park was in fact closed on the date we intended to go. As many times as I have said it, each new person that we speak to seems to think that we just didn't want to go on a rainy day. We are now looking to resolve this matter with our credit card company for services not rendered as we have been unable to resolve this with TicketsatWork.

We received these tickets from work after normally getting Amazon tickets. They make it so difficult and useless to redeem these things. Give a confirmation no# and be done and we can purchase what we want!? They need all kinds of information. Their reward no#s are so little they are ridiculous (absolutely no one likes them) then you have to wait for a code then put it on an account with whoever you are purchasing a card from. And then they send you all kinds of junk mail that you don’t ask for! Ridiculous waste of time (very time consuming).

I have done hotels through TicketsatWork a couple of times. I also purchased Disney passes and tickets to Busch Gardens and SeaWorld. I purchase my tickets over the phone as sometimes it's quicker that way. If I do it online, it sometimes takes two days for the ticket to be good, whereas that doesn't happen if I purchase the ticket over the phone. The reps take care quickly of any questions I ask. If I stick to what they run through, they handle the process well .
But when it comes to pricing, TicketsatWork didn’t take into account that a lot of the parks in Florida offer resident discounts so Florida residents get a cheaper rate than people from out of state. It was even cheaper for us to use the Florida resident discount than to go through TicketsatWork for some of the parks. Sometimes, they didn't take that resident discount into effect, so our discount should have been more with the corporate discount than if we just used our Florida resident discount. Other than that, though, everything else was awesome. The reps took care of everything and my hotel was booked. I just gave them my driver’s license and everything was great. TicketsatWork did everything pretty well for us and I would definitely recommend them.

The company that I work for referred us to TicketsatWork. I purchased from them a lot including events in Orlando such Halloween Horror Night. I also purchased several other things like bookings for hotels locally at Jacksonville. I purchased a booking for rental apartment in Miami. However, I recently had a problem with the purchase. I had rented a hotel room in Daytona and I paid for it. On the day of check-in, I had received an email saying that my room would not be filled, so we had to look for another hotel room. I ended up in a phone call and the person was very helpful.
Everyone I spoke to was not rushing me off the phone. I felt like feel like, “Yeah this person did all his work,” or “Even if it’s not exactly what I want, let me go ahead and get it.” It has been a good service. It’s also easy to go on the website or even call in and tell them what I want, then go from there. I’ve used TicketsAtWork for years now and it was just one slip. Though no one ever reached out to me about apologizing, everybody messes up and I can't complain too much.

I have purchased Broadway tickets numerous times on the site and have always received good seats. (They don't let you choose) I decided to buy them for my mother in law as a gift. Big mistake! They had a medical emergency the morning of the show and they called while heading to the hospital to let them know they couldn't go and requested a different date. The customer service rep said they could reschedule but needed to speak to me. My mother in law let me know and I quickly called only to find out that the new rep couldn't guarantee this, despite what the original rep said. After calling back to check in after not hearing from them they rejected changing the date or giving me a refund! Is this how a company treats customers with a medical emergency? All I wanted was a different date for the show. It ruined Christmas and I'm out $250.

I booked a hotel and ordered tickets for Disney World through ticketsatwork.com. It sounded like I would have access to the tickets prior to our arrival for setting up the FastPass, and the email I was sent said “Looking for your FastPass+? Visit https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/plan to link your FastPass+” which seemed to confirm this. When I went to set up our FastPass this week, just over three weeks before our trip, I discovered I was unable to link them. I called customer service and was told we have to pick the tickets up at Will Call once we get there and can’t use FastPass until that point. I was very disappointed and asked about getting a refund so I could purchase directly from Disney and was told the tickets were final sale. She then told me she could send me the tickets so I was very happy to hear that.
We hung up and I got an email with the same confirmation to pick up the tickets at Will Call. I called back again and she told me she did send me the tickets. I explained it was the same paper that I still can’t link to FastPass, and she told me that acts as my tickets until I pick the tickets up at Disney World and then I can access FastPass. So back to square one. I’m very disappointed that this wasn’t clear as setting up the FastPasses early is an important part of the trip. The price is the tickets through Disney directly is the same price (within $10) and FastPass can be accessed immediately, so I don’t understand why this is considered a deal. I have used TicketsatWork for purchase in the past and promoted use of the website to coworkers but after this experience I will no longer be using this website.

I recently purchased Disney World Tickets for February. Due to unforeseen event, we had to move the dates while some in our party will still be going on the day the tickets were purchased. Again we are not going to cancel or refund. When I called Disney they were very nice and told me that they will honor the tickets. However, the only problem was since this was bought through TicketsatWork, I may have a problem as I am not there for the other people on my party for when they are going it use the tickets. When I called to the customer support for TicketsatWork, I was basically told that I will lose my money. They cannot do anything. No effort at all to help.
I agree that purchasing was easy. However, customer relations is what this company failed. It feels like once they got your money they are done with you. Btw, I send an email to them about the situation and all I get was basically the same thing. No apologies whatsoever to how their customer support lacks real "customer support". This will be first and last I will be using this company. And I am writing this so people will also be warned before purchasing. It will be better to purchase tickets with Disney directly as they are more trained to help and make their clients happy. There are not a lot of benefits using purchasing through TicketsatWork. Prices are basically the same.

I was so excited to find TicketsatWork but my excitement soon turned into a very bad experience leaving me with over $1,000 in unused tickets. Purchased 7 tickets to see Broadway show Frozen on to celebrate the holidays with my family including a die-hard 7 year old Frozen fan only to get to the door and to be told 4 of 7 tickets had been for an earlier show if though all our transaction confirmation listed the time we wanted to attend.
Only resolution to make the kids happy was to quickly purchase new tickets with the assurance that we would be able to get our issue resolved by getting our money back for all our previous tickets purchased from TicketsatWork. I understand that it takes a certain amount of time to “research” what went wrong but I started to panic when after I followed all their instructions to report the issue I did not hear from anyone again.
I followed up with several emails asking this company to please acknowledge my submitted form that was supposed to help them with their research and have not heard back. There appears to be no point in placing phone calls as in my experience average hold time has been like 35 minutes. I have had to contact my credit card company with the hope that they can help me. I would advise that people be cautious of using this service to purchase expensive tickets.

I thought I purchased tickets. What I actually purchased were parking passes. I called and spoke with a manager about how the way the tickets were shown on the page was misleading. If you click on them it should not show that they are located INSIDE the stadium. It should not state in the fine print "NOT AN EVENT TICKET PARKING PASS". So many tickets are still advertised this way and the manager was unwilling to do anything to correct it. This was absolutely preventable but they just don't care enough about their customers to do the right thing.
Hello Stacy,
Thanks for your feedback and we are glad we were able to come up with a resolution for the parking pass issue. We hope you are still able to attend the show and it you do please enjoy it. Tickets At Works goes above and beyond for our customers and we hope to hear from you in the near future. Thanks!

I called TicketsAtWork to purchase tickets for Epcot, and I paid about $112 per ticket. They sent me the confirmation and then I printed out the voucher and I went to guest services. It all went really smoothly, but I was surprised that the discount was just $8. I ordered five tickets so I thought I could get a little bit of discount. But it was fine. Every little bit helped.
Hello Karen,
We here at Tickets At Work are happy that you were able to get your Epcot tickets in a timely manner. We try our best to get the lowest rate possible and we hope you had a great time at the park. We appreciate your feedback and we hope to hear from you soon as well. Have a great time at the park and enjoy the new year. Thanks!

I recently booked a motel using TicketsatWork for a flight I'm taking next week. The airline changed the flight time from early morning (0650) to afternoon (1225), so I no longer needed the room for the night before. I made the reservation December 31st, called to cancel it on January 3rd and was told I would be charged a $25 "cancellation fee". When I explained that the airline had changed the flight time and that this was a situation beyond my control, the rep stated that "due to company policy", they were unable to waive the cancellation fee. This is completely bogus, and I will NOT be using this service again, and I will advise co-workers not to use it either.
Hello Kimberly,

I tried purchasing movie tickets online from TicketsAtWork and at first, I didn't understand their process. So, I called the 1-800 number and they walked me through it. They said that they could handle it over the phone, too, but I told them that I'd just do it online. So, I turned around, did it online, put my credit card info in, printed out the tickets, and brought them in. I didn't like the fact that you needed to print the tickets out while the whole world is going where everything is on your phone and you show your phone. If I was standing in line and I said, "Holy crap. Let me turn around and order these on my phone," then I wouldn't have been able to use the tickets 'cause I couldn't print them out. But that was just the deal that TicketsAtWork had with the movie theater and in the end, their process worked. It was a great deal, too, and I'm slowly working my employees at work to utilize this process. It's good and there's nothing wrong with it.
Also, the tickets were cheaper at TicketsAtWork. I brought it up to one of my associates before and today, one of them asked me if the program still worked. I told him that I just got an email from them, so he could still do it. So, I would recommend TicketsAtWork. I am also looking at possibly going on a little vacation in April, so I will probably start looking at what they have to compare the prices.

I got the one day ticket and didn’t realize that Universal is not included. I called customer service from the park and they said that all that information is included in the confirmation email that they sent after the purchase was made. But they can’t help because all sales are final, so basically once you buy the tickets and if you made any mistakes they won’t help you!!! I feel like they try to scam people into buying the one day tickets thinking that Universal is included, and they mention that it’s not in the fine prints. In fact it’s mentioned that Universal is included on their cover page. We ended up having to buy tickets at the gate, and we will lose the $300 we spent on their website because they said they can’t help us. I’m going to inform my HR at work about this incident so other people don’t get scammed by this company!!!

Purchasing from TicketsAtWork was straightforward. I had to call their customer service to make sure there are no blackout dates. They were good and I had no issues with them. The rep was helpful enough, and she booked the ticket for us. It was a good call. She asked me if there was any other thing, and that was all I wanted. So, it was a smooth transaction. TicketsAtWork's discounts were good. So, I would recommend them. I had a good experience with them.

I work at Amazon and when I talked to HR, they said that I could get a discount if I go to TicketsatWork. I went on the website, typed in the place that I wanted to go and it popped up. It was easy to find and easy to buy as well. I got tickets to Universal Studios and saved a few dollars, which was good. I was happy and I’m glad that there is a website, TicketsatWork.

My company offers corporate discounts via TicketsatWork. The offers are pretty decent but their customer service sucks. I had to cancel a hotel booking because of schedule conflict and was charged $25 for cancellation. Not a huge deal but I do not recall seeing any notice of final sales while making the purchase. Only time I saw this notice was when I received my email confirmation. Also, when I called their customer service line, the wait was forever, think 15+ minutes to get a hold of a representative and another 10 minutes between the call to get the transaction processed. Not to mention, my rep said to hold for 4 minutes to finalize the cancellation, never came back to the line.
I had to call their customer service line again, wait another 15 minutes and let someone else know who I was on hold with that never returned. This second rep came back just to tell me the first rep was on another call but wanted to let me know she’ll finalize my cancellation and send an email. Huge waste of time. I wished she would have just told me that in the first place and let the call be done. For these reasons, I’ll opt not to use TicketsatWork again.
